Hey. Um, there's a Excuse me. Do not REACH INSIDE MY CAR. DO NOT TOUCH ME. Get out. Stop pulling me. Stop. You're grabbing me. You need to get out. You're grabbing me. You need to get out of here. You're grabbing me for no reason. Are you ready for a special? Well, buckle up cuz today I've prepared a delicious buffet of crazy police encounters captured on body cam. We have drunk drivers, pot smokers, drama queens, entitled city employees crashing into fences as well as police cars. And all of it wrapped in a neat little package. So get yourself comfy, take a deep breath, focus, and let's go. On June 11th, 2022, an officer tried to perform a traffic stop, but got stuck in traffic. At the same time, the female driver either did not see the officer or just decided to play stupid. And she persisted in playing this game even after she was pulled over. By that time, the officer was visibly infuriated and ready to draw his gun. Stop the car. Charlie still refusing to stop, but I'm stuck here in traffic waiting on a unit. Stop the car. I move that. Turn the Are you kidding me? Kidding you what? I have been on you license and siren since Clyde. Why are you pulling your gun out? Because you have refused to stop. Turn the car off. Turn the car off. Three Charlie 66 central. I'm out with code. Give me your license. I don't have my So, you're telling me from ISB to here, you didn't see me with my license and siren cuz it's all on camera and you just refuse to stop. I didn't refuse to stop. So, you So then what have you been doing? Get off the phone. I'm talking to you. Um, there's a Excuse me. DO NOT REACH INSIDE MY CAR. DO NOT TOUCH ME. I got one resistance. GET OUT OF PULL ON ME. STOP. LET'S pause there for a second because this situation escalated quickly. From the perspective of the suspect, she didn't do anything wrong. She was just driving somewhere and suddenly a cop appeared and started reaching for his gun. So, she immediately called someone on the phone. However, from the officer's point of view, he didn't know what to expect. It could have been a criminal evading the police. So, naturally, adrenaline was high and he was ready for anything. Even though he might have overreacted slightly, it won't change the fact that she was a reckless driver and a danger to everyone else on the road. And she's about to make things much worse by shouting and resisting the officers. He's pulling on me. He's going to get tape. Please don't kill. Please don't come. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. He turn around. I'm buying for He has my arm. He's ganking on me. You stop resisting. I'M NOT RESISTING. YOU ARE. STOP. STOP RESISTING, BABE. PLEASE help me. Please be my back or you're going to do not break my thumb or I will I will break your hand. Did I tell you it was going to get worse or did I tell you there's a strong psychological factor to these situations and it's evident over and over again. As long as the suspects are just talking with the officers, it's all good. They have a feeling that there's a chance they'll get out of this yet. But the moment their privacy is invaded by the cop opening the door or placing their hands on them, every hope flies out the window and it's time for battle mode. I'm curious to know whose side you're on in this one. Was the cop too quick to jump to this arrest or was the suspect at fault for reckless driving? I'm resistant. Please stop. YOU'RE I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. I'm literally not doing nothing. I don't understand. I'm in hand. Please hit me. Don't put your hands on me. Stop. You hate this, bro. THANK YOU FOR RECORDING BECAUSE you see this man put his hands on me. I'm on Nova Road by Sokco. Put my phone down. Please put my Y'all are some Y'all are Y Lord Jesus. Lord Jesus, please. This is crazy, bro. This is crazy as Are you going to calm down now? I'm already calm. This man literally tried to yank me OUT OF MY CAR BECAUSE YOU FAILED THE IT doesn't matter. It does not matter. You're going to jail on felony charges. I don't care. That's ridiculous. And why AM I GOING TO JAIL? I DIDN'T DO [ __ ] YOU FAILED TO STOP FOR I DIDN'T FAIL TO STOP. DIDN'T even see him. Okay, this is crazy. The way she screams is crazy. Like they're torturing her. And all the cop is doing is exercising his right to detain a person who's not cooperative and fails to comply with his lawful orders. If this ever happens to you, the best thing to do is comply. Resisting will only get you in more trouble, and playing the victim never really works. Shouting like this seems insincere and portrays the suspect as a completely unhinged person rather than someone who's really in trouble. What do you think? Is she going to calm down? I did nothing to you. You put your hands on me. Ma'am, this man literally just slammed me against my car, slammed me in my face, and y'all watching this. Ma'am, can you listen to him for one second? Hey, Siri, please. You listen to me for one second. I'm listening to y'all, bro. I've been listening to y'all. This man literally tried to yank me out of my car, bro. He literally yanked me out of my car. Hey, that part's over. Are y'all serious right now? Are y'all serious? All right. What is your name? What is your name? He yanked. Thank you. He yanked me. Thank you. Pull your car up closer. Thank you. What is your name? Of course, she's not going to calm down. She's overreacting and being crazy for no reason at all. I mean, apart from abusing us. And then she says, "Call daddy." Like she's entitled to boss people around. You're in handcuffs, lady, and you're on your way to jail. You are in no position to boss anyone around. Again, the best thing to do is to remain calm and comply. But here's what she has to say about that. Y'all, y'all are so Take your dog and put him in the helmet. Bro, that's not I listen that's fine. Y'all are y'all are for no reason. And then you hung my phone up, bro. Are you for real right now? Are you serious right now? This is ridiculous. Like, y'all cannot be serious right now. Hey, Siri. Call daddy. This is crazy, bro. This is crazy. Can you please get my Apple Watch off the floor? Listen, can you please get my Apple Watch? Get the keys off your neck. Can you please get my Apple Watch? I will if you step out. Can you please get my Apple Watch? I want to know why I'm being detained and why I'M GOING TO JAIL. BRO, y'all got me. You I was spitting your face. Get your ass off of me, bro. Cuz No, bro. That crazy as Yep. getting worse by the minute. And if my hunch is right, daddy is more likely her boyfriend than her father. Oo, I can't wait to see what he does when he arrives because this Karen is not cooperating at all. And here comes daddy talking about battery. They talking about battery. I didn't touch nobody, bro. I didn't touch nobody. You're trying to get me on my car. He pulled a gun on me. Hey, is that your dog? He pulled a He take your dog. Take the