You blow up my wrist. >> No, ma'am. >> YOU'RE BREAKING MY WRIST. >> YOU'RE BREAKING LAWYER. >> LIAR. >> I want your supervisor there, cuz what you're doing to me is illegal, bro. You're going against my rights as a United States of America citizen. Hold on. You are. >> So, if you're no longer employed with them, why are you still wearing a uniform? >> It's a uniform that I purchased myself. It was a volunteer tomorrow. >> You see how this is kind of a little bit weird to me? >> I I do. Even though crime's pretty common, there aren't a lot of criminal geniuses. After all, just deciding to commit a crime is already pretty dumb on its own. And when the cops arrest these low IQ criminals, it's hard to believe, but they get increasingly more dumb. >> Don't start that car, dude. Turn the car back off. >> Turn the car back off. >> It's a refusal. is not >> turn the car off. >> On the 6th of July, 2025 in Orlando, the cops got a call from the Coalition for the Homeless, but the caller hung up. When multiple units arrived at the establishment, a security guard was there motioning the cops towards a blue car near the entrance. The cops then proceeded to make contact with the driver. >> What's going on? >> These mother wouldn't let me in earlier. >> Okay, >> that's it. What? What is your business here? >> I live here. >> Okay. So, you're staying here, >> but if they don't want to let you in, that's on them. Like, it's a private institution. Do you know what I mean? >> I don't know why they called you in. >> If you're still on the phone with 911, you can hang up >> cuz we are 911. >> India. Okay. Somebody was still on the phone with 911. That's why I wanted to make sure. Okay. So, >> what was going on right now? >> Right now, I was trying to explain to this guy what happened earlier with that chick. She asked me not to come in because she thought I wasn't trying to pull in. And I'm I'm parked right there. So, I got out of the car and I asked her. I was like, "Hey, I'm trying to pull my car in there." And she said, "No, you're not parked. You You're parked on the street." I'm like, "I'm out on the street 5725." >> Anyway, she told me to come back at 3:00. I came back at 3. >> The man gave the cops a lengthy explanation. He'd arrived at the establishment earlier that day and was instructed to come back at 3:00 p.m. He did as he was told, but that time a different security guard turned him away. He seemed confused as to why they wouldn't let him enter the place, but he clearly didn't belong there and was trespassing. >> Okay. Well, I don't know where you're going to run to. You can't go anywhere once you're in here. >> What? >> Yeah, >> right. >> Yeah, I would know. >> Why? There's no reason for that. I'm reaching for the wall. >> Okay. I appreciate you saying something. >> Please don't shoot. >> I don't have my gun out. Okay. But thank you for saying something before you go reach it. >> Should know who I am. Even though I don't have to show it to you. And you've not identified yourself as well. >> What do you mean I've not identified myself? >> You haven't identified yourself. >> Okay. Officer Debatis, Orlando Police Department. >> Officer what? >> Debatis Orlando Police Department. >> Officer Abatus. Abatus >> of the Orlando Police Department. >> Okay. >> I see. No, I have not had any identification in my hand. >> I am not I I do not have to legally give you my identification, dude. >> All right. Right. Yeah. >> I am wearing a >> But you legally have to identify yourself >> and this is the first time you have I've got cameras, Mom. >> Okay, so you got cameras. >> Have I disrespected you at any point? Did I accuse you of anything? >> The man in question, who they identified as Robert, said he'd been living in the establishment for a few weeks already. Apparently, not being let in was a new problem for the man. They then talked to the security guards to get their side of the story, hoping it was a little bit clearer than Ronald's. >> All right, so what what's all going on with this guy? Okay. So, he came in and he was parked in the street over here, right? >> Okay. >> Then he comes to the gate yelling, "Hey, open the gate for me." I said, "Sir, you need to pull up right here." >> All right. Like normal. Yeah. >> So, he pulls up and then look, he does this, like literally touches the gate, looks at me and says, "Am I close enough?" And I said, "Okay, you're going to act like that. Just come back at 3." Okay. >> That's when he got out of the car, recorded me calling me a power trip. I'm like, "I'm just telling you to come back at 3. So he leaves, he comes back at 3. Instead of me handling, I tell him to go outside and handle maybe a different face. He's calm down. >> Yeah. >> From there, I don't know what happened. He >> about to open for him. So he started, you know, calling her name, saying, I'm backing up her and then give me the middle finger. I told him, you know what? You got to come back at 5 cuz I can't see. He's under the influence of alcohol. He come back at five. That's why he go. >> Okay. He's always under the air force. >> Okay. Do you guys want him in here or do you want him out? >> It's up to security. He was disrespectful to my security, calling them names and we we're not took nothing with that. >> The security guards informed the officer that every time Ronald showed up, he was drunk. The woman in charge wanted him trespassed, at least till the following day when he sobered up. The officer let Ronald know about that, but things didn't go down like the officer hoped. >> So, this is the situation. Okay, they want you trespass all property. Okay, so you're going to have to leave. Okay, if you refuse to leave, then you'll be subject to arrest for trespass after warning. >> 29. Can you show me back out with >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, what's it going to be? What's that? >> What do you mean? What's it going to be? >> What do you mean? What's it going to be? >> Are you going to leave? >> Told me. >> Or are you not going to leave? >> What do you think? >> I I don't know what to think because I don't know you. So, >> if you're going to leave, great. If you're not going to leave, then we'll handle it. >> It's not a hard concept to to grasp, >> right? Exactly. >> So, are you willing to leave? >> That's what I'm going to do. Huh? >> That's what I'm going to do. >> I'm going to collect all my belongings first before I leave, though. >> No, they want you off property. >> I'm going to collect all my belongings before I leave. >> That That is That is not what's happening. >> Clearly, this guy misunderstood the law. He tried to explain to the officer that he couldn't be arrested because he hadn't left the property yet. He seemed to believe that he could only be arrested if he returned to the property after leaving. At this point, he wanted to get some of his things before leaving, and the officer explained to him why that wasn't possible. Oh man, you mother do not understand the Florida statue. I cannot be trespassed unless I leave and come back. I'm going to grab my I'm going to go. >> I don't think they want you to do that. >> They want you gone now. >> Just like we just like any other time. >> I'm going to do Okay. You can come back and require a police escort. We come with you and you