just answer like a normal person. If you point at me like that again, you're going to go to jail. You understand that? If you come over here like you're going to touch me, you're going to go to jail. Okay? I did not give you permission to do that. Put your hands behind your back. Oh my god. Are you fat or what? Do you all just walk around and harass people? Nobody's above the law, but some people think they get special rights and privileges just because they're rich. However, these entitled people get a harsh reality check when they break the law and find out what happens when these rich Karens think laws don't apply to them. Feel good? I feel embarrassed for you. Actually, I don't really care what you say. Okay. Well, don't ask questions. You're embarrassing to me. Okay. Well, personally, you're my You're supposed to be sticking up for me in my town. It's not your time, man. It's everybody's time. On the 9th of March 2025, police in Florida were on the lookout for a female suspect after dispatch got a call that a woman had assaulted two employees at a bar called Jack Flax. By the time the officers caught up with her, she was already having drinks at a different bar down the street. Whatever. Grab your belongings. Excuse me. Grab your belongings. We're going to have a conversation. Oh my god. Are you kidding me? No. Walk downstairs, please. 102 here. You hear some jackpots? Yes. Um, we got in an argument over nothing really. Okay. And were you there, too? No. All right. Go inside then. Okay. And that's all I have to say to you. Do you have your ID real quick? Yeah. So, the two ladies that work here were down there on the street, did you see them at all? No, there's somebody else. Okay. Well, those two work here, okay, were standing right here when she came and confronted the lady came off the bar and confronted both of them right there with the bar. She was drinking here with her and then they got right here manager. Those were like grabs. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The owner of Jack's Flax said that the suspect attacked and scratched two of his staff members after they asked her to leave because she was drunk and being belligerent. And based on how she tried to identify herself, there was no doubt whatsoever that she'd had one too many drinks. There you go. That's a medical card. Remember ID? Sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry. Sorry. I didn't kiss you. That's what he said. That's what I That's what he said. I've lived here for 20 years. What do you want from me? What do you want? I didn't do anything to you. N Okay. You You didn't do anything to me. Investigating a crime. You came here to to be in my grill. No, I came here. Yeah, you did. What? What happened to Jack class? Here. Here you go. Put it down for me. You want to be put down for me? Oh, you're being detained right now. Yes. Here we go. You good? You good? 31 to 10. Good. Bend over. What's going to happen next is Officer Stan's going to come. We get the information that happened. For what? For what? For apparently a battery that happened at Oh, I had a battery over there. Yes, ma'am. I touched somebody. Apparently for who? I didn't touch somebody. Are you kidding me? I touched a bartender over there. What I'm being told? I swear to God, my dog's life. I didn't touch Okay. Well, we're trying to investigate, but you're not being very cooperative, are you? The suspect claims she didn't do anything to anyone. According to her, the entire thing was just a big misunderstanding. Unfortunately for her, the two women she assaulted didn't see it that way. And while the officer waited for his partner to show up, the suspect got increasingly belligerent. Okay. So, now what? Now what? You're going to stand here and we're going to wait. Oh, for what? I have clearly I'm on a bike for your sandwich. Okay. What the are you waiting for? What's wrong with you? Nothing's wrong with you. Do you live in Key West? No. How long have you lived here? 20 years. For what? So you're going to get and arrest me for nothing? No. Right now you're detaining for the alleged battery. For battery on who? I'm a bartender at a Jack class. I had B I did battery on the on I'm being told. So we're going to verify everything. Oh my god. I Do you believe that though? I Yes. Yeah. You do cuz you're erratic right now. Alcohol and you are not good together. I I I am erratic on alcohol. You're right. I clearly see that. Okay. So So yeah, I do believe it. But I never touch believe you're a bad person. Probably not. But I think that when you drink, you probably make bad decisions. Do you? No, I don't drink. Inside the bar, the officer's partner was getting witness statements and statements from the employees she'd attacked. The suspect could deny any wrongdoing all she wanted, but there were a slew of witnesses, not to mention surveillance cameras that would disprove her false claims. Are you good now? Does this make you feel strong? No. He feels like a