You don't know if you say kill and you have a tap answer to kill. >> All right, Jack. You're just going to go to jail. >> You're under arrest. >> Relax, dog. Relax, dog. >> Yeah. You laughing at me? Get in the car. >> I box you, mother. >> Yo, you don't want to do that. Alcohol can turn even the most serious person into a jester. And unfortunately, it also makes some people a nuisance. So, the cops have to be called to deal with them. It's hard work, of course, but sometimes it can be very amusing. Sometimes the cops struggle to keep a straight face because these drunks are too much. >> Scott, I'm going to give you one last chance or you're going to jail. Grab your and let's go. >> I'm picking it up >> now. Let's go now. Don't break my ribs >> now. >> Again, like a friend. >> Scott, are you refusing to go? >> No, I'm picking my up. >> Get it now. >> On the 4th of July, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a children's park after a man there, later identified as Scott, was reported to be causing a disturbance. When the cops arrived, they found a family party underway. And one of the moms there, pointed the cops in the right direction. >> What's going on? Huh? >> What's going on? >> I don't know what's wrong. hand. >> Where's he at? >> Right behind the here. >> Okay. What? He just cut his hand. >> He busted his hand on the bottle or something. >> Is he being aggressive or something? >> Like, yo, telling us his son. >> Hey, man. What's going on? >> Hey, what's going on? What happened to your hand? >> What? >> What happened to your hand? >> My hand? Yeah, >> I cut it. I cut it. >> I cut it. >> You're good there. You're good. Stop walking up to me. Where you going? >> You're good. You're good. What's up? >> What's wrong, man? >> Oh, I was just trying to make dinner. >> Okay. Where you Where you staying at? >> Uh 28 33 on. >> All right. You need a good You want to look at your mess? Look at your hands. >> No, I'm good. >> You're good? >> Yeah. The Holy Spirit start to shoot my blood there. The cut didn't appear to be serious, so the officer just advised Scott that he had to stop bothering people and get out of the park. However, he was clearly drunk, and when he didn't appear to understand the question, it looked like there might be trouble ahead. >> You got an ID on you, >> right? >> Where's your ID? >> His bed right there. >> Okay. Where's your bag at? >> Where's my wall at? >> Right there. me your bag. >> You sure? >> That's your stuff. >> Are those your shoes at one? Okay. >> Where you shoot at? >> Where your stuff at? Quit looking at them. >> I don't have it. They have it. >> 414. You can disregard EMS. >> No, no, no. I need an ID. ID. >> Smoke cigarette >> first. I need an ID. >> I need a smoke cigarette. >> Yeah, you all good. >> Oh, you want to clear? >> I need a smoke cigarette. >> All right. Well, first I need an identification. >> Yeah. I meant to disregard you guys, but you >> knew my wallet. This head is over here, but it ain't >> It ain't over there. Where's your wallet at? What's your name? >> Scott. >> Scott. >> I ain't doing nothing wrong. >> Yeah, you are. You're intoxicated. wrong. >> You're intoxicated in a public place. >> So are they? >> You're way more. You're bleeding. >> No, I'm not. I don't give a >> cuz I cut myself making dinner. >> Yeah, you can't be doing that. There's kids. >> I can't cut myself. >> These kids are on, man. You can't. All right. >> Scott insisted to the officer that he wasn't leaving without his wallet. So, the officer asked him where it was. He then came out with the outlandish claim that the people at the party had stolen it, and he then said something crazier, saying there were times in the past when the cops had broken his ribs. >> I don't know what you're talking about. Hey, listen, man. You need to get your stuff. Come on. Don't do that. Put it in there. Scott, >> what? >> You need to go. Come on. >> I don't know. >> Scott, you need to go. >> I'm looking for my what? You lose. Scott, you need to go, man. >> I'm looking for my wallet. >> Then look. Hey, sweetheart. Can you get out of the way? There's a bunch of glass everywhere. Thank you. >> Oh, my wallet. >> There you go. So, now pack it up. >> Great. Pack it up. Pack it up, brother. Pack it up. >> You know who the I am? >> I don't care who you are. Pack it up. >> Scott, >> I'm packing it up. >> Let's go. >> It seemed like Scott was finally getting the message, but he then started claiming that he had food he had to retrieve. He was really starting to try the cop's patience, but with all these kids around, it was important to the officer to resolve things peacefully. >> Who are you? Scott, no more talking. Pack your Let's go. >> All right. Put a shirt on. Forget about the house. >> Respect my brothers. >> Guess we get my my my girl sick. >> Scott, quit looking over there. We got to go. Oh, >> let's go. >> That's yours. Let's go. Come on. >> Is this your fireball or my fireball? >> That's yours. >> That's your fireball. >> That's yours. You took it out of your bag. I saw you. >> You want me to reset? >> Scott, I'm going to ask you one more time, and only one more time. Let's go. >> The man finally managed to pick up all his belongings, but he was still adamant that he had to get his food. The officer here had been fair with him and he'd been more than patient, but at this point he was in no mood at all to wait any longer. >> To leave all this behind. >> Yes. Come on. >> I'm paying my food. >> Well, actually, we can feed many families with that. >> Scott. All right. We're not going to sit here and pack all your done. Let's go get your stuff. Let's go. >> Scott, I'm going to give you one last chance or you're going to jail. Grab your and let's go. I'm picking it up >> now. Let's go now. >> Don't break my ribs >> now. Like your friend did. >> Scott, are you refusing to go? >> No, I'm picking my up. >> Get it now. >> Don't argue. Let's go. >> You need to leave. >> What did I do wrong? >> You're disorderly and you're intoxicated in my disorderly. >> All right, you're going. >> How