Okay. All right. Stand up. God damn it, bro. Taking me to jail for no reason. I'm just trying to come to work, bro. Who's the guy in the blue hoodie? One more time. Be calm. Yeah. Who is he to the server? Losing a job, of course, is never easy. But what happens when employees really don't take the news? Well, these employees become their own worst enemies when they make their lives 10 times worse after getting fired. You snatch the laptop for me and I told you to snatch it from me. Like, don't play with me. Don't be rude because you you got the upper hand right now. Don't cuz I'm about to snap. On the 28th of May 2024, a local leasing office called police when a female ex employee became disruptive after getting fired. When police arrived on scene, the employee readily identified herself and the first responding officer recognized her. I'm right here. Go down. I'm right here. What's going on? It wasn't necessary. Miss April want to crunky my office and I'm sick of it. You feel me? You let me go be a and it's cool. No, it's cool. We know each other. It's cool. But I should have beat that and that's on everything. I should have beat that and that's on everything. I got you. Look. No, that I've been too good at this motherucking place and she let me go on some personal and it's good. But I'm telling you, I'm tired of her being little with me. I should have sat her. That's on God. What? You're upset. No, very much so. because I have gained too much time in this mothering place and people treat you up and that up and I should have snapped her and then you could have took me and I would have went politely. After her emotional outburst at the officer, the woman tried to get back in her car and leave. But the officer explained that until their investigation was complete, she was not free to leave. I don't want to talk to that. I'm done with that cuz if you put me back in there, you going to put me a handcuff back in there. I don't want I don't want to talk to her. It ain't nothing to talk about. That lady sat in there and and she get how the would you feel if you was in a position and somebody laughed at you from letting you go? That set me off. First of all, something I had a party on Saturday. You wanted to control everything. Yes. You said it was too much noise. You had an issue about the hookah. But you can't have a problem about people smoking hookah when you a property manager and you smoke cigarette. It's the same. You feel me? We had a DJ. You had an issue with that. Okay, you came and talked to me on Saturday and everything you asked me to do, right? I did that. The woman also claimed she had personal items on her work computer. She wanted to delete those items, but the leasing office took the computer away from her, prompting the woman to get extremely upset. You poking the wound. The wound already there and you saying little and you doing little and I'm just supposed to take that. N you already know how I rock. I ain't like that. I took a lot of from this lady. So, this was my opportunity to say how the I felt and I did. Let me delete the stuff off of this computer because it's my personal stuff, right? Cuz it's my computer. Like my email and all my stuff is linked to that. That's all I wanted to do. Got to bite my tongue. You come flying down the thing. I should have beat her. Yeah. The way it came in was because that's how she perception is reality. Because the officer knew the woman already, he called for an additional unit. In doing so, he could eliminate any potential bias in the investigation. The officer then went to the building to speak to the manager who'd made the complaint. How's gone? You all right? Uhhuh. Okay. So, I talked to her. Now, Steph, I want to get Were you here for this as well? I'll get your the end of it. I'll just get you guys' statement as far as what happens. Just being completely transparent. So, one, I know she's to my understand she's been terminated, whatever from here. So we can fill out a ban as far as that stuff goes where she comes back trespassing but two like blatantly articulating so like there's no there's no question there all day she told me that she was going to be on stuff which that's not and the 911 operator heard it too and so did my boss. Well as far as that stuff goes if that is something that you are wanting us to proceed with that is something we can do. I had another officer coming out as far as that stuff goes I'm going tell them what I've been told and they'll make their own determination that way. As far as this stuff goes, um, can you just give me a rundown of basically what transpired? She told me, you know, the stuff with the laptop that So, we brought her in the office to let her go. My boss was on teams. Okay. And to let her go, of course, she started screaming at me and yelling. And when she finally stormed out, my boss was like, "Do you have the keys?" And I said, "No, I'll go get them right now." And I left the door open. And I went and grabbed the keys. And I said, "I need you to just get your stuff and just leave." And she grabbed the computer. And I said, "Dante, I need you not to touch our property." And she goes, "I'm going to do whatever I want. This is my I got personal here." And I said, "You shouldn't have. It's work computer." And I went to shut the laptop. And she grabbed it and told me, "I better back to or she's going to beat my or whatever." It's standard practice that any business done on a workisssued computer is the property of that business after termination. The manager said she feared for her life because the woman said that if she left the building, she'd make good on her threats to hurt the manager. She came around and she's standing here and she's yelling and of course I'm the devil and I'm a racist and just everything like that and going on and on and then I was just trying to wait for her to leave and then she threatened me again and she came and she got in my face and she's like this and I kept backing up and I said, "I need you to back up and get out of my face. I don't know what happened. I did something. She call and then she literally I don't want to touch you. Um she literally I kept backing up and I said get the hell out of my face and she's like what are you going to do? And then she hit me with her stomach and was pushing me back. Oh she mushed you and like it was like this Jesus Christ and I was like you need to back up off me because well honestly Damian I didn't want to lose my job and I didn't know if I like bumped her back or whatever. Then I at that point you're in self-defense like fully transparent. I just didn't know and I just like the last thing because I I know how she is and I knew this would get turned around and then I assaulted her somehow and I wasn't going to have that situation. The manager insinuated that the woman had played the victim before when in reality she's always been the aggressor. The officer explained that any unwanted touch is simple battery. As far as with the property and stuff, would you like her banned from the property as well? Absolutely. Saturday night after the deal that happened out here. I came out whenever that wasn't on duty back. I thought I was worried about my house getting shot up like honest to god with the type of people that were there. Yeah, there was a lot of uh a lot of people and they