dog, bro. Okay. Listen, dear. Calm down. Listen, I'm going to get you. This my girlfriend. She got anxiety. I'm pissed. Listen, bro. He squeezing my arm. Oh, keep trying to spit in her face. I'm not spitting in your face, you Oh man, this is hilarious. The boyfriend tries to justify her rage by saying she has anxiety and she says, "No, I'm just pissed." And then she attempts to assault a police officer. It doesn't get any better than this. Like every unhinged person, this woman fails to recognize everything she's doing wrong. Shouting insults, threatening, and trying to hit the officers while exaggerating the fact that she was taken out of her car even though she didn't follow the cop's instructions at all. I didn't do he talking about he pulled me way back there. Your license on? I didn't see that. I went looking at that. I'm paying attention to that ahead of me. I'm be looking behind me for bro. This man asked me for my license and I'm reaching for my and he had a gun drawn on me. Y'all is ridiculous. Y'all suck. Don't y'all got murders the size? I'm going to put you in a car. Put me in a car. I don't give a what you know. I'm already in cuffs. We'll pick up. No, we're going to pick you up. I want to Can you please get my box off the ground? Get the off of me. Hey, De'arra. Dear, I'm going to come get you out. Shut up, bro. Chill out. If she don't stop, chill out, bro, before you get a family over some dumb. Shut up. Well, that's not likely to happen. Even though her boyfriend keeps trying to calm her down, she's just going off the rails. What could have been a quiet traffic stop with a possible fine turned out to be a complete mess. And her major complaint seems to be her Apple Watch, which is still on the ground. Scoot back for me. Okay. Get my Apple Watch, please. Scoot back. Get all my stuff. He's getting He's getting it. Do you want your phone? No. My boyfriend got all my Okay. Scoot back for me. You mind putting your leg in real quick? I want to know what I'm being arrested for. You failed to stop. I failed to stop. You're asking question. You failed to stop. Y'all are lying though. That's why you saying I failed to stop. I didn't fail to stop. All right. I'm answering your question for you when you're arguing. So which do you want? Do you want the argument? Because I'm not going to give it to you. But if you want me to answer your questions, I'll answer your question. I want to know what I'm like. Why am I being arrested? You're being charged with fleeing. You feel I didn't flee AND LOSE. OKAY. I DIDN'T scoot back in for me, please. Put Put your foot in, please. I need to talk to somebody and it's not y'all. Bro, can you put your foot in someone for you to talk? And I also need to spit. So, can you back up so they don't say that? That's battery. Well, that's about the smartest thing this woman said all day. She's been talking a lot, but she's not been listening. She's then left in the car. The officers talk more to her boyfriend, who's starting to get agitated because he believes his girlfriend's being mistreated. And Diana is not getting any calmer. And she's especially angry at the cop that pulled her over. Ma'am, what? We're going to move you from this vehicle to this vehicle, okay? We just need you to be calm and cooperate. I'm already calm, bro. Stop talking to me and get the out my way cuz I been told you I ain't want to talk to your up. Don't touch me. Don't do nothing. I don't want him touching me. I got him touching. I can feel this. I got you. I got you. I'm not dumb. Sorry. Sorry. And he's still touching. I got you. Step in. You can stuck through the window. Can I write his Can somebody write his What are you doing? My my jewelry. Why they're going to go with you? Okay. I'll write his phone number down for you. Okay. Don't do it. Don't do it. Just go ahead and get Appreciate it. It's too bad we don't have the footage from jail because my guess is she made a mess over there too, especially once she heard all the charges. Fleeing or attempting to elude lights and siren active, resisting arrest with violence, driving without a license, and unlawful attaching of a registration license plate, not assigned. So, I guess there was a reason she didn't want to pull over after all. So, now that you're already warmed up, let's analyze a clip that looks like it was taken straight out of an action movie. You'll witness a crime taking place, a police chase, an accident, arrests, resisting arrests, and a whole lot more. Stay right here. This clip has it all. And it started when several suspects attempted to rob an Ulta beauty store. Here's the moment they walk in and immediately start grabbing things off the shelves. They managed to take around $5,000 in merchandise before they fled in a 2018 Kia Optima. The police chase that ensued resulted in them crashing at Route 60 and St. Mary's Road in Meawa. This is the moment of their arrest. Give me the shield. Give me the shield. We're going to have to go on the passenger side. We got to go through the passenger driver. Shut up. Here are coming out. Get your foot off the ground. Hey, you. Turn around. Get over here now. Get to me. Get to me right now. I will. Don't. Please don't shoot me. We're not going to shoot you. I don't trust you. Get over here. Well, I don't trust you not to run me over. I'm going to shoot you. No. Please don't. I'm God. Don't be s. Please. I'm scared. I'm doing this. Wait. Why you scraping my car? GET OUT OF THE CAR. Get off the gas. You get your foot off the gas or I'm gonna get your foot off the gas. I got to get back up there, Dan. Get up there, Dan. Please don't shoot. Please don't shoot me. I don't have nothing to do with what's going on. The suspect you just witnessed being dragged out of the back seat was 25-year-old Kayiah A. Williams. The driver was also a female, 24year-old Jeriah Terrell. She sped off from the scene of the crime, ran several red lights, and then caused a three vehicle accident at this crossroads. Officers later stated she refused to get out and kept trying to press the gas pedal. Understandably, they were getting really agitated. Get out of THE DRIVER'S DOOR. OPEN IT. Then crawl across TO ME NOW. TURN THE CAR OFF. TURN IT OFF. TURN THE CAR OFF NOW. TURN THE CAR OFF. TASER. RED. TASER. TASER. TASER. GET OUT OF LOCATION. OH, what the I have. Get around. Get out of the car. Get out of the car right now. Get out. Yeah. WHAT THE GET OUT. WHY? I'm trying to put the car. Get out. Why? I'm trying to put the car. You weren't doing anything. Time for starting CPR. Yeah, we didn't even do anything. You see what's happened to your friend? Cuz you waited. Now I was crash. We need You probably noticed De on the road showing just how violent of a crash it was. The friend mentioned by the officer just now was actually the third suspect who was dragged out of the front passenger seat first. This was an unnamed female who got impaled by a fence post and was quickly taken to the