am I? >> Let us go. >> Nope. Back. >> How am I? In Scott's mind, he'd only been trying to pack his things up, and it was the cop who'd been unreasonable. As the officer finished putting his handcuffs on, the man kept talking nonsense. >> I have just obeyed nothing. >> No, >> you don't know the law of the Lord. >> You're right. You're right. >> You don't know the law of the Lord. >> 414. >> Can I get my N? >> You start me another. You can show Mr. Scott 1015. What? Because you come to her. >> Hey buddy, how you doing? >> He's a Leave him alone. >> You know my You want to bet? >> All right. You sure? >> Who you talking to? >> The one that called on me? >> Ain't nobody calling him. >> Oh, so it's you. >> Yep. >> You live in here? Yep. Get in there. >> I'm going to smash your face. >> Get in there. Is that a threat? >> You're a threat. >> Is that a threat? >> Nope. >> What does that mean then? >> You broke my rib. >> Get in there. >> You broke my ribs and you bought him excessive force. >> Okay. Police. >> They secured the man in the back of the vehicle and they took him off to jail. Hopefully, after Scott soers up a bit, he'll be a little less troublesome. On December 17th, 2024, the cops were called about a man causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the area. They found the man with a drink he'd bought from a nearby bar, but his reaction to them was very surprising. >> Yeah. Do you guys have body? >> Absolutely. You all you all know officer. >> Yeah. >> I have a problem with him. >> Well, he doesn't work here full time. So, >> yeah, but still his employee actually >> volunteers. Why is he a volunteer? >> Why is he allowed to be a volunteer? >> I need a written state. I'm trying not to get run over by a car if that's all right. >> It seemed the man had been causing multiple issues that day as he'd already been trespassed from one establishment for 2 years. The cops were trying to get to the bottom of this latest issue. So, the man pointed at a married couple sitting nearby. So what's the issue now? >> There were dropping on my conversation. >> Okay. So there were you on your conversation. >> What happened from there? >> Um he told me to get to step in which was disrespectful. >> Hold on. Cover your body. >> I was scratching my face. >> Yeah. Yeah. Just reach up and scratch my nose. Okay. >> His is still readily available. So, >> are you recording on cell phone or >> body camera? >> It's pointed cuz you're >> It still picks it up. >> Is it wide angle? >> It's wide angle. Okay. Gets me in frame. >> I don't like to be framed, but in this case, I want to be in the frame. >> Continue. The man repeatedly said that the couple had been eavesdropping on him, but he then broke off to thank the officers for allowing him to keep smoking and drinking. They pointed out to the man that open containers weren't allowed, and the man replied that he'd finish his drink in the bar that he bought it at. >> Okay, go ahead. >> So, I have I have a camera, whatever, whatever makes you talk to the camera. >> Uh, and I'll probably request the footage. >> I have a neurodeiverent Hey, High Springs. I have a neurode divergent deficiency disorder, bipolar disorder, as a lot of people call it, but it stems from my father having an oversized heart for his size and my mother having an oversized brain for herself. They're both small people. So what happened today? That's what that's what we're getting at today. >> Yeah. >> This interaction between you and >> I yelled at the gentleman because he disrespected >> that. >> Meanwhile, one of the cops went to speak to the couple, the man accused of eavesdropping. Unsurprisingly, there was a whole lot more to the story than the suspect claimed. >> We were sitting here. We've been walking >> and we were sitting here looking at his phone and the guy was behind us talking really loud and he said, "I don't I don't care." He goes, "I've been arrested three time." He was talking loud so we could hear him. We weren't either arrested. I've been arrested three times. And then he goes, "Yeah, like I would never be talking." He goes like these people are being talking to my conversation. Then he stepped up here on the pearl really close and he said, "Do you know my mom?" What do you say? Something with an A. And and my husband said, "Excuse me?" He goes, "Do you know my mom?" And my husband goes and and he said, "Well, she's really ugly." And I said, "Well, I'm really sorry. What do you be sorry about? I saw him be sorry she and and and so my husband looked back, I guess, to see if there's anybody with him. He goes, "What are you looking back for?" And then then he started getting really up and he started telling all this stuff. He do this to you and do that. I'll sp then he gets behind me and he starts coming around and I said, "Okay, no." He said, "I got to call the police. This is this is this is getting bad." >> According to the woman, some lady came out of the store to see what was happening and she witnessed the man being aggressive towards them. The cops then went into the bar where the suspect got his drink. >> How you doing? >> Uh, did he buy drink? >> He's not allowed to take it outside. >> Okay. Is did he pay? >> No, >> he didn't pay. >> He was here earlier. I thought he was trying to sing karaoke. I'm like, "No, like the owner talk the owner." I'm like, "I'm the owner." Well, you don't look like the owner. >> I'm the owner. >> So, you just And they bugging my customers around and they'll talk to them. >> He wants for them. >> My customers. >> What was his was his dream? Is it? I'm assuming he's alcoholic, but I I need to >> That's a margarita. >> It's a margarita. >> Yeah, but he's on something else. He's not normal. >> According to the bar owner, about 2 and 1/2 hours ago, the suspect started bothering his customers. And then he came back a second time and that's when he ordered a margarita from a different server. After they served the man his drink, he ran outside without paying for it. >> All right. Just tell him to send him so he can come and paid and >> well