were they were not happy with I set Pax into bark mode. I had her I had her barking to clear it out. So if I tell Pax speak, she'll start and she was she scared people in there. But yeah, um let me do the band stuff. I'll come back, get with you guys, see what you want to do, and then we'll go from there. The officer didn't want to tip the woman off that they were planning on charging her because more than likely she was not going to take it too well. The cops then tried to strategize on how to best deliver the bad news. All right, we'll be back. So, as far as this goes, this is Sorry. This is a band form. This is basically telling you that you're not supposed to be back on the property. So, you know, I'm not coming back, right? And I don't even feel comfortable. I ain't never dealt with this type of stuff and I don't even feel comfortable signing my name on this type of stuff. Do you just tell me you're refusing sign? I'll write you. I'm not signing my name on that because I don't even deal with y'all. Like not even trying to be funny. Like I don't got no background and I don't get in trouble. I get it. So I got I'm going to just tell you what it says just aware. He kind of explained it to me too while y'all was doing it. So I can't come back up here for no reason, right? Like no parking lot, not through the gates. You ain't got to worry about it. I'm not coming back up here. The woman then tried to act friendly with the officer, trying to get on his good side, even going so far as to claim that she might be the real victim here. But by that point, the damage was done already, and the cops were already warned that she might try to change her story. You got something to say to me? What's that? You good? How you feel? You can talk to me. It's a beautiful day. You It's a beautiful It's It's It feel like Monday. It's Tuesday, but I just got a question. Can I brush this on her? If as far as this stuff goes, so I'll give you a case number as well. Yeah. I feel like because the like snatching the lap out for me like I should have snapped her like not even being funny. I just feel like I feel like she I felt like you wanted me to do something to you like I feel like that was antagonistic or something. As far as the stuff goes, she's wanting to press charges for ain't nobody torture her. So, but you got to understand like I explained this to you can't come in my space to snatch something from me. When I ask Shante, can I take it off? Like you get what I'm saying? I don't care about no presses, no charges. Well, I'm telling you, as far as as what she's saying, the witnesses are saying, and what you've told me, assault is there. So, I got to got to detain you right now. I'll take you. But I didn't do anything to get obtained. While the cops had multiple witnesses that backed up the manager's story, the woman still claimed she was innocent. And on top of that, the cops already requested the security footage, which the leasing office was getting for them. What about the things that she said to me? Her There's no camera in her office. You get what I'm saying? It's no camera in her office. What about the things she said to me? Like you got if you going to do it one side and I'm not mad, you got to do it both sides because I didn't put my hands on her. Like she threatened me too. So with this and all stuff. So I'm going to give you the same thing as far as what she's getting the whole case report number thing. Yeah. But so but you arrested me, right? So in this as But I got kids at home. So I don't have nobody with my kids. You get what I'm saying? So what you want me to do about my kids? Just f my kids. They don't have no daddy. They just got their mom. But I'm out. I don't have nobody to call them. Well, she should have thought about that before she threatened to assault someone. She could have avoided the entire situation if she hadn't been so eager to pick a fight after getting laid off. I don't have a support system. I don't have no one. So, you about to arrest me and my kids about to be home by themselves until who knows how long. So, I know Wednesday you'll go before the judge. These people about to arrest me for like this is crazy because this to you really quick. Oh, because I don't now I'm thinking about my kids. Like I don't know what to do about my kids. Just listen to me. So, what I'm allowed to do as far as because this is a misdemeanor, I can do a release on subpoena. So, what I'm going to do as far as all this stuff goes is I'm going to write up an A and B. So, we're going to write up an A and B. You're still going to get a court date. You still have to go before the court as far as all this stuff goes. Okay? Please do not miss that. Otherwise, they can cut out a warrant. But then if I write this up to where as far as release on subpoena, you can take your car and you can go home to your kids. Is that something that please works for you? As far as I'm not going to miss my court date. Okay. The woman wasn't even grateful to the officer for devising a solution so she wouldn't have to go to jail. It was crystal clear that they fired the woman for throwing a party that was against the rules while working at the leasing office. I will say this as you writing it in in your report. Um, when I was sitting in her office, like she was smiling like this was funny to her. She was getting a kick out of it. So, it made me get upset. Y'all didn't even give me a chance to explain my side. So, it was pretty much what she said is what it is. Now, granted, when we was out there having a good time, you say residents felt the way. I live in the building and I didn't have an issue with that. Okay. Maybe some did, but there were people out there with us. So, when the second set of officers come, cuz I wasn't there when the first one came, is it too loud? He said, "No." Right. Yeah. I say, "Am I say, are we doing something wrong?" I said, "Because I work here. If I'm doing something wrong, then I'm held accountable just like they are." She came and she told me, she said, "I need you to move the DJ in the clubhouse, and I need you to move the hookers in the clubhouse." I did that. Fukas or Huh? Sound like hookers. No, I'm sorry. Fukas. Hookah. She told me to move it in the clubhouse. They did that. Yeah. Everything you asked me to do, I did. So, I didn't understand what the problem. problem. I'm going tell you what the problem was. And I hate making it black and white. It was a bunch of black people out there. We was up having a good time. That was it. But I'll let you do your thing. I'm going to All right. Get out of here. I'm going to get with her and then Yeah. Oh my god. My head. When someone's smiling at you, even if it is annoying, it doesn't equate to them assaulting you. If someone does something you don't like, then walk away. Don't try and beat them up or threaten to do so. It's that simple. She was later charged with disorderly conduct and assault. At a local Walmart, employees called the cops regarding a female employee who had just been terminated and was refusing to leave respectfully. When they arrived on scene, they were met by the manager and were told what transpired before they arrived. What's up, man? How's it going? Good. Um, got an associate um in here. She's being terminated. Okay. She's refusing to leave the building, being