water. Did you get pepper spread? And then she starts walking towards me. I'm like, "Come on." And I start walking this way. And then she just come up to me and just punch me right here. I know. He can't hurt. Stop. He shut the up. I split a pit. Stop, [ __ ] Yeah. Welcome to American Mother. You can never tell where a seemingly ordinary workday is going to lead to as things can drastically change in a second. On most days, everything's routine, but on some days, employees watch in shock as customers go on a rampage. Biden, you won. I got him. I got him. Donald. Donald. Bring KK Donald. On the 11th of May 2022, it was a bright sunny day when a man decided to wreak havoc at Chucky's convenience store in Los Cusus, New Mexico. As the man walked in, he demanded to speak with the owner. However, he immediately started arguing with the female clerk, and things escalated very quickly. Heat. Heat. The suspect tore through the convenience store like a hurricane. He was utterly destroying the inventory. But his rampage didn't end at the store. The moment he walked outside, he spotted another victim, an unsuspecting elderly man who just stopped in to fill up on gas. But then something happened and the suspect here never saw it coming. As soon as they realized that an innocent man was being attacked, a group of bystanders sprung into action, defended the victim, and even chased after the suspect. He tried to hide under a bridge, but one of the spectators made sure he didn't leave. Thanks to them, the cops had no trouble at all tracking the perpetrator down. Keep going. Hey, come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Okay, I'mma talk to him. He just said to me right here with him. Hey, sister. Go ahead. You're going to prison. Top me up. They got pisses on your throat. Cut me down. Abby, get up. Abby fighting. You're Trump. Biden. Trump's coming. Biden's going to fight Biden. You're Biden. You heavy. You guys are all going to be up. You just heavy. You got on camera. Duhan's coming. Biden's coming. They got you guys on camera. He put her in handcuffs or something. The man was later identified as 43-year-old Ellie Garcia Silva. Whatever his initial intentions might have been, it was pretty clear that his erratic and violent behavior must have been caused by substance abuse, or it could be a mental health episode. Abby, you [ __ ] Abby. Here they are. They got nothing. Dino Tony Sher's going to prison. Daddy, you're going to prison. [Applause] You love me. Biden, you won. I got him. I got him. Donald. Donald. Bring that cake. Donald, you're bringing FBI. Sit down. You're bringing the FBI. Sit down on your butt. Biden, sit down on your butt. Biden. Trump. Biden. Biden. Trump. Abby. Here comes Abby. Here comes Abby. Oh no. Come here. Cross. Abby. Let's go. Come on. And Trump fighting. Oh no. Aside from his incoherent rambling, Silva was taken to the squad car without much fuss. The man knew he was beaten. When the officer returned to get Silva's belongings, he found some interesting clues that might shed some light on the suspect's state of mind. County and this is Aby's P. Who's Aby's PO? Who's Aby's PO? Who's this? Who's Aby's PO? She break off. Yeah, he just was holding a bottle. He was right over there. What was that? No, no, there. This guy's not. Yeah, we got with them earlier. We just talked to this dude. Thank you, man. I appreciate Thank you for picked up that bottle. initially over there. Uhhuh. He He threw a big rock. He threw a rock at you? No, at those guys. Oh, at those guys. I was standing there. Do you know if those guys left or if they're still at the gas station? Well, they when I got them away from this guy, they went back to the gas station. The drug paraphernalia found in his possession was a clear indication that this was a case of abuse. After thanking the civilian who helped him find the suspect, the cop decided to head back to the gas station to find out exactly what happened and get some witness statements. At this point, he still had no clue how much damage the man caused. This is Abby and Abby fishing in 13. So, I think it's going to be egg egg assault for sure, bro. I want to say at least $1,000 in damage, maybe more. So, you got two felonies there. Um, what else, bro? Criminal damage. Probably get the door, bro. Yeah, the door is hanging off. Um, I don't know if they're going to go with auto burglary on this, bro, because he pulled the auto car. Which dude? So, I mean, with intent, it's intent to commit a felony. I guess if they go with that, bro, we could get him for now. Which dude was it? Was he? We just dealt with this dude earlier, bro. Yeah, you guys did. Uh-huh. He was all calm. They're saying he was being CO 19, but when we got over there, we he was all calm. Oh, really? He was all calm, chilling with us. The arresting officer mentioned that he had spoken to Silva earlier that day and that at that time, he'd been completely calm. It just shows how drugs can make an ordinary person go from 0 to 60 in a split second. And when that happens, innocent people like the store clerk and the elderly driver end up paying the price. The guy then came up to his car, started banging on the window and he's so then he started he threw he opened the door and threw a bottle at him in the front row console hit him and then yanked him out and then started punching him and kicking him and then um then he went to the other side through the got the dog and and threw it over here. Oh my god. You all right? No, ma'am. What's wrong? I'm sleeping. You're sleeping? I'm asleep. Okay. You want there? Yes, sir. Okay. Why are you close the door? Why don't you? After the cops got their witness statements and the suspect had been checked by EMS, it was time for the man to go to jail. By the time they got there, he was calm as a puppy. It's bizarre to see the man that docile after seeing him trash the store and assault two people and even a dog. Hey, Mr. Silva. Feeling calm now? Sure. All right, man. We're going to move you. Okay. Just I need to get water. Need some more? Yes, sir. All right. Cool. Was in the sun too long. Get out. Face right here. You're good. You're good. Just some water. Okay. I got you some more. I'm going to make sure you don't have nothing on you again. Okay. So, you want some water? All right. Sit down, bro. On the stool. I'm going to give you this water, bro. Don't spill it and make a mess with it. All right. All right. Yes, sir. Go for it. They charge me, sir. Huh? Charge. The detective is going to come talk to you. Okay. Sheriff Kim Stewart later said that Silva attacked the elderly man with a bottle before throwing him to