Hold on. Do you want to fight me? Get on the ground right now. Get on. Put your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. For what? Stop resisting. You're resisting a lot. For what? Driving is a privilege and not a right. If you fail to follow the rules of the road, you could lose your license. And if you're behind the wheel and fail to comply with an officer's orders, you'll quickly find out how it feels to be an entitled driver who learns a very quick lesson in karma. I've been needing to prove I have a medical condition. I'm going to I'm going to have a female go in there with You're under arrest. I know, but I'm going to myself. Have a seat just a second so I can get somebody to go in there with you. On September 27th, 2023, the cops conducted a traffic stop on a mother who was in the middle of dropping her children off at school after she attempted to avoid a traffic signal by driving through a parking lot. License, registration. I have a disability. You can't move. License and registration. License and registration. You're not free to leave. I'm I'm not going to ask again or you will go to jail for ref refusing to give identify yourself. You understand? Yes, I did. No, you didn't. You were driving. I was waiting to see if you were going through or not. And you're not illegally. I need your sergeant. That's my right. Back up. She's refusing to identify herself. She's about to be detained. The entitlement it took to think she had the right to call the shots and waste the officer's time was astounding. She said she wasn't avoiding the traffic signal and was simply dropping her child off. Claiming innocence, she refused to identify herself or hand over ID. I didn't do anything. I'm waiting for your sergeant. I'm waiting for your sergeant. You're under arrest. Video get a woman officer. Get a woman officer. You can all you want. Just do that from over there. No, you're just nothing. You have to You have to hear what an officer says. Tell you to stop. You're hurting me. You have I have one female detain. Sergeant, I asked for a driver. It's okay. Just record. Don't touch him. That's assault. You assaulted me. I'm going to file assault. Don't push me. That's assault. That's assault. The suspect claims she did nothing wrong and continued to place the blame on the officer. Even while in handcuffs, she was still refusing to identify herself while demanding the officer's badge number. Whether she thought she was in the right or not, she was setting a terrible example for her son about how to interact with law enforcement. Tell me why the handcuffs. I just got you. Ask him then. Sit down for me. Ask him then. It's all being recorded. Hey, I told you to stay by the No, you stand on the sidewalk. It's public property. Don't stand by your truck. Don't let one now. You will not assault him. Don't let a touch. Put your feet assault. Get get their names and badge numbers. You'll have all it'll be your report. I don't care. No, I'm waiting for the sergeant. Keep ignoring me. Bring my son over here. I need to talk to him. Okay. Don't give all of your ID. He already did. That's You have no right to identify my kid. He asked him for his own. You have no right, ma'am. We need Can you listen to me for a second? Listen, you're not in trouble, but you don't get to do what you want. You can't avoid traffic signals by going through parking lots. She parked right there dropping off my sister literally right here. She pulled in out of out of way, out of traffic way, dropped her off right here where that sign is. Dropped her off right there. Put it in a car. She got out. for cross guard and then she continued to drive through. She didn't go around. She didn't try to avoid the stoplight. She pulled in safely for my little sister to pull out. If she'd simply kept her cool and calmly explained why she pulled over where she did, she would have been well on her way by now. She was then treated by EMS and taken to the station to be processed. Don't touch me. I can walk. Don't touch me. I already filed on you. You ask for a woman officer. I have a right to me. I know how to walk. Have children. Tell him to get away from me then. He's the only one I have a problem. You're the only one that's the only one I have with you. Just grab my arm. You don't know. I do. But I I don't know. But I have children in this apartment. You don't need to be acting like that. Agree. Okay. Okay. You want to come with me, please? Um, give us just a minute. We'll get you in there. I've been needing to poop. I have a medical condition. Just a minute. I'm going to I'm going to have a female go in there with You're under arrest. I know, but I'm going to myself. Have a seat just a second so I can get somebody to go in there with you. What I'm trying to explain to you myself, then that's fine. No, I'm trying to get somebody to go in there with you. Almost an hour ago. I was trying to get You want to argue with me and continue to argue while I'm trying to do this? Arguing. Yeah, you are. I'm talking to The woman eventually got her wish and was escorted to the bathroom. At first, she claimed the officer had manhandled her unfairly. But once a female officer arrived, she ratcheted things up, trying even harder to portray herself as a victim. When he arrested me, he touched my butt. Can we go to the bathroom? She assaulted me. We're going to go in here and what I'm going to do is I'm Corporal Ash and I'm going to search you. You don't have anything on you. You're a corporal. Corporal. Yes. Can I please talk to you? Cuz they are totally and ugly to me. I am being illegally arrested. This officer I documented yesterday um Thomasson or Thomas, whatever. He didn't want to identify himself to me, by the way. Um I tried to move like his um radio cuz he has it over it. Don't do that. I was trying to see the name cuz he wouldn't answer me. No. Do not ever touch an officer. Okay. Touch the radio. That's still touching the officer. Don't touch anything. But I was just trying to say his name. Listen to me. It shouldn't be covered. No. No. Listen to me. Do not do that. You can call later to the police department and you can ask for the officer's names that was on that call. Listen. Listen to me. You don't know why the officer came over. You don't know why. Let the officer explain. Don't just immediately jump to, oh, it's not legal. It's not legal. Don't do that. The female officer was making perfect sense while also not dismissing such serious claims. But in this situation, she had no one to blame but herself. And now she was paying the price. She continued trying to sway the officer to side with her. I had my oldest with me. Mhm. It goes to the high school. It was the passenger side. I just dropped off my two smallest two different schools. I'm telling you not to and you're not going to do it anymore. And he's like, "You're doing it to avoid the light." I said, "No, I'm not. You're just dropping my child off right there. I