big guy. Feel good. Feel good. I feel embarrassed for you, actually. I don't really care what you say. Well, don't ask question. You're embarrassing to me. Okay. Well, first, you're my You're supposed to be sticking up for me in my town. It's not your town, man. It's everybody's time. You're supposed to be sticking up for us. Mhm. I am sticking up for the person you battered. Oh, I know. Did Did I hurt them? Doesn't matter whether you hurt someone or not. Oh, poor baby. Was it your nephew? No. Who was it? Officer Stevens is talking to them. Officer Stevens. Officer Stevens. Steven. Officer Stevens. Why are you being so mean to me? I've been mean to you at all. I'm being very I didn't even do anything. I've not been mean to you at all. You've been very mean to me, how have I? I have. I've been mean to you. What do they do to you? You have not listened to what you said to me. What do they say to you? Very hurtful things, dude. I'm drunk. Clearly, but that doesn't give you a right to not be nice. It's how people I'm sure he's drunk and he's nice. It's how people act when they're drunk. Oh, fair enough. No, that's not how people act when they're drunk. You never been drunk in your life? Yes, I have. But I I'm a happy drunk because I enjoy life. You know I don't have problems. I'm not a happy drunk clearly. So maybe you should quit drinking because you wouldn't get handcuffs. Officer Steven showed up and said that the owner of Jack Flax wanted to press charges. As a result, Julie, the suspect, was officially placed under arrest and put in the back of a squad car. And once the reality of her predicament set in, her attitude changed dramatically. [Music] There you are. Thank you, sir. Hello. Hello. You okay? Oh, yeah. My feelings are a little hurt for her, but uh she bered me in some nasty mean things, but a Yeah. unfortunate the guys over at Jack's last going to press charges and uh she'll be heading to jail. Unfort that's so unfortunate. She missed the fun cuz she was delightful. Oh, I bet. See y'all later. All right, Julie. What? We're going to be cool together, right? We're going to be respectful with each other, right? If you treat me with respect, I treat you with respect. Okay. Okay. All right. You're not going to kill me, right? What? You're not going to kill me. Of course not. I promise I won't. I promise. Don't hurt me. Please. What's that? Don't hurt me. Please. Please don't hurt me. I promise you, Julie. Please. I promise I won't do anything bad. I promise. I promise. I promise. I promise. Calm down. I'm so scary now. Please, I'm begging you. Don't hurt me. While her temperament had changed drastically, Julie claimed she had no recollection of the assault. But whether the booze impaired her memory or she was just faking ignorance as a defense strategy is up to you to decide. Can my husband come get me, please? Oh, yeah. Please. I didn't touch anyone. Honest to God, like I swear all my life I I didn't touch anyone. I really didn't. Okay. Can I tell you something? Of course. I've never I was never mean to them. I I swear all my life I I wasn't mean to them. I really wasn't. I I wasn't mean to them. You know what a piece of I am. You're not a piece of say that. Well, I I must have killed someone. Why? I don't even know what I did to tell you the god's honest truth. I I didn't I'm a nice person. I feel it right now. I just want to go home, get in my bed, go to sleep, and you know. Can we call Alex? What do you got in there? His name's Alex. He works at Kia. He's a manager and he's gonna come get me. Is that okay? I'm not I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I'm scared. I'm scared. I understand you're scared. I'm very scared. Bobby, I'm very scared. Can you help me? Julie was charged with battery and disorderly conduct. She was definitely out of line, but at least she didn't attempt to bribe law enforcement officers like our next suspects. On the 23rd of January, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a smoke shop. A drunken couple came in, insulted staff members, and punched a worker in the head before taking off. Were you in that guy here? No, you were. You didn't. Okay. What happened? Uh, they came in, they bought some stuff. They were super drunk. You know, they brought their drinks inside and the guy was being kind of a douche and she kept kind of calming him down and then he made a comment about her weight. I tried to get them out of here and he said, "You want to get smacked?" And then punched me in the side of the head. Yeah. I was right here. So he kind of knocked me into here and then he punched me in the back of the head again. Okay. Do you want to press charges or Yeah. A guy outside that works out for HDA and he was like I took a picture of them and I was like, "Can you text it to me?" Yeah. That's both of them. Mhm. My phone. You can take my phone if you want. Or I could text it to your phone. Let me text it to you. I'm gonna go get that real quick. I just parked right