grabbing hold of his clothes. >> It was only his clothes, sir. >> Yeah, but you >> Officer, I didn't touch it. >> I wasn't. But there's video of me or video. >> Oh, you guys right here. >> Come here. >> Come here now. >> Yanos, come here. >> Watch out. >> Watch this. >> Get up. >> Listen, I don't want to get into any trouble. >> Yeah, we're we're it's too late for that. Girl, pull up your passport. >> No, but then what am I supposed to do? >> That's none of my business. I don't know. You shouldn't have been stealing stuff. >> When you migrate to America, it automatically follows you have to adhere to their laws. However, some immigrants are bold enough to commit crimes, then just try to get away with it by acting clueless. Fortunately for them, you don't get a pass for being ignorant of the law. So, even if foreigners play dumb, they still get arrested. >> What is What is your name? Go and ask. I've been told no one have to come here investigation. You're going to identify locked up for obstruction. >> On the 21st of August 2024, the cops were dispatched to a local store after a man refused to leave after being trespassed. When they arrived on scene, they were greeted by a panicked employee who said the man had hit her after she told him to leave. >> You got on a yellow jacket with a hoodie? >> Yes. >> Green bag. Got a green bag. Yeah, >> we saw him down there. Is it Is it your stuff? >> No. >> Okay. >> We saw him >> that he came here. He pushed me and then when we called the cops, I guess he like tried to attack the cops and they said every time we see him, call the cops. >> Yep. We're going to go try I think last guys that came out. >> We're going to get him. >> Don't move. Come here. Come here. Don't move. Come here. Come here. Put the thing down. >> We have trespass in the place, right? Wait. Which am I? >> Don't touch me. >> Right here. >> I'm quiet. >> Just listen. >> Just listen. I'm telling you, you were uh >> Why? Why? Why do I trespass? >> All right. So So you were trespassed from the Come on. I don't want I want you to get hit by a car. >> I don't want you hit by a car. >> Go this way. >> I don't want to get want you get hit by a car. >> Punch me. >> I don't want to punch you. >> Punch me. >> I don't want to punch you. >> I'll be trespassed anyway. >> So >> I'll be tresp. >> So stop. >> I have been trespassed anyway. >> I'm not saying you touched anybody. Just listen. Listen. Use your ears. >> You said I was trespassed. >> No, you trespassed over there. All these >> all these. You're not allowed there. >> All right. So I'm not Am I? No, I don't know. >> Why did I That's there. >> All right. So, you're trespassing that store. You were there, right? >> Why? Why the lady Why the lady snapping picture? Do you have your ID? How many times? >> Do you have your ID? Don't go anywhere. >> Go and ask officer. >> I need your ID. >> Go and ask officer. I've been given the prime. >> No, I need your ID. >> ID. >> Go. Go and ask officer. >> Go and ask your officer. >> So, do you understand? They said, >> you should come here. I never go. >> Give your ID or you're going to get charged. Understand? You'll get locked up if you don't give your ID. >> You are a liar. >> No, I'm not. The suspect here was immediately combative. Convinced the cops were wrong for stopping him. He tried to dare them to punch him. A really strange request. Based on his accent, he was most likely of Haitian descent. But regardless, he was acting unruly and was trespassed [music] from the store and that's why the cops had intervened. >> I'm going to lock you up on obstruction charges if YOU ARE A LIAR. >> YOU DON'T HAVE AN ID or have your name? >> You are a liar. >> I'm a liar for not going to charge. >> Go and ask officer. >> Give us your name. >> Go ask. >> What's your name? Make this easy. >> Go ask officer. >> No. What is what is your name? >> I've been told no one have to come here investigation. You're going to identify as I am going to get locked up for obstruction. >> I I am I am >> What's your name? >> I don't have a name. >> Okay, listen. This could go a very simple way. >> Who Who was there? >> If you don't give us your name, you're going to get locked. >> Who was there to Who was there to check my ID? >> Huh? >> Who was there to check my ID? >> No, you're part of an investigation. >> We're checking your ID. We're checking it. >> You are stupid. >> No, >> you are stupid. >> Okay, that's fine. What's your name? >> What's your name? Listen, you don't get locked up. >> You are stupid. >> Say what you want. >> Why? Why? Why? Why? Who? Why? Who that shouldn't ask my And you are coming to I >> Yeah, we are. >> What's your name? I'm Tom. I'm going to I'm going to ask you for me. SO, LISTEN. IT'S LISTEN. GET OUT. >> I'M GOING TO ASK you one more time. If I ask you AND YOU DON'T ASK, I'M GOING TO LOCK YOU UP IN OBSTRUCTION. ARE YOU OKAY? OBSTRUCTION. >> All right. >> The government the government have given you a chance. No officer. >> I'm trying to give you an opportunity to give us your name. >> Your opportunity. >> Listen. Give us your name. You don't get arrested. You go on your way. Don't give us your name. You get arrested. You come in with arrest. >> The belligerent man continued screaming at the officers who were simply trying to reason with him. The man even went so far as to demand the cops arrest him as he was under the impression that the government would back his case, which seemed highly unlikely. >> I just want you to understand that you're going to be locked up on obstruction. >> Okay? Do do an investigation for trespassing. You're not getting. Okay? We're going to lock you up. Come on. >> Come on. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Sir, why are you doing this? Why you doing this? Stop. Don't bite me. Don't bite me. I'm not talking. >> Yep. All right. Got one. I got one. I got one. >> You're breaking my hand. It's not a law. You are breaking my hand. >> You are breaking my hand. You are breaking my hands. >> You could have avoided this, sir. >> You have the government. You have you have you have fought the government a sum of money >> by propaganda my name and changing and changing and changing my name and >> do not bite us. >> Do not bite. >> You would think that after being handcuffed he would finally submit as there was no way he was going to win this scuffle with police. However, during the entire process, he continued screaming about how dumb the cops were and how they were breaking the law when in reality, the only law breaker here was him. >> Sir, we could avoid all this. Startoom. >> Just stop, sir. >> You got to stop resisting. Bom up, sir. Stop, dude. Relax. Spread your legs, sir. >> Spread your leg, sir. >> Sir, you got to stop. While they searched the man, he was making some really strange noises, most likely in his own language. But since the cops couldn't understand the man, whatever he was asking them, there was no way they could do it. After a long stream of gibberish from him, he was finally secured in a squad car. >> Secondly, I haven't eaten. I haven't eaten. You think I'm stupid for your crook money? You put you put you put medicine in my food. You have been putting money in my food and you are caught and you have been caught. The cops have been putting medicine in my in my food and you are caught several times. The cops have been putting money setting medicine in my food and they have been caught several times. The cops and the chiefs have been doing that. The cops and the chief have been doing that. The cops and the chief have been doing that and they are caught several times. The cops themselves have been caught several times. >> You try to knock me down with your with your legs and hitting my legs here and there. If I fall down, even when if I fall down, I will get a fracture and wounds. The way you are hitting me, my legs, they want me to. The way you are hitting my legs, when I fall down, I'll get a fracture. >> All the way down to the station. The conspiracy theories continued. Strangely and also ironically, he said the cops were putting medicine in his food and wasting government money. Soon enough, they arrived at the jail house. I'm not going to make any fingerprints so that whenever you you do my ID >> you have others and still with my own money. >> Do you understand? If you fight us, we're going to have to like, you know, restrain you and bring you inside. >> Huh? >> We're going to bring you inside anyway. But don't fight us, please. We don't want to keep doing this. >> All right. >> I have a I have to talk to defend myself and talk to the whole world. I'm just telling you >> I have to talk to you the whole way. >> All right. >> Come on. Sorry. >> How did you come and slap you? Why' you say I fight you? >> Huh? >> I slap you. >> Tried to slap us. That's why the whole thing happened. >> They charge the man with obstruction and most likely also resisting arrest. The next time he wants to trespass and cause an incredible scene, he should probably think twice. After his time in jail, he'll probably change his mentality that the government owes him food and money. On the 12th of August 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence in Royal Palm Beach after an Amazon driver reported being blocked into a parking spot by a car. When the driver had arrived to deliver a package, a screaming man met matter, yelling about using his parking spot. Also, the man's wife came out of the house to get in the woman's face. >> Throw my phone out of my hand. >> Did she touch you? >> Yeah, she did. She pushed me and then she tried to snap like slam my phone out of my hand, grab my hand. >> The blonde lady. >> The blonde lady. He's the one that's blocking. This is public. >> They said this is private park. I'm just trying to lady >> in my house. >> She hit this lady at first. >> There's no parking. I just parked and went. It was like literally 2-minute delivery. By the time I came out, when I was walking in, he was yelling and screaming at me, but I kept delivering >> and then when I came out, he was parked like this >> package, right? >> I understand. This is my package. Amazon just generally these right >> I don't care this she can say hey please I'll be right back in one minute something she just look at me you know I know and walk away >> she has to show some respect I live here for 10 years >> okay and just like you everybody else >> I understand sir I deliver pizzas you know what I do please I'll be right you know I try to do my you I know how this works talk to the other lady >> the whole fiasco started because The Amazon driver was trying to do her job. It seemed like the man had blown things out of proportion, saying she was parked in a private parking spot. As the man was also a delivery driver, you'd think he'd be a little more understanding, but it was simply not the case. >> You didn't say, "Hey, please." You just walk away. Y I'll talk to you later. We'll get more. >> Said she didn't she didn't touch >> on video. >> But she didn't touch >> on video. >> Said she was she was too close. She said she she'll >> Are you? >> Oh no, sir. Please. She didn't push her. >> I saw the video. >> I know. But >> you're not so hot. You're not hothead anymore, are you? Can you go get the car key, please? >> The Amazon driver recorded the man's wife trying to slap the phone out of her hands and she wanted to press charges. So, the cops immediately arrested the blonde woman who happened to be a tick- tocker. After that, the cops on scene who were completely non nonsense tried to talk some sense into the man. >> Let me ask you a question, right? Because the entire time you want to talk over me, so I'm going to talk over you. Yeah. Right. If you're holding your phone, I come and I hit your phone. Are you going to be upset? >> It's it's a yes or no question. Are you going to be upset? >> Can can I hit you? >> No, but she hit her. >> If you're holding again, I don't need to talk to you. >> Move your car. >> Yes, I will. >> Move your car. >> Try to explain. She She was very close to her. >> I've tried to explain. >> She was pretty much like I thought she >> right. Move your car because you can't prevent somebody from leaving. That's called false imprisonment. That's another charge, >> sir. But you know what? She did your car and then we can talk. >> Okay. I'll be right by you like a man in love. She can walk away. She ain't care. >> He was so concerned about being treated respectfully, but ironically, he wasn't being respectful with them. Though his wife had just assaulted the Amazon driver, he was still under the impression that she was innocent. While the man moved his car, the cops reviewed the video footage. [snorts] >> Don't touch me. >> Don't take my picture. Don't stop. >> I just want to make sure. >> So you you parked. >> Yeah, I parked. I went around there when he was standing right there when I parked. He saw me backing into the spot. He could have got out and said, "Hey, could you not park there? I'm going to park there." I would have parked