hospital. It just goes to show how callous these two women are. Neither of them even asked how their friend was. All they do is try to play dumb, act like victims, and pretend they don't know what's going on. What are you doing, Lizzy? Lizzy, I can hear I can feel her breathing. Not for two at this time. I can feel her breathing. That's why I walked away. What's the problem, sir? Okay. What happened? I don't understand what is the problem. We didn't even do anything. Okay, you're going to find out. What the I don't know the car. No, it's not. Car's off. Car's off. No, I wasn't able to pull the key out. What happened? What is going on or something? I don't even know what happened to her. All right. What are we doing with her? I didn't even do anything. Stop. Lindsay, sir. Sorry. Haley, let's search her and get her in a car. Luckily, the drivers in the other two cars escaped without serious injuries. But these two entitled brats care about no one else but themselves. As you're about to see, the only ones who seem to care for the injured suspect are the police officers. They shot her. She got chased. They shot that girl. That was a taser. I shot her. That was a taser. Can you get my stuff out that car, please? Excuse me, sir. What's your name? Listen to me. Listen to me. I got a lot of stuff going on right now. Okay. I'm putting you in here. All right. We'll get you out of here in just a minute. Can I tell you something, though? Can you get my stuff? AD's on the floorboard right there. I got shears. I got shears. She's breathing. She's Her chest is going up and down. You sure you want that? Put the pads on. Her chest is going up. I lost mine. I lost mine, too. She's got a pulse. She's got a pulse. Oh, she's got a pulse. She's breathing. In those last seconds, you could hear the sound from the defibrillator as well as the sirens of the incoming ambulance. The officer's quick thinking and training kicked in and proved to be crucial in this situation. They had to apply the defibrillator to get the suspect to breathe again. As for the two suspects who weren't harmed, they just continued playing stupid. Nothing. Any money in here? We don't got nothing. Okay, we still have to check. Doesn't matter. All of us are all good. Y'all did that to my car. She's the worst. So if she needs an ambulance how many pat run over by a car a few times I think she took the pole over the other way. What's the problem? I have to finish roll over all the way. We don't need to have anything though. I have to search you. It doesn't matter. One who's driving our black gun mark. Are you the battalion? Me. Okay. I got one in there. There's at least three people. Two or three people in that car right in those two cars that need to get checked from an accident. I think she took this retail stuff that you okay? [Music] Yeah. Let's set her up. Hey, you're going to bring these knees to me. All right. Hey, bring these knees to me. We're going to roll you up. I know. That's why we're going to set you up. Bring these knees off. Driver's seat. There. I got it. I guess these three aren't good friends by any stretch of the imagination. No one seems to care that their supposed friend is unconscious and most likely battling for her life. Not even the one that's already in the car. Come on out for a moment. You're going to stand right here and I'm going to search you. Come on out. You're going to get a pat down. Can I ask you something real fast? You're going to stay right here. Sure. All right. Can I ask you something, Mr. Jones? What? Can you grab my phone, man? If we can find your phone. It's right there in that Gucci purse you just had me. Okay. He was just looking at your friend is unconscious. I don't think your phone's your concern. Relax for a minute. No, my phone is my concern cuz I had to call my family and that's not my friend. They came to get me and she going to tell me come stealing with them people. Do nothing to that. As I suspected, these aren't friends. It's just a rag tag crew of wannabe shoplifterss. They're so selfish and self-centered that a human life means nothing to them, friend or not. And knowing that, it was just a matter of time before they'd start turning on each other. What happened? What do you mean? I'm saying what? What the What the hell is going on? [Music] What do you mean? You guys crashed right here, man. I know she was driving and she crashed the car, but I'm saying what happened. What happened? You guys fled from Alta. From what? Trying to say she was driving. From who? Did you just try to say she was driving? Just stay seated. Wait, I'll say she was driving. Yeah, the other girl was driving. I was No, you were in the driver's seat. We got No, I was going to go take No, I wasn't. I was just stay seated. I was never in the driver's seat. Stay seated. I never died in the driver's seat. I was in the in the back seat. Stop. Stay seated. I was telling you the truth. I was in the back. Oh, I don't have my ID on. Is this your purse? Yes, that's my purse right there. No, I didn't even phone and money. It's just a phone and money. other passengers. They're all gonna have to get through. I didn't get tased. Okay, sure. I didn't get tased. You weren't driving. No, I wasn't even driving. Oh, so apparently no one was driving. No one got tased and no one stole from the Ulta store. I don't even know what all these cops are doing here then because it seems that nobody even crashed either. I don't know where these ladies are going with this approach. There are cameras everywhere, even at the store. So, there's no way they're getting out of this situation easily. It might also be due to shock because this woman doesn't even remember being tased. This is the moment paramedics arrive to assess her. Oh my god. She's got a taser probe in her right thigh. You got a taser? You got a taser probe in your thigh? Oh, somebody tased me? Yes. Oh, I don't even know. I didn't know. Leave that there. They'll take it out. Okay. Do you have any health history? Any health problems? No. No. No diabetes? No. High blood pressure? Nothing. I was in the passenger seat the whole time. I was asleep and then I woke up into the police being chased. Us being chased by the police. That's all. Okay. All right. Once in jail, Williams just gave up. You can easily see by her demeanor that she's broken down physically and mentally. She'd know she's going to be behind bars, and she's naturally depressed about the situation. All right, let's go this way. We'll go to the second one. What' you say? Yeah, she just got here. You can uh you can make your bed and stuff and what do you need? You just give my mom a blanket, please. Uh I think we can only do just use the one right now. See if I can get you another one. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. Please. Completely opposite from Williams, Terrell was perky enough to chitchat with the officers and still continued to play dumb. For some reason, she also refused fingerprinting. In hindsight, that was a stupid thing to do because it just gave her another charge in court. Y'all listen. Don't watch me do I'M GOING TO GET DIRTY. DON'T WATCH ME, Y'ALL. I'm going to get them off, though. I'm going to get them off. I'm going to This is like sliding already. I'm beyond. You guys are going to say good night. Why? It's a fingerprint inquiry right now cuz we don't have positive identification on you. You don't have an ID on you. Couldn't find a photo of an ID. So, we have to take your fingerprints in order to ID who you are. I gave y'all who I am. I don't know what else to say. Like, it's only You got to understand that this is part of a process being arrested a whole show. Do you want to speed the process up? Cuz I'm guessing you don't want to hold Hold on a second. Regardless of whether you stay the night here or not, I'm guessing you don't want to sit back here off the whole time, right? Can't continue until you get a fingerprint. No, I don't care. That's the thing. In any case, once they were positively identified, it turned out that this was not their first brush with the law as they both had lengthy criminal histories. The judge set the bond at $350,000 and they were charged with multiple offenses including retail theft and resisting a peace officer. When it comes to entitled people, we mostly think of them as rich, bratty people. You know, the ones who were never told no in their entire life. But as you're about to see, that's not always the case. I can't hear you. Can you roll the window down? Ma'am, I cannot hear you. Can you roll the window down, please? Ma'am, can you roll the window down? I can't hear you. I'm having a hard time hearing you. I cannot hear you. The woman scrambles to get her papers out. Is she nervous? Is she afraid? Why won't she roll her window down? Because of the lane change. Can you roll the window down? You crossed me if you're the one that received I'm having a hard time hearing American radio. Do you have any ID with you? This is my ID. Okay. Do you have a license with you? This is not I don't have to have license to drive a car. You don't have to have a license to drive a car. Drive a car. Ma'am, I'm I'm having a hard time hearing you. Can you roll the window down? 1940. Going to send me a one more unit. Sovereign citizen. Oh, now I get it. This Karen has a sovereign citizen ID. Sovereign citizens is a movement, a loose group of litigants, anti-government activists, tax protesters, financial scammers, and conspiracy theorists. They have their own pseudo legal belief system based on misinterpretations of common law and claim to not be subject to any government statutes unless they consent to them. So basically, they're a bunch of Karens and Darren who are out of touch with reality. Well, for this sovereign citizen, reality has come knocking. Ma'am 146 traffic. There you go. There you go. Right there. Car and you had no right to pull me over. So there you go. Look at that. I don't want to talk. What's your Do you have your driver's license with you? Leave me alone. What's your name? This movement is like the wokeness embodied in one entity. They just make something up. They seem to really believe it and then they try to push it upon society. Luckily, this cop is not fooled that easily. I can't hear you. Read the back of the car. The back of this car doesn't matter right now. That's all I have to say to you. Are you from Georgia? No, I'm not talking. You need to get a supervisor here. I am a supervisor, ma'am. No, you're not. Yes, ma'am. I'm a Corporal Kang. You're a who? I'm Corporal Kang. I am a supervisor on duty. You know what that is? No, I never seen this one in my life. Hey, it's got my picture on there. It's got my name on there. And it's got my right and my go. That's all you need. Since when does a name, height, and weight equal a driver's license? I guess it does in sovereign citizen land. Just imagine the chaos if their rules were made real. There'd be chaos in the streets. But this cop knows better. And as soon as backup arrives, he's ready to move forward. Am I being detained? Yes, ma'am. You're being detained. All right. For what? What crime did I commit? Lane violation. You That's not a crime. Yes, ma'am. It is. It's not. You don't know case law. Yes, ma'am. I do get in trouble. Just stay here and watch her. Ma'am. Ma'am, step out of the car. NO, I DON'T GET OUT OF MY CAR. You're going to step out. Move out of the way. I'm going to get out. Kick your thing and tell me what to do. You're going to step out of my way. The arrest is imminent and at least the suspect manages to do the smart thing and not resist. For now, at least, the fact of the matter is that she repeatedly threatened the officers. So, let's see if she takes it a step further and makes good on those threats. All right, you're you're being deter. Hey, they're me and he's trying to hold me real tight. I'm not resisting and I'm All right, let go of your hand. Let go of your phone. Wait a minute. Let me PUT MY PHONE DOWN. YOU'RE NOT JUST GOING TO TAKE my cell phone. Okay. Let me PUT MY PHONE IN THE CAR. Double cuff. Let me speak to the officer. But he's right here. He's trying to take my phone. He knows you're there. He's trying to be nasty. No, no, no, no. Yes, you are. I ain't got nothing to do with you. HE HAD NO BUSINESS coming back or pulling me over. I need you to go over there. I'm tired of this [ __ ] and they GOING AND THEY IN TROUBLE. So you I want you to write the fee schedule and do everything cuz I'm not a United States citizen and that's it. Can you stand by with her? Yes, sir. Like I'm going to run. No, I don't appreciate how he did that. Don't with me. No, I'm mad. I don't like that. You don't have to have a lot. Listen, slow down. Law. All right. That's what I do. I'm Officer Fenderson. Okay. And I'm pissed. I don't have time for you. I understand that you're pissed. Right. And here come the tears. First, she lashes out trying to intimidate people. And now it's time to play the victim. Let's hear her story. Hopefully it's it's not it's not it's not not that bad. What'd you get pulled over for? I was back there in the back lot cuz I'm homeless. I was a truck driver for 25 years and my boss didn't fix the brakes and I didn't want to kill nobody so I ran head on into a mountain. I got a C7 damaged disc that's poked out of my neck and I got a herniated disc. And they left me temporary, totally disabled and they cut my check and stuff out. So, I had got an attorney and my doctor told me to get one because they said that I don't have no muscle mass and my body is deteriorating. So, I had to sleep in the car cuz I lost everything. And yes, I smoke weed cuz that's the only thing I can take for pain. Well, that is a really sad story and I can't help but feel compassion for the woman provided that what she was saying was true. In my experience as a detective, it appears she hasn't shown any