for a long time idiot cops have gotten away with their high-handedness but what happens when they are sued for their misconduct here are three different cases where idiot cops realized they have been handcuffed by Officer Denny Carter on June 11th 2022 Tai was leaving his work on Capital in Maine Boise Idaho when he saw two officers Officer Carter and officer westendorf investigating a car accident at the pay station of the lot the parking lot employee asked Tai to move along which he did and later came back with his phone to film the two officers I'm leaving right now yeah I'm trying to leave this this G's already asked you to leave once you came back around he asked to leave the garage which I left no you're here in the garage you can't have left drive he asked me to kept driving and I kept driving okay he didn't say he didn't say don't come back you want the F to leave yes please I'm trying to leave what do you think I'm doing you just stop you interfere let me make this clear I want to make it super clear so tell me what tell me what is interfering take that out of my oh okay W I'm not resisting I'm not resisting it is obvious that Tai does not move from his place nor does he try to obstruct officer Carter's view he is just filming the incident on his phone because that is his constitutionally protected right you're arrest I'm not resisting you're under arrest Tai's phone down but also shoves him against the wall Tai did not seem to pose any threat or obstruct the officer but officer Carter still chose to hit him and arrest him on frivolous charges see how obstruction of a police officer later in October these charges were dropped but but now Tai has filed a federal lawsuit against the two officers in Boise City for false arrest and violation of civil rights if you think these two Boise PD Officers were stupid enough to invite a lawsuit onto themselves wait till you find out about the case of Miss Guadalupe tomayo beside the point beside the point they're saying that they don't want you here so you can get up and go or you're going to be trassy up to you this is Miss Guadalupe IO who on March 18th 2019 along with her male friend was asked to leave the local Starbucks by two officers from San Pablo Police Department little did the officers know that there was a Twist to the event how you doing what's going on so for my understanding um they don't have a problem with you being here they don't she's what that woman her name is Raina she already Raina what I don't know just call her okay well I just spoke to the employees here and they're saying that they don't want her here either so I Ed that here they don't know her I Ed that here this is Miss Tamayo and her male friend tried to explain that the officers are confusing her with someone else but the officers are not in the mood to listen to their explanations okay I'm just telling you if they told me so if you don't leave now going to end I'm I'm not I just got here minutes ago that's what I'm telling you they can check the camera Miss beside the point beside the point they're saying that they don't want you here so you can get up and go or you're going to be trespassing up to you oh wow up to youw okay Miss tomayo records this and is apparently amused because she knows that this is the recipe of a lawsuit the officer also claims that he has already talked to the employees which is a plain lie not going to be a lawsuit with us them that wants you to leave please leave now that would be great want to ask you the person looks like me she miss miss either there was a miscommunication there's nothing there's nothing going on they you're free to I clarified it with that no he not okay you guys can have a nice day you guys I'm reporting this to the federal government please have to by protocol I'm not concerned about that's fine you guys have a nice day please if only both officers had bothered to investigate the situation earlier they could have saved themselves from this embarrassment and the couple from this hassle the male tells the officers that he would be lodging a complaint with the federal government Miss Guadalupe tomayo rejected the apology and sued the San Pablo PD for injuries including but not limited to emotional harm humiliation embarrassment and threats but if you think you have seen it all wait till you find out the case of 18-year-old Akil Carter you didn't have any ID with you did you man nothing at all okay well I'm guessing what this sounds like is a really big misunderstanding and I'm not exactly quite sure what's going on but the officers that uh actually that reason we stopped you is somebody told them something about what was going on in that car so I don't know what they saw that they perceived what going on but obviously that's the reason that we have contact with you right now okay this is Akil Carter an 18-year-old black young man who was traveling in a car with his grandmother and her friend who happened to be white sensing this site to be suspicious someone flagged down officer Caine who did not hesitate to investigate what was going on and instead drew his weapon on the 18-year-old Kid come out with your hands up face away from us face away go to the sidewalk face away hands up high the air face away from us walk to the sidewalk look away from us walk backwards towards the sound of my voice backwards towards the sound of my voice backwards to the sound of my voice back to our Squad and if you want to put him on the sidewalk here that'll be okay for me all right stop get down on your knees on your knees your hands up don't move you understand you understand not to move he then goes to akil's grandmother who clarifies that Akil is her grandson is everything okay this is my grandson that your grandson yes I all right that's good here's the thing par there okay so some guy comes up to me in his car and said actually there were two black guys Robbie the ladies and bl and and I said what where he's like he's robbing him he's robbing him right now and I'm like which blue leus the one at the light so I go up I said stay here or or follow me and I'm going to go check it out so hopefully he's over there 17 real life still and I can ask him I mean we just came from his dad house only way home from chur okay okay well I had to ask somebody telling me I'm telling her this is my grandson this is my best son who known him since he all right and I and I am certainly glad that that guy was mistaken or wanted to put me on a roof or something and it's not actually occurring so I apologize to officer Kane apologizes to the grandmother and explains that he was tipped off about a potential robbery the officer did not find it necessary to apologize to aille who was the main victim in this situation oh he absolutely absolutely that's her what ser again so I apologize for that guy not knowing what he was talking about but I'm sure got two old white ladies in a car with a black kid and makes an assumption well he was black as well so I don't know my god well then it's even worse I don't let me just get you name real quick okay look he's all good it's the grandson the footage from inside the police car shows a distraught akille and handcuffs being questioned by a female officer she unlawfully asks ail for his person information even though there was no need for it Gabriel is going to get some information from you okay he says the same thing all right you didn't have any ID with you did you man nothing at all okay well I'm guessing what this sounds like is a really big misunderstanding and I'm not exactly quite sure what's going on but the officers that uh actually that reason we stopped you is somebody told them later pressed charges against the wossa police department and officer Caine during the proceedings Akil testified how he felt very ashamed very humiliated especially because I didn't do anything many police officers think they can get away with anything and unfortunately a lot of them do as well but when informed citizens drag these officers to court these idiot cops have to pay a hefty price for