outside. Yeah. The officer got the suspect's names from the employees. However, the cop got his biggest break when the smoke shop owner turned up and showed him surveillance footage of the altercation, which was clear as day. And let's just say it didn't look good for our suspects. Do you want to see the video or you want to just forward it? And then this is going to be when they come back in after they bought something. You said she's got to do better. If you don't leave right now, I'm going to have to call the police and then you will have a problem and you can meet with them. Get your off the table and please yours. No. Hey, man. Do you have a lover? Are you fat as or what? Are you living? Do you just walk around and harass people? All right, that's it. I don't know which was worse. The fact that a full-g grown man was throwing punches inside a smoke shop or the fact that his girlfriend found it necessary to shout that she lived in a $2 million home. I'm going to be with a suspect in front of the green room. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. What's up? What am I doing wrong? Huh? You want to jump for battery? Why? You just point somebody at that store. What do you mean? Why? I didn't do nothing. Dude, they have video. No, I did not do that. Okay, that's fine. Hey, seriously. Yeah, it is you. No, it's not me, babe. Seriously, tell my tell my girl. Yes, she just heard me. No, don't don't give me the information. I'll give you some money. Seriously, I I don't need money. Okay. They didn't want to press charges. You went over there and you punched a guy. Wait, no. I did not punch anybody. I saw the video. You want to see the video yourself? No, I did not punch anybody. He's going to go to jail. We only have one jail line here. It's uh the Monro County Detention Center. I did not punch nobody. All right, buddy. The man denied hitting anyone, telling the cop that he had the wrong guy. His girlfriend also claimed that she had no idea what the officer was talking about. But since being rude isn't a crime, she wasn't placed in cuffs. What did I do wrong? I I explained to you like three times already, man. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. You punched a guy twice. No, I did not. Okay. I saw the video. I Well, I would not mean to that. I would never hurt somebody. I'm so nice. I'm so nice. I'm the nicest guy ever. I'm sure you are, but you made a bad decision just now. No, I will forgive him. I will forgive you. It might be in the room. We're from Iowa, so we're flying on a plane. We definitely have an ID. Can I bring it back to you? Can I please say sorry? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Can I say I'm sorry? Can I bring it back to you? Can I say I'm sorry? Please. Please. Let me say I'm sorry. Hey babe, I'll talk. It's better off when you don't speak because anything you say. No, negative. I have video. I'm sorry. I'm sorry to wearing the same thing that he was wearing just now. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. All right. Come on. Can we do a bond post, please? It's not up to us. Who Who is it up to? Cuz I'll talk to them. The state. I didn't do that. The state. I didn't do that. Then the state don't press charges that quick. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Can I say sorry to the guy and see if he'll release me? Please, please, please. I didn't do nothing. The suspect's girlfriend was right. He should have definitely stopped talking. He kept going back and forth between saying he'd done nothing wrong and begging the officer to take him back to the smoke shop to apologize. Unfortunately for him, the only place they'd be taking him was to jail. $500,000. Do you want it? Are you trying to bribe me? I'm not [Music] one second. Stay right there. Hey, can I talk to him, please? Let's take your stuff off. All right. Can I talk to him? I'll say I'm sorry and I'll give him some money. I'm not bribing anybody. Can please say sorry? Can please say sorry? Uh the guy is my friend. He's not your friend. He's my friend. Who's arresting cap? Why? Why? Who's arresting cop? No. I'm sorry, guys. Who's arresting cap? You or him? Yes, you are. Yes. So, the first arrest of the day? No. Are you sure? I'm a handcuff guy. Do you want you like you guys like this? No. We don't We don't like people getting punched. We wouldn't. I hate that. Okay. Well, that's what happened. Lock him out of there, right? You see me doing the right thing. I didn't get up. All right. Stop right here. Finally, the suspect admitted to hitting the man, but claimed it was open-handed and therefore didn't count as a punch. Only a Karen could come up with such a ridiculous deference. Whether or not that was true, it's still illegal to go around slapping people. I'm sorry, guys. I didn't mean to up. I told you. I mean, I'm pretty sure you're a nice dude and everything, but you made a bad decision to me. I know. I know. I did. I did. I'm sorry. Okay. I've been respectful the