She hurt my child. And no, MY CHILD IS HURT. YES, they she they jumped me. They jumped me. Is there trespassing? THE FATHER IS NOT HERE. >> When baby mamas get out of control, sometimes the cops have to get involved in family matters. >> Shut up. [screaming] >> I can't hear. >> Shut up. >> Over here. Who's over here? >> Shut up, stupid. Shut the up. Arguments turn into threats, jealousy into violence, and denial becomes unraveling. >> Gemini, what the Dude, I did not hit anybody. >> No, Gemini, what the >> Gemini? >> And amidst all that chaos, the most unhinged baby mamas ever are caught on body cam. >> Get him OUT OF HER. >> GET HIM OUT. He already got >> You're under arrest. That's a OUT OF HER. >> GET HIM OUT. WHY IS he still here if he has the >> back? >> On the 2nd of July 2024, in a quiet Ohio neighborhood, officers knocked on a mother's door to enforce a court order giving custody of their daughter to the father who was waiting down the street. >> Hello. >> Hi. Are you Alexa? >> You are. >> Are you Alexa? >> Yes. >> Okay. is um >> Oh my gosh. No, he didn't. >> What? >> Didn't what? [laughter] >> Hold on. >> You want to talk here for a second? [laughter] >> You cooking >> chili or something? >> No. uh baked chicken and onions. >> Okay. >> She and I practically fine. She's safe. >> Well, you know about her. >> Yes. We've been trying to go away from her daddy for almost 2 years now. Keep finding us when we been just in St. Louis in Columbia. It's the ongoing thing. Use a court case to find where we was at the first time in Colia. I told them that they everything is court documented, but they not trying to help trying to make me give him give her to him, which I just not going to do that. So, I really don't know how he got this address. >> I don't know either. >> The mother, Alexa, was playing the victim and saying the young girl's father, Blake, was an abuser and they'd been hiding from him for 2 years. As for the officers, they weren't there to pick sides. Their job was to enforce the judge's order, and the order dictated that the child would have to go to the father. >> All right, bad news. This order right here, signed by a judge, issued by the Marian County Circuit Court says that it is ordered that law enforcement immediately assist Blake and obtaining the physical custody. So, she has to go with him today. That's the end of the story. >> You could Listen, >> I got to go get my AT. >> Listen, you could be charged. >> I want to be arrested. She not going with him. >> She not going with him. She not going with him. Y'all can arrest me right now. She not going with him. IF I SEE HER WITH HIM, I'M NEVER GOING TO SEE MY BABY AGAIN. HE DON'T HE HAS NO rights to my child. He's been in jail her whole entire life. No, he not going with her. >> No, I don't have money for none of that. [laughter] >> This This paper's signed by a judge. He don't go with him. Y'all going to have to rescue me. >> She don't even want to go with him. She in there. Y'ALL CAN ASK HER. SHE DON'T WANT TO GO WITH HIM. He abused him. He been beat my for years. Hard to go with him. >> When Alexa learned that her daughter would be taken, she completely broke down. She went back and forth between arguing and pleading. But it wasn't a performance. It was panic and raw fear. And the officers recognized it. >> Please listen to me. I'm a I'm a parent, too. We [laughter] don't want to arrest you cuz it's going to make you look bad. Gary, please understand. Please. I don't want to arrest people. You understand? [laughter] If we end up having TO ARREST YOU. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT GETTING HER. [screaming] I'm getting her. We ain't going to fight. I'm not. >> No. Don't. >> I ain't worried about her. >> This is how she is. >> I understand. >> She got a warrant right now. >> I'm blow my >> You said she got a warrant. >> She got two ones. Do you have basic supplies for her at your place? >> Oh. Oh, yes. Yes. I have everything. She has her own room, everything. That's why Look, look, we proved her um DCFS called my phone um two months ago and said 2019, they found my daughter in the room with uh uh loaded guns and back or whenever my daughter was one years old. You know, I was in prison. I'll be honest with you. I did I did five five years in prison. I was on 2006 and I came on 2000 on 2021. But since all type of DCS cases, all type of war on warrants because I was in prison. >> So she's homeless. I mean, >> we're going to have to figure out a way cuz the way she's acting, you might have to handcuff her and put her in her car. >> Yeah. Yeah. And like like said, you can come. >> Please do not let her go back in. >> We're not going to. That's not going to happen. >> Her meltdown was real and she couldn't get a grip. However, because Blake was raising concerns about what went on in her house, plus a stack of warrants, her story looked shaky. While Alexa was hysterical, the man was calm and steady, and the contrast between the two of them was plain as day. >> You're not getting her. You're not getting her. You're not getting her. >> Don't Don't It's going to make you look real bad. It's going to make you look real bad. I don't want you in trouble. Please, let's go in here. You can make phone calls all you want. Look at me. I don't want to arrest you. >> They've been trying to take her for years. Please. >> So, why do you get attorney? Because So, listen to me. I on a money standpoint, usually they don't want their money until after the court's over with. And a lot of a lot of a lot of attorneys will do a payment plan, dear. [laughter] Okay? But this is a court order. It's signed by a judge. [laughter] Our hands are tied on. But how you act going forward, that's either going to hurt you or help you, and [laughter] I don't want you in trouble. >> No. >> Do you understand that? I don't want you in trouble. >> When the woman had an outburst, the cops didn't use force. The cops stayed calm and explained to the woman that if she escalated things, it might end with her arrest, but she was too worked up to listen and was lost in a panic, thinking to herself about worst case scenarios. >> I'm not going to get her back. >> So, They going to keep her. >> So that that paperwork doesn't say that he keeps her forever and you never get to see it. Right. >> That's what they doing. But that's what they've been trying to do for years. As soon as they get her >> This is This is seven pages long. It goes into a lot more detail. One of those details. >> Look, listen. >> Let me find. So for the time being this order >> grants is [snorts] Alexa >> alternating weekends on Saturday and Sunday 10 TO 4. [screaming] >> Lexi Lexi. >> No, she just hit him. YOU GOT >> PRESS. STOP. STOP. STOP. STOP. >> NO. NO. you guys are going off. He's like, "I'm not going to get her back." >> Even after they handcuffed her, things didn't settle down. The woman's aunt jumped in and started yelling at the cops like that would change anything. The cops were trying to calm things down, but her aunt was trying to throw fuel on the fire. The cops weren't trying to arrest anyone else, but if they had to, they would. >> You want to WIND UP HERE, TOO? >> GET GET HIM OUT. Get him out of Get him out of her. >> Get him out. He already got under a wrest. >> Get him out. >> Turn around. >> Get him out. >> Turn around. Put your hand. >> Why is he still here? If [crying] he has the back, >> you're going to get sprayed. >> Why is he STILL HERE? >> TURN AROUND AND put your hands behind your back. >> Turn around. >> Why is he still here? >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> Why is he still here >> right now? Officer Taylor, she's under arrest. >> Okay, please comply, please. >> Listen. >> I'm asking please. Just don't resist. Just comply. That's all I'm asking. Please. I have no intention of taking you to jail. Okay? >> I have no intention on taking you to jail, but you are under arrest. >> After we get this all figured out, I'll give you a summon and you'll be released back to your household. Okay? >> Blake just stood [music] there like he'd been through it before and showed no signs of gloating. Amidst all this chaos, his steady presence stood out, and it gave the impression that he was the only one ready to give his child some stability, which is probably why the court granted him custody. Sorry