alleged call regarding someone reporting to discover some Firearms at a parking lot in Guth Hans Oklahoma the Logan County deputies arrived at the scene but what they were about to discover was what H the 7 mm the 7 mm okay yeah the officers found two rifles two pistols magazines and ammunition after they found the Firearms the cops were approached by a 20-year-old individual John Drew stit Mr stit told the cops that he was the son of the governor the Firearms belonged to him and one of the weapons belonged to his father watch what happens next all right just stand right here for a wanted to make sure someone else could got all the guns see how the circumstances um we did photograph the guns Inside the Box already anything missing you know no and this was just on the ground is what he said somebody break the window no open the truck no lock on the cas you want some help no I'm just deba on what to do with it I think I might just put it back in let me check everybody out see for getting a DD though that was good officer long had a suspicion that Mr stit was intoxicated because he had slurred speech and emitted an odor of alcohol however despite this special treatment was offered to him Mr stit informed deputies that he had been riding in a black truck where alcohol and another firearm were discovered the cops later found Mr stit called his mother he informed her that the guns had been removed from his truck while he was at a haunted house in Guthrie deputy long took the phone and asked stits mother to retrieve the firearms in response stits mother sent a member of her security detail to collect the guns an officer from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responsible for the security of the governor and his family arrived at the scene and escorted Mr s's party to still water after confirming that a capable driver was Avail Mr stit was allowed to leave while a sober driver drove his truck if you think this was the only idiot cop who messed with the wrong teenagers football game when the officers arrived they encountered 18-year-old Lorenzo Garcia with his friends Mr Garcia had allegedly pointed a gun at students after the game and his friend group was reportedly also threatening the students the situation unfolded as the cops arrived on the scene so when I approached the whole gate here here it was pretty much closed off there was a bunch of people here a lot of tips off about it somewh with the red hat and suddenly somewh with a group of uh these these guys here mhm yeah the four of the group here um just saying something about a gun someone chasing someone else and it was just chaotic so I'm trying to just keep everyone in one situation MH and uh go from there okay yeah so that was basically what something something with a gun and someone Chas with the gun how how did you how did you single out these four guys here and well they came in after the fact maybe like 5 minutes after they came in from the they came in like maybe 5 then detained and placed in the back of a police car while other officers worked to maintain order in the parking lot in the end Mr Garcia was fortunate as his charge was limited to unlawfully carrying a deadly weapon on school grounds later this charge was also dismissed by the Santa Fe district attorney with a warning if you think this was the maximum cops can mess with the wrong Department on February 13th 2024 officers in the area of Aurora Avenue North and North 88th Street were investigating reports of two boys carrying a handgun when they were dispatched to a nearby carjacking at around 8:30 p.m. a woman in the Greenwood neighborhood reported that she had just been carjacked near North 85th Street in Aurora Avenue North two suspects approached her tapped on her Windows pointed a gun at her and demanded that she get out one of them fired a shot into the air the woman handed over her Subaru Outback and belongings and the suspects drove off in her car she called 911 from a nearby gas station and police recovered a shell casing from the scene about an hour later officers responded to an attempted car jacking in Bitter Lake where two armed men demanded a victim's car the suspects fled after firing a shot into the air and police recovered another shell casing watch how the chase unfolds when the suspects are found driving westbound 82 all right we got
