was filming outside the premises of Southeast Medical Center in Dothan Alabama Mr Gray aimed to demonstrate how the ambulances were ignoring the stop signs on the road as he kept filming the vehicles around he was approached by the security guard of the the medical center the guard argued that he was not allowed to film around the premises Mr Gray disagreed with him and continued to film the guard returned while he called the cops on the scene watch how an encounter unravels between the cops and Mr Gray why you video I'm sorry who are you I'm security with the hospital okay what's your name Gilmore asserts that the driver must provide identification as per the state vehicle code since he is operating a vehicle however given that the vehicle is currently idle and not actively being