whole time. I haven't manhandled you. I haven't done anything wrong. No. Yeah. You've been very nice. I'm sorry if I mess with you. I'm sorry. And it was up to him. He wanted to press charges for getting hit. So, no, I didn't hit him, dude. Buddy, I saw the video. That's video. I didn't hit him. I didn't hit him. I didn't hit him. You sure didn't? I was He wasing He He threatened me. He threatened me because you you called the thereat the person that was working. You called her fat and they told you to leave. No, he threatened me. He threatened me. I was threatened and I was scared trying to retaliate. I was I was scared for my own. Yeah, he just did. She got the bracelet, right? Yes. The bracelet and your uh expensive watch. He told me that he owed the police and couldn't go to jail cuz he had too much. His girlfriend tried to bribe me with $500,000 and I was like, "Are you trying to bribe me on camera right now?" She's like, "No, no, no." I was like, "Okay, just there was no doubt about it. This couple was super cringey, but if you thought that was bad, you ain't seen nothing yet." Although some might believe the suspect was probably a nice guy who just made a drunken bad decision, the man's behavior on the way to jail said otherwise. Can you talk now? You motherucker. You're a [ __ ] [ __ ] What is wrong? What is wrong with you? Insane. I'm insane. You want to me you my [ __ ] door. You You're doing it to yourself, man. You You're doing it to yourself. I'm going to with you, mother. You're with yourself. You're not doing anything. You You're mother. You me. You're not doing anything to me. You're doing it to yourself. You You just 14. He just started banging his head on the [ __ ] gay motherucker. You're doing me. You are Are you going to call me? I'm good. You take me You mother. You're doing it. you're doing it to yourself. He kept up his abusive attitude all the way to jail, and he was far from the nice guy he claimed to be. In fact, upon arrival, his behavior only got worse. Still though, the cop kept his cool through the entire ordeal. No, get out of here. I get out of here. Watch out. Don't kick. No, you ain't touching me. You ain't touching me. Come on, let's go. You can't touch me. Is that all you got? Is that all you got? Is that all? You got to step out. Get me out of here. I'll kill you. Oh no. I ain't going to spit. I ain't going to spit. You turn face up. I face you can't touch me. I'll hear you with my Wait. Dude, you little dude. Hey, you guys are just send me home before I anniate you. Why don't you step out of the car? Nah, how about you guys all get me out of here? See how many it takes. Put my hands behind my back, you Let's see how many it takes. You want to with me? Chase me again. Come on. chase me again because you guys abused me. The suspect was charged with battery, two counts of resisting arrest, and crimes against persons. Hitting someone was bad enough, but unlike our next suspect, at least he didn't get behind the wheel of a car while drunk. On the 17th of August, 2023 in Florida, a woman was pulled over for speeding. And since she was weaving in traffic, the officer suspected that she might be under the influence. Hello. Hi. How are you? Officer Del Cape Police Department. Reason I pulled you over is you pass is going 51 on Delpra and then you're going about 65 on veterans driving in and out of traffic. Do you have your license registration on you? Any luck on that registration? Yes, I have my registration. I got a I'm sorry. It's okay. No, you're sorry. I don't know where the [ __ ] I put it, honestly. It's in my a book or Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. Where are you coming from tonight? I picked them up. Who's them? Them. Friends, family. Friends. The officer quickly realized his intuition was right, as clearly she'd had one too many drinks. Being that impaired, she absolutely had no business being on the road. More than a little suspicious, the officer asked her to step out of the vehicle. Hello, man. Would you step out for me? Why? I'm asking you to, please. Listen, but I I need to know why. Well, I don't have to tell you why, but I'm going to. I sense some signs of impairment. I don't want no Oh, get out. Let's just all get out. Hey, no, no, no, no, sir. You stay in. Oh, okay. I'm just asking for her to come out. All right. Why does it make everything? Just relax. Step out for me, please. But why? Can I ask why? Yeah, I'll go over it once we're out here. Okay. [Applause] here. Step over here, Frank. So, the reason why I have you come out, we're seeing signs of impairment. We want to start a DUI investigation. That means you participating in standardized field sobriety evaluations. Are you willing to participate in standardized fields? No, I'm not impaired. I'm dropping them off over here. I'm going home. I live right off of Nicholas. So the so only way we can go forward from this is if you participate. If you don't participate, we have to make our judgment