the ground and kicking him. They charged the man with criminal damage to property, over $1,000, cruelty to animals, felony aggravated battery, and battery. According to the store owner, the estimated damages were more than $20,000. On the 28th of June 2024, a Circle K employee had an encounter she'll probably never forget. A man came in the store and tried to shoplift a 30 pack of beer along with a fourpack of Jack Daniels whiskey. The moment the employee confronted him, things took a drastic turn for the worse. Water. Did you get pepper spray? Yeah. I'm miss medical for you. Okay. Just precautionary. Okay. So, he went down the ditch under and he came out across that field and he went toward the Kenny Brick area. What was he What did he look like? Uh about maybe 57 to 5'8, 5'9, very slender build, probably early to mid30s. uh Hispanic Mexican um jeans and he was carrying a 30 pack of Bud Light. What color shirt? Um I think it might have been white or gray. 30. Um he was carrying one of the eight packs of the Jack Daniels Coke and the 30 pack of um Bud Light. The only reason I came in to check was cuz my wife had just come to get some drinks. I was sitting right there and then I saw him battling out of the store waving something in his hand and yelling at them. So I Was he driving a vehicle? No, he's on foot. On foot. After ensuring the employee was okay, the upstanding citizen walked outside and started tracking the suspect. The information given made the officer's jobs much easier. While patrols were dispatched to locate the perpetrator, the cops on scene tried to piece things together. Do you mind just giving me like a statement what happened? So, I was looking for customers and she had in the truck and she's right here and he's walking out that side. Mhm. And I was like, "Tanya, look." And she turns around and then she like maybe takes a half a step and he's walking backwards and he just So she was right here. Yeah. And this is where he he sprayed her in the face. Yeah. I even started like caught when he caught it. Yeah. Was he by himself? Okay. As as far as I know, I didn't see nobody on the side. Yeah. Okay. Um, did you hear him say anything to her at all? I No. I seen an evil ugly smirk he got on his face, but he did it like more snowing. After reviewing the security footage, they got a clear idea of what the suspect looked like. And not long after, they spotted the suspect as he was walking down the street. Now, we're wondering if he'll go down calmly or try to use that pepper spray on the cops as well. Hey, come here. Come here. Keep your hands out of your pockets. Come here. Do your favor. Turn around so I can pat you down real quick. Okay. And I'll explain everything. Turn around. No. Put your hands back. You're not a fish. Put your hands back. What? What? No. Why? Don't stop reaching. What? Stop reaching. Put it back. What? What? Come here. Did you do something wrong? Come here. What? What you want? Come here. What do you want? Come here. I'm not that great. Come here. What do you want? Come here. What do you want? Come here. What? No, you're just tell me what you want. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. I'm just going to talk to you. Come here. Come here. I need to patch you down. I don't got Come here. What do you want? Turn around. Don't Don't do that. Turn around. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Turn around. Okay. On your stomach. Stomach. Now. again. He desperately tried to evade capture, but all that did was buy him a few more seconds before inevitably he ended up in handcuffs. At least he was smart enough to not pepper spray the officer. Instead, he tried to throw the weapon into a nearby yard. What' you throw in that yard? Was that pepper spray? No. What was it? Nothing. Nothing. You're lying to me now. Should we just You got anything else on you need to know about? No. What's that? Huh? I don't know. Got a [ __ ] wine. See, you have a pipe in your back pocket, too. Little tutor. What's your name? Michael. What's your last name, Michael? I don't know what's in your pocket, so I'm going to take it out. Okay. It is. That's what I thought. So, Michael, here's the deal. We got a call from some workers at Circle K. saying a short Hispanic guy, short black hair, gray tank top, blue jeans, sprayed them with pepper spray, which I'm pretty sure that's what you just threw into that yard. Am I lying? Am I wrong about that? Sure. At first, the suspect, Michael Velasco, was playing stupid because he hoped the officers would not be able to go into someone's yard and retrieve whatever it was he threw away. But the cops were not going to give up that easily. And as the saying goes, where there's a will, there's a way. what you pulled out of your back pocket and tossed over there. That's right. You guys like Superman or something? Huh? Is it at Superman? Can he see that way? Yeah, he is. So, you pepper sprayed a worker at Circle K and then took some Jack Daniels and some Bud Light. No. Where's it at? You tell me. I don't know. I don't know Jack. I don't even know what's better. I don't even drink. Well, I drink, but I don't know Jack Daniels or whatever you put this in. So, you pepper sprayed somebody? No. Michael, that I use that for protection because this are crazy. How you doing, sir? Um, sheriff's department. Um, we really just need your permission to get that out of your yard cuz we just arrested somebody who threw it in here. What is it? Pepper spray. Pepper spray. We just need to come pick it up and that's it. It's in my yard. Whose yard is it? It's my mother-in-law's. Is she here? She's dead. She just had a heart attack. Okay. Okay. Well, I'm sorry to hear that, but I mean, is it okay with you since you're kind of here? It's just we just literally got to walk and pick that up and walk right back out. What do I get out of it? After getting permission from the tenant, one of the officers jumped quickly over the fence and retrieve the can of pepper spray. At that point, they decided to escort Michael back to the Circle K store. They're going to bring that dude over. Um, and it sounds like it's him. apparently had pepper spray and threw it as soon as we Dude, I'm glad you found this guy. That's I know. That's why that's why I kept looking cuz I was like, "Nah, we're not going out like that." Where is He is he is right here. What's happening, dude? Hot. Yeah. Just got out of work, huh? Just got out of work. You know what else is hot? What? Pepper spray in the face. No. Yeah. Yeah. That's pretty hot, too, isn't it? I don't know. Yeah, but when I was kid, I guess anyways. Yeah. All right. Just checking. No, stay