and received her indefinite suspension notice for inappropriate treatment of a suspect on January 17th Montoya was also cited for muting her body camera when she should not have Esparza was charged with assaulting a public servant and resisting arrest but the charges were later dismissed according to court records Montoya is a appealing the rulings after her termination from San Antonio police she was later picked up by the leyon Valley Police Department if you think this was the last female cop who tried to end their careers then probably you aren't aware of this next scene I don't want to a.m. the cops arrived at the house of a suspect's mother named Arthur Blackman who allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign while commuting in his vehicle officers pursued the 56-year-old after he drove to his mother's house and failed to follow instructions to stay in his truck subsequently he rushed into the home and refused to come out the police then decide to kick open the front door of obstructing an officer driving with a suspended license and illegally carrying a weapon Smith mentioned that was taken to jail and then to the hospital after falling ill additionally she still
