Go ahead. Trespass me cuz that's the day that I'm leaving and I will never speak to you again. You don't have to trespass me. [screaming] >> So you're starting to piss me off >> and you're starting to piss me off. >> So I'm going to tell you one more time >> and I'm going to tell you whatever you have to say. >> I'm a patient. Sometimes getting trespassed is enough to put people in their place, but other times it's a spark that ignites their rage. >> You don't HAVE TO HOLD ME. I DON'T GO ANYWHERE. YOU'VE BEEN abusive for six years. >> And when these people show their arrogance towards nononsense cops, what starts as a simple trespass incident can take a really wild turn. On December 13th, 2021 in Tallahassee, Florida, the cops were dispatched to an apartment complex. Inside the apartment, there was a young woman sleeping on the couch, and she'd already been trespassed. When the cops arrived around 1:30 in the morning, the still sleepy suspect didn't expect them to show up. >> Hey, you got your ID on you? >> Is it in yet? >> No. >> It is not. not I'm here to say that I'd like you to >> What's your uh what's your first name? >> I'm not here to >> What's your first name? >> Okay, you're talking just fine. Let's talk normal. What's your first go? I'm sorry. >> Yeah, right now. Yeah. Hold up. We did this easy way, our way. It's up to you. >> We're just trying to find out who you are. >> Your first name. >> We're trying to make sure you're safe and find out who you are real quick. Okay. If you don't have any warrants or anything like that, then we're good. But I need to get your first name and all that information. Okay. >> I'm just I just woke up and >> I got home with this in my bedroom. >> Oh, okay. I'm going to walk to my bedroom. >> Where's your bedroom? >> I'm not interested in telling anybody right now. I just woke up from sleep. >> Okay. >> What's your first name? >> I'm not here to give out any names. >> What's that? >> I'm not here to give out any names, sir. I'm so sorry. >> The cops identified the woman as 23-year-old Autumn Lead Better. Autumn said she lived there, but the security guard denied it, saying she'd been trespassed earlier, and soon enough, her behavior started wearing on their patients. >> What is the problem? >> Sit down. That's the problem. You were standing up and I told you to sit down. >> I'm not sitting down. Okay. >> Well, then you're about to go in cuffs. >> No, it's okay. >> Uh, yes, sir. >> Sir. >> Yep. You're going to go sit down right now cuz you've already been warned about this. >> And then when you call in, just hand me the phone real quick. >> Okay. You hear? >> Hm. What' he say? >> Nothing in ours. Yeah. >> The cops discovered that she had a warrant out of Georgia, apparently stemming from a car theft, and it could have been the reason why she didn't want to identify herself. While the cops gathered info, Autumn decided she didn't want to wait. Autumn tried to leave and things escalated quickly. >> No, no, don't stop. Don't touch. >> Go, go sit back over there. >> Go over here. Go sit back over there. Go sit back over there. You're not You're not free to go. Stop. >> Please don't touch me. >> Go sit back over there. >> Please don't touch me. >> Go sit back over there. >> Seriously. >> You're not free to go. >> You're not free to touch me. >> Yes, I am. >> Am I being detained? >> Yes, you are detained. You are detained. >> For what? >> For an investigation. Go sit down. >> What? What type of trespassing? >> Let go of me. >> Then sit down. >> Let go of me. >> You're going to cuff if you don't sit down. Sit down. >> Seriously, >> if you don't sit down, we'll put you in cuffs. >> Seriously, let go of me. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Yeah. >> Stop resisting. Stop. Seriously, let go of me. >> No, >> I got you. >> Okay. Why? >> Well, >> what did I do? >> We'll do >> ask you a question. >> Sorry. >> Just Yeah. Lady, would you stop? >> During the struggle, she did something really dumb and kicked one of the officers. After being arrested, she resorted to a classic excuse, saying she had to be released because she had to use the bathroom. And when that didn't work, she got really aggressive. >> We're going to um just have you write a statement, too, about the previous incident and then obviously this. >> Stop. Stop doing that. Stop hitting your head. >> I mean the restroom. >> Was that use the restroom? >> Yeah. >> I use the restroom. Seriously. >> Yes, sir. No worries. Please. >> Yeah. No worries, sir. We can go. [laughter] >> Please stop. >> Stop. >> Just >> Can you get off of me? >> No. >> Why? >> Because you're kicking us and you're >> Because you're on me. >> Because you're resisting us. >> No. I'm asking if I can do something. Will you walk me? >> No. >> I'm not resisting. >> You are resisting. >> What? Why am I going to trust you now when you didn't do what we asked the first time? >> What did you ask? >> To stop kicking us. And what did you do? Keep kicking us. >> You're pathetic. >> I asked you to sit down. You wouldn't >> get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> Too late for that, sweetheart. >> Stop doing that. >> Then get off of me. >> GET YOUR HANDS OFF [screaming] of me. >> Stop doing that. >> Stop doing that. >> Then get off of me. Temporarily, the cops managed to calm her down. She was acting unpredictable, sometimes demanding to use the restroom, other times threatening them or uncontrollably crying. They tried to keep her from harming herself, but it wasn't that easy. >> Get off of me. You're hurting me so badly. Get off of me. >> I keep getting off of me. >> [laughter] [gasps] [laughter] >> Please let go. [screaming] >> Stop. Stop. >> You have no Let go of me. >> Holy, bro. Please stop. You're scaring me. Get off my back now. >> Stop. [screaming] STOP. [screaming] >> PLEASE. Get off of me. >> She scratched me, too. >> Get off of me, pathetic piece of Just let me use the restroom. >> It was hard to restrain the woman, so another officer arrived to assist. The officer brought restraints as they had no choice but to use the hobble as she'd been assaulting the cops by kicking them. >> Yeah, that's her first. >> Cross your feet first. Okay, you got him. >> Now tuck them down. All this we go this way. It's pretty tight. >> Once [snorts] they secured the woman, she was still resisting them and got very inventive. Almost constantly, she found new and unusual and dramatic ways to defy the cops and challenge their authority. >> All they said was I didn't want to sit down. I wanted to use the restroom. That's literally it. Can I use the restroom? Oh, that was not nice. >> Thank you. That was a much nicer. >> Stop. >> Here in a second. >> Get off of my back. You pathetic. >> Stop hitting your head against your >> off of my back. >> GET OFF OF MY BACK. >> SORRY. You can't do that right now. Yes, you can. >> Stop hitting your head against the floor. >> Get off of my back. >> With Autumn already in handcuffs and her legs restrained, they had to carry the woman to get her out of the building. >> Can you grab your shoe? Yeah. [laughter] >> Sorry. Why are you touching me like this? What did I do? >> My flashlight, too. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> With considerable effort, the cops placed her in the elevator. She was entitled enough to complain about how they carried her and used the first opportunity to get back at them in a really nasty way. >> Can you walk like >> Yeah, I can walk if he doesn't put me on. >> Okay. No spitting. You're not going to get a chance. You understand? >> Don't spit on him. Stop. >> It's on my knees. >> We got a mask on down there on >> I have a co mask in my car. That's about it. >> I thought I had one on there. Hit the star. >> I did hit the star. >> Kick your knee out from the door. Yeah. >> Yeah. One, two, three. >> She was carried to the parking lot and for the very last challenge, they had to get her in a squad car. Not an easy task, but eventually they did find a way to protect themselves from her spit. All right, legs in first and then get the string. He's holding on to the string. >> Just Just put it in there. That's fine. >> Why would you got her leg? Her arms. >> Get from the other side. >> Please stop. >> Grab her leg. >> Set her up. >> Try to set. Yeah. >> Set her up. hand. >> Three feet down. Three feet down. >> There you go. Pull back. >> Give me the string. >> Just control his feet. >> Yeah. >> Here. Shut the door. >> Yes. They medically cleared the woman and she was taken to jail. Autumn was charged with resisting arrest, trespass after warning, and three counts of battery on law enforcement. The battery charges were later dropped, and as for the other charges, she pled no contest. Autumn was sentenced to 11 months in the Leyon County Jail. On the 21st of February, 2023, the cops were called out to a Salvation Army store. There was a woman at the store the employees had had problems with, and they'd kicked her out many times before. The employees wanted her trespassed, and the suspect, Martha, was well known to authorities. >> Ah, Martha. >> Yes. >> Hi. They want you to leave. >> Okay. >> Okay. They want you They want you trespass. Okay. >> Okay. No problem. I'm leaving. I going to pay for what I I >> No, no, You got to you got to go now though. They they don't want you to pay for anything. >> No, this >> No, you just leave right there. Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. >> You want to just come to my car? I'll give you a trespass. Get you out of here. Okay. >> I don't want to get I don't need to get trespass on you. >> It's okay. I don't come in the morning. >> Okay. Well, you are trespassed. So, >> okay. So, I don't have to give you the piece of paper to just so you know. >> Um you can do >> Well, you don't need to take the piece of paper. Just know that you're not allowed back. Okay. >> Yes. I I know. >> If you come back, you could be arrested. I've been in jail already for not trespassing. You know that. >> All right. So, you know, you know how it works. >> I know. >> All right. >> All right. Martha, have a good day. >> I will. >> The officer parted ways with Martha on friendly terms. It seemed like for the moment she was not going to cause any more problems for the employees, but sadly it wasn't the case. And soon after, when the cop came back with some paperwork, he was told that Martha had never actually left. When he met up with her again, the officer was pretty upset. >> She's in the back, I think. >> Calling the back. >> She's in the car. >> She's calling. She's calling the phone. >> Yeah, she's in the back outside with the red shorts. >> All right. I got her. >> Arthur, this is still their property. You can't be here. >> $250. >> Okay, I don't care. >> And money. I need to PICK IT UP. GO AND TELL HER. >> IF you don't leave right now, you're going to go to jail. >> I'm going to jail right now. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> You're not going to I need my $3250 that I came to buy. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> No. Get out of the car, Martha. Get out of the car. >> I The guy was taking with her for for my 1105. Let me close my car. >> Out of the car. >> I need to close my car. >> I'll close it. Out of the car. >> Martha realized that he wasn't going to play nice. It wasn't what she expected and she was a little thrown off. She tried to stall a bit by fidgeting in her car, but soon enough the officer took action and that's when things got loud in the thrift store parking lot. >> One second. >> Is anybody out with him? >> Negative, but reference to Martha. That was one of you guys. [screaming] Or if I could use another. >> The officer arranged for Martha's car to be towed and he then called for backup. He could already sense she'd be hysterical for a while and she definitely delivered. Beyonce, you're sir. >> Cops, are you any closer until I get there? [laughter] >> Stop holding me. I don't go nowhere. Stop holding me. >> Stuck at the light. Go. >> Stop holding me. >> Just waiting for a transport. Well, we'll go. She Excuse me, sir. Excuse me. Can you tell him that she WAS GOING TO TALK WITH THE BOSS TO GIVE ME MY $23250 money? Martha started talking nonsense and behaving totally erratically. She made strange claims about missing money and insisted the cops were abusing her, but it was just her imagination working overtime. >> You don't have to hold me. >> Yes, I do. >> You don't have TO HOLD ME. I DON'T GO NOWHERE. [screaming] YOU'VE BEEN ABUSING ME FOR SIX YEARS. YOUR VIOLENCE, YOUR NASTINESS. THIS IS ABUSE AND I GOING TO SEE YOU. Everybody's watching you. I HAVE MORE THAN 25,000 PEOPLE. YEAH. HELP ME, MOM. HELP ME, MOM. [screaming] Help me, Mom. Help me, Mom. >> She eventually realized that screaming would not be enough to save her skin. So, she switched things up and started intimidating the officers. Almost without effort, Martha's brain was coming up with threats and very creative nicknames for them. >> My lawyer is thinking all this. You're going to HELP MR. CHAIN. >> CHAIN OF F. >> NOT TURN AROUND. >> I'M NOT TURNING AROUND AND STOPING ME. THAT WAS THE SIGN THAT KEVIN IS STOP putting your HAND IN MY SHOULDER. KEVIN BLOW my shoulder. I KNOW REAL WITH YOU. CHAIN OF FAME. DISGUSTING MAN. I HAVE PICTURES OF YOU THAT ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET. >> AS EXPECTED, intimidation didn't work either. But it didn't stop the woman as she had plenty of energy to keep on yelling. And like so many past criminals, she played