collect your belongings. >> Right now though, they want you off property. >> You don't understand the Florida statute. >> Okay. I'm not going to go back and forth with you. So, are you going to leave or are you not going to leave? >> I'm going to collect my belongings and then I'm going to leave. I am going to leave. >> Do you want him to collect his belongings? >> Don't start that car, dude. Turn the car back off. Turn >> turn the car back off. >> Both of y'all. >> It's a refusal. >> It's not. >> Turn the car off. Okay. >> You >> take the keys out of the ignition. >> Sorry. Most He's supposed to enforce the law and you don't even know it. You are some ignorant mother. >> Ronald tried again to argue his way out of leaving. He insisted on getting his belongings even though the property manager clearly told him that it wasn't an option. The cops were losing their patience with him. So, they gave the man the option to either leave or go to jail. When it seemed like he was choosing the jail house, the officers moved in. >> Come on, dude. >> All right. Well, no, no, no, no, no, no. >> Leave. >> Grab that hand. >> Yo, listen. Hey, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. >> You're not trying to hurt me. >> Who said that? You are some piece of punk mother. And that's just the least, man. >> Between a slew of curse words, he physically resisted the cops as they were trying to handcuff and search him. While his hands were behind his back, he decided to reach for one of the cop's holsters, which did not go over well. Next up, he tried to use his legs as a weapon. >> You have any weapons on you? >> Yes. >> What weapons you got? >> Between my ears, you sorry piece of mother. >> My weapon is not good at all. It's effective. So, >> you kick me again, you're going to get bad Leo. You understand me? Take him to the ground. [screaming] >> How many How many chances you got to get? Now you got bad leg. >> Now you got bad. >> I didn't kick you. >> I stepped on his foot. Stopped it on his feet. >> On your foot because you just kicked me right in my shin for no reason. >> And you were trying to grab my sorry lion mother. >> It's a good thing I got cameras. >> Okay. >> You sorry piece of mother li mother. I didn't kick any >> I stepped on your foot because you were stepping on my foot. Mother >> All right, we're going to stand up. All right, put this foot right here. >> One, two, three. >> During a search of the man's car, they found lots of prescription meds mixed with the alcohol. It was probably the reason for the man's behavior. He was charged with trespassing, two counts of battery on law enforcement, resisting with violence, and attempting to deprive an officer of a firearm. In the early morning hours of February 9th, 2025, the cops responded to a hotel on reports of a disturbance. When the officers confronted the suspect, she immediately got defensive, insisting she'd done nothing wrong. >> You can't detain me for no for no reason. >> For no reason. >> It is for no reason. You cannot detain me for no reason. You just said >> I just asked for help. I don't want your help. I just told you that. I told you when I walked away from you. I didn't want your help. You came back here to bother me and I just told you I didn't want your help. The lady said I was fine where I'm at. So why are you still bothering me? >> I don't know. >> Can I help you? >> She's grown any hanging out here. Okay. >> Why? >> Because we have reasons to. >> Why? What is your reason? You don't have a reason. >> Yes, we do. >> What is it? >> I told you due to our conversation earlier, that is why. >> Okay. I don't want to be bothered with you guys. I'm fine. I am fine. I'm not asking you for your help. I obviously walked away from you. You came back to find me, to detain me, to try to help me even though I don't want your help. >> Can you leave? >> Whenever it goes to you force me to you can't force me to >> Well, we have to talk to you about it. >> And I already talked to you and I already told you I didn't want your help and you're still trying to force me. You can't force me to do something I don't want to do. >> And it was also that you didn't identify yourself. >> I don't have to. There's no law. There's no law saying that. I know for a fact there isn't. >> Well, you came out to us and I asked you for help and then you didn't you can get it doesn't matter. I don't matter. It does not matter. Yes, it does. No, it doesn't. There's no law that I have to >> give me a law. Give me the law right now. >> The argument went in circles with the suspect claiming she didn't want the cops help anymore. She lied about her identity and the cops were trying to figure out who she really was. After being summoned, a lieutenant and a sergeant showed up and explained to the woman that she was detained for lying to them and that she wasn't free to go. >> I don't want you guys to talk. I just want y'all to leave me alone. >> There's nothing that you can do to help me. Leave me alone. >> No, I don't. >> I just want y'all to leave me alone. >> Well, we have to do our part. >> And I'm telling y'all, do your part and leave me alone. If I If I want your help, I would ask you for I already asked for help. Y'all can't do nothing for me. I just wanted to talk to an advocate, someone who can help me with domestic violence. Y'all cannot bring me that. So why are y'all sitting here right now talking to me? Why are y'all bothering me? Because we have to do there's no we have to do >> because right now I feel I feel like Okay, you did. >> I'm the lieutenant. >> Okay, so you know I understand that and I'm telling you lieutenant I do not want you guys but listen you stated from Kansas. >> Yes. I don't need to care anymore like that. >> Please help me. >> Thank you. Please help me. Why are they bothering you? I'm being I am >> for real. Like, leave me alone. I just No, I don't want you guys help. I just told you I don't want nobody's help. I just want to be left alone. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> She was swinging back and forth, asking for help and then wanting to be left alone. What she apparently didn't understand was that for the cops to help her with domestic violence, they'd clearly have to investigate, which included identifying who she was. When they explained that to her, she just got more and more combative. I know, but how you going to help me? You don't even know me. Like the best way to help me is like leave me alone. That's what I've been asking everybody to do this whole time. >> I can go to jail. I can go to jail. I have no problem with that. They can't put me in jail. They have no reason to. >> Y'all have no reason to put me in jail. What's your reason? >> You lie to us about your identity. >> Arrest me. >> Okay. Well, arrest me. >> Arrest me. You're not going to get nowhere else with it. Okay. Thank you. Arrest me. >> Y so worried about me. >> What are y'all worried about me for? >> Seems so freaking much. >> What for? >> Thank you for helping me so much. >> Tattoos. I got over 20 tattoos. >> We're just going to get the ones on your arm. >> Okay. >> No, because why? Why should I not be aggressive? >> Like what do you Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> This is your helping. This is your help. Thank you, Delaney. Okay, take your time here. Thank you. Thank you. >> Oh, no. We're not. We're not. You're right. >> Do not snatch on me. Do not snatch on me. Do not chill. Chill. Chill. Chill. This is what you call chill. >> Okay, now will I will. >> It's unclear what the woman expected to happen when she decided to taunt the officers and demand to be arrested. The cops had already been too kind to her by not arresting her the minute she lied. And when they instructed the woman to get out of her car to be searched, things got even messier. >> Step out. >> You going to touch me? >> If you want to step out of here, I'm going to help you. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Then you might want to step out. >> Don't touch me. Like I said, don't touch me. >> Are you going to touch? >> No, you can not touch me. >> Are you serious? >> You see that? You see that? Right. You see that, right? You see that, right? You see how they screw me around, right? They just threw me. I didn't do nothing. I stepped out the car and they threw me around. Right. They thought I was going to step AROUND, RIGHT? >> NO, I didn't do nothing. All the car me around, >> bro. I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't DO NOTHING. >> NOTHING. NOTHING. NO, BRO. NO, BRO. >> Let me go block. >> No. Don't touch me. >> Keep clapping on you. >> No. >> Ma'am, >> ma'am. >> YES, I DO ACTUALLY. >> MA'AM. >> YEAH, I AM. >> MA'AM. YEAH. >> Don't do that. >> Oh, don't don't ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Oh, yeah. >> Ma'am, you let them go. >> You let them go. You better let them go. >> Stop moving. Make me stop moving. >> You make me stop moving. >> Make me stop moving. >> I ain't got all that. >> Yeah. You saying you SMASHING ME AROUND? Y'ALL THE RIGHT ONE. >> She was doing everything she could to get herself in more trouble. like having a screaming match with her daughter who was just trying to get her to calm down. Also, she banged her head against the squad car, ending up bleeding and injured. >> I don't give a ma'am. >> Ask them why am I bleeding. >> Ma'am, >> no. I can ask them why she bleeding. >> Ma'am, you got to go home. I'm not going crazy. >> Yeah, I'm tapped out. >> They tapped it out. >> They tapped it out. >> Go ahead, G. >> Yeah, I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. ALL I'M DOING IS STANDING HERE. >> All I'm doing is standing here. What did I do wrong? >> And all you doing is cutting my ankle. You're cutting my ankle. You're cutting an >> calm down. >> You need to calm down. The oldest daughter. >> Calm down. >> Okay. >> So, you're cutting my wrist and I'm supposed to calm down. >> Are you calm down? >> You're cutting my wrist. You're cutting my wrist. YOU'RE CUTTING MY WRIST. YOU'RE CUTTING MY WRIST. You're >> cutting my wrist. You're cutting my wrist. >> Calm down for me. Calm down. >> My wrist. >> I will if you start calm down. >> Hey, LG. Can you take my place? >> Where am I supposed to >> When am I supposed to start calm down? There you go. >> Where am I supposed to start coming down? >> Okay. >> Oh, you you're enjoying every second of this. I'm on. >> Yeah, you are doing. >> Oh, stop moving. >> Yes, stop moving. >> Moving. [music] >> Okay. >> You feel good? >> Just calm out. >> All you're doing is breaking my Go ahead. Go ahead. Keep keep my wrist so I can go and add this to my lawsuit. >> Okay. >> Even though she had no grounds to sue the cops, she was still threatening to do it. She was the one causing all the commotion and the cops were there just trying to deescalate things. And just when it seemed like she was about to calm down a bit, she decided to ramp up the drama. You blow up my wrist. >> No, ma'am. >> You're breaking my wrist, >> ma'am. [screaming] No, you are doing I promise you up. >> You're doing >> Oh my god. My hand. My hand. >> Ma'am, you're doing that to yourself. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. My hand. What the hell with y'all? We're going to get to understand. Damn. >> Ma'am, you're doing that to yourself. >> No, you're doing it. You're doing it. How am I doing IT TO MYSELF? HOW AM I DOING IT TO MYSELF? >> MAKE IT MAKE SENSE, MA'AM. As the officers held her against the squad car, adjusting her handcuffs and searching her for weapons and contraband, she kept on arguing with them, saying she would only let them continue procedure if her lawyer was present. At this point, given how the woman was acting, the cops had a sense that she might have some mental issues. >> All right, this young lady is going to search you. Okay. Have a nice restraint from making those noises. >> I can make whatever shut. >> I got shut. Can I go on? Do you see this? >> Okay. Go. I can go to ambulance or do you need me still? You still need me? I think you let me one of y'all going to have to ride in the back. Oh, they going to make they make >> they make >> Yeah, because I need her right >> because she going to get on all my paperwork. >> They charged the woman with resisting arrest, obstructing identification, and battery on law enforcement. When she initially called the cops, it appeared the woman had the false expectation that she'd get away without identifying herself, which only proved how dumb she really was. On the 21st of March, 2024, the cops got a report from a bank about a possible scam taking place. When they arrived at the bank, they began the investigation by talking to employees to get an idea of what was happening. >> She wanted to deposit it in her account. And that's what I did for her. And then she said that she that maybe it would have that she maybe wanted to do it in the now card. And then she then I told her that if it's in the second account, she can transfer it to the now card if she would like >> once it clears. Right. >> Correct. Mhm. So, >> and then she said that's fine. and then she just left. >> Okay. And is that her right over there? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Did when she came in here today, did she work with you at all today or what was >> No, I haven't seen her since then. >> Okay. When she came in here yesterday, just gave you the check. It seemed to clear because the account numbers and everything. >> Um, no problem yesterday at all. Correct. >> Okay. >> All right. I appreciate it, man. Thank you very much. >> Of course. >> According to the employee, the woman tried to deposit a fraudulent check into her checking account. She then demanded the money be moved to her now card, which is a prepaid Visa card authorized through Region's Bank. The cop here, who already had a hunch what was happening, confronted the suspect head on. Real quick, I just need to talk to you about what's going on here. So, what >> hold on real quick. >> What's happening here today? What like what happened yesterday and what's going on today with your son or now card? >> My now card. I I just came up here today cuz I have money on my I transfer money on my now card and I asked if it's throw I can take it take the money off my now card. >> Gotcha. So you're trying to transfer it back into your checking or just cash? >> I I can't turn I can't transfer into my checking. That's why I was asking can I take it out in cash? >> How much money did was this yesterday you transferred money into it >> in what? >> Into your account to Yeah. >> In my now card. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. How much money was it? >> And my now car is two two vans in my now card. >> What is that? >> It's two bands in my now. >> Two. Okay. Two. Okay. How much was on it this morning? >> This morning? >> Yeah. >> Well, my now card. >> Mhm. >> It was just I can tell you >> I forgot which one which one does my screen is like this. >> Oh, okay. I just have to read through something. Okay. So, just focus up here. Before continuing the questioning, he read the woman her Miranda writes. She agreed to talk with him and she thought she was already under arrest, but the officer assured the woman she was only being questioned. >> So, when did you come in the bank? You came in the bank yesterday, correct? Tell me about that. >> I'm going be honest cuz I'm honest. Okay. >> Came in here and I spoke to him. >> That man right over there? >> Yeah. I made a deposit. I mean, yeah, I made a deposit to go on my reg account. >> Gotcha. >> It was like five like five bands. Okay. >> And that was it. That's all I did. >> Okay. And was it a was it a check or cash? >> It was a check. >> Okay. What was the check? >> It was like a settlement loan check. >> A settlement loan check. Did What? Who did the check come from? >> It I had It just came from a It was a settlement loan. I had got it. >> A settlement loan. Like what do you mean by settlement? Like you were in an accident or you sued someone civily? >> Yeah, like that, I guess. >> Okay. Did the check come from a law firm? Cuz normally the settlements will come from a law law firm or this or that certain company. Did you ever >> do you remember who the check was from? >> No. >> How did you come about getting the check? >> Okay. So I don't know. Okay. Cuz I I can't lie. So I'm going be honest. I don't know if I'm get somebody in trouble or not. >> Okay. >> So it's like I got it from somebody. >> You got what? From somebody to check? >> Yeah. >> Who did you get it from? >> Um I don't know his name. I just know his Facebook name. >> You know his Facebook name? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You know, same with Tana. >> And why did why would he be giving you a check? >> He he had told me that >> he had a check that he wanted me to deposit. >> The woman explained that a man on Facebook, Fredo Santana, had given the check to her to deposit. She met up with the mystery man in person at the CVS store next to the bank at about 11:30 a.m. It was a pretty weird arrangement between strangers. As if that story wasn't sketchy enough, she also didn't show the man's Facebook profile to the officer. >> Now, what was the agreement with him? >> He wanted to um he wanted to get have I don't know if he was trying to get or he was trying to see if he wanted to take all of it, but we didn't have we didn't discuss it cuz he wanted to discuss it. >> So, prior to meeting him meeting with him over there, what was the conversation? How do you how did you get involved with this guy? Have you known him for a while or >> No, I just know him by Facebook. on Facebook >> just randomly text you. >> How long ago was that? >> Like last week. >> Last week. Yeah. >> And what what did the conversation consist of? >> He was saying that um he want can I deposit a check? And he asked me did I have a bank? And I said I have readings. And then he said okay that's good. And then he asked cuz he um he was asking for my address and my name. >> Mhm. >> And then like he wanted to meet up yesterday. He told me we met up over here. Then he wanted me to come in here and the check. >> Okay. >> The woman explained to the officer that she hadn't spoken with the man at all that day. She also claimed that the money still should have been in the account. However, upon inspection, half of the money had been withdrawn that morning. So the officer confronted her. >> Okay. Dennis Wilson. So >> now in your records there, there's $2,600 taken from that $5,000. Correct. >> Okay. What? >> There's $2,600. That $5,316.79 you deposited today. $2,600 was removed from that account. Is that >> What if he What if he have my lo What if I gave him my login? >> Did you? >> Yeah. Over the phone? Cuz I I didn't know what he was going to do. >> Okay. So, you don't know this guy at all? >> No, I just know him from Facebook. >> You're saying he contacted you to get you to deposit a check and there was no agreement. He wasn't agreeing to >> He didn't want to agree. He went agree in person. >> Okay. Was there some sort of an unspoken understanding that if you cash this, you were going to benefit from it? >> Has so you were going to get money from this? >> That's what he told us. >> So, the check, Do you remember where the check came from? Not from him, but do you remember seeing where the check was addressed from? Oh, [laughter] >> he can't he can't see. >> No, he can't. I'm just asking you. >> Oh, it was just for >> Okay. >> Were you aware the check was fraudulent? >> He just he told me if he told me it was set. >> I'm sorry, what? >> He told me it was a set. >> At that point, it was getting increasingly obvious that the woman here, Miss Wilson, had clearly been scammed by the man because he didn't leave a paper trail and would only speak to her on the phone or in person. She'd been naive enough to give her bank info to a total stranger so she'd now have to pay the price for handling a fraudulent check. >> Okay, down. >> Not yet. Put your hands together. >> You got anything in your pocket? >> No, not yet. >> No, you just grab those papers for me, Cardinal. Appreciate it. >> Now, you don't have anything else on your person? Anything tucked away or pockets or anything? Okay. >> Well, like I explained to you, it's the bad check that you passed and put into your account. I'm just going to check your pockets here real quick. You don't have any pockets, right? Okay. Go ahead and jump in here. Before placing the woman in the back of a squad car, the officer searched the woman and got her ready to be taken to jail. Meanwhile, another officer interviewed her boyfriend who'd arrived on scene just a few minutes earlier. The officer wanted to see if the man knew anything. >> You have any idea like you know I mean cashing a check, right? >> That's all that's all that I was aware of. >> Okay. You don't know anything about where she's getting this check or >> the big thing is I mean like kind of sounds like she's doing somebody's dirty work, right? So, I mean, it sucks to have her take the fall, right? I was just curious if you had any knowledge because I mean, honestly, we like to get the people who actually put her up to it and the one who's actually gaining from it, you know. >> Um, but she's got you guys have kids together or >> she got she's got kids. Yeah, she's got two kids. You know, times are tough and I mean, we'll talk to her. She's been cooperative, but I was just curious if you didn't know this stuff. I know it's kind of stupid to ask, but there's no way she can come home. >> She can come home. She's got to get booked through. I mean, it's it's a financial fonts. It's nonviolent. They don't generally like to hang on to people for stuff like this, but she's got to get booked through. I mean, I mean, for real, like the the bonds generally aren't set very high. You go through