we'll get him taken care of and we'll make sure >> tell him not to come back here anymore. >> Yeah. If you want to trespass >> I don't I don't want to do anything to anybody cuz >> well that's not a charge. It's just it's basically a trespass warning is basically where we tell him that he's not allowed to come back here for two years and if he comes back within those two years then he can get arrested. >> So this is this today would be like a formal warning to him. >> Yeah. just give them a warning because um I know everybody here in town and it's gonna look really bad on me. You know, we're trying to bring people more people into Palaka. >> So, but yeah, just tell them not to come. >> All right. So, come back and pay and pick up. >> Thanks, man. >> The cops went back outside and discussed the case amongst themselves while their partners kept an eye on the suspect who randomly decided to try and be funny. Sir, >> are you like you got some German descendants? >> I have no idea. >> I'm from here. >> Well, everyone's here. >> Yeah, I'm Fidian. >> I'm to do my uh what's that called where you do your I don't shake hands, man. [laughter] I'm a German pub. >> You have any sanit? I would say that >> you got your body cam on. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> You're a German foe. >> German foe. >> German. >> I'm a German fob. >> Not a German f. >> Uh, as long as you don't like Nazis, that's pretty pretty easy distinction there. >> You don't, right? You don't. >> I don't know anybody that does. Do you have any health issues? >> I'm good. >> The only reason I asked The only reason I asked was >> I haven't got yet. There's just >> you advertising. >> Uh btwillhealth.com. um burwellalth.com or call 407960066 [music] if you need health insurance, life insurance, vision, dental if you want to get away from the traditional United States [music] American healthcare system, away from United Healthcare. >> You know this isn't YouTube, right? >> Don't. >> They took the suspect over to the officer's vehicle and he was secured in the back seat ready to be transported. But it wasn't quite the end of the story because one of the bar staff had a little more information to share. >> Yeah, >> he was here last night. >> He was talking to my manager at that point. >> Yeah, I was but he was talking to he wanted to talk to the manager. I was like, "Okay, go ahead." And then they he was walking with this and I don't know what they talked about because they wanted that [ __ ] right there. But [music] other than that, he even tried to come in and I think >> but as soon as I was walking by >> and I see him literally right in front of you. >> That's [music] >> he was doing a commercial for his insurance company whenever. >> What? >> Did you see him? He had his like shirt back like up in my face. >> Yeah. >> All right. Thanks, man. The man might have been neurode divergent like he claimed, but there was no excuse for his behavior. They charged the man with disorderly conduct and he was sentenced to 21 days in jail. On April 29th, 2024, the cops saw a woman later identified as Valerie sitting in the car with her engine running while drunk. Uh, >> it's the police department and the fire department. You okay? >> I'm I'm trying to get my I'm trying to get my >> Are you you having a any kind of medical issue right now? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. Can you turn the Can you turn the car off for me? >> It's called It's called Get your thing to go go up. >> Can we Can we Can we turn the car off? >> Oh, yes, we can. Perfect. Okay. Do you need the permex check on? Let's leave the car off. Okay. Have you had anything to drink today? Any drugs or alcohol? >> No, I had a good burger. >> Good burger. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Because it got warmer. It got beautiful. >> Okay. >> When asked if she wanted medics to check her out, Valerie said no. and she explained to the officer that she'd just been trying to park her car in the garage as she just got home. Nevertheless, for everyone's safety, the cops still needed the woman to step out of her vehicle. >> Can you please hop out and talk to me? I just make sure that you're you're okay. >> I'm fine. I'm fine. I want to go to bed. >> Are you Are you Valerie? >> Yeah. >> Valerie, can you uh provide this officer your fob at least, please? >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. How did you get here? >> We got called because of you. Your neighbor saw you stumbling and falling. >> No, I was trying to get into this and this and this and this and this >> right now. It's a bad idea. So, how about you provide this officer with the keys? >> Guys, get the key. >> Phone call. >> Oh. Oh, yeah. >> Provide the officer. >> I just want the key. I don't want I don't want you I don't want you driving it right now. How long? >> I'm going to go into my garage. >> We're going to leave the car where it's at right now. How long How long ago did you get here? It was two minutes. >> Two minutes. Did you go inside at all or do you stay? >> I have not been inside at all. And I would like to go inside at all because I have to work tomorrow. >> Okay. You're saying you haven't taken any drugs, any medication, drank any alcohol, nothing like that? >> Oh my god. I have not taken any drugs, any medications. I had a burger tonight. While her speech was extremely slurred, she denied taking any drugs or alcohol. It didn't change the fact that she shouldn't have been behind the wheel, but it looked like Valerie was about to make things difficult. >> No, I just want to go home and go in the garage. >> Okay. Can I get Can I get the key fob? >> No, you cannot. >> Okay. Go and step out of the car. >> No, >> Valerie, step out of the car. >> No. >> Okay. >> Oh, God. You >> I need to step on the car. >> No, I'm going to try. You're not going to drive the car. >> No, because I have three key fobs. >> Are you want to do a standardized field sobriety test? >> No, no, no, no, >> no. >> Oh, what's funny is because I did have years ago. >> Years ago. >> Oh. Oh, God. Are