do it every day for her to get this crosswalk." You know what I mean? Makes sense. It's a sidewalk. That's what it's for. But children are entitled to safety to get to to and from school. So, he was like, "No, you cut through the parking lot." And I said, "No, I didn't." And he's like, "You're not going to do that again." I said, "Yes, I am. That's my route." Okay. Now, I'm going to give you a citation. give me your your license and and registration. I said, "No, I didn't do anything about it." But listen to what I'm saying about if it's just your driver's license registration, just give it. Okay? And people do use like parking lots and stuff to cut. But but we don't know that. We don't know that. But we can't see behind his head. He can't accuse me of something that he did not see. I'm disabled. Look, I get I have a bad disability. I wake up sick like every freaking day. My is bleeding right now from my stomach disability and they didn't even let me go to the restroom and this lady come and brings me and it takes me longer to because my stomach's in knots. I have a legit medical condition. I told them I'm trying to get home to take the but listen this is the thing. In order to avoid all this, how hard is it to just get your driver's license and registration? But how hard is it for him to be a little more uh of a peace officer? The suspect was learning that during interactions with law enforcement, patience, respect, and humility go a very long way. Unless you want to go to jail, the last thing you want to do is play the victim, make demands, or act aggressively. He doesn't know what I'm going through in my life. He doesn't know that I got to take this, but he doesn't know that it's coming out my But when I tell him that and he's just on a power trip, that's not right. But this is the thing. Everybody's human. We all have emotions. We all go But he's got a job to do and he's on the clock. I'm not. But But you're still on I have to eat it when I'm on the clock. When I was a manager, I had to eat it. And we do, too. But this is He didn't eat it. But this is the thing. As long as it's not like you're telling to do something illegal, then I I can't buy my driver's license for I don't have money to be willing to pay fines and go to court. And what if I miss court because of my disability? Then I have a warrant. That's not okay. Y'all are setting me up for failure. So you sure you got to use the bathroom? No. She helped me a while ago. Hopefully I don't have to cuz I got it's hard to wipe my disability is different and I have to save me the whole time. I'm I'm going to stand up here cuz I just need to cut my daddy told me and rest his soul. My daddy told me anybody disrespects you, I don't give a [ __ ] who it is. You don't bite your tongue. You defend yourself. Don't bite your tongue. But there is a way to not bite your tongue and to still stay in your place. There's still way to do that. I know. I did a while ago. I hurt his feelings like that. The woman was charged with resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer for refusing to stop, concealing identity, and failure to obey traffic control devices. On the 8th of April 2024, police responded to a residence after reports of a woman crashing her car while driving intoxicated. When the officer arrived on scene, he was greeted by a woman and her daughter. Yo, nobody hit my car because I promise you they would have dealt with me when that happened. Nobody hit your car. Someone happened. No, this I promise you it wasn't there. Okay. What time was your last delivery again? I promise you, y'all would have been there taking me to jail for that. Well, we don't want to take anybody to jail. You would have took me to jail for that. People got jobs and they got to pay their way to make a living. I worked my whole life. Trust me. Yeah. I want to I want to try to figure this out cuz they said I'm confused. The [ __ ] No. My daughter bought me this cart. Careful. Why are you pulling it up for me? Pull up your last order. Pull up the last time you cashed out. When did you Insta cart? You said it was somebody that was here. I see the only my car was parked. It was somebody that was here when my car was parked. Can I talk to you for a second? Live here. All right. Like go there. And my car was not. Yeah. So, here's where I'm kind of caught in a pickle. I'll be right with you. M cry. That's why I said stay over there. Go walk by the door and get it on your phone. You don't even have it on your phone. Please. What's her name? Do I have to ask again for you to go by the store? Are you serious, Janine? Yeah. Janine, the owner of the car, is an Instacart driver. Her daughter said Janine did some deliveries that night to earn some extra cash to buy alcohol for her friend's birthday. While the officer said the damage to the car appeared to have occurred while Janine was driving, her daughter said she had no idea how it got damaged. I'm going to try to see if we can get a timeline. And I'll still see if we can pull some footage, but I'll be honest, that's what that looks like. It looks like she might have went out, like you said, with her friend. She might have got a little too drunk, hit a curb, popped a tire doing that, and still made it back home and then hit a hit a um like a guardrail. Were you able to pull up that uh time the Insta car thing? I mean, if y'all can find my car, I promise you I parked. Were you able to do that for me, ma'am? I mean, I don't know. I mean, you can ask me. I don't know if I can, but I'll try. Well, that'd be really helpful so I can establish a timeline. Whoever, not my car that way. Well, we'll talk about that in a minute. Let's just try to grab a timeline. Okay. Is this Did you go to any bars or anything? No. Hell, hang out with any friends. I came straight home. Okay, cool. Then we should be able to pull up a What do you need me to pull up? Your last order. That's my last order. That's your cash out. You mind if I I still have No, you what? However you know how to do it. I promise you my car was parked straight here in this parking spot. I promise you whoever hit my car Mhm. It's How long have you been home? I've been home for hours. Well, how long? Hours. It's my bestie's birthday. Happy birthday. So, like I was trying to get like Jessie. Jessie. Happy birthday on Tik Tok. Yeah. No, I like I went to get liquor so we could have some fun. Janine said that after her last order, she came straight home. She admitted to having some drinks, but said she didn't drink any alcohol till she got home. There was a camera in the parking lot, and Janine even assured the officer that it would corroborate her story. Okay. So, hear me out. Okay. It's a little little strange. All right. Right. Cuz when I work, it is because when I work accidents, I've been doing this for quite some time. And this is why I want to say this. When a car gets hit like that, it doesn't crinkle. It it it indents. But what the is