a bondsman, a couple hundred, it's good to go. You get >> Miss Wilson was charged with uttering forge checks. If anything, this should serve as a lesson to the woman that she shouldn't be so trustful of people online, especially when it boils down to money. On the 27th of June, 2025 in Florida, the cops responded to Orlando International Airport after reports of a man being denied boarding. When the officer arrived at a Southwest Airlines gate, he identified the suspect and then talked to an employee about the man's behavior. All the >> Y from the airport. He's been really disrespectful. >> Yeah. >> He's been really He's been racist, disrespectful. He was intoxicated. So, we said that he couldn't go, >> but um he just like got out of hand. >> Okay. >> So, um I canceled his ticket. >> He cannot fly with >> He cannot fly with Southwest Airlines. Nope. >> Okay. >> Hey, what's up? >> Oh, what's up, man? How's it going? Good. Did you just hear everything I swear? [clears throat] >> No. I'll say good. >> They don't want to have you as a customer anymore. >> Why not? >> Because you're being disrespectful. You're being racist. And they have a choice. No, this is not up for debate. And they have a choice because it's their airline. They just don't want your business. You and I do not have a problem. So, I'm going to make a suggestion to you. If you want to keep your freedom, you're going to go ahead and you're going to listen to everything I say. We're going to walk to the other side of the airport and you can you can pick another airline to fly with. >> Okay? It's that simple. You want to do that? >> Yeah, >> let's go. >> But can you repeat the list this one more time? >> What's that? They believe. >> But I'm saying I have to uh go to another airline, right? >> Yeah, you can use another aine. >> Yeah, I know. What's the Aine? Cuz she's >> Where are you going to? >> Yes. >> Where? >> No, Texas. >> Okay. There's uh I can go over there and I can probably help you try to find something in Texas. There might be a frontier. I don't know the airlines, but I'll help you. >> Okay. The cop was remarkably kind to the suspect, especially given the fact that he caused a heck of a disturbance after being kicked off the flight. The officer did what he could to deescalate things and even offered to help the man choose a different airline. Initially, it seemed like the suspect understood and was willing to comply. >> Let's go take a look. >> I'm I'm not trying to be like that. >> I know you're not. >> I'm saying she's being like very like micro. It's like like like the microaggression is kind of weird. >> Okay. But it's it's not up for debate, unfortunately. >> Yeah, I know. I understand. Let's go take >> cuz he's not like >> Okay. So, just remember Yeah. We'll just keep it going. Okay. >> I'm good. >> Thank you, man. >> I just have my flight with my friends. >> What's up? >> I'm trying to see. >> Okay. Let's go ahead and we'll make phone calls if we have to. Okay. >> I'm a flight to Austin. Actually, Austin, >> you can't do it on Southwest. You have to find another airlines. >> Okay. So, I'm banned from what? >> From Southwest >> because >> your behavior. I was I didn't witness it. I'm not here. It's not up for debate. >> I was trying to get my phone. No, I wasn't doing anything. >> Mhm. I get you. Well, let me What's your first name? >> Steve. >> Steve, you probably had too much to drink. >> You know, I You probably did because I think you're a little drunk right now. I can tell. >> I've been I've been drunk before, too. >> And I' and I've done some stuff that I probably shouldn't have done. >> Brother, I've been drunk as well. I promise you. >> We'll do it while we walk. >> It's so funny cuz my friends are on the flight. I don't know who this is. >> Let's go, Steve. >> Okay. You ever been to jail? >> Okay. What's her name? >> My name's Chris. >> Chris? Okay. Chris, listen. I've been to jail. Yes. >> Do you want to go again? >> The officer called the man out for his obvious intoxication. However, the suspect here, Steve, was having a hard time understanding simple instructions, and it was painfully obvious that he was drunk. Nevertheless, the cop let the man know that his non-compliance could quickly turn into jail time. >> Let's go right here. >> No, you're not. I'm good. Turn over here. >> No, we're going. >> No, I'm turning over here. >> Okay, let's go to jail. Turn around. >> Wait. No, but I'm saying Wait, >> we have to leave this area. I stop. Not for negotiation. >> Okay. >> Okay. We have to get on this shuttle right here and we got to go. >> Dude, >> or I take you in my car to jail. >> Okay. >> You don't go to Puerto Rico. >> You You have the options right now to not go to jail. >> I can't get on the airline. >> You're not getting on this airline. They do not want to have you there. I I understand, but you guys are like mistreating me. >> I'm not mistreating you. I gave you the option >> because my dad is trying to take me home. >> Okay, let's get to your dad. >> Okay. >> I want to get you then. Just then chill. >> So, let's get on this. >> We already talked about this. >> Okay. Let's go. >> Okay. Well, >> it's so weird. >> And it's funny cuz grammatically, you know, like it's like the same. >> Not too close. Not too close. >> Not too close. Okay, then. Tell him. What? >> Like we could we could have a we could use words without getting close is what he's trying to say. >> Brother, we can use words. >> I can hear you. >> Okay, but just look. My dad is coming to pick me up. >> I got challenged by the airline. I'm chilling. I'm chilling. >> Steve claimed the cops were acting strange and weird when he was the only one acting odd. Another officer explained to Steve that he could call corporate and make a formal complaint. Next up, they boarded a shuttle that was heading to the B terminal where apparently the man's father was waiting for him. And at that point, he began insulting the officers. >> I mean, I want him to guess though. >> I want blue eyes, the gray beard, all that. I want him to guess. >> We're going to get you on the other side. We're going to try to get you to where you need to go. Okay. level may promise me. >> What do you promise? >> You have a right to have that opinion. >> After a long and grueling ride, they finally made it to the terminal where Steve could then board a bus which would hopefully take him to his father. Unsurprisingly, he started causing more issues. >> That's your bus right there. The pink one. >> The pink The pink one. >> Oh, the pink one. Yeah. >> Take it. I don't care. Take it. >> I mean, I'm not even >> He has the pass. Give him the pass. >> Come on. I'll be >> the pass. >> Give him the pass. >> What pass? Yo, give me >> the bus pass. >> Which one? >> The red one. >> I I don't know which car. That's the problem, >> brother. I don't know. You >> swipe the card. You know how to swipe a card, correct? So, swipe the card. >> All right. Swipe aggressive, >> bro. Cuz you playing games, brother. >> You purposely playing games. >> I just swipe the card in the car, man. >> Brother, what the swipe? >> Yo, I don't know this dude. Why you playing aggro, I don't know you. >> Get in the back. >> How's this work, dude? Which side? >> I don't know you, Mahar. I don't know you. >> Yo, go sit