over there, but I parked from here because we're supposed to back in and it's easier for me to do this way and then go out. And I went, it was like 30 seconds. I went around there, came back. When I was walking there, he was like, "I don't give a This is my parking spot." So, I kept going cuz I'm not going to engage. That's just going to >> make it worse. So, I went there. I come back out and he was Yeah. He said, "I'm not going to if I don't give a You're going to stay here. You're going to be stuck here." And then I said, "Okay, well, I'm just going to call 911." And I called 911. Called y'all. And then he said, "Well, I'll move when the police come." And then the operator told me to sit in the car. I called my supervisor, let him know if he said he was on his way out here. And when I was trying to describe the car to the 91 operator, the lady, she was inside trying to make him I thought she was trying to make him calm down, but I guess she was just ringing them up cuz she came out and I was standing like I was standing right over here, right? And she came up to me and she's like, "Oh no, you need to get in your car." And she like started pressing her chest up and just I'm like, "Can you like back up cuz I I don't I just started this job. This is my second day. >> It's not a good way to start. >> Exactly. >> There might not be a worse way to start your job than being assaulted during your first week. After the driver explained her side of the story, they then turned their attention to the Polish tick tocker who was sitting in their squad car. >> Can you walk me through what happened? >> I don't English. So I I was listening my husband to home. >> Okay. >> Okay. and just uh see that this girl just leave the car in the park. >> Okay. >> As party, >> right? >> So then she was very rude. >> Uhhuh. >> Okay. She was very rude. She just don't care. >> She just was like going like that, >> right? And then Yes. I don't go out. Okay. But she was taking picture like doing stuff like that stuff like hey I want to call police. So I just go out and say don't take picture. Hey you are it's not your right here right >> and she just like this. I just was like this and she know the people. >> Okay. >> I don't know like like this >> right no I understand. >> Okay. very close to my face. >> Right. >> Okay. So, I just couldn't say nothing like go away. >> So, you didn't hit her? >> No, I don't touch >> because the video the video >> I just the the video that she has >> I thought I touched the camera because she stayed very close to my face. >> The cops already saw on video that she'd assaulted the Amazon driver, but they wanted to see if she'd confess. After denying she'd hit the woman, the cop explained to her that she'd been the one who got in the driver's face and not the other way around. >> So, let me get this straight. So, you came home. She was here. She was backing in. No, >> right. >> I I was over there and she she she came for probably uh 5 seconds before me. >> Okay. >> She was she was trying to to the in the middle like they always do the same always. Okay. sometimes away. I I I know how it's okay. I I drive. That's how I make my money. I know. >> So, I was I was telling her, hey, you know, I want to, you know, and and she was trying to to move here and there. And I was sure that she wanted to to park him, you know, right? >> And I was pretty sure 100% I decided to to park here, to decide to park here. And I said, "No, no, no." And and and she didn't care. She just look at me. I'm telling you the truth. I'm not lying. I don't need to lie and walk away. That's why I got I got pissed. I said, "What? What?" I said, "But I'm telling you, you know, at least say something." Whatever. That's why I decided to autom for a few minutes. Try to to show, you know, that she has to show some respect, you know. I mean, that that's that's my that's my intention, honestly. And then my wife came. I don't know why from nowhere say you should stay away whatever. and they were kind of argued too together, you know, too close and but what you saw was nothing. I'm telling you the truth. >> The man was trying to make excuses for his wife as if what she'd done was no big deal. He tried to reason with the cops, saying it was a normal reaction, but there's nothing remotely normal about assaulting another person over a parking spot. And eventually the cops wrapped up the case. >> So basically what happens here, it's a misdemeanor. She gets a court date. She may she's probably most likely going to be released today. today. >> Yes, most likely. >> So, no, no, how do you say bond? Whatever. >> Sometimes they have a bond, sometimes they don't. It's something you have to check with the jail, right? >> But she hasn't missed another court date, which is within 30 days of today. >> In 30 days from today. >> So, the odds are she'll be released in a couple hours. But it's all the way downtown. I >> So, so what can I do now? I mean, >> you have to wait till she gets processed and then see if she has a bond, which she should do pretty well in my opinion. And then you have to go through those bonds. That's the only way. >> Yes. >> But what about t servos? >> When you when you spend certain time >> Oh, no. No. That's that's how >> No. She just got to go in, get fingerprint, and take a picture, and then most likely she'll get given for date and gone. >> They took the woman into custody, and she was later charged with battery. They released the woman on a $1,000 bond. Interestingly, even though her husband blocked the driver and verbally attacked her, he wasn't arrested or charged. On the 5th of May 2025, the cops were dispatched to a marina in Florida due to reports of a Russian man trying to steal a yacht worth over 2 million. Apparently, just hours before, the man had stolen a toeboat, then headed to a bar for some liquid courage before stealing the yacht. That was K91. I need you on the land for now. We got enough people in the boats. I'm worried about them bailing off the boat, swimming to shore. >> By now, the suspect had taken the yacht out to sea. However, it was a massive boat and he was having trouble maneuvering it. Once the vessel slowed down a bit, the cops pinned it to the shoreline by cornering the yacht with smaller SWAT boats. >> Units out on the bridge. We got quite a few units here that are blocking. Unsure if they're on the boats with you guys or not. >> East side. He just came out. Pop back in. Keep pushing on it. Keep pushing on it. It's going to go you right