loud, disrespectful, cutting, disrupting business operations. We just want her escorted out. I was going to transfer a highly dropped. Just didn't sign anything. Okay, I don't care. But I just want her out of here. All right, sounds good. She's in the back. Okay. Just in case things got out of hand, the cops called for another unit to come help. While those officers were in route, they walked to the back of the store and the employee was there refusing to leave. Yeah. Shut. All right. You got to get out. You're going to need to place. I'm getting out. Okay. But like now, not later. Now. Thank you. The suspect, Re Janelle, was fired because she was caught stealing. She obviously had no respect for law enforcement or her place of work as she continued being disrespectful and vile to both her co-workers and the officer. Listen, [Music] you get off the property. Off the property. No, you have to get off the property. This entire property. Three from look at two. How far are you up? The officer realized it would take a serious effort to get Reganel to leave. So, he checked on his backup to see when they'd be arriving. She seemed to think she had a right to stay there. But a business establishment can trespass anyone they want. [Music] I'm just waiting for you to do that. So is that your vest or is that Walmart's property? That vest you're wearing? Shut up. The vest you're wearing. It's mad. It's mad. It's mad. I think you going to get it back. You want to take coffee? You okay? Oh, don't get hurt until she gets back. That's okay. Just to confirm you want to arrest for trespassing. Yes. Okay. Okay. Okay. I don't care. I get the officer witnessed Reagan threatened not only himself but also the other employees with violence, all while talking with someone on her cell phone. And while she did leave the store, she was still refusing to leave the premises. The officer waited for backup before approaching the woman again. What's her name? Reginel. Reginel. Okay. That's not my name. Regel, you're under arrest for trespassing. How am I trespassing? Stand up. Don't touch me. Okay. Stand up. Okay. Both of you don't have to touch me. I'm just putting your phone away. Move. Stop. Listen. If you stop moving, okay? You're going to be arrested for resisting. I don't give a Okay. What's your name? I ain't got no name. Okay. Well, no name. Stop moving. Okay. Stop grabbing my arm so tight next to your face. Okay. Okay. Well, that's not going to happen. I don't like he get the off. [Music] Here you go. Hold that. Now watch what happened to you. Be ready. If she had just left the Walmart after being terminated, she could have avoided having a criminal record. She had no one to blame but herself. When the officers walked Reganell to the squad car, she followed through on her threat to spit at the officer. Get inside. Get inside. I don't give a So, you really don't have a name? Okay. How old are you? ain't got no age. Seriously, is that what you're going to do? You going to act like you're five when I know you're not? Yo, man. All right. While she sat in the back of the squad car, they continued their investigation and went back inside Walmart to speak with witnesses. One of the employees claimed Reanel had assaulted her. Mother hit me, too. She want to come work until you finish. All right. You want her charged for trespassing, conduct, assault, battery, the whole deal, right? She said she coming back. Yeah, she did. So, you heard that yourself. So, she asked for team lead. Then they said, "You know what? We got to talk to you anyways. You haven't shown up to work. You're terminated or you going to be terminated?" He said that you on my list, but he wasn't talking. But she just went off. Okay. Like and I'm like, "Hold up, wait a minute. That's how you talk to me." Okay. And she's like, "You should." Okay. And then when she walked out the office, she called and he walked with her to go see the personnel. Okay. So we can terminate her because now we're going to terminate you for most of this time. Right. Right. And then she went in the personnel and went off on the uh personnel pel. Okay, if that's how she treated her bosses and co-workers, there was no telling what she was capable of doing to customers. The cops then asked to speak with Dominic, the team leader at the store to get further information. Mr. Dominic. Okay, so you're the one that she initially got a little upset with. Okay, Dominic. How do you spell your last name? Brewer. I'm going to use uh Okay, that's all I need. And then so kind of she told me that you had to talk to about being absent and then you said and then she just went off before you can even explain or talk to her and then you took over to get terminated and that's when she went off. Okay. All right. All right. Sounds good. Thank you very much. The officer finished the reports and then got ready to drive Reganell to jail. She seemed completely unbothered by what she'd done or what the consequences might be for the crime. Sit in the seat so I can take the seat off. I'm leaving my seat belt on. I have to do it. If you take it off, that's going to be on you, but I got to put it on. Just sit back. I mean, you can't go anywhere. Boy, you don't know what I can do. Shut up. Don't touch me. I can get out now. I got to let you know where you're going. I'mma go where I'm going. I want to see where you going. Where else can I go? You know, one thing. You don't run this. So, I let you know that. So, you can do that. You don't tell me what to do, though. That's the thing. You're a child. I'm grown. You're not grown. I am grown. No, you acting like you four years old. I'm grown. This woman needed a major lesson in humility. Instead of just walking away jobless and with a trespass warning, she instead walked away with a wrap sheet that included trespassing, assault, and disorderly conduct. Back in 2022 in Fort Myers, Florida, it was anything but an ordinary New Year's Day. The cops got a call from a funeral home saying an ex employee was using the crematorium. Six officers arrived on scene with weapons drawn. Keep eyes over there. The person that made the 911 call said the ex employee was seen entering the funeral home and it was all caught on camera. The person they identified, George, had been recently terminated. The cops used tactical formation and used hand signals to communicate to make sure the suspect could not hear them approaching. Slowly and stealthily, they inched down a dark corridor towards a closed door that led to the crematorium. Alpha one is going to be coming at the back. Upon discovering the door was locked, the cops got in touch with the other half of the team who were strategically placed at the back of the building. Those officers waited for the suspect as they expected the man to exit. There police [Music] behind your back. Is there anyone else in there with you, sir? still inside. Okay. So, are you still employed here? I'm still employed. Are you? Yeah. I Yeah, I got it. I just know I got fired. Okay. That's not That's not what we heard. When walking through the building, the officers noticed that both incinerators were running and a body was in front of the furnace, ready to be cremated. George kept claiming that he'd done nothing wrong. Oh my god. Um, yeah. What happened? Have a seat. Have a seat, buddy. Hey, hold on. I I got to get out. Turn