signs of deception and she's most likely telling the truth. If she'd smiled and acted politely from the get-go, this might have turned out completely different. However, the smell of marijuana was an aggravating circumstance. And my guess is is that that was the real reason she didn't want to open the window. Even so, she's still delusional and believes that her fictional belief system makes her immune to the laws of the country she lives in. And what is your name? That's my name. It's on my ID. I don't have to have a regular ID. That's my name and I'm That's it. That's my ID. No, that's my name. Are you from Georgia? That's my name. Are you from Georgia? No, I'm not. Where are you from? I'm from Where? Where does that say right there? Americanamean. That's what it says. Right. That's my ID. I had no police officer have a problem with that. I've showed it to other officers and that's my ID. I just got pulled over the other day. That's my ID. Okay. Whose car is this? What? Whose vehicle is this? Does it matter? It ain't stolen. It ain't stolen. It's none of your business. I'm not telling you nothing. Figure it out and leave me alone. I need to find out who you are. It don't matter. That's who I am on that ID. Do you have a valid driver's license? That's what I use. I don't have to have an driver's license to maneuver. That is You do not have to have license to drive a car. Yes, you do. No, you do not. Okay, this is getting beyond ridiculous. She's supposedly been a truck driver for 25 years. She has to know the rules and regulations when it comes to driving motorized vehicles. Have you noticed she's been on the phone with someone this whole time? The insanity continues. I am not a United States citizen. You're going to get in trouble. He didn't read back of that card. I keep telling you the fee schedule and all that. So, you might as well get ready for it. That's my ID. That's right. It's a tribal card. I keep telling him do what? This is He's a Marish American here. Have you ever been incarcerated? Do what? Have you ever been incarcerated, locked up, in a jail? Right. Anybody has? And that's my ID, right? So, you have been arrested. What? Have you ever been arrested? I don't have to tell you anything about whoever that is on that ID. That's what you're going to get today. Now, if you want to take me to jail, take me. I'm telling you, somebody's going to lose jobs because I'm not a United States citizen. I keep telling you. Quiet. Okay. Say what you got to say. Just be silent, please. Okay. I just don't want nobody trying to kidnap me. And that's what I'm being done is kidnapped because pulling out of a parking lot is not a crime. You know it and I know it. They don't know what crime means. Isn't this ridiculous? I mean, imagine her car gets stolen and she goes to the police and then the police said, "We found your car, but that person gave us an American car and told us it was his car, so we just left. How would she feel about that?" She'd probably demand protection and service, but when accountability is asked of her, she plays stupid. Anyway, let's see what the phone guy has to say. Be quiet. Yes. Officer, can you hear me? Yeah, I can hear you. Yes, we can hear you. Greetings, your noble officer. My honor, I want you to listen to her, please. She's a member of my general. I'm sorry. She's a member of the Morris National. She's a member of what? Jeez. Like being a sovereign citizen isn't enough. Now she's a member of a religious organization that believes African-Ameans are descendants of the Moabites and thus are Moorish by nationality and Islamic by faith. Why he thinks this has anything to do with this situation is beyond me. And I expect the guy on the phone is equally crazy, if not more. See what I did there? More. Okay. I need to see her license and she's not providing the license to us. Understand? Understand? I understand what you need. Okay. She has the right to travel. Okay. She's not United States citizen. All right. All right. Ma'am, do you can I can I borrow your left finger real quick? No, you're not taking my fingerprints. No, you're not. You can't do that. He better look at the back of that ID. You cannot fingerprint me. I want you to pay attention to what's going on right now, Louis. So, you need to get whoever on the phone. Get King Sbury on the phone and tell him that they're trying to make me give them the my uh fingerprints. No, I'm not. That's my ID. What made these people think that they don't need a driver's license if they're not an American citizen? Even if you're from Timbuktu, if you're driving a motorized vehicle on American roads, you need a valid license. Strangers even have to get a special international license to be able to drive. This is just ridiculous. Luckily, the cops know it. They're going to give her one last chance. Sorry, ma'am. I'm still I'm going to borrow your left finger. Okay. No, you're not fixing to fingerprint me without me my permission. This is private property. Okay, then you're under arrest. Okay, take me then. Let's go back to the police car right there. Hold on. Let me put my phone in here. No. No. You're going to go back to the police car. No, I can't. Yes, ma'am. You can. Will you let me get in my car for a minute? No. Can I get my purse? Listen to the car. Let's Let's go back to the police car. All right. This is I'm giving you a lawful command. So, let's go back to the police car. What do you want me to do? Uh, listen. You have the authority to arrest her. She didn't break. Yes, ma'am. Yes, sir. She's under arrest. I got weed on me. I'm not taking it in the jail. Where's your Where's your weed at? It's in my thing. That is golden. She was worried about taking weed to jail. Supposedly, she's been taking it medically because regulated medication made her nauseous. Okay, it might be true. I'm a retired detective, not a doctor. After the officers explained she's getting fingerprinted in jail anyway, she agrees to do it. And there's yet another surprise coming. All right, ma'am. So, what's going to happen is that you are getting a you have a warrant for your arrest. Okay. So, you're going to go in full right there. So, you're under arrest. I don't care. I don't have nothing else to say. You're under arrest. I want the bond. I don't All I want is the bond. I want the bond. You suck and the bond. That's it. That's what the judge is going to have to give me is the bond over this cuz I am the uh beneficiary and he's the administrator. So, let's go. They want it to happen. All the weed that you had when you're Yes. Get it out of my pants and I want it back. Oh, no. You're not getting back. Oh, yeah. I am. Watch. So, what were your first impressions of this lady? And what do you think of her now? I just can't wrap my head around the fact that these people are so entitled they think no rules apply to them. Even though this woman's supposed ID said her name was Joyce Marie from Blue Ridge, she was in