you willing to do a preliminary breath test so I can make sure I can see if you had anything to drink today? >> No, no, no, no. I I have to explain this to you. >> Okay, let's hop out of the car and explain to me. Okay. >> She refused to get out of the car and was fixated on the fact that she had to explain something to the officer, but not even a psychic could have predicted what was about to happen next. >> Because I had tapped. >> Okay. And there was years ago I actually had a head injury. >> Okay. >> And and and so I go to I go to neurology. They say and and as you guys do, they say tap tap tap. And because I tap dance, they say heel toe, heel toe. And because I have tap dance, I and have done it for years. I did it wrong. He failed. So coke. No, I just Oh. Oh, this is my other No, you guys don't know. And I have a firefighter nephew and a a police fire nephew. You don't know if you say shield coe and you have a tapped answer. Oh. Feel tilt. Feel tilt. It happened. >> After demonstrating her tap dancing, she still didn't let go of the car handle and was using it to support herself so she wouldn't fall down. No matter how fiercely she denied it, she was clearly drunk and she'd endangered herself and everyone around her by trying to operate her vehicle. >> So Valerie, right now you're under arrest, but hands on your back. >> Oh. Oh. >> Let go. Valerie, >> stop. Stop. >> I'm under arrest. >> You are under arrest. I do not want to force put you in cuffs. Says relax your arms. Okay. >> Right now you being a video recorded. >> So listen. >> I'm under arrest. >> Okay. >> Okay. Stop. That means you can't. You're not free to go. >> I have actually. >> If you keep pulling, you can get more charges for resistance. Let's not do that. Okay. >> Just hang tight. >> Oh god. >> Hang tight for a minute. >> Take those things off. take something of our hands. >> When she was unwilling to sit in the back of the squad car like they asked her, it was no big surprise. She complained that the cops were hurting her, but they stayed calm and professional and they got her in the car as gently as they could. >> No. >> Oh, no. No, no, no. >> Oh, bring your feet in. >> Seriously, Valerie, have a seat in the car. >> Slow your feet in. >> No. >> If you refuse to sit in the car, that's more charges. I don't want it. Yes, it is. about I'm giving you a lot of sit actually my wrists are being hurt like this. >> Don't rotate them in the handcuffs. No, >> that's all it will tell me. >> And can I and can I get them? >> No, I cannot >> have a seat in the car. >> No, I cannot have a seat in the car because >> if you do not sit in the car, you're going to get charged for obstruction. I don't want to do that. So, sit in the car. No, I'm trying to do what you instruct and I'm not being allowed. >> How are you not being allowed to sit in the car? >> Because you say get your hands here. >> I'm just I don't care about your hands. Just sit in the car. >> That's all I'm telling you to do. >> No, you say get No, you actually have >> I'm going to ask you one more time to sit in the car or I'm going to forcefully have you sit in the car the seat. >> Do you understand? You're going to get more charges. After another minute of arguing, Valerie finally sat in the car and slid in far enough so the cops could carefully close the door. Meanwhile, another officer had been talking to witnesses and passed on what they found out to the lead officer. >> Son might be home. >> What did uh what did RP say after driving? Uh she got here. She uh came here, stumbled over, got in the car, backed up to where the ambulance was. Right here. >> She pulled in then backed up. >> Back out. >> So she was in the driveway originally. >> She hit the >> No, she got >> before the call. >> Yeah. >> And then she backed up again and then she backed up to kind of where the ambulance was there. >> Yep. And she hit the curb all the way around the corner right here, which the tires on that side have got. I already took perfect but and then he like he almost uh hit the post coming in the >> hole here. So come in almost hits that comes in stumbles back >> front end damage on the front uh quarter panel for the wheel well. >> Uh and he's got a video of her stumbling. >> Oh, perfect. >> On the yard. >> Can you do a statement as well? >> Yeah, I'm going to get go get the video and everything. We'll come off here in just a minute. Okay, let's walk inside. Let's go this way. Come on. >> Oh, it just is there in their curve now. >> At the police department. Yes. >> No. No. Please take the goddamn things off. >> I will once we get here. Okay. >> No, they hurt. >> I'm going to take them off once we get inside this room. >> We just need to walk in this room. Valerie, come on. >> No. Take them off. They're hurting me. I just told you once we get in this room, I'm going to take them off. Okay. >> The officer proceeded to read Valerie her Miranda rights, but she kept interrupting the officer, making excuses about her car being in the driveway and asking the cops to take her home. And when it came to signing the paperwork, she had even more drunken annex in store. >> You understand? Right here for you. >> Oh. Oh, there's called I got to go back in my car. >> Right. Right up here. Prepare for this. >> My My glasses are in my car. >> Okay. [snorts] I need a sign right here by the X. >> No. No. That calls I have to get my glasses back up. >> No. No. You may not. >> You're not. You're not. Have a seat on the chair. Have a seat in the chair. Godamn it. >> If you want me to sign something, >> you're going to have me actually get like >> We're not >> No, you're going to get Valerie, stop. >> Oh, so you want me to sign something without actually my reading? >> Yes, you do. >> Notebook has that. >> No. >> Yes, you do. >> Oh, and you're you're holding my hand. Stop resisting now. >> No, no, no. You're holding my hand so hard. >> That's cuz you're not resisting. You're resisting arrest right now. >> No, I'm not resisting. No, that is hurt. >> Have a seat. >> No, I >> She continued causing a