that was still a possibility it was pretty fortunate that a former cop bolted out of her Minivan and was able to tackle the suspect do I told you to stop that's good enough I'm was scared scared of what I don't know why you're chasing me yeah you know why I have nothing yes but youve stolen here in the past no I have not you got idea on you no I'll give you one chance your real name and date of birth if you lie I'm going to charge you with a felony not going to lie Won't Give Up look she can go to jail by are you security all right I'm I'm assuming this is the correct person I don't have anything I'll just walk inside the office you good with that let me move my the suspect did give her information to the officer but apparently she also had had an accomplice but the cops weren't too concerned about it because they already had the main suspect all that's left now is to see exactly what she stole youever been a re before first time and he's never been arrested before I said have you ever been arrested before were you just said not for anything like this so which lead me to believe that you've been arrested before the in I had an incident where I got caught with substance but I did the court and it's off that's the same report okay but you were arrested nothing stays buried forever here on the hidden files the truth eventually comes out one way or another after revealing she'd been arrested before it was time for the officer to dig a little bit deeper how'd you get her ride by who didn't know what I was doing and then they were gone when I went out there so what's that said they were gone when I went out there so yeah they probably saw us pull it in they called you so you put all the stuff back that you were concealing and then thought you were just going to no correct that's that's what I'm trying yeah usually does this time she did not the suspect had stolen from this store before and she'd also gotten away with it so she probably thought she could do it again what she failed to realize was that the loss prevention team was on toour her and were watching her closely yeah she saw us yeah her friends in the car on the parking lot sauce but I don't know where they went anywhere but here so now you're uh you're stuck here good friend this is all like high-end like Nik stuff yeah Nike's going yeah our arms yeah she did a nice tackle oh yeah mean you said I process what you he oh at our station what does that mean fingerprints photograph she gets the phone call if it's just a misdem you'll be uh released on your signature runs and then she circles back this way well this lady in the minivan here she comes the lady in minan gets out and chases her down holy C and pushes I know charge we'll talk with the lieutenant and explain the circumstances and they'll decide if uh depending upon dollar amount if you're going to get charge a felony what's considered a felony varies from state to state in Illinois a retail theft has to exceed $300 to be considered a felony if it's below that amount it's only considered a misdemeanor however since the suspect didn't take any Goods outside the shop she was about to catch a lucky break if you can call it that uh previous incident that's all we got all merchand Left Behind the de so we'll do a new uh new police report for the obstructing and process her on the retail CL from December and should be going to County because it's a I'll uh I'll get uh going down to the station I'll another you want to look these over the other photo oh yeah I can print them out so on that particular day the suspect was able to evade another theft charge however the store had proof that she stole a felony amount previously on top of that she also tried to run from the cops the question is would fugitive the female suspect was already on probation for a breaking and entering charge from the previous year but then she failed to appear at a probation hearing where'd he go where'd he go check slip on the asphalt for the suspect to escape the cop wasn't too happy about it but the chase wasn't finished just yet get that chick shoes with him trying to stop a female on a bike looks like black on the ground get on the ground I got this one grab the other one grab the other one got other I do all right we have the female the 10 what did I do the first officer wasn't the only one caught off guard when a civilian casually opened their car door knocking the suspect right off her bike at that point she was like a sitting dock making it all too easy for the officers to swoop right in and Aras her you all right I do go on your side here did I do everything that's going to pick and stab me I didn't do anything didn't do anything no why you running then well because of the way you guys the thank you sir problem the man had no idea who she was and she could have been armed and dangerous yet he showed no hesitation about helping the officers arrest her it just goes to show that even lady she got sprayed face with Jesus Christ call an ambulance everything and nobody ambulance never showed wow and I don't know which ones are L I'm a nurse I was flushing her face in the house freaking sink everywhere I don't know which ones are worse but it was two females I mean I don't know which ones are which but it was two females yell that they were going to burn my daughter's house witness didn't hold back in sharing his thoughts on the situation judging by his account the underlying cause of the problems that his community was dealing with was drugs this is stupid you're and did not give her any additional charges although fleeing and eluding was most certainly the case the only thing she was booked for was for failing to appear on a probation hearing if you thought was how a car chase ended on November 15th 2023 everything started when four suspects stole a vehicle after they were quickly spotted by police they made a run for it after hitting the spikes and crashing one suspect was arrested on the Spot while the others were scattered across a nearby golf course that being the case the cops had a hell of a lot of ground to cover you want to use this car trapping the man inside so once again here's another civilian playing a crucial role in the arrest on December 10th 2021 customers were sent into a panic at a Local Gastropub when a drunk woman fired a shot outside the establishment fortunately she was disarmed by a Good Samaritan and was held down until officer shot arrived as he was on bar Patrol nearby can I have everybody just step back hey why it's never wise to mix alcohol with guns this woman endangered the lives of everyone in the area her recklessness could have gotten someone injured or worse for what take Med for the fale where what