you [Music] all right so it started i went to the bathroom and then you know i just kind of stood outside the bathroom just to relax my legs i was just there by coincidence okay probably my son was looking for me just was crossing the aisle okay and then in front of my face okay in front of my face the flat attended holding him shaking him okay shaking him like this and he knows that i'm his father and i'm like hey hey what are you doing what are you doing leave my son alone like no he's walking around you cannot do that start screaming cursing me okay [ __ ] you this yeah coming to my face cursing my wife yeah okay you're like no we'll talk with you everything started because of you now i'm going back to the seat this guy come and scream the guy who came to scream at you it's the flight with them so the same flight attendant same flight attendant not one of the females plus let me ask you a question cameras i'm telling you exactly from the moment that it started and you know listen sir officer i see somebody shaking my son i'm like i'm losing it you know and then you said you came out of the bathroom with them shaking your son right now i came up with the bathroom or stood no i stood outside just to relax my life oh you were there i was scared by coincidence he didn't know that it's me okay he didn't know that he is the time his father now my son is crossing the aisle to look for me probably and then i see him doing this i'm like you cannot touch my son you know in a very brutal way very brutal way and then the way he screamed the whole plane heard it then i going back to my seat you know talking to my wife we speak hebrew so i spoke to abraham another guy from the three seats uh after telling me did you hear this guys shut the [ __ ] up we were very annoying and i was like i was like if i didn't want to shut up what are you going to do that's it and this is that the passenger was telling me random passenger for the third three months next to us so that's what happened and then i'm hearing that uh that the plan landed i'm like the plan is going to land okay i'm like for me it's it's a joke [Music] so and i just want to know who's this guy because i want to sue him was it just the uh your young boy there yeah he's going to the restaurant you know it's like previous nothing nothing at the bathroom over aggravation this guy over that's why i said if they have camera they can see it even if we did my son was back and forth let's say he's he's a six and a half years old where are you coming from like taking him like this and shaking him tell me any other of any other father wouldn't be able to give me a question so but the situation with the people surrounding us starting you know to feel uncomfortable and so do you feel like because your argument with that passenger yeah no i didn't argue with the pressure slight attendance very aggressive and then i'm hearing the wheel ending instead of relaxing the situation like me and the other flight attendant we were trying to do i called uh yeah and i told her i explained the situation hey you know we have to be quiet hey you know what i'll be quiet i just need his name which one was that was she the older one with very nice she even asked me she told me you guys need to go to the back of the aircraft i explained her that yeah i know i don't want to be with this guy but then i told her listen i'm going to take the responsibility to make sure everybody's coming down you don't need to move us she said fine don't worry stay here and we're gonna figure it out two minutes later the cat the pilot's saying we're landing i'm like okay and i gotta go home already yeah i have to be home they have school why they just let the plane now continue so when it's a divert like that they will drop the passengers off the plane will continue no so for them for the evening i don't know the season no i have to be hungry the flights might be done for the evening that's what happens usually with like something like a diver but this is great it's usually like it's usually something but this is crazy dump people off and then they continue what it is let me ask the question the aircraft is still here there is a way we can go on display so usually when the pilot deems it at the vert and they drop off it's up to the pilot and the and um and the flight attendant the guy that starts everything he's gonna fly doesn't make sense he took my hand to the guys shaking my head no i want him down like out of control when it's on the ground local right so i'm i'm basically gathering your information he'll probably look through it earlier oh it's just a winter break in l.a for in school i'm sure if you check on him on american airlines you're going to see more reports he was overwhelmed with his um attitude over over over like this i got my guy back there you even if we are fine and everything needs coverage why they cannot slide back home and i'll stay i'll stay okay i'll stay can you just watch me get home from school i mean well let's we can talk to the fbi and then hopefully the plane will stay here and then maybe and but like i say maybe just because like i told you before the pilot says no there's really nothing the fbi or me can do about it because it's technically his plane you know no i understand no no you just relax you guys just hang out and we'll just communicate that way there's no yeah i mean if he if he's let him just let him continue back home i'll stop [Music] someone needs to be arrested it's this guy [Music] i didn't tread nobody and i didn't do nothing and i didn't come and i didn't hit nobody i was protecting my boy and i kept doing something someone's doing this to your son what would you do i was shocked you know six years old look at him i was shocked at least tell him sorry go to your seat come to me i'm the mother talk to me you know be nice be welcoming be something instead of that he become he decided to be very violent in this situation like i said we'll get it all figured out yeah yeah i know i just the only thing is for me i'm gonna go home because you know already three weeks out of the house two and a half see what we can do like i said but there is no guarantee no no i understand no no i understand completely whatever i need to do i'll do of course okay yeah but you guys are alone just hang out here there was a way to take a breath and relax a little bit i need to smoke my electronic cigarette you cannot do it hold off on that [Music] what did he say don't he said something like don't ma'am don't ma'am you said something like sir please something about being calmer you're going to talk about the threats against me he made their friends get the other one oh about shooting him oh yeah i heard that yeah okay so what exactly did transpire yeah well just in that short time between the fighters he claims that another passenger the kid was the little boy apparently was running [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Laughter] and then finally he started yelling at this other passenger because uh he's saying he touched my child he shook my child or something so i didn't see any of that or hearing that i don't know what you guys did [Music] but he was like oh don't touch my kids you know you touch my kid again what did he say exactly something like i'll shoot you i heard it was even after that if he had said um i know who you are now i know how to find you and i'm going to shoot you do you have a driver's license i say this speech to loads and loads of people from all walks of life okay because uh to me and him like we do this kind of thing all the time for you like you said you don't have a chemistry you know you know your regular business ma'am you're not you're you're maybe not i just want to make sure that you understand what the process is and what we're getting at okay so i've got i've got the facts from you okay did somebody try to document somebody so i'm not going to tell you what they said i didn't say and i wouldn't tell them what you said or do this if they do it before that the other like we are the passengers right and they are the flights the crew obviously they have the access to call you and press charges on us for an example no no no no i don't want to get into a big debate about the law because i'm not a lawyer and so my legal advice does not work but uh in the criminal system like that would be true if they were going to sue you okay on the civil side of the law on the criminal side of the law at least on the federal side the somebody else doesn't get to press charges that's what i was explaining to show me is the federal prosecutor reviews the facts and decides hey has a federal law been broken okay right and uh to get into the technicalities in case you're interested is that when you're on an airplane an airline airplane with the doors closed it's the jurisdiction of the federal government which is why i as an fbi agent i'm out here right now to talk to you guys and hear what you guys have to say all right and uh and that's why it's the federal statute the federal prosecutor you know i've come out here a few weeks ago there's an incident with the door open and then it's albuquerque police department and our district attorney's office kind of decides what state charges but that's getting into like some really boring technicalities you know so what are we doing in the meantime um what you're doing in the meantime you mean from right now that's up to you because i'm not going to detain you i'm you guys we're lying on the airplane that's up to the airline okay so right now they had said that you're not allowed to get on the podcast correct they said 90 of them they're right they're fueling up and they're going to leave in a minute so you were welcome to talk to the airline representatives and see if they'll rebook you but i don't know that's not the guy that's really put a lot of threat on a lot of people he's flying well you know i'm not that's that's their job not my job my job my job is to gather facts what's up with our back computer that's a question for the airline i don't know okay so so what we could do once once you're done speaking with him what we'll have to do is we'll have to escort you guys to the unsecured side of the airport this is the secure side of the airport you can talk to an airline representative on that side they can either try to rebook you for tomorrow uh you're more than welcome to probably get a hotel um uber taxi get whatever you guys need or you can stay in the airport as long as it's on the other side okay and just until your next flight yes yes okay all right okay so now we're in but yeah right now they're not letting you guys play no problem i understand this all right yeah so yeah so that's where we stand filming um if i need to get back in touch with you we'll give you a call no problem okay in case we need to talk to you again for whatever reason
