So, if you go in that building, I'm going to put you in Bro, he's literally on me right now. All right. Get off me, bro. I can't stop you. STOP. OFF ME. STOP. Get the off of me. Can I please go to jail? I'm begging you. I'm begging you. I'm begging you to go to jail. Who don't want to go to jail when they begging? How much were you trying to sell your PS4 for? >> 400. You said 400? >> Yeah. Did all three of them get you? Yeah. As far as bullies go, they thrive on insults, intimidation, and fake bravado. While they sometimes manage to scare people into submission, they get a very painful reality check when they're up against law enforcement. Their tough guy act completely falls apart when the cops put team bullies behind bars. >> [screaming] >> On May 24th, 2025, the cops were called to a Speedway gas station. There was an intoxicated woman there refusing to leave the property, and she'd already been trespassed from Speedway and another nearby business. Once the cops arrived, they quickly lost their patience with this entitled college Karen. She's on a drunk at the Speedway, baby. I'm going to put you in jail. Why? For being drunk. I don't want to go to jail. What are your plans? What are your plans? Cuz I've heard about enough of you. >> I've heard about enough of your mouth. I'm sorry. I don't want to argue. I don't want to fuss. I don't want to fight. I don't want to go to jail. >> That's not what you were saying a couple seconds ago. I mean, I hate the police, but I still don't want to go to jail. How far out is her ride? Do you want me to call my sister? Uh she's right here. She's on the phone. I don't want to go to jail. I mean, I hate y'all, but I don't care. I know you don't. Not to be fair. Y'all crackers, y'all don't get When they asked the woman her name, she refused to tell them. But as you know by now, they'd eventually find out. Just a petty act of defiance from her that was just going to make things far worse. In reality, if you're being investigated by police, refusing to give your name could be a potential criminal offense. How do you get home? I'm waiting. And I'm waiting just as much as you waiting. What's this Marsh Maniac for play? You better be nice. All [ __ ] entered the phone. I don't know. Hello, Mom. What's your name? Oh, I didn't know. I didn't think she was on the phone. >> What's your name? I know. I know. What's your name? My sister is on the way, but I can't I can't You're stopped for a Marsh Maniac. What is your name? Ma'am, if you don't give us your name, you're going as a Jane Doe and you'll be there all night. So, it's to your advantage to just be honest. Cuz either way, you're going. All right, you're you're being charged with it. You're going to jail then. I got her ID. She said she hated the cops, but if that's how she usually acts, she'll most likely be spending a lot more time with them throughout her life. Before the cops had got there, she was causing serious problems at three different businesses. Clearly, she had nothing better to do on a Saturday night. Face that way, please. I need you to be facing that way and talking to Yes. Do you have anything on you? >> No. No, I have nothing on me. Okay. Can you step in Is her phone Can you step in there, please? Yeah. Can you face that way? I'm going to buckle you in, okay? No, no. Oh, yeah, you're you're Face face this way. >> No, no, that's fine. Hey, can you help me with the buckle on that side? So, what did I do wrong? Too drunk. The cops took the woman into custody for being way too drunk. They also warned the woman that she was dangerously close to getting another charge on her rap sheet for disorderly conduct. >> I'm just saying y'all tweaking like I'm so confused. I've been in jail 20 times and now I'm not going to jail like what the [ __ ] is up? You are going to jail. I'm so confused. It's not a charge. But I'm on a golf cart on my way to jail. Like I'm flabbergasted. Like what That's a breach then so it doesn't happen again. Like what the [ __ ] is going on? I'm so Oh my god, is this how I'm going to jail like I don't know if I'm tweaking. I don't know what Yeah, you are. You are cuz you're drunk. >> Bro, I am tweaking but like I called my sister to come get me. I did nothing wrong and I'm I have no charges, right? >> say you did nothing wrong but yeah, you have no charges. What did I do wrong? You know what you did wrong. What did I do wrong? You're being very disruptive though. You're yelling at me. >> Okay, so what is the charge for that? You have no charges. I explained that to >> you. Thank you. No charge. Thank you. Ah. Ha. >> [screaming] [crying] >> I thought so. >> [laughter] >> Ooh, crackers want to arrest me so bad and they can't. We're not crackers. Y'all are crackers. I'm black. You may not be Caucasian but you're still [laughter] a cracker. Better than us. Darker than you. Okay, so you're an Uncle Tom. My bad. Excuse my language, Uncle Tom. >> are you going to do again? Do we have any word on You can't even take me to jail cuz I did nothing wrong. >> [laughter] >> She casually bragged to the cops she'd been arrested 20 times before like it was some kind of badge of honor. Most people would be embarrassed and maybe even rethink their life choices but not this woman. She pretty much seemed proud of it. I did nothing wrong and now you can't take me to jail. It's not a charge. I did nothing wrong and you can't take me to jail. >> relax? What are you security? I thought so. Thank you. I'll fix it. Just turn that way. >> got it. my No, no, no, that way. What are you doing? I don't know. Face that way. Like you need your back towards me. And it's probably All right, let me fix this for you. So, what needs to Oh, I see now. Yeah, thank you. You see. Yeah, I got you. >> Fix it. Is that fine right there? For the left one? All right, let me do the right one now. Is that okay? Oh, you're just tying it. Yeah, yeah, one second. Are you You must be new here, but do you know what double lock is? Yeah, excuse me. Okay, if you knew what double lock is, you wouldn't have did it the first time. >> first day, so. Yeah, it seems like it, cuz even it ain't my first day and I don't know what double lock is. OH MY GOD, YOU'RE HURTING ME. WHY are you hurting me? >> Stop it. I'm not. >> you hurting me? You're hurting me. >> Can you relax? You can you relax? You're hurting me, bro. You can help her. I'm not helping her. The cop was trying to help the woman adjusting her handcuffs to make her a little more comfortable, but she didn't seem interested in the officer's help. All she really wanted to do was make a scene. Eventually, the cops had enough of her bratty theatrics. You cut off the camera to hurt me? You cut off THE CAMERA TO HURT ME? >> IT'S RIGHT THERE. It still hurts, bro. You You hurt me. I'm trying to FIX IT. BRO, YOU'RE HURTING ME. IT HURTS. LET ME FIX IT. IT HURTS. Y'ALL ARE HURTING ME. Y'ALL ARE HURTING ME. NO, THIS RIGHT ARM. Y'ALL HE PUT THE CAMERA UP AND THEN HE TOOK the camera down and he hurt me and then he put the camera back up. It hurts. Fix it. Please. I'm trying. It hurts. I didn't mess with it. Y'all are attacking me. Where you hanging out at? Near Shepherd's, near Panpilo's, but I didn't drive. No, but