about [music] that, bud. No, >> I I knew this was going to happen. Like, I'm used to it now. I didn't always have the pressure on >> in Missouri, Illinois, and now here. >> You hurt, >> huh? My fault. My fault. Hit me in my face. My fault. >> Um, yeah, she's under arrest for domestic violence. >> Um, >> 5303. I It sucks that it had to turn out like that. >> I know, man. She said, "Calm, at least say about you. Your daughter, come on, man." When it was time to bring the girl out to her father, the officer treated her [music] gently and gave her lots of reassurance that everything would be okay. The father then let the officer bring the girl to her mother so she could say goodbye. >> Oh, let's go wash your in the basement. Okay. >> Which one's the seven-year-old [screaming] girl? >> Uh, sevenyear-old. >> What's your name? >> Okay. So, your daddy's here. >> Daddy's here. >> You're going to go hang out with daddy for a little bit. Okay. >> Daddy. Daddy's excited to see you. Okay. So, do you have some shoes, sweetheart? You're in no trouble. I promise you. Look at me. You're in no trouble. I promise. >> Okay. Just hold my hand. You're okay? No matter what happens, you just hang on to my hand and just try to relax. Okay? I promise you, you're in no trouble. Okay? >> Wipe your eyes. Mommy wants to tell you she loves you. Hey, don't give up. >> Say, "I love you, Mommy. [laughter] >> I'm coming to get you, okay? >> You're you're in no trouble here. You hear me? [laughter] >> Young lady, you're in no trouble. Okay, sweetheart. You just go just go with your daddy. >> I'm coming to get you. >> Your mom loves you, okay? Don't let her remember you in a certain type of way. You hear me?" Alexa was charged with domestic violence. >> On April 14th, 2024 in Illinois, the cops were called to a house after a custody fight spun out of control. The father was being accused of trying to take the child across state lines. The mother, Kendra, responded with threats and violence. I'm >> sorry, I was just in the bathroom, but you said, "Yeah, we've already met." Um, >> what the [ __ ] going on? Why can't you >> being belligerent because I went to my boyfriend's house? >> Okay, I I get that. I get that. I I talked about that before. Why are you not opening the door for me so I can speak with you about the situation? >> I'm sorry. I was literally just on the phone with my sister telling her about the situation on the door. >> That's all the way in the back of the house. I'm so serious. >> I could hear my pound from a from around the corner. >> But, >> okay, I'm not going to argue with about Kendra. That was kind of stupid and I know you heard me. So don't don't bull cuz I'm not a bull. Okay. >> Okay. >> If you think I'm a then I'll walk away right now. >> When Kendra finally opened the door, she greeted the cop with an air of irritation as if she was convinced the whole thing was beneath them. The cop let the woman talk but made sure he was in control and not her. >> So listen, you I don't think you want him taking >> I do not. That's >> okay. So when did he get in town? >> He got in town to babysit her when I go to work. >> Okay. So now he's saying that he's going to take her because he keeps making up all these false allegations. >> So has he been staying here for like a couple days babysitting while you're at work? >> Basically. >> Okay. All right. So do you guys have any kind of parenting agreement? >> No, we have no type of court anything. >> Right. We just had a child together and basically I said like you can basically come here and babysit when you feel like it. He has video of his phone on his phone of you of you going at him and grabbing his hair and pulling him. >> Of me grabbing his hair and pulling him because I was trying to grab my child because he would not give him I sat there for almost over 30 minutes as not even 30 minutes maybe 15 or 15 asking him for my child. I was just at my boyfriend's house and came all the way back because he said that he's leaving with my child. Despite the evidence, she shrugged off her violent behavior, justifying it by saying it was merely a mother's protective instinct. In her mind, grabbing and making threats seemed reasonable. The cop stayed firm, though, and didn't accept her excuses. >> I get that. >> He said to quit playing with him because I'm going to my boyfriend's house. We are not together. I am a single woman paying my bills by myself. >> You shouldn't be having him in town than living at your place. >> I'm not You make your own decision. sitting, >> but you're opening yourself up for a can of worms. I'm not a counselor, which is why I'm not doing this. >> But that's not smart, cuz then all of a sudden all this happens and now he has the child in his arms and it gets complicated. >> Exactly. >> Okay. >> Kendra didn't see anything wrong in leaving her baby's father to babysit while she slept off to her boyfriend's house. And when things got messy, she said he was the violent one and acted like her own threats were harmless. As a matter of fact, when I just said [music] that I was leaving because I changed my clothes, I said, "I'm leaving." He said, "You know what? You're going to go play me. I'm going kill you." I was like, "For what? What are you?" Cuz I'm going to over his house. Like, what is wrong with you? >> Something has really got to be wrong with you for you to really >> But you were also saying, "I'm going to kill you if you don't give me my baby back or or whatever cuz you wanted your baby back." >> That was just a hyperbole. I have no intention of anybody. >> Okay. What exactly did you say though? >> What exactly did I say? I told him to give me my child back. I told him, "Give me my child back. >> Give me my child back over the course of multiple times over maybe a >> You're skipping over the part." >> Okay. And I might have threatened that randomly out of anger, but that is about it. >> Well, that's exactly what I'm getting at. What did you say when you threatened out of anger? >> That is it. What you exactly just said is what I said. Okay, I'm You know what? You going to make me kill you. Like, give me my child back. But obviously, I would never do anything like that. I know the consequences of that. He was sitting on my porch and I told him, "You can just hand me my child and go." And he said, "No, I'm not going to do that." And he was, "I'm going to start." I was like, "What are you doing all that for?" Cuz I'm asking for my child. >> Yes. >> So, of course, he tried to provoke me again. >> So, you followed him out there. And you >> tried to get my child and he said, "So, I'm like, dude, are you serious?" So, I did >> kind of grab his hair, but he overexaggerated. He overexaggerated. I didn't. You see the size of me. I did not pull that man to the ground and be like >> I'm not going to do all that. >> But he fell to the ground or he put himself >> fell to the ground and he tried to say that I put his child in danger to obviously escalate to this point. >> Okay. >> So >> after getting an admission from the mother that she indeed threatened to murder the child's father. The officer then talked to his colleague. His main concern was the child who was caught in the middle of the conflict. >> Taking the child and going up to Chicago. Although I don't really agree with that because I feel like >> And that's a custody issue though. It >> I mean they're both mutual parents. So it's like if there is a custody issue, they got to do that, >> right? The one thing I'm the one thing I'm wanting to do is >> is talk with the one thing I wanted to do is talk with her. See if there's a third party that will that like a mom or somebody that will take that child. >> Yeah. >> If she's >> cuz he said that he would give a child over. >> Oh, he did say that. >> Can I chat with him? Even if the officer didn't want it, Kendra's arrest was inevitable. The father's accusations, her own admission, and the video evidence left no alternative. Once she was handcuffed, her composure broke down, and things soon gave way to denial. >> All right, so you're going to be placed under arrest right now. >> I didn't. >> Dude, Gemini, what the >> Dude, I DID NOT HIT ANYBODY, BRO. GEMINI, what the >> Gemini? KNOCK IT OFF, BRO. >> RESISTING, >> BRO. STOP. WHAT THE GEMINI? STOP. [screaming] >> Stop it, >> dude. What the hell? >> STOP IT. >> STOP IT, >> BRO. GEMINI, WHAT THE >> STOP IT. >> WHAT THE HELL? WHY would you >> Gemini, BRO? [screaming] >> LITERALLY, GEMINI, WHAT THE WHAT'S THAT FOR, >> BRO? OH MY GOD, >> GEMINI. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, >> GUYS? I swear I did not, dude. I DID NOT. GEMINI, WHAT THE HELL? >> WHAT THE HELL? >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, >> GEMINI? Do you see what you just did >> for no reason? >> No, you did it. >> NO, I DID NOT do this. I was in the HOUSE BEING JUST FINE. I WENT TO MY BOYFRIEND'S HOUSE. >> I WENT TO A BARBECUE. >> She refused to acknowledge the seriousness of her actions. But the woman's denial and her sense of entitlement just made things worse. And even in the back of a squad car, she insisted the cops had been manipulated by the man. >> Listen to me. He doesn't. He's homeless. I'M THE ONE THAT rents the house out. Will >> you listen to me? Guys, listen to me real quick. >> You admitted that you pulled his hair, right? >> Oh my goodness. >> Okay. >> I said I touched his head. I did not pull his hair. I literally touched his head. HE THREW HIMSELF TO THE GROUND. HE'S LYING TO YOU GUYS. >> This is why I'm so upset now. He's literally lying, guys. So he can have my child and you guys fell for it. >> You know, based off of what we have, that's what we have to do, man. >> Kendra went from anger to desperation. She denied what she did, then appealed for sympathy, hoping somehow that it would change the outcome. The cops had seen the act before, and it wasn't going to change a thing. And just like that, she was taken to jail. >> Y'all going to need to take me to the hospital. >> For what? >> I'm so serious, though. >> Swing your feet out here for me. >> I'm about to have a whole mental breakdown. >> I'm so serious. Please take me to the hospital. >> Swing your feet out for me. >> This is too much. Come on here and chill a bit. >> Send me to the hospital, bro. Send me to the hospital. Please send me to the hospital. I I do not want to be here. Please send me to the hospital. I need a psych evaluation ASAP. >> Even if her threats were really empty, she still got physical with the child's father. Kendra was charged with resisting arrest and domestic battery. On the 28th of January 2024, the cops responded to reports of people fighting in a neighborhood. Allegedly, two women arrived at a residence to pick up their respective daughters who were currently in their dad's house. >> We came to get the kids because had threatened. He just spit in my face. I did not put my hands on nobody. I did not pull no gun. I not do none of that. >> Okay. How many baby violence are here for this one dude? So >> because he's a he can't keep his his pants and he be knocking everybody up. >> He came here to get our daughter which he is the father and she came here to get her daughter which he is the father. >> I'll be with you in a minute. I'll be with I'll be with you in a minute. >> You spit on my face. >> You spit in my face. I never put They're trying to get me arrested. >> Go back. >> I'm going to get I'm going to get to that. >> Shut up. >> All right. Put All right. All right. Come here. Standing over there. >> She's trying to hit me. >> Okay. Well, we don't need a fight right here. >> She's trying to hit me. >> OKAY, BUT YOU'RE A DUDE. WALK AWAY. >> Fight in front of a cop or how dumb are you? >> My phone. >> They just came here to get our kids AND THEY WOULD NOT CAR. >> Smack me in my face and spit on me trying to say that I tried to shoot him because Step back for me RIGHT NOW. STEP BACK FOR ME NOW. >> WHAT? >> BABY, STEP BACK. It's okay. >> The officer was dead right. It takes a certain amount of stupidity to start a fight in front of the cops. Yet somehow, the parents still chose to argue. Their shouting came more from pride than anger, and neither side had any interest in resolving things. >> And she's getting after SHUT UP. [screaming] >> SHUT UP. I CAN'T HEAR IT. >> SHUT UP. >> LET'S GO OVER HERE. LET'S GO OVER HERE. >> SHUT UP. >> LET'S GO OVER HERE. >> STUPID. Shut the up. >> Let's go over here. >> No, BUT YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR MOUTH. YOU GOT FELONIES AND YOU'RE A CHILD. >> GO OVER HERE. >> STUPID. >> Stop arguing. You should make it worse. Be a BIGGER PERSON. >> SHUT UP. >> I CAN'T HEAR THE NAGGING ANYMORE. >> LISTEN TO HIM. >> I KNOW. I JUST CAN'T SAY THE NAGGING. >> LISTEN. JUST DRIVES ME CRAZY. IT JUST HURT. >> AND THEN I LOOKED CRAZY. >> YOU DON'T. WE CAME TO GET OUR KIDS BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD WE WERE BEING SHOT UP. >> Ignore Dustin. Talk to police officer. Listen. He's here to help. You have to listen. >> The woman quickly shifted from yelling to crying as she was losing control. Her anger was directed at Dustin, who was at the center of the dispute. The officers sensed how volatile things were and they tried to stay steady as they worked to find out who was involved and what started the fight. >> Is he your baby dad, too? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> This is my wife. This is his other baby. >> So, it's the dude in the hoodie. >> No, the dude in the shirt. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> We just came here to get our kids because they were threatening to sh up. So, obviously we don't want our kids started. Why is she arrested? She's just being detained. >> I'm calling my dad, bro. Wait until they hear about it. >> Okay. >> I'm calling my dad. Thomas. Guess who's calling Thomas. >> The guy in the khakis and the white tank top is his cousin. He came out ready to fight, which is we we were told he was the one that was going to up. >> We came to get the kids. >> Okay. >> Both women were mothers of Dustin's kids, each now with a wife of her own. They'd come to pick their kids up, claiming Dustin had made threats and vowing not to leave their kids with him. Amidst all this tension, the loudest of the women, McKenna, suddenly snapped and did something dumb. >> Hey, [screaming] that was really >> YOU DID. EVERYBODY'S RECORDING. >> THEN SHOW IT. >> OKAY. >> OKAY. >> HERE. Can you back up? my kid in this car, please. >> I'm not resisting. Go ahead and put him on. >> You're not now. >> I have it, babe. Shut the up. >> No, that isn't what's going to happen. And you're not going to tell us what to do. >> McKenna, >> you clearly don't understand. You're not running the show here. >> Wait until I told my dad. >> And that's going to change nothing. >> Nothing. >> Not one thing. >> From the start, she was acting untouchable, barking at the officers, and [snorts] named dropping her father like it mattered. She threw tantrums, ignored her wife's advice, and she overreacted to everything. The cops knew where she'd end up, but they first had to hear Dustin's side of the story. >> So, you have a child with who? >> I have a child with the one in the gray sweatshirt with the leggings, and I have a child with the one with the black coat and the design. >> You got You got with the girl with the red hat on? >> No, that is the wife to my youngest daughter. >> So, you got two kids with two of these girls? >> Yes. And then they're coming to pick up how many kids? >> The two kids that are currently in the cars. Now, I'm not sure if they're both in the Jeep or if one of them is in the Toyota, but I know my baby for sure is in the Jeep. >> Okay. And then what happened? I don't honest with you. I have no clue what happened. I got a phone call that her and her sister were starting some >> uh the one that you had put in handcuffs had flashed a gun on FaceTime saying she was going to shoot up the house, which not my house. It's their mother's house. Are those two arguing with each other? >> The women. >> They're two different girls. >> They They came here together. >> Together. >> The cat and the one in handcuffs. They're white. They're married. >> They're married to those. >> The green beanie and red are married. >> Okay. So, this was a child exchange gone wrong. Basically, >> dude. Here. I I don't know. >> I don't even think it was a child exchange. >> When they came to They never come to pick the children up. He always takes them back. He picks him up and takes him back. >> Amidst all these so-called adults, there were some complicated relationships. Dustin tried to play it cool, but he kept shifting the