I'm okay. >> Oh, no you're not. [screaming] >> Let me tell you, you have to have problems. >> I'm not I'm not giving any I my dad officer >> like so I do take a um like >> what's up everybody? I hope you guys are ready for an electrifying video. We have two airport Kairens. We have a degenerate getting tased. But before we get started, let me just ask you a favor. If you don't mind, please watch this video in its entirety. Leave comments. Please watch another video after that with all the AI slot that is flooding the platform right now. Some of my channels are struggling a little bit and I really could use your extra engagement. Thank you in advance. And without further ado, let's get started. November Delta Charlie Romeo 02. No pora. No. >> All right. Turn the open the door. >> Told you three times. Open the door. >> Open it, bro. >> What are you doing? >> Nothing, bro. I'm just [ __ ] listening, bro. >> No, you're not. You're You're sleep. You're sleeping. And you got alcohol bottles over there. >> What are you doing? >> Nothing, bro. I'm just chilling. All right. You just have finding a place to sleep, >> bro. I'm just chilling. >> All right. You've been drinking or no? >> No, I'm just chilling, bro. I just came out of work, bro. I'm just chilling. >> All right. Well, listen. People are calling. They thought I was suspicious. I'm here to check on you. Want to make sure you're not dead in this car. >> No, no, no, man. >> All right. You're good. You need anything from me? >> Yeah, bro. I'm just right there, bro. >> Why don't you go to the house? >> Yeah, I got Yeah, I could do that. I'm just sitting, man. I just came out of work. 42. >> Who is the tag that I gave you? back to Jose. >> What's your name? >> My name >> Martinez. >> Your name's Martinez. >> Oh, Martinez, where do you live? >> I live right there across the street. >> You have an ID on you, >> huh? >> You have an ID? >> No, it's at the house. >> Which you you own the truck or No. Uh, >> no. That's under my damn name. >> What's your name? >> Martinez. >> Martinez. What? No, >> you're not in trouble. I just got to make sure. >> No, no, no. It's Martinez. But >> Martinez what? >> Martinez. >> What's your last name? >> Martinez. >> What is your first name? >> So, I don't know if this guy is just playing dumb or if he really is that stupid because Martinez is not a believable full name. At this point, he might as well go for John Smith or John Doe or something like that. Now, obviously, this guy's hiding something, but the number one rule is never turn a simple misdemeanor into a full-blown felony. And unfortunately, that's exactly what he's about to do. >> What are you not understanding, >> man? >> I'm understanding. >> You're not in trouble, bro. I just got to make sure I know who I'm talking to. So, what's your first name, >> man? It's cold, bro. >> So, what is what's your first name? >> I'm telling you. I'm already telling you. What's your first name? >> Huh? >> It's cold. >> So, what's your first name? >> You don't want to give it to me? >> No, I'm telling you. I live across the street. >> I don't care where you live. I'm asking you what your name is. >> You're in a vehicle. You need to make sure you have a license to drive. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> So, what is your name? >> Stop cooperating. [snorts] Hey, >> what happened? >> What's your name? >> Get out of the car. Actually, I'm already telling you. No, >> let's get out. Let's get out of the car. Come on. You >> I think you're uh you're not fit to be driving this car. Let's go, >> bro. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Out of the car. >> All right. Step out of the car or you're going to be going in handcuffs. >> Damn. >> Oh, no. You're not. What you going to do? Hey, careful. Be careful. You want to shoot me? You might as well just sit here. >> Get your [ __ ] ass OUT OF THE CAR, BRO. YOU GOING TO shoot me? WHAT? OH, you put your hands on me, bro. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. GET OUT OF THE [ __ ] CAR. >> MAN, that was an incredibly effective tasing. It was so effective, it turned him as stiff as a board. I feel like we kind of need to rewatch that on slow motion to fully appreciate how good that was. >> Get out of the car. >> Put your hands by your [ __ ] back. >> I'm putting my hand. >> Why don't you [ __ ] listen? >> All right. >> Good. No, I can't get this code. Hang on. It's stuck on there. >> So, it turns out that this is Francisco Pascal, not Martinez. And he got charged with battery on Leo, resisting an officer with and without violence, as well as reckless driving. And he got sentenced to 346 days in jail, which is a very decent sentence. Quite often you see judges just giving probation, but at least in this case, they gave