you can't be disorderly and at those places and intoxicated. I did I was at the gas station sitting outside the gas station. >> Shepherd's, and Speedway. You caused issues in all three. What did I do at Speedway? Well, you were intoxicated. You were yelling. >> did I do? You were yelling. So, what did I do at Shepherd's? Same thing. Yelling? Yeah. We got We got We got two trespass CALLS. >> WHY IS IT A crime to yell? All those people do at those places. >> a breach of peace. All the cops were doing here was taking the woman into protective custody for being too intoxicated. That being said, it seemed like the Karen was trying to rack some more charges up just for the fun of it. That's my bond. I don't know. Huh? I have no idea. Can you figure it out? No, ma'am. You don't know how to figure it out? You're too much of a rookie to understand what the bond is? Yes, ma'am. I I I figured. You look like it without my saying. Yeah. That's it. That's not nice. Okay. >> to shut up. Okay. >> Stop talking to me. Okay. >> Shut up. In the end, she was charged with disorderly intoxication and public affray. What could have been a very simple case turned into full-blown chaos all because this Karen refused to listen and calm down. On the 13th of November 2024 in Florida, the cops were called out to a school. Reportedly, a student became aggressive and was openly threatening the staff. Instead of calming down once the cops arrived, the teenager, whose name was Kylie, was directing her rage toward the officers. [music] Let me tell you something quick. Okay? You're lucky that you have family. Really? And you're lucky she's You realize that threatening or Oh, I'm not threatening. I'm just saying. You realize you could be arrested for threatening the school employees? I'm not. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm just saying. You're saying that you want to put me on the ground. I said you're lucky that Can you leave this place? Huh? Can you go? No, ma'am. Can you go? No, I'm trying to get you to calm down. This isn't like you. This teenage bully was incredibly bold, even threatening a staff member right in front of the cops. And while the officer had worked at the school for a while, and insisted she and Kylie had always had a good relationship, it didn't stop her from lashing out. DON'T YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. DO NOT. HEY, SHE'S A MINOR. I DON'T CARE. GET OUT OF MY FACE. SHE'S VERY AUTISTIC. She She just assaulted the police officer. I'm sorry. She is. Are you mom? >> I'm her mom. Okay. She's very autistic. Oh, I know. I know her. I have never had a problem with her. She actually comes up, she hugs me, we get along just fine. >> She's had a bad day. She had to change her school today, so Okay. She probably should have just stayed home instead of coming to the college. Kylie's mother explained that her daughter had had a bad day at school, and that her reaction may have been further intensified by her autism. Even if you do have a bad day though, no matter how rough it might have been, there's no excuse at all for threatening teachers or attacking the cops. She's going to go to jail. Go to jail? >> Yeah, battery on a law enforcement officer is a felony. Can you not put her in >> No, ma'am. She will be arrested, she will stay in handcuffs, and she will take her to jail right now. And then is Are you mom? I'm mom. So, what will happen is we have to notify DJJ. So, do you know where we're at with the score sheet? They do a score They score sheet. They check things off. Has she been in trouble before? What the felony is? And then they determine if Does she get released back to you or does she go to the Department of Juvenile Justice for 21 days? So, I can't tell you which one that'll be because I don't I don't have the score sheet. I don't know whether She's ever been in trouble before. No, she's usually one of our best kids. In their day-to-day lives, people with autism often struggle with change. And according to her mother, she'd experienced a whole lot of change that day. It was difficult for Kylie, and it might have been an explanation for her unusual behavior. There's maybe three charges in the school setting that we draw a line at. Um one is a a written threat to do a mass shooting. One is if they batter a teacher or if they batter an officer. Other ones we usually file, send it to the state attorney's office, and deal with it down the road. But there are there are ones where we draw the line. And unfortunately, this this is one of those that we we draw the line. Um and I've known Deputy Newton for years, and she's way more relaxed than me. I'm sorry. expelled her from school. She won't be back. Okay. Um I don't think I don't I don't know. I mean, I haven't talked to her dad. I'll call her dad real quick. Where will she go from here? She'll go up here to our our county facility. The officer explained that he'd create an arrest report laying out the exact reason she'd been taken into custody. He'd send the report to the Department of Juvenile Justice, where they'd review Kylie's actions and mark them against a score sheet. At that point, the officials there would decide the teen's fate. What did she say to her? She threatened to put her in the ground. She said she was lucky that she had family here, or else I would put you in the ground put you in the ground. And then she started backpedaling saying, "No, I wasn't threatening. I was just saying." She's just saying, but that is a threat. That's why I tried to tell you. Your words, the way you say your words, and your your actions >> [cough] >> Someone don't hurt. I'll be honest with you. A lot of times if it's their very first one Mhm. and depending on the severity of this, I'm not I'm not physically injured. Okay. But but she needs to know that this is like very very >> Oh, this is serious. She is She is not going. What I'm saying is the chances of DJJ accepting her are a little bit more on the slim side because I'm not injured. >> I wouldn't bank on it. I know I know I know because you never know with the DJJ screeners. Because she had no prior history and the cop wasn't seriously injured, the cops had a hunch that the juvenile justice system might go easy on her. Then again though, assaulting a cop is no joke. It's a very serious offense with often very serious consequences. I must say you cool with that? I'm not going anywhere. I don't know. That's stupid. I don't know. You know I'm still minor. So y'all can't take me to jail. We can. I'm still a minor. Yes, we we we can take minors to jail. Not sure who gave you that information that we couldn't, but we can. There's a different process we have to go through. Snickers or Twix or Twix or Twix? Out of the two, Snickers all day long. You know when they arrest you, you're supposed to say you're under arrest and they will be using that against you. Are you Miranda warnings? Yes. You have You have to tell them their rights on that if you're doing what's called a custodial interrogation. So, if we arrest somebody or we limit their freedom of movement and then we begin to interview them or interrogate them about a crime that we can use to build our case, then we have to