cops are supposed to be the most formal when conducting their duties but what happens when they are the ones crossing the line by flirting with suspects and even going as far as harassing them here are four cases of corrupt cops who flirted with suspects oh shut are you serious I P over for going um 45 in a 35 Zone um once I um conduct that the traffic stopped I um approached her um identified myself and um explain why the reason why I pulled her over um I asked her is there a reason why she was um speeding and she informed me that um she had just left interview from a um massage um massage um shoot um I did um state that um um I work all day I can I can do a g gut massage do you guys give any law enforcement um specials when I say specials I was referring to discounts I don't remember at what point in time I um turned off my um video um my for my um my car in car um The Voice you hear here is that of state trooper Timmy Williams a man who would lie and stutter for over an hour after committing a crime he didn't want to admit to on the 7th of October 22 Williams pulled over a woman for speeding a few minutes into the Stop he would leave his microphone in the car pretending that it was dead all the better to commit the crime he wanted to have you ever met uh prior to that traffic stop no sir why would you initiate a conversation about warning massage from the only reason I initiated that I did indeed engage in the conversation the only thing my intentions were looking for is a um discount I set law enforcement specials and I don't think that her audio captured that how did you know it was a massage therapist as I put over she stated that and that's when I made the statement as um in the beginning which the audio did not capture where I asked her is a reason why she's speeding she gave me that information and said she was coming from a massage I didn't said oh I can I I can do a good good massage I work all the time I work all something related to that I I work all the time I can do a good good massage and I said do you guys give law enforcement specials do you think having a conversation with about having her perform a massage on a later date would be appropriate behavior for Trooper to to make during the traffic stop well I wasn't I wasn't at that point I was looking for a a a discount I wasn't I I wasn't looking in that situation as as a massage but to answer your question I I I wasn't thinking about I was only looking for a discount at that time and you didn't think that was inappropriate to talk about don't the traffic stop I may sure not asked that during the traffic stop I was try trying to deescalate situation make light of the situation I um I may sure not have asking that on the traffic stop you want to repeat yourself because a little confusion on what you're saying do and I ask you do you think that's inappropriate to talk about massage having clearly insinuated something inappropriate by asking for a law enforcement special Trooper Williams attempted to worm his way out of the inter rogation by claiming that he had only been asking for a discount according to your comments about her about asking her if she would perform other types of massages was sexual in nature and inappropriate and that's what she's her complaint is about yes sir okay um we going to listen to this audio and maybe you can actually dissect the information and let's start off with this don't worry about it you don't got it it's just taking a while now can you tell me is that your voice on that recording yes sir okay and that was during the traffic stop on October 7th with and that and you correct yes sir okay we're going to listen further here's your pretty license back thanks is that pretty and and I'm going to ask you there what do you mean by pretty license what what were you trying to explain to her about her license is there a reason why you were saying pretty license I was basically deescalate the situation and I just said here's your pretty license back I said isn't that pretty if you've never heard an officer describe a suspect's license as pretty that's because they're not supposed to do so but this Trooper tried desperately to make every desperate and dirty act of his seemed normal just to escape scrutiny perfect but when can I when can I come and get a massage are you talking about this SP huh are you talking about this Spa you have to come to the spa and what do you mean by if you had to come to The Spar is there a reason why uh you were asking that question right um and I get I do get massages okay and um I I only stop because go in that that room where they have rooms they have um where M shoes are in in training and uh it's like in a u Community a big open area and due to um Co they have other rooms where it's um private and that's what I meant as private the uh when I said you have to come to the uh uh um the spot which means that they have other areas where they can block it off and it's a private massage okay why cuz that's why I work oh could could have get me No Sa are you trying to set me up no actually I'm not oh um more comfortable working at this wall no I'm not well well no I'm not trying to set you up actually I mean so I know you get nervous but I mean no no I'm good I'm not one of those I'm not one of those you're not well I don't know are you like insinuating you want something else I don't do that I don't do that I'm not say that you do that okay so what are you asking huh what are you asking which one you work at at this point in the interrogation it became obvious that there was no way out for Williams but he didn't stop trying and what do you mean that you enjoy the other type of massages they have a um reg regular massage where it's a normal and they also have the um um um de de tissue where um you can um D tissue is like what $900 the other one is like $59 where you can um basically some of them if you law enforcement you can get the uh regular or the deep tissue and then after that they give you where at the relaxation why don't you mention that during your during this recording that you're asking for something like that because nowhere in this recording you're asking for a deep deep tissue or whatever you just explain you never mention that yes sir is there a reason why I I don't have a you're explaining it to me now what it is but you never explain it to her during the recording is