there. Keep pushing. >> The SWAT team then used tear gas to force the man out of the yacht. Initially, it didn't seem to be effective since they couldn't see the suspect. However, they eventually spotted the man in a hard-to-reach area, and they started yelling out to him, demanding that he come out. The >> window's too dark. There is someone up top, though. He peakedked out. >> Put your hands up. Put your hands off. Put your hands up. Put your hands There. Someone's coming out ON THE ON THE TOP. Up top. >> Keep your hands up in the air. >> I see him. >> Exit with your hands up in the air. >> They're up top on the top deck. I can't see him. He just dropped down. >> They came down. >> He went back in. Tell him to come to the >> He's coming back out. >> They're going to have to go through to come down. >> I only see one. >> No, he's turning. He's being >> I've only seen one. He's listening. Come out with your hands up. >> He needs to come down. He can't come down from the back of the boat. >> From outside the boat, there was only so much they could do. While he was surrounded and had nowhere to run, the man just wouldn't come down from the top of the boat. Because he wouldn't come out to them, the SWAT team decided to just move on in and arrest him. >> Hop off, CV. I got it. >> I'll go to this side. >> Hey, you guys want to hold this? We'll get the guy in the front and bring him. Get rid of him first. >> All right. >> All right. >> Don't move. >> Hey, >> you got that. >> Come here. Hey, >> come here. >> Come here. >> Come here now. >> Come here. Watch out. Watch this. >> Get up. Hack right there. Get >> up. >> Got a hack right there. >> Get him on a boat. >> Hey, we're pass one off to you guys. >> I am only one. >> No. >> Anyone else on the boat? >> No, I'm only the one. >> Only one? >> Hey, we need to pass him off. Get him off the boat. Grab him down there. >> Just put them on the knees down here on Kush. Get over here. >> Got him. >> When they moved in to apprehend him, the suspect said he was alone on the boat. However, they couldn't just take the word of a thief. After releasing the man onto one of the boats, they started clearing the yacht. >> Here, I'll switch on you. >> Yay. He's for the mask up. >> Yeah, we uh >> You don't want a mask up? Got your mask on you? >> No, we came from the boat. >> We'll be good. >> I think we'll take it. We'll eat it. We'll eat it. >> Can you bust the rest of that door? >> For what it's worth, he said there was no one else. What? >> Yeah. >> Has someone pop up and just hold the top on you. >> With the vessel cleared, they could then focus on getting him to shore and apprehending him for good. They still had to navigate the water, which had been very unpredictable. With the help of multiple SWAT boats, the cops were able to guide the boats to a dock. >> You coming up on this side? We're >> just going to pull straight in right now. >> All right. How's the water depth look right there? >> I mean, I can't see the bottom. So, >> that's even better. >> Yeah, >> we should know, Joe. So the question if we can fit a boat, we know now that >> Marine 670. >> You just want to hold that pole. >> Ready? >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> There we go. You want the watch on >> 21. >> After a very long walk from the marina to the squad car, they next had to search him for contraband, including weapons and drugs. But first, the cops had to figure out if they could effectively communicate with a Russian. >> Speak English. I need those stupid English. >> Don't do anything stupid or you're going to get dumped on your face. >> Oh, I need >> Are you hurt? >> Hey. Hey, you heard me? >> No. >> Are you guys transporting or do you want to throw them in mine? >> Sam was going to take it, but if you want it, it doesn't matter to me. >> They're supposed to They're going home, so just throw them in mine. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> What language you speak? Um, Russian. >> Russian. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> They arrested the suspect and charged the man with resisting without violence, aggravated, fleeing, and eluding, and grand theft auto. He's also being held on a detainer from ICE. Maybe the laws in Russia are more laxed than in America, but he definitely should have thought twice before stealing a boat. On the 4th of October 2024, the cops were dispatched to a scene where a car was being towed. The woman who owned the car was from Brazil. Apparently, the woman called in because a physical altercation had taken place between her and the tow driver. When the cops arrived, they found multiple women standing near the SUV. What's going on? >> So, uh, this week the same thing happened. >> Okay. >> And he got your vehicle got towed. >> Yeah. Not not mine. So he was with um with a parent at the school that my my kids goes to. >> Okay. >> So he was you know he was doing the same thing. He always trying to do that. So I just came to see my friend. She was going to show me a um a place that is available for rent. He was here for 2 minutes. There is camera. You can check the cameras. >> That's a civil issue. The towing issue is a civil. We don't >> Yeah, I know. >> But when I came so I tried to go inside the car, he pull my clothes. Okay. >> Hold your clothes. >> Yeah. Yeah. Trying to >> What is he saying to you? >> He Yeah. You cannot go inside your car. >> Okay. >> Okay. And then after that, he started recording me >> and saying that he was getting my car anyways. >> Then he said uh that I was going to, you know, I tried to pay. So my friend offered me to pay. >> Okay. >> I don't know where she is. Let me just call her. >> So what do you need me for? Yeah, actually. So, he he touched me and he's saying that I touched him. I touched his clothes. I did. >> So, you guys Okay. What do you need me for? >> What would you like me to do? >> Yeah. I'm so nervous. I know that is a civil. It's not It's not up to you. >> It seemed like the woman didn't really know why she called law enforcement. She said the tow truck driver grabbed her clothing, but she also admitted to grabbing his clothes as well. The officer here was confused about what to do because she didn't seem injured either. >> What What's the ultimate outcome? What would you >> make? Sorry. >> Go ahead. Talk to him and let me talk to this guy. Can you hang out over here? >> What's going on, bud? >> All right. Um, I had her best. Okay. >> Um, it seemed to be going all right. I asked her if she wanted the drop fee. She