that? It indents. And usually there's remnants of the other car in this general area. You see how I see none, right? But you see there's none here, right? I'm going to look for a picture cuz I don't need a picture of my car before I pulled up. I don't need a picture. I'm just showing my car was straight. I swear. Right. And then as far as the front tire goes, that tire hit a curb and was popped. A long time ago, though. No, not a long time ago. Because you wouldn't still be driving it. I promise you I'm good. Like I believe you are. Like I work for it. Please tell me who hit my car. The question is what did you hit? No. I promise you. I'm telling you. My car was parked this way. No way. Cuz here cuz let me swear to God. Whose car is this? Mine. Hold on a second. You see this? You could tell me whatever you want to tell me, but I promise you my car was parked straight. Okay. When I left, I'm going to tell you now. You can go ahead and you can do a self-report online saying that someone hit your car. No, we could do that. Do you do you do that? You do that. No, we can do that because we're not going to take a crash report because you hit something. No. Neither of the officers were buying the woman's story. While Janine swore she was telling the truth, the cop wasn't budging, saying he'd review the surveillance footage to get to the truth. My car was parked. Step back from me and don't you jump up on me. I'm back from you, bro. I'm not your brother. I swear to God, I'm not scared. I don't I didn't tell you scared. I'm just telling you you hit something. [Music] Please shut the up. Me and my child live here. Shut up. My name's Did she Can I talk to you for a second so we can get out of here? Stay right. Stop. Stop. No. Stop. That's it. I didn't do this to Bro, lower your voice. Okay. Because as soon as one person No, listen to me. Lower, Janine. Lower your voice. Do not touch me. I have twin daughters. Okay, step back. Do not touch. The second somebody The second somebody I'm going to touch you. Listen to me because this is important for me. I'm one of those people. This is important for you to hear. The second somebody comes out and says they were woken up because you're out here yelling and be woken up. I don't give a I don't care. That's okay. Janine continued to get louder and more belligerent with the officers. They spoke to her daughter again, hoping to get to the bottom of things. And although she couldn't provide many answers, one thing was for sure. She was far more mature than her mother. So her damage is there right in the back. So can you move? Come on. Like that's you're being a kid. Look at my car. Hey, lower your voice. No. Somebody hit my car. You want to talk for something? I don't care. Somebody hit my car, bro. You're going to take me to jail. I don't care. I don't care. Somebody hit my car, bro. Tell you. What did I just tell you? Look, they knocked my car so hard. I know. I just want you to look. We have already. They hit my car so hard. this car that they hit my car morning. You can report it online. No, I don't care about the morning. If someone would have hit her, it would have been right here. Something there would have been more damage there. Not there. Right. Okay. So, what So, what this is telling me is that she was out probably intoxicated, hit something, parked the car cockeyed cuz she's wasted. And that's my car right there. So, that's what I was wearing. Mine almost got hit and she left it this way. and then came out and and came out and said, "Oh, someone hit my car." Because one reason or or another. More and more, Janine was becoming hysterical. In tears, she kept invading the officer's space, prompting the cops to tell her to back off. And while the officers discussed how to handle things, she eventually exploded. And I don't care. I got the case number for you right here. I'll write my name down for you, too. Whoever hit my car Go to jail. I don't give a I'll go to jail. Let's go. I'll go to jail. I I'm not dealing with you no more. You're dead to me and you need to get your my house. You hit your car so you can go to jail. Literally, you did it. You did it. And the camera will show it off. So shut the case, bro. My careful. We'll show that. That's how drunk you are. That's how drunk you are. Get really close. Show me that. My god. Show me that. Y'all could take me to yelling. She's yelling at you. Tell your friends. It's go. So they can call bail you out with your drunk ass. Stop doing it cuz you're going to go to jail for resistance. You're going to go down to the ground. Stop doing anything. Hold on. Do you want to fight me or Oh, stay there. Don't move. I'm not doing anything. Yeah. Wow. You guys going to poke fre? Nope. All right. Wow. Wow. In the end, Janine was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. On the 23rd of August, 2023, an officer observed a vehicle going 64 mph in a 34. Recklessly, the driver was weaving in and out of traffic and using the median to pass other drivers. Get back in the car. Yes, you. Because you're not doing what you're told to do. Close the door. Close the door. Close the door. Oh my god. Because you just ran from me. That's why. No, I didn't run from you. I need Well, you didn't stop when I told you stop. I'm glad I'm lose my job. Please, I need to go and talk in. No. No. You've been lawfully detained right now. Yeah, we're stopped. She just thinks she needs to go to work instead of stopping for me. No, I was trying to get out of the road. You were parked behind me and you turned your lights on in the middle of road. So, I turned here and came apart. Driver's license, please. Try to pull that. Driver's license, please. Try to pull that. I don't even want to deal with you. Right off the bat, she greeted the officers with an attitude. She berated them for having the nerve to inconvenience her. As expected, the officers eventually had had enough of her entitled attitude. Why did you not stop back there when you got off the road? Ma'am, give me the driver's license now. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. giving me. You are under arrest. You are under arrest. Do not grab on me like that. Get out of the car. You do not have the right face. The car like that. I am not the car. Are you serious right now? Yeah. Are you serious right now? You know what? You put your hand back. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm not resisting. Stop. Yes, you are. No, you're not. You're still bracing intension. Stop. Are you serious? Yeah. Do not twist my hand like that. I'm telling you. Do not twist my hand like that. You're really going to have to stop. What are you talking about? You're twisting my arm. Nobody's twisting anything. Yes, you are. My camera is pointed right at the handcuffs right now. Clar to see what's happening. Relax. Relax. Relax. Okay. Got 12. Got you. 10:15 resisting. Are you serious? Yes. I must not resist your arrest. Are you actually I'm in my supervisor so I can let her know that I'm out here. And we said no. It was a textbook Karen move. Ignore the officer's orders to hand your license over, then play the victim and claim you were cooperating the whole time. And the gaslighting was only getting started. Next, she tried to convince the officer that she was cooperating the whole time when he initially tried to pull her over. I would never run from the police. I have no reason. You rolled down your window and looked at me because I said, "Can I turn it to be here? I'm late for work." That's what I was trying to tell you. I said, "Don't." I said, "Stop." I didn't hear you say stop. I turned If you had stopped and we could have talked about it, maybe we wouldn't be here right now. But no matter what, you got to stop. I was going to stop. I was getting after, bro. I've been pulled over before. They've never had an issue with me pulling out of the middle of the street. They've never had any. We're a block away from Never. You're a liar. You're a liar. I'm done talking with you cuz we're third. Did I just say I'm done talking to you? Shut up. You're the one still talking. I'm done talking to you. Don't pull on me. Don't pull away. I told you. Don't ever pull on me. You don't have that right. Don't pull on me. Stand up straight. Don't pull on me. Don't tell me how to stand. You don't control me. You're a cop. You're a cop that I pay. You're a cop that I pay. So, chill out. Okay. Now, you're pissing me off. Do you have your ID somewhere? I'm done talking. If you're going to take me, take me. Well, that's fine. Don't worry about that. In your purse. Do not touch my belongings. Is your driver's license in your purse? You do not have the right to touch. You are under arrest at this point. We have the right to search your car. Incident arrest. Plus, we got ID. You do not have the right to provide your identification. You do not have the right to touch my belongings. Don't pull away. I'm not. He's over there working. Don't get me. Get away from him. I don't like when she pulled me on him by my trust you guys. You may try to put a not on me face the car. She was acting like a spoiled brat. She got caught speeding because she was late for work. So it wasn't the officer's fault. She had no one to blame but herself for not leaving early enough to get to work. All right, we're going to go walk over this. Right over here, officer. This way. You close up my stuff. Take care of your property. We will need it. Take care of your property. Come on. It'll go with you. You'll go with you. It's not a warrant. Pat it down, but not sir. I'mma turn the ear on a little bit. Why am I being arrested though? Uh, I'll let him explain that to you. I don't know. because I got resistant. This is crazy now. Like this is just too much. This is just too much. Uh for all right obstruction. So like you guys are supposed to be here to protect this serve, but none of you guys even care about the truth. Y'all just come and y'all just y have gang members that just support that you were being arrested for obstruction. See, now he's a liar. He He's a liar. Now he want Ask me why he's I need to get out here and talk to somebody because it's not f This is not right. If she was running a little late before, at this point, she's definitely going to be seriously late. She was sticking to her claim that she'd done nothing wrong. Being certain the cops were at fault, she demanded to speak to a supervisor. Ma'am, you said you want to talk to a supervisor? Yes, because I don't know why I'm being arrested. I was not waiting. He when I originally seen his light right here in the middle of the turning thing. So, I turned in here. So, I rolled out my window and I said, "Follow me here. I'm going to turn out of the road." He came and then I just tried to explain to him like, "I'm super lame with my last truck at work. If I don't park in no time, I'm going to be fired." That's why I don't care about the ticket. You can give me the ticket. Just please let me clock in because like y'all don't even understand. Y'all just trying to tell call my manager to tell her like I'm here. I'm outside like or you're resisting. You're resisting. It's like it's it's just not fair. Y'all just gang up on us. Nobody listens. Nobody likes the truth. And it's like I don't I've never been arrested. Like I I am no criminal. Like I everything is legit. I have no reason not to. You know what I'm saying? But I just can't lose my job. I respect all that. You have to respect that when the officer is giving you instructions, you have to follow. Let me finish. You have to follow his instructions. So when he's telling you pull over, when he's telling you get back in your car, when he's telling you give me your license, you have to do all of those things. First of all, I was in handcuffs. They didn't ask me for license. I was in handcuffs. I'm giving you examples of things. This is just what it sounds like. You're on their side anyways and then you you guys are just ready to take me to jail. It's real criminals out here. The woman continued to claim that it was all just a misunderstanding and that she wasn't resisting arrest at all. She said they were treating her like a criminal and embarrassing her in front of her workplace. And furthermore, accuse the cops of being the real thugs and criminals. I'm gonna get so pissed off. I'm going to get so pissed off. So pissed off. Stop my You do not have the right to ramage through my stuff. Swear God, I'm going to snap. I am about to snap. Like you guys do not have the right to ramage to do the right to ramage to my stuff out of my car now. I'm not under arrest. Y'all under arrest. I'm not under arrest. 16. Yeah. How can I take this to trial? Yes, please. Yeah. Run up. Call somebody out here because I want to challenge that officer. I'm going to challenge all y'all. Actually, the woman's threats didn't work on the officers. She was charged with reckless driving and obstruction. Eventually, she pled no contest to the charges. On October 29th, 2023, the cops attempted a traffic stop in a campus parking garage after a truck was seen speeding, squealing its tires, and almost hitting two pedestrians. The truck left the garage and then a second officer blocked the truck with his cruiser, forcing it to stop. Hey, is it still driveable? 