down. Go sit down. >> I don't know you. >> Go sit down. >> The first the first stop here. >> It seemed like the man just had a terrible personality because with every person he met, he started trying to pick a fight. And sadly, the liquor he drank just magnified his nasty behavior. Just when it seemed like he was finally out of their hair, things just got worse. They spotted the man later when he tried to go back through TSA. >> Come on, Mario. Come on. >> You were trespassed, were you not? >> Oh, >> now you're done. It's done. >> No, I said I'm not even >> Okay. Okay. All right. We're going to take your We're going to take your uh your >> your thing off. All right. >> I'm here. I miss you. >> Oh, yeah. Your bag will go with you. >> Yeah. I am. >> So you understand you understand why you're being detained right now, right? >> Honestly, not really. >> Yeah. >> So you have the trespass paperwork. You would trespass. We gave you a bus pass on the agreement that you were going to leave the airport. Then you came back. So that's why you're being paid. I'm not from >> I know, but that that's from my car's over there. Okay. Do >> you have anything on you that's going to hurt me, poke me, stick me? >> No problem. >> No. >> Um, I'll probably just call like my girlfriend in Maryland, by the way. >> You You can call your girlfriend when we get >> I'm not from Orlando, though. >> But I'm going to put your wallet and your glasses and your paperwork inside your bag. Okay. >> They spotted the man again trying to go back through TSA. The cops tried to explain to the man that he had multiple chances to fly with other airlines and walk away a free man, but he threw it all away. They charged the man with trespass after warning. The next time he decides to fly, he might want to consider staying away from the airport bar. On the 25th of January, 2024, the cops are on routine patrol and noticed a car with a license plate that was illegally covered. When they pulled the vehicle over and confronted the suspect, they tried to resolve things as civily as possible. >> Hello. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. How are you? My name's Deputy Mendes Page County Sheriff's Office. Reason I pulled you out for two reasons. Are you marked? >> Yeah. >> Okay. License is suspended. Okay. Number two, the tag cover around you surrounding your tag. That's the second reason. >> What do you mean? Your license is suspended. >> How is it suspended? >> I don't know. I need your license, registration, insurance, please. I have to check that out. >> You're the registered owner, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> All right. Just hang tight. Okay. After the officer ran his driver's license, he asked the man to step out of the vehicle. And while he did comply, he only did so after setting down his paperwork. He looked annoyed as he did it. But overall, he was respectful and compliant. >> All right. So, listen up. So, your license suspended because of your insurance. >> My insurance is valid there. You know, there there was less than 24 hours. My my insurance is valid. I paid my insurance card. I paid my insurance bill. >> Okay. I'm just letting you know on on the system is showing suspended since July because of last year because of no insurance. Okay? Now, if you have insurance now, I don't know, but they they suspended in July. Okay? So, with that being said, I'm not taking you to jail. I'm just giving you a a court date, a criminal citation. Okay? All right? So, you get a citation for license being suspended, have your license while being suspended, the registration insurance. Okay? Now, I'm going to explain to you. You're going to have a court date. fix all that. Get your license, reinstate it, get your insurance, get your registration, bring it to court, and if you get all that and bring it to court, most likely the judge will throw it out. Most likely, I cannot tell you they will, but it's a possibility. If you come with everything, all good. Okay. So, with that being said, I just need you to sign here with your signature. Your sign say you're going to show up to court. Your court dates, I have them right here. I'll explain to you once you sign over here. Okay. The suspect here, Mark, was trying to argue with the officer, saying there must have been a mistake. As far as his license being suspended, he said there must have been an error in the system because he'd been paying for insurance the entire time. There wasn't much the cop could do but go on with the citation, which clearly upset the man. >> And also, with that being said, the state of Florida has a cease tag order on your tag. So, I'm going to be taking your tag with you. Okay. >> What do you mean, man? >> Watch out. >> I'm I'm legit. I'm legit. I have a license, registration, and insurance. I am completely dead. I'm telling you the truth. >> Explaining to you. I'm not saying that you're lying, but I'm letting you know that the system in the state of Florida is showing you suspended. >> Well, can can we go over the system together? Cuz I was just trying to check that. >> There's nothing I can do to help you with this, sir. So, I just need you to sign right here. >> Well, dude, I can't I can't help you take my tag. What are you talking about? >> You can't drive, sir. >> Huh? You can't drive. >> All right. >> Call No. I need you to call your man your your officer right now. Your your manager right now. I need you to call your manager cuz I am legal. Everything is legal with me. >> Before calling his supervisor, the officer asked the man whether or not he'd signed the ticket. Mark replied that the information the cop had must have been false. Clearly, the cop didn't work for the DMV, but that was all the information he had, and it was the only thing the cops used. >> Okay, so with that being said, I need you to sign here. Okay, that's just saying that you're going to show up to court. I need your fingerprint. I'm going to take that tag with me and you need to call somebody to come pick the vehicle and you up cuz you cannot drive, sir. Just hold on. Because if I'm legal, okay, which I'm telling you that I'm legal. Okay. So, my driver's license is legal. >> My tag is legal. Why were you saying that my tag's not legal? >> I never said it's not legal. >> You said the thing around the tag is not is not >> Okay. When I said that's a traffic infraction. Okay. You cannot have anything around the tag touching any letters or numbers. You see where it's touching the sunshine state, the my Florida, you cannot have it touching any numbers or letters. Okay. All right. I'm not giving you a citation for that. I'm just telling you that's one of the reasons I pulled you over, sir. >> The officer explained to Mark that he was trying to treat him respectfully, but he was quickly losing his patience. The officer explained to Mark that he could either sign the citation or go to jail. And upon hearing the news, he lashed out in a tirade and demanded the cop call his supervisor. I'm >> Well, I want your supervisor there, cuz what you're doing to me is illegal, bro. You're going against my rights as a United States of America citizen. Hold on. You are because you want you threaten to take me uh away and and arrest me. That was number one. Number two, you're saying that I'm not I am not legit on the road, and I'm telling you that I am. >> So, that's two things that two infractions that you're going against me against my rights as a United States. I want your supervisor here so I could explain these things to you. >> I will call the supervisor. Okay. Are you going to sign the citations? >> Traffic 13 and traffic. Can you be one? >> Sir, come here. Listen. Sir. Sir. Sir, come here. >> No. Put your hand behind your back. >> No. Listen. Don't Don't stop. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> No. You're not going to arrest me, bro. >> Put your hand behind my back. >> I'm not illegal. I'm not illegal. Don't stop. All right, calm down. Calm down. Calm down, bro. Just calm down. Get your hand behind trespassing. You're trespassing. >> Get your hand behind your back. >> Give me your hand. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> Dude, you you could go to You could get in trouble for this. >> You could go to in trouble for this. Give me your hand. >> Do you realize this? >> Give me your head. >> Put your hand behind your back. Clearly, he was not going to go down without a fight. After a lousy attempt at fleeing, the officer tried to detain him, but putting the man in handcuffs was a struggle. Luckily, some help arrived soon after. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You could get in trouble. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I'm legal, bro. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand Put your hand on your back. >> Oh boy. >> Let go of your hand. >> Let go of your hand. I am in my pocket. Got it. Roll over. Stand up. Can you get my glasses, please? >> My glasses pull off my head. Can you please send inside? >> All right. All right, hold on. Hold on. >> In the end, they charged the man with resisting without violence, battery on specified personnel, and driving on a suspended [music] license. On the 26th of February, 2025 in Palm Beach County, Florida, the cops were called out to a neighborhood. Reportedly, a woman had been vandalizing property, clipping people's plants, and messing with their landscaping. The cops arrived on scene and talked with some residents. >> A what? >> A 15-minute old event with >> I'm cleaning the windows and I hear the screaming and yelling and cursing. It's like that's her cuz I'd seen her walk out. >> So, he's walking up. >> Talk to that woman. Yeah, >> she's ripping out like plants and stuff and all of the >> Is she still there or >> No, she just confronted like my next door neighbor >> and was yelling and saying that walking dog. >> Okay. >> And then she just so she has like a very active Facebook and when you were here you weren't here. Were you here? >> Yes. >> She was Facebook like did you guys see it? No, I didn't see it. >> But she was recording and then she put it out on the thing. There's been like a lot of activity. She's she's getting like confrontational with >> Yes, I know. That's That's And I talked to Glass about this today. I was like, she's over. >> So, she's over there still. >> Uh my name is >> like how long ago? >> She's still work walking over there. >> After talking with bystanders, the cops got back in their squad car to track down their suspect. The woman they were looking for, whose name was Holga, had a history of recording police and posting footage online. >> Olga, what are you doing? >> Put the shrubbery down. >> Yes. >> What are you doing? >> Nothing. I'm just walking around my property. What do you mean? >> Why are you ripping out shrubs over there? >> Because Mexicans want >> Okay, you know you can't be doing that, right? >> What are you going to tease me again? I'm not trying to I'm not teasing you, Olga. Yes. You going to arrest me in the hospital where your mother died? >> No. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? >> You're going to get me psychiatric hospital again? >> I just spoke to Jordan. >> And >> okay, >> what Jordan has to do with it? Who is Jordan? >> Your your husband? >> Of course I am. >> I don't see it. Press start. >> It is Oka. >> Who is Jordan? Jordan's your husband. >> Donna called you. >> No, Jordan. >> Who called you? >> Jord the HOA saw you ripping out shrugs. >> I'm not ripping. I'm clipping. This is a difference. What's your name? >> Officer Barker. >> What is your name? Officer. >> Officer Barker. There is a difference between ripping and clipping. Do you know what is the difference between ripping and clipping? >> She kept asking the officer if he was going to arrest her and put her in a psych ward. a pretty good hint that it wasn't her first rodeo. The officer explained to the woman that she had no intention [music] of doing that if she simply complied, but she decided to be difficult, so they moved in to arrest her. >> Stay away from me. >> Relax. Go for a second. >> Drop it. Drop it. Let go. Let go of it. Let go of it. Drop it. >> Let go. Let go. >> Let go of it. Your mother is dead. So is you. Officer Kalahan. >> Are you threatening me? >> Yes. >> Oh, okay. Great. Thank you. >> Why are you putting handcuffs on me? >> I don't do that. >> Why are you putting handcuffs on me? >> Stop. Why you beat if you bite me? >> What are you doing? Why are you doing that? >> Why are you trying to bite her? >> Don't do that. I'm talking about it. >> I'm breaking my arm. If you don't stop, I will dry stun you. You understand? >> Give me your other arm. Put your other arm behind your back. >> Now, do exact do exactly exactly what was said. >> My name is Officer Washington. >> Okay. Officer Washington, welcome to the party. >> Relax. Just relax. >> You need to relax. >> Okay. After they managed to get her in handcuffs, she kept relentlessly complaining that they were taking her bags off. In addition, she kept insisting they read her Miranda rightites. >> Miranda, >> if you like one of those ice, >> listen. >> Listen, >> I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. The statement you must make they must be freely and voluntarily given. You have the right to the presence of a representative of lawyer of your choice before you make any statement doing any questions. This must be of your own free will. Any statement can and will be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand your constitutional right? >> Yes. >> Okay. Please, I don't want to hurt your mouth. >> Okay. >> This is going with you, right? >> Yes, it is. >> Everything is going with you. This is your property. >> Where are we going? To the psychiatric hospital or to the police station? >> Where are we going? To the police station or the to psychiatric hospital? Whom you just wrote the rights? I need to want to prosecute this. >> Go to the psychiatric. >> I want to go to the police station directly. >> Officer Washington explained that she couldn't explain her charges because she wasn't the arresting officer. Meanwhile, Hoga wanted to go to the station instead of the psych ward. And when she realized she wouldn't have it her way, she started making wild accusations. >> You're racist. >> I'm white. >> Are you racist? >> And you were about to use the teaser on a white woman. Youing. >> Oh, I'm a >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, how >> you were about to use a teaser on a white woman? >> Get on your feet. >> Maybe on my knees. >> Maybe I should slap you. >> Oh, I don't have >> Do you have You have a right. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop that. >> You hurting me. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> My bags. >> Let's go. Walk right now. Let's go. Enough is enough. >> My bags. >> Enough is enough. >> I try really hard to be reasonable. >> I try very hard to suck your dick off your back. >> Get inside the car. >> No, no, no. >> Hold on. >> Why? >> Cuz I said so. That's why. >> Oh, really? >> You with that? >> Listen. Stop. >> Leave me alone. >> The hair is not with you. >> You're dead. >> Hold up. >> You're dead. >> Stop. >> Your mother is dead. You >> where you taking me to psychic hospital? >> Yes. >> Take my stuff. >> The arresting officer revealed that during the arrest, she'd been stabbed by a pair of hedge clippers and had to have stitches in her leg. Holga was given multiple charges, including battery on law enforcement, resisting with violence, felony criminal mischief, causing $1,000 or more in damages, and threats of serious bodily harm. On September 11th, 2025 in St. Charles, Illinois, officers noticed a patrol car on the road that appeared very suspicious. The cops conducted a traffic stop as the registration on the vehicle was suspended. As they approached the vehicle, they quickly realized he was wearing a police uniform, pretending to be a cop. >> Morning, Sergeant Jackson, St. Charles PD. How you doing? Morning, sir. >> Uh, looks like your registration is suspended. >> Really? >> Yeah. Yeah. Do you have your license from insurance? >> Can I step out? >> Step out? >> Yeah. Just I keep those wires my wall. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to any problems. >> Yeah. Okay. >> On the same team. >> Oh, okay. Who do you work for? >> I'm retired out of New York. >> Okay. >> I I come in town for the memorial service. >> Oh, okay. Cool. >> Who do you work for right now? >> Right now, I'm unemployed. >> Okay. >> What's my ID? Starting to have a little anxiety, so I apologize. I'm trying to work with you here. There's an issue with my license. >> What's wrong with your license? >> Okay, so New York State, I'm trying to get my license all cleared up, get it transferred out here. For some reason, there's a snapoo out in New York. I'm trying to get New York to clarify. New York State is like horrendous getting information from them. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, I'm trying to work with them to try to see if I can't figure out what's going on with it, why there's a hold on it, etc. Okay. There is another license operator in the vehicle. >> Do you have insurance? I do, but I don't have it with me. I have the policy. I just recently moved to from Rockford, where that address is, to Rock Island, so I misplaced the paperwork, and I apologize for that. >> The driver explained there were three other people in the vehicle with him, and only one of them had a license. In addition, he didn't have any active law enforcement credentials and nothing that would warrant the man riding around in a squad car. The cop took everyone's ID, ran them all through the system, then came back to the car to confront the suspect. >> Hi, come back here. Um, okay. Where did you work at before? You said in New York? >> Yeah, I'm staying here. >> Okay. Do you have You don't have any kind of proof of that? >> Not on me. No. >> Okay. Why wouldn't you carry that on you? >> I left earlier this morning. I left about 4:00 this morning. I was tired. He's just wanted to get up here. 911 is very important to me. I I was one of the responders at the towers, you know, we assisted in that, but this was the closest place that I could find to do a memorial service. I don't miss memorial services every year. >> What department did you work for? >> New Hampshire. >> What's that? >> I'm going. >> Okay. So, if you're no longer employed with them, why are you still wearing a uniform? >> It's a uniform that I purchased myself. It was a volunteer department. >> So, you purchase it? >> Yes. >> The uniform? >> Yeah. I I only wear it on September 11th. go to the service, have the service, go to all. >> Do you see how this is kind of a little bit weird to me? >> I I do. >> Okay. >> That's why that's why I was trying to be honest with you. >> The officer asked the man if he'd ever been in trouble except for license issues and suspended registration. He responded to the officer, saying he'd violated a protective order by walking past his ex-wife's house. Also in New York State, he'd also been charged with grand lararseny. >> I served my time. Everything was completely done. I was actually removed from oil early because they never caused any problems. I went to work. I went home and that was it. >> That's the only That's it. No other states. >> New Hampshire years ago. Years ago >> of this department. I I purchased it through. >> So So if I call them right now, they're going to say they know who you are. >> Yeah. >> And you used to work there? >> I was a volunteer firefighter for them. Yes. >> Okay. When? >> Give me a minute. I'll tell you the years. It was 2018 to believe in April or so of 2019. >> And why did you not why do you not work there anymore? >> I moved out to Wisconsin. >> I'll go ahead and give them a call and you hang out here. >> He also mentioned that he'd been a volunteer firefighter, but there was nothing to verify that he'd worked for a real organization. He carried no retirement card, didn't have a badge, and had no proof whatsoever of his professional identity. The cops were suspicious, of course, and they eventually had to arrest the man for the suspended registration. >> All righty. Unfortunately, here in St. Charles, you are suspended. So, we were going to have to take you in. Okay. Do me a favor and turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> So, it's for suspended. What's that? >> Uh, we're going to go back and give you a court date and a ticket and then uh we'll get you released. Okay. >> You got anything in the car that you need? >> Is there anything illegal in the car? >> No, there's nothing illegal. Okay. >> Okay. Is there anything that you need out of there? I know you got your wallet. >> No, I don't believe so. I I believe we got everything. >> He's going to uh Dom's going to take them. So, >> there's a waiting area in this uh gas station. >> You're going to have to deliver the vehicle. >> Yeah. >> What's it going to What's it going to take to get the vehicle back? >> Uh I'd say, man, I'm >> Yeah. No, I know. Well, I know, but I when I when I asked you about if you ever been arrested, kind of me a little bit, right? Right. I mean, we can both >> It wasn't intended, but Yeah. I I understand. When I ask you if you've been arrested, you only give me the Illinois stuff. You know, I know. I can look it up. You know that. So, there's no sense of doing that, right? >> That's why I stepped out. You know, it's like this. I'm I'm trying to >> I understand. And honestly, yeah, I'm trying to give you anxiety a lot of Yeah. a lot of lot of benefit, too. These guys are going to go. >> It's just you had you had a chance to be honest with me, you know, and you you weren't. >> The fake cop insisted that it wasn't his real intention to lie to the officer about his previous arrest.