around. Turn around. Listen to instructions. Turn around. Face that way. Spray your feet. Spray your feet. You know what yesterday was? Not a day, buddy. Come over here. Over here. Over here. You have any weapons on you? Have a seat. Have a seat right there. So, tell us the story. What happened? George claimed he didn't know if he was supposed to come in to work that day. He said he tried to call his boss, but he couldn't get a hold of him. However, since he was clearly informed he'd already been fired, there was no reason for George to be there, and any normal person should have understood that. So, I just came to work and I saw the cremations that were that needed to be done. And I called uh I kept calling the main number. The main number kept getting answered by the answer service. She didn't know. So then I called the main receptionist at her house on her cell phone and she neglected to tell me that we're not supposed to be at work today. Hey, so tell us what's your uh employment status right now? My employ I I got it now. I got it. I got it. My employment status is fulltime employment status. Okay. Because the call that we got here, listen. So we have Let me explain you. So we hear from the you recent okay we got a call for service there was a suspicious person so imagine somebody matching the description and they say that they terminate your employment well okay someone okay doesn't know what they know you got rehired and someone doesn't know you got rehired there's probably I don't know 20 people that work here okay three or four are you one of them no is there a possibility there's a misunderstand that you were one of them. There is not. So, basically, he's saying that this is a huge misunderstanding. There is not a possibility. It's pretty unlikely this was a misunderstanding. Even if he was rehired, the security team should have been immediately updated. The man continued doubling down on his innocence and then began to explain to the cops about this work drama he was supposedly caught up in. This has been a weird I had an affair with a girl who got promoted and not ready. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And everything is and everything was very and things started to go a little sideways and I got uh See what happens when you go with the wrong check. I never learn. I used to be a firefighter. Okay. Haven't seen EMTs every time. I It's just But anyway, it was it was I got accused basically of bumping someone's shoulder and there's 17 cameras back there and violence at the workplace and I I got I got hit with that, but it was my attitude leading up to that because she was just she was at work and and it was all my fault. George told the officers that his general manager, Bob, had hired him back. So, the officers called Bob and asked him to come down and pay a visit. Watch George as he realizes that he's been caught in his big lie. I don't know. You could say no. You said it was a guy named Robert something, right? He was general manager. I was just joking. This gentleman apparently had a few disagreements. Yeah. All right. So, we're going to want charges and we want to restrict. In order to question him further, they then read George his Miranda rights. Despite his lie being exposed by his former manager, George continued to claim he'd been rehired and even tried to say that it was all just one big joke. The word of disagreement. Joking. Okay, Bob, please. They know. Are you Are you joking? Because you were joking a little while ago. I want to make sure he's not joking now. Did he have you? Yes or no? Just be honest. Yes, he did. Okay. All right. So, so if this gentleman right Oh, what's his name again? His name is Bob. So if Bob tells us and gave us a source statement says that you were not rehired, there's there's no documentation that uh you were rehired. George claimed that the night before he got numerous text messages that said he'd been rehired. However, the night before was New Year's Eve and with people out partying, the officer wondered what George's state of mind was when he received these alleged messages. Okay. Were you drinking mine? Yes. Were you impaired to the ability you couldn't understand? But no, I was not impaired to the ability. I couldn't understand. I was the truck over here. I 200 lb man. Okay. But he would just love to he's joker. He's going to do this. But please, for the love of God, I know you took your job very seriously. I respect that. Absolutely. But this is not. So you say you got messages telling you to come to work today? Yes, sir. Can you open up your phone? Oh, sure. If George could prove he'd been rehired, then the cops, of course, would have to let him go. But based on his behavior, it's hard to believe anything he said. So the cops opened his phone up and reviewed the contents of his messages. Sounds like you didn't. The only person you were texting in this message was yourself. Somebody else here. That's not true. I just assumed that I was supposed to. Okay. So, there's no documentation though. I didn't when I woke up, I knew it was New Year's Day. Yes. Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Yes, there is something that says What is it? If you could please when you get a chance. Was that like an ahead of schedule? It's a It's ahead of schedule. Okay. To be fair to George, it was possible that the alert was set before George was fired. However, an alert, of course, is not a text and it wouldn't count as proof that he was rehired. One of the cops noticed how George was talking and a very specific odor coming from him. How much you had a drink last night? Well, not enough. Well, I I can I can I can sense by your body order that you have you you have been drinking definitely. Well, I'm not I'm not going to argue that I have to work. This is a hard job. You can't just come in here and do 10 hours of cremation and come in and work the next day. That's 2,000 degree heat, right? Bodies are heavy. Come on, bud. Stand up for a second. I got your phone. We go right here. All right. While the cops wrapped things up, they detained George and placed him in the back of a squad car. He was unaware there were cameras filming and he began talking to himself. This is very painful. And that woman must be the most evil person on the planet of Earth. My life is over. car. I don't know what I George was charged with two counts of misdemeanor trespassing and he was given a bond of $1,500. However, a week later, he was apprehended again at the funeral home. So, they revoked his bond and sent George to jail. On November 8th, 2021, police officers were called to an airport when an employee entered through the wrong checkpoint. The airport staff got suspicious since the employee hadn't been properly screened before starting work. God damn work, bro. Jose right there. I was sitting up here locking. Where's your car at? Won't listen. Let me send me up here. Go to the bathroom. What? What misses? What? What's this? You give me light or something. What the did I do? I ain't do, man. I'm going home, bro. All right. Since they didn't want to alarm travelers at the airport, they removed the employee, Joseline, as quickly as they could. While they escorted her through the airport, she was mumbling to herself, claiming she had two kids she had to take care of. But then something made her really