in the car. What are you doing? Wait, it's hot, man. I don't care if it's hot. Sitting in here. We'll turn on the AC. You sit down. Get in the car. I am sitting down. Get in the car. Sit right. Up to that point, Michael had been very calm and showed no hostility. But just one remark threatened to change all that in the blink of an eye because Michael didn't like the way the cop addressed him. Don'ting move. Talk to me like that. What? Oh, wait. What? What? What? I'm put on both of you. No, you had that chance. I got put on theinging ground. Remember? So, what happened? What? What? You're not going anywhere. If you're hot, we'll turn the air on for you. Chill out and don't [ __ ] move like that. Yeah. All right. Did you get the ACM? Can you feel it? A little bit. It's a little better. Why? Cuz you said you're hot. I see. All right. You're welcome. I want you to know your rights. Okay. Right now, you're under arrest. Just so you know, for shoplifting, aggravated battery. Okay. I'm just going to start by saying I've seen the video footage, bro. I can see you clear as day coming in. You took the 30 pack of beer and then the jacks. Why did Why did you do that? Where's it at? I don't know where it's at. You could have put it anywhere. Could have drank it for all I know. That has nothing to do with it. I can see you going in there. You don't pay for it. You walk out and then you turn around and you spray her in the face with pepper spray. So, I'm trying to understand why you did that. Michael then laid out an outlandish story of how the female store clerk consulted his daughter a week ago by slamming her hand in the door. Even if that was true, it still didn't explain why he stole the alcohol. Did you ever try and report that or anything? Yeah, I did. I always report that mean. Yeah. What does that have to do with today, though? Oh, because me and my me and my were fighting. You and what? Me and my leg were fighting and I just got out of work. Just got out of work. You were trying to get like the 30 pack and some some jack. I was going to pay for it. Why didn't you though? Well, cuz you Okay, so you were kind of just racist to that. You were kind of just pissed off because she was being rude to you. She's being racist. Plus, she already did that thing to your kid last week. Nuts in there, man. Seems nice to me, man. Of course she's nice. She does. I used to sell her, you know, when I before I worked. Yeah. Michael ended up getting a long list of charges including shoplifting, resisting evading or obstructing an officer, felony possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, and a misdemeanor charge of aggravated battery. While Michael ended up being pretty calm and relatively cooperative, the same can't be said for our next suspect. On the 1st of March 2023 in Ohio, reportedly a man brandished a weapon in a grocery store and started threatening people. When the cops arrived, they quickly realized the man was completely unhinged. Where is he? Okay. Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. You get on the ground. You drop whatever you have, mother. Get on the ground. Now you're scared. Now you scared. 188's best. Got him a gun point. He's got his hand on the ground. Are you happy? Are you happy? Get on the ground now. Are you happy that you killed me and you got me? It was difficult. It took you three [ __ ] you did. You accused me of Get on the ground now. That's public and unlock. The suspect seemed to be undeterred by the officer's presence. As he slowly backed away, rambling incoherently, the officer closely followed with his weapon drawn. Despite the officer's warnings and verbal commands, the man showed no intention of giving up. Get on the ground. Drop the knife. I'll drop the knife or I will drop the knife. Drop the knife or I will shoot. Drop the knife or I will drop it. Yes. Please drop it. I do not want to shoot you. Do you have a duty? I do not want to shoot. You need to get on the ground. Drop the knife. No. Please drop it. Drop the knife now. Drop it. We do not want to shoot you. You let him in. I'll drop the knife. I ain't dropping this knife until you do that. You hear me? Listen. We do not want to shoot you. dropped the knife. The back and forth between the two continued, giving the other officers time to enter the store and outflank the suspect. At one point, one of the cops wearing civilian clothes decided to engage the man. Yes. Okay. You need to tell dispatch something. Okay, I'll tell him. No, I need you to tell him right now. I will. I will tell him. What do you need? Let's talk about this. 188 batch. We need to make an announcement in the store. Somehow get a hold of him and tell them. Josh, get away. Josh, back up again. The pepper spray attack was a miserable failure. Instead of making him give up, it only infuriated him further. With the tension being at an all-time high and the suspect still armed and dangerous, the cops need to quickly apprehend him. Drop the knife now. Drop it. Drop it. Drop the knife. Drop. Drop it. We will get you some water. mother. [Music] [Music] In this situation, a single taser shot turned out to be much more effective than pepper spray. The sudden and painful jolt of electricity was enough to get the suspect to the ground. And at that point, it was easy for the three officers to put him in handcuffs. You got me. You got me. You got me. You got me. You got me. Okay. You got me. You're good, buddy. Okay. You're all right. [ __ ] you. You got me. I know that. You got me. You mother get this door cleared out. You got me. You got me 100%. Nobody's watching. Son of a [ __ ] Son of a [ __ ] You got me. Hey. Hey, man. Come out. Are you okay? Listen to me. Listen to me. Grabbing a gun. No. Listen to me. No, I'm sorry. I got It's unsafe. Thank you. Thank you for grabbing that gun. Listen to me. Ask them. Ask them if they have the I don't have the cameras on. They have cameras on them. They have a special name on They have a special name. Give me a second. Let's get a medic going. It was clear the man was not in his right mind. Whether things were induced or part of a broader psychological issue, the officer was right to request medical assistance. The suspect, however, did not seem to agree. I, Jeremy Joseph Bishoff, sound of mind and body. Do reject medical care. Okay, he got me, dude. He got me. He got me. That's just my dude. What the [ __ ] I just like We got We got Hey, am I fighting you? No. Nope. We're just checking our pocket. Godamn. That's money. Actually, I don't know if that's money. That's probably not money. I think I stole my money down. That's money. That's definitely money. I