fact identified and booked into jail under the name Joyce Beasley Ali. She spent two days behind bars before making bond. [Music] Let's switch back to just a normal police stop. These situations should end up in a quick chitchat, maybe a fine here and there, but in this case, the suspect's brashness and entitlement make things much more complicated. The incident took place in Elgen, Illinois. You're watching body cam footage from Officer Caliendo. Can you open this one? Does it roll down? Can you Can I open it? Can Can you roll this one down? Does it not open? You come outside. No, I'm saying I got I'm talking to on this side. Can you roll this down all the way? Can you roll it down more for me, please, so I can talk to you? So, yeah, all all the way down, please. Um, can you come this side? No. Okay. So, officer K, I know the reason I stopped you for your speed and your tags expired. Can you please roll the window down? All the way. How far is all the way? All the way. Like all the way down. H, how far is all the way? I can already sense that this one's going to be a tough cookie again. speeding and expired tags. This should have been done and over with just a couple of fives. At least she decided to roll the windows down. That's a good first step. Thank you. I appreciate it. Can I have your license and proof of insurance? Yeah. So shells is a 30 right there. And so you're going 50. So you're 20 over. So a little bit fast. Okay. My uh my pedometer is not reading correctly. So I don't know what it says. So okayise if it doesn't read what you what your reading is. So thank you for letting me wear. Yeah. Be aware. Where you headed to tonight? Home. Home. Yes. Ryan Kenneth. Do you have insurance in the car as well? All right. I appreciate it. Thank you. Um, can I give you the email version? Yeah, if you have it on your phone, that's fine. Yeah. Where are you coming from? Uh-oh. Did she just fumble it up? I was just getting cozy and thinking how this was a really nice and calm interaction for a change, but the officer asked question after question as if he's suspecting something. There's doubt in the air and a sense of impending calamity. And then she blurts it out. You're going home and you're coming from home. No, I came out and then my friend had a birthday party and she had a situation and I went with her. Okay. Does she live in town or Oh, okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? How much have you had to drink tonight? You're just not going to answer. So, it wasn't the doubt in the air, but presumably the smell of alcohol. And if the officer could have whiffed it from his position, it must have been pretty strong. So, this is going to be one of those slow burner clips. Let's watch as this woman makes one mistake after another. And we'll count the charges when it's all over. Cuz you've got couple empty shooters on the ground right there. It looks like three of them. Yeah, that's not pertaining to the right. Okay. So, you can't have one, two, three, four. I so like I explained some people previously I don't most people multiple people that drive my car so okay it doesn't matter you're still in possession of it okay so understand it's not I mean it's probably just not a good idea even if someone else is drinking them in your car to leave them there I got you I understand I thank you for your your concern I love it when they start thanking the officer for their concern and saying things like thank you for letting me know I mean you were speeding your speech is slurred and you have open containers. There's no way you walk away from this without a sobriety test. But hey, there's always lousy cops out there. Just as Officer Caliendo attempts to go to his car to check the driver's papers, she asked for his name. And things are slowly about to change. Okay, I'm going to run back to my car real quick. Just do me a favor. Hang out here. I'll be right back. Okay. Officer Calendo, you said what? Cali endo. And then what? What is the purpose of the pullover? Uh, you're going 20 over the speed limit and your tags expired. That's the reason. Okay, let me call my warrior. Oh, no. I'm not going to You can I'm not going to have you. I'm not seeing Okay, hang out here. Half a minute later, Officer Salgado approaches the driver. By that time, she's already on the phone. Hello. Yes. I'm just going to see if you have your insurance for him. Oh, yeah. Oh, okay. One second. Come on. Look at it. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Okay. Yeah. Come. Come on. Come on. Come in. Zoom in. Zoom in. I don't Are you asking me to zoom in? Oh, I'm not asking you anything. You're standing over me while I'm talking to my brother. Oh, no. Yeah. Well, yeah. I'm just here to see if you have your insurance. Oh, I have my insurance. I gave you my insurance already. You never showed me your insurance. It It's like five people that came over to my car already. It's only me and the officer that stopped you. Thank you. The uh insurance. I'm not dealing with that right now. Whatever. around here like they harassing me like what the on how am I harassing you? Obviously this woman is so entitled that she thinks she can brush off the officer just like that and she's already started playing the victim card saying she is being harassed. The officers are just doing their jobs and they have the authority to ask for your papers. If you fail to provide them, there will be consequences. It's as simple as that. Yet some people obviously think the law doesn't apply to them. She then says her brother is coming and he has the insurance, but also claims she already gave it to the other officer. Watch as her story starts crumbling down. Any luck on the insurance? No, she actually said that um she gave it to you. You don't You never gave me the insurance. Did you have any luck pulling it up? So, I didn't give you your insurance. You don't remember not giving me anything? Don't worry. My brother's coming right now. No, no, no, no. One's going to come. No, no, no, no. So, what what's what's going to I mean, if he he's not going to come to the traffic stop. So, go ahead, hang up the phone for me. No, I'm not going to hang up the phone. Okay. So, you're going to get arrested for obstructing if you don't. Let me talk to my lawyer. Okay. So, what I'm going to have you do is step out. No, no, no. Step out. Bro, you can't pull out my car. Bro, you can't pull in my car. I'm not going to No, you're not. Step out. Step out. Step out. Step out. I'm not. Am I doing anything? Stop out. Step out. Let me just stop here for a moment. Isn't this just ridiculous? She turns away from them, says that she's not bothering them, and what? What does she expect? That they'll just pick up and leave? It's crazy. It's like a pet rabbit that gets scared, and hides its head under the blanket, thinking no one can see him now. Well, I suspect this bunny is about to be yanked out of the car. I'm not any You're grabbing