Get your foot down. This is not a house. >> And you're not >> We're done. Stand up. Let's go. >> You're not going to >> stand up. >> You're not going to do >> All right. No, I'm not. >> You're not listening and you're fighting with >> You're doing a lot of lying. >> I'm sorry. >> And I'm [snorts] being literally working with him at the very beginning because I've never been in that situation before. Wait, can I just be honest for one second? >> You can be honest all you want. When intoxication and bad attitudes mix, usually bad decisions are next. >> You see anybody I see anybody shut the up. Get the out of my face. >> From airports to frat houses, the cops are always ready to teach these sassy Kairens a lesson they'll never forget. On September 14th, 2024, security officers at a concert noticed a woman whose behavior was less than desirable. She was way too drunk to be there, and even though the staff denied her entry, she still thought she could outrun them. >> Hey. >> All right. Yeah. Get medical. >> Yeah, we're good. She's She can't come over. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Did she medical? No. >> Wait, why did you just say that? Ashley, >> hold this for me. I got it. >> Okay, first of all, >> boss the boat. You come with me. >> No, come with Come here. I'm talking. >> You're coming out here. >> Out here. >> Come here. No. >> No. You're coming out here. Where's your friends at? >> They going. >> Dude, do not do that to me. Do not. I'm not that up. It's a fact that they literally just tried to drag me down in the middle of the >> EMS. >> No, I'm fine. What the do you mean? >> I literally am. >> You are not going in. If you if you continue to cause problems, I will formally trespass you and you can never come back. >> Okay, that's fine. 100% fine. I 100% agree that >> the young woman here, Ashley, tried to bumrush the gate, but it didn't plan out like she hoped. An officer got involved and his primary concern was that she'd get home safely. And the question at this point was, would her friend stay at her side or choose to go and have a good time instead? >> You're fine. You're able to go in there. >> SHE CAN'T GO. >> WHAT DID I DO? I didn't do anything. I didn't. Dude, my boyfriend just literally another front of me. Like, I'm sorry that I'm upset. Like, I'm sorry. Like, how is that a bad thing? >> Well, it's a safety issue. >> How is it a safety? Okay, you watch your girlfriend another in front of you. What are you going to do? >> What are you going to do? What? I'm a little upset. I'm a little upsetty. Spaghetti. >> Hey, you have every right to be upset, but given you're intoxicated, you couldn't even stand over. >> I'm fine. I'm literally fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm literally fine. I will literally walk in so hard. This is my only night going out. I literally just turned 21. I don't want to go out after this. I'm fine. >> You're not fine. You're not fine. >> I'm fine. This is my ONLY NIGHT GOING OUT AFTER 21. I DO NOT WANT TO GO after this. I want to lock in with school. I want to do every everything that includes that. >> I'm fine. Yeah. You want to see my ID? I will literally show you my >> Where's my phone? >> The more the woman talked, the more obvious it became how drunk she was. Cops stressed to the woman that she had to go home, but Ashley had other plans. And when her friend told her someone was coming to get her, that's when she snapped. >> I am literally >> Come get her. >> What? Who? >> Landon. >> No. Get the out of my face. He's not getting me. >> If he gets me, actually get the >> You can't come back. >> Get the out of my face. Go then. Go then. Go then. >> Okay. One of them needs to watch you. >> No. Get the Go you. >> You. You're dumb friend. Go. Get the out of my face. >> Go. You are this close to getting arrested. >> I know you're going to go to jail, you idiot. >> We're just ordering intoxication. All right. >> You're literally >> I'm not trying to do that. >> Yeah. Honestly, >> okay. >> I pushed her. >> No, we're going to sit her down over here. Stand up. You're going to sit down over here. >> You're so cute. >> She was determined to have a good time no matter what. Even falling down seemed to be a joke to her, but not for the officer nor for her friends who were getting tired of her antics. After she fell for a second time, the cop called for EMS, realizing she might get injured. >> You're staying right down there until EMS gets here. >> No, I don't like that. I want to go home. >> You are going to go home, but you're going to stay seated down cuz you can't stand. >> You get in the car with me. We can go home. >> Yes. What the are you? >> Yes. This dumb. >> You're embarrassing. >> You're staying on the do not care. >> Ashley, would you let me talk to you? NO, I DON'T. >> Away from me. >> Ms. White. >> It's really hot. >> You sound like a idiot. >> Keep her there for two seconds. >> To no one's surprise, the girls weren't able to keep their drunk friend in one place. As soon as the officer turned his back, Ashley decided to bolt. Despite the fact that in the shape she was in, she probably wouldn't get far. >> Jesus Christ. Can you hold her for two seconds? >> All right, we're done with it. >> Please let me go. Please. Like, I promise you on everything. >> I like that. >> Yeah, that's great. >> Please let me go. Please let me go. I need to hit my bait. >> I'm going to grab Hartford so I can walk her over there. >> No, I just want to be let go. I literally just do. I >> I'm trying to get over EMS. She's just dropped as Get her out of here, >> but she's fallen over three times just standing here. So, I'm getting a wheelchair for her. >> Okay, >> the cherry is here. >> No, get away. I'm not a dumb. >> I'm not stupid. No. >> Okay. >> Hey, listen. >> I'm not dumb. I'm not dumb. >> It's either this or jail. Okay. >> Go to jail. >> Get down. Getting Ashley down in a wheelchair was one thing, but keeping her there was entirely different. They had to restrain the woman, but that still didn't prevent her from speaking her mind. >> Mother, no. Get away. No, seriously. You're going to make me angry. >> Okay, >> we're already getting pretty angry. >> Get away. Making me a little sad. >> No, seriously, get away. >> Get away. Don't love me right now. Get away. >> Put your feet in. >> Hit your feet up. Okay, then you're going to get hurt. Put your feet up or get hurt. One or the other. >> I'm probably just going to like that. We'll see. >> My brother's in the apartment. I don't give a >> No. Get me out. My brother's in the apartment. I don't care. He can figure out. >> He can figure it out. No. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. LET'S GO. >> YOU GUYS GOOD? >> LET'S GO. Don't start Don't start kicking or you're going to start you're going to get >> is about to literally stress the out of my >> She was about one step away from committing battery on law enforcement but she was too drunk to even care. Even though Ashley was restrained it took four of the cops to keep her secure and then getting her to a squad car proved equally challenging. >> Get me away from me. Get away. >> How are you? Get the away from that way. >> Stand up, Ashley. >> Stand up. >> Okay. >> What side? >> I just want to see my brother. He's literally in the >> I got to see my brother. I want to see my brother. I want to SEE MY BROTHER. [screaming] >> I WANT to see my brother. >> I want to see my brother. I want to see my brother. ears. [crying] I'm literally a firefighter, my brother. Just charge me. I'm not literally just You charge me so much. I don't care. I don't care. Literally like, oh my god. >> As the female officer searched her, she continued resisting, at least with her mouth. One minute she was crying, then laughing the next, then she started shouting orders. When it was time to get in the car, she went limp and Ashley was acting like it was all one big joke. >> Put me in the car. >> When she's done searching you, Ashley, she'll put you in the car. >> Come on. >> Step up. Come on. Sit. Sit up. Watch your head. Keep going. >> You got to sit up. Push. I'll take Then we might have to call me too. >> Her name was >> you guys are >> bet. [laughter] Sit up. >> Put your feet down. Put your feet down. Sit on the seat like an adult. >> What's your last name? >> No, it doesn't matter. Get respect. Hey, >> you said you'd cooperate with me, right? Okay, thanks. >> Ashley was taken to jail and charged with battery on multiple officers, disorderly intoxication, and resisting arrest. In addition, not surprisingly, they trespassed the woman from the venue. On December 5th, 2024, airport police were called to a disturbance involving a young intoxicated female. I'm going to stop having audio with us for just >> Okay, >> I'm sorry. >> Out of line of all this or >> we just had a conversation real quick. Yeah, >> that's >> I was here yesterday for um like Rock Wall, Texas. >> Oh, yeah. >> Cuz I live there. So, >> you you fly out or >> Yes, I'm going to um like San Fran. San Francisco. >> Do you have Do you have a boarding pass? >> Yes, on my phone. >> No problem. >> It was only one of the three cuz I have three flights. >> What? What a >> um I have to go to um like San Fran. >> What where are you flying? >> Oh, AI L or >> No, what a you flying with? >> Oh, um Fresno or something? >> No, ain't no Fresno. >> But finally remembered she was flying United to Fresno. She explained to the cops that she had multiple connecting flights, but her story was [music] inconsistent. The cops wanted to know if she had a valid boarding pass or not. >> Um, so this was yesterday. They had me come back um today for my birth certificate and my um social security. My ID was in my pocket and it broke in half. So they had me do a whole just new day. But DFW >> So this is your flight for today? That's not >> cuz that's >> I have actual like printed [clears throat] out in my bags. >> Over there. I went to the bathroom and stuff like >> where they at? >> Over there. I went to the bathroom before. I didn't saw y'all. >> No, I'm trapped there. >> Well, like are they in line or where are they? >> Um, it should be in the bathroom. It's not It's in the bathroom, but I went to the bathroom in the bathroom. I didn't saw y'all. Like, I'm being honest. >> I went to the I haven't been since I woke up this morning. >> So, I'm literally just going offs. I'm sorry. >> And just like that, she tried to slip away to the bathroom. Strangely, she said she left her bags in the bathroom yesterday and hadn't checked on them. But according to what the staff says, she made a scene earlier and she'd thrown her belongings all over the airport. >> Where she dropped from everywhere. >> Was it out here? >> Oh, okay. Oh, that's why. Can I check or is that not allowed? >> We checked. They they said that they might have seen them. >> Okay. It was just a regular black bag with like gold. Um >> you said you had it today. >> Yes. If y'all saw it. Um it had the actual ticket in it and then it also has like my mouthwash, my toothbrush. >> Is that your stuff over here? >> Sarah, >> come over here. Let's go over here. >> Yeah, that's exactly that's my profile. They say she dropped all. >> Do you need anything specific? >> Is it Are these Are these your glasses? >> That Coke isn't mine. These glasses are mine now. >> Okay. And so you just threw your stuff all around. >> They threw it down. Pardon my language. >> When asked about her belongings, she immediately snapped and started blaming the staff. She was getting more and more frustrated, and the cop tried his best to keep her calm and cooperative. >> What's What's your name? >> India. >> India. like on the map. >> Yes. So, yesterday um I was actually on the little line for it and I forgot the woman's name. She told me like she's like, [laughter] "Give me one second. I'm sorry." >> So, you were in line. Okay. Your stuff is over here and your flight was leaving at 11. >> Yeah. Yesterday. >> How did we get to this? >> Yesterday, they wouldn't accept my ID. I have it. Um I snuck it in half. [clears throat] Again, like I said, um everything's valid. >> Are you from You said you're from Texas. >> I'm from Texas. I'm born in Georgia, but again, I was raised in Texas. >> Your ID is out of Texas, right? >> Yes. Like all my IDs for school and um what's it called? Like health or whatever. It's all like Texas IDs. >> India claimed she'd snapped her ID in half and that was the reason the airline denied her boarding. But in reality, she'd missed the 11:15 flight. So then they booked her on the next flight, which was at 10:07 p.m. And when the officer tried to explain that, India started falling apart. >> Thank you. I've been here since yesterday. >> Okay. >> Thank you. So no, I'm not mad at all. I'm saying thank you. >> No, I'm telling you thank you cuz yesterday >> was a long ass day and I didn't get anything done [clears throat] until 6:00. >> Thank you. Have you taken anything this morning? >> No. >> You're not on any prescriptions or anything like that? >> No, I'm trying to send it all in this folder. >> Hold on. I cried this morning because I lost >> Look, look. So, what we're trying to figure out is what's best for you. Okay. >> When we showed up, you didn't know where your stuff was. >> You don't You were already passed your flight and a cleaner found your stuff in the men's restroom. >> They found your stuff yesterday also. As she started picking her things up, she kept on crying about her sad life. She claimed to have issues with her mother, who supposedly had stolen money from her and had even stolen her identity. >> You got to get it together if you try to fly. >> What have you What have you had this morning? >> Tears. >> No, it's >> No, literal tears. Hold up. We've been >> a mom taking money from me in tears. >> I hear you. I hear you and I understand. I hear what you're saying, but she literally got a whole apartment in my name. >> I understand that. What I'm trying to say is what's >> So I understand you think I'm on substances. I'm sad. >> She threw my name. >> I can