26 2017 a female driver named Kristen stanca was pulled over by two cops while she was outside her house in Denver Colorado after cops signal Miss stancz to pull her over she accelerates a bit and tries to pull her vehicle over in the driveway where her partner is waiting watch what the officers are about to do after they observe Miss stans's not pulling over immediately [Applause] uhoh where charged with interfering with an officer and resisting Miss stancz was charged with the felony second deegree assault however these charges were taken to trial and it concluded that Miss stanus was not guilty of this charge both Miss stancz and her partner suffered from physical injuries after this encounter due to the excessive force used by the law enforcement during the arrest on September 16th 2019 the Denver city council offered a $500,000 settlement for the case if you think these were the only cops who ruined their careers in seconds wait until you watch this next case are you doing