340 radio break. All officers. Okay. Yeah. Car 340. [Applause] [Music] Hold on. Stay right there. Stay right there. Stay right there. Can I get out? Hold on. Hold on. I got you. Hold on. Hold on. Stay in there. When I get medic. Okay, we're going to get medics. I'm sorry. ready. We got a 13 inside 13. She thinks she Okay, we got medics coming. Don't move. During the pursuit, the driver nearly struck some officers as he crashed into a patrol car before fleeing the scene. The cops chased the vehicle and then it collided into an occupied car, spun out, and struck a second occupied vehicle, leaving his friends behind. The driver fled on foot and the chase was back on. [Music] Hey, get on the ground. Get on the ground right now. Get on. Put your hands behind your back. What the hell are you doing? You're an idiot, dude. I know. Are you kidding me? I'm sorry. Yeah. Do you know what you did? It's the least of your problems. You think that was worth it? No, I don't. I'm going to be honest. All right, stand up. Spread your feet. Everybody in here. Okay. I don't know. Let me check. Where did the driver go? Think college got him. You all right? You okay? Where you hurt? In the face. In your head. He's bleeding pretty good on his face. Try to stay here, man. We got medics coming. Okay. Try not to move a whole lot. Don't move. Am I in trouble? Stay right there. You got any weapons here? No. Okay, you stay right there. While the vehicle was severely damaged, it wasn't damaged enough to stop the officers from getting the injured passengers out. However, due to the female passenger's injuries, it would be easier said than done. Can you come out? All right, we're coming for you. Come out. Come out. Chill down. Come out. Okay, come out. Come out. We're going to We're getting a medic, bro. We're getting a medic. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. I'm sorry. Are you okay? Yeah, I feel okay. Okay. I want to put you in back in my car. No, you can stop smoking right now. Drop that. Drop that. Drop it. Drop it now. Drop. Right here for me. Right here. Right here. I think she uh she's saying she broke her knee or something. All right. Come here. Come here. Come here. I'm under. Okay. Okay. We're going to shut down. We're going to We're going to put you in the back of my car. Okay. While the cops attended to the injured female, the officer escorted the man to his cruiser. At the same time, the driver was being taken to another cruiser. Even though he apologized earlier for running, his actions said he was anything but sorry. You want to in the back of this car right here? Right here. Oh, my bad. Carrie, absolutely not. Stop. Stop right now. Do not go on the road. [ __ ] [Music] Run on the ground on high street. Why would you do that? Sorry. Are you kidding me? You're trying to get somebody out. You all right, bro? Are you okay, man? You trying to run again? Okay. Step out. Take that out. You're good. Take You want to get something? You're right. No, my problem. You had him. He's in search. I get more money than any of you. Yeah, I pull that off. Good. The officer was right. Running down the street while surrounded by officers with his handscuffed behind his back was not only stupid, but completely futile. And to make matters worse, an officer was injured in the pursuit. This dude ran from us. Okay. We put him in the back of the car. He took off running again. Okay. So, you all right? Did you slip and fall? Yeah. I attacked him here. All right. [Music] Here's his ID. All right, bro. All right. Just relax. My back. Okay. All right, man. So, it was it was it it was our suspect. We caught him first. We caught him over there. Uhhuh. I was put in the back of the car when I went to open the door. I let go of me too. Okay. The first time. Yeah. I just hit that I hit that car. Bent backwards from the back of my back. Okay. You hit your car. No, he hit Sanchez's car. He He took off from us. Yeah, I know. He's hurting. He's His backs are my back. I scorpion. We caught him. He ran from us. We caught him right here. He crashed. We had our lights on. He ran when we we saw him come off of Is he in your car? 18. Okay. Me and Bobber were right behind him. He was swerving, sliding everywhere. He then he ran through Hudson and hit that car. He jumped out. We caught him over here. Went in the back at 31. And when I opened the door, two runs again. How did you get her? And I just I just hit the side of this car right there. Where that dent is, I just squirt on the back of the car. So my lower back probably like I don't know back. Did you Were you in the car or were you I was chasing the guy. I was outside the car. You were chasing I hit the car. The car didn't Oh, you ran into the car. Yeah. As there were multiple occupied vehicles involved in the collision, EMS would have a busy evening treating injuries. Thankfully, the fire department was also on scene to help extract all the victims, including the female passenger. Yeah, I know. I hit the desk. I think I'm okay. I think maybe like my knee probably just like it probably hit a nerve or something when I hit like I can bend it a little bit but it's just like my skin feels numb. My assumption is he's probably ovi. So we go talk to him real quick to find out that cuz we might as well slap that on him too. Yeah. Yeah. So what happened to the car crash? Right. But before that, we were driving. Holy [ __ ] Were you in the front passenger or the back? Why did you guys in front of the police car? What's that? I don't know. You're not in trouble. I'm just I'm trying to figure out what happened. He might see. You want to come out, man? So you feel better. Come out, bro. Come out so you can go outside. There you go. Hey, he's fine. Brady. Yeah. What's your name, dude? Bo. Bo. B O. Okay. It looked like the trio was highly intoxicated, which would explain Boseport driving skills and his stupid decisions. The officers then transported the suspects to the station for further questioning. So, watch your ride, dude. Um, I'm going to be honest. Mhm. Regretless regretful things in the morning. Yeah. This one's probably going to cause you to go to prison, brother. Were you just peeing in the corner? Yes. Why the heck were you peeing in the corner? Uh, I couldn't hold it. I'm be honest. Okay. Remember when somebody said, "Hey, if you need to do it, wave." I waved. You didn't know? Well, they're monitoring it, so they would have told us. I'm sorry. I had to go. How are you? Good. How are you, Mom? Right. Yes. This is my card. Okay. Um, he was involved in an accident. I don't know if he told you that. Yeah. Uh, I guess his friend uh they were I guess they had been drinking. Maybe there was some weed. He took off from us. He stroke they stroked like a three different cars. Someone went ended up in the hospital. Luckily, he's fine. He ended a pretty bad accident. Like really bad. Yeah. The truck was like mount. It sounds like it somebody was pretty pretty hurt. So he was in the back of the passenger. He got cleared by medics. So, uh, he's just been throwing up a little. Okay. He's definitely probably about to get subpoena for court on this case. So, just to let you know, he's an adult, but just to let you know. Thank you. He's good to go. All right. You guys have a good night. All right. You, too. I appreciate you so much. See you. Bo was charged with criminal damage, felonious assault, DUI, fleeing and eluding, aggravated vehicular assault, driving under suspension, possession of drugs, and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and they suspended his driver's license for 3 years. On