based off the observations we've seen so far. What is your judgment for due to part for you to feel that way? You have slur speech and odor of I don't have I don't have slur speech. I don't have alcohol. The more she talked, the more she convinced the officers that she was extremely impaired. The cops informed the woman that if she refused the field sobriety test, she'd be placed under arrest. The woman finally agreed, but sadly for the officers, she was not going to make it easy. Okay. So, my question for you is, would you like to participate in some field sobriety exercises to dispel my fear that you may be intoxicated? Am I allowed to like research first? No research. No. Just yes or no? No. You don't want to? No. Put your hands down your neck. Okay, fine then. Yes. Put your hands then. No. Then yes. Yes. We're not going back and forth with this. Why? Okay. Stop. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Now I'm resisting. Oh, that's tensing up. Stop tensing up. Stop tensing up. Because this is a normal thing for Florida. Oh, I'm resisting. Oh. Oh my god. I'm 100 pounds. I'm resisting. Stop resisting. What the hell? I'm resisting. What did I do? Stop pulling away. What did I do? Stop pulling away. What did I do? What did I do? What did I do? Stop resisting. What did I do? You're tensing up. Stop. Okay, I'm tensing up. Okay, I got three cops on me and I'm 130 lb. Not even. And I'm pencing up. Okay. What the is that? Stop thinking. Really? This is like This is Okay. Okay. But I need my phone and I need my wallet if you want to arrest me for doing nothing. This woman surely lived up to what her shirt said while she drunkenly stumbled over her words. She claimed audaciously that the cops were arresting her for no reason. The cops tried to get her in the back of the squad car, but it was easier said than done. Get in the car right now. If you open that again, you're going to jail. You understand me? Really? You're grabbing me like that? Well, you keep tensing up. Oh, okay. You know what's funny is All right. Come over here for me. Come over here. Stop pulling. Hey, record this. Face the car. How you stop tensing up? Are youing trying to What are you doing, bro? Are you trying to like assault me? E, she's grabbing me. Stop tensing up. Ting up. is grabbing my What am I? What's on me? Look at me. Back up. What's on me? What's on me? Sit down. I want my wallet and my key. Get in the car. Where's my Really? Okay. Okay. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. With the woman secured in the squad car, the cops then turned their attention to the woman's passengers. Thankfully, they were nowhere near as obnoxious as her, which made sense as it turned out since they just met her that night and didn't know her at all. Sir, sorry. I we me just met her tonight and we were just trying to get to the next bar. And that's all that was happening. And she said, "We'll take you to the next bar." And that was it. That that was all that happened. So, you don't know her personally at all? No, sir. You just met her at Rusty's? Yeah, we just met her tonight. We were only at Rusty's for like an hour. Then we went to the deck. We had one drink there and then we were on our way here. And she we were like, "Would you mind chopping this off?" And then she's like, "Yeah, I can take you." And then we didn't know she was doing this like her to say speed limit. We didn't know. And yes, I know it's illegal double like double passenger, but she was just going to drop us off here and we were going to Uber from here. That's it. Do you guys have licenses or ID cards? I have ideas. I didn't want to cause any issues. I don't know why she's being like that, overreacting. She was already going through a lot because the the owner over at the deck was like on her cuz the last three times that I heard from him, she's saying, "Oh, you're in for a ride." This and that. She was being disrespectful to the owner at the time. I was like, "What do you mean in for a ride? Like, I just met her like tonight." And then next thing you know, I was like, "Well, here we go. That explains why I'm in for a ride because right here happened." The passengers in the car were extremely cooperative and the cops believed what they said. For the passengers, it seemed like a simple case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. As they were clearly innocent, they were sent right on their way without incident. Wait, my my car needs a key. Okay. You want me leaving this in there? Take it. Uh, there's some money. Yep. Nothing else. Makeup. I looked I looked through it. Yeah, there's probably I'm going to turn your phone off so the battery doesn't die. Okay. No, don't. Please turn it off. Why? I need my phone so I can get nothing. I turned it off so the battery doesn't die. My mom's phone number. What's going on with my car? It's going to be $1,000 car. You're going to leave it in the middle of the whatever parking lot. Uh, no. It's getting towed. Uh, towed