said she was going to call the manager, have them come, >> okay, >> and get her out of that or whatever. >> Um, >> so she are they paying the drop fee or >> I was trying to get her to at which point she then assaulted me when I >> What did she ask her about it? >> How did she assault you? >> Um, sorry, a little shaky >> and she punched me in the throat. She smashed me here. >> What would you like to do? >> I'm trying to press charges this and all that stuff. >> Yeah, this happens every two days on this property. >> Okay. I'm honestly getting tired right here. >> Okay. >> The tow truck driver seemed to have a very different account of things. While the woman said he was the aggressor, the video the man showed clearly showed the opposite. He appeared to be shaking from fear and rightly so because she'd violently assaulted him. Do you have your ID? >> Can you get that for me, please? Any weapons or anything in the vehicle? >> No. >> Okay. >> Is your friend still here that we could talk to your friend to? >> Yeah, I just told her to come. Was anybody else out here >> when this happened? >> Yes. >> When it's when your vehicle got >> to >> um I'm not sure >> when it started. >> Yes. And it just called. >> You were out here when this started. >> Speaking English. >> What do you speak? Hold on. You speak Portuguese. >> Portuguese. >> Okay. Hang on over here. Let me see if my partner can >> ask you what happened. >> So, I just need to know if she was down here when she was trying to get in her car. Don't lead her, though. >> Okay. >> Just see what she saw. >> So, I just need to print your name here. Uh, what happened? You came over here to visit a friend. You want to be a future tenant. Um, and from there. Okay. >> You want me to? Where are you? >> Yes. um she's saying that she asked her to come by just to be here. >> Um and then all she saw was them talking and she was she was upset, >> but she said, "I never saw either one of them touch each other." >> Fortunately, one of the cops on scene spoke Portuguese and was able to get a witness statement from the suspect's friend. The downside to this was that she really wasn't able to reveal any new information. Swear to inform what you're written is correct and true. Yes. >> Yes, sir. And >> she already signed. Hey, can I see the video when she >> Yeah. And then just >> the next video. >> Oh, now you're going to jail. That's assault, ma'am. >> Also, there's four cameras on this truck. >> They don't. >> Yeah. >> Oh, can download it. >> I need to see that. Please. I hear sworn above the attached correct. So now she writes, "Did she grab me by the arms and the clothes?" Initially she's like, "Grab me by the clothes." Now I have to ask questions, okay? Cuz there's cameras all over that truck and he's got video. So I'm reading your statement and I have your initial statement recorded. Okay. Is there anything that you would like to change about what you told me and what you wrote on there? Because he's got a lot of cameras on there which are pretty good at recording. Yeah, actually. So, I I did touch him, but he said that he has scratches. So, >> yeah. >> But did you see in the camera that I didn't touch his neck? >> Well, he has the scratch and you're grabbing his clothing. So, my question, >> you're you're you made the allegations that he grabbed you. >> They said that you cannot go inside the car. >> Okay. Did he grab you? >> He tried. He tried. >> He tried. He didn't. He tried. >> He never touched. >> So, I'm so I'm so >> Because you were in the car, right? >> Yeah. I was so nervous that, you know, I didn't even remember. >> With the footage from the tow truck driver's camera, it was plain as day that the woman had been at fault. During the second round of questioning, when they asked the woman if she wanted to change her statement, she was incredibly elusive and denied she remembered what happened. >> Okay. So, he never touched you. >> Correct. >> The other day, >> not we're not talk. We can't talk about the other day. >> I know. >> The other day is its own thing. Okay. Today is today's thing. He never touched you when you tried to get in the car. Correct. >> Yes or no? Yes. >> Okay. So, he never put his hands on. Okay. >> All right. So, cuz he has a video and I was able to watch. So, he's got a small scratch and no matter what. Small scratches and small scratch. >> I didn't touch and it was not from me. You can do the the I don't know the name of this in here, but you can you can see that it was not me. >> But you can see that you're reaching and grabbing grabbing hold of his clothes. >> It was only his clothes, sir. Yeah, but you >> officer I didn't touch it. >> I wasn't. But there's video of me or video >> of you guys right here. >> But >> I can see clearly that you're grabbing or reaching. You grabbed around his s shirt. You have his shirt in your hand. >> No, I didn't touch his neck. I didn't touch his his back. >> But he's got a small scratch. >> It was not me. I did. So he he he went inside the car. You can check the camera. He he didn't want to talk. My friend tried to >> Right. After that, he didn't want to do anything. >> Scratch himself. >> He scratched himself. >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay. >> Despite the entire fiasco being caught on multiple cameras, she was still lying through her teeth. Hilariously, she even went so far as theorizing that the man had simply scratched himself. Even if that were true, she was still seen on camera getting physical with the driver. >> And nothing in your pockets. Correct. Pockets are empty. >> People are going to hold on to that. >> You just throw it on the front seat. >> Hands behind your back. If you put them behind your back like that, like you're praying. >> Interlace. It's easier, more comfortable. Okay. >> Just have us. So, the easiest way Yeah. Just step in >> and then I just got to get the seat belt here. >> Okay. >> And then buckle you in. Okay. >> It's a lot more room in these Taho. So, >> that's okay. >> And I got the AC on, so should be good. >> After arresting the woman, she was later charged with simple battery. On the 4th of April 2024, a sting operation was conducted based on a report from an elderly woman who suspected she was being scammed. Everything started when she was contacted by an Indian individual telling the woman she had to pay a debt off by buying gold, which she did. After the woman found out that the gold would be confiscated, she called police. >> Hello. >> Hi, James. So the thing is the first