Mirandize them. But thank you. But just Yeah, TV will make it look like you have to do that every time. As for the female officer she'd assaulted, she maintained that they'd always had a good relationship, even going on to say that they'd often shared a hug. But that day, the teen had been a whole lot different, not so pleasant version of her was on full display. Hey Donny. We got her. Jesus! I'm going to wait. I'm going to call the cops. I'm not calling anybody. All right, I got my paperwork printed, transmitted as far as probable cause. >> Okay. So, I'll take her, Okay. drop her, make the phone calls, and then I'll come back and finish my report. Whatever, or you can just tomorrow if you got time. All the PCs in there were good. >> PCs in. So, it's already been transmitted, so if you want to double check it, I can. Yeah. Once we Once we get her in your vehicle, then I'll go get it get her first. >> to search her real quick. >> Okay. I ain't got [ __ ] on me. Well, it's just our policy. We have to do that on everyone. So, Go ahead. Hey, let's go in this office at least so that way you're not out in the open. The cops decided to take Kylie out the back exit to avoid creating a spectacle and drawing attention from the other kids. She was in enough trouble as it was, and adding more humiliation in public could have been a step too far. See, yeah, I told you you might have to turn your knees sideways cuz it's uh All right. I wasn't going to bother trying to do that. >> It's uh All right, I'm going to seatbelt you in. Okay. Hello, got one for you. Oh, okay. Okay, um Juvenile? Juvenile? Juvenile. Okay. You got any property? No, her mom took it. Her mom's been notified. I've just got to notify DJJ. Oh, okay. All right, guys. Um Do you got cuffs on? Yes, ma'am. Okay. Okay. Um My hand is broke. Okay. Oh, really? Oh, okay. I'm going to write that. Oh, you want to be a little bad. That's what you want, a little bad. She's usually not, but today she Today she tried the system. Yeah. Today she tried the system. You can talk to your mama like that, but you don't talk to me like that. By the end of things, the school's principal decided to have her trespassed from the entire district. That included everything the school owned, as well as games or athletic events. The ban was set in place until, {quote} {unquote}, "further notice". On May 22nd, 2025, the cops were called to a public park after getting calls about a young man harassing children. The suspect, Lauren Taylor, was known to local law enforcement, so when the officers got there, they knew exactly the kind of chaos they were walking into. >> What's next? I don't even know. I'm just backup officer, so Hey, man. Hey, my my man. Bro, I ain't did nothing. You don't have any right to walk away. If you walk away again, I'm going to arrest you. >> white. I'm black. What does that have to do with this? >> stupid little boy. Shut up. Bro, I didn't do nothing, little boy. Shut up. Bro, my hand broke. Bro, my hand is broke. I'm a little boy. Bro, my hand is broke. >> detained right now. You're not just going to walk around. You're certainly not going to be getting in my face. >> Bro, I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. I WALKED AWAY FROM YOU, BRO. YEP, and I said to not you, didn't I? Bro, it's resisting justice, bro. He put my BABY MY POCKET. BRO, I TAKE THAT FROM ME. YOU GOT your vent. Bro, it's a Stop being dramatic. You got your key. They've been checked for tightness. Nope, they're fine. I just checked them. I just washed them. They're not tight. He's special needs. Back up for me, please. Y'all probably Bro, look at this. Calm down. ARE YOU RECORDING THIS? I'm smart as hell. I've been recording this. Bro, I haven't did What I do? Lauren had a history of disorderly conduct and assaulting police. It was enough to put the cops on high alert and true to form, Lauren didn't make things easy for them. He was fighting and resisting and with every reckless move that he made, he was digging himself deeper. Come on. Bro, no. That's my [ __ ] That's my WHAT'S THAT? NO. NO. WHAT DID YOU SAY? BRO, THAT'S MY I CAN'T hear you. >> That's my I'm sorry, were you saying something to us? Well, well. That's my I ain't did [ __ ] Cuz they SHOOT THEY DOING DUMB THEY WANT HIM JUST BANNED >> They trying to fight me, dude. Bro, Lauren, we're we're taking them off. >> I'm not doing [ __ ] Do you want the cuffs off or not? If y'all LET ME OUT, I'M Y'ALL'S THIS MORNING. STAND UP SO WE can take them off, man. I'm done. Take the cuffs off. Here's your key. Like we said, you weren't under arrest when we put you in cuffs. You're detained because you started acting up a little bit, okay? That's the whole reason the cuffs went on, man. You can leave your stuff and your bag in the park, okay? As the man soon found out, if you act like a toddler, you'll be treated like one. Even when he was free to go, he just couldn't help himself. Instead of just leaving, he kept lingering in the parking lot for another 10 minutes, ignoring the cops' orders, and stirring up yet another round of trouble. What's the word? You want a Yeah. Okay. >> a lighter. You're going to jail now. I'm going to jail. Yep. >> I ain't did You trespassed. I gave you >> Trespassed for what? I'm not on fire. I gave you multiple bro. >> it, bro. Smoke, you better not Get over here. Give me a lighter, bro. Hold it. Don't touch me, bro. Don't come up on me. I will taze you, bro. Where did you go? Let's go. What up, bro? What you got, bro? Stop fighting. Stop. Stop fighting. STOP FIGHTING. STOP. WATCH OUT. STOP. HE COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY A FREE MAN. THE cops literally gave him an out, but his own stupidity just wouldn't let him take it. He left the cops no choice but to lock him up. And even at that point, getting this guy in the squad car was a battle in itself. You going to take my money? You going to steal my money, too? All right. That's all real big. You got your $1? Yeah. You taking all my money. Look here. All right. I ain't getting nothing. I'm not getting nothing. You're under arrest. I ain't getting nothing. The officer opened the car door to ensure he was strapped in and ready to head to the jailhouse. However, he just kept on kicking like that would somehow make the cops drop his charges and let him go. Spit on me. You have spit hood? No. Your head's fine. YOU HAVE HEY BOBBY. YEAH. I'M HERE. YOU GOT IT? THIS GUY wasn't making anything easy. He'd already been handcuffed and locked in the back of a squad car, yet he somehow thought he could fight his way out. He even spat on the arresting officer, adding another charge to his growing list. And somehow, things only got worse when they arrived at the jailhouse. Put your legs out. We're going to loosen this up. We're going to loosen this strap up. I'm going to loosen this up so you can get out, all right? All right, step out. Walk in there. Walk, bud. I didn't do nothing wrong, bro. Officer, I'll explain everything to you. Just walk inside. Nobody told me to go in here with this I was here this morning. I know. Bro, can I make my money without having to deal with y'all? Got to see my pictures and videos, right? Hilariously, he'd