him a real sentence. Now, let's move on to the next body camera. >> Come back there. Then he told us that she had pills all around her back. So, a lot of pills on the floor and she's she slept after that. She told her can't touch other people. And then she slept the rest of the life, but she was like, you know, in and out of consciousness and stay awake and keep her head up. >> Did she get up right now or >> might need assistance? Because um someone had to help her put her bag in the overhead bin. None of this, we weren't told any of this. She seems coherent up until after the service. If we would have known at the gate, we would have fixed this at the gate. We would have done that. >> Should we go call? >> I don't think she's awake with me. Well, let's get EMF on standby. Just let her know that she's in and out of conscious. Is she conscious right now? >> Can we get EMS on standby? Passenger and out of consciousness. >> Okay. Everybody out. Yes. Go ahead. >> Here we'll have some come right. Come come come talk to us real quick. >> Sure. >> Yep. There. >> Take her up there. I'm going to see if there's any pills left over. Did you drop a bunch of pills down here? >> Pills? >> Yes. >> No. >> All right. Go. Go with my partner over here. >> Thank you. >> Oh. >> Watch your watch yourself. >> Come on. >> I got you. >> I got you. >> You got her. >> Yep. >> Watch your step here. Watch your step. We're going to sit her down somewhere quick. Put on the jump seat. Sit around. >> Okay. I'm actually like kind of good at this. >> All right. Just have a seat. Just have a seat. >> Okay. I'm kind of feeling weird. >> Are we taking any medications today? >> No. Like medications? It's just the regular stuff that I like. So I do take uh um like like >> Wow, she is making no sense whatsoever. It's like her brain is stuck on a loading screen and she cannot process anything whatsoever. Lady, you should have gotten wasted when you got to your destination. You planned this trip ahead of time. Why couldn't you wait a couple hours before getting completely shitfaced? Now your dumbass is gonna have to go to jail. Some people are just way too impatient. >> I'm a little bit freaked out right now. So >> it's okay. No, you're all right. Did you >> Let me give give me a little bit of time. Like give me a second. >> Okay. >> Did you um So you took some medication? >> No. >> No. Is it No medication? No pills? Anything? >> I did not. >> Did you uh do you have anything to drink? I did on the plane. Yeah. >> What did you have to drink? >> Wine. >> A glass of wine? Yeah. >> Just one glass. >> I literally had like a glass of wine. >> A glass of wine. >> Yeah. >> What did you have? What did you have at the airport? Billings. >> At the airport. At Billings. So, um I This is like so strange. >> Not the hardest stuff, >> but I'm I'm happy to comply with everything. Um, you guys are welcome to like thirst. >> No, I'm asking what what did you have to drink and eat in Billings, Montana? >> In Billings, Montana like >> today. What did you have to eat or drink? Is this yours? >> Yes. >> Are these yours? Your the pills? >> I have no idea what that is. Your question is >> um you thought >> I was over medicating. Are you asking me if I over medicated myself? I'm asking if you mix alcohol. >> Um, yeah. >> Okay. >> Hey, I tell you what. Let's Let's continue this conversation up here. >> Can you walk? >> Not without a second walk. >> Okay. Let's walk up there and get out of these people here so they can get their flight going. >> Like I I feel kind of weird. >> We're just trying to situation. >> EMS is they're going to come. Do you want to be seen by EMS? >> No. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. >> I'm like there. I will just keep moving. >> Let her walk up. >> I'm feeling like super weird. >> Okay, I got to keep coming. We'll keep walking and then we'll we'll sit down somewhere up there. Okay, >> dude. >> I am not. >> So, she says she's feeling super weird. And honestly, I'm not surprised. I mean, if you mix a bunch of benzo with alcohol, this is what's going to happen. You are going to be shitfaced beyond recognition. Now, nobody's telling her not to do that on her own time when she's at home. If she wants to destroy her health and her mind, that's her choice. But when you're in public, you are expected to act like an adult, which clearly she's not capable of doing. I'm >> not trying to hurt your arm, but I would make sure that you stay up. Okay. >> Oh, no. >> She doesn't want EMS. >> Okay. >> You sure? You sure you want to speak? >> Oh my god. She only had one glass of wine. >> You only had one glass. >> I've only had one glass of wine. Like get out. >> Sit her down some. >> We really I mean, do you feel like Yeah. >> No. Yeah. Ma'am, do me a