another classic card, the health condition. >> If I walk you to my car, are you going to be calm? >> I'm not walking to your car. >> Okay. >> I need paramedics. >> We We'll stand here then. >> I need paramedics. >> Why do you need paramedics? >> My pressure is going down. I feel like I going to have a heart attack. >> Okay. >> I need paramedics. >> Can you have fire EMS respond? She's complaining of blood pressure issues. >> My left SIDE? YOU MESSING UP MY LEFT SIDE? KEVIN JIMENEZ ALREADY DID. YOU DID MORE. >> OKAY. You want me to grab your right SIDE THEN? >> NO, I DON'T WANT YOU TO TOUCH ME. >> After trying the threats and the paramedic cards, she then found a brand new approach. She accused the cop of detaining her just for the experience of her Colombian beauty, which Martha felt was irresistible. >> You have pleasure to touch a beautiful Colombia woman like you've been TOUCHING ME FOR A LONG TIME. >> NO, because baby, YOU ARE GAY. YOU'RE MESSING AROUND WITH KEVIN HIMENEZ. >> TURN HERE. >> Stop it >> right now. Stop it. >> We got fired. Stop. >> I wasn't your restaurant. I'm disgusting. >> Stop. >> I've been stopped for a long time. >> Witz, just calm down. Please. It's okay. >> He's been abusing me for not pictures. >> I have pictures and I have videos. >> Please don't yell. I have a headache. OKAY. >> GO HOME. TAKE US. [snorts] >> You're you're you're acting up. You don't need to do that, ma'am. Okay. >> I am no mama. I am Martin. [laughter] I know you for 20 years. Mr. Chhat. >> I'm not sure what you just called me, but okay. >> You are Mr. Chop. C H O W. Mr. Ch. Mr. Chuck. Yes. And you are owner of River City Restaurant with your wife. >> How do you know that? >> Because I know you for 20 20 years. I was there on Friday and the food was disgusting. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Do you want me to I'll have a I'll have a talk with the owner. I know him really well. Okay. I'm telling him he needs to up his game. Very quickly, the backup officer understood Martha's nature. By playing along with her, he managed to establish friendlier terms with her, but it didn't completely calm her down. When another cop headed toward her vehicle, she totally lost it. >> DON'T TALK MY Don't kick me. >> Try to kick me. You kidding me? >> Call it out. >> Yep. I told you don't touch my teeth. Why did you have to touch my teeth? I was God. Don't touch my >> I hate you. I didn't kill you. I put my leg. >> Just leave it there. >> Fire should be here any minute. >> Mr. [ __ ] him. CAN I STILL DIE? I TAKE HIM. >> I like him. >> You got to stop screaming. >> It was hard for the cops to deal with Martha. And she even refused to drink water till the paramedics arrived. When they finally got there, it was clear they knew Martha well. And right on quue, she started complaining about the cops. >> You want to sit up, please? >> Yeah. Let me help you. We ask for a second. One second. One, two, three. >> How you feeling? having problem with a mother and a follow me. Everybody's watching you, my friend. What's going on? >> I went to $42. I have no medically. What's going on? >> My left side. He left my left side for sure. I have advised they were pulling up on scene. You have visual on a 57y old woman. >> Yeah, they're back here with us. >> He's He's threading me and threading me and threading me. Let's try to calm down cuz it's not going to help your blood pressure. Okay, >> I haven't seen you in a long time and I miss you. Okay, >> I missed you to myself. >> I want you to be calm. >> Where is my Caleb? >> Caleb is up here. >> No, Caleb's not here. >> How you feeling? Anything hurt? >> I was okay until he heard me. >> Martha's complaints were heard and she was taken to the hospital where she was thoroughly examined. It looks like her stay at the hospital had a very positive effect on her mood. He hit the life alert. I've been waiting for this. >> I have your life alert. >> I've been waiting for this. Thank you, God, for life alert. Everything is recorded. >> All right. So, that's not that's good, right? >> It's too heavy. >> I know. >> Okay. You get it. Don't let that mother steal it. All right. Right out front. Come on. Vista amigos. >> I now I get a lunch in in jail. Disgusting as in jail. >> You're supposed to say asa vista. Baby, >> I know the number of your car. >> You know it. >> Y. >> Yes. Cuz I talked to you the other day. >> Yeah. >> The officers, the paramedics, and the hospital staff all knew Martha well and had dealt with her multiple times before. However, that kind of fame isn't exactly the kind to be proud of. After a medical check, they put the handcuffs on her again and put her back in the squad car. A B C A B C D E F G K A L N O P Q R S C R W [crying] E F A E T >> So he's going to take you inside. >> You got to listen. I don't understand English. >> Martha was taken to jail and charged with trespass and resisting without violence. On the 13th of August, 2024 in Orlando, Florida, the cops were dispatched to Universal Studios. In the pool area at the Cabana Bay Resort, there was a male who was trespassing and disturbing and threatening the staff and guests. When the officers arrived, the security staff caught them up to date. >> How you doing? >> What's going on, sir? What's going on? >> He's a gentleman at the pool. >> Okay. He's refusing that. Okay. >> Was he just with himself or he have any items with him or anything? >> I'm assuming he's by himself. >> You got another security person that has eyes on him right now? >> Yes. >> Okay. Apparently, earlier that day, the suspect had been at Sapphire Falls Resort, another property owned by Universal. The man had caused a disturbance and had been asked to leave, knowing that the cops talked to the manager of Cabana Bay Resort. >> Allegedly, he threatened one of the QSA's quick service attendant. Uh, if you don't give me food, I'm going to punch you. >> Oh, you have somebody now that actually has eyes on? >> Yeah, one of my officers. >> And um if we get >> He's homeless. allegedly >> if we get him to leave, you guys >> still want officially trespass. >> Yeah, definitely want him because he >> he just left from over there and came straight here. So if we let him go again, he'll end up probably. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Did he have any items with him or anything like a back suitcase? >> I mean, >> so he has a suitcase, but he's not a guest. >> No, he's not. The manager described the man as a white Hispanic male, rather small, skinny, on the short side, and with black hair. With that information, and with the staff accompanying them to identify the man, there was no problem locating him over by the pool. >> Hey, how you doing, man? You okay? >> No, I'm not. You >> want to just do a seat over here? I'm >> have a seat over here. Yeah. >> Just want to talk to you for a little bit. Don't care if you're a fool. >> That's okay, man. We don't need to. Where you coming from? >> I'm coming from where that gentleman go over Sapphire Falls. >> So, I wouldn't have fall because as that one came from this location, I don't care if he works here or not. >> Okay, >> I understand that. >> Do I not? >> So, these people, >> do you have ID on here? Do you have ID on I'm asking you, do you have ID? Yes, I do. We're going to just get ID and we're going to go for that. >> All right. Is that your your bag right there? >> Yes. >> Do you mind if >> Can I touch your things? >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Where where in your bag is your ID? >> Hold on. You saying it's in that bag? >> Huh? >> Oh, >> where's your ID? >> Oh, >> what are you going to do right now? What are you going to do, guys? Hi, my name is Joseph. >> On the outside, the man looked pretty calm, but inside he was tense and had no intention of complying. At the worst possible moment, the man stood up and that decision backfired badly. >> All right, Joseph. >> Okay, now you're going to go. Now you're going to jail. Okay, Joseph. >> Okay, now you're going to jail. >> Let's do his job. Okay. everything. After his spectacular arrest, Joseph wasn't too chatty. The officers assured him he was going to jail, which only worsened his mood. Suddenly, he felt the need to share with them that he wasn't just any random detainee. He was a man with a special mission. >> You don't know how bad I >> was here, man. Stop. >> Police officer and I respect you. >> That attitude ain't going to get you nowhere. You know what I'm saying? That hand's not gonna get to work either. >> Yes, I made up the same god, but my papa. >> The cops collected his belongings by the pool and almost casually he confessed to them that he was trying hard to go to jail, but it probably wasn't true based on his dramatic whining as they escorted him out of the park. This is not fair. >> Joseph just walking down. There's a bunch of people at Universal like Yeah. They officially trespassed the man and he was then taken to jail and charged with resisting without violence and assault on law enforcement for threatening an officer. On the 20th of March 2024 in Florida, the cops responded to a call about a mother who wanted her daughter removed from a property. When the cops arrived at the address, they encountered the daughter, Joseline, in front of the house. >> What's going on? >> Ma for the fourth time today. Well, I've been here two a week and a half and this is the fourth time she's kicked me out. >> Jeez, it's a pretty good record. >> Are you join? >> Yes, I am. >> Is that how you say it? >> Yes. >> Okay. [clears throat] All right. So, is it mom? >> Mom. >> Where's mom? >> Inside. >> Inside. Do you have an ID card on you? I don't really need to show you. >> Well, I'm here because something occurred. They're saying a physical domestic happened. So, did it? >> In the process of an investigation, yes, you do have to identify yourself. >> If you really want to play the game, I can fingerprint you and do all that stuff if necessary. >> I'm not doing this. >> Hm. >> We're not doing that. >> Well, well, we're going to have to. >> Refusing to cooperate with an officer after being suspected of domestic battery is never a smart move. After her daughter went back inside, it was time for her mother, Benny, to explain why she wanted her daughter removed. >> She need help. I can't >> Come on. Come on here and talk to me. >> Okay. I'm her mother. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, she used to live in Tampa. >> Mhm. >> She working. She lost the job. >> Mhm. >> She lost the job. Um I bring it back home because she's hungry. So, I don't want my daughter. Of course, I don't want my daughter in >> I'm a parent. I dictate that. >> Okay. I tried to help it >> anywhere, but she need she have mental issues right now. I know she's talking by herself. She do she cry a lot. You know, she feel she had a drug addict father and a mother that cares about her husband more than her child. Well, she's going to ask, you know, she takes care of her husband cuz her husband likes to drink, smoke, do whatever. Jocelyn felt entitled to blame her father and mother for things, but the truth was she'd moved into their house and was refusing to identify herself. Soon after, she admitted to have been in trouble with the law before by saying she had a mug shot. >> So, do me a favor, please get your ID card for me. So, I you do >> I don't cuz there's no criminal charges. >> Doesn't matter. There could be criminal There easily could be criminal charges. >> Oh, you're going to put them on me? So, you're going to make up some charges. That's what we're doing now. Well, I don't I don't try to make any I just want she come she need help. I I don't know what kind of help she can get. >> So now he's trying to press a law on me trying to press charges on me because I don't want to give you my ID that only >> but why you can't give me the ID >> for what? He knows my name. My name is Josyn Sto. What's the problem? >> He has my name. He I don't have to show him. That's I don't have to show him. He can look it up. Go join Sodto. I have a mug shot. Look it up. Anything physical happened? >> No. She'd have put her hands on you? >> No. Okay. You want her gone? >> I wanted she gain some help somewhere. >> Well, she didn't drive to Centerstone then or something like that. >> So, do you want her gone right now? >> She has to evict me and you know that it's legal. Yes. >> You've been here 2 days. You haven't established residency. >> I My license is here. This has been my res. >> You've been gone and you've you came back. >> She said I can come back here once I live here. My toothbrush is here. Once she says I can Well, >> you're an officer. I'm not even going to argue with you. Your little cam right there. It'll >> go grab your stuff so you can go. >> I'm not leaving. You can't push me. >> Using a much quieter tone, the officers urged the young woman to pack her things up and leave. She refused to do so again and again, saying her mother cared more about her alcoholic partner than she did about her. At this point, the mother had to decide. Trespass her daughter or allow her to stay. That's when things got very dramatic. You want to trespass her? >> Just so if she comes back on, if we trespass her, we arrest. >> Yeah. Go ahead and trespass me. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead, Mom. >> Like a dog. >> You have two choice. You have to look in mental uh No. Go ahead. Trespass. Go ahead. Go ahead. Trespass me. Mom. >> Go ahead. Trespass me cuz that's the day that I'm leaving and I will never speak to you again. >> Okay. You don't have to trespass me. Okay. So, >> tell them to trespass me. >> Okay. >> Tell them. Tell her. >> Then you going to go >> tell them. Tell them. The cops had a feeling the argument could go on forever and kept urging the mother to make a decision. That being said, it's never easy for a mother to kick out her own daughter. Meanwhile, Joselyn kept blaming her mother and blaming about her personal life for everyone to hear. >> It's because I'm telling her that her but her boyfriend you guys don't have to nothing deal with her. >> Every time I'm here, there's a problem. >> This is all money. It's my only day off >> because he's I see why. And I'm trying to protect my mother from having >> me. I'm doing drugs. I'm alcoholic. I'm >> Okay. So, do you want her to go? Tell her to go. If not, we can trespass. She can grab her stuff and we'll get her going. Okay. Simple as that. Do you want her gone or no? >> You have to. I can't. >> Okay, then go ahead. Tell them. Trespass me. Tell them. >> I can't. >> Okay. Well, then tell them to trespass me. >> Do you know you're not anything? >> Go ahead and tell them to trespass. The officer explained again that since there was no physical violence, the only option was to trespass. And if Penny didn't trespass Joselyn, the cops couldn't help her. In this case, it seemed like the mother had to work the courage job to finally make the call. >> Right now, what do you want us to do? >> She had to go. I can't my my >> Do you want to trespass or No, >> right now. I'm I'm I'm nervous. I I'm I'm in depression. I can't I can't have it. I can't have it. Cuz I told him, "Shut up. Don't say nothing. >> Fine. Go grab your stuff. >> I'm not >> Get your stuff. >> You cannot touch me. You can't force me. And if you touch me, I'm suing. >> If you touch me, I'm just tell her she's >> If you want her trespass, her to tell her she's trespassed. Otherwise, there's nothing we can do for you. That's where that's where we're at right now. You're going in circles talking to her. I mean, I don't know what to tell you. >> If you want me to go and tell them to trespass me. >> Tell them. >> Okay. So, I have to do whatever I have to do. Then I have to do that. >> All right. >> So, she want her trespass. >> Yeah. Right. That's right. >> All right. Then you're formally trespassed. Get your stuff and go. >> I want paperwork. >> You don't get any paperwork. She does. >> The official trespass order didn't bother Jocelyn. Entitled as always, she still felt she could stay in the house. A little later, she called up a close relative and had an emotional conversation in Spanish with Benny butting in in the background. I'm not doing it. Grab yourself. The cop interrupted her conversation, saying if she didn't get her things and get out, she'd be arrested. She refused to comply, prompting the cops to finally arrest her. And that's when the real action began. >> Arrest me then. >> Fine. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> STOP RESISTING NOW. STOP NOW. >> BACK UP NOW. BACK UP. >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> OH, she's coming to jail now. >> No, you're not. >> I won't drive stun you. Stop resisting. >> I'm going to drive stun you. >> Stop. DON'T KICK ME. DON'T TASTE MY TASER. >> TURN OVER. >> REALLY? REALLY? Is this what we're doing? >> This is what we're doing. >> Roll over. >> Roll over now. >> Roll over now. Stop resisting. >> Roll over now. >> Roll over now. Stop resisting. >> Don't touch me. >> Roll over. >> Do not touch me. >> Roll over. I'm taking a bull ass mother. >> Roll over. >> Roll over now. >> Why am I going to jail? >> Why am I going to jail? >> During a heated arrest, Joselyn resisted by kicking and fighting. The cops had to be firm with her, but even that didn't stop her. When she tried to test their patience, the cops had to resort to more forceful measures. >> You guys didn't give me enough time. Let me grab my >> Last chance. >> Last chance. >> You're going to tase me? >> Yeah. >> You're going to tase me. >> This is what we're doing. >> Yes. >> You're going to tase me without me resisting. [screaming] >> NOW THERE [screaming] Stop it. [screaming] >> COUGH UP. >> COUGH UP. NOW YOU get [laughter] [screaming] >> cough up. I can't I can't breathe. I CAN'T COUGH UP. I CAN'T BREATHE. I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't breathe. I can't I can't breathe. I'm sure you got I'm sure you got >> After being tased and restrained, she was escorted out of the house to a squad car. The electric shock had sobered her up a bit, and she was slightly more cooperative. Still though, she was demanding an explanation for why she was being arrested. >> All because I told my mom her boyfriend was >> all because you want me to don't go. >> Stupid ass had a result in this. >> Yeah, it'll be all right cuz the cams are >> Are they going to watch some photos? PJ out for a mission. >> We've been dazed. It's okay. >> A female officer searched Joselyn. And meanwhile, the cops advised Benny on where to get help for her mentally ill daughter. Shortly after, EMS arrived to check on Joselyn's health condition after a very intense arrest. Are you able to bust a little to your right? All right. Put a probe on your right. >> I'm not seeing anything. Doesn't mean nothing's wrong. Your vitals all look great. Still a good idea to go get checked out. >> Are we taking her to the hospital? >> Huh? >> Are we taking her to the hospital? >> You can. We can. I mean, it's not a bad idea to go get checked out. Little >> anxious. Feel good. Jocelyn was taken to the hospital and then transported to jail. They charged the woman with resisting without violence and trespassing, though the trespassing charge was later dismissed. Joselyn pled no contest and was sentenced to 12 months probation along with fines and court costs totaling $1,830. On April 22nd, 2023, still in Florida, the cops were dispatched to a restaurant due to a trespassing complaint. When they arrived at the restaurant, they immediately talked to the owner who explained what was happening. >> Just I want her out of it. I don't want her back here. So, they just gave her a cup of ice and now she hasn't. >> Yeah. And she pour her own drinks. >> Mhm. Yep. Not buying anything, not tipping our coupon. And she's been Thank you so much. She's been argumentative all night. Like all night. She's been after me all night. She just >> And you've already told her to leave. >> Yes. Several times. And I don't want her here. >> Did you tell her that you work here? >> I told her I'm the owner and that, you know, I really need you to go. >> And so, >> well, she knows you're the owner. >> Yes, I told her that, but she don't care. >> She doesn't care. She goes, "Oh, really? Really?" And