blame. His cousin James piped up, and he seemed a little too eager to explain and come to Dustin's defense. >> Okay, so this this was from today. As of yesterday, we were fine. This was us talking about my daughter has uh >> she's on borderline for autism. >> Your daughter? >> Yes, my youngest is. So, she hasn't been sleeping. So that's what yesterday's conversation was about. As you can see, there was no, >> you know, anger or nothing. And now this was today. Oh, so now you want to say that you don't talk to Julia, which is lying. Now I said was keep my name out of your mouth, which Julia is McKenna's little sister, the one in the >> she told her that. >> Apparently, word was said that I was going to shoot anything. I don't even own a damn firearm. >> With so many stories, it was hard to recognize the truth under all that noise. The officer turned to the calmer mother, knowing that calm didn't always mean honest, but in that moment to get some testimony from someone who wasn't eager to hit anyone or scream might be better. >> What's your version? I got >> two different people's version, two different stories. So, >> here's coming to pick up your kid. >> Literally, they threatened to shoot us up because her and her sister got to an alteration and these friends. >> So, she said that >> we were going to go to her mom's out of town. They're houseing. We were going to go over there. She lives there. So I said, "It's not a good idea." So she said, "Um, she's going to have James, who is the cousin in the house, that spit on my wife, when you just shoot us." >> So we said, "Just get the kids ready. Just get the kids ready. We're coming to get the kids. We don't want the kids around." >> Do you normally get the kids at 6:00 p.m.? >> No, the time changes every weekend. >> There's nothing set, Mom. >> No, there's nothing set. There's no visitations, orders, or anything like that. >> Oh, >> yes. There's no He has no rights. >> We just do it because He's their father. I knocked on the door cuz obviously I'm the common one here. I knocked on the door and said, "Can we have the kids?" James came out talking ready to fight and he's the one that they told us was going to us. >> So, we just wanted to get the kids to go. >> So, you're with this girl? >> This is my wife. >> Okay. Did your your wife is in this car? >> Yes. >> Okay. That's the gun. That's the car they took the weapon out of. >> Yes. Obviously, we came with protection threatening. The story was convincing at first, but her details just didn't add up. When the cop brought up the gun he found in her car, the woman's tone changed and her confidence faded. Meanwhile, James continued talking. >> So, what happened? >> So, basically, they pulled up here and before he could cuz they knocked on the door. I answered it and I tried to step out here cuz you can tell by their demeanor how they were. Well, the one lady I seen how to like put her in here. She was like like trying to make a >> mind I didn't bring the baby out yet because I was changing her. >> So, I'm trying to deescalate the situation. Whatever talking they all getting crazy and stuff pulled the gun out. She has her hands in her in her pock and she's been every time he goes to drop the kids off, she comes and like messes with him like to like, you know, so I'm trying to like the situation. She over there running or whatever and I'm just like telling him like to go. >> She gets mad. She pulls out the gun and she throw it over >> that one girl you tackled and arrested her house and shoot her. Okay. >> So, >> she pulled the gun out on me. >> That one girl with the hat that was like I think that's her wife or girlfriend or whatever. >> Basically, >> don't do that. And pulled her over to the side. >> Pointed and pointed at >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to get you guys some witness. How old are you? >> That's your kid. >> I take care of >> I called it right before everything. >> I'm going to get you some witness statements to fill them out. You willing to fill out a witness statement? Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell you. Right there. >> Everybody was trying to tell me something when I got here. [laughter] >> In the end, the two detained women were taken into custody and they were later charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer. Also, according to court records, Dustin had five kids with five different mothers and the custody battle for the two daughters involved is still unresolved. On April 27th, 2025, the cops were called to a house on Sheffield Road after a fight between two cousins got way out of hand. By the time the cops had arrived, their words had turned into punches. What's going [screaming] on? >> You're going to get it again. >> STOP THAT. >> STOP. STOP. >> I promise you. >> I promise you. >> Stop. Put your hands behind your back. >> I got that. Oh god. THAT'S MY TASER. STAY THAT WAY. Give me a hug. >> Stop. >> Let me get my >> Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> GET MY DAUGHTER. >> I GOT SOMETHING. >> You think I'm playing? You sent a squad. She was no right. >> SHE RULED YOU FOR EXPOSING your daughter to those. >> Shut the up. How about that? >> You do that. >> And I didn't do nothing towards you. And I didn't do nothing towards anger you or nothing like that. Like I said, come here. Hey, give me a kiss right now. And if you hug, I mean, do something to my daughter. I'mma smack. Give me a kiss. You heard me. Give me another one. I'll be back tomorrow. Okay. >> Give me a kiss. I love you. Okay. >> And do everything they tell you to. Okay. I promise you, you're going to be okay. Okay. >> The woman had spiraled out of control, and her daughter was forced to watch her mother swing wildly between rage and desperation. Giving her kisses in the middle of the mess they'd made was not going to ease the child's fear. >> Come on, man. >> She didn't want to do all that for no reason. And she could just act. Sorry. >> I'm not doing nothing >> at all. >> You don't see me doing nothing >> at all. I'm not kicking. I'm not doing nothing. AND Y'ALL TRYING TO DO ALL THAT FOR WHAT? AND ALL YOU GOT TO do is just TELL ME TO GET UP. And what the IS HE DOING? >> STOP. >> LIKE WHAT? >> LIKE WHAT? >> NO. He trying TO DO ALL THAT. WHAT? >> NO. >> NO. He trying to do that for what? And then he talk about dirt. Stop. >> No. NO. BEFORE THAT, HE JUST TOLD HIM to stop. Rockets are looking >> what before me and he want to do all that. Get the away from me. >> Once they handcuffed her, she didn't resist physically, but she refused to cooperate. She wouldn't stand or walk, insisting she was the victim and treating everyone else like an enemy. The cops didn't argue with her and tried to get her under control. >> Get away from me, >> ma'am. I think it's kind of >> Can I Can you just tell her to get away from me? I just want to be by myself right now. Get away FROM ME. GET AWAY FROM ME. >> I sit right there on the step. >> She just walked up to me. >> No, it ain't no walk up till you start doing nothing. And I'mma let make sure they know what happened. AND I SWEAR TO GOD FOR sure for right now. Oh god. Oh god. I'mma let you know what happened. And then after that, you're on your own. When things calmed down a bit, the other woman gave her account. After hearing her statement, the cops clearly understood how quickly things got violent. >> I grabbed my foot. I said, "Please [music] don't do that. Don't do that." I don't know how much my sister recorded on her phone. I told her, I said, "Hurry up and record it cuz ain't nobody going to believe." The next thing you know, I stand up cuz I'm legit in the corner of the couch that's right there. So, I stand up cuz I'm about to try to go over the couch to go upstairs. The next thing you know, she just swing. So I pushed her >> where here or >> right here. So I was legit I was legit right here in the couch liked it talking to her. She come stand up right here. Y So she grabbed my phone. I'm still right here. She grabbed my phone. So then I stand up like this. I'm about to try to stand on her to go over there. She come boom. So >> while you're standing right there. >> Yeah. Cuz I'm right here. She go boom. So I push her. Then she start running towards me. So I push her. Then the next thing you know she grabbed me by my hair. We go right here. So about