scene, demanding her belongings and banging on the door while the officer waited for a warrant to get a blood draw. She was later charged with resisting arrest and driving under the influence. On December 26th, 2024, an altercation happened at a bus station right across the street from the local police department. A man named Jack had been yelling at a woman and he appeared to be intoxicated. So, an officer went over to investigate. >> I was standing down there smoking my cigarette and that drunk damn came towards me. He just calling me my name and everything else. I'm going to be honest with you. I did not >> I only use it just in case. >> So I didn't because as soon as he asked me I told him this is my last I did not. So he down here just shut the me. I said what? I said I was standing here in my own business not doing nothing. >> What? Thank you. Thank you. The woman told the officer that she didn't want to press charges. The officer then approached a nearby bus driver. The next step was to talk to the bus station management and find out if they wanted him trespassed. >> Good. Are you talking to a friend or management? >> I'll talk to a friend. >> Okay. All right. Disregard. I can call management. I just want to see if they want Jack trespass because he's going to get in a fight with somebody here. Oh, pissing people out. Well, we got security, but I don't know where they at right now. But you can call management though and uh and see what's going on with that though. I have to be on the radio. >> No, you don't worry. >> I didn't know if you're already talking to them. I was like, I don't know if you're already talking. >> No, no, no. I know what's going on. I just heard conversation. Then all of a sudden, I see you, you and you and your partner walk over. So, I thought, you know, I thought y'all already >> No, I just heard y'all come over there. That doesn't go well. >> All right. Thanks, sir. Appreciate it. >> As the officer dialed the number for the bus station management, he was walking back towards Jack, but it looked like Jack was fed up with waiting and he started pacing up and down. Little did the officer know, the man's drunk behavior was about to take a very surprising turn. >> I think regret. We're going to be done with this. This officer, Jack, you're just going to go to jail. >> You're under arrest. >> Easy, easy, easy. >> There we go. Come on, Jack. That's embarrassing for everybody. >> All right, Jack. >> All right, hold on. >> While [clears throat] the lead officer put his gloves on, his partner supervised Jack. But it looked like Jack had already admitted defeat here because he' shifted himself into a comfy position on the ground and the cops had to help him up. All right, Jack, let's stand up, bud. One, two, three. There we go. Jack, why did you try to run away, bud? >> I don't I >> Well, you turned me earlier, then you tried to run away. >> All right, Jack, you're currently under arrest for for being a police officer as well as >> you told me over there you'd be my dog. Yeah, just stand there, bro. You just said I do again. >> I didn't say again. I said earlier. >> Oh, see, you can't tell us you're going to punch us in her face, Jack. That's not a good idea. >> I don't know, Jack. That might be the alcohol. >> Jack, those are more threats. >> What you got there? >> No, I didn't do that. You're a dirty baker. >> Oh, Jack, that's not very nice. He might be. I'm not. >> Oh, that's true. >> No, he is. >> Who is a mother? >> Yeah, just just stand the best you can. >> Hey, I'll Yeah, I was just talking something about that, Jack. >> But I won't. I appreciate that. >> No matter what kind of threats Jack made, the cops took it all in stride even when he wasn't making sense. However, it didn't stop the man from making more threats as they escorted him to jail. >> When you're sleeping, you don't wake up, [clears throat] you little >> That's norally what I do when I sleep. I do wake up here. Thank you. >> Wake up. >> Your children. >> Oh. Oh, don't bring my towel. That's not a good idea in there. Let go of my arm. I'll whoop your >> Jack. If I let go of you, you fall. >> Are you a train martial artist? >> I got you. >> I'll whip you over the >> Is the world flat to you or is it round because how you're walking is really round. You believe in God that you believe you guys treat people to thank God. >> All right, I got him for a sec. >> God, you ugly mother. You're one ugly mother. >> I know. >> Calm down there, Chad. >> Easy, killer. >> Yeah, you could let me go on my arm about the ground. >> As they brought him into the station, he continued making threats. But for every single threat he made, the cops had a oneliner to throw back at him. Since he wasn't getting anywhere, saying he'd beat up both of the cops, he decided to try something else. My probation over my best friend. >> Is he from Clair County or Madison County? >> Uh, my friends are kind of way beyond yours. On the 2nd of August 2023, in Austin, Georgia, a white van ran a stop sign and was unable to keep the vehicle in the correct lane. It was witnessed by an officer on duty and the cop initiated a traffic stop. >> Hey, sir, what's going on? can't see. Let me have your driver. >> Where's your driver's license? I don't know. Okay. >> The man's eye seemed to be the least of his problems, but he kept complaining about it as the officer studied his license. Despite his claims that he'd done nothing wrong, he was clearly intoxicated and should not have been behind the wheel. >> Hey, man. You doing okay today? >> Yeah. My eye, man. >> Yeah. >> Yes, sir. >> My wife is at the hotel. I work with my dad. Yes, sir. >> My eyes. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm headed to work. >> Okay. >> Your eye won't act right, huh? And after having a good think about it, he admitted that he'd smoked about 12 that morning. Next up, the cop wanted to check the man for weapons, but unfortunately Dwayne had other ideas. >> All right. Any weapons on you? >> Any you want to sit back down right there right quick? A >> Okay. Well, walk back here for me. >> Stand. No. No. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. >> No. I am the >> Okay. >> I can't stand too long. >> All right. I'm just going to put these knives off to the side. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. I appreciate your cooperation. Okay. >> The officer sergeant arrived on scene and got an update from the officer while the man continued leaning against the side of the van. The suspect then insisted that he couldn't stand up, so he laid down on the ground, and the cop decided to finish his search while down there with him. Sir, >> you need medical attention. Oh, I was headed to work, but I'm I'm just saying my leg. >> That's the cigarette. >> Let the cigarette. >> Stand up. >> Locking me up. >> Stand up. There you go. >> All right. Go ahead. I That one particular one went a little fur, but I I'll make sure you're okay. >> He went on complaining that his cuffs were too tight, but the arresting officer already made sure they wouldn't lock any further. And at this point, he had more important things to deal with. >> Have you been drinking at all? your hand. >> Have you been drinking at all? >> Man, last night me and my wife at the hotel. >> Hey, bro. >> Hold on. Okay. >> Hey, let me get >> All right. Yes, sir. I got it. >> All right. So, listen to me. >> I'm not going. >> Y'all got the handcuff. The sergeant asked if there was anything else in his pockets, so the arresting officer took out the personal belongings he'd found during his previous search. >> Man, you got your cup tight. >> Yeah, we can fit our fingers through those. We tested >> you. >> Come on, man. >> I'm running. >> What the running from? Yeah, you ain't getting >> I know you ain't getting >> Damn. Sir, >> go ahead and have a seat. Watch your head. We're going to respect you, okay? >> We're not going to tolerate any crazy behavior. >> With the man secure in the back of the squad car, it was time to take him to jail. But on the way down there, Dwayne changed his mind and decided that he did need some medical attention. So, they had to make a detour and head to the hospital. Unfortunately, the man took that as an invitation to start really acting out, and he had to be forcefully led to his room, shouting abuse all the way. Walk on your own. you. >> Yeah. And we f have a mother. >> You got me. You be on your mother. You you be on your I guarantee you I ain't letting After being cleared by Maddox, they transported the man to Cobb County Jail where he was later booked for reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, failure to maintain lane, and failing to stop at a stop sign. On the 8th of August 2024, a cop was on patrol and noticed a car parked partially in the street. The strange thing was a woman's feet were sticking out of the back window. The officer approached the vehicle to see if the woman was okay. >> Hello. [snorts] You okay? Hello? Are you okay? >> Are you sure? >> You're in the road. [laughter] >> I drive. >> Okay. Who did? Are you broke down? No, I'm hospitality. >> You're a hospitality? >> Yeah, I drive. Nope. No, sir. Nope. >> Okay. Whose car though? Whose car is this? Can you help me out here? You're parked in the road. I'm trying to make sure you're okay. Uh um I don't know. They picked you up. >> What? >> Even after the officer approached her, she didn't even bother to sit upright. And while she did seem capable of talking, she made no attempt to answer his questions and refused to identify herself or tell the officer who was driving. >> You need to talk to me. >> No, I don't. >> Yeah, you do. >> Good night. >> Thank you. Somebody has >> Uh uhuh. We're not doing that. >> No. No. >> 437 to 458. I am doing a >> Okay, listen. You need to cooperate. >> I'm not in. >> Okay, we're not doing this. What's your name? >> You got an ID? >> Nope. >> Okay. >> I don't. >> Are you refusing to give it to me? >> Uh, no. You asked me if I had one. I didn't say that. I refused to give it to you. >> Okay. Well, I'm demanding your name. What is your name? >> Why are you demanding it? >> This is not up for debate. >> I do. >> This is not up for debate. What's your name? >> You did not. This is your last name. What is your name? >> Nope. >> You are under arrest. Step out of the car. >> Nope. >> What do you mean? Nope. >> How? >> You're under arrest? >> Cuz you're not listening. So, I need you to step out. Okay. >> Because I didn't do anything. >> Come on out. >> Come on. >> She refused to get out of the vehicle even after they told the woman that if she didn't cooperate, they'd be pulling her out. And then her behavior took a surprising turn when she greeted the officer as though she was seeing him for the first time. Don't make this any worse than it is. >> Get out of the car or I'm going to pull you. >> Let's go. >> Hi. >> Hi. This is about to get very bad for you if you don't listen to me. >> I'm a tourist. I don't know why I'm like in You need help getting out. >> Would you please? >> I can help you. >> Thank you. >> Do you have a purse in the car? >> Uh, I don't. I have [snorts] like a traveling bag. >> Okay. You don't have a driver's license or an ID card with you? >> Um, >> I need to know who you are. >> I have a traveling bag. That's all I have. >> Okay. Is there an ID card inside of that in any state? >> Hi. I have no idea. You just pulled me over? I don't know. >> No, no, you were already pulled over. >> Uh, how would I be pulled over if I'm >> exhibit A? >> You're stopping the traffic with no lights on. >> I I didn't drive. I know, but nonetheless, the >> your feet out the window taking a nice snooze is in the middle of the road. >> That's the problem. So again, what is your name? >> Hi. >> Hi. >> I didn't throw my feet out. >> Okay. What is your name? Spell it for me. >> That is not my >> Spell your name for me. >> I'm being very patient with you. >> Although her attitude improved a bit, the woman didn't seem to realize just how badly she was testing his patience and kept dodging his questions with more of her own. When that got her nowhere, she