favor. Turn around for me. Turn around for me. Put your hands behind your back. >> This is not >> Okay, man. Listen, we're worried about you because you can't walk. >> You're telling me that I can't walk? >> I'm walking. stumbling. You're stumbling here. Have a have a seat right here. There's a chair. There's a wheelchair right behind you. >> Right behind you. >> Yeah, but I'm telling you. >> Okay, go ahead and scoot all the way back. Go ahead and scoot all the way back. >> And the footrest is cross there. I just >> There's a footrest right here. >> So, literally I'm coming from a meditation retreat and I will >> a meditation retreat. >> Yes. >> Is that where you went? Oh, how was it? >> It was great. >> Stop doing this [ __ ] to me. I've never ever ever in my life. >> You've been treated like this crazy. >> Does it make you feel like really good? >> Why would this make me feel good? >> So, she thinks that they get some type of enjoyment from arresting a drunk at the airport. And I'm pretty sure they're getting no joy out of it at all. They're just doing their job. what they're paid to do, which is keep the airport safe and remove the nuisances, which in this case is this completely plastered Karen. Now, at first, she was just a little bit too drunk to be entitled, but I think that now her entitlement is truly kicking in and we're seeing her real nature. >> It I I just don't understand what's going on and very ridiculous. I I >> Do you think it's more ridiculous that you guys go inside can't even walk? Is that what you wish? >> No, that's what I know. >> I don't think that. I know that. >> All right, let's do a test then. >> You don't have to do a test. >> All right, why not? >> You don't you get the cameras rolling. >> Okay. >> Thank you. I'll I'll take that footage, >> ma'am. Sit down, man. Need your badge number. >> Okay, we we'll give you all that, but sit down. Of >> course. We don't want you falling. >> I'm not going to fall. >> I'm okay. >> I just want to make sure. >> Yeah, I know. You're trying to do your job, buddy. >> All right. So, listen. His camera's on. My camera's on. His camera's on. >> Vehicle camera's on. >> I'm going to search you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, we'll get in front of my vehicle. >> Yeah. >> You want to set up? >> I hope you don't have to take it in front of vehicle. Just you can do it right here. We got cameras rolling everywhere. >> If she can't stand, just lean her up against this. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> I'm looking at you. >> Hi, ma'am. >> Do you think you >> Look at me, dude. >> Turn around. You can turn around. >> Turn me around. Do whatever you need to do. Go >> ahead and face that off. Face that. >> Yeah. Just take the jewelry. >> Anything in your waistband? >> Pardon? >> You have anything in your waistband? >> No. No. Like what do you mean my waistband? >> Like anything like your waistband? I'm going to pull your necklace out. Okay. Is that okay? Yeah. Literally, this is the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me. I'm so like weird for you, too. Whatever you have to do. >> So, she says this is the weirdest thing that ever happened to her. Well, lady, let me just say that if you continue down this path, you better get used to it because you are going to get arrested a lot. She's an adult and she can get shitfaced seven days a week if she wants, but the best place to do it is at home. That way you're not bothering the public and you're not going to get arrested. You can ruin your life as much as you want and no one will care. >> I'm telling you that I am >> okay. Can you put your food for me, please? >> I will. >> Yeah. Anything in your pocket is going to poke me, stab me, or hurt me. >> Take whatever you see. >> No. Is there anything in your pocket is going to hurt me? >> Yeah. I don't think so. >> No. >> No. Matrix is such a pain to do. >> So, ever. >> No, I I understand. >> Keep it going. >> Nothing in your waist. Nothing in this pocket that's going to hurt me, poke me, stab me. >> I don't think so. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Nothing in your shoes. that one. Anyway, >> you want to double check or see if you're good? >> Yeah. You're going to walk with me this morning now. >> I'm actually not good. >> You're not good. >> We are going to have to have a conversation. >> Sure. >> Yeah. Like this is not okay. >> You want to step in here? >> Yeah, I will step in here. >> Watch your step. Okay, I got you. I won't let you off. Go ahead. Take one step down there. >> Yeah. >> Yep. This is absolutely not okay. >> All right, put your left foot in there. >> I I What? Let me tell you, you have to have probable cause. >> Okay. Well, you still about putting your foot in there. I need you to tell us about probable cause. >> Don't talk to me about Go ahead and get more in there, please. I'm trying to get at least somewhere comfortable. >> Is that better? >> Tell me. >> Well, what do you know? It turns out she's a Tik Tok lawyer as well. She wouldn't know what probable cause is, even if it smacked her in the face. So, she got charged with disorderly intox and possession. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. >> I promise I'm not doing any problems. >> I'm going to have you read for another flight until tomorrow. Okay. >> Sit down. I need you to sit down. I need you to sit down. >> We'll get the ring back. I need you to >> I need you to I completely I'm not giving any >> You're all right. >> Hey, ma'am. We're with the airport police. Can you for us? >> No, I understand. >> So, they call us. >> Oh. Um >> um mine's saying I'm leaving to the airport. What's uh what's going on there? >> Uh so I was trying to board onto my flight. >> Okay. >> Which was to com. >> Where is that? Oh, >> have you uh have you been drinking today? >> Yes, I have. >> Okay, got um >> I've been drinking. >> So, she's 242. Yeah, like I'm really >> So this woman is on her way to rehab and kudos to her for making that decision, but she gets completely shitfaced before getting there. That doesn't help. But surprisingly, it's not entirely uncommon because apparently when addicts check into rehab, they get completely destroyed the day before because they know they will probably be months without their substance of choice. Now, from what I've seen with friends and family members, rehab doesn't work unless you want it to work. So, I don't know if it's going to work for this lady. She doesn't seem ready to be sober at this point. And I know a lot of people in the comment section might feel empathy for her. And let me just say, wait until the end of the video because there's a lot more than meets the eye here. >> From here, >> where are you? Spencer India or Tennessee. >> No, no, for sure. For sure. >> I'm on the way to rehab. >> On your way to rehab. >> And I rehab for what? >> And I kind of wanted to get one last thing before I >> classic story. Tell us all this classic. I'm sorry. I don't read a lot of but like it's >> I mean I get it. I I understand. Not the first time I've played. It won't be the last time. How about this? Um why don't we Cuz you seem a little unsteady on your feet. >> Hotel. That's not our thing. That's their thing. They're not going to stay. >> You know what we can do though? We can get you a wheelchair. Get you over to the hotel on property. let you sleep the soft, right? That sound good? >> Okay. Yeah. >> All right. Cool. That's your only bag. >> Can I go to my rehab? >> You're going to have to call your your rehab people um and work that out with them. They're kind of like they're rebooked to you. So, we'll work on getting your uh rewarding pass. Sounds like that's going to be filling the rehab. Add one last she >> your only bag. >> Yes. You do one of you travel. >> No, I need your >> Yeah. No, I'm your travel. >> Yeah. No, I do. >> I can imagine the phone call to the rehab center where she'll say, "Sorry, I can't show up. I'm too shitfaced and I wasn't able to hop on the plane and now I'm about to get arrested." Obviously, she would say that while slurring her words, and their reaction would probably be, "Okay, what else is new?" I mean, what a surprise that is. I'm sure they get situations like that every single time. Matter of fact, it might be an anomaly if you show up to a rehab center sober. >> 30 minutes. >> 30 minutes. >> 30 minutes. that flight and then this one. >> Okay. So, here's your rebook boarding pass for tomorrow. The door is at 3:20 p.m. tomorrow at gate D6. You understand? >> Yes, sir. I understand. >> Okay. I'm going to give this to you. I'll give you your driver's license back. >> Thank you. >> We're going to give you this wheelchair right here. >> Right here. Officer Gwin has. >> Do you want to stand up? I can help you if you need me to. >> No, I do not need that. >> Okay. >> I think you understand. >> Yeah. see this all the time. >> Thank you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> No, sir. I know. >> If you don't think I've seen a wheelchair, >> understand I my dad is correctional officer. >> Okay. >> He has seen people become chicken ladies. >> Okay. >> Over this [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I promise you I don't know this [ __ ] >> Okay. Here's our thing here. You can either, to put it bluntly, go to the hotel or go to jail. Uh, what would you like to do? >> I do not want my best. >> You don't want to go to jail? >> No. >> Then I'd recommend you get in a wheelchair. We'll take you. >> I'm going take the man with him. >> I'm going take the man with him. I'll take whatever you want me to do. >> Okay. I want you to get in his wheelchair. >> Okay. Then I'm going take with him. >> We can help you in the wheelchair if you think you're going to fall over. >> Here you go. I'm okay with you getting in this wheelchair. Yeah. >> Put your legs in your bing in your backpack so you don't lose. >> Watch your foot. >> Do you have anybody that can come pick you up by any chance? >> Just like 2 hours. >> Oh, I want my mom. You want your mom to call you? Do you want me to call your mom on your phone? It's unlocked. You want me to go? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Can I do it for you? >> So, I wonder what's the combination that's going on over here. What kind of cocktail is it? Because I refuse to believe that there's a bartender that allowed her to get this drunk at the airport. I don't think they would serve her seven, eight, or nine drinks that it would take to get this plastered. Obviously, there's a mix going on here because benzo and alcohol are very dangerous and they can get you shitfaced faster than you can say shitfaced. And this is most likely what happened here. Now, the cops are coming up with a very silly plan. And that is to try to get her a room at the fancy airport hotel. Let's see how that goes. >> It's not saved. The number's not saved in here. Is that that's the right number? >> Yeah, but you can't let her know that I've been moving. Okay. That So that's not the right number. Is this Is she saved in your phone as mom? >> Yeah. Okay. We can go. I'll call her. All right. Ready? >> I'm going to call her when we walk. Okay. You feel all right? >> Oh, you're me. >> What's that? >> You're me. >> Okay. No, we're keeping you all right. >> No, you're not. Can you tell me what was wrong about it? What is going on? >> Too intoxicated to fly today. That's all. >> Oh, so that that's what is in his. Can you tell me that my fiance is really? >> Yeah. Tell us unless you're on the plane when you're here. Got you. >> Oh my god. >> Hey, so this nice lady here, not able board flight. He's too intoxicated. So, he's going to try and sleep it off for the night here. >> All right. >> See if he can't get you uh >> You're sold out completely. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, they don't have any more rooms here. We're going to have to try and either find you a hotel or, you're not going to want to hear this, but it's for your own good. You're going to have to go to jail for you to sober up. >> Okay. So my friends will find away from here and go to >> Okay, fine. Wait for Okay. >> Well, okay. >> By the way, this is where our tax dollars are going. If you're in America, you pay taxes. This is where it's going. You're basically paying the police to be glorified babysitter. Now, of course, I'm exaggerating. Most of the time they're doing law enforcement, but when there are adults like this one that do require special care, it takes a lot of resources. And most of the time, these cops are handling these overgrown babies for hours on end. >> So, what would you like to do? You can either try to book for another hotel and arrange for transport, preferably on your own. There's several hotels just off airport property for you to try to book for. If you can't do that or you don't want to do that, you're going to jail. >> Okay. Well, I have two questions. >> What are your two questions? >> Okay. So, my first question is if I go to jail, will that be? >> You will have a PI of public intoxication on your record. >> Okay. So, you see that? >> It will be on your record like I just said. Yes. Public intoxication. >> Uh, no. If my parents find me a place, >> if your parents can >> Yes. >> If your parents can >> Yes or no question. >> Let me explain it to you. Your parents can find a place for you to stay and arrange transport for you if you'd rather do that. We're just not going to help facilitate that. This is part of you being able to take care of yourself. Okay. >> So, it's a it's an issue. If you want your mom to you want your phone and your mom can call the hotel for you, but we can't spend all day with you. Okay. >> Yeah. No, no, I understand. >> You want your phone? Huh? It's in the >> No, I I understand what you're saying. >> Okay. >> Mine. I'm thinking about just taking push back to your car. Charlie 27. All right. Please. That is not good. >> Oh, she's already not right now. All right. We're going to take you back in to the airport. Okay. We'll try to get some transport for you there. All right. You mind carrying this off? All right, we're going to go get some fresh air and we'll go get some cooler acry. >> We can't guarantee anything for you at this point right now. One thing that I can guarantee you is that hotel was not full. Most of these hotels