that time she coming together to get y'all. We right here. I go like this cuz she got me by my hair. She grabbed me, bit me, and then I'm doing this. That's when y trying to say stop. But she got me like this. That's what I was on top of. >> Even after she was handcuffed, she kept yelling and making threats. The cops stayed calm and waited for the woman to tire herself out. Clearly, she'd have to be taken to the hospital under police watch. >> Stop talking. >> We don't want her to go to jail right now. >> No, I don't care. I don't care about jail. I already got a warrant. I already know from West um No. All right. No. No. I didn't take nothing and they lying on me. >> So, what we're going to do is we're going to transport to the hospital. She get >> No. Y'all hear me in my mouth and my mouth is swole from you and before he told you to stop. That's what the And then now you want to be um coherent and want to hear him [laughter] right there. [clears throat] >> No. No. He hit me in my mouth before you said anything. >> He hit me in my mouth before you. >> She kept repeating herself, growing louder each time, as if raising her voice would make her claims more believable. The cops understood she was under the influence which made her judgment terrible and her behavior unpredictable. >> One of her roommates or sisters or someone said that she took a bunch of >> you don't care. Hey, Will. >> Okay, you don't even have to walk. >> I'm not asking no question. So, stop talking until I get there. I'm just going to make it easy as possible. >> Go to Metro. >> I don't want to go to Metro. I want to go to UA. on. >> My sister's right here. >> Thank you. >> No, cuz my sister can tell me tell y'all and and it's what I want to go to. It's not what y'all want to take me. >> Meanwhile, the cousin repeated her story without adding new details. In a family feud like this one, almost everyone has something to hide. And the cops saw some gaps in her account. >> This all kind of started because of the guy in the >> car. Yes. And I'm like, you need to call your sister, try to help diffuse the situation. She can't even tell you. She start texting her off the wall. You just start texting her. I'm still with the couch minding my own business talking to her. Then the next thing you know, she come down the step and she was like, "Yeah, this just calling me on my name." I did not say two words cuz I'm just out here. About that time, I tell my sister. I said, "Start recording. Start." I told y'all earlier, "Y'all was going to probably have to take her. I know how she get." So I tell her I'm like start recording in case something happened. I said so that she don't try to say that it's me cuz I have too much to lose. >> In the back of the ambulance, she seemed calmer, but her unsteady voice and her restless movements showed otherwise. The reality of things was catching up with her, but she continued insisting she was the victim. >> I know you don't. No, you don't. Just saying I'mma go with it knowing it's okay. But after I'm not with nobody. >> They making me get out. >> And it's okay. I'm telling you. I'm not. I'm not. And I'm telling you when I tell you everything. Yeah. It's going to be different. It's going to be different. >> Did you take anything? If he did, listen. >> No, I was just drinking liquor. That was it. Only drugs from Luna from like the liquor store. That was it. They booked the woman for domestic violence and simple assault. On September 17th, 2024, the cops responded to a disturbance outside a community center. According to the mother involved, she was confronted by the child's father, Carlos Hall, and also his girlfriend, escalating an ongoing custody dispute that had already resulted in restraining orders. I came here to drop my kids off to basketball practice and I end up running into um um that's Carl's Hall is their is their dad. So he acknowledged me when we get in we get inside. He said, "Hey, we talked for you know a little bit but mind y'all we already this stuff is the only one thing." So I have an injunction file. I have the restraining order all of that. So I come back outside. I drop my son off. He back out. He throwing my going the horn. I hear somebody blowing the horn but you know I don't turn around and look. stuff. By the time I I back out, they turn the corner and the the girl in the car with him get out the car and she like, "Hey, you want to go to the field? You want to fight?" So, I'm like, "I'm not excuse me." But I said, "I'm not doing this right now because I got my I still got my little son in the car." And it's a bunch of kids out here. Kids over there. Y'all got a little baby in the car. Y'all ask me if I want to fight, but something has to This it has to stop. They done broke into my house. They done broke windows at my grandmother house trying to get to me. They done broke windows in my my last car. Like I'm I can't keep doing this with them. >> They have a son basketball practice. So their other son is inside of basketball practice and I was dropping him off to basketball practice. But once they did that, I just went inside and got him. I'm like, we not coming back. If I have to keep running into y'all, I'm not going to come back up here at all. >> Did you have any jumps in place? >> Yeah, but it ended up closing it because he never showed up to court. >> As the officer finished taking the woman's statement, a Honda pulled up and three men got out and began circling. What first looked like horse play turned into a physical confrontation, so the officer had to step in. >> You got me. >> Back the up. >> You got me. >> Back the up. >> So fast. >> Y'all can get on the ground. >> Y'all can get on the ground. This works both ways. >> You get the on the Get the on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> You ain't listening. >> What you mean get on? >> Get on the ground. I don't give a You can do the same. >> You got to play this. >> Yo, y'all not listening. Back the [ __ ] up. This hurts. >> No. No. Don't get hurt. Don't get hurt. >> Y'all can get on the ground, too. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Hey, do me a favor. Just stand over there. >> I get you. Stand over there. do me a favor. >> Do me a favor. Hey, >> do me a favor. Hey, >> do me a favor. Back up a little bit. >> As if the men weren't already a handful, two women nearby broke into their own fight, and the cop had to step in there as well. By this point, it was hard to tell who was the victim and who was the aggressor. >> Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. >> Detain. These two right here. You got another one. Hey, >> be quiet. >> Yeah, be quiet. >> Um, see fighting. >> They're fighting too. >> White and pink shirts. >> Okay. >> They're both fighting each other. And then the males are fighting each other. >> Fighting each other. Backup arrived and in a matter of minutes they were all in handcuffs. The suspects didn't resist even while taken to squad cars and with less interruption they finally got to interview the witnesses. >> Um you guys saw what happened? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um because we, you know, thought all four of them were just fine. So we're going to book all four of them. But if you guys actually can differentiate the victims, then you know. >> So the two victims are the ones that are the young lady. >> I don't know who they are. >> Okay. So the one the young man that got a rip shirt >> and the lady that got in a blue sweatpants white shirt, >> they were in the black the whole and then the other >> she been sitting here the whole entire time. >> Yeah. Yeah. I just did a statement. We watched her. >> She called people. She called them over here and they pulled up. So when she seen them, she knew what time the karate was out. So she waited until they came. So once he got out the car to come get his son, they ran up on him and jumped him right here in front. >> As the incident transpired, the staff in the community center had a bird's eyee view. Based on what they saw, it didn't look like it was an accident, but an absolute ambush. As for the targets, they were a man in a torn shirt and his girlfriend. The cops talked to those two first. >> Every day, bro. >> So, we're going to have that conversation right now. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> What happened? >> Honestly, bro, I came here to pick 7:00. First, I already came up here to drop my son off. I came back up here just then at 7:00. I'm guessing she seen me or something. She been trying to file injunctions. All my lawyer been getting them cancel dismissed cuz it's not that's supposed to be my child other child's mother. >> From from the moment you pulled up. From the moment I pulled up, I went straight into that building. Look, I didn't even look nowhere. I looked straight in that building door. I hear, "Oh, yo, yo, this d." Then I look around and I see two coming up to surround me. You can watch the video. And then I defend myself from there. I defend myself. Even my girl, they came all the way from over there to over here. But my sons here, look, them my sons, them my nieces, that's my nephew. Like, bro, there kids here. I I know I don't come up here to fight. I go to work every day, but I don't smoke a little. You feel me? Like, I'm not going to lie to you. I'm not here to make y'all drive hard. I'm not a drug dealer. I go to work every day in the morning. I got to be to work at 5 in the morning. I'm going to work every day. Drop my son off, pick him up. I mean, school, everything. I got all my sons, my real sons. I'm not trying to lead them wrong. I I got him in the basketball camp here. That's why I'm here. All three of my sons. >> The man in the red shirt was no random target. It was Carlos, who his ex reported earlier. As for the people throwing fists, it was the woman's family. It was supposed to be a custody battle fought in court, but it turned into a street fight. What happened initial when you came here? >> Earlier. >> Earlier >> I asked her when can we get the kids cuz we me and her talked before and she said we can get meet her at Kurt Walmart to get the kids. I went up to her to ask her when can we get the kids. She told me she didn't want to talk to me. Okay. I got back in the car and he stopped next to her and cuz she said she want to talk to me. So he stopped next to her and said, "So when can I get my kids?" Cuz this has been a big thing ever since I had my baby. She's been bothering me. It's documented. She's broke into my house. All type of stuff. My baby been going here for 5 years. Her kids has never been here a day in their life. >> He's there. Not on the roster. >> You guys left, came back. I saw him when you came back. What happened at that point? >> We was getting out of car to go inside the building. They rushed from the white truck and ambushed us. We didn't even know nothing was going to go on. When we seen them, we like, "Okay, the police here, so okay, everything's fine." If you look at the camera, soon as we get out the car, it's literally a man in my face. Like, >> okay. >> I had no no time to do anything. >> Now, do you want to press charges? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. The girlfriend's story held up and the cameras on site backed her as well. The other woman who went after Carlos's girlfriend turned out to be his ex-wife's sister and she also got to ride in a squad car. >> All right, just hang tight for us. All right, >> hold on. [snorts] >> [laughter] >> Can you I can't do one hand one handcuff. >> I We can't do that cuz it's against our policy. Okay. So, he's going to try to finish up and get you guys to the jail as quickly as possible. >> Can you talk to my sister? >> The one with the pink shirt. >> Yes. Okay. >> What would you like us to talk to right here? >> Um I'm going to ask the primary officer if he's okay with it. Okay. One of the guys who hit Carlos was his ex-wife's brother. And it didn't look like this whole beef was just about custody. >> My sister called me said they were trying to jump on her. I came up here and this big boy and he even got a one grandma. He bust all my winners. >> Yeah. >> He had it once for this being at least about four or five months. >> Now she come over to bring her kids to basketball practice. They still bought. >> Yeah. Hey, he's 103 me. I'm going to double lock his cuffs. All right, man. I'm gonna That's That's what happened. And uh you're good. Please. >> I just want to make sure. But anyway, it doesn't matter touch. >> Okay, stand up. >> The other guy who had jumped Carlos was trying to play dumb like he had no idea what was going on. The cops weren't buying it, though, and they escorted the man right to a squad car. His story didn't hold water and it was too late for the man to invent a new one. >> Yeah, but I'm trying to figure out why did y'all put me head >> Why do you like reaching when we're reaching? >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Relax. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. [music] Relax. >> I got you. >> This is what I This >> I think you're a little nervous here. Okay. >> This not This is not what it is. Listen. This is what I'm trying to get you to understand. I just got out of jail, sir. You feel me? >> I got you. I ain't You know what I'm saying? I ain't did nothing. You feel me? I'm up here with my daughter. You feel me? Like, I ain't did nothing. >> You feel me? I ain't did nothing. All right, bro. Take a seat. Okay. >> Why you got me? You said I've been underestimated. >> I didn't do nothing, sir. You said I broke it up. That's all I did. I didn't do nothing though. >> Take a seat. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> Yep. >> Who's going to jail? >> Why? >> I don't know. I don't. In the end, Carlos's ex and her family, they were booked for battery and disorderly conduct. They all ended up in handcuffs except the one who lit the match. On April 27th, 2025, the cops were called to a home on Sheffield Road after a bitter fight between parents boiled over. What began as an argument quickly turned into assault and destruction of property with both sides claiming they were the victim. So, how did this whole thing start? Like, obviously >> already in the yard. >> No, I mean like this whole situation. Obviously, you're the one that's dating him, right? >> It's no I just had a baby. >> Are y'all together or No, >> no, >> okay. So, he's not like cheating on you or anything. >> No, I don't care. >> Okay. How come you guys were trying to get him here with her then? >> Well, you guys weren't trying to get him here with her. He was actually harassing her to come here and still came when obviously he knew I knew already. He still came here. So that's trespassing. >> Okay. And she >> Nobody told him to come here. >> She didn't want nothing to do with him. >> No. >> So how can you park the car behind his car? >> Cuz I pulled in. He was already here when we got back. He not he was here. >> Did he make it known that he was trying to leave? >> Um no. When I got when I opened my car door, he opened his car door and got out. Did anyone refuse to move this vehicle so that he could get out of the driveway >> if he was in if he was already at his car? He wasn't trying to >> No, but I was so I was told that you guys said that he rammed this car. >> He did with my newborn in here three times. >> Okay. >> Then she was >> before he ran the car. I mean, obviously he was trying to leave. Did >> he was outside the car? He grabbed my arm or whatever trying to tussle. I don't want to tussle with you. I don't want to talk to you. He I don't care about talking to you. >> Did anyone refuse to move the car? >> No, no one was in the car. >> Right off the bat, something didn't sit right. The woman, Samria, said she didn't care about the cheating, yet her eyes told a different story. She claimed she wasn't trapping the man, but her car was parked squarely behind his. With holes in her story, they then decided to interview the father of her child. So they set me up. I pulled up to the house. >> That's what she's explaining, too. >> Yeah, but you lying though to the police, but I pulled up to the house. You blocked me in. You blocked me in the driveway >> and went and got out the car and started hitting me. Hit me. But the whole time she opened my door, hit me. But the whole time you doing that, you yelling to her friend, "Oh, record it. Record it. Record it and call the police. Record it and call the police and call my mama." So, how you going to call the police and you hitting me? I ain't do nothing wrong with trying to >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So then I go to try to like