had happened girl comes across street like we're going to we going to do this we going to do this he's like we are so she like shoves him he like backs against the wall like what's going on bouncer sees her shove him so he like comes around and like grabs her from kind of like times no we're good we're about done getbody out of here in a second she's facing him still while the the bouncer grabs around her and then she like pulls a gun out of somewhere and is Raising it towards him so when the bouncer sees that grabs her arm puts it up and then she fires around so she wasn't just casually firing a gun actually she pointed the gun at the bouncer the officers drove her down to Spokan County Jail where she was booked on two counts of first assault and 1 count of third degree assault on the 23rd of January 2024 a Martin County Sheriff's deputy was called To Handle an unwanted guest at a local convenience store when he arrived the store clerk was eager to Usher him in so he revealed by the dispatcher that authorities in New York were looking for the suspect in connection with a murder case police the add right now it's going to be reference to a homicide suspect out [Music] of we'll run right now see how long have you been here I call again how long have you been staying here for an hour just 20 minutes 20 you've been here for 20 minutes 15 minutes no you've been here for about a good hour no it's unclear the suspect heard the radio communication however the officer surely did and this was a tricky situation the officer was all by herself facing a potentially burglarized Lee's home just days before fatally shooting him she later pled guilty to manslaughter and received 27 years in prison now let's ramp things up a little with a case of a carjacking followed by a good old fashion police chase on the 3rd of August 2023 a police officer spotted a supposedly stolen SUV traveling on Route 63 near Picos Texas little did she know she was in for a wild ride 104 in my location I'm going um going to be going south on 63 we're almost to I25 as somebody can set up some spikes right there he's on the opposite lane of travel right now he is all over the roadway this whole thing started when a woman called in about her SUV being stolen supposedly she got into a verbal argument with 39-year-old Steven y menz from Santa Fe he then took her vehicle and fled so far the female officer was hot on his Trail but that was soon about to change and the hunter was about to become prey for we're coming up to the 307 I'll let you know if he goes um north or south 114 I'm headed back that way I was at 34 know which way they go he's going down cabay Lane and he's turning around he's trying to he's just he's trying to Ram me off the road he's he just crashed me he's trying to pull he's trying to get me to pull over he just Ram me that's it my 104 he's right behind me he just rammed me he pulled off to the side of the road he is turning around now please let San Regional no I think he's going to try to go back to the house he's driving all over the road even though the vehicle was reported stolen y menz was listed as one of the owners however he also had an outstanding arrest warrant for removing an ankle monitor while out on Bond and judging by his erratic driving he wasn't too keen on going back to jail IDI location 146 my current 20 I'm passing cabayo Lane I'm going back North on 63 we're coming up on the one the one mile marker he's in the opposite lane of travel right now should I try to I think I'm going to pit him cuz he's lit opposite are there any units closer to me so I can pit him and we can contain the vehicle he's in opposite lane of travel right now he's putting other people in danger this officer really has guts she's all by herself chasing a wanted fugitive but yet she still wants to perform a pit maneuver to basically Force the other vehicle to turn sideways so it has to slow down and stop it's a very dangerous thing to do in a high-speed chain especially since this cop is pregnant looks like he's going to try he's slowing down he's going to take old Denver Highway 104 he's not going to take old Denver Highway he has a tire iron belly need stop 146 Inc come he has there's a biker no he just get off the road can get off the road he's dangerous get off the road 146 Z come he is still driving down 63 we're going towards into pagos he attempted to hit a person on a bike 146 tenom there are more people on the bikes I'm going to hit him head on 146 sencom he's still going he's he's crashing my vehicle intentionally as well we're here at the two he's on foot 146 and come he's running at me stop and here's where it gets even more dangerous the suspect got out of his vehicle based on his behavior so far he's clearly demonstrated that he's willing to inflict harm on others just to get away and he seemed to be particularly angry at this officer as he immediately ran up to her car I'm to grab my C get C get mother as a Good Samaritan stopped to assess the situation the suspect attempted to steal his vehicle but this guy definitely wasn't having it he grappled y menz to the ground and since the officer was having a hard time handcuffing him he decided to change position into an arm bar I'm going to t you I got him I got him I got I'm going to cut it out here what's your problem the two This I Swear hold up I need to the suspect remained aggressive making it difficult for the officers to manage him even with the arrival of a Second Officer subduing the man proved to be a on your menz just imagine if the pregnant officer had been left to handle him alone you're going to bre my this what should we do oh let it go okay shut up are you surrender what are you guys doing the suspect's reckless driving had endangered the officer's life as well as numerous others on the road that day that's why she reported to the dispatcher making sure someone checked on the bicyclist whom y menz nearly hit 104 I don't believe the 41 was injured but he did intentionally go and I did see the bike I mean his his vehicle hit the bike tire didn't even try to like find out what's wrong she know what's wrong already told you I need be quiet be quiet I take my prescription in like totally not quiet what for water they booked your menz into the San Miguel County Detention Center on a staggering nine charges which included four counts that were felonies two counts for aggravated battery on a piece officer with a deadly weapon one for aggravated battery on a peace officer without bodily harm and one for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon he was also facing five misdemeanor charges battery attempted motor vehicle theft resisting arrest criminal damage to property and