angry. I do for y'all to lock me up. Let me go. I know my yank, bro. Y'all got me up. I ain't did nothing but came the work, bro. I ain't did nothing but came the work. I ain't did nothing but came to work, bro. Let me go. Let me go. I know my face, bro. They be doing me like a What did I do? What did I do with your camera recording on? Okay. Why you trying to bring my arm? Sir, stop. What am I doing? Y'all supposed to be locking me up for what? What the did I do? Tell me what I did. I'm an American just like y'all. What did I do? I ain't do nothing but came to work. Hello. Let me know something cuz I stopped when y'all told me to stop. So what's up? Let me know what the going on. I don't know what the y'all got going on. Get off my arm, sir. Get off my arm. Cuz you trying to break my arm. Let me go. My arms already tied up. Let me go. What the y'all taking me to a car first? I did not. What the got going on? Because of how disruptive she was being, the officers took the back way, trying to avoid walking the woman through the airport. However, when Jocelyn saw the squad car, she refused to get inside. What y'all got going on? Let me go. Let me know what y'all got going on, sir. Hold on. I'm not getting in there. Search me right here. Search for me right here, sir. Sir, search me right here. I know my rights. I ain't got on me. I was at work. Famous, go over there and check. I was at work the whole time. I went to go piss. I'm not getting in that car cuz I know my rights. I need you to sit in there. I'm not sitting down. You got to get in. Sir, I'm not sitting down. You got to get in, ma'am. No, I didn't do nothing to sit in that car. You went through the check west check. You didn't stop. No, because I was going to No, you're not. You know the rules. I don't know the rules. What do you have? What do you have in your bra right here? Check my bra. I can't. I'll pull it off. Hey, um, can we get Wendy down here? She has something in her bra. I don't have nothing in my bra. Jose telling y'all that I work here. All right. Call Jose. He'll tell you that I work here. Get in the car. Okay. All right. All right. In the car for what? Sit down. Sit down. We're going to take it to our office. Watch your head. Watch your head. Okay. Y'all ain't going to keep me in the vehicle, ma'am. I I work here. I work here. I work here. Do not kick that off. Do not officer. I work here. Do not take that officer. Kicking Nobody kicking that. Nobody kicking that lock me up for no reason. The cops drove Jocelyn to the airport holding station and from inside the vehicle, she was throwing a tantrum and screaming. The cops might have to take immediate action if she became violent. All right. And here here's Wendy. Okay, here we go. Let me go. [ __ ] I don't give. Let me go. Let me go, bro. Let me let me go. Get up. Please get up. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Y'all arrested me for no reason. Let me go, man. We're trying to work with you. No, you're not. You ain't working with me with [ __ ] No. Stop lying. You ain't working with me with Stop lying. Stop lying. Stop lying. Stop lying. Shut your mouth. You nasty piece of trash. You nasty. You nasty. I got two kids to take care of. Y'all see what I'm being? I'm working. Come on. What the did I do? What did I do? I came here to work. What did I do? Help me. What do I got? I nobody let me go. I won't be a mother. Are you going to calm down or are you going to keep on with this ridiculous behavior? This I go home. The woman hadn't been properly screened and it seems she purposely went through the wrong checkpoint. She didn't seem to comprehend it, but it was a major red flag for the airport security. Instead of listening, she decided to insult the officers to try and get her way. Go ahead on, pig. Bye, piggy. Wiggly by piggly wiggly. Pig. You need to calm down. You don't do me like that for that pig. Come on. Understand. Take a deep breath. You black too and calm down. I need to not do sir. What did I do? So, can you give us an opportunity to explain to you what's going on? What's going on? Okay. If you let my fellow officer Wendy make sure that you don't have anything in your bra area. Yeah, I'll take all I'll tell you what's going on. Okay. Can you call Wendy? Let me sit up closer. You try to act like you doing something by hand. We don't holding that chair. Yeah. I want you to use it as a weapon. Stand up. Ain't nobody going to do nothing. You want to move it closer to the table? That's fine. It's close to the table. Back up away from me. Your wife like that. I don't have one though. I I guess why I see why you don't. I don't want to wait on one. I'm trying to work, sir. I'm trying to get money, sir. I'm broke. I'm homeless. I need my money and you up here locking me up for work. So, where your kids staying at, though? What did I do? Where your kids stay at? What did I do? They went the babysitter right now. What did I do? Where's the babysitter at? The babysitter is near. Near where? Why you worried about you? Why not? Are you the daddy? I'm just I I'm concerned about her children. Since the woman brought it up, the officer was doing his due diligence by asking about the welfare of her children. The officer entered the interrogation room, read Jocelyn her rights, and began to interview the woman. You said you were on your way to work, right? I was in work. Yeah. So, you went you went you went to Airside one to the to the La Familia Pizzeria, right? Famous Familia. Yeah. Famous Familia. Then I had to go pee. Okay. How did you get from wherever however it is that you got here to work? Explain that. I walked through the um I walked through the luggage area where they had the security and I kept going. Which which luggage area you are you talking about? I walked through the security and then they didn't stop. I walked through. So you went through the exit is what you're saying. Yes. Because everybody at my job walked through the exit. So, because everybody walks through the exit, you just went through the exit. You weren't screened like you're normally supposed to be screened, right? Correct. Is there a reason why you did that? You said because everyone does it. Because Aussie wasn't there and didn't come quick come quick enough and I need all of my Okay, I get it. I get it. We all have struggles. Sometimes I I run I run late for work and I got to call my supervisor and tell them, "Hey, this is what's going on." But if if I mean, if you're late, you're late. I mean, because the thing is that then we we run into situations like these, right? Jocelyn accused the officer of getting a monetary bonus for arresting her. She also claimed that regarding the first officer, she was hostile towards him because she had to go to the bathroom. When someone fights with law enforcement, they have lots of excuses, but the bathroom break excuse was a pretty lousy one. I can't do nothing with y'all. You know it. You for I'm calm down, man. But that's up, bro. That's up. That's how y'all act, bro. And y'all supposed to be sitting. Do what you need to do. This these cops hurting my you pigs. That's who was doing it. I see you up here trying to murder me and then this lady, this nice lady up here trying to murder me, but you kids don't give a Joelyn claimed that her behavior towards the officers stem from a different incident the