reply officer OG also taunted him as a child molester Mr Shane has had some criminal history he was arrested in 2016 on rape and child molestation charges but was acquitted after 2 years in jail since he was acquitted of the charge he was infuriated over how the officer had taunted him as such watch how Mr Coast confronts officer OG over this you want to tell everybody on your page that go aheading who alleged that an individual named braen as passed in front of his home in rig Idaho officer delgadio approached Mr Braden and began to question about the incident he is later joined by Officer Roberts watch how this strange confrontation unfolds I have answering your questions at this time you do because you're a suspect you're a suspect of Amendment right that's not a f moment right to not to answer questions to Cops yeah are you're not under arrest you actually believe that don't you huh you actually believe that don't you okay I legally do not have to answer any of your questions sir from purchasing rabbits explaining that she has been releasing domestic rabbits into the area he describes his efforts to capture the Stray rabbits and emphasizes that the photos were for a community page to Blacklist her the officers clarify that they have no intention of infringing on Mr Braden's rights and agree that there is no reason to arrest him they then leave the scene without further action if you think this was the last set of cops who tried to arrest people for filming then you probably aren't aware of this next case yes sir you got take across the street uh no sir I'm going go September 2024 an auditor named Jeff Gray was protesting outside the city hall while carrying a sign that said God bless the homeless vet Mr Gray asserts his right to be on government property and exercises his Free Speech declining to provide ID when requested by the police despite being warned about potential arrest for obstruction he stands firm he remains on the steps of City Hall refusing to watch how this standoff proceeds sir sir why would you do that can't you just leave me alone why are you guys calling the cops on a man standing on steps of City Hall saying God bless the help veterans why is that why would you do something like that why can't you just can't you just leave me alone I can stand over there but I can't stand at the step City Hall and do this I mean that