where? To Well, we'll know here in a minute once it pops up. You? Yeah. Hopefully, her DUI charge served as a wakeup call and taught her a lesson about the dangers of drinking and driving. However, based on her attitude, we don't really see it happening. On November 18th, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a Taco Bell after reports of an intoxicated woman berating staff and assaulting a customer. When they arrived on scene, they were greeted by two witnesses who filled them in on what had occurred. Um, so this lady comes around my no and like those two cars right there like they saw everything. So what she do? So she so the first thing she came around my car, she's got a glass of wine and she's screaming and yelling, getting in the face of the girl at the drive-thru and I was like, "You need to calm down." She's like, "Great." Which which car is it? I I'm not sure which car. This one right here. This one? Step out. Go and step out for me. Sure. Not in trouble. We got to figure out what's going on. So, go and step over here. No, I just asked the people was taking so long. It's taking a long time. Okay, that's it. Well, that's not it because that's not what they're telling me that more occurred. The woman played dumb, downplaying her actions. According to her, she politely asked the drive-thru staff why her order was taking so long and claimed she didn't raise her voice. However, that's not how the staff and multiple witnesses remember it. What happened with these other two people that are also customers? What happened with them? I have no idea. Did you get into an altercation with them? Not to my awareness. No, not to your awareness. Did you push anybody? No, I did not touch anybody. Is there any Is there any reason why I did not touch Is there any reason why multiple people are saying I heard multiple people say you I did not. I did not. I was just asking the people to know why is it taking so long for taco. That's all I did. Okay. So, here's the thing. What's your name? My name is Crystal. Crystal. So, I just want I just want to be honest with you. Okay. Sure. Um, if Richard Hush. If you're not telling me the truth, that's not going to that's not going to be a good thing. What's your name? My name is Deputy Moore. Okay. Hello, Deputy Moore. So, if you're not telling me the truth, that's not going to be a good thing for you. Did you push her? Yes or no? No. Okay. I did not touch any person. Do you know that there's video cameras on the side of this building? I don't care. I did not touch anybody. Okay, good. So, don't look at the cameras. We intend to. Okay. I'm a retired major airport. That does not matter. I am not lying. I will not What the hell? So, let me ask another question. Um, have you had anything to drink today? Yes. Perfect. Is it in the car? No. Why are people telling me that it's in the car? I don't know. There's no one in the car except my husband. The woman claimed she'd been out drinking with her Marty GR crew, whoever they were, and admitted she was a little upset with the staff over slow service. But according to her, things never got physical. As for why the other customers jumped in, the woman figured they just didn't like that she was talking to the employees. And then what happened? What did they say or do? Nothing besides be mean to me. How How are they being mean to you? I'm just asking because I wasn't here. I'm just trying to understand the the picture of what happened. [Music] This is absolutely silly. I was just like, um, it's taken us a long time to We've been here like almost an hour trying to get a taco. That's it. That's it. We're in line. My husband, that's my car. I'm here just trying to get a taco. So, these people are alleging a crime has occurred. So, we're investigating that. What did I do? They're alleging that you pushed someone. I pushed someone. Oh, well that is definitely not true. I hope not. I hope that it's not true. That is definitely So, we're going to find out if it happened or not and then we'll go from there. Are you a policeman from Escambia? No, you're in Santa Rosa County. Santa Rosa? Yeah, this is Santa Rosa County. Okay. Cuz I have friends in Santa Rosa. Okay. Excellent. I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't pushed anyone. I hope not. I don't understand what this is. I was We And he's still here. It's been an hour. We're just trying to get a taco. I understand. That's all it was. Okay. I did not push anyone. Um, also I promise I did not push anyone. I did not touch anyone. I promise that. I'm a retired major in the Air Force. The woman's entitled behavior was despicable. She was trying to leverage her supposed friends in the police department and her status as a retired major in the Air Force to try and weasle her way out of trouble. If she's truly a retired major, she should know by now that nobody's above the law. But do you realize how silly this is? Well, someone's alleging a crime occurred. It's not silly at all. A