prior week. Apparently, after calling the cops for help, she'd had a pretty bad runin with them. They fired the woman because of what she did, and she was further ordered to return her name tag as well as her employee card. What's this? Am I What's this though? check. That's what I should have used. Why y'all locking me up? I didn't do nothing. Why are you locking me up, bro? Man, y'all locking me up for no reason. Let me go. Let's do this. Okay. No, cuz you're locking me up for no reason. Hope y'all sleep good at night. Y'all time coming. Y'all coming. Hope you know that. Hope you know that it's uncomfortable. Jocelyn was placed in the back of a squad car and then taken to jail. She was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She didn't serve jail time, but instead was given probation and was banned from the airport. On November 18th, 2024, in Largo, Florida, a Windixie employee was caught stealing. She was subsequently fired, but the cops were called to handle things because she didn't take the news well. Hello. How's it going? Quick. Uh, she actually does run out front to go smoke. She's not going to run. She's already been back. Yes. Yes. Yes. I think she's going to come back. But you want to go grab her. I don't think she's going to go anywhere. She's just She has some Thank you, sir. She has like some anxiety and all that stuff. So, uh, the manager, we can freaked out if you just freaked out. Well, I No, no. I I told her the man the officer talked to is the store's regional asset protection manager and he claimed everything started when some employees spotted the woman walking out with unpaid items. It later came to light that she'd also stolen cash from the register. So over the cap course of two months um there's multiple incidents I think about 12 to 15 incidents where she's tail takes money in her pocket. Um I have I'm I'm going to put in my case report $1,200. I think it's substantially larger than that. I can't prove everything on video. Okay. Um, but she wrote a statement that I have right in here, committed to everything. Said that she's a single mom with two kids two years ago. She left divorce her co hurricanes, you know, all that just and then her medicine. She need money for medicine. So, the suspect wrote a two-page statement explaining things and she admitted fault. While two officers tried to get more information, a female officer confronted the woman outside. We just looked a cigarette for a second. Okay. Is that Is that okay? Do you want to talk to me? Um Oh, wait. I'm not confirming. I'm not going to stop you right there. When the cops reviewed the security footage, they witnessed the woman go to the register, then ring up a no sale transaction, pop the drawer open, and take out some $20 bills. Management believe that pretty much every time she stole about $100. And like I said, yeah, it started. So, she was also stealing, but I'm not cuz it's all Yeah, it's like some stuff is tough to identify with the cameras and then some stuff like I'm not adding a care about the money. the rest of the stuff we'll figure it out. That's kind of, you know, give a little bit there to do first is get on channel two, her deal numbers and call them up for wants and then prior history, right? Cuz my whole thing would also be fire history for stuff like this. I'm probably be less than discussion. The manager claims she'd been stealing for months. She was careful to pick the right moments to not call suspicion, but eventually she got sloppy. Even if they were lenient, the officers here had no other choice but to charge the suspect with a felony. Do you know the exact amounts that you were? Um, no. It was never like I told them figured it was never like over 80 bucks. Um, I would take money so I can so I can get food for my kids, especially after the hurricane cuz I had to throw everything away. Um, I don't have um family. Okay, it's me. Just you and your kids? Yes. Okay. The woman claimed that her motivation for stealing was she had to pay $200 a month for medication. She even offered to repay the store in small installment payments. But as much as the officers wanted to help her, the fact remained that she stole over $1,000. Am I going to jail? Yes. Can I call my kids? Why am I scared? Can I take these these bracelets like jacking it up? You just got to loosen them bracelet right on this one. The officers escorted the woman to the squad car. They then searched the woman's personal items and when they opened a small bag in her purse, they discovered something that made things 10 times worse. This has got little brushes, you know, for the pipe. And then there's two pipes in here. Both glass residue. Um there's a metal pick in here as well. So that's what's there. I found I found those pipes. Okay. Is it going to be Uh anyway, uh pills ar and say she said I forgot what they said I don't know something [Music] I open this in a McDonald's piece of straw on I was like oh you know do that while the manager over Don't see that very often at all, too. Look at that. So, and lucky you. I can't believe you stole all my so cool. The suspect had multiple types of some inside small pipes and she had a baggie of cocaine. Maybe that's the real motivation behind her stealing money. It shined a whole new light on her Saab stories and how cooperative she'd been the entire time. Typically that is not uncom they will usually have because if she truly for her kids wouldn't be an issue, right? And the reason why she was hoping is be super cooperative and being able to get like get that go be. So it's already been read. So if you want to ask her about what items are in the little black container ask a little embarrassing talking with crawling from my nose. Can you like make sure like you know cuz I I just have neighbors and you know the telephone game. I don't know what you're referring to cuz I don't wear sunglasses. There was a black case. Oh, no. My keychain. That Oh, that's No, my keychain. You're talking about keychain. Okay. Yeah, that's mine. The suspect, realizing now that they'd gone through her personal items, tried to distance herself from the black bag, claiming people had handed her different items and she wasn't sure if they were hers. She later stated that the little black bag was her ex-boyfriend's. Okay. So, what what was in there? What's in there? Yes. in my my age keychain. Yeah, it's Crystal. He is an alcoholic and yeah, doesn't matter. I'm going to get charged with it. It's on me. So, I'm not going to say anything else cuz there's no point. Um, when I had the order of protection, I have aderal and I have Xanax. I also have my um Venoflaxine. I don't have that on me. I don't like to bring my bottles to work because I don't want anyone to ever take medicine. So, I only bring what I need for that day. Crystal and Coke are not something you need for work. And it's also something you shouldn't possess, especially if you've got financial difficulties and are raising kids. After the officers left the woman inside the vehicle, while they wrapped things up, they overheard the woman saying something concerning. Hey, so officer L told me that you were making some confus. No, I didn't say that. I said that I have so I said I have to talk. I have to count. I have to sing songs that I know really well. So I don't have I swail out everywhere. The