individuals mumford's job and education are interrupted due to the incident According to some unofficial sources the cops involved during this encounter were suspended by the department however the Young suspect Jackson faced minor injuries and was fortunately marked safe from the encounter following treatment at a Mak Hospital Jackson was incarcerated on Tuesday for misdemeanor Family Violence and obstruction charges he was held at Wilkinson County Jail meanwhile Deputy Gillis a 9-year veteran of the Sheriff's Office was placed on administrative leave officer Gillis had reportedly Constitution protects the innocent driver's right to freedom of speech allowing them to express their opinion even if it involves using curse words without fear of retaliation from law enforcement potentially violating the driver's First Amendment rights officer Vega's request for the driver to show identification may also constitute a violation of the Fourth Amendment officer Vega's request subsequently officer ganter returned to his truck while Braulio contacted the Rocky Hill Police to report the assault by an officer the Meridan Police Department placed officer ganter on administrative leave following an internal affairs investigation ganter was mandated to undergo deescalation training additionally he faced a separate 5-day unpaid suspension due to findings from the internal affairs investigation which concluded that he violated departmental policy by engaging in Unbecoming conduct and being involved in an you said you're asking the customers for money and stuff Massachusetts regarding a custody dispute involving the reverend's daughter who allegedly did not return her 11-year-old old child after a custodial visit however Reverend ruti asserted that the officer MOA was issued a warning letter by the department stating that he violated the policy and was a part of unnecessary escalation it also stated that officer MOA lacked emotional intelligence however Mr Owens was not satisfied with this warning and had expected a much fairer accountability procedure it is unknown if he took any legal action against officer Mora I am engaged in a First Amendment activity that is protect take the sign you not you are not listen to me if you put you are not taking my what's your badge number this man named Jonathan was holding a Sign by the side of the road to warn drivers of a speed trap when two officers accosted him a few minutes into their interaction it became clear that the cops had no plausible reason to stop him and were either bored or Drunk on Power another possible reason was that the officers didn't want Jonathan doing a part of their job that would earn them some money of course they didn't say that but rather decided to go the hard way my badge number's right there okay is that what you tell the judge what is that what you tell the judge is what would I tell the judge right there I'm asking you the judge I'm asking are you