can keep that one. Just drop it in. I Jeremy Joseph Bishoff refuse medical care. Pop it out. Still got It's illegal. Pop it the out. Pop it the Okay. In his chest. Pop the weapon at. Who recovered that? Okay. You didn't recover. I dropped. All right. Let's go and wait for the medics to get here. I guess as the cops escorted the man, 29-year-old Jeremy Bishoff, out of the store, he continued talking nonsense. It was a mix of outlandish claims and poking fun at the officers supposedly congratulating them all for arresting him. Hey, do you guys know who the king of a male is? I think I think I've dealt with him before. Yeah, I know you dealt with me. I saw you at the library. Yeah, that's where it was. Yeah, you could get me then, could you? Mother, you got me now though. Congratulations. Honest to God. Congratulations. I I thought I could I forgot. I forgot pages. You would have got me just a story. You know it. You know it. Hey, can you guys admit Can you guys admit that? Hey, is your body on? Yep. Okay. Uh I'm the legal defender. 31. I I believe I'm being in charge of the crime. Yes. Well, I'm being trust I want the body cams. Honest to God, I want all the body cams. I want the library Bobby body cam. Jeremy got his wish and now he and the entire world can watch the body cam footage of his arrest here on the hidden files. For some reason though, he suddenly got very sensitive about his head. Maybe he just wanted to look good on his mug shot. Don't touch my head. I'm serious. Don't touch my head. Your head? Don't touch my head. Don't touch my head. Just get in the car. Sit in the car. We're going to have a We're going to have a medic check you out. No. I I generally refuse medical can you? No. That's illegal. No criminal. You're a [ __ ] criminal. Okay. So, there's only a probe in his belt. There's not one in his chest. It's just one chest popped out. I only got I only got half the dog. Son of a Hey, I'm not allowed to have a belt in prison. You better take that off. Prisoners and anyone detained in the US have autonomy over their medical care. However, jail staff might have additional legal authority to treat someone without consent, which likely in this case wouldn't be needed. Michael was charged with inducing panic, vandalism, and resisting arrest. Now, let's head to a Safeway store in Washington, where on the 26th of April, 2024, the situation was anything but safe. The store manager called 911, saying that a customer had punched her. When the cops arrived on scene, they had no problem locating their suspect, Laurel. Okay. Did Who was assaulted? Our store manager. Okay. Where's Where's the store manager at? Okay. Hello. What exactly happened? He just punched me in the face. I asked him. Yeah, like I have it on video. Okay. Lots of witnesses. I just asked for leave. She was yelling at her. We'll take her into custody here for for other units. There's PC for assault for punch the manager in the face. Hey, Laurel. Um I don't I don't want you to dress by me. I need to talk to the people that this the other man called. Laurel, you're under arrest, so I need you to put your hands behind your back for me. Okay. I'm not going to do that. You can talk to them. They called you. I'm waiting for the people that this man called. You also so I need I have a I have a right to express explain what I I understood. I have a right to talk to someone about that and I have a right to conflict resolution. So you go talk to the person who called you under arrest. I am not interested in that. It doesn't matter what you're interested. I'm not available for that. You need my rights as much as you need hers. Like most people entitled like her, Laurel felt like her rights came before anyone else's. And it was clear from the get-go that she was not going to go down without a fight. However, she's not nearly big enough to confront these officers. And at this point, there's nowhere left to run. Well, talk to her. Understand. What did she say to me? What What are exact words? She said that you punched her in the face. Okay. What happened before that? I don't know what happened before. What happened before that? You also have warrants for arrest. Laurel, you need to put your hands behind your back cuz you're under arrest. Okay. I'm not I'm not I want to talk to someone. You are under arrest. I want my rights. You are going to Where are my rights? I'm a little girl more than she is. You understand? There's six people that showed up after she harassed me verbally. Six people. She told me what to do. She harassed me. She like uh said a bunch of things that were very rude. I don't think that person should be around young women. I don't think that person should touch young women. And I don't think that person should understand what's going on. She was very rude. She was very assertive. She acted like she understood me. And she had six people show up and like uh stare at me. One being a 300 lb man who's 7 foot. I need you to face the wall for me and put your hands. I want to talk to a conflict resolution. I don't want to I don't want to handle the other things I have to handle. She continued making her bizarre demands. But the odd thing that stood out was how she kept referring to herself as a little girl. Perhaps this wasn't a case of alcohol or drugs. More likely it was a mental health crisis. Either way, a third officer soon appeared and Laurel seemed to hope that he was there to help her. Did you Did you talk to Are you with the the man who called or you with her? Are you with the man who called or are you with her? The woman who um woman who called Stop. You're under arrest. Okay. Knock it off. Okay. You stop. You're under arrest. You've been You've been told you're under arrest. Knock it off. Laura Laura. What? Laura, calm down. Calm down. You're under arrest. You need to calm down. You done fighting? You need to You need to calm down. Are you done fighting? You need to calm down. 911. 911. 911. 911. 911. Relax. 911 conflict resolution. Yeah. 911. Legislative conflict resolution now. Legislative conflict resolution now. 911. 911. By demanding conflict resolution, she was most likely thinking of a crisis intervention team. That team consists of officers who are specially trained to engage suspects believed to be having mental health crisis. These teams are critically important since most officers claim that over 10% of their contacts are people who are mentally ill. Not a man. Not a man. Chill out is not what I understand. You are chill out. You're trying to make a young man. Um, that was not trying. You're going to hurt yourself. I um I'm not I'm not in compliant when I move and I don't need three officers to do this. One could have done it. One could have done it. Um there's there's like there's credit card information on that. I think you should take it out. Can you throw? Can you take that out? I'll grab it. But you Well, throw. Don't grab it. Take it out. Trying to take out. That's not going to work. Laurel, get in the car. Don't say anything other than what? Laurel, you're under arrest. Get in the car, please. 