smell I can smell alcoholic beverage coming off your bed. >> I You're dropping stuff. I I I understand this. Okay. >> Listen. You want to fly? You want to fly? >> I want to fly. >> Okay. would listen to what we trying to tell you. Now, get your stuff up. Get your stuff up and put it up right in your purse and quit throwing all the stuff all over the place. >> She was cooperative on the surface, but she was very entitled and clearly drunk, so things might blow up in an instant. Also, she clearly didn't appreciate the officers asking her about alcohol. Like, >> like I said, it's it's not it's not illegal to have a drink. Okay, >> it's not >> I understand that. You understand that, right? What I'm trying to say is I know that you've had something today. >> What I'm saying is I'm crying because my mom identity. >> I understand. >> It's not from any did this [ __ ] >> I understand. >> She over a year. My dad told me >> Listen. Keep it down. Keep it down. >> I understand. You don't understand. Keep it down. >> But understand I don't understand about it. You don't know what I'm going through. The thing is, I'm showing immense amount of hurt and you're thinking I'm being disrespectful. >> I'm showing hurt. He hasn't said anything. I'm ready to listen. >> I I've been trying to talk to you for a while. >> Please talk. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink today? >> No, >> you haven't. >> Earlier, way earlier, it was barely anything. It was like a small not even a shot. >> Okay. >> At this point, she had plenty of time to calm down, leave the airport, and come back tomorrow for the flight. But instead, she started spiraling and no amount of persuasion from the cops was going to change it. That being the case, they eventually stopped trying. >> My mom's stealing from me >> and it's so Hold up, hold up, hold up. Her pulling seven braids out my hair hurts more. >> Go ahead and stand up for me. >> All right. And then just face the window. >> For what? >> Face the window. >> For what? >> Just turn around and face the window. >> Am I getting arrested? >> Yeah. No. Put your hand. >> Yeah. No. India. >> I'm telling you, I'm hurt because she did that. And you're going to be a real public intoxication. >> My thing is it's not public intoxicity. I'm hurt. I'm not hurt. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> STOP RESISTING. >> Get off of me. >> Stop resisting. >> Get off of me. >> Stop resisting. >> Get off of me. >> You don't have >> You do not have that option. >> That option has disappeared. I'm >> not asking you. I'm sure. >> I do not care. They twisted my stupid arm and the other glasses. I do not care. You twist it and I do not care. >> Hey, listen. >> You keep TWISTING ME. I DO not care. Okay, officer. >> Are you going to >> keep on keep on? My boyfriend's a attorney. I cannot wait. I swear to God I can't wait. Please lock me out. He's a great attorney lawyer. >> I swear in your face if I was a real >> I thought I was a real >> but I'm respectful like that. I mean y'all out here there. Hold up. There are literal outside and you're worried about a 24y old girl. You >> assault charges too. THEY'RE 30Y OLD. I'LL DIE RIGHT NOW and you're whined by a 24y old. >> Some suspects calmed down on the way to jail, but India wasn't one of them. She kept resisting all the way and when she got there, she had a mental breakdown. They charged the woman with public intoxication, resisting an officer, and harassment of a public servant. Hotels, of course, want to keep their rooms occupied, but there are some exceptions. On the 2nd of May 2025 in Ohio, the cops got a call about a disturbance at a day's end. >> I said, "Don't talk to me like this." >> Oh, she said that to you. >> Yeah. >> Oh, Lord. >> And he's he's taking some time. [music] >> Julie. >> Yeah. >> Can you explain what what's >> Yeah. She ever since this morning, she came down to get coffee. She's spilling coffee everywhere. She's getting in the cabinets. Told her not to get in the cabinets. >> This is her. >> Yes. And then anytime I try to explain something >> she wanted eggs that we could cook eggs. >> So we just kind of we keep asking her to check out and she keeps saying that. >> Give me just one second. I'll be over. Okay. >> The moment the unruly guest opened her mouth, it was clear why the cops had to be called. She was very hostile and she was clearly drunk. Despite her demeanor, the cops took a friendly approach and tried to reason with her. >> You got your ID on your bed? >> Okay. What's your social, honey? >> My social is >> What's your first name? >> Kelsey. She [clears throat] >> sees me with some coffee. >> Mhm. [snorts] >> I said, "Y'all, no regular um sugar." [clears throat] And then I turned around and my cup of coffee still. >> Okay. >> So, y'all want to kick me out for that? And I paid you. >> They can kick you out. It's part of business. The hotel manager said [music] that they told the woman, Kelsey, that she was no longer welcome and asked her to leave, but she refused. The officer first checked her background, then confirmed with the staff that they wanted her trespassed. >> They want you out. Okay. So, they want you officially trespassed. So, do you have is that all your stuff? >> And I paint their room. >> Huh? >> And I paint their room. >> Okay. Do you have all your stuff? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. They want you gone. Okay. [music] >> Can y'all give me a ride, ma'am? Where do you need? >> Um to give you my ID from Avenue. >> Well, yeah, we can't do that. No way, ma'am. We're not a taxi service. We'll take you somewhere close. Um I mean, there's multiple hotels right up the road that we can take you. >> I don't have my ID on. Is this all your stuff or do you have more? This all my >> So, what do you want to do? Where you want to go? >> Let me think. Can I talk to my friend first? >> No, we're not going to run around the hotel. Especially if you've got all your stuff. >> What's in this bottle? cuz I can source. >> It's alcohol. >> Oh, dear God. Yeah. No. >> Yeah. We're We're not going to uh >> We're done with that. >> We're done with that. >> Just one more drink. >> No, because you're already trash. We're not doing that. >> I'm not trash. >> All right. Let's get your stuff. We'll talk out here. Okay. >> Prescribe. >> Okay, honey. Well, yeah. What? That's That's alcohol. I'm sure that's not great with your Okay. Let's get your stuff. We'll go out here. She didn't hide the fact she was drunk and was resigned to the idea that they were kicking her out. However, that didn't mean she'd be quick about it, which was really testing the cop's patience. >> You can get an Uber, >> but get up. We ain't lounging back. Let's go. >> You can get an Uber. >> No, I said you can. >> I don't have my credit card on me. >> Okay, honey. Well, I don't know what you want me to You can. Or a metro bus. The metro will take you straight to >> girl. Well, guess what? You're sitting in a hotel room with no shirt on, [music] lounging back like this is your own house. We're