May 31st, 2023, a police officer pulled over an extremely entitled Karen after she failed to obey a stop sign at a four-way intersection. After turning on his emergency lights, she eventually turned into her driveway where the officer confronted her. Get back in the car. I need your license. I was barely You was barely over here. This is This is a traffic stop and I'm stopping you. I need your license. Okay. And I need your driver's license even behind me. How do you even know? I stopped. I need your driver's license. I stopped. Don't start with me. I need your driver's license. Don't start with me. So 51 1038. You going to give me your license? You're not getting my license. Okay. So you bring whoever you need to bring my lieutenant. Okay. Well, bring them. Bring them. Don't go outside the house. I can do whatever I want to. Okay. It don't I I saw you stop. Stop trying. No, you're not going to tell me that because I stopped. I stopped because my baby was crying and then when I proceeded, I kept going. You was You was coming up over the hill. You wasn't even behind me, nor was you at the stop sign. The sheer level of entitlement it takes to try and order a police officer around is absolutely insane. This woman wanted to channel her inner Karen. So, it won't be surprising if she continues disobeying him and then plays the victim when she winds up in handcuffs. Right now, you're not free to go. So, stay out here. Of course, I can't be your license. You're behind me. Your license. I'm waiting till your lieutenant get here. I can do that. Okay. And I need your license. You don't run nothing in this yard. Okay. Is this her? So I'm coming here. Okay, he's coming up 28. He's coming up the He's not even behind me. My baby in the car. She cried. I stopped at the stop sign. I didn't even see he We wasn't even face to face at the fourway right here. Ma'am, hold on. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. Hold on. Hold on. Because Street 294 Street didn't even get things ready just to give him your license. Cuz I'm not getting no citation. Well, he might have not have gave you citation. He told me I was getting one. Well, if you acted like you're acting right now because I'm pissed off. Why would you? We to stop. Sorry. You're not even behind me. How can you Let me tell you what happened over here so you can talk to her. Course anybody would be upset. Anybody would stay. To be clear, it's natural to be upset. But she's an adult and that doesn't give her the right to call the shots and order the officer around. If she wanted to be left alone, all she had to do was hand over her license. If she wanted to dispute the traffic stop, she could do so in court. Supervisor, if you want a just about to do this, you're not going to do that with I don't care. You don't want nothing in this yard. Come over here. You're getting You're making things way worse than what they have to be because way worse when he stopped me. He has a right to stop you, mammoth. He believes that you conducted some type of traffic violation. How can he think that when we was not at the doorway together, nor was he behind me. He was coming over the hill when I proceeded to go. Okay. 642. That's what I'm telling you. Why are you at Yeah. I don't I don't know if he's driving your ticket or not. Why do I have to Why do I have to go out of my way for somebody who did an illegal stop? Why? I shouldn't have to. Well, what he described to me, I wasn't here. I don't know exactly what happened. We We wasn't here. He couldn't even explain it to me. I'm explaining it to him. So, what did he say? Well, he he observed you going through the fourway. Not stop sign when he's not even Well, he admitted to me that he was not sitting at the stop sign. He was approaching it. So, how can he tell you I didn't stop? You don't even see my brake lights. The Karen Inner is really coming out. Just compare the woman's approach with the officer's calm demeanor, continuing to be combative and acting like she was in charge. There was only one way this could end. You understand what he's saying? I'm sure it's in charge. You know what I told you? I ask you for your license. You said you weren going to give me one, right? I told you this is illegal. Do what you had to do. I don't care. You're going to be placed under arrest for instruction and you're going to get a citation for the [ __ ] Okay. All you had to do was give me your license. Well, fine. Do what you had to do. I'm going to turn my car off. I'm going to do what I need to do. No, you're not. Yes, sir. Ma'am, don't make it no worse. Let me turn it off. You want me to turn off understand you're still not following the directions here? I need you to turn around, put your hands on your back. What you have to do? Can you check? You're gonna be placed under arrest for obstruction and you're going to get because he said that I had obstruction charge because I'm ina you doing the most moving. So I'm telling you to stop moving. Just put the cup on my hand. It's not that hard. Well, stop moving. I can do that. Stop moving, ma'am. Just Just twist because he's doing the most. Let my hand go. First of all, I'm trying to put the handcuff on you. Ma'am, ma'am, just don't put another threat in charge. Ma'am, get your hand off my hand. I know what to do. I know what to do with Jasmine. Put your hand Put your hand. Well, put it back there. Put your hand behind your back. Stop. Stop resisting now. Wait. She stopped resisting. Okay. Okay. Stop moving. Stop moving. Ma'am, unfortunately, you're going to have to ride with me. Okay. While she continued to resist from start to finish, her family came out and yelled at the cops, insinuating they were the bad guys. Suddenly, it became crystal clear where she learned this type of behavior. She had no one to blame but herself for her predicament. She's a woman. If she would just do what we as she do not have to j up like that. I need to make sure the handcuffs I need to make sure the handcuffs. The handcuffs is on. I need to double lock them. Ma'am, too much cash and stuff. You don't even have to do all of that. I do, ma'am. No, you don't. Get in the car. 51. Close the door. Put the seat belt on. You understand why you're under arrest? I heard what you said the first time. Stop talking to me. Do you want them to turn your car off? Look, you want them to have the keys or you want to take the keys with you? Email alarm. Leave me alone. So, you want them to have the keys, correct? My car is in the yard where it need I mean, I know you want them to have it, correct? Stop talking to me. Okay. Do you want us to let them have the car? Do we need to tow it? You want them touch that car? Why is it Why is in my granddad's yard? All you have to say, yes, I want them. I told you to stop talking to me cuz what's my is in the yard where it need to be. They turn it off. Okay. So, you want them to have it. Okay. All right. I swear you have. She was charged with obstruction and got a citation for failing to stop at a stop sign in Florida. An officer noticed a truck towing a boat driving well under the speed limit on the highway. However, when he pulled the truck over, things quickly went south when the driver refused to cooperate. Hello. Hi, I'm Deputy L with the sheriff's office. What can I have? Uh, so we got called to Sunshine Key about you and then on the way up there, I saw you going 15 miles an hour and Okay, that's not legal. You can't do that. Can do what? You can't drive that slow under the speed limit. It's a safety hazard. It's a safety hazard for you to be on the road driving that slow under the speed limit. Correct. Do you have your driver's license on? I don't care. Okay, fantastic. Good for you. I need your driver's license. You're wet. Okay. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Unlock the car and get out now. Calm down. Get out of the car now. Calm down. I am. Come here. You You want to You want to try? Get out. Oh my god. My truck the truck in park now. Put it in park now. Put it in park now. Code four one resistant. Put it in park. Get out of turn around. Put your hands behind back now. Put your hands behind your Put your hands back. Stop pulling away from me. Stop pulling away from me. You're going to get tased. Stop pulling away from me. You're going to get tased. Stop. Stop. I am. Stop pulling away from me. You're going to get tased. It's in your back right now. Okay, stay right there. The man claimed he was in the process of getting his license for the officer. However, he still questioned why the officer asked him to hand it over. The officer may have been quick to use force, but on the other hand, this guy should have simply handed it over when asked by the officer. So, in the state of Florida, when you're told to identify yourself on a traffic stop by law enforcement, I did. Saying no when I say give me your driver's license is not comp. Can you have this on recording, please? Yes, it is on recording. Just like when I told you to step out of the car and you said no. I tried to open your door. You grabbed my hand and pushed me away. But now law enforcement. That's not exactly what I was doing. You grabbed my hand. That's felony. Oh my god. I was trying to Hello. Is there anyone else inside the car or shoot? My children and our his service dog. Okay. My husband has a traumatic brain injury, so his ability to process information and respond effectively is impaired. I was going to try to I think his wallet is here in the boat. I was going to grab it. He has a brain injury card. His legal caregiver in addition to being his spouse. While it may indeed be true that he suffered a traumatic brain injury, if his wife doubled as the man's caregiver, maybe she should have been the one driving that heavy truck that was towing a boat down the highway. Problem though, is that when I tell someone to give me their ID and they say no, that's refusal to identify. Did he say no? He said no. No, he was not. And then when I tell him to open the door and he says no, that's again refusing an order from Hold on, I'm talking. That's refusal to ident to identify himself and refusal to exit the vehicle, which is an order from law enforcement officer. Furthermore, when I reach inside the car to unlock the door and he grabs my hand, that's felony battery on law enforcement. Fourth, when I do finally get the car door open and he pushes me away, that's battery on law enforcement. He cannot touch me. Okay? it. I don't I don't The brain injury that sucks. I'm very sorry for you and your family. He cannot touch me. He cannot refuse orders that I give to him. This is a legal lawful traffic stop. He's impeding the flow of traffic going 10 mph on US1. You cannot do that. The man and his wife both apologized to the officer. However, while the tension was easing, the officer still had bad news for the man's wife. It's clear in Florida law. You can't go around grabbing police officers just because you have a disagreement. So, unfortunately, I do have to take him to jail because he grabbed me. Okay, I could look past the initial refusal to give me his ID at first, and it I didn't I didn't give him 20 chances to do it, but if I tell someone to give me their ID and they say no or what for, I understand what you're saying. He was reaching for the glove box, um, I don't know that that's what he's looking for. If he's telling me no or what do you need my ID for? To me, that's that's a no. That's I'm not giving it to you. Okay. The the the problem though is that when I tried to get him out of the car, he grabbed my hand. He pushed my hands away from him and then I'm trying to put him in handcuffs and he's pulling and turning away from me. Because of that, I have to take him to jail. Is there any way you I have to take him to jail. Is there any way you can have the mercy in you to view it like someone with autism? You know that an autistic person would do something similar when someone's grabbing them. It's like an instinctive response if they're mental. If his mental capacity is so diminished that he doesn't know not to put his hands on a police officer, he should not have a driver's license. Okay? So, either he is more mentally incapacitated than the state of whatever state his driver's license is out of knows, uh, or he's more intelligent than you're leading me to believe. The woman claimed that her husband went through an intensive driving test to get his license. However, she also said there were no training components that would have instructed the man how to interact with law enforcement. Why? Why was he going so slow? Because we drove from here. We were headed to Marathon to get gas and food and as we were driving down the road, he realized that the trailer was like bouncing too much and he didn't feel safe driving it. So he pulled over at that gas station and he was just stressed and flustered and just kind of decided to get on the road and try to go slow coming back here to get cuz when I was heading up there I saw you guys. I don't you probably saw me pass you uh when you were heading south and then when I pulled in there he the manager there said that he was not very nice to them that he flicked them off and that he was very rude. Um he he just got extremely stressed and worried about driving the boat. He was frustrated that he couldn't just use the ramp to scoop the boat forward. And I tried apologizing to the management there and explaining, you know, that he has a brain injury. So normal things that would stress anyone. Yeah. Amplify with him or more stressful for him. I wouldn't have even given him a ticket. I was just going to tell him that he was driving slow and he can't drive that slow on US1. And all I needed was his driver's license. Is there anything you can like modify the report where has fallen out of the vehicle and he grabbed two to brace himself. Not grab I'm not going to