911. Laurel. 911. 9. Do not spit on me. Well, you deserve it. The cops immediately got leg restraints ready just in case. Laurel continued escalating things. For some reason, the thing that irritated Laurel the most was the officers telling her to chill out. But of course, that's exactly what she should have done based on the security footage. In this situation, she was clearly the aggressor. So, what led up to her put you in the bed? So, she was sitting there. My team's been calling me up at the office. So, I was watching her talk to herself. I'm like, "Okay, she's talking to herself. I'll be down in a minute." So, I and I then I heard the yelling, so I could hear it upstairs. So, I brought another guy with me, my assistant. So, we went to go approach her and I was about right here. I said, "Hey, can you come here with me?" And she started, she was yelling and then I said, "Ma'am, can you come out with me and we need to go outside?" And she's yelling at me and then she stands up. I said, "No, you need I get firm with her. You need to come outside." I think I was standing right here. You were here. And then she starts walking towards me. I'm like, "Come on." And I start walking this way. And then she just came up to me and just punched me right here. Um, and then of course after that I was just kind of like she got into I thought she was going to punch you guys. Your face. Unlike Laurel, the store manager here was surprisingly chill considering just minutes ago she'd been violently assaulted. She explained that after being punched, they managed to get Laurel outside and had to lock the door. Not surprisingly, they decided to trespass Laurel from the store. Hey Laurel, I'm going to read you your rights, okay? And just let you know you are being audio and video recorded. Um um I want you to let you know that you're uh um going to have to talk to uh a producer about that. So if you audio and video record me that you are uh liable to be taken taken to court, taken seriously and taken to court. I'm I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right time to talk to a lawyer and have him or her be present within question. You are under uh legislative concern for uh you decide anytime you exercise these rights and not answer your question to make any statements. Do you understand each of the rights I've explained to you? You are under a legislative concern for using a camera and a voice recorder of me. Laura, do you understand the rights I've explained to you? Um, I heard you. Okay. How many? Actually, I didn't hear you very well. Would you like me to read them again to you? At that point, Laurel shut down and refused to say anything else. The cop took note that she did not want to listen to her Miranda rights and then went on to give her an official trespass. I'm also going to read you a trespass warning from Safeway. You are no longer permitted in license or otherwise privileged to enter upon or made above location in Safeway. You understand? You may not for any reason enter main locations for one year. And that includes the parking lot and gas pumps. We're done. Hello. Hello. This is Laurel. She's She's calm now. She resists arrest. Spit on us. She spit on you? Yeah. You need a spit hood? You still that spit hood? Yeah, I do. You want to just use ours? Carry it for me. I took it I took it out of the packaging like like 5 minutes ago maybe. So, are you going to walk in with us? Yeah. Are you going to be kind? They charged the woman with assault and resisting arrest. Sadly, it wasn't her first time getting in trouble with the law. At the time of the incident, she already had multiple warrants, including for obstructing an officer, malicious mischief, and failing to appear in court for assault. Laurel was the type of suspect who started off extremely hostile, but gradually became calm and cooperative. Our next suspect, however, did exactly the opposite on New Year's Day 2024, no less. She started off in tears, pretending to be lost and vulnerable. And when she realized that act wasn't working, that's when she flipped the switch. Hey, what's going on? [Music] Yo, what? You're going to take me away. I don't just come take people away. What's going on? I just want to buy my stuff. Okay, I'm not I'm not doing anything. Okay, I'm not saying Hey, hey, calm down. I'm not doing anything. Calm down. I want to stop. I just want to find my stuff. Please, I'm not doing I didn't see you. Hey, listen, ma'am. I'm detective car sheriff. I didn't say you did anything wrong. Do you know where you are? Yes, I'm in Holly and I'm like 2 miles from my car and I don't know where it is. I just Where did you last? Where did you last? My license is in my purse where and it's where my car is and I don't know where my car is because it's in like a 10 mile radius and I all my stuff. Where was the Where did you last see your car? My friend Matthew's house. And where's Matthew live? I don't remember. Does he live in the bar? Yeah, it's I don't want anybody in trouble. This is my fault. Okay. Nobody's Nobody's in trouble. I'm sorry. Despite what the officer said, this 19-year-old was in a bit of trouble. She'd lost her things, had no idea where her car was, and was utterly frightened. But the cops just couldn't get a clear story out of her because she kept interrupting them and repeating herself. The store employee didn't have much information either. What exactly has been going on with this female? She came in, she was crying, tried to uh console her. She just wanted to talk, but I don't know. She's I don't know. You see her out there. So, I don't know if she had parents or whatnot. So, I called you guys. One of you guys came by. Then she came back right after he left. Then I caught you guys again. What's your name? Let's start with that. How long ago did you leave from? A while ago. Did you walk? Yes. I don't remember. Yes, I But you don't remember where you walked from? I came here. I know. I'm I just walked. I just want to go. I'm sorry. You haven't done anything wrong. Embarrassed. Why you f The first order of business was to confirm the girl's identity. She had introduced herself as Sophia, but she didn't have ID and was being very evasive