things I'm saying under my breath. I'm saying I have to quiet somewhere. I don't know. I'm saying I don't care about myself. Like I'm not saying anything like worse than that, but I did say, but I'm scared to go to somewhere I've never been, so I'm She was later charged with grand theft and possession of fetamine. On the 10th of February, 2025, she was given 18 months probation and a fine of over $1,000. On June 26th, 2024, the cops were called to a restaurant after a fight broke out. There was a couple inside enjoying their meal when suddenly a man ran in and attacked them. By the time the officers arrived, the man had already fled. What's going on? We got a fight. Uh we were sitting at the table when they attacked us. We had we had a young man come in and literally just start jumping on like this. And then the worker attacked me. She used to be fired and sent to prison. I'm pregnant. She needs to go to [ __ ] jail. I don't care. Haley, her name is Haley. The alleged victims here were extremely emotional and had to be escorted outside. The pregnant girlfriend claimed that her server, Haley, had ripped her hair out during the struggle. One officer spotted Haley and asked to speak to her to get her side of the story. So, these two here were in here eating? Yes. Okay. And then what happened? And I I don't know. I saw Okay. So, I I was here the whole time. myself. All right. So, she kind of came in after I I was coming out the kitchen. So, I don't know. Okay. So, he was there from the start. Yeah. Okay. All right. So, then so these two out here, those two young people were sitting there eating and then No issues. No issues. Perfectly fine. Some guy with a blue hoodie came in and just came in, started punching them and then it just got out to the floor and then we separated them. The other guy left, but then it all and then they started fighting over there. Okay. So, so these two, someone just comes in. They start fighting. Do you have cameras? Uh, yeah. Right there. I'm seeing camera. What? Show this right here. Yeah. That should aim right at what happened. Okay. All right. So, these two are fighting. You break it up. How do you get involved in it? Um, because I tried to break it up. The girl was on top. The girl basically the girl starts fighting the guy that came in and then she starts pulling her off. A man who was unknown to them came into the restaurant and attacked the couple at the table. Then the pregnant girlfriend jumped into the fight to defend her boyfriend. Haley claimed that her only involvement in the fight was to help break it up. I didn't start I didn't initially start fighting. I pulled her I tried to pull her off. Right. So then we just started fighting because she hit me. So I'm just I'm not going to let I'm helping out. I'm not yourself. It's okay. It's okay. I'm with you. I get I'm just trying to understand how this Yeah. Yeah. So but I got punched because I was getting pissed over apparently. Then he punched you. Yes. He came up and punched me and I was over there. Okay. cuz she ran up on me from the back when I was running back. Oh, so okay. Haley said she wanted to press charges against the male customer, but did not want to press charges against the woman. Instead, she openly admitted to wanting to hurt the woman in front of the cops. I'll just fight her outside. No, let's not say that. Let's not let's not say that. Let's not say you know her. Yeah, you don't want to do that. You don't want to do that. Cry. Do you know her? No. I know you're upset right now. So, yeah. Yeah. So, you don't want to retaliate. That's there's no use. Do we know who this third guy is that just came running in? I have no idea. No idea. It just went down so fast. I guess I was coming out the kitchen. I didn't even see it. The officer then went outside to talk to the couple to get their side of the story. Do we even know who this other guy was? Which one? The one that came and attacked you. Yes, that's Sean Butler. F E A N BC. Why would he attack your boyfriend? They already don't like each other. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. You got attacked. You were doing nothing but eating lunch. Well, I understand this, but I I want you to feel that you don't have to be embarrassed because Okay, I'm sorry you feel that way. It's not your fault. Do you want to sit? I don't want to sit. I don't want to sit down. Because the woman was pregnant, the officer called an ambulance to come and check on her. When the officer asked about Haley's involvement, the woman claimed Haley was part of the whole thing. She came out. So, who's the dude in the blue hoodie? Her boyfriend. That's her boyfriend. So, don't let her tell you anything different, but that is her boyfriend. And when he came and my boyfriend, okay? Yes, I retaliated because sitting here eating and he came up and punched him in the face and grabbed him by the neck. So, yeah, I did. I retaliated and I started him as I should. I don't see anything wrong with that at all. Who's the guy in the blue hoodie? One more time. Be calm. Yeah. Who is he to the server? Her boyfriend. Boyfriend. Oh. Still trying to get to the truth here. The cops handcuffed the boyfriend and put him in the back of the squad car. The pregnant woman assumed that Haley saw them in the restaurant and then called her boyfriend to go there. So every time we go to talk to your boyfriend about it, he he wants all stupid. He doesn't want He doesn't want you guys to know that he knows cuz he he wants to go handle himself. I'm not going for that. Which is stupid. Yeah. I'm not going for that. No, he needs to She especially needs to be some because she's not telling us that. And then he Now listen, listen. Relax. So now all she's telling us cuz he's not talking to us is then he goes into the kitchen and and G gives her a right cross right to the freaking knot and she's [ __ ] on [ __ ] man. She's attacked me. So this third person that was involved in this. Who is that? Do we even know who that is? No idea. So they know who it is. They told us came and questioned me about Shawn. Who's Sean? That's my ex. But we haven't been together for a very long time. That's evidently who it is. Yes. Yes. That's what she's telling me. But that has nothing to do with me. I got first. I So you They say that's who it is. Yes, of course. We're going to find out video it is. Yes, you can go ahead and find out. Haley claimed that she never saw the asylum enter the restaurant and therefore she had no idea if it was indeed her ex-boyfriend Shawn Butler. The officer then asked Haley to show him her cell phone. Right here. Can you unlock it? Can I see who you called in the last hour? Yeah, I called him. Who would you call? Sean, Brooklyn, my dad, everybody. My niece. Why'd you call Sean? Because me and him, we have a whole call like every day. We talk every day. So, did you call him when when they got here? No, I didn't call him when they got here. I promise you, I didn't. The officer here had to sift through many different versions of the same event. The only way to know the truth was to look at the restaurant security footage. And after reviewing the footage, the officer explained what went down to his fellow officers. He's sitting here. Um, female sitting here. He comes in. Bam. They go wild. Okay. She jumps out. They're They're down on