turned to the female officer who explained to the woman that they were just trying to get her name. >> But I didn't do anything. >> I'm done with this. You are under arrest. >> No, no, no. >> Don't put your hands on me. >> I will give you I will give you my name. Turn around. >> No, no, no. >> Get your hands off of me. We are not putting your hands on the police. >> Oh, I would never. I would never. I would never. I would never >> I would never put your hands behind your back. I would never >> now that you wanted to make this difficult >> anything. I'm a tourist so I have no idea right there. >> Sure. >> Is that you? >> Yeah. Hi. >> Got back pockets. >> Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> That's what I've been asking for for the past 10 minutes, right? >> I apologize. I didn't understand what was happening. >> No, you understood. >> No, sir. I did not. >> All right. No. I want to I can see no male. >> Why would they have any? I'm just making sure. >> While the officer continued searching the suspect, the lead officer walked around the vehicle and shined his flashlight through the windows. The officer noticed some light smoke coming from the engine, which only added to how bizarre things were. >> Whose car is this? >> I have no idea. >> So, you're doing a random person's car, >> sir. Hi. I was at the bar and I was there. I have no idea. No sir, I do not. I wish I did. I wish I did. >> Hi, I'm a tourist. Hi, my name is I have been touring the Panama City Beach. I have no idea. I always >> So, you're stranger's car. >> Did you steal it? Uh, if I sold it, I would be in the front seat, sir. >> Okay. Well, it's smoking, >> meaning it's not working, >> so >> Okay, you can help. I'm not in the driver's seat. >> Can you make sense of this, though? >> Um, >> you just told me you were at a bar and you Houdini in the backseat of this car. >> You make no sense at all. >> I'm a tourist. Yeah. Hi. Hi. My name is >> He is very good. >> And uh I I >> You are um >> you're okay. Give me a second. >> Have fun with that. >> The lead officer radioed his colleagues and he asked them to run the license plate. Surprisingly, it appeared to belong to a man who wasn't connected to her in any way. The officer then tried to call the owner. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Is this M? >> Yes. >> This is Deputy Wilson with Bay County Sheriff's Office. I'm sorry to bug you this late. >> You need me to come [snorts] to you? >> Can you provide me any context as to [music] what's going on with your car here? >> Um, yeah. My son's used my car tonight. >> Your son? >> Yes. >> Okay. What's the problem? >> Is what did your son tell you? >> My son. >> Okay. >> He's left earlier tonight. Um just the way he responded, you know, you need me to come to you is kind of like h um [music] I don't know. There's a random female in the backseat of your car as it's parked in the middle of the road on Thomas Drive. So, I'm very confused. >> The owner of the car seemed very confused. His son was only 24. a lot younger than the suspect. He promised the officer that he'd try and contact his son as the officer had called from a number that was blocked. >> It's me. >> Yeah. >> Last call. I saw 10 times. >> No. No. He's not not here anywhere to be seen. Um so [music] do you have anyone else there with you that can ride you over here to pick up the course? So we don't have to tow it cuz again it's in the middle of Thomas Tra. >> Um >> it's not somewhere I can leave it. >> I do, but I don't have a key to it. >> That's the only key. >> Okay. One of the deputies is checking if it's in the ignition or not. >> I don't think so. So I don't Does this car ever have problems with like overheating or smoking or anything? The officer told the man about the smoke coming from the engine, but that he also noticed some damage to the front end. The owner said the damage was old and that the radiator had been replaced and that he promised to come down to the crime scene to push the car off the road if they couldn't find the man's son for the keys to the car. >> You're drunk. You're going to [music] jail. Okay. And you're going to see a judge in the morning and when you sober up and read the app they put in place against you, it will make sense. You have something that I can psychology out of college. >> You have something for me. >> My trunk. >> That doesn't make sense. >> Oh, that's got to hurt. >> This is stupid. I don't want this at 3:00 in the morning. >> It did. So, the door was shut and her feet were just [music] she's fiddling her toes out the window right here, laid completely flat. I drive by, I'm like, am I seeing this? Is this real life? >> They charged the woman with resisting without violence and disorderly conduct. She was also ordered to pay $500 in fines or she had to do 35 hours of community service within a year. On the 1st of March 2025, over at Tampa International Airport, the cops were called about an intoxicated man who was too drunk to fly. The cops found the man drinking at the bar. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hey, what's up? >> Good, man. You left your bags over there. >> I did. >> Yeah, we got to go grab them. Okay. >> Am I going? >> No, but they're not going to let you fly in your >> I'm not I'm not doing >> I've heard about three or four different people. >> I'm sorry. No. >> Yeah. Where you trying to fly to? >> To New Jersey. Yeah, >> I was here yesterday. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I was here. I was here since yesterday. So, I'm sorry, man. >> Yeah. >> No, don't. They call me, please. >> No, I'm not picking on you. I'm just saying we're not going to let you fly. >> Yeah, they're Why? What did I do? >> You're too intoxicated. >> No, I'm sorry. I'm not. >> But you got to go there. >> Yes. Yeah, but I'm not too intoxicated. Please. >> The cops explained to the man that it wasn't up to him whether he could fly or not. It was up to the airlines. They also explained that it was a matter of safety as something might happen to the man while they were up in the air. But whatever they said to the man, it didn't seem good enough and he kept on questioning their decision. >> Okay. Who's that >> now? I'm flying, man. Come on, man. You can't do that again. >> Yeah, man. I'm not doing it for the air. >> All right. >> All right. So, once you pay your bill, >> I already paid my bill. So, where's my um I got everything here. with the bartender. >> Let me ask you Bill's all settled. >> Yeah. >> No, you got to pay your bill, man. >> You got to pay your bill. [laughter] >> Why you What's going on? I'm talking from people that are saying that I can't fly. >> You're talking to people. >> I've been here since yesterday. >> I understand. >> No, you don't understand nothing. I've been here since yesterday. Sleeping here since yesterday. What's going to sleep me here? >> Yeah. Obviously, I've been here since yesterday. >> Let's pay your bill. >> We'll get you a different ticket. >> The suspect handed his card over, but unfortunately, the card didn't work. The man's other cards were in a bag he'd left unattended, so the officer tried to let him go and retrieve it. However, the suspect still thought he was being treated unfairly, and his behavior took a comical turn. >> Come on, man. My my boy took off from work. >> How y'all doing? >> Okay, let's let's go get your bag. You're going to pay your bill. Is anybody here with you? >> I want to just leave this country. >> I want to leave and go to Jersey already. >> Okay, man. >> Why y'all doing that to me? >> What's Let's do first. >> Let me give me Give me a chance. Let me go. >> Let's walk over and get your bag, man. >> Yeah. >> Why you doing that to me? Wow. You want to lock me up? Lock me up then. >> Here we go. Please understand >> I am not. I swear to God I just came here. >> Have a drink. I'm not >> again. >> It was the suspect's fault, of course, that he wasn't allowed to fly, but the airline supervisor gave him plenty of fair options. And you might say they were even too generous. However, they weren't good enough for this guy, and he started demanding the supervisor book him on another airline. >> Hey, hey, don't get yourself arrested. Okay? Don't get yourself arrested. You cause a problem over here, you're going to get arrested. Okay. Very good to you, >> sir. Sorry, sir. >> Let's just keep it down. >> Sorry, sir. >> Okay. >> Let's How are we going to pay your bill? >> I got a couple bills to pay. You want no bills I got to pay? I got to pay my purge. My purge is coming up. >> Listen, I want you to pay your drink here first. They're going to refund you your money. >> All right. All right. >> And we can get you somewhere to go tonight. >> That's a real Okay. >> He doesn't have enough money for his tab, >> but I'll pay what I got. Run as much as you can. What I got? That's not somebody else's. >> Lock. You going to try to lock me up? All right. Lock me up for what? I ain't doing nothing to these cops. >> Your buddy will be here in a half an hour. So, it's just >> Yeah. Yeah. It's okay. But I'm going to go on the airplane. >> I want to go on Jersey. So, what am I going to do? Go tomorrow? >> I can't go tomorrow. I'm sorry. Why y'all doing that? Why are y'all doing that to me? >> The suspect here was really trying the officer's patience. They told the suspect that if he didn't start listening and do as they said, he'd be going to jail. And there was still the matter of that unsettled bar tab. >> Listen, it's okay. Look, look, I just came back over here. >> I would have came back over here if it wasn't for anything. I would have been listen. I'm going to go back home. I'm going back home. >> I wanted to make sure it wasn't one of the >> I don't have some. >> What did she say? >> No, I'm not. tomorrow. >> He know he run a lot. >> If he doesn't go to jail, he'll come back tomorrow. >> No, no, no. I'm coming back tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Come back tomorrow and pay your bill. >> Yeah, I'll pay the bill tomorrow. I swear to God, I swear and everything. >> With the bar tab now resolved, they instructed the man to go with the cops to get his stuff and then exit the airport. But the man still wouldn't cooperate and he was fresh out of chances. So, the officer informed him that he was going to jail. You take me to jail for no reason. Living lawyer. >> What's your name? >> Got you. >> For what? It's disorder of conduct, man. >> Really? >> Yeah. It causing disturbance about eight people. >> Yo, you got cameras in there. >> You got cameras here, right? >> All right. He said yes. >> No, he good. He good. >> He got cameras. Good. He got cameras right here. Look. >> He was escorted out to their vehicle, but of course, he wouldn't go quietly and he loudly protested the entire way. Then came the struggle to get him in the vehicle. >> Yeah. What up, what up? I got this. >> Listen, don't me, son. You can put you done. >> Get in the car. >> Are you really going to Yes. I'm getting in the car. No. No. Don't push me. >> Get in the car. >> Listen to me. >> Get into the car. >> All right. >> Get into the car. >> I will. >> The last time. >> Who am I criminal? Am I a criminal? >> All right. Relax. Relax. All right. I'm going. >> I'm helping you. >> Relax. Relax, dog. >> Get in the car. >> Yeah. You laughing at me. >> Get in the car. I'll >> box your mother. Yo, you don't even know me. >> Yeah. That's why I didn't want to do that. You're laughing at me, man. When I come back for you, you going to be sorry. Make Make sure you record that. When I come back for you, you going to be sorry. >> Wait, help me pick it up. You already kicked your >> No, I can't kick you because you're treating like I did to you. I ain't do. >> The suspect continued crying and accused the cops of embarrassing him as well as stripping him despite the fact that he was wearing boxers. They charged the man with disorderly intoxication. Having a few drinks every now and then is fine, of course, but some people just don't know when to stop. When these drunks start acting ridiculous, the cops have to keep a straight face while dealing with them.
