traveling through cord delene Idaho at a liquor store both Father and Son recorded people going in and out of the store eventually people complained about them and the store employee decided to call the cops on them watch what happens when officer kayapa arrives at the scene would you like these gentlemen to leave your pardon me would you like them are they good here or you want them to leave we you my ID I will be arrested you will you just ear yourself a lawsuit happy day Mr Gutterman claims that he is lawfully permitted to film the liquor store since it is a public property that is state-owned moreover the officer claims that he will be arrested for obstruction if Mr Gutterman fails to provide his ID however according to the Fifth Amendment Mr Gutterman is within his rights to deny identification watch how the standoff proceeds so listen they want you trespassed right I just gave her my ID and no listen they want you trespassed right they have no lawful reason to ask me to be trespassed but they do it's their business there's no lawful reason this is State Property I'm standing here taking pictures you're going to arrest me for taking photographs in public Mr Gutterman claims that he can't be trespassed from public property unless he has committed a crime watch how the encounter ends no listen it's business right so they want you trespass meaning you can't come in that's fine trespass me you just earned yourself a lawsuit no that's they want you trespassed right going to well you guys are the ones demanding my ID under threat of arrest we facilitate it right you just facilitated a lawsuit against cordelane and I'm going to win and that's the way that goes and I'm going to name you personally and you're qu I'm informing you right now that you're violating that's just our policy these are officers from the Denver Police Department on April 24th 2018 several officers visited riseup Community School a charter school in Denver public school the officers were looking for a minor who was allegedly involved in a shooting incident that had occurred the night before before entering the school premises the officers questioned some students outside the building after that the officers inquired if the student they were looking for was present in the school and the school management informed them that probably he was present the school management