by the airport are like a thousand bucks a night and there's no way they were at capacity. What most likely happened is that the receptionist saw this woman completely shitfaced that can't even stand up and said, "You know what? No, I don't want to deal with that." I mean, what is the point? Even if she were to get a room, is she going to pay for it? And if she does pay for it, will they have to call the cops a few hours later because she's completely passed out in her own vomit. This woman does not belong in a hotel room right now. She belongs in a hospital, then jail. You all right? Hey, we're good. See, you're not going to get out of this wheelchair. >> Don't do that. We're good. We're good. I'm trying to help you. >> You better not fight. >> I'm not fighting you. >> I'm just trying to keep you in your chair. I don't want you. I'm not. I'm swearing I'm not Hey, you good? Hey, are you good? >> Hey, we need you to stay awake. Okay. >> Fine. >> Okay. >> We're going to get you over here close to the wall. Okay. >> Okay. We're going to go over here. Okay. You see this door over here in the corner? We're going to go over here. Okay. >> We're going to go outside and then we'll explain more when we get out the side. Okay. See there? Fresh air. Okay. As best you can, go ahead and stand up for me. Okay. At this time, you're under arrest for public health intoxication. Okay. I need you to stand up or sit up as best you can. We got to see buckle you in. >> Okay, I'm going to reach across here. >> Okay. You're fine, man. All right. Just give us a minute. Okay. I'm still baffled that they're not bringing her to the hospital because I've seen situations where suspects get brought to the hospital for way less. They were less impaired than this by far. So, it is kind of surprising that they're bringing her to the jail. Usually, the jail wouldn't accept someone that is this intoxicated. But, like I said, wait until the end of the video because so far she's been very cooperative, but when she gets to the jail, that's where everything changes. Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. That's inappropriate. I understand you're upset. Remember what I told you. Don't Don't try and take this off, okay? This is for your own good. I I want you to jump out of the vehicle. I don't want you to hurt yourself, okay? I want to see you go to rehab. I want to see you get sober. I want to see you stay sober, okay? This is >> this is just a temporary setback. You're going to be in jail for 8 hours. They're going to release you. You're going You can come back to the airport. You can catch your flight tomorrow, but do not drink. Okay? You probably want one last one before you fly out to rehab. You see what one last one did to you today? I don't want to see you do that again. Okay. All right. Control 62. It seems like SDS Liard C. I'll be pulling over by the loop drive. How'd you do this? >> I'm trying to pull over my whole [ __ ] >> What' you do with the handcuffs? >> I didn't pull over anything. >> You understand? This is an additional charge. >> No. >> Listen, I I got handcuffed. I got to be handcuffed. This is for your own safety. Okay. Are you okay? I'm trying to work with you. I promise I am. But you keep uh doing these things that cause me to worry for your safety. Okay. >> You got it down there right now. >> Yeah. [screaming] >> It sounds like your mom's going to try and bond you out. Okay. >> I I don't care. Don't you understand? [screaming] A [screaming] MOMMY. [screaming] SORRY, LADY, but what are you doing exactly? What's the point of screaming like that? It is not going to accomplish anything. If anything, it's just going to make you look like even more of a degenerate. Now, eventually, they did bring her to the jail, and I don't really understand what's the point because she can't even stand straight. Go ahead and step out. I'mma close the door. Just hold on to me. I hate for you. You'll fall over and hurt yourself. This is your backpack. It has all the stuff that we talked about earlier. Your boarding pass, your phone, your wallet, your ID. All right. I'm going to hold you like this just to make sure you stay up. You can not be able to on your own power. Yeah. Hold on. >> She can't stand up on her own two feet. >> She can't stand up on her own two feet. >> Okay. >> Little too much drink. >> Thank you. >> So, get this. She was charged with a charge that I have never seen before. It's called retaliation for a pass action and it is a class E felony. It is illegal to harm or threat to harm certain public officials, participants in legal proceedings or their family members by an unlawful act in retaliation for their official actions. And at one point, she threatened to rip an officer's throat while he was taking her to booking.