only been released from jail that morning, and he barely made it a few hours on the outside before landing himself back in a cell. By that point, you'd think this guy would be rethinking his life decisions. Sadly though, self-reflection just wasn't one of his strong suits. I got to tell What you doing, bro? Every day? No. Bro, this is hell. You see my hair? Do you see my hair? Do you see that? That's what happened when I went to this cell. What can we do to get you out? Where the food at? I'll bring you food. I'm hungry. I NEED ME A HAIR. HEY, calm down. I'll bring you a tray right now. Okay? He said he He's different than normal. Calm down. It's policy. You know that. I'm going to close it. Lauren was booked and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assaulting a peace officer. But even after everything, he didn't seem remotely concerned. Instead, all this guy seemed to care about was getting some free food in the jailhouse. On the 25th of April, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a school regarding a suspended student. The student, whose name was Jasmine, was refusing to leave the premises. And as soon as the cops approached her, she got angry and aggressive, leading to a meltdown in one of the corridors. She's walking wherever she wants. She's on the phone with her mom. And she's suspended. Okay, where are you trying to get her to? I I want her in the principal's office. At this point now, she needs to go to the principal's office. All right. All right, I'm going to tell This is what I'm going to tell you, okay? Either we go to the front office or they've already said All right, they've already You're suspended. So, if you go in that building, I'm going to put you in cuffs. All right. No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Jasmine's actions showed pretty clearly why she'd been suspended [music] in the first place. She had no respect for authority and even less common sense. As the officer tried to get her in handcuffs, she was on the phone with her mother the whole time. Stop. STOP. YOU'RE RESISTING. STOP. ALL RIGHT. GET ON YOUR STOMACH. DAMN IT, I'm on your stomach. Get on your stomach. Get on your stomach. You were told you were suspended. You were asked to go to the front office. You were asked to go to the front office. >> [panting] >> Get the OFF OF ME, [screaming] BRO. YOU'RE WEIRD. When the staff was made aware of Jasmine's presence on campus, she was asked to go to the front office, but unsurprisingly, she didn't do what she was told. And while Jasmine was just 16 years old, she had a mouth on her that could rival a seasoned sailor. I'm not going nowhere till my mom gets here, bro. What the That's not how this works. You're doing this for no reason. Get off of me. I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it. Please get off of me. I don't like it. I can't breathe. I literally don't like it. Okay, I'll get up. Just please stop. Okay, I'll get the Put your hands behind your back. I'm not getting on the floor. You can pick me up and I'll put them behind my back. I My god, I'm not getting I'm not going on my back. You can put the handcuffs on me. I'm standing up. Okay, he's pushing me down, though. Give me your arm. Give me your arm. I'm not getting on the floor. Mom. Give me your arms. I'm standing No, you're not getting up. You just said I can. I'm not standing. He's not pushing me All right. Put your hands behind your back. I'm going to stand up. No, I said no. I don't give a off of me. No one's taking it seriously. I Y'all are so unnecessary. Y'all can all get off of They eventually put her in handcuffs, but not before she made everyone's job a whole lot harder than it had to be. Every step of the way, she was fighting with the cops and dragging her feet. It was anyone's guess why she was at school in the first place, because she'd clearly been suspended. That was unnecessary. I was walking and now I have to put me on the ground. That's 037. I got one in a tank. Car four. for no now. Why are you doing that? I didn't No, I didn't do anything. Bro, why are you doing this for no REASON RIGHT NOW? OH MY GOD. CAN YOU LOOSEN IT? There's no reason for this. You know No, come on. Why are you pinching me? I'll be I'll be able to fix it in No, IT'S PINCHING ME RIGHT NOW. I'll be able to fix it in there. No, fix it out there now. Unnecessary. I don't know what the [ __ ] y'all are doing. Cool. Go ahead. Can't do it. Y'all worry about the I'm doing two separate calls. Y'all are arresting me for Okay. Y'all stop. Y'all stop being all the way out there, Savannah. She was escorted out to a squad car, and for the very first time, she appeared to dial down her theatrics and calm down a bit. By the time they reached the squad car, her mother had arrived and was there to wave her off. What I'm going to do is I'm going to take these off of you. You're going to put your hand on top of your head afterwards, okay? That way we can put different ones on. That hand on top of your head. Put it on top of your head first. Put it on top of your head first. That one on top of your head also. Wait, can you take them off, please? So Miss Miss rolling up her wrists. She ain't doing nothing. Okay, do you want to take your bracelets off and leave them with your mom, or do you want them to go with you? You want to take them? What about your necklace? Do they take it off? Yeah, they're going to make you take all that off. So my mom will give it to your mom. You want You got some anklets? You can't take them Okay, I got you. Is that it? Yeah, that one can't come off. Okay. Those can't come off. You got to shove them all the way up in there. All the way up in there. What if you can't get them out of there? I I don't know. They probably won't make you take them out. Shove them in there. As far as the mother went, she didn't look shocked whatsoever. She wasn't confused or angry, and the look on the woman's face showed she'd been through it all before. You got anything in your pockets? What's this? You got them in your upper lip. You got them in your upper lip. Okay, fair enough. Just going to make sure you don't have anything in your pockets, okay? I think there's a mint in there or something. A mint? There's two of them in there. A what? A mint. I can check that. Go ahead. Mint foods. Whoops. What are all the things you took from me? Yeah, there's another one right here. I think you got a a necklace or a rubber band. Is that your mom? Yeah, absolutely. You want to get the rest of her stuff? Well, have a seat. I'll crank up the air for you. I'm going to reach over here and grab the seat belt, okay? I I understand. I mean, you know, but I feel like if you had like you said it put in a different way, it would have been a different way. Yeah. Right. Here you go. All right, so they'll call you if you Like I said, I That's if she doesn't bond out. I cannot imagine with this being her first arrest that she would bond out. Okay. So, we No promises cuz I don't have a But, I could I could not imagine. I don't want to give you false hope. Most likely we'll call you. Okay. They charged Jasmine with battery on a law enforcement officer, a very serious offense, and well after the cuffs come