Officer Samuel Rosario of the Springfield Police Department on May 9th 2017 officer rasio along Ong with officer Orlando Manzanares of the SPD responded to a call at suspect Robert hum' Eastside home to investigate a possible crime a crime about criminal property damage at hum' house however when officer Razo approached Humes for some questioning Humes started playing mind games with officer razio saying stuff like I'm going to knock your ass off and you're scared instead of calmly dealing with the suspect officer razio gave in to his urges and initiated a fist fight watch how the sit situation found guilty of official misconduct a class three felony he was also found guilty of Class A misdemeanor battery for making contact of an insulting or provoking nature Rosario was acquitted on the second battery charge of making contact that caused bodily harm sangan County State's Attorney Dan Wright recommended probation to Judge John Madonia acknowledging that Rosario has no criminal history after much deliberation the officer was sentenced to 24 months of probation by the jury if you think officer Rosario overstepped his limits wait till you see what this next officer was up to let me go August 20th 2020 Corporal Robert bareno of the Somerville Police Department initiated a traffic stop on Timmy miles who was driving away from his residence before this incident the police had placed a drug package to set up an alleged drug dealer but somehow the police lost sight of the marijuana package and then wrongfully assumed that Mr miles had picked it up here is how it all unfolded uh you Bennington Township resident Matthew rash who calls himself the Michigan constitutional Crusader on YouTube heard on his scanner that a suicidal man was threatening self harm by jumping off a utility Tower in Mitchell Field Park according to him he went to ensure that the police were handling the issue properly since according to him police are usually not the best people to deal with mental
