on Mayfield Road Cleveland Heights Ohio officer Carly Lewis asked Mr Kern to pull over initiating a traffic stop officer Lewis made the stop by slamming the brakes of the car in front of Mr Kern's car the side of the road if it is safe to do so this gave officer Lewis the probable cause to detain or conduct a traffic stop on Mr Kern as he failed to stop observe what happens next back up for your