off, it'll still be following her around. For someone her age, it should have been a shocking reality check. Only time will tell if Jasmine learned her lesson. On the 3rd of March, 2024, the cops were called out to a festival after a teenage boy attacked a woman who'd rejected him. What should have been a day of fun ended up with flashing lights, frightened bystanders, and a long list of charges that would follow the culprit forever. Yo, yo, yo, YO, YO, YO. KNOCK IT OFF. KNOCK IT OFF. KNOCK IT OFF. Knock it off. KNOCK IT OFF. ALL RIGHT, WE'RE GOING to We're going We're going to SEPARATE WAYS, RIGHT? OKAY, GET OUT OF HERE. Place them behind your back. I don't feel safe. You don't feel safe? Stop trying to fight. Don't resist. Don't Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, [music] stop. I got mine. Here, just give me this arm. Where's his arm? All right. Okay. Well, you're under arrest now. As soon as the officers approached him, he didn't even bother trying to run. Instead, the young man went straight for a verbal attack. However, there was a crowd full of witnesses there who'd seen the whole thing unfold, and denying it would have been laughable because the truth was already out there. I'll follow you. Okay. I'm going to have a male 41 bar eight. Can you send a car for transport? All right, we're Walk him over to We're walking him over to uh Green Street. All right. >> [snorts] >> Here, face him against the van. I'm going to search him. Officer, stop Just right here. You have my bracelet. And I'm going to tell the family about you. There's nothing about me but alcohol. The cigarette can get in here. I'm telling the family about you, Jake. You're a rat. Yo, you better not touch none of my money, you Yo, I'm going to smack you. Jake, what the [ __ ] Jake, hold this. Shoulders up. Shoulders up. I'm going to smack Jake, what the [ __ ] I'm smacking you. Jake, Jake. Jake, what the [ __ ] you doing? You want to get out of here? Yo, stop going in my pockets, you Yo, give my money. Give my money. >> You get it back. Yo, Jake, when I do you, I'm doing so dirty. He was hurling abuse and shouting and swearing at the cops. Like trying to bully the officers would convince them to let him go. Well, it wasn't just lame, it was completely dumb. And to work that one out, you don't have to have a degree. Jake, I'm doing you dirty. Why you got All right, dude. Stop. Let me go. Relax. Let me go. He said I'm good. Let me go. >> No, you're not good. You're under arrest. >> got nothing to do with me. We already You have all your stuff, right? Get in the car. Get in the car. I like that. I like boys. Get in the car. I like boys. That's what you mind. You lazy GET IN THE CAR. The cops eventually managed to wrestle the teen into the back of a squad car. However, the chaos didn't stop there, because when they arrived at the station, he immediately started acting up again. He planted himself in the back seat of the squad car like a stubborn child throwing a tantrum. A second officer had to help out to drag him inside. Let me out. >> What's your name? Let me out. I'll give I need money. All right. You need no money, man. Yeah. Let me out. Go this way. Bro, don't touch me, bro. Don't touch me. What are y'all touching me for? Just relax. What are y'all touching me for? >> Relax. What are y'all touching me for? What are y'all touching me for? What are y'all touching me for, bro? What are y'all touching me for? What are y'all touching me for? What are y'all touching me for? What are y'all touching me for, bro? I didn't do nothing wrong. Took it out of my mind. What are y'all letting me out for? Just relax. I didn't see nothing in here. I'm following you. I know you didn't see nothing in here. What am I really going to do? What am I going to do with my hands behind my back? Relax. We're going to take a couple of a minute, all right? >> What am I taking my What am I going to do with my tape behind my back? Take your hat off. Just relax. >> Okay, you Just relax. What am I going to do? >> Hold on. Even while the kid was badmouthing them, the cops have been patient with him the whole time. One thing was clear, he was trying to make their jobs as difficult as humanly possible, right up until they slammed that cell door shut. Just sit and kick your shoes off. I hate y'all. Just kick your shoes off. I hate y'all. You wanted to get the handcuffs off, you got to take your shoes off. What am I taking my shoes off for? >> Cuz you can't have them in here with you. Just relax. Take your shoes off. We got to take your necklace, too. We got to take your necklace. Just relax. Just relax. I got my wrist up. You want to go out there? >> talk like that. I didn't do nothing to y'all. I just took my shoes off and took my belt. Cuz while you're here, you just got to have the For my mother. By that point, he was in handcuffs and in a jail cell surrounded by cops, but somehow he was still fighting like he had a chance, even though this guy's situation was well beyond saving. I stop. I got my earrings Relax. Relax. Do you want to get the handcuffs off? We got to take your earrings and then you you can have the handcuffs off. What the [ __ ] I got to take my earrings off now. Cuz you can't have Well, you're under arrest. You can't have jewelry. All right? Yo, man. Take my earrings off. All right. Well, that's what we're trying to do. Hey, just look. Don't touch my ear. Sit down. Don't touch my ear. Relax. Don't touch my ear. Take my ear. Sit down. Sit down. My ear is right here, man. Don't touch my ear, man. All right. All right. Just relax. Stop. They got to come out. Oh, no. No, bro. Touch my ear, man. It's right there, man. Take my earrings off. I'm trying to have a good time. That's it. Hey, listen. Listen. We're going to take them off. All right? Listen. Talking and listen. I'm going to take your left hand out first. When I take the left hand out, you're going to put it on the wall. Okay? All right? See, you better take that left hand out for real. The cops tried to take his handcuffs off so they could finally get out of there and leave him in the cell. But given his behavior up to that point, freeing his hands was practically inviting chaos. The cops had to be careful here because one wrong move and he'd be back to lashing out again. Relax. Just relax. Stop moving. Stop moving. Cuz you're trying to pull from me. Relax. All right. Just put it on top of your head. There you go. There you go. Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. Look around. >> I can't take it off if you don't stop moving around. About 3 hours later, while he was still locked in the jail cell, his friend showed up to pick him up. However, the teens reeked of alcohol and the cops were reluctant to let him go as they had a pretty good hunch his friends would take him to a bar. I have no idea. You can't get him out? Somebody sober needs to come and get him or I can Okay, you guys taking him out of here? He's been going off the wall back there since we brought him in. Okay. He'll be able to tell you. I don't know. Well, I'm going to go grab him. You guys can take him but he can't go back to any of the bars. Just take him home. All right. Hang on. Let me go see if he's calmed down enough to release him. They charged the young man with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. For someone like this guy who spent the entire night acting untouchable, the reality of things had finally caught up with him and he had earned every last bit of it. On the 11th of March, 2025, the cops were called to a hotel in Tallahassee, Florida. Two teenagers there, Destiny and Aleah, had apparently overstayed their welcome. After the cops got there, things quickly spiraled into chaos and by the end of things, one of them was arrested while the other one was begging, actually begging, to go to jail, too. Y'all was fighting. Um I think that they called for us. We had a noise complaint or something like that. But they didn't call us. Stop calling. Okay, I'm sorry. The thing is, we never got a noise complaint. She just came to our door and told us that we have to leave, so we never knew that we were being loud or making noise or anything like that. So we're just curious as to like why. She never explained that. Our door. They want you to leave. They usually call our phone and tell us that we have noise complaint, but they didn't call us. The fact that Aleah, the blonde one, actually admitted to the officers that hotels frequently call them about noise complaints, was a massive red flag. Clearly, it wasn't their first time making a ruckus and another officer had arrived to try and keep things under control. It was 2:00 a.m. and they were making a ton of noise. Okay, so can y'all work with us? Okay, so listen, can you talk to BUT THE PROBLEM NOW is that we didn't call the office. What's going on? We're not getting anywhere like I don't think I'm really being heard. That's the problem here. I'm listening to you. She can't tell us that we have to leave without a Actually, she can. For noise complaint. Yeah, she can. But if you look it up, it's illegal. Actually, no, it's not. I'm listening. Listen, listen. No, no. Can you please stop it? So listen, let me explain to you. No, no. Because Listen to me. Yeah, hang on. One second. Listen to me. You can get your stuff and leave. You're being trespassed. If you refuse to do that, I will put you in handcuffs. No, you can't trespass us again. That's not fair. I will trespass you and take you to jail. You will be trespassed now. Just stop, just stop, just stop, just stop, just stop, just stop. At this point, you are being trespassed. Okay, can you Okay, listen, can you listen to us for one second? We're going to go up and get your stuff. Is it called a uh don't have to. Instead of following the cops up to their room to grab their things and leave, they decided to make things worse for themselves by arguing. Eventually, one more cop arrived and as far as this behavior went, he was having none of it. Hey! We're done. I'm not going to step. We're done. Let's go. First of all, don't be disrespectful. You ain't tough. What does that mean "very much"? Last chance. Go get your stuff and leave. I'm going to put you in that jail. I'm going to take you to jail. Okay, so but this is not Last chance. Well, I'm talking to him. Yeah, we're going to talk to him because three officer Owens doesn't know what's going Actually, I do. Okay, can you tell me what's going on? What we're seeing Listen, we're not talking to him. WE'RE TALKING TO HIM. >> I'M TALKING TO MR. SMITH. THAT'S WHO I'M TALKING TO. OKAY, we're talking to Mr. The thing is, nobody ever knocked on our door. We never got a call saying, "Hey, ma'am, you're making a lot of noise. Can you please keep it down?" She came straight to our door and said, "You guys have to leave." No, I'm Can we Can we talk Can we say something? Can we say something? >> Let me Let me stop you right there. >> Okay, can I can I say something? >> You wait. Let me stop you right there before you progress, right? Here you You don't have to, right? At >> [music] >> any point in time Okay. they can ask you to leave. Okay, but listen, I'm from Alabama, so during all things, we have to we have to like they have to have a trespass on us in order for us to leave. >> in Alabama. You're in Tallahassee, Florida. As far as Aleah went, she'd been a lot more cooperative [music] than Destiny, who planted herself firmly in the corridor and was researching trespass laws in Florida. She somehow thought that these law enforcement officers didn't know the law themselves. Can I ask you something? Listen, I I don't want him in the ball. I don't Okay, so Can I just walk up to our room and tell us that we're being loud or tell us to leave? Please. I'm telling you the law. I understand. I'm not being disrespectful. Go get your stuff. Let's walk and talk. Can I please stop him? >> talk. You're being loud. There's people out here. I'm sorry. Let's walk and talk. Come on. Listen, I'm trying to talk to you. No. >> Ma'am. Are you coming to grab your stuff? Oh, yes, I sure am. Okay. Let's go. Okay, give me a second. No, let let's go. No, well, I'm looking up something. You can wait for me. I understand. What are you going to do? Oh, but I'm not scared like >> Put your Put your money back. You're not understanding. >> You're under arrest. Stop. >> But I'm not What am I under arrest for? Criminal trespass. After what? That's the thing. I paid for this hotel where my name is on the hotel room. So, give me 1 second to grab my things. >> Stop. You're under [music] arrest. Let's go. The cops had given Destiny more than enough warnings. She clearly wasn't going to listen to them, although all she really had to do was follow the cops to her room and grab her things like her friend had done. >> You guys don't understand that you're going to have like There's nothing I paid for this room. My name is on the room. I'm going to explain the law to you. You're not listening to me. But this is Okay, usually when I'm in a hotel room, they will come to the door, but I'm not yelling. That's what you're not understanding. My voice is at a very, you know, like low tempo. Your friend can get your stuff out of there. Okay. Take her to a phone and have her call someone. She's under arrest. Give us the key to the room. Don't touch. >> [music] >> I'll do it. No, we're not. NO! >> [laughter] >> LIKE OH MY GOD! What the Aliyah stayed upstairs with the cops, still crying like that was going to change anything. The cops then went back to the front desk to get a spare key to the room since Destiny had taken it with her. >> [laughter] >> Where Where are you from? Alabama. Which part? Well, listen Listen to me. Listen Listen to the problem. Nobody's listening. They want to talk to the people. I'm trying to tell you. Listen to me. Answer the question. Any hotel can have you legally >> Oh, but I'm under arrest. Yes. You have to read me my Miranda rights if I'm under arrest. No, I don't. You do. It's legal. Look, ma'am. It is. Look, you got anything on you that I need to know about? No, I don't think so. Come on. Let's bring you. Let's walk to your room. I don't Just come, got the keys. I have the keys. Let me go though, cuz I really want to talk to you. Like I want you to explain to me like What am I Absolutely not. I'm not letting you go. Hey, look at me, cuz you're not making eye contact