then I brought one of my Spanish speaking employees out to tell her to leave and she said, "No, no, >> going to kill you, right?" So, he's been at like 20 different tables all night and at the bar. >> The owner said he didn't know the suspect's name, so the cops had to figure it out. Next, the officer stepped inside the restaurant and found the suspect, Lzette, having a smoke at her table. Cool as a cucumber. >> Hello. Corporal Trao at the sheriff's office. >> Corporal Traico in the sheriff's office. >> What did you say? >> I'm telling you my name. >> Okay. What is your name? >> Traico. What is yours? You said >> you said >> yes. >> Okay. [snorts] >> What happened? >> The lady said that uh she asked you to leave the restaurant. You won't leave. >> She owns the restaurant. Did you know that? >> No. >> She asked you to leave already. >> No, I am good. I'm here. I I'm not I'm any I'm doing anything wrong. I let everybody else do watching TV and nothing else. >> Okay. Do you >> do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah. [ __ ] >> Oh, perfect. >> Hello. >> Right here. >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't, don't put this on that thing. >> Grab, Grab your ID. >> If you want my ID, I will show you. >> Yep. I need to see your ID. >> Where do you live? >> Close by. >> You live in town. That's good. >> Lette gave her ID to the officer. The cop suggested she call someone to give her a ride home. And when the officer reminded her that the restaurant's owner had asked her to leave, she challenged what he said. >> They asked you to leave and you said no. >> No. >> You were here when she asked me. >> Yeah. >> You were here. >> You were a witness. The police witness. >> They've been asking you for a while. So >> Oh my goodness. Okay. You have flu or do you have flu? >> Yeah. I can get a statement from her. >> Oh my goodness. >> And you can go to jail. You don't understand that. >> What? >> She asked you several times to leave. And >> Oh my gosh. You did? >> You got my ID. >> I'll give it back to you when I'm done. >> The officer ran her name in the system, but when he asked for her phone number, she refused to tell him and kept demanding her ID back. She continued acting absolutely entitled, insisting she'd done nothing wrong. >> You've already committed a crime because they've already told you several times. >> Crime watch me crime. >> You have you are crying because you already told me my my identity. >> You have somebody that you're going to call. >> Hello. To who? >> Come pick you up. You don't know how I know how to walk. Give me my my ID. >> Where are you going? >> Give me my ID. >> Where are you going to walk to? >> You don't care. You don't care. You don't care. It's my business. Give me my ID and that's it. >> They've already asked you to leave several times and you >> give me my ID. >> I'm not done with it yet. >> You This is my first time that you tell me you say me that I am. Give me my ID. We're going to go walk over here by my police car and I got to give you some paperwork. >> I'll give it back to you when I'm done. So, go come walk over here. >> With behavior like that, she was going to talk her way into trouble. Being far from sober, Lette failed to realize where she was at fault. She even began complaining that she was a victim of a crime, but that only expedited her trip to a patrol car. >> You are committing a crime. >> You're going to go to jail. >> You are. >> You understand? >> You are committing a crime. You are committing a crime. >> Walk over here. >> You are committing a crime. >> You're under arrest. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Put your hand behind your back cuz you're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand Put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Now you're resisting wrist. I am no >> you are. Put your hand behind your back. >> I am not. >> Put your hand behind your back. You're resisting arrest. >> My phone. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> In my house. >> Okay. I have my phone in my hand. >> Okay. You're resisting arrest. >> I'm not resisting. My phone. My phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. You are committing a crime. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. >> Stop moving. >> Still committing a crime. >> I want to fly. I got one female in custody. >> Give me my phone. >> Ma'am, >> give me my phone. >> Okay. >> Give me my things. No. No. >> Have a seat. Call the police. >> Have a seat. >> Call your cherries. >> Lette tried to intimidate the cop by asking for the sheriff. She also tried to scratch him, but it seemed like nothing would shake him. He simply escorted her out and over to a squad car. >> Don't try Don't try to scratch me. >> I am walk Don't Don't >> You're under arrest. Do you understand? >> No. You are under arrest. If you [clears throat] try to scratch me again. >> Not you. Not me. Are you not me? My things. Give me my things. Give me my things. Give me my things. >> I'm going to get my force. Everything >> right here. We're on this side. >> Stop. Stop. >> Give me my feet. Walk. >> Stop. Stop. Give me my sense. Give me my ID. Give me >> You're under arrest. Shut up. Tell me you are left. >> Have a seat. >> You are my owner. You are. I have no >> Have a seat in the car. >> Give me my poses, my my things. >> I will get your things. >> Give me my ID. Give me everything that belong to me. >> Okay. >> That you told me. >> Next, the officer secured her belongings. He picked her phone up and some other belongings off the floor. He then returned to the squad car to see if she'd calm down. Instead though, Lette greeted the officer with a fresh tirade. >> Okay, you calm down now. >> Florida Robert Lincoln date of birth 3147. Now >> communicate. Just don't you dare kick me. >> I've got all your things. Okay. You're going to jail for trespassing. You understand? >> I I don't believe >> who do you live with? >> You know what? I I live here. It's my town. It's my own house. I don't believe you because you you you hit me. You hit me. You you you push me. You do any things that the law of the law. So I say give me my my things my ID my identification I don't okay my voice is low to you is still low to you is still >> I have I have all your bags I have all your things >> I I don't do you think that I believe in you >> without a doubt that night Lette had gone way too far with alcohol and apparently it wasn't her first time the owner explained She'd caused trouble there before about a month earlier. >> She was here about a month ago. She was a problem a month ago. Um she wouldn't leave. Uh she was acting very crazy. She was going up to our tables, dancing in front of the women's of the other wives husbands, shaking her