asking you don't make it worse than what it need to be you got to leave you have to leave campus you can't be on campus calm down me relax relax relax we just need you to exit campus that's it so we the um smoking incident I wasn't smoking the next day when she showed up here mhm so we gave her she's on campus to finish her stuff SM said that there was nothing to get completed so we gave her the opportunity once more to leave campus did not want to leave campus finally got her out of Miss Owen's room started walking towards the front door decided to take a detour grabed by her arm she like I was like no you're going the wrong way let me go and started pulling away from me and now we're here so this is really not about us mhm this is about graduation and not not so it's projected at the wrong place exactly besides the fact that besides the fact that her actions led up to this I don't want cry here [Music] let huh [Music] first she's supposed to be off campus and she was refusing to leave campus at first then she said that she was going to walk and then when I told her go to the front door any anywhere less you're going to get arrested so when she went to the front door or coming down from the cafeteria towards the front door then she wanted to go towards the patio and then that's why I grabbed her I was like No we're going the wrong way and then went to grab her by the arm she pulled away and then that's how she ended up in cuffs okay she trespass after War mhm and resisting resisting with yep is she slained the walk or is there something I don't know um I know her mom just had a kid um so she has seeni her privilege she only has three classes she has a first period and a third period every day um so what I explained to her last week was since you're senior we we're just waiting on test scores um and whatever event took place all of them got the same consequence you're not get that because we're I told her I would contact her to see to let her know if she passed her sat to let her know if she needed to come today to take her I let her know that she did not pass sat so she did not need to come so when I saw her she just ignored me walk past me davana I tried to slow her down kept walking past me Miss Kennedy knows as well tried to stop her didn't adhere to her Direction so that's when I called her 12 we walked through the main office go for two um she was not up here so I went to her third period class she was sitting in her third period class called her two three times St da Miss Owen said just listen just listen go ahead said Goodson over Goodson tried to talk to her talk to her nothing and then when he said you going to walk out of handcuffs or you going to walk out by yourself she got up took the right out of Owen CL go ahead for to took took go ahead took it right out Owen's class can and then that's when that took place go ahead there's nothing for her to make up she has intensive reading she has my math class which has a sub and she has Miss Owens class she came on campus the next day after the incident happened I wasn't here but I was told that that was an issue people were chasing her around he wared around he warned her to leave and watch her walk up so who chased me around you were supposed to be here to begin with i Myer today my referral paper today Miss come back and make my work look at my team Miss hofman said I could come back and make up my work today I have the messages to prove it you ready to listen are you ready to listen Miss Hoffman is a teacher I am an assistant principal Dean Magna has a Dean we had communicated to you that you were expected not to come back no I didn't yes he did I your mom via email and on the phone so miss Hoffman cannot supersede what the administrators have already told you whatever [Music] makeup that's not important to me right now whatever makeup work you needed to do it could have been done online if not online that's the thing it's not on canas I did work on canas she about end work in class class is over baby class is over I explain that to you last week so you're not going to let me go make up my work no ma'am adult not comprehending I think it's been misdiagnosed to be honest it's very misdiagnosed regardless I me this is this is not twice she and and had she just got up and left when she was born this time she wouldn't be sitting in handcuffs right now we would so this is 100% on you and you're an adult now so what I don't know what you expected to happen law enforcement and the school told you you cannot be here you have to leave and you chose not to to exit the school you chose to pull away from a law enforcement Deputy that was trying to escort you out of the school again because the whole purpose was to avoid you getting in trouble just to have you leave so you don't get in trouble and you escalated the situation to where you're in handcuffs right now I have to get it up you're a grown adult you should know better by now and everybody got the same consequence everybody that was in the room got the same consequence so it's not like we did anything different for her and just like I told the other kids that were in that room they they weren't in there and didn't know that somebody was smoking there's no way you could not know the whole room was full of smoke you came down to the hallway 10 minutes after they walked out and the room is still full of smoke so and they're not supposed to be in there so you're out of area doing what you're not supposed to be doing as an adult on the school campus as an adult like that's I don't understand where the confusion is how old are you again I'm 19 19 years old you're a grown adult young lady first told me was thing she I was not doing the report I wasn't involved said y'all searched me and then my mama called her and said y'all can't suspend me without no drug testing y'all did not drug test me since when does a school drug test students you would know that we don't schools don't drug test students only students that get drug test after on probation y' just not get so but yeah like I was say I've been here for three years and he's been working this for like nine but like I say y my mom said y'all can't test me if y y suspend well you were suspended but did you get drug tested no okay so the drug testing is so the point of suspending me cuz you're out of area yeah I could have there something me that you knew that that's what the suspens was for out of area can you give me an honest answer about what think she going be mad who my mom saying mom sent you to school go ahead she didn't send you me please did I a come back I just not got the message of not pass I think that where where the issue lies is and this is this is going forward for rest of your life right if if someone who's a representative of an establishment says you need to leave you're not allowed to be here and you choose not to go when they tell you to leave then that still applies for trespassing because your invitation there has been revoked so even if yes so even if she said come on back today and then you got here and she goes nope never mind you didn't you don't need to take this test you need to leave now you have to go what what did you do anyway what you got to Warrant huh no trespassing and um resisting without wait you she go here she go what you uh they say you