with me and that's very disrespectful. They eventually got into the hotel room and at that point, all Aaliyah had to do was grab both their bags and leave. Instead though, she seemed determined to go to jail with her friend. She told the cops they were supposed to be going to Miami the next day, but sadly for them, those travel plans were probably not going to survive the night. After we get your stuff and go downstairs >> Listen. we'll forget the next part. >> Okay, it's okay, but I want to go with her. I promise. I promise I want to go with her. That's not me helping. I'm giving you my help. That's not me helping. Okay. Okay, I'm going to Can you please not take me to jail? I mean, I'm not from here. I do not care. We're going to get We're going to get your stuff, her stuff. We're going downstairs. I'm Listen, let me talk. >> Can I please Let me talk. Okay. I'm going to get out there and I'm going to talk with her again. I'm going to try to find a solution other than taking her to jail. Okay. But, I need you to get your stuff so we can go. Okay. Get your stuff. Okay. Why are you acting like this? Stop it. >> hotel right now. Stop it. Go ahead. Hey, can one of y'all come out here? She's refusing to walk. I'm not refusing to walk. He's a liar. I just want to know like where's my things? No, I don't care. It's not fair. >> Let's walk to the back of the car. I don't >> Walk to the back of the car. I'm not like Don't you guys have people for like murders and people who are robbing banks and stuff? Like why do you want me? The cops are trying to find a way to avoid sending Destiny to jail, but as soon as she started walking away and resisting, she lost her chance to get any leniency from them. By that point, she'd secured a place in jail for the night. Come on, let's grab the rest of your stuff. Look, look, look, look. Right now you need to listen. >> listening I got you. Right now you need to be quiet and listen. I'm not going to keep repeating myself. At some point you have to be an adult. That means shut up and listen what I say. Grab your belongings and we'll figure out the rest later. You're not a baby. You're not a child. You want to take C4? Okay. You want to take C4? Am I able to see my things? I just don't understand because usually when I get trespassed, they will knock on my door. >> get trespassed often? No, it's not that not not trespassed, but like usually when I have like a noise complaint, they'll be like, "Hey, you're making a lot of noise. Can you calm it down?" Like usually they'll give me a warning. She just came to my door and said, "You have to leave." Oh, she's doing what she needs to do. All right. They tried to make us leave. In the state of Florida, anyone who owns property, whether it's a parking lot, house, or hotel, can ask a person to leave their property and have them trespassed at any time. And it even applies in cases like this one where the people being trespassed had already paid for their room. Everybody's been really rude to us. Ask um I have a case number actually cuz we just got the police on called on us when we tried to check into the first hotel. The concierge was not trying to let us check in. She was being really rude and just like I don't know everybody's been rude to us out here. What if she refuses? Yeah. But but listen. But listen, please. I just got here so I don't know. I know. I understand, but she's just kind of hard to deal with. >> We're going to go down this hallway and we're going to be quiet, okay? Cuz it's like it's like 2:30 in the morning and I don't want to [snorts] wake people up. Do you understand? Okay. Can you do that? Yes, but can you can you can you give me a favor? To what? Can you give me a favor? Depends. Will you please let my friend go? That's not up to me. He already got the officer. I want to say he going to he going to see other options. He told you at Look, look, look. He told you before he left out here, he going to see what's other options besides taking her to jail. Let's go talk to >> told you that. Hey. Eventually, Aleia gathered her things up and left the room. Destiny, however, was not going to make things easy. When the officers told her to walk to the patrol car, she flat out refused, which was [music] enough to count as resisting. I don't want to be in any of you guys' backseat. You can talk to your friend about that, okay? Yes, please, because my friend she's kind of crazy. Damn. She don't give a All right, what if she was She's going to LA. No, please don't do her like that. Please. >> Can I talk to her? I'm going to drive her home. Can I talk to her? Okay, we'll talk to her about it outside. Okay. Thanks. Huh? I'm going to talk to her right now. I don't know if they really want to talk to you. She's married and has a kid. She's taking her place right now. I think you did a good job handling that. I'm sorry about that. You guys have a great night, and I'm so sorry about that. Aleia. Aleia, come on. It's going to be I want to talk about Aleia. I'm sorry. Aleia, [ __ ] I'm trying to apologize to you That don't look like an apology. You can look at that as an apology if you want. That was a lie. She called you a Yeah, she did. This woman's emotions were all over the place. In the blink of an eye, she went from apologetic to arrogant. And when [music] she switched her emotions up again outside the hotel, it probably didn't phase the cops at all. I'm hurt. Like, I'm really hurt. Like, I want to cry cuz I'm hurt. But, I don't want to cry. All right. And I'm sorry. >> All right, Aleia. What's your plan from here? I'm supposed to go with her. Yeah, she's going to jail. Please. Well, she's going to jail for trespassing, and she continued to show her butt when she got outside, so she got some more. >> But >> I don't know I don't know nobody down here. I can't >> We're more than willing We're more than willing to help you find somewhere to stay. >> Can I go with her? >> No, you cannot go to jail. Why? Why do you want to go to jail? >> Cuz I don't have anywhere She's going to be right out. But I don't have anywhere else to go. >> help you find somewhere to go. >> No, I We're not taking you to jail. Please, I will do anything to go to jail. She kept begging to go to jail, which isn't something you hear every day. Even the cops couldn't help but laugh at her due to her absurd request. Her reasoning was that she couldn't afford a hotel room for the night, and clearly, she saw a jail cell as a budget-friendly option. Can I please go to jail? I'm begging you. I'm begging you. What? I'm begging you to go to jail. Who don't let somebody go to jail when they begging? We don't want to take you to jail. Okay, what do I got to do to go to jail? What do I got to do to go to jail? What do I got to do? What do I got to do? What do I got to do? What do >> Call the person that you who's coming to get you and ask them to send you some money. Ask them to I'm going to go in that back seat. Ask them to send you some money. >> to jail if I IF I PULL ON HIS BACK SEAT? You can't get in the car. Well, I'm going to try. Don't come over here. This I promise you this is not what you want to do. Come here. I'm telling you right now it's not >> Come here. What's