with her answers. As they continued questioning Sophia, suddenly her demeanor completely shifted. Did you find it? I can't find her. [Music] spelling that last name for two people. You live on the You live on oral beach or off oral beach? Why would I tell you that if you're not even helping me find my Why would I give you something if you're not giving me something? Because you're just going to take me to the hospital and you're going to put me in there and you're going to say she's hysterical. What do you call this? Huh? What do you call this act right now that you got act? Yeah. Call them. Are you ser? Yeah, clearly because none of you can do your job. You were Yeah, clearly. But you're just making your words. You're literally just [ __ ] instigating it because you suck at his job. Who has your purse and belongings? What's his last name? S T H. All right, slow down and spell that for me. No, I'm not saying with them either. All of a sudden, Sophia became a full-blown Karen. She bered the cops for not doing their jobs, even though she was the one who got lost, and they were there just to help her. No matter what the cops said, she just kept on attacking them. All right. So, the way I understand this is you want us to do our job, but yet you won't give us the information to do our job. Is that correct? Give it to you till he's gone because clearly all he wants to do is instigate You said the other person wanted to answer because you're saying that I'm doing [ __ ] and you want to go back and forth. It's your job to go back and How about you look at me? It's to protect them. Sir, how about you? You're welcome. You're welcome. You're welcome. Because I'm sure that you know what your job is. Clearly, how about you look at me? No, I didn't do anything. I was identifying myself. I said by stop quit. I wasn't [ __ ] doing anything pulling away. I didn't do you. Yes, go away. It's so funny. Since she couldn't provide any ID and wouldn't give the officers the information they needed to help her, they decided to take her in. As you might expect, she didn't respond to the news well and quickly got her face pushed to the ground. Laugh in my face again. Laugh in my face again. Put me on the ground. Put me on the ground. Stop kicking me. Cut to me. Get her feet awful. I didn't do I don't quit [ __ ] Can you hold you? I didn't sit here for you. You didn't I didn't You're intoxicated. Just where I was. I didn't bull. This whole situation began with tears. And by the looks of it, it was going to end the same way. According to the officer statements, alcohol was definitely to blame. If you combine substance use with narcissistic tendencies, as Sophia did, things can quickly spiral out of control. I smell the alcohol coming out of her control. Let's see if we can. I didn't do bull. [Music] Quit trying to play. I'm going to make it work. Let me out of here. Yep. Double check. But there stop you. They're double locked already. I can cut you [ __ ] No, cuz these are too loose. We'll bring the car over and we'll do the you. The cops knew she wasn't going to back down anytime soon. So, they wasted no time whatsoever. It's securing Sophia with the wrap. If you're like Sophia with such an inflated ego, you've got to be pretty embarrassed to be restrained like that. And it only further fueled her rage. These are too much. You need to get here to prevent more. Quit you. [Music] All of you. All of you. All right. All right. I can fit an index finger in one and a thumb in the other one. You suck my off of me. I can't [ __ ] breathe. You're talking. [Music] When you see what the cops have to deal with on a day-to-day basis, it has to make you appreciate them even more. They go out on the streets risking their lives to try and protect and serve to make the world a better place. And instead of thanks, what they usually get in return is this. [Music] Quick. Get off. Kick me. Kick. Instead of being cordial and letting the cops help her out, this girl got herself taken to jail and was charged with felony battery, disorderly intoxication, and two more misdemeanors for resisting an officer. Her total bond was set at $2750. On November 16th, 2021 in Dorville, Georgia, the cops were sent to a local QuickTrip gas station after getting reports of an unruly customer. When they got there, he was waiting for them in the restroom. He right here laying on the ground and he th cigarette and walked in and start and what? Cigarettes. He walked in took the whole cart around. Okay. Hey, bro. Hey, bro. Get out. Okay. Get out. Get out. I will. Okay. I will. Okay. Well, well, I will. I will means now. I mean, okay. No, no, no, no, no. Put Put that Put that out. Get up. Let's go. Um, after what has happened, Sir, listen to me. I'm not feeling I know my rights. I know what just happened to myself. Sir, I listen and I'm about to move. Sir, I heard you, sir. You have one more chance or what's going to be in the back of my vehicle. No, it's not. Not at all. All right. No, I'm not being arrested. Not Say again. Persecuted with a gun. That's not up to you. Looks like what we've got here is another delusional suspect. The man seemed to believe he could ignore the officer and disobey his lawful orders. However, like the many before him, he's soon going to find out that it wasn't very smart. That's not up to you. Oh, no. No. No. No. It's not. Put that out. Yes, it is. Put that out. Sir, I'm not going Put that out, sir. That Put it out. Put it out. Put it out because what happened? Put it out. Same police department. I did not do anything illegal. Put it out. I didn't do anything illegal. Sir, I'm not going to jail cuz I did not do anything illegal. I know you do. I know you do. I did anything wrong. I haven't done anything wrong. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. As the confrontation went on, this man did everything he could to escalate things. Eventually, several officers had to get involved and drag the man out of the restroom. Out in the open now, they had a better chance of getting him handcuffed. But it still wasn't too easy. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. Grab the lock. Grab the law. You not have to. You do not have to, sir. No. Hey, listen. Calm down. Calm down, sir. Yes, I am, sir. I got you. I am. You're going to get yourself. Listen. There go the handcuff. Stop fighting. I am not fighting. Let go the handcuff. Please, sir. Got one on him. I got it. Put it on him. Put it on him. Put Yes, sir. Please. Right hand. All right. Grab the arm. I am not straight. Okay, we're going to brag around. Hey, hey, hey, hey. What did I say, man? Relax, man. Relax. Stop fighting. Stop fighting, sir. Sir, please don't. We're not going to calm down. We just need this other arm back. Stop. All right. Hold up. That's our fight. All right. Is that all right? Please, I'm done. I'm done. Once the handcuffs went on, the suspect quickly switched tactics. It started playing the victim several times. He even tried pulling the race card, but the body cam footage clearly shows the officers did not overuse force, even though one of the cops was clearly furious and close to snapping. Please, please have to get the legs on. I am not trying to grab my gun. We ain't having that. I am not fighting, sir. All right. Cool down. I'm not fighting. I got you. I got you. I am not fighting. I got you. Right. Yes, sir. I'm not fighting. All right. I am not fighting. All right. You want to pull up my truck? I am not fighting. I don't want to pull them out of your truck. Transport. I want to put them in transport. All right. So, you want to roll them over? You going to stay right here? Please, sir. And we're not doing anything, sir. They're just being held right now because we're out of control. And when you're calm, when you're calm, we can move on. I am. But right now, we're trying to figure out what's going on with you. You need to relax. Take some deep breaths. Breathe, man. Stop fight. Stop fighting. What is he doing? What are you doing, man? Stop. No. Please don't. You're not going to get up. Don't. Oh, man. He's tripping. Yeah. After removing the angry officer before he did anything stupid, the officers then asked the suspect if he had taken something. The man denied he'd stolen anything and continued with his antics. I'm going to let you stay here for a little bit more and calm down. Sir, may I please get up? Well, when you stop fighting, sir, how am I fighting? I feel Well, you're you're you're still very you are fighting. You harm me. No one is trying. I know my rights as a American citizen. This isn't about that. Yes, it is. Black Lives Matter. Please, please. My life matters alone. Oh my god. Sir, please. I know. No. Please stop. Stop. Man, stop. I'm not even holding your right foot. Sir, you have told everyone because you keep fighting, man. For no reason. Stop other than talking. Calm down. Norwood for no reason. Calm down, man. Please sir, calm down. Officer, I am I am capable to get up. Transport unit coming. Please, sir. Transport unit. We got Please, sir. Despite telling the suspect to remain calm, this goofball seemed to take every chance to push himself off the floor, turn around, and keep moving. He also kept yelling like the officers were somehow torturing him. Why you Why are you trying to push me off? Oh, no. I didn't know that. Why you trying to push me off? Stop, man. I apologize, sir. All right, man. You good? I apologize. Okay. You're still Sir, you're still trying. Sir, my leg Sir, you got to calm down. My leg is numb, though. What drugs did you take? I did not. My My leg is numb. Do you take any medications for Sir, my leg is numb. I'm not on you, sir. Look at the leg. My foot is numb. I have not injected myself with anything. I do not take injectables. Get them out of here in the middle. Please, sir. I guess we sir, more than enough units. Please, sir. How many we got? Please do not me. Hey, you going to be calm? I promise you I would not. Yes, I can't walk, sir. I can walk. Yes, sir. You can go sit outside and listen. Listen. Listen. We're going to try. Yes, sir. I will. If you're not, we're going to come back down to the ground. Okay. I am not. You're fine. And any we want to get you up to check you out. Oh, yes, I am ready, sir. All right. You ready? Yes, sir. Thank you. This officer wanted to expedite things by getting the suspect on his feet and taken outside. His colleagues, however, quickly intervened. They felt it was risky and wanted to wait for transport to arrive before attempting to move the man. After a few more minutes of rambling, the moment finally came. He's coming up. Yes, sir. All right, man. We're going to get you up. All right. You good, sir? I'm going to help you up. The only thing that is turn now. Sit sit up. Yes, sir. Sit yourself up. I'm not harm. All right. Now, we're going to help you up. We'll get your shoes. Where are they at? The FBI over 83,000 loans. So I am not any harm. I owe 83,000. That's two loans. And I am not any harm. I'm a producer student. Adam, will you uh Oh, you got Okay, both y'all gun roll down. They escorted the man to the transport vehicle without any further issues. And just in case you were wondering why the arresting officer was so angry at him, here's what happened. During that bathroom scuffle, the suspect managed to grab a hold of his handcuffs and deliver a nasty blow to the officer's face. Here you go. Here you go. Got everything else? Yeah. Yeah, I'm good. I'm good, man. He messes it up. All right, cool. I got you. You want me to take you to the hospital yourself? Huh? You want me to take you to the hospital? Yeah. Yeah. You all right, brother? Let me see your face. Okay. You got ice on it? Hit me with the cuffs. Hit me with the cuffs, man. And he tried to take my gun. Just everything. We were in a fight in the bathroom in the in the stall. Don't worry, buddy. Yeah. Tell me what happened. A fight. We were physically fighting. Huh? Try to get cuffs on him. Try to grab my gun. He tried to do everything. Trying to secure my weapon. He happens, you know, he happens to grab my uh my cuffs. Swings the cuffs at him. We get them to the ground. Eventually, all of us get him to the ground. Got But the cuffs actually did this. So the cuffs. The cuffs. All right. Feel like all your teeth in place? Yeah. I mean, it hurts. No difficulty breathing, nothing like that. It's just your face. It hurts. It hurts. The officer was treated at a local hospital and later released with minor injuries. As for the suspect, let's hope he learned a lesson. He risked his life, his freedom, and his entire future just because he wanted to get high. Maybe next time he'll think twice before making the same mistake. On December 20th, 2024, in Monroe County, Florida, the cops were dispatched to a convenience store due to a disorderly woman. Once again, the likely reason for the suspect's strange behavior was. But we'll let you judge for yourselves. Like you did my cousins, you punk the you are. I know exactly where you are. You want to do hurt me on purpose. I'm a woman. I'm not your boy. Stop. You stop. Stop. Relax. I'll glove. That way you can on me one more time. I tied down. I'm not again. Stop. I'm going tell you something. I don't care. Get off me. Okay, woman. Get her. Don't hurt. That's the last