I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to perjure myself for someone I don't know. I'm going to watch my body camera and car camera and I'm going to go word for word and action for action when I write the report. What a shock. The woman actually asked the officer to lie and modify the report to say something that didn't happen. She was lucky to not be in handcuffs just for that. Nolan pulling away from me is resisting. Refusing refusing an order is resisting. Nolan, what order? Grabbing my hand is resisting. Give you my hand and assure you I got a part. Grabbing me by the my fingers is not trying to help me. Not mean to grab you. I promise. Nolan, I'm going to review the body camera video when I when I write the report and I'm going to be very honest in the report and I'm going to put exactly what happened and I will document, like I said, what you're telling me about your brain injury. Hopefully, once he's free to go, the man will take a course on dealing with law enforcement. Either that or next time he should let his wife do the driving. On the 5th of May 2024, an officer saw a vehicle driving over the center median in a place where it was clearly illegal to do so. In response, he pulled the vehicle over. Driver, lower the window. Driver, lower the window. Lower the window all the way down. Morning. [Music] How you doing? You say the reason why I stopped you this morning, man. Good. You can't Excuse me. I'm bored. Can you see? Let me see your driver's license. I pulled you over because you came out of Metro West and you crossed the meeting when you're not supposed to. And there's a sign there says do not enter. Driver's license. What does not enter? Driver's license. What says? Driver's license. Driver's license, please. You don't have it. All right. Shut off the car. Shut off the car. If you don't listen to my order, I'm going to detain you in handcuffs. Shut off the car now. It was yet another ridiculous display of entitled behavior. She had clearly broken the law, and in addition, she was driving without a license. She was in no position to throw a temper tantrum like a child. And in typical Karen fashion, she only made things worse on herself. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. And I'm pregnant. So you touch Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Leave me alone. I got her. I got her. Stop. Leave me alone. I didn't do the seat belt. It's not on. It's not on. Stop. Leave me alone. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Take me out for what? Stop resisting. cuz you're resisting a lot. I'm going to put y'all in your face cuz I promise you I didn't do that. Stop. Stop. [Music] No. Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. I Stop resisting resisting. Stop resisting. You're hurting my arm. You're hurting my arm. Stop. You're hurting my arm. Stop resisting. the off. Now you get charged with resisting violence. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop. I will tase your snack the Since she's pregnant, she should have just cooperated with the officer and quietly received her citation. Instead, she got into a physical altercation and almost got herself tased. It's beyond comprehension how anybody can be that dumb. Let go of my leg. I can walk. Stop. Stop kicking. Let go of my leg. Let go of my leg. I can walk. Stop. You guys are pushing on my stomach. Let go of my leg. I can walk. Let go of my leg. Too bad. You're going to jail. I'm not going nowhere. No, you're going to jail. Stop pushing. Okay. Let go of me. Stop my bro. Get on the other side forward across. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. If you don't get pointed, stop. Okay. What is Stop touch me, you stupid. Let me go. Let me go. What an absolute nightmare. It was scary to think that she'd soon be a mother and would raise a child with that attitude. With the woman now secured in the back of a cruiser, the cops prepared to take her to jail. We're going to tow that car. You told someone to pick it up. I have to be at my appointment. Well, then you should have thought about that before you got the attitude. I didn't do anything wrong. Yes, you did. Didn't do nothing wrong. I crossed the thing. I put my There's a sign says clearly do not pass it right there. You can fight it in court. No, it doesn't say that. It say that nowhere. Yeah, it does. No, it did not. I mean, you No, you did, man. Cuz I saw you. I saw you from where I was at. That's why I pulled you over. I did. No, you didn't. What? What did I do then? You crossed through the medium and you went through the You went through the lane that you're not supposed to. Wait, wait, wait, wait. You came out of metro place and you went straight ahead. I don't want to. But I need to go. I don't want to. If you don't if you don't if you don't stop acting, you're going to be here. The woman tried claiming that she just made a U-turn, but the officer clearly saw her as she broke the law. And once again, if she'd like to dispute what he claimed, she'll be given the chance in court. However, throwing a temper tantrum was not going to help her case. Oh my god. You can't tell me I did not come out of central place. Yes, you did. Live there. I saw you come out of there. No, I did not. Yes, I did. Wrong car. No, I saw you. No, you did not. Yes, I did. I turned I live. Okay, but I saw you come out. All right. That's where I not only did I see you come out. You don't have a valid driver's license. I have one. You told me you did. I have I have it on my phone. I don't have it with me. I'm in a restaurant. Well, then all you had to do was And I don't have it. All you had to do I have it on my phone. All you had to do All you had to do All you had to do is I know I need it. Yeah. You threatened to spit in the officer's face and you fought with resistance. Are you going to give me your first name, ma'am? I just told you guys. Well, no. I'm the arresting officer. I need it. What is your first name? Can Can she tell you it's on my phone? I have all my You can tell me. You have a mult I will charge a Jane do. Okay. I will book you in as Jane do. She wants to fight and say she's going to spit on officers. I'm not playing this game anymore. We're not doing this. I pulled you over to a valid traffic stop. You want to start this? We're not doing this. They charged the woman with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. She also got several tickets, including unlawfully crossing a median, failure to stop her yield before a ride- on red, failing to carry and present a driver's license on demand, and refusing to obey a lawful order from law enforcement. If you're ever pulled over by police, just remember to remain calm and follow orders. As long as you keep it polite and do as you're told, chances are in no time at all you'll be on your way. However, if you fail to comply with the officers and cause a scene, you might find out how it feels to be an entitled driver who learns a quick lesson in karma.