not doing this. Okay. Okay. Come on. Let's go. >> Come on. >> Grab your stuff. Let's go. >> See what I'm saying? >> If you don't get up and walk, you're going to end up going to jail. I don't think you want that. >> Get up. >> I need to charge her. >> It's in your pocket. Let's go. >> But do not yell. Do not yell. Do not yell >> or you're going to get arrested. Do you understand me? Get up and walk out the door. I'm done. Let's go. >> His employee, >> I I've heard enough. Let's go. We'll talk out here. We're not going to disturb their business anymore. Okay. >> Would you like another bag? I can maybe get you another bag if you'd like. Okay, I can do that. >> Buying snacks for your suspects is definitely not in an officer's job description. But the officer was empathetic and really didn't want to arrest the woman. So, if buying her some beef jerky would make Kelsey more cooperative, the cop was willing to do it. >> Give me that phone and I'll give you your change. Okay. It's on here. I ain't taking your damn money. I don't need you. Literally. All right. Get your stuff in. >> Can I have a trash bag for her stuff? And then she was also hoping for some [music] beef jerky. >> Yes, sir. I got your beef jerky. Would you like to go to the hospital? >> Hell no. >> Okay. Thank you. You have someone that can come get you? >> Yeah, but my phone is dead. >> Okay. I I have a phone. I can call someone for you. >> I don't know his number. >> How long you been drinking for? Did you start this morning? >> I started What time is it? >> Two. >> Oh, yeah. >> Kelsey ended up being pretty friendly, so the cops made an extra effort to resolve things in her favor. They were willing to take her to another hotel and even vouch for the woman. >> You? >> No, thank you. But I appreciate you. >> All right. How can we solve this problem? Because they don't want you here anymore. So, we need to find somewhere for you to go. >> Do you want to go try a different hotel? >> Here's the thing. You got to stop. You got to not act a fool over there if we take you over there. >> Cuz [music] you're intoxicated. >> This is the issue, though, is they don't want you back. Okay? And if you step foot on this property, >> my first time here. >> I got you. But they just Yeah, they just don't want you back. >> I get it. I get it. But they're pretty they've got to be pretty picky because some heads come around here. I'm not saying you are or anything. It's just some people do. So they've ruined it for everybody. You know what I mean? >> All of them. >> All of it. >> So that's the issue. >> Gotcha. >> While chatting with Kelsey, the topic of the woman's record came up. At that point, the cops weren't aware yet that she had a possession charge on her record in another county. I >> have something on my Oh, >> fair enough. Pop off. >> A belly. >> What' you do? You know you want to tell us what you do. >> It was just >> Oh, okay. >> Are you clean right now? We don't give about that. We're just asking for like your wellbeing. Are you clean right now? >> Besides alcohol. >> Okay. Well, that's good. >> And you don't want women helping women? You don't want [music] them. Okay. Look me in my eyes. Yeah. Okay. Is there anything else we can do to help you? >> Give me more money for the other mess in the room. >> After offering to take the woman to another hotel, the cops helped the woman gather up her belongings. And at that point, they noticed some things in her bags and they started questioning her sobriety story. >> Girl, if you're clean, get that plunger and choy boy out of there. Okay, that's not mine. >> Girl, I ain't we ain't charging you with that. I'm just saying. Now there is a pipe. Two >> pipes. >> So you're overly admitting to me that there's two pipes in there. >> Cuz they're theirs. Who's theirs? Your friends. >> The dumbes that thought they could come in my room and run me. >> All right. Well, can I get the pipes out and throw them away? >> There's only one pipe. >> Well, can I get I can I can get it out and throw it away. Don't be reaching in there. >> Yeah. Let me grab it. >> Yeah. I want to grab it for you cuz I'm telling you. >> There's a knife in there. That's why we're trying to be careful with her. >> Kelsey still claimed that she didn't use drugs anymore and reluctantly threw the pipe away. For some reason, she got hung up on the chore boy, which is known to be used for smoking meth. >> Throw that chore boy away, too. >> I need to scrub my dishes. No, >> I'm so serious. >> We're trying to be cool with you. If you're going to lie to us, THEN WE'RE GONNA >> I'M NOT LYING. >> You ain't scrubbing no dishes. >> Girl, it's all right to park. How dumb you think we are? Let's grab your Let's go. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Cuz we got to patch you down before you get in the car. Okay. >> The cops then took Kelsey to another hotel nearby, but they wouldn't let her stay without ID. At that point, she had limited choices, but most likely she didn't really understand what was happening. no matter how much they try to explain it. >> Call uh call your sister, please. I got your uh thing unlocked for you. >> Where is all that? >> Call your sister, please. Or a phone number for anybody to come pick you up. We just need I don't even care if it's your sister. We need somebody to come pick you up. Okay. >> Will you guys take me to them? >> They need to come pick you up. We can meet them somewhere in Springdale. Okay. Please don't yell. Be careful. Just No. No. Ma'am, foot down. Foot down. Foot down. >> Ma'am, please stop. >> Do not Okay. >> Please. Please stop. >> Kelsey, CALL. >> I'M TRYING. MY phone died again. >> Get your foot down. This is not a house. >> And you're not. >> All right, we're done. Stand up. Let's go. >> You're not going to >> stand up. >> You're not going to >> do >> All right. No, I'm not. >> You're not listening and you're fighting with me. >> NO, I'M NOT FIGHTING. KELSEY, WHY? >> Tried so hard with you, man. Come on now. >> Okay. >> Despite their best efforts to reason with the woman, Kelsey still ended up in jail. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business. In 2023 at Florida State University, officers patrolled a neighborhood and they encountered a frat party. There was a young woman in front of the house holding a beer. The moment the woman saw them, she started acting suspicious, so the cops decided to investigate. >> Excuse me. >> No, Rebecca's already gone. >> Hey, how old are you? >> I was 21. >> You're 21? >> Yes. Um, we're just here right now. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah. Yeah, I do. I do. Um, yeah. went on a card and [music] then Wait, are you at brick? >> God damn it. >> My keys are [music] inside. >> I'm sorry. >> They're They're My keys are inside my keys. >> What's your name? >> My name's Mys are inside. >> I'll get it. I'll get it real fast. >> You're fine. You're fine. Just give me your name and date of birth. >> Oh, and what's your date of birth? >> 0521 2000. But it's in there, but I can grab it real fast if you want me to hang tight. Just hang tight for me. >> Okay. >> You got a license out of Florida? No, I'm in I'm from Georgia. >> Georgia? >> Yes. >> After taking her information, they tried to look her up in the system. When they couldn't find any info on her, the cops started to get suspicious. Then, strangely, when she was asked for an ID, she started obsessing about her keys. >> Key party is this. >> It's a KA. I'll literally I will literally go get my keys for y'all. Like, it's like I swear. No, like I swear to confirm everything. >> This is just It's literally a KA. I'm with all my friends. >> Hey, if you just want to take this I'm like I don't know what I mean. This is >> all right. It's that opportunity where if you give us the wrong name, it's going to be really bad. >> No, my name's Cordial, Georgia. Swear to God. Swear to God, this is me. This is me 100%. [music] >> They're trying to find you in the system. >> No, I swear to God, this is me. I can like pull I'm like I have everything on me right now too. Like I [music] have my like but like I have literally everything. Like I don't I don't know. Like >> Oh, date of birth is what? >> May 21. Look, I got it. I got it. Oh, wait. I got it. >> Said May 21st. >> 2003. Got it. [music] >> 2003. >> Yes. >> Probably because she was as drunk as she was, she accidentally revealed her real date of birth. She quickly realized her mistake, but at that point, there wasn't much she could do about it. Turns out she was 20 and not 23. And since she clearly lied to the cops, they decided to detain her for underage drinking. >> May 21st, 2003. >> All right, let's take a walk to my car. Okay, truck. >> Wait, >> May 21st, 2003. >> Don't run for me. Okay. >> Oh. Oh, I'm not running. >> I'm just making sure. >> Do the grab thing like I got [music] to. I'm going to make sure you don't run for me. >> 2000 or 2003? >> 2003. That's number 20. >> It's 2003. How old are you? >> Oh, me right now? I'm 20. I'm about to turn 21. >> I turned 21 May 21st. No, no, I'm 20 right now. I turned 21 in May. >> Right over here for me. See? >> Yeah. >> We just need to verify what you've just given us because you gave me a wrong name twice. >> She was in a bit of trouble, but it wasn't too serious. However, her future depended on what she did next and the officer's goodwill. >> You told me your birthday [music] was in 2000. >> 2003. I said 2000 and then 2003 and then >> So, which one is it? >> 2003. I turned 21 [music] May 21st this year. >> What's going to happen tonight? >> Oh, Officer Vicky is going to handle everything. >> Three or five. >> He's going This is his rodeo. >> Okay. I'm just a clown in it. I will tell you that I know I knew you weren't 21 from the get-go. >> Oh, and I know but >> but the thing is >> nobody else in there is 21. >> Okay. So, you want me to go in there? >> No. And I told cuz >> that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to go in and wreck it because >> No, cuz I was just outside and I was trying to leave and I was calling my friend and >> see the thing is as soon as you walked outside you saw me. What did you do? >> I just was standing there. I didn't do anything. >> It didn't change the fact that she was there and that she was clearly drinking that beer. she was holding. After one of the cops, a rookie, checked her information in the system, he was able to confirm her real age. >> How old are you supposed to be to be in possession of alcohol? >> 20 21. >> 21. >> And I swear to God, I was 20. >> Okay. >> I'm 20. I'm 20. I 21. I swear to God. No. Please, sir. Please, sir. Don't. Please. No. Please, sir. Please. Please. I'm begging you. Please. >> Wait. Can I please stand up? Wait. Can I please not go to the police department, please? >> We're going to get to that. Just stand up. I need you to stand up. >> Please. My god. I see how we're literally >> the person. >> No. No. I got it. It's okay. I'll put my phone in the front. It's okay. >> Wait, guys. Wait, guys. Please. Please. Wait. No. Sorry. I have to go to town. >> I'm just going to have to I'm going to get to that. Okay. >> Can I not get that scene? I swear to God. >> I'm going to explain everything to you. Okay. Please. >> Okay. Okay. I'm good. I'm okay. I'm okay. You >> talk to big. We're just going to talk first. [laughter] BE RIGHT BACK. OKAY. >> OKAY. >> Even though she lied about how old she was, she didn't give the cops a fake name. She wasn't in serious trouble yet until the sergeant advised his partner to do a search of her property. >> Let's run it, shall we? >> Hey. >> Hi. Sorry. >> All right. I'm Officer Mill. Okay. >> Yes. Yes. >> I'm the training officer. It's Officer Vicky. >> All right. You have some big problems. >> What's up? What's up? Big problems. Don't keep your space right there. >> Oh, sorry. >> So, we did a search incident arrest. So, we search your stuff. >> Okay. >> Do you know what we found? >> Probably one ID. That's it. >> Two IDs. >> Oh, I only have one. >> No, you got Molly's. >> I don't have Molly. >> Molly's garbage truck. >> Molly's driving. >> Oh my god. I was like the jar. Oh, yes, I have hers. That's one of my friends. Yes, I have hers. I swear to God. I swear I have hers in my purse. Oh, sorry. >> You have someone else's driver's license. >> I do. In my purse. I do have it in my purse. If you keep talking, it only works out worse for you. >> Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Okay, I'm done. >> Do you have a second valid driver's license in your possession? It's illegal. >> Okay. >> You're not allowed to have that. >> Okay. >> You also have a Pennsylvania driver's license with your name all over it. >> Oh, and that that was one >> that anymore, but that's mine. >> He's running it right now. >> That's mine. And I will say it that is my fake ID and I don't use it anymore. The suspect here was being really naive, saying just because she didn't use the ID, it somehow made things better. Even worse, she had no idea that having a fake ID is a felony, which made things so much worse. >> It's a felony charge. It means you go to jail. >> So, [panting and gasps] you doing a lot of lying. >> I'm sorry. And >> and literally working with him going to the jail at the very beginning because I'd never been in that situation before. Wait, can I just be honest for one second? >> You can be honest all you want. >> Yeah. So, let me explain something. Let me ask you something. >> Yes, sir. >> If you know it's illegal to have alcohol while under the age of 21. >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Had you not had alcohol? >> Yes, sir. >> Would we be be in the situation? >> No, sir. And I'm sorry, but I was just at my friends were at a date function and I walked out to the road. I was trying to leave cuz I didn't want to be my date and I was trying to leave and I just walked out with my drink stupidly to the road and like I shouldn't have and I regret it and I would have put the drink down if I could have but I didn't. You know, >> I understand. Okay. >> The young woman