there a reason well that's that's that's that's hers um I don't remember um and in the beginning where the um before she started recording I don't want to say that I I I did because I don't want I don't want to lie don't they do that like in South tampus somewhere well I'm going to go to South Tampa what do you mean by going to South Tampa and she's mentioning the other type of massage uh you said you would go to the other massage place in South Tampa uh what do you mean by that I didn't know what she was mean when she said South Tampa to be honest what what they do at that point I was just entertaining her and I just said I want that one yeah and when she explains that in South Tampa they do the other type of massages and you said you want that one yes sir what do you mean by that do you believe you made sexual in or inappropriate comments during traffic stop need to be honest yes sir I'm going to be honest I didn't say anything sexual related to her I will admit because I don't want to lie I would admit that what the conversation that I did engage with her were inappropriate and I did make comments that I should not have made to her and you don't believe that it's not sexual in nature what you were talking about when you talked about the other type of maybe sexual I mean sketchy massages don't you believe that they were sexual and nature I wasn't relating to anything sexual at that point up until the end Trooper Williams refused to admit that he was trying to exploit a citizen because of his position of authority and that he had made several sexual advances during a routine traffic stop however his refusal to admit his offense did not change the fact that there was abundant evidence he had in come on to a suspect inappropriate but there are many other cops like Trooper Williams who attempt to oppress citizens with their position of authority take this tennessy Trooper for instance he doing that do you take any prescription medication or anything very small okay no I I swear to God no I'm telling you now no drugs no nothing no alcohol you he man yes ma yes sir IAM sorry what I'm thinking of my mama over here no I do no drugs no nothing swear to God this is state trooper Isaiah Loyd who would soon be caught on camera touching a suspect inappropriately anything for anything in car nothing my fer my I want you do all my fing your eyes eyes right the trooper asked the woman to bend against the hood of the car where his hands would be hidden from the camera yet it was obvious that the search he was supposedly conducting wasn't a legitimate one he then proceeded to do a long and highly doubtful test of sobriety likely an attempt to cover up his unprofessionalism after the woman passed the first sobriety test Trooper Lloyd insisted on carrying out many others probably because it would have been easier for him to explain his terrible Behavior if the suspect had actually committed a crime no the only thing I take no the only thing I take is and that's that not I take um what's the name of it uh now I that quarter um God what is the name of it subcription yes I mean it's not something that I take every day but I normally have to take it every other knot but I don't take any kind of narcotic or anything else I can't sleep narcotic it is I told them specifically I wanted nothing narcotic well I took that for I think not even a month and I thought it didn't work for me but um I don't even remember the name of it because where it's generic but um lock on it won't let me open hello what after the woman passed all the sobriety tests she was allowed to leave with a ticket for not wearing her seat belt but 3 hours later she would meet Lloyd again and this time he claimed he stopped her because her tint was too dark the woman was later interviewed on a news Outlet to tell her story and let people know how wrong it was that she was treated that way by a cop but if you think that Lloyd was bad wait until you meet a cop who actually blackmailed a suspect into accepting his advances what's your name my name mhm I'm I'm Eric that is the voice of Tulsa police officer D'Angelo Reyes who on April 17th 2022 stopped a young woman on the road while on patrol the woman was walking her dog when Reyes pulled up beside her and proceeded to ask these questions oh okay I mean I heard some noise that that direction but I didn't okay oh do you live around here yeah I stay at the motel oh which one the studio you're sexy is that unprofessional me I don't know I'm sorry but like if you have to ask if you're being unprofessional chances are you already know that you are but Reyes was going to tread beyond the Waters of unprofessional you just chilling tonight probably okay if I'm wandering around where should I wander probably somewhere around the studio star at the studio star okay Reyes got the woman's number and then brought up her criminal history using the database available to him when he got to the hotel he gave her an ultimatum to either accept his advances or go to jail call me red red you got like a you got a room okay just me and my dog fony oh really video evidence of this officer's Behavior emerged later and he was forced to quit the force and was charged for his crimes Reyes was bad enough but in an embarrassing turn of events and a completely mortifying interview what you're about to hear is so much worse what is being investigated could be a criminal investigation and it could just be internal but I tell you that to tell you that this is a voluntary interview if you don't want to talk to us um you're welcome to walk out at any time okay having said that U let me see here we were notified um of a possible improper relationship between you and uh Jacob Parker so we're here for that this is an interview with Charlene obanion a Montgomery County Deputy who was suspected of having illicit affairs with an inate of the County Prison obanion was given a chance to leave the interrogation room but she dug her own grave by staying I don't like about it I mean do you do you know who I'm talking about uh he's yeah he's in pop six okay yeah I mean I about I mean he's just a trustee that we have you know around and that's it have you talked to him on any Jail phone calls or anything like that uh no none at all okay is that cell phone number you gave me is that a cell phone or a house number it's a cell phone okay do you have any other cell