me. Stop. You're grabbing me. Get out. Stop grabbing me. You need to get out. Stop grabbing me. You need to get out. Stop grabbing me for no reason. Hey, don't turn the car on. Get out. Get out. Don't pull away. Get out. Get out. Come on. BL. No. It's cuz you have open container. Of course, she was going to pull out the race card. Luckily, this cop just slammed her with the comeback. Look, if the cops already put their hands on you and are trying to get you out of the car, there's no use in resisting. Resisting gets you another charge. If they've overstepped their authority or made a mistake, your only option is to sue them later. If you were right, you get a nice payday. If you were wrong, at least you didn't get another charge. It's as easy as that. Yet, so many of the suspects fail to realize this. Let's see if she calms down. Okay, get out. Show me the container. Show me the container. Get out the container. Hey, dude. I'm not doing anything. Get out. You're under under arrest. You're under arrest. Get out. Do the do say the say the say the the um Bro, stop. Well, you're under arrest now. Let's Okay, you're under arrest. Get out. Get out. Let's redo it. Get out. Let's redo it. Get out. Get out of the car, bro. Let's redo it. Get out here. Cuz you're not Cuz I didn't do anything wrong against y'all. Like, for real. And you know it. Get out. I didn't do anything wrong against y'all. STEP OUT. I'M A talking to y'all. Step out. No, for real. Like, you know. Get out, man. Step out of the vehicle. Get out of the car. I haven't done anything wrong. They just show up. Like, he's pulling my arm. Get out of the car. He's pulling my arm. What? Tell me where THE HELL I YOU GOT TO READ MY RIGHTS. READ MY RIGHTS. GET OUT OF THE CAR. READ MY OUT OF THE CAR. READ MY RIGHTS. Read my rights. Read my rights. READ MY RIGHTS. JUST STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE. DID he read my rights? Step out of the vehicle. DID HE READ MY RIGHTS? Step out of Did he read my rights? Step out of the vehicle. Jeez, she's getting annoying and she's angry, which is never a good state of mind. You know, you can't think objectively when you're over emotional. Again, at this point, it doesn't matter if the cops are right or wrong. There's nothing to gain by acting like this except ending up face down on the concrete. Did he read my rights? Bro, did you read my rights? Okay, that's fine. I have a lawyer. Do what you got to do. Do what you got to do. Do what you got to do. You ruin my race. Okay, as long they can take us all. All right. So, you're under arrest for obstructing resisting. I ask you to step up. Yeah, you're reading my rights after words. You read my rights afterwards. According to my lawyer, you ran my life race afterwards. Put your knees up my knees afterwards. Put your knees up. You ran my knees afterwards. The officers managed to pull her up as backup arrives. She keeps shouting about reading her rights even as she's being searched. Just look at the chill expression on this officer's face. And the arresting officers remain calm during the whole thing. My dad used to call this doing things par excellence in his lousy attempt at a French accent. But the question here is what do you do if the suspect keeps resisting? Y'all doing this? Oh no, no, no, no. I'm not taking off [ __ ] in the car until you understand right now. Okay, so whatever happened to y'all is y'all want to do, right? Whatever happened, I don't even know anything in the car. Whatever y'all. No, I'm talking to my brother cuz he know cuz I'm not on that. But come on. I told the master. Who got a masters? You got a masters. Okay. You ain't got a master. You got a You got You got a great Who got a masters? Don't put that. I'm just You're going to catch another charge. I'm not going to get No, cuz you trying to be like aggressive. Your point. You're pushing. I'm pushing because you're pushing me. I'm not. I'm holding you here. I told you. I'm going to let you in the car and then you push me. Because you're trying to I push you. I didn't do to you. You pushed me. I just can't get over how calm this cop is. She's being obnoxious, resisting, shouting, and he's just as cool as a cucumber. On the other hand, she managed to kick him as he placed her in the car. As a result of her drunken stupidity, she got a total of seven charges. Two counts of resisting obstructing a peace officer, DUI, operating a vehicle with expired registration, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Here's another case of a drunk woman, but instead of resisting, this one has a complete meltdown. This incident took place in August 2023 in Miami Township, Ohio. You're watching the footage from the camera of Officer Ryan, and the officer was about to check the plates of the vehicle in front. Once he engages the lights for a moment and then the siren, the vehicle turns and pulls over. Ohio passenger George Charles Frank 1196 via Ford Fusion with unknown sending another unit 20 I pulled on to Anthony land 38 Hello. Hello. How are you doing this evening? Good. How are you? I'm doing all right. So, the reason I stopped you is you made several marked lanes violations. You're kind of all over the lanes. I am. Yep. You're weaving back and forth, left and right, hitting the fog line, which is the white line white line across the right side of the road. Oh, okay. And the double yellow on the left side. I Okay. Do you have a driver's license with you? Yeah, sorry. I'm just home. So, are you still getting my insurance out for you? No problem. Sorry. You need this, right? Yeah. If you don't mind, do you have insurance on the car? Yeah. You can already see that this suspect is calm and cooperative. But that doesn't mean she's not going to do the sobriety test. Either she's really tired or she's lying about not drinking anything. So, you said you were coming home from work. Yeah. What do you Are you a server there? Yeah. Okay. Have you had any alcohol tonight? Uh, no. No. Okay. You mind stepping out of the vehicle for me? Yeah. Do you see how easy and civil this can be? If the previous Karen acted this way, she wouldn't have gotten seven charges. Isn't it refreshing to see a person act normally during a police stop? We're just going to walk to the rear of the car. That's cool. Sorry. You're all right. Hello. Hello. I'm just going to run real quick. Um, do you want me to call? Yeah. Yeah. While Officer Ryan checks the papers, Officer Foster chats with the suspect, asking her just normal questions about where she works and where she lives. This is actually a tactic employed by officers to have the suspect relax while they observe for any signs of intoxication or suspicious behavior. It's a restaurant bar. It's kind of cool. It's like a sports place. I love it. I just started there like a week a month and a half ago. Okay. But yeah, I like it. Good deal. That's cool. As they were chatting, the woman admitted that she had a drop