was learning her lesson and the rookie officer was learning a lot as well. Given everything they found and how the suspect acted the entire time, the sergeant deferred to the rookie and let him decide how he wanted to handle it. We're >> going to jail. Going to jail. want to go. Never mind then. Officer Victory explained uh M what's what's going on here. All right. We are going to take a trip to Do we need to go buy 10? Nope. >> All right. So, we're going to take a trip to the lane detention center. Okay. You are being charged for possession of the pig IDs as well as under strength. Okay. >> Alcohol since you're under the age of 21. Okay. Buckle down. Hello right now. >> Really call right now >> or not? >> No, right now. >> All right. Same time for me. >> Cool. Ultimately, she faced multiple charges, including possession of a fraudulent ID, underage possession of alcohol, and providing false information during a lawful investigation. On Valentine's Day 2025, the cops were alerted about a female asleep in a basement garage. When they got there, she was completely incoherent and seemed to have soiled herself on the hard concrete floor. >> Is she breathing? Have you guys checked that? >> Okay. >> Okay. You get if you're on dispatch, you're good to hang up. >> Hello. Can you sit up for me? >> What? What's your name? >> Do you know her? >> Yes. >> Okay. How do you know her? >> Friend. >> Okay. Friend as in like is are you guys in a relationship or is she just a friend? >> Friend. >> Okay. >> So, what happened? Why? What happened to her? >> My car was right here. I put it in. My car is gone. So, I'm trying to >> Your car is gone. >> What car do you drive? >> And you're positive is this parking lot? >> Yes. >> The woman looked very drunk and based on her friend slurred speech and confusion, he wasn't that far behind. The cop's main concern at that point was getting the woman checked out by a doctor. >> What's her name? What's her name? >> Bella. >> Bella. Bella. >> Annabella. Annabella, >> can you sit up? >> Annabella. >> Hey. Hey. Can you sit up? >> Is she just drunk? Did she take any drugs? >> Drunk. She's drunk. I was literally like I parked my car. I put my thing in. >> Did she take any drugs tonight? >> My car's gone. >> She's not in trouble if you say yes. But did she take any drugs tonight? >> I don't know. My car is gone. I'm just trying to figure out where my car is. >> Well, I'm worried about her right now. Okay. >> She's That's okay. >> Okay. Okay. You should be worried about your friend who's laying on the parking garage floor right now. Okay. >> Am I not here? >> You are, but let's Can you help Can you help me help her? >> Will she answer you? When's the last time that you were talking to her? She was coherent. >> Like 20 minutes ago. >> Okay. Where were you guys at? Were you out? >> I got her and it came over here. The car was gone. >> Okay. >> After getting down to check her pulse, the officer then tried to get more details from her friend. He said he couldn't find his car, a black Chevy Cruz, and decided to get an Uber. Shortly after, paramedics arrived on scene. >> He said she didn't take any drugs. She's just drunk. Um, I haven't really got anything out of her talk. She just been trying to sleep. >> Bella. >> Bella. >> Annabella. Bella. >> Annabella. >> Um, all right. You have Do you have anybody else that can pick you guys up or something? >> Yeah, most likely. Yes. Well, I need somebody that's probably sober because you're also intoxicated. So, I don't trust you taking care. >> I need someone. >> I need like a family member or somebody that knows her roommate. Somebody that can watch her. >> I need to figure out why is my >> Somebody's looking for her right now. >> Annabelle, don't don't do that. >> You need to wake up. We're in the parking lot, bud. >> We're in the parking lot. >> You're good. You're good. You're good. >> You're good. You're good. Sit. No, I'm good. I'm good. >> But you need to wake up. >> She woke up at that point, but that didn't make things better. She had no idea where she was. And when she finally came to her senses, she got very aggressive, especially towards Kevin, her friend. >> Do you have like an app that would show your like >> with me the whole night? You want to come out? >> Get the out of my face. >> Stop. Stop. >> Kevin, get out of my face. >> They're here to check on you. Do you want them to check on you or not? >> Bella, stop. Do you want them to check on you or not? Cuz you're just wasting their time at this point. >> You check on me. I want >> Do you want them to check you? >> Check. >> Or are you just intoxicated and being difficult and don't want to help? >> No, I don't. I've been to the hospital before. I've been through this, bro. I've been through this [ __ ] before. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, here's your option. Find a friend to come get you cuz you're intoxicating. your best out in the parking lot. >> Me, too, my friend. I totally off. >> She was somewhat coherent, but she was by no means fine. She had trouble getting up on her feet and didn't even realize that she peed on herself. The only thing she noticed was that her bag was wet. >> That's definitely >> just stay on the ground for a second. You don't need to get up. >> Why am I leaking out on my bag? >> Cuz you probably I think you peed. Or it's Maybe it is your bag. You >> peed. >> I didn't peed. I didn't. You >> on me? >> Did you pee on me? I didn't see right now. >> I don't like going. I mean, >> I've been through this one too many times. I've been >> Well, if you've been through this and you know the only other option for no reason, I want people to leave me alone. >> Okay. Well, call a friend. >> Get out of my face. >> Call a friend. >> Just get out of my face. >> I I want to get out of my face. >> Kevin, does she have a roommate, family, anybody? Yeah. >> Don't stand next to her. I don't want you standing next to me cuz if she hits you something else >> I have too many people next to me right now. >> Do you have this phone? >> I don't like this. I don't like people next to me. I don't care. Stop. Stop. What? Stop what? Stop who? >> Annabella wasn't just mad at Kevin. She was also mad at the cops. She repeatedly told them to get out of her face. And while the medics tried to reason with her, she wanted them all to disappear and leave her alone. Leave me alone. Everyone, leave me alone right now. Just back up. Just back up. Just back up. I have so many people on me right now. I have really bad anxiety. All right. If I turn enough, I'd beat you. Just Just step away. Step away from step away. >> Don't touch Don't touch him. Don't touch him. >> Step away from me. If you touch them, then you are going to jail. Simple as that. >> But I'm not going to because I respect >> I respect. >> Okay. If you respect them, then you'll answer their questions. Okay. >> All right. Step away from me. >> Go to the hospital. >> Respect me. >> If you respect me, >> I'll take a step. I'll take a step. >> Already been through this route. >> I've already been through this route. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> This is what I told you. >> Stop. Kevin seemed okay, but Annabella just committed battery. If he had listened to the cops and not approached her, it probably wouldn't have happened, but ultimately it was Annabella's decision. She still had a chance to walk away, but if she kept acting up like this, that offer would be taken off the table. >> Oh, Chris's getting right home with this right now. And I don't want this right now. I don't want this. >> So, what's the what's the solution? >> Go home. >> Okay. >> Go back to your base and leave me the alone. So, how are you going to do that? Somebody at home, they can take care of you. >> Come on. We're not playing this game. >> Let's go. >> Come on. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch >> Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I want my bag. I want my bag. I want my bag. >> Don't touch me. >> Sit down. >> All right. All right. Don't touch me. >> I don't want to be touched. >> When she started physically resisting, all bets were off. In other words, there was no way she was going home anymore. She'd be headed to jail. But first, there was a quick detour to the hospital to get her medically cleared. >> I want to be touched right now. I don't want to be touched. I said off me right now. Get the off me right now. >> Don't right now right now. >> You just want money. You just want money at the end of the day. All you want is money. Get the off of me. Get the off of me. All you want to >> No, I already been through this. >> Already been through this and last time I was shing brakes off me. [ __ ] >> The medics, of course, are probably used to dealing with drunks, but she sure made an impression. Instead of calming down on the gurnie, she kept on spiraling into range, and by that point, they were contemplating putting a spit mask on her. you. I never talk to you again. You're >> It doesn't matter whichever. >> We'll just have one of you guys. [screaming] [groaning] >> Is he at you or >> No, I didn'tbody. I didn't have anybody. Shut the up. Get the out of my face. After the hospital discharged her, Annabella was taken to jail and charged with resisting arrest and battling. Drunk people do the strangest things. And on the 6th of September, 2024 in Lakewood, the cops got reports of a very erratic driver. When they arrived at the location, they saw a black Honda parked on a sidewalk with the engine still running. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's going on? Uh, I'm trying to talk to my husband. >> Okay. Well, why are you here? >> Hold on. What should I say? Can I talk to you in a second then? I don't know what to say. Uh, >> what's going on? Are you all right? >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> You're fine? >> Yes, sir. Um, yes, ma'am. I'm telling you. I don't know. Um, going home soon. Okay, sounds good. Um, can you just uh She said to talk to you later. >> Who? >> My sister. >> Upon approaching the vehicle, Officer Somerville noticed a 25-year-old woman talking on the phone. She was trying to act calm, but clearly she was worried about the cops. That's when the officer tried to explain things to her. >> Okay. Well, we had we had a complaint that somebody was driving on the sidewalk and you're here parked on the sidewalk. >> So, >> yeah. You >> Why don't you go ahead and hang up the phone and step out of the car for me? >> Um, what should I do? >> Um, no sir. >> I'm not I don't know what to do. >> What's What's going on? >> Are you okay? >> Yeah, sir. I don't know. I'm nervous to talk. Well, why are you nervous? >> Can I have a second? >> Yep. What should I say? >> What? >> Can I Can I talk to my lawyer? >> Why would you need to talk to your lawyer? >> I don't know. I just want to be safe. >> You just want to be safe? >> She was acting very weird, asking the person on the phone what to say and moving the window up and down like she was trying to prevent the cops from hearing what she said. First, she said she was talking to her husband. Then she said it was her sister [music] and she kept changing her mind. >> I'm talking to my brother right now. He's a lawyer. He said just to wait. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> You haven't had anything? >> Okay. What do I say? >> Honestly, I >> What's What's your name is? >> I I I don't talk to cops anymore. I had really bad experiences >> with you guys. Last time I talked to you guys, >> I don't want to talk. >> Okay. So my >> So we're kind of we're kind of in the situation where we have to talk. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> So what's your name? So I'm not just calling you miss and ma'am the whole time. >> Can I talk to my lawyer real quick? >> Can you just step out of the car for me? >> Yeah. Talk to my lawyer. I want to talk to my lawyer. >> Okay. Right now you're being detained. Step out of the car. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Step out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I want to talk to you outside the car. >> No, but I have done nothing wrong. >> When a suspect says, "I've done nothing wrong." It seems to be the standard defense of people who knew exactly what they've done. But in this woman's case, it looked like she really didn't know where she was or how she got there. >> Do you see where the street is, Miss? >> I have. >> Miss, do you see where the street is? >> Yes. >> Okay. How did you end up up here on the sidewalk? >> Okay. >> I've done nothing, sir. I don't know. I don't actually I'm going to wait cuz last time I talked to the cops, [music] I got in trouble. I'm going to talk to my lawyer. >> Okay. Well, you're you're talking with us right now. So, >> can I talk >> Can you just step you step on the car? >> Okay. Can you just turn it off for me then? >> Can I talk to my lawyer? >> Can you turn the car off for me, >> Andy? Babe. Yeah. He told me not to talk to you. I don't I don't know. I talked to Christian and I'm going to get detained now. >> Yeah. Step out of the car for me, please. >> Oh my god. She kept repeating the same phrases over and over so the cop tried to be plain with her, trying to get her to cooperate so he wouldn't have to use force. Here's the situation. We got a call because somebody was driving on the sidewalk. You're here parked on the sidewalk in front of somebody's house. Okay. You I need you to step out of the car. >> What do I do? >> You hang up the phone and you step out of the car. >> I'm calling I don't >> Can you turn the car off for me? I'm calling my I I don't I don't know what to do. I'm calling my >> Miss, can you turn off the car? >> Please turn off the car. >> Can you turn off the car? What do you say? >> Okay. Step out of the car for me. >> Can I get a second, please? I don't know. I don't honestly I don't know my legal rights. What is my rights? >> Well, you're running out of seconds here. >> How? I don't I never got I mean, I never got spoken anything. You never told me