know I I it's just been hard so isn't like one of the conditions of you being on probation not having any kind of negative contact with law enforcement with who with law enforcement yes I mean you're supposed to stay out of trouble right like I said it just a habit that I picked up well miss Glenda we got to change our ways we got to stop doing this I made tremendous changes and that's I'm glad to thinking about last year at this time I was in Tak County Jail um here holidays no Clayton County okay but a false name okay I was running from the probation I don't feel like you know it's been a year and she she was like it was just too much the probation was too hard for me under the circumstances of what I was dealing with the death of my son um and um I was not supposed to be I smoked weed and um I was not supposed to do none of that right I mean that's part of your probation is not using drugs alcohols frequenting locations that you can encounter those things not having negative contacts with law enforcement yes so all this stuff you you're going to have to check in with your probation officer it's a good I understand but this isn't going to make it easier just like I don't know I get that and I'm I'm sorry to hear that but this this isn't going to make things easy easier you know this is my so pissed off at right right now so pissed they can't piss very pissed off at me very I can't do that I have arthitis in my left arm and this is about to kill me oh my God it hurt so many damn if I fail to advise can you please show Miss Ross barred from that location for a period of 2 years per the Coler so I got to come back to Athens to court possibly I mean they'll they'll they might just keep you and have you handle everything here before you go to Clayton County but if Clayton County wants you then they'll come pick you up from the jail if they don't come pick me up you guys are you not going to take what you mean they have to pick me up if Clayton County wants you and I stayed locked up in Clay County from November the 10th to March the 1st and then you came here from Clayton for 30 days for residential treatment okay got you I went back to I went back home to Atlanta how long did you say how long ago did you say you were arrested for shoplifting huh how long ago did you say you were arrested for shoplifting over 35 years been been a while have you ever been arrested in Clark County no so only Clayton County no for okay gotcha gotcha I'm just deal withay County so why'd you go in there today and pay for some stuff and not by I I can't even explain it left on it but you know um I struggle with addiction i i i i i since uh the warrant was issued for me for October 1st okay and since then I've been in um I go to a group three times a week here in Athens Atlanta I go to Riverwood Behavior Center okay week and I voluntarily set myself there and I I I still smoke marijuana because it helps me with my pain and I was I was presently on purpose session XX and stuff so I op out just smoke me a want even though I know it's not ille it's still illegal but I have somebody work for me try to help me get a car okay but in the mean time I also test POS of cocaine so that's why they good is Glenda I'm being honest with you I I hear that much in the marijuana testing postive and I I had a court dat on the first I didn't go because my birthday was the third and I didn't want to be locked up on my birthday and it's just it's not a good reason and well she said well I mean I hear you but still it's not a good reason probation well you this is not going to help you I you got to you got to you got to stay clean until the probation is up and then continue I was doing the best I well we got to do better okay mind you I hadn't been tested from March to August and then August they call me in for drug test this right after the candle light of my for my son okay gotcha that's what made me go back into a relapse into but I haven't did cocaine in a while so I'm clean well we got to do better okay Miss Glenda I'm clean from cocaine that's good somewhere on TV a couple days ago so you came here no was on TV news at County Jail how long you been Happ how long have I been what what I'm about a year a year and a half oh I do I love my job hello I got one female thank you when you're in Athens where do you stay I don't St overnight in a I was at Freedom from bondage it's a a residential program so do you know the address so they let you out to be able to go run errands and stuff I'm back in Atlanta okay so when you when you woke come to so when you woke up this morning you were in Atlanta you you came to a Athens to go to the dentist and you saw a Dollar Tree and said let me go grab some stuff literally and then you were going to go back to Atlanta yes okay so freedom from bondage is where okay what's your address where do you actually live I live at apartment what and that's Atlanta I this this is killing me give let me get a