back out, but she get got me blocked in. So I'm like trying to back out. She I never touched her car. She have a mark if I touch her car. I never She I'm trying to back out. She Oh, tell me he hit my car with my baby in it. He hit my car with my I'm like why is you lying? I didn't hit your car. Then you hit you hit the back of the car with a rock. >> Where is that? Where is that? The car. >> Yeah, the car hit the >> So that's >> But you I got scratch like if I was I don't have scratches and all that, >> right? So that's >> But she long for doing trespass on my house. Same. The man didn't flinch when he admitted why he came. The cops let him tell his side of the story. And lucky for him, he had enough evidence to show that what he was saying was true. >> They don't know why you're there. >> They don't know why I'm there. >> I got the girl name. What the message say? >> Sorry, I can't I can't read. Yeah, that and when I got she kept calling you telling >> she >> she was the one dressing all black, right? Okay. Yeah. She was like he's here to >> that's what he's here for. >> And she she besides she's what she told me. >> So why so why you lying to say you don't know why I'm here? >> Exactly. So this is what we call very suspicious. >> When the man showed the messages, it was clear that Samria and her friend had set him up. From the very start, the cop's hunch had been right. So he circled back to Samria. The cops even checked her car for the smallest mark that might back her story up. Sadly for her, they found nothing. >> Look, I don't see any damage to the car. >> I just told officer damage because he was literally trying to >> Did he like back? >> So he was trying to push it. He didn't like slam into it. He just backed up into it and then tried to push it or >> No, he ran into it three times, but it was like ramming to like boom, press the gas and try to push it, go up again, boom, press the gas, trying to push it. >> He wasn't like slamming hard into the car. But >> was anyone over here throwing rocks? I saw a note about that in the call notes. >> A rock? >> Yeah. Was anyone out here throwing rocks? >> No. When he ran into my car, I threw a rock at the car. Threw a rock at his car. >> I don't know. >> She tried to stay calm, but it was clear she had nerves. And with every question, her story kept changing. One second, she said nobody was throwing rocks, and the next she admitted to throwing one. >> She tells you, "Come over there." thinking about a grade 20. >> Show up thinking nothing suspicious. Whatever. >> You pull up there and they pull in behind you. >> Pull in behind me. It's like Zakira didn't do nothing. >> Yeah. But your favorite mom, what's her name? >> Samria. >> Samria. >> She jumps out the car. Yeah. Comes to your side of the car, opens the door. >> Yeah. >> Starts slapping you. Hit me in her. All right. >> And starts yelling. Call the police. >> So then you back out. And I leave. >> Never hit her car at all. >> No, never hit the car. >> Okay. You leave and where's the where's that? Like where's the rock come in? >> I was on the way going out. I was turning out the yard with [music] the brick. >> Hit with the brick. >> She she got out the car with the brick. >> Oh, >> same. >> She came prepared. >> Same every time. >> He might have been rough around the edges, but at least his story lined up unlike hers. If she had really slapped him and thrown a brick at his car, she was already looking at at least two charges. >> You want personal charges? That's her. >> I I get it. That's what But what she's done, she >> tried to do me. >> She's trying to >> I mean, you we all know what's going on. >> Y know. I know. That's why I told them people not stupid. >> Yeah. I I pulled up and she's doing her. Oh, he's you got to take him to jail. What happened? Just take him to jail. And that's how that's how I instantly know. >> Yeah. I'm I'm going to get a >> bull >> cuz you don't even you're still thinking about what's going on. >> She get away with lying so much grandma and she thinks everybody >> she think everybody believes a lie that's not >> Do you ever get out of the car? Did you ever get out of the car? >> No, never got out the car. >> Okay, that's what >> I've never got out the car. >> I got >> That's why I want y'all to see the camera. >> Yeah, he's working on across the street. >> Back inside Samria's house, the officer watched the phone video, the so-called proof of her account. But from the very start, the woman's setup was sloppy and the footage only made it worse. >> I didn't say that. I was just trying to watch it. I'm trying to >> gather all my information first. >> You can literally hear him if the car messed up or not. Did you hear the car? I heard a bang, >> but I on the video and you said he did it three times and that video is only so long, >> but on the video she's filming her feet and she's standing between this car and the black car. >> Oh, she was standing [music] like >> Well, I I can see the license plate on this car in that video. And the black car never hits that car, that car in that video. >> I I don't I'm not saying that that never happened. I'm saying in that video that's not what happened. Out of nowhere, Samria called it quits. She knew the cops had seen right through her and her story wasn't holding up. She then asked for the paperwork, as if that could erase the mess she'd made. Her family joined in demanding the same, but they clearly didn't realize how the process worked. >> No, get that paper. You can see I gave you the phone when you asked me for the phone. Can I see what you wrote? Look, can I see it? >> Yeah, cuz she don't want to write it. She wanted >> She doesn't want to swear to it. She didn't finish it. She doesn't want to keep writing. >> Okay. So, this is now evidence. >> It's not evidence that she told him she don't grab. >> It's evidence. As soon as we It's done evidence. >> Hold on. Let me ask you this one question. How is it evidence? If she told him she do not want to write it, she don't want to. She's done. So, that's her paper to rip up if she said no. That's not evidence. She said no. >> Okay. It is. >> No, it's not. >> This is my paperwork. >> It's not your paper. Get the captain here because if she says no, she don't want to go further. She stopped writing. >> Yeah. >> That's not your paperwork. That's not your evidence. >> That's my paperwork. >> What's your >> She's got two felonies. >> What is >> uh burglary and throwing a dummy? >> What? >> She went in his car and beat his >> What? He said one of his >> Yeah, he's got marks all over him. >> What? >> He did it to himself. >> Hey, >> you all right? Go ahead. >> I got a sworn written statement regular. No, because you threw the rock. >> Yeah, but he said >> in the end for this woman, everything backfired. For climbing into his car, she got a burglary charge. And for hurling a brick, she got a felony. She thought she had set her ex up, but all she really did was set herself up for some jail time. On December 23rd, 2024 in Palm Beach County, the cops responded to a heated domestic dispute involving a woman named Sunonny and the sister of her father's child, Jerome. When the officers arrived, they were clued in on what happened by a witness. >> What happened? >> Mhm. Her brother is the dad of the kids. >> The mom of the kid came. I guess it's the dad's day. The mom came to get trying to stop trying to say no. >> I'm in the house. I'm not sure. >> So, I'm not entirely I don't know how it transpired, but long story short, it was the mom coming to get the kid on. >> Okay. So, the mom came to get the kid. She's not supposed to be here. Correct. >> What happened? Why is her eyebrow? I was in the house with my own kids. So, I don't know how exactly the details. >> What the witness said was clear. But even without that, Jerome's sister, who was simply caring for the child, was left shaken and injured after Sunny attacked her. As for Sunny, she'd initiated the fight and deliberately violated a trespass order. That being said, there was no way she was going to get out of this without consequences. >> Tell me what happened. >> [snorts] >> She came over Friday night. >> We're doing Christmas Saturday morning. >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. >> Zoney has a trespassing warning for here. >> Okay. Okay. Grab her. Grab it for me. And it's not her day and she's trespassed on this property to get her. >> It's not her day. >> It's not her dayd [music] >> because we told her she needs to get off and she said, "I'm coming to get my baby. Y'all got me up." >> He's working. That's why I'm watching her cuz I'm on break from school. Sunny had crossed plenty of lines, so the cops had an understanding of just what kind of person she was. Soon after, another commotion broke out nearby, and to no one's surprise, it was Sunny in the middle of it. >> Who's this? >> She hurt my child. And no, my child is hurt. Yes, they she they jumped me. They jumped me. It's a trespassing. THE FATHER IS NOT HERE. THE LAST STEP the last time I came, >> she's she is a she is a witness. The last time I came, she did the same thing. Tried to jump me. They did the same thing. I'm 21. So one time I booked her and hurt you. I TOLD YOU I have to whoop you. You want to hurt me? No. >> You're training me right now. Turn around. >> I came to get my >> Turn around. Stop moving. >> My daughter. My boy's in the car. to the fathers. I hear sir, you would understand my frustration. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But when you're here yelling and we're trying to talk to you, [music] >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> We don't do that. >> So, she's I promise you I didn't want to hurt her, but she's hurting my child. I pushed her one time back after they jumped me. The one that looks all nice and she was the one shoving my mom's face, punching me in the face, pulling my hair. >> The neighbor had to get in on this. And when I was younger, >> you were punched in the face. >> Yes. Yes. I don't I was I was all of them. Thank God I'm okay. Thank God I'm okay. Where were you? >> My nails popped off. My every everything fell >> cuz I'm looking at you. I don't see any bruises. You if I touched you right now, you would have a bruise. I don't see a bruise on your face. I don't see a bruise on this side. >> There's witnesses. >> But listen, we're going to get to the bottom of it. Just have a seat. Have a seat. >> They did this the last time I was seeing her. >> No worries. >> Sunny was shifting between anger and self-pity, making all kinds of outbursts. She tried to distract the officers from what transpired before they arrived, but they saw right through it. >> So, can you tell me what happened? >> I come up, right? >> Um, and literally the day that the mom begged me to come out here, she picked up the child, not Jerome. Um, I got in contact with Jerome. We came together. During the party, they all got drunk. Eventually, I told his mom I have to go. She begged me to stay. Of course, Jerome heard I was leaving. He lost his mind. He tried to put his hands on me. He threw the stuff that I had in his car out on the street. The police came. I had to wait out here an hour to get my Uber home >> two days ago. I had to wait an hour to get Uber home. >> What happened today? >> Guess what? I smuggled back. Today I have to come get my daughter. Right. Of course, Jerome's not here. Who's he? Who's they Who are they with? The sister and the sister's sister. So, they're playing doll with her because I get here and the kids are outside by themselves. So, I grab the child of the other lady, which must be older sister, and I put her in the house. I hear somebody boom boom boom boom boom coming outside. No. up who went to punch me in the face. Malaysia's in my hand. I don't know how the hell I'm not hurt, but I've been this my whole life. I've been defending myself and dealing with people like this my whole life. I know my demeanor might give up. Like, hey, I take this. I can handle it, but it's only so much. And then eventually, my daughter comes out of my hand. She tries to reach for her. My mom comes out to help me. And the other chick is pulling my hair while the other one's pulling my leg. They're pulling my arms. And in all of this, THEY'RE THEY'RE LIKE SQUEEZING MY DAUGHTER'S stomach to try to to try to convince me that they're hurting her enough for me to let go. I said no. >> As Sunny told her version of events, she added dramatic details and was altering parts of the story to favor herself. But the longer she talked, the less convincing she became. >> So Jerome is your father >> your ex >> from like four years ago. >> So the father of your child. All right. And you came here to get >> your daughter from technically Jerome, but he's not here. So >> his sister is here with you. >> She's 17. >> Okay. Sister is 17. >> She smokes. She don't got nothing going on right now but school. >> This is your custody agreement. Like he's trying to find out. >> When is your custody agree? Cuz obviously you both agree and it's a court order. >> So when's your know I'm supposed to I was supposed to know. >> It's right there. He only He only gets her Friday, Saturday, Sunday. >> Okay. Today is what? >> Uh Monday. >> Okay. >> I was supposed to pick her up. He >> supposed to pick her up Sunday, not Monday. >> I didn't come yesterday. >> Okay. So, this is this is this is what we're trying to get to. You your your your uh court order says you have to be on Sunday here to pick her up. >> So, if you weren't here, the best thing you should have done, call the police. We come here, we grab the child. Well, we don't grab her. >> I didn't know. >> I know. But you came in here and then you start >> I didn't know. I didn't start here, sir. I didn't know. >> You came in here knowing you weren't supposed to be here. >> What? >> You weren't supposed to be here today. >> This should have been done yesterday. >> Jerome's sister was a minor, and Sunny was aware of that before she attacked her. And when the cops pulled out the custody agreement, for Sunny, it was game over. Even though Sunny brushed it off like it was just some random piece of paper, she knew things were not going to go in her favor. >> This entire thing exists, so this doesn't happen. >> Correct. That's the literal reason for this. And now we're here because we let our emotions get the best of us. >> No, that's why this is my child. >> No, no, that's completely understandable. >> I raised her. >> I raised her. I've raised her since she came out of my womb. I raised her. I raised her. They don't raise her. They play doll with her on the weekend. They haven't had her in months. I just told them, "Fine, cool." And the weekend I came, there was a problem. Of course, Jerome wants more than just co-arenting. Of course, the father is supposed to be she can't be with a minor. I never approved of this crap in the past. >> She's old enough to take care of the child. >> There was a 10-year-old here too. That would be a problem. But >> I understand she's old enough. She's old enough to take care of a child. >> You know what I'm saying? I understand that. I never said that was okay. >> Yeah. >> And the father didn't either. >> But it doesn't say anything here either. >> He doesn't give any rules at all. He doesn't give any signals. He just explain to you what you mean to do. >> Yes. I need to go to court. >> Gustada. I'm just overwhelmed. They've been dealing with these people for years. >> And you keep coming back. >> I don't. >> And why is the child here? >> Jerome took it to court and the mom showed up right on her knees. I have a video of her going on her knees. I really believe this lady. I did. I want my daughter. I want my daughter. >> It's the same crap. >> It's the same. It's >> the same. >> Sunny played the victim card trying to rewrite the narrative. It was all about Sunny being misunderstood and unjustly wronged. The more she whined, the more she looked like the problem. >> So, right now, you're under arrest for domestic battery. >> What? >> Yeah. >> What? No. No. No. No. No. No. She hit me, though. There's There's There's proof. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go take a look and we'll determine that. I'll be right back. >> No, no, no. But this No, no, no. I hit me. >> I'll be right back, >> sir. Please. >> I'll be right back. In the end, she was charged with domestic battery and interference with custody. Unfortunately, with these dysfunctional relationships, it's always the same elements: anger, public outrage, and an innocent child caught in the middle of a mess. Thanks for watching today's episode, and we hope to see you in the next.