stuff, and just acting crazy with her hands and and every time I tried to approach her, she would not listen to me. And then I would tell her, "I think you should go." Because we wouldn't serve her. And you know, I asked her if she wanted to eat. No, I just want to drink. I just want a drink. >> During that earlier incident, the owner also called police, but she realized they were coming and left on her own. He then revealed even more outrageous details about the woman's antics that night. >> She got a beer from one of my girls, and one of the girls, her name is um Katie, said, "My god, that lady is the meanest lady." I'm like, "What is she doing?" She's like, "She's giving me exact change and she's going to sit there. She's not going to, you know, eat anything. She just wants a beer." So, she had two beers. two Stella Artuses. I said, "That's it. She's acting crazy." She was ruffling her hair, taking her clothes off, changing her clothes while she was sitting there, standing there, going through her bag, taking lipstick, putting lipstick on, taking the pillow out of her bag, stuffing it on her face, and blotting her lipstick with this pillow, and she was just acting very strange. >> Did she get naked or anything like that or herself? >> They just said they she the last couple of the night at the other end said she pulled her pants down and they just like asked for their tab. And I said, "I'm so sorry." They said, "She just exposed herself." They said, "We're out of here." And then she called me a mosquito. You're like a mosquito. You're a little past. I'm like, "I'm not a little past. I'm the owner and I want you to leave. You're disruptive to all my people that are dining that are paying for nice expensive meals and their drinks and now you won't leave." >> Did they mention what what body parts that she exposed to >> her bottom? She she took her pants down >> over at the table. >> Customers to leave that. >> Yep. They said they would have ate more sushi, but they left because the woman was really upset. So >> Lette was transported to jail and charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. She was initially sentenced to one-year probation, but 2 months later she violated it and was sentenced to 4 months in jail. On the 12th of January, 2025 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the cops responded to a call from a bar. Allegedly, an intoxicated customer was causing a disturbance and even trying to fight the manager. Upon arrival, the officer talked to the suspect whose name was Cory. >> Hey, what's going on, buddy? How's everything, man? Everything good? Good. >> All right. Do you have an ID with you? >> Uh, no, I don't. >> Okay. I need to see your ID. >> I don't have an ID. >> All right. I need to get your information then. Okay. >> I'm not going to give you my information. >> Oh, no you will. [music] >> No, I will not. >> Oh, no. Yes, you will. I >> will not because they want you trespass for this location. I need to get your information. >> Okay. So, I'll leave. How about that? >> No. You know what? You're not free to go right now. >> What do you mean I'm not free to go? >> You're not free to go. First, give a space. Stand a little bit farther from me. Okay. Second of all, you're going to follow my instructions or I'm going to take you to jail. It's up to you for obstruction. And then you got one choice. Only one choice. Provide the information to me or not. Talk to him. Please. >> Yeah. No, give me one second. Give me one second. >> For now, I need you to follow my instruction. You need to provide me your name, last name, date of birth, and I'm going to put a notice that you've been trespassed from the location. I need to let me finish. >> When I when I'm done with that, you going to free to go. You can walk. You can do whatever you want. Not a big deal. Okay? You're not allowed to come back to this location. Correct. If you refuse to do that, that means that you obstructing my investigation. Means that I can place you under arrest right now. I understand that. >> Okay? That means don't cause no problems. just be, you know, nice with everybody like I'm dealing with you and then that's it%. >> He said he appreciated what the cop was saying, but still refused to provide his name and date of birth. He tried to explain his refusal, but it only highlighted how entitled he felt and how obviously drunk he was. >> Do you want to do that for me? >> No, I don't. Cuz what's the uh reasonable of my criminal thing? >> What thing? And I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know what you're talking about. What are you talking about? >> I explain I explained that to you that you're not allowed to be here anymore because they don't want you here. >> Okay. They want to trespass you from this location. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. In order to for me to do the trespass, I need to get your information. I need to get your name, your last name in order to do the trust. >> Listen, I'm not going to say anything else except my lawyer here. >> My lawyer until my lawyer comes here. >> You don't need a lawyer. You don't need a lawyer. >> I'm not going to say anything until my lawyer here. >> You don't need to say anything. I mean, you don't need to wait for your lawyer. The only thing that you need to do is what I'm telling you to do. >> It's easy. It's easy like that, man. >> I'm not going to give you my information. >> Okay? If you don't give me information, I'm going to take you to the job. >> Then you're going to talk to your lawyer. Uh, let me see. On Monday, you're going to be in jail tonight, tomorrow, and then on Monday, you're going to be able to talk to your lawyer. Clearly, the man wasn't playing his cards right at that very moment. He didn't need a lawyer. He needed common sense. He tried to explain to the cop what had happened, but instead of clarifying, he just kept testing the cop's patience. >> I was over at the taco prop. I had dinner, lunch with my buddy, and then I came over here. >> They served me a drink. I had one drink >> and then they started freaking out. >> Okay. But the problem is like I explained to you before this is the private business. >> Okay. So I don't want you right here. So listen, you know to to make things easier and just keep the distance for me, man. This is the second time. >> The next idea this next time you're going to take you down. >> Listen to me what I'm telling you. >> Please don't touch me. >> Not going to touch you again. I'm going to take you down. Listen to me. Listen what I'm telling you. >> Please don't touch me. >> Listen what I'm telling you. >> They listen what I'm telling you. >> They gave me a drink, >> brother. Listen to me. and I'm going to go home. Okay, I'm going to go home. I'm