time I'm telling you. You're done. Sit on him. Oh god. Stop. Step on him. Just sit on your own judgment. Relax. Be your own man. Stop him. Hey, man. Relax. Stop fighting. Sorry for this. I got her. What do you think? I got her. Stop fighting. Stop fighting. I'm not fighting, you dumb punk. Her dirty and raggedy clothing tell us this woman was either homeless or had been through a rough couple of days. And based on their first moments of interaction, it looked like the cops were going to have a tough time handling her. Stop. I'm not fighting you. Stop. I see. Stop. Which way you want to go? Stop. Stand up. Look how many tang. Stand up. I'm the only one you didn't stand up. Oh my god. Yeah, we got these big bad boys up on a woman. Stop kicking. Stop fighting. Relax. Please. Stop kicking. Stop fighting. Does that make y'all feel better to beat up on a woman? Not beating up. Not beating up on you. Watch out. bring to them little kids and serve you up like a man. But you listen about the suspect went from nonsense ranting to shouting insults and accusing the cops of abuse. She was clearly not in the right frame of mind and appeared to be tweaking. Everything here is typical behavior exhibited by people on med. You're hurting me. Just relax. Me a lot of money for these. Just relax. Stop flailing. Stop trying to like bite at us. You're hurt. I'm not going to bite you, [ __ ] Don't you do God have no fury on a bunch of weak boys. Time to go napnap. And may everybody else in America that you don't know. Get him off. These are the boys are hurting me. All three of them beat him up. I'm the only one in my family beat up in Georgia. You come. Let me tell you something. I'll go. Relax, woman. Stop fighting. Relax. Stop fighting. Relax. Hey, stop grabbing my arm. Relax. God, help me. Ready? Which way you want to go? This way. Help me. Oh god, help it. Oh my god. Oh my god. I Oh god. Help me. Oh god. When most people see someone wailing like this, feel sympathy. But with suspects like this woman, there's a very high chance that it's mostly an act. The moment the suspect got into a more comfortable position, the woman sobbing turned back to yelling and cursing at the officers. Who is it? Who said to me? Is it you? Say that some other Stop. Shut the up. I ain't stop [ __ ] Yeah. Welcome to American mother. We're the fire to help you. All right, everyone left the fire department. Hey, what's your name? What's going on? Who's call? Meet with them. The way these officers handled things showed they were used to dealing with unhinged people pretty much all the time. The employee at the store, though, was a different story. He was utterly shocked by what he saw. Hey man, what's going on? I don't know how to explain. Did you call or who called? He called, but I was the one that was here. She get her coffee. She didn't have her money. She walk out. Uhhuh. And then she come back in. She said she having a heart attack. Call the ambulance. I tell her it's the cause of the street. You can just walk there. And I tried to give her the phone. I got you. She went out. She laid down and then she just she just come back in. She tried this. Yeah. She don't dish all the stuff here. Yeah. Everything is And do you guys want to press charges? Uh, that's it's up to the manager. I think Okay. It's too early for this. Yeah. The assault, however, didn't end in the storm. When she got outside, the suspect had an altercation with several bystanders as well. Strangely, they didn't seem to be too much bothered by it and gave a clue as to why the assault happened in the first place. She was fighting you or she fighting everybody. I was just the next in line, so I was the closest to you. You know what I mean? Okay. What was she? She came in asking for paper towels. She's on drugs or something. Obviously. Yeah, she's on something cuz Yeah. The people over there said she's on for like three days and stayed out for like Good for her. So, you're waiting in line. I guess she was behind you. She starts flipping out in the store. She was in front of Oh, she was in front of you. Yeah. She came in the store and cut me and then slammed the table and everything and was like, I don't want to start talking crazy like how she was talking. Yeah. And then I was just behind her and I was just like, "Holy." And then she got behind, you know, started getting in front of me. We both had to back up. She was behind me and we were both like, "Holy shit." You know, because when I went, she was still out here when I came in the store. Yeah. And then she went in first and then she just said, "I need medical attention." And she say, "For what?" Or medical attention. Call the ambulance. You don't want to call the ambulance. Then she she went off on the man. Naturally, if you think you're having a heart attack, you'd be right on your way to your nearest medical facility. But this woman was so tweaked out, she decided to destroy a convenience store and assault people instead. I assume that's all. You may want to search that. Looks like it has That's fantastic. How'd all that stuff get knocked over? Her or us? Before that we got her. That's how it was when we got here. It's just broken pills. No, it's just broken pills. Yeah, I just cracked our pills. Oh, maybe switch. What's she uh she sleepy safety or? Uh yeah, we just hit her with uh some ketamine. So, we're going to wait for her to calm down and then I don't know if you guys mind riding with me in the back so I'm not with her. Yeah, no worries. Ketamine is an anesthetic which can also be used as a tranquilizer. In some cases, it can effectively prolong abstinence from alcohol or heroin. But it's highly addictive and can also cause hallucinations. We're going to let her calm down first before we leave the tree. Okay. Awesome. Appreciate it. She just acted a fool. She wasing her wanted to go after the chick through the door trying to calm her down. She couldn't come down towards the uh towards the the clerk. That's what I told the captain of this and we uh no use force went on the copter. She went to the ground and she was just we're just trying to contain her right there on the ground. But just for her protection and everyone else's protection, so we'll do something else. That's fine. We'll hit her with the criminal mischief for breaking everything. Yeah. Disord disorderly conduct and resisting whit for actively kicking. Just as the officer stated, the suspect was taken to jail and hit with multiple charges. As for the convenience store, after the drugfueled rampage, it was up to the employees to deal with the aftermath. Thanks for uncovering yet another hidden file with me.