the ground. Okay. The waitress immediately comes out, joins in that host. Mhm. He's immediately pulling our part. Manager comes out being a pull apart. The two males scoot this way and fighting. This little marquees a little further over. I call it a marquee. A-frame thing, whatever. A little over. So, it's hard to see. It's actually the host, the waitress, and the and uh the manager on the female like trying to pull back. Now she's over here. The female's clearly away from everything. The female is like just sitting up. This female is sitting up and like she's like she's done. She's just sitting there. Home girl. Bam. Kicked her right in the freaking snam. Right right in the either chest or face. The officer said that Haley kicked the pregnant girlfriend in the stomach and torso. It's a vile thing to do to someone who's pregnant, and it was obviously an intentional attack to cause harm to the baby. Stand up for us, please. So, you're being arrested right now for battery. Okay. Okay. I know you called Sean. I know you knew who they were because you told your manager you couldn't wait on them. You know how I know that? Hang on. Because you told your manager you can't wait on them. I'll come to you in a second. I'll let you know. Just give me a second. You said I can't wait on the people cuz I know. I never said that. So, and then miraculously Sean just shows up, knows exactly where they are, and starts this fight miraculously. Okay. Right. She can deny it all she wants, but the evidence here points to Haley creating the entire situation. They searched Haley, took her to jail, and charged her with battery. As for the boyfriend of the pregnant woman, he was later released. On the 8th of August 2023, the cops were called to a BMW dealership. After being fired from his job, a mechanic there was causing a disruption and refusing to leave. When the cops got there, they were greeted by staff and also the suspect. Don't tase me. Okay. Why' I do that? Huh? Why' I do that? I'm enabled. I got falsely tased by the police. Oh, well, you met a good cop today. So, that's good. What's going on today? Uh, I'm being I have enough evidence to show Hey, come. We're going to talk right here. I I I was I was just fired. Sorry about that. No, no, no. I'm I'm actually not fired. I I'm actually letting Bobby go. Well, you you were you were let go. He was let go, correct? Okay. All right. Do you Does he need to leave? Yes. Okay. Do you have stuff you need to grab and get going? Why? Because you're fired. That's why they call me. This is illegal, though. If you want to take legal action against your former workplace, you've got to go through the courts. The only reason the officer was there was to remove the man from the premises. The man then began rattling off claims that there was abuse happening within the dealership. I have enough legal evidence that that BMW has been doing this to this dealership. It's 90° in the shop. BMW is required to have AC and it's ridiculous. That's something that you'd have to take to court and go against BMW. So that's why let's go get your stuff. I would prefer to sit in the soft. No, at this point you are you're not if you're not working here, it's time to get going. I I do. No, they let you go, my man. I'm good, man. My butt's too big for that chair. What uh what are we doing here? I'm just I have rights to be here. What's your rights to be here? I not doing anything wrong. I I worked on this car. I just took the car out. He's preventing me from from what? This dealership is illegal. The officer explained to the man that if he continued to stay there, he'd be trespassing and they'd have to make an arrest. But the stubborn ex employee refused to get up. I guess we all get to sit and talk. Well, no. I'm going to give you about 2 minutes and uh if we're not walking out by then and you're going to be arrested for trespassing. Really? Is that okay? Okay. They don't want you here. You're trespassing. Perfect. Justin we can do, man. I don't I don't want to be here. I don't want to bother anymore. Yeah. What are you doing? Okay. Yeah, it's 90°. Sadly, the man just crossed his arms, chewed his gum, and would not obey commands. The officer called dispatch to see when backup would arrive. He was a little bit worried that he might need extra hands to get this unruly ex employee out of the dealership. This is it. Your last warning. Honestly, I I'm I'm not trespassing. I have not done anything wrong in all of this. Okay. Are we getting up and walking now or are you going with me? I've been cool with you this whole time. I've been talking to you. Absolutely. Okay. Don't leave or not. I want you to know everyone is safe here at all. Great. Everyone everyone in these dealers should be safe. All right. So, you getting arrested or not? You want to go home? All right. I'm not buying. Okay. All right. All right. Stand up. Oh, we got another one. Put your hand behind back. Go on. You will go down face. Stop. Stop. Put your hand behind your back. I promise. Stop. By refusing to leave, he not only made things 10 times worse for himself, but he was also resisting arrest. Even though he didn't have a job now, this guy could have just gone home. But now he's going to get charges and take a trip to the jail house. Please put your hand behind your back. Please leave. I'll leave. You're right. You will leave. Can you bring me home? Nope. No, man. You're going to jail. Am I honestly going to jail? Yep. I don't know how many times I had to warn you. Nothing in your shoes. Correct. You have anything in your shoes besides socks and feet? It's going to be a felon on top of the char. So, do you have anything on your shoes? Okay, I guess we got to search them. Cool. Go ahead and sit down. Search your shoes. I don't know anything. It seemed like the man wanted to go out of his way to make things more difficult for everyone, including himself. And before the officer could even drive to jail, he tried to maneuver his way out of the handcuffs. I will look at him before we leave. Okay. What are you doing? If you're putting your hands in front of you, that's what you doing. [Music] Take him off. Hey, Busy, can you come back down here for a second? St. Petersburg police knows better. St. Petersburg police knows better. St. Petersburg police. Let's go. St. Petersburg police. Let's go. I love St. Petersburg police. I love St. Petersburg police cuz they know how to do their job. St. Petersburg police knows how to do their job. I got falsely tased in Naples. St. Petersburg police didn't tase me. They're not criminals. Black lives matter. All lives matter. My ex-girlfriend used to hump my dog. Used to do what? Hump my dog and used to let her little kid do it, too. and she used to run around the house and with her kid in the house and rub her body all over her kid. Aside from the weird stories, he also exhibited some very strange and unhinged behavior. While he was a mechanic, let's just say that he wasn't firing on all his cylinders. He was taken to jail and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. Like we said, it's tough to lose a job, but these messy employees were their own worst enemies. And by their actions, all they did was make things harder than they had to be. Let's hope they learn a lesson and next time they'll choose to walk away with their dignity intact.