the next step? You We can't just sit up here and give you all the answers, right? You're an adult. By that point, the cops had had enough of her nonsense. She was throwing a tantrum like a toddler hoping to get her way. Sadly though, it was not going to work on the cops. I've been to jail before. I've been on the run for a whole year. We're trying >> to jail in February, got out in June. Jail is not the place to be. I went to jail before. I only got $140. >> $150 That should be enough for some place to stay for the >> I have. Oh. Okay. That's all I got. I don't have any money. I'm broke as [ __ ] That should be enough to broke. I'm broke, as [ __ ] That [snorts] should be enough to stay in a hotel for the season. Aaliyah told the cops that she couldn't afford a hotel room, as it cost $140, and the very next morning, she had to buy a bus ticket to Miami for 80 bucks. That being said, the cops called some hotels in the area and tried their best to get her a room. As for Destiny, she was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. On April 19th, 2025 in Florida, the cops were called after a teenage boy was robbed and attacked by three boys. What made things worse was that these guys weren't strangers, they were the young man's classmates. After putting his PS5 up for sale online, there was an ambush, turning a simple transaction into a setup. Where did they hit you at? On my head, and then they also also I'm also hitting I'm hitting Yeah. Did they run after him? Were they running after him? Huh? Did you run after him? Yeah, I ran I ran after him, but they they already they already went that way, and then I that's where I saw them. >> say all three of them How do you know that all three of them go to school? Did you see them without their masks? >> Yes, I seen without school. Yeah, I already know, like once I can I can tell who they are, they cuz I can tell by their voice, and then I can tell um by his shirt. All right, what did they take? A PlayStation? Yeah, a PlayStation with controller and a stand. The victim told officers that he recognized the boys from school, and while two of them hid behind masks, it didn't work for them because he recognized their voices, their height, and their eyes. He knew exactly who they were, and even where they all lived. What was the one's name you said? One of them uh is Delvin, but I don't Delvin? Yeah, I don't know his last name. Are they all Asian? Uh one of them is Asian, yeah. The other one uh I'm not sure if they're if they're Asians or not. Okay. When they came to buy the the the uh PlayStation 5. They were wearing the hoodies? Yeah, they were wearing a hoodie and a mask. And then one of them was just wearing just wearing a like a cap. Uh-huh. And then the other two was wearing the hoodies. Did you see any of their faces? I see one of the faces and that lives out town, but I could tell by by one of them he's tall and one of them the other one is short. I could tell I could tell cuz I I like I I know I've seen him at school and I know how he talks and stuff. The suspects showed up at the boy's house pretending they intended to buy the PS5. They asked to take a look at it and since the boy trusted them since he knew them from school, he handed it over to them without a second thought. And they start touching it and then I see one of them start putting it in the backpack and then I'm like, "Oh, how many had backpacks?" Uh one of them just one of them the short one has a backpack. Uh why y'all putting it in the backpack? Are you going to pay me? And they was like, "Oh no, we're not going to pay you." And he asked the other one, "Can you give me my phone and my backpack?" He said, "Just I could I could pay him all cash out." And then I I like I start pulling my cash out. And then I was going to show him what I was going to show him just so he can Both of them just start punching me and then the other one the Asian one just start >> Where did this happen? Uh where did this happen? Huh? Where did this happen? Where where did It's It's not right there in the by the pool right there. So did they call you to come meet with you? Yes, so I had one of my friend I told him like post it on post it on Snapchat and then he did post it on Snapchat and then text them they were like, "I'm going to buy it." And then so he came he got he came they came right there and then I I told my friend to call him and then to ask him where they at cuz I was going to go I wanted to go home and go sleep and stuff. And then And then he called him and they told him like they were at 27th and I'm like, "Okay, let's let's go meet them in the front." They started out by asking to see the item and even questioned whether it was real before casually slipping it in their bag. One of the kids didn't stop there though and even grabbed the kid's bike, but luckily he decided to ditch it down the road and the victim recovered it. Did anyone see this happening to you? Uh there was there was a there was like a a male sitting sitting like right there by the sport bench, but he didn't he didn't really see it cuz since there was like Yeah, no one saw it. I mean, my friend saw it cuz he was with me, but but after that no other witnesses. >> All right. I I get you're going through some stuff, but take a breath. You're So, your friend was with you? Yeah, my friend was with me. So, he saw it? Yeah, he saw it. Okay. >> it, but there >> told me no one was there. Now, it's Yeah, I I thought it was like other Where's your friend? Yeah, I told I told him to wait right there for me. I don't know if he's still there or not. Yeah, tell him to come. Hey, the high school, right? Yeah, they're high schoolers. Yeah, they're high schoolers. Okay. They go to the high school here? Yeah. He was high? Yeah, he was high. Yo, can you come can you come by the trash can? All right, did you see what happened? Yeah. What did you see? Uh like they were just like start punching him and they were wearing masks all day. Weren't all of them wearing black? Yeah, all of them were in black. And in a black hoodie? Yeah, black hoodie. >> And in a black mask? >> Yeah. So, what like the mask did they have like any like letters on it or did it just straight black? >> straight black. Like the mesh like a mesh? >> Yeah. If you check the camera, you'll probably All right. Yeah, we check the cameras and it's going to be three people in all black. Uh I It might be three cuz one of them went that way and then two of them just went that way. And they headed in the home and then the other one um went that way. All right, how should we talk to them or call me? I don't know if the office is still >> have any questions for me? Yeah, can you like Stand by. Boss, stop stop rushing me. Oh, sorry. After the cops got the suspects' names, one of which was Duvan Lewis, they found a photo of them online. They showed a picture of Duvan to the victim and asked the young man if he recognized him as one of the thieves who had robbed him. Yeah, that's that's him. That's him. He confirmed that that's him. That's Louis Duvan, okay. He saw him. So, he's going to be a problem. How does he know that it was Duvan's? Cuz I could tell by his voice and his eyes cuz it was red.