phone numbers by chance mm um where are you typically assigned in the jaill uh I depend sometimes I'm in pod five sometime in I'm in like to I'm in EAD sometimes I'm in GR they kind of just all moves around okay and where is Jacob a trustee at uh think he's in laundry I've seen him in laundry I don't think he's out on the floor or anything like that okay and where would you think that like this allegation will come from if there's like if there's nothing to it um well I had a feeling this was coming so there was an inmate um named Coker Justin Coker okay and he got out of he got out of here for I don't know what period of time and he tried to contact me on Facebook and he sent me a message and I blocked him on Facebook and um I guess one time um Parker was going back to bat use the bathroom and he was talking like at the window with me like an EAD cuz I was an EAD he was talking through the window and I guess Coker like didn't like that which I had no contact with him or anything and um I don't know why like he went up to I don't know what was said between them but he went up to um Parker and said something and then Parker ended up leaving back went back to the laundry and um Parker had told me that he had gone up to him was like don't talk to her or something crazy like that and I was just I kind of just brushed it off I was like whatever like you know cuz he had already returned like he was out and then he returned and when he was out that's whenever he tried to contact me so um but again I never spoke to him or anything like that um and I mean that was that I just I didn't think anything of it I'm just like don't listen to him you know and that was it okay so did he say why he's he's that Coker told him that or he just said uh that CER was like don't talk to her do you know Coker he's just he was a he was a male uh booking trustee for a very short period of time and I mean I worked EAD um several times during that time so you know he's kind of like an EAD and like back and forth okay when when do you think that happened oh Jee I know I guess a few months ago okay is Coker back in jail or he came back but I think he he left I don't know if he like got released or he's in TDC now or something like that okay so he's not in the facility anymore so uh I'm just not trying to be rude here I'm just why would you expect this conversation to come up from that like now if that happened a few months ago I'm just trying to get where you're getting at there uh you said you were kind of expecting oh like this I don't know why like this I'm wondering if like Coker maybe said something like to get him in trouble or me in trouble this cop started off with loads and loads of Lies as guilty people usually do she managed to say a lot of nothing while running circles around the truth but little did she know that the interviewers had one piece of evidence that would send all of her lies crashing to the ground so I was kind of told of this about what do you think Chris about 45 minutes ago um so I don't know I don't know exactly where how it started like who it started from um but I was told um that it was brought to somebody's attention and then we looked at jail calls um and there's jail calls between you and Parker and all that stuff's recorded so um I don't think you're being completely trth well I kind of know that you're not and I'm not trying be rude when I say that I'm just kind of trying to lay it out on the table for you um you kind of get one shot at this of being truthful and people perception means a lot in uh criminal cases and internal cases it's it's a huge deal it sways people to do uh a myriad of different things you know and this is kind of your chance to to paint your own image yeah so can you kind of tell me uh what's going on here um yeah I mean whatever you heard well I don't want to I want to know from you like I don't I'm not trying to go off rumor I want I just want to know what happened it's it's my job just to find the truth and that's it yeah um I guess a few years ago uh we we talked and then I ended up here and then he ended up here I didn't know if he was here I didn't like it wasn't anything like that um and that was that okay so when you say y talk like kind of dated a little bit before you started no no like he he was never like my boyfriend or anything I just knew him from like the world okay so were youall kind of talking in a sexual nature no he's here oh no now that he's here no okay I mean but you've you've had physical relationship with him when you were both out out yeah yeah that was before okay but it was we never like had sex or anything it was just kind of like that you gave him or sex yeah okay but that was before like I knew he would end up here even though obanion immediately brought another inmate into the mix just to absolve herself she was still given several chances to own up to her crime but she didn't take them what kind of conversations have you had with him since You' started working here and he's been in the [Music] jail just talking about what would happen after he got out okay and then the jail call recordings have you been talking to him like while you're at home like he calls you from the jail while you're at home or [Music] okay and how many how many calls do you think you have had together no s I mean I can't count them okay so yall talk pretty regularly yeah all right I haven't listened to this but apparently there may be some talk in the calls about like photographs have you given him any photographs mm I gave him a photograph of his mom which he had asked for and of his dog Jacks okay yeah have you given him any photographs of you no cuz we're not they you know I give any photographs me and when we shake things down they they would find out you know so okay so what do you think that he's going to say about this the same thing I don't what do you mean the same thing because this sounds a certain way to this doesn't sound like a three yearo thing this sounds like within the last few days to me this call I don't know if you remember what y'all talked about yesterday but this sounds like a pretty recent event to me okay I mean like the conversation recent like what happened in the conversation recently okay well I don't remember ever what I remember I said we we we'll play science dementia I always forget like what I did the yesterday but yeah I mean if I it