thing that as I told you already okay I'm coming from the beginning okay as I told you already that your uh bank of America is compromised with your previous laptop right because your previous laptop was fully compromised and it was done before already okay before we didn't came over here so exactly the thing is ma'am as they told you to withdraw this $50,000 the hackers Okay. And you denied it because you had a conversation with me and then he will he not able to contact you because we just stopped it from our side. We just stopped hackers. So they cannot contact you. Okay. >> Thank you. >> So the just mailed a letter to the IRS with your name. They complained against you in the IRS. Okay. So yesterday I got the information that this has been done okay from my authority. So we are looking forward okay we are looking forward to it as we have to go ahead and attend a meeting as today as well. I am trying to do this by my own. Okay. I'm I'm trying to fix it without taking you in this. Okay. After she made the report, the cops arrived at her house. They had the woman reach back out to the scammers to find out exactly what they were telling her. Under the officer's direction, she talked to the scammers to coordinate the gold's delivery. >> Today, the gold can be coming to you at any point of time. Is that okay? >> That is I'm not going >> I'll be home all day. >> You will be home all day. One more thing. If anybody will try to contact you in your cell phone, you know what to do. You don't have to. >> I won't >> answer. When this is delivered today, are they going to come and pick it up today? I don't want this much gold in my house. >> No, no, no. I What I'm going to tell you, ma'am, you don't need to be worried about that. I will do everything in a possible way. If they will be sending it today, I will going to pick it up today only. Don't worry. >> Okay. >> But I'm asking you a question. This might be so late because some if it will be late suppose if it will be late your time 7 or 8 is there any problem I hope no right >> I'll be here >> you will be here so let's see when you are going to get the product that's the important thing as soon as possible you will get the delivery then we have to then we can send our person to you understood >> the scammer explained that the very same day the gold would be delivered and later on it would be picked up by his couriers. Scams like these are extremely common, most often targeting the elderly as they trick people into thinking that they're liquidating their assets. Once they buy the precious metals, the scammers sell it for profit, leaving the victims penniless. >> Hi James, it's me. I have uh both boxes actually. UPS >> both of them. Yes, there's two boxes. >> No. Uh that is only one. Another one will be coming either Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Okay. >> Open the box and just let me know how many pieces do you have. >> All right. It's they're hard to open. Can I call you back to do that? >> Take that. >> Go ahead. >> So the first the person is coming to you. His name will be Michael. Okay. >> All right. >> Michael. Now the food which you need to put in that will be red rose. Red rose. Okay. >> That's a password. >> That's the password. >> Now as you know the protocol uh I will talk to you. I will be over the phone with you at that time. But when he will be coming to you, you need to ask him that what's your name? He need he will tell you Michael. You will confirm me yes James name is right. Then you will ask him what's the password. He will tell you red rose. Right. You will confirm me. Yes, the password is right. >> At that point, the couriers had been dispatched to the woman's house to collect the woman's gold. While on the phone with the scammer, the cops found out that the couriers would arrive at about 300 p.m. that day. So, accordingly, they just waited for their arrival. >> That's it. Yeah. Help yourself. >> Hands up. One detained. Moved on the car. One detained. Move on the car. >> Give me your hands. >> Hands up. >> Hands. Do not move. Do not move. You the only one. >> What? What? >> Don't tell me what the car. >> Get down. Get down. Oh, get down. >> Hands. Clear. Thank you, sir. >> The driver of the vehicle was immediately arrested. When asked if he spoke English, he said he only spoke a little, though he struggled to do so, he eventually revealed that his name was FFE Gang. Unfortunately, the courier didn't do the same. Still though, both suspects were taken to jail to be further questioned. US citizen. Okay. He's illegal. He has a court case for immigration about his hearing. So, as right now, he's saying that he doesn't know anything. He's just saying that he's asked the other guy asked him for a ride. Who is the guy to do? >> You know why you're here today? >> Okay. I want to talk to you about today. You want to talk to me? >> So, you're currently arrested. Do you know why? >> I don't know. >> Because you were stealing from an old lady. I don't have any money on on me. I mean, I tell him you're allegedly for stealing money. He said, "I don't have money on on me." >> That's because we didn't let you get it. That's why you were arrested before you had the package. I don't know what's inside. Why did you come here? So now the cops determined that during their interviews, both of them were lying. They arrested the suspects and held them in custody. The cops recovered over a hundred grand in gold and returned it to the victim. It's a good thing she picked up on the scam before it was too late. On the 4th of April 2024, the cops were called to a bank after reports of an attempted robbery. The funny part was the suspect didn't speak English. Instead, the suspect, a Venezuelan man, used a translation app on his phone, threatening the bank tellers into giving him money. Hey sir, take your hands out. Hands out of your pockets. Hey, show me your hands. Do you do you English? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have any ID on you? >> No. He doesn't speak English. >> Jose. Yeah. >> While the suspect clearly told the bank teller to put the money in the bag, the man claimed he was only asking the teller through the app, of course, for some help retrieving money. The man said when asking for help, he'd only said please, but the cops weren't buying it. Next, they read him as Miranda writes in Spanish and got ready to question him. Okay. >> Before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. The cop did a really good job translating his Miranda rights. Having his rights read in both English and Spanish, the man couldn't act dumb now and pretend not to understand his rights, so he chose to talk to the officers. Okay. Mhm. He's saying he told him to put in this guy. He's saying he told him, "Please put in the bag." >> Did he have a bank account with him? When asked if he understood tood how the bank tellers took his statement the wrong way. The man admitted that he did. He might not have intended to rob the bank as he didn't bring any weapons or threaten anyone, but he did intimidate the bank teller into giving him money from a bank account that he didn't own. All of this was incredibly fishy and the officers agreed. >> Yes. Why would you go to a bank and request buddies? >> Why would you go to a bank? Why would you go to a bank and request to put money in a in a bag if you don't have a bank account? [snorts] >> He's saying he's sorry. He didn't mean it that way. identific. [snorts] Well, they said the one guy was a train track. So, we was riding it that way. It took him two tries to identify himself as he struggled spelling his name and communicating in general. The officer asked where he worked and some other basic info. The suspect said he'd been looking for work but had fallen on hard times, which is why he was at the bank asking for help. had charges. >> Yes. >> Has he ever had an Ohio ID or anything like that? >> No. >> He's been here for a year. >> He's staying at the hotel. >> He's not working right now. Venezuela. Doesn't matter to show who he is. >> He'll be >> He gave a name. Yeah, we got Venezuel I didn't take him to the car. >> I'll get it. >> The man was taken into custody and later charged with attempted robbery in Venezuela. Robbing banks is illegal, so he didn't have a reason, of course, to think it was okay in America. On the 1st of May, 2025 in Al Gangquin, Illinois, the cops were dispatched to a Super Target after reports of an Indian woman who'd spent seven whole hours filling a shopping cart with merchandise. She'd bypassed all points of sale trying to leave with the stolen merchandise. >> Are they back there still? >> No, they're right here. >> Okay. Are they in the office still? >> Yes. >> How much we looking at? >> More than 300. >> Okay. >> Hello. How are you? >> Hi. >> Thank you. So, this is Annayia. This is the info she gave me. Um, she said she does not have an ID on her. She's been in the store about 7 hours or so. She said she's waiting for someone to pick her up. She's visiting here. Okay. >> Um, she says she doesn't live here. She's from India. She's with family. They're coming to pick her up still a few times. Um, so basically she's been in the store. We've been watching for at least 4 hours. She's taken a ton of merchandise, different kinds. We're getting a total right now for you. It'll be well [music] over 500, I'm sure. >> No, there'll be more. >> You're right. >> Um, and she put them all into big three reusable bags. And then she kept getting really close to the door. She'd stand there. She'd send her phone. About three times she did that. And then she came back into the store, kept shopping, and then eventually we just stopped her because she passed [music] the first set of doors, went into the vestibule. We're stopped her in the vestibule, brought her back here. She's saying that she was still planning to pay for it. Um, >> okay. What do you guys want done? >> We're out of process. >> The thing about Target loss prevention is they make everything easy for the cops. They pick the suspect up and total everything up before the officer even has to ask. The suspect, who identified herself as a NY Flani, even admitted the total would be over $500. So, the cop knew an arrest was on the way. >> Let me just pay for it. >> That's That's not happening. So, you don't have an ID on you or anything like that? >> No. >> No driver's license? >> No. I don't drive here also. >> Okay. >> So, you don't have any sort of Illinois ID, anything like that? >> I'm not from this country. Okay. There's a lot of people who aren't from this country but still have stuff. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have a middle name? >> No. >> I can only do is I don't mind paying for it everything and then leaving. >> No, that's not happening. >> Can't do that. We lost that opportunity. >> Why don't I just pay for it? >> We're way way way past that. >> She continued pleading with the officer and the loss prevention employee to let her pay for the items and leave. It was clear she was afraid of going to jail or even worse being deported even though she claimed she was only visiting family. >> I'm afraid no record for last name of first. I'll check online. You don't have to have like a town or anything, do you? >> Where do you live? >> India. >> Negative. >> Who are you staying with right now? Where does your family live? >> Family is in India. >> How'd you get here? >> On the flight. on the flight. >> Yeah. >> So, you're here by yourself? >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> Okay. >> Listen, I don't want to get into any trouble. >> Yeah. We're We're It's too late for that, girl. >> Pull up your passport. >> No, but then what am I supposed to do? >> That's none of my business. I don't know. You shouldn't have been stealing stuff. >> I've not [music] yet done anything. >> Oh, you have. Pull up your passport. >> For what? What do I do? >> Okay. So, you can pull up your passport now or we're going to take you back to the station and you can pull up your passport there. >> Please don't. I'm really >> It's really It's too late. Can you please just pull your password? >> He just You promised me that nothing is going to happen. >> I did not promise you. >> Of course. You said that nothing. You once we do the system. >> I No. I said as soon as we're done with our reporting, we'll try to get you out of here as soon as we can. >> Yeah. You said you'll >> You won't be allowed to We're not going to fight with him. We're not arguing. We're not going to fight with him. >> It's too late. >> So, what do you want me to do? >> I need you to pull up your passport. I need to see a valid identification for you. >> And [music] then >> and then you will be going back to the station with us. I need to see your identification. >> Please don't protect me. >> That's that's simply not going to happen. >> With her pleased to be let go, the cops were getting irritated. It's like she didn't understand that the laws in America applied to her as well. She was convinced she could