on October 6th 2023 officers received a call from a liquor store in regards to a habitual 19-year-old shoplifter who keeps stealing liquor from the store can you roll down the window can you roll down this window too how you doing I'm deputy sheriff johns with the come on this side or no what why oh I mean okay I'm deputy sheriff johns with the mark County Sheriff Office okay uh where are you ahead lean up against the car I'm just going to put you in handcuffs just to detain you you don't have anything on you no am I able to call my girlfriend uh not right now don't hold off on calling sale that's still a theft because there driving of your property at that moment they're obious they're trying to hide it right conceal it yeah so that's a fact so at this point we have our own video putting those two bottles in our bag right we don't know where those bags are no where bottles are the there was another incident prior today yes yes sir okay what day was that uh Tuesday is it