going to go home and that's it. >> The cops explained to Cory that he wasn't allowed to just go home. He had to provide his information so they could issue the trespass, but he refused to listen and just walked away, sealing his own fate. >> No, I'm not going to try provide that. >> Brother, come here this way. Come here this way, brother. >> I'm not this way. You stay there. You going right there. You understand that, >> brother? Brother, what the >> Come on, man. >> Please >> give me your arm. >> Give me your arm, buddy. >> Brother. >> Hey, give me your arm. >> All right. Roll him down flat. >> Flat. >> Okay. Go flat, man. >> Go flat. >> Stomach, buddy. Roll his arm. Hold his arm. >> I'm not I'm not haring. >> All right, buddy. >> Oh, listen. Listen. I'm not I'm not arrested. >> I'm not. >> Hey, come on, man. Move your move your leg. >> All right. >> As the cops placed him in the squad car, he admitted to them that it was his first time being arrested. Meanwhile, the officer went to get a witness statement from the manager of the bar. >> Yeah, he tried to fight. I said, "Buddy, I tried to help you. Just leave." >> He tried to fight you or someone else in there. >> Me. >> You? Okay. Okay. You the manager tonight, right? Okay. Perfect. When when you told me you got to leave, he tried to fight you. He tried to uh >> because he come like I don't remember my bartender tell me like uh two weeks ago he buy a drink and the card doesn't work. >> Uhhuh. >> And I say I cannot serve you anymore because you're already skate, >> right? >> Just leave. >> Right. Right. >> Please. Mhm. And he start to get so tight. Talk to me. And he start to tell I say I don't want to. >> Yeah. He did the same thing to me. He was approaching me. I told him like I said, you know, approach and he tried to push. I said, don't touch me, please. And we shall call you guys. >> In Cory's belongings, they found two fake IDs. And curiously, they also found a receipt from a previous visit to the same bar. He was taken to jail and charged with trespassing, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and two counts of possessing unlawfully acquired driver's licenses. On the 20th of May 2023, the cops were out on routine patrol. At some point, they made a stop at 7-Eleven. What they came across there was a very intense argument between a customer and the store's manager. >> I leave my money back. I'm give me my blunt. I got one. >> I'm going to do one of the other one. I got >> I got witnesses that you are acting like, >> "Hey, hey, >> you harassing me >> under these goddamn crackers." >> Come here. Come here. Sit outside. >> We'll figure out what you need to do outside. >> Then I want my blunt. >> What's that? A cigar. >> What cigar? >> I want a uh cigar. I don't care what kind of cigar. >> Well, they're just they're refusing service now. So, you got to leave. >> Well, then they going to give me my money. >> Are they charging for you? >> No, they don't. >> You're not going to charge me and then tell me I can't get nothing. >> You're going to take my money, lock my money in, and then tell me I can't get what I want? >> It wasn't clear what exactly the suspect demanded, but there was one thing for sure. The manager wanted him off the property. At that point, the cop had every right to step in and force the man to leave. However, the cop did give him a chance to defend his position. >> How much money did they say? >> $10. >> This is a change. The other pack of cigarettes I'm about to get. I don't know if it's in here somewhere. She's been harassing me all day, bro. I just I'm in the hospital, bro. I came out for a 10 minute break. >> Why are you holling? >> Because she's pissing me off. >> Okay. I'm not listening. I'm not hurt. >> Sorry, bro. I am a patient. I take medication. Do >> you need another unit? >> What do you want me to do, sir? >> I'm okay though. >> All I want is a cigar and I'm going. >> Okay. I want my money back. >> You're not going to lock my money in. >> Okay. So, if you've already paid for what you got and you didn't like it, then you >> I don't like it. I would love to keep my cigarette. >> The hospital and come out to smoke. >> Very disrespectful and rude. Have anyone done that to you before? Maybe you don't know what that is. >> Let me show you what rude and disrespectful mean. >> Do you have a respect? >> She just told you that she gave me the >> She said you purchased those. >> I want to buy me cigar. I forgot to give my cigar. Oh, I got to give you my money. You tell me I can spend that. and then refused me to get the rest of my item. >> The truth is the suspect had bought some items and just wanted to return them for cash, but he didn't have a receipt and the manager rightly refused the refund. However, the man refused to accept the arguments of both the manager and the cop. And pretty quickly, that refusal backfired on him. >> So, you're starting to piss me off. >> And you're starting to piss me off. >> So, I'm going to tell you one more time. >> And I'm going to tell you whatever you have to say. I'm a patient. >> I have stitches. >> I have stitches, girl. If you hurt me, man. >> I can't grab behind my back. I have stitches. >> West. >> I got Damn. God brought me out here for a good reason. I get to get the police. Gooding job, bro. You them up. and you know [ __ ] your job is gone. >> Single-handedly, the cop managed to arrest the man very quickly. The suspect was escorted out and taken to a squad car. And while leaning against the car, he started talking to himself, making out like he was the victim here and the winner in the whole situation. >> Maybe it's a good reason to get you. Maybe God wants you out the way forever reason. >> Better kill you now. That's the only way you're going to stop making you going to lose jobs. You're going to be in Facebook all over the nation. You just had to draw probably won't be able to get a job. Guy like in the house. Can you hurry up, bro? We got to get in here and get to these crackers. >> You have ID on you. >> I don't know. I can't remember. You left all my in [music] there. >> Now all my ID and everything. >> I hope it's missing. >> The suspect barely stepped out of the hospital and found himself heading to jail. While the officer proceeded with the details of the arrest, the man kept provoking him, endlessly rambling from the back seat. >> Hey. Hey, my boy. Where you going? I'm pull all your truth. I told you, dumb. I'm not even say you got to make up your own story. I'm not going to help you. on Facebook. >> He was transported to jail and charged with trespassing after refusing to leave the store when ordered and resisting without violence. When trespass orders didn't stop people from coming back, the cops had to step in and save the day.