get a waste got scot-free, but the cops would make sure she wasn't let off the hook. >> Passport, please. Thank you. >> So, what are all those other things that you were just swiping by? >> No, that's all Indian documents. You can I can have I don't have my I can show you my license here. >> Okay. So, who's what's who's who's Jamisha? >> Me. And this is my >> So, who is who? So, who's Anya? >> This is my name also. But this is my Jamisha. You can see my picture. >> Okay. >> This is me. >> Okay. So, this is So, this is not your first name. >> No. >> Okay. That's nice. >> Listen, please don't please don't embarrass me, ma'am. Don't you >> I think your own choices are going to embarrass [music] you. It has something to do with me. >> So, what do I have to do if I have to? What do you want me to [clears throat] do? You >> I'm not taking anything. [music] >> I'm ready to even pay for it. >> It's not does not work like that. I don't know why you keep saying the same thing over and over again. >> So, what do you want me to do? >> I just want you to be quiet for right now. >> I'm really sorry to bother [clears throat] you if it is I'm really sorry. >> I understand that you're sorry. >> I'm not from this country. I'm not going to be staying here. >> Okay. How far? >> Okay. And >> are you allowed to steal things in India? >> No. I didn't think so. >> Okay. The minute he came, the minute the [laughter] door opened, he came, I returned back. I said, "I was just waiting. >> I've not gone away. How would I even run with these bags?" >> As far as the suspect's story went, there were a lot of inconsistencies. First, she said she was staying with family, then admitted to being in the country alone. Then, she was caught giving the cops a fake name. She wasn't going to get out of this one because it was all on video. Before I ask you any more questions, okay, >> I will explain this to you in the hospital. >> Yep. >> A few times she came up, stopped right here. I think she was seeing if it would beep or not. >> I don't know. >> And then she went back back in, grabbed more stuff, came back, [music] stood out here, went back. >> And the last time she went all the way around, came back behind one of those things. >> When you do that, >> did it be done? >> No, [clears throat] she didn't have anything that would have. >> How will I go back? They [clears throat] were going to pick me up somewhere from Target. >> Okay. We we can call somebody once you get back there. Okay. Once we get back there, it's a lot of paperwork. All right. Sometimes it's dependent. You know, if if we do our paperwork, sometimes you can leave. Okay. Once our paperwork is done, then you leave. Then you can call somebody to pick you up from the station, which is not >> I don't want anybody to pick me up from the station. I'm >> then you can call an Uber. Then you can call an Uber and have someone else pick you up. If you don't want anyone else picking you up from the station, then you have to call an Uber or somebody cuz, you know, you got to get out of our custody somehow. >> The suspect here seemed very confused about how the legal system worked in America. She somehow thought she could get out of the situation by drilling the cops with hypothetical questions. But like we said before, she was irritating the cops and they were now having to explain themselves again and again. Sadly for this woman, being an immigrant didn't do anything to help her case. She was heading to jail. All right. I'm going have you take your bag off and put it right here. [music] >> Take the bag off and put it right there. I told you what's going to happen. Stand up. >> No, no, nothing like that. >> Oh, [music] just face me. >> Stay where you're at. >> She has a personal luggage, too. >> Yeah, [snorts] it's an empty bag. >> So, she brought something into the store. >> It's an empty luggage. Hey, please. Please don't do this. >> Don't resist. It's not going to go well for you. But >> why? >> Just we explained it to you. Okay. When you take things without permission, that's a crime. >> But what do I what do I do now? For how long is it going to be? >> Hang on. >> Huh? >> Okay, just hang on. Okay, [music] it's probably going to be one maybe 2 hours. Okay, it depends on how quick the paper process works. [music] >> Please, I'm requesting you see count from 0 511. But my bag. [music] >> Your bag will come with Don't worry. Your bag was traffic. >> 11:01 on your >> What do I tell the family people? >> It seemed like the suspect was more worried about what she'd tell her family than the legal repercussions of stealing. She was clearly embarrassed to get arrested, but it was her own fault she was in this mess and there was no getting out. It's going to be very embarrassing. Please, ma'am. >> I I understand that it's embarrassing. I wouldn't steal either. >> It's very, very embarrassing. >> What do you want me to do now? >> You're going to go to the station and you're going to be processed. >> Huh? >> You're going to go back to the station. You're going to be criminally charged and processed. [music] >> What do you do in this criminal? What is that? >> You'll have to go to court. >> Who? Where? I'll go. >> We'll talk about that when we get back. >> Huh? >> We'll talk about that when we get back to the station. >> But at least let me know how do I need to call somebody. You you'll need to call somebody later when we're done with all the paperwork. >> But what do those people do to me? Like what do you want me to do? >> I I need to go back home. >> Well, you should have thought about that. >> Then, >> but I don't if you keep me forever or something. >> No, we're not going to keep you forever. >> Please. I have a daughter who's 20. >> Well, we should have be a better role model, right? >> Yeah, but then please help me. >> I'm not going to help you. Why would I help you? >> Huh? I'm not going to run away. Why are you keeping this? >> Keeping what? >> This is going to run away for $1,300. >> She was taken into custody and charged with felony retail theft, which under Illinois law is a third class felony. Annayia tried to steal 90 items totaling nearly $1,400. They took the woman to Mckenry County Jail to be processed further. Some immigrants think the laws of America just don't apply to them. However, when they're caught in the act by law enforcement, they're quickly reminded that there's no special treatment for them. When they try to get out of it, we all get to see what happens when foreigners play dumb and get arrested.