of alcohol, but there's something else in her story that doesn't quite add up. Okay. Your story is not quite adding up. So, that's that's the thing. I'm I don't I can't really believe you as of right now. I don't understand what you're saying. So, you drove past me. Yes. Where? Going this direction. Then you stopped, got in a sat in a parking lot for a little while and then turned around and is coming back down this direction now and you're making moving line. Yeah, I stopped at Tracy's. Okay, so I didn't go in though. Okay, so I just It wasn't open. I literally stopped on my way home. I didn't go in. Okay. You see how like there's there's little parts of the story that are now coming out that Well, yeah. I mean, I'm sorry. Cops are scary. We're not We're normal We're normal guys. We're normal guys. I'm just trying to figure out your story cuz it's all good. I have cop friends. It's all good. I'm really enjoying this conversation. However, I suspect something's going to come up. I mean, something always comes up, doesn't it? Is there anything in the vehicle I should know about? Bombs, weapons, drugs, dead bodies. I have a bowl. A bowl? Yeah. Is it a marijuana bowl? Uh, yeah. It's a pipe. Pipe. Okay. Where's it at? It's in my car. Don't Don't get it. We'll get there. But any marijuana with your bowl? Yeah, like literally less less than a bowl pack. Okay. Did you smoke in Tracy's parking lot? Oh, no. When's the last time you smoked? Over 12 hours ago. When I started. Yeah. Okay. So, that complicates things. Now, she's failed to do a field sobriety test. Let's see if she makes it. But I'm not blowing. Do you want to? I was going I I don't have anything for you. I don't have a a breath test here. We're I'm going Oh, check your eyes. I'm sorry. No, it's a pen. Sorry. I just like see things on TV. Okay. Sorry. Um, all I want to do is check your eyes. Is that okay? Yeah. Okay. All right. This is my pen. See the tip of my pen? All you're going to do is follow the tip of my thumb with your eyes only. Okay. That's cool. Kind of a long test. Just hang with me. Okay. Just follow with your eyes on. Um, what we're going to do is what's called one leg stand. Okay. I got you. I just want you stand like this. Okay. While I explain the test to you when I tell you to, you're going to take whichever foot you feel most comfortable with. You're going to lift it about 6 in off the ground. Okay. You're going to stare point your for your toe forward. You're going to stare at your foot. You're going to count 1 1,00 2 100 3 100. All right. Ready? Yep. Literally, take a breath. You're fine. So scared. Okay, take a breath. All right. How many count? How many counts? You're going to do it for 30 seconds. Yep. Wow. That one drink must have been really good cuz she failed this test miserably. I don't think she got to 1 1,000 correctly. But the officer gives her the next one, which she also fails. Back on the line. Nice test back. One, two, three, four. Making sure you hit heel to toe each time. Yeah, that's cool. I'm not I'm I'm down questions. No. Okay. Whenever you're ready to start. All right. One. Two. Oh, you said down. 3 4 5 6 7 Sorry. 8 9 and then you said turn. Yep. She basically returns the same way she got there, which is not good. And we all know where this leads to. The only question that remains is how will she handle the handcuffs and the ride to jail. Okay. I want you doing me a favor. Won't you put your hands behind my behind your back? Am I being arrested? You're being arrested for driving a motor vehicle while either drinking or um alcohol marijuana or both. Okay. Or in both. Okay. Okay. Now listen to me. I am. As long as you're com as long as you're cool with me tonight, you go back home tonight. Okay. We go to a station. I offer you a test. You said you're not going to take it. That's fine if that's what you want to do. But you still go home tonight. We get you a ride home and you go home. Okay. You do not go to jail. You get a citation. You go to court. You understand? Yes, sir. H. That went surprisingly well. Since I started this channel, I keep getting surprised by people's stupidity. So, I always expect the proverbial monster to hop out of somewhere. But this girl is actually taking it quite nicely. Just a nice ride to jail, some paperwork, and she's off home. Nothing easier. Be careful right there. Let me unlock this. You're going to be fine. Okay. No, I'm not. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. You are going to be fine. No, I'm not. This is not okay. Okay. You're going to be fine. Okay. I'll get you through this. Okay. No. I feel like a loser. Ma'am, you're not a loser. Okay, you're going to be fine. No way. I Give me just a second. Can we hurry? I'm not trying to be aggressive, but like I don't want to be here anymore. I don't want to deal with this. I don't want to be here. 1 hour. Okay, this is going to take less than 1 hour. 1 hour. We're going to go back to I got to take you back to station. Got to do paperwork. Once I get the paperwork done, you're out of here. Okay, ma'am. [Music] Sergeant, copy city. Okay, so there was a surprise in the end. Not what I was suspecting, but still a surprise. So, what happened next? My in route one female to my 257 [Music] 137. Ma'am, take a deep breath. Ma'am, take a deep breath, please. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I'm driving right now. I'm sorry, but I'm so unhappy. I can't breathe. That's incredible. You're still driving. Like, let me breathe. Please. Please. Ma'am, what do you want me to do? Do you want me to stop the car? You have to sit this car. If I pass out, I'm going to sue you. I'm sorry, but like that's just suming. I can't I can't I can't brea I'm sorry. And I think I'm sorry is the perfect line to conclude this segment. Don't worry, the girl was fine. She just got a panic attack and proved to be somewhat of a drama queen. She calmed down minutes after this and refused to take the breath test when she was offered one. Even though she was initially charged with four violations, in October 2023, she plead guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation and the other charges were dismissed. You didn't see that happy ending coming, did you? I'm glad she got off easy because in general, she was very cooperative. You see, you never know what you might see on this channel, so feel free to subscribe so I can surprise you again. This last little lady was my favorite today. She seems to be one of those kind, good-hearted, honest people, and that's a rare thing to find when you're dealing with entitled people. But I'm very interested to hear your thoughts about today's lineup of suspects as well as the cops. Do you agree with my observations or do you think I missed something? I must say, I really enjoy doing these deep dives, so I promise there will be many more to come. Thanks for joining us, and I really appreciate all your comments and all your suggestions.