my rights. I don't know what's going on. and I'm trying to talk to my brother right now who's a lawyer. >> With how weird she was acting and the repeated questions she was asking on the phone, it's possible that she wasn't even talking to anyone. The longer they talked to the woman, the more obvious it was that things were going nowhere. >> I want to say actually I rather just not talk to you guys until I talk to a cop. >> We are talking. >> We are the cops. >> I don't want to talk to you guys unless I have a lawyer. >> Okay. Step out of the car. >> Are you pulling? >> Yes, I am pulling out. Step out of the car. Unbuckle your seat belt. >> Oh my god. What the Get out. >> Step out of the seat. >> Oh my god. >> Get out of the car. >> Are you serious? >> Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Oh my god. >> Get out of the car. >> Right now you're under arrest for OVI. Step out of the car. >> What the Put your eyes behind your back. >> Ow. Oh, what the >> Oh my god. >> Okay, you're under arrest for operating a vehicle intoxicated. Okay, >> can I call my lawyer, please? >> When you go to jail, you can call him. >> When the cop decided enough was enough, she found herself face down in the grass in handcuffs. However, that didn't mean it was over yet. Because in her case, she had plenty of ways to make things worse, like refusing to identify herself. >> What's your name, miss? >> Honestly, I I'm not going to talk to you guys. Do you have an ID on you? >> I would rather talk to >> I'm going to talk to my lawyer. Okay. >> Well, right now you have to identify yourself. >> You're going to get another charge for failure to identify alcohol. >> Do you have an ID on you? Ma'am, I actually don't know. I don't trust you guys. Actually, I don't trust. >> A crime has been committed. So, you have to you have to identify yourself. >> I committed a crime. >> Yeah. Do you see this car? You see this car right here? Where are Where's your car? Where is it at? >> Is this your Is this your car or is it somebody else's? >> I'm not going to talk to you. >> Okay. >> What was ironic here was that she repeatedly said she wouldn't talk to the cops, but she couldn't remain silent. The officers then searched her vehicle and what they found inside explained a lot. >> Like what's your name? What's your badge number? >> Officer Somerville. Badge number 72. >> Me and you 29. >> Do you need anything else out of your car? >> Honestly, like I I requested my lawyer, but you guys had no evidence. I don't >> All right. Do you want me to go ahead and search? >> Sure. Um, let's grab the bottle of booze. >> What was that? >> The bottle of booze. >> Yeah, >> I'll take a picture of it. Dump it out. Just put it up there. >> Do I have Hey. Hi. Do I get to talk to my husband? Oh my god. What the? >> While she'd arrogantly smirked at the [music] cops just minutes ago, like she was completely untouchable, when she was left alone in the back seat, she began to fall apart. She was desperate to get their attention, and she got mad when she couldn't. >> Guess what the Guess what? You [ __ ] You Yeah, you won't. Youshole. What is it like to you? >> I ain't got nothing. >> God you guys. Seriously, I was and you guys me over. You Cleveland cops. You guys, I was literally going home. [ __ ] you guys. >> In the woman's vehicle, they found multiple open containers of alcohol. When the officer approached her again, he read her her Miranda rightites. As you might have expected, she refused to answer any questions and just got agitated even more. >> Can I leave now or like what? It's been 20 minutes. >> Can I talk to my lawyer? >> Not yet. >> Not yet. >> You're Could you imagine your sister or your daughter getting in? >> Dude, that's your karma. I pray to God. You get [music] what you give. Honestly, it's not my problem. Just imagine if your daughter ever got Just think about this moment. Like, if I didn't do that and she got, it's cute. >> The suspect was taken to jail and charged with operating while impaired, driving on a sidewalk, and having an open container. Her BAC level was 234, which was almost triple the legal limit. Driving on people's lawns is pretty bad, but what about when you crash into a cop car? On the 8th of October, 2024, a woman named Elsie managed to do just that in a parking lot. When the responding officer arrived, he quickly determined there was no damage and began questioning the suspect. >> Who's got her ID? >> I got it. Okay. >> Hello. >> How are you? >> Good. How are you doing? >> I'm fine. Yourself? >> What's your first name? >> Elsie. Elsie. Okay. There's no Monster Bar in camp. Obviously, these officers called me here because they concerned maybe you had something to drink tonight. >> That was probably maybe more than two hours ago. >> Oh, was it? >> Yes. >> What did you have? >> Um, I took maybe half a beer. >> That was it. >> That was it. >> Okay. Are you on any medication? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you mind stepping out for me? >> You have any uh anything like physically wrong with you? any uh injuries? Anything wrong with like your legs, your back, your knees? >> Nope. >> And you said you're not on any medications right now. >> Perfectly healthy then. >> I'm healthy. I have anxiety, but besides that, I'm good. >> You're on medication for that? >> I not tonight. I only take it when needed. >> Okay. >> Following protocol, the cop got ready to do some field sobriety tests. Elsie told the cop she wore glasses, but aside from that and her anxiety, she claimed to be healthy and fit. >> Can you stand with your feet together like this, arms down at your side? What I'd like to do is begin by checking your eyes as part of the field exercises. >> Okay. >> You see the red light here in front of you? >> Absolutely. >> What I want you to do is follow that light with your eyes, keeping your head still as I move that light back and forth. Okay. >> Keep your head still. Okay. There's a couple other exercises I'd like you to do. Okay. You want to do those for me? >> Absolutely. >> All right. Come on down here. So, we'll use this white line right here as a line to walk down. >> Okay. I'm going to give you some instructions. I'll show you how to do it. >> Okay? >> And then after I do all of that, you can ask questions. Okay? I just prefer that you don't ask questions while I'm giving the instructions because it's kind of hard for me to stop. All right? >> So, while I'm doing all of that, what I would like you to do is stand with your left foot at the very beginning of the line. Then take your right foot, place it in front of your left foot, so it touches heel to toe. Make sure both feet are on the line and one directly in front of the other. Place your arms to your side. >> After listening to the rules, she confirms she understood them. As far as Elsie went, she seemed to be cognizant and aware of her surroundings. But as the test went on, there were visible signs of impairment. >> Do you have any other questions? >> No. Straight down, slow turn back to you.