crime? Yes. What is the crime? I've already told you about your I pushed someone. Yeah. I did not push someone. Also, but that's kind of silly. Also, if the employees tell us that you created a disturbance, then I might have done that because I was trying to say, "How long is it going to take to get a taco?" As a person, do you realize how silly that is? Do you have your ID in the car? Yes. Can we grab it real quick? I'll walk with you. Why? Let's grab your ID. No. You have to tell me your You have to give me your I gave it to you. It's not coming back. So, I need to see your actual ID. So, let's walk to your car. Walk to your car and give me your ID now. Go talk to my husband. No, I'm about to put you in handcuffs because you have to identify yourself because you're suspected of committing a crime. This is the last chance I'm going to ask you to get your driver's license. See how silly this is? walk to your car now. She acted like the whole thing was a joke or just one big misunderstanding, but clearly that's not how the officer saw it. And when she continued defying his orders, he put his foot down. In typical Karen fashion, she then resorted to playing the victim. Get to my husband. Don't talk to my husband. He has my ID. It's in the car. Let's go. Richard, get your ID for me. This man is manhandling me. Can you open the door, please, sir, so we can get your ID? Manhandling me. He is manhandling me. Grab your ID for me. Grab your ID for me. Sure. Give him my ID. I have no problem with that. Is that her you're grabbing for me? Yes, he is. Excellent. Thank you very much. Yes, mine. Okay. Wonderful. We're going to be down here by my car. Okay. Be careful. Yeah. She's going to have a seat. What? Being detained. You're not under arrest. Just being detained. What? Who are you? Who are you? Don't talk to her. I don't know who she is. You don't need a word. I've never seen that woman. What does it matter? Well, it matter. I No. Stop. You're about to catch another charging. You're about to go to jail for sure if you resist obstruct. If you don't go in this car, let my husband come to me. Please. Let my sit down. Let my c Let my husband come to me. Okay, now let my husband You're going to jail. Sit down now. Let my husband Let my husband Let my husband come. What the are you doing? Like she forgot she ignored their orders. When they got the handcuffs out, she was somehow surprised. Classic behavior from a Karen. After being placed in the squad car, the officer then filled her husband in, who thankfully was much more reasonable than his wife. I am so sorry for this situation. Um, first of all, no. Okay. No, no. No. You have to do what you do. We understand that. Okay. I've been in the military 30 years. I understand that. I I saw Yeah. I appreciate your service, man. And hers as well. But she she she can't what she did in that was wrong, man. I know what she did. I all I remember is she said, "I'm going to go talk to people." Well, she she she didn't abide by our lawful commands when we were trying to detain her because she was getting I rate. Uh we're trying to get in her car just for her to cool down. She wouldn't get inside, man. We had a force to push her in. So, she's being char resist at this point. Okay. So, resist the sort of conduct because Taco Bell says she was yelling and disturbing their business as well as there was an independent witness who doesn't relate. It's not related to the the female that she pushed. So, she's being charged with with battery as well. So, that's okay. I'm sorry, man. But it is, but it's okay. You see how funny this is? No, it's not funny. It is funny. It is funny. We don't find this. Basically, I went to the window at Taco Bell and I said, "You guys had taken forever." And then all of a sudden, I'm in handcuffs. Okay. I'm She That's all that happened. That's illegal. She asked for an attorney, so I'm not going to. Right. My attorney. You can call. If you were allowed to give me my phone, if I had my hands No, you're not. I could call him. You're not allowing me that. You don't even have a right to call him right now. You have a right to call him once you get to the jail. Correct. I'm not going to jail. I didn't do anything. Yeah. What is wrong with you people? They charged the woman with battery, resisting an officer, and disorderly intoxication. As it turns out, having a serious craving for Taco Bell is no excuse to assault someone. On February 11th, 2024, in Deer, Wisconsin, an officer was sitting in his cruiser filling out paperwork when he witnessed a physical altercation between two women and a man in the middle trying to break it up. When the officer approached, one of the women immediately took off despite being ordered to stop. You're going to get tased. Put on your hand in your back. Put your hands on your back. Oh my god. 457. I'm behind Babas. Really? I had one resisting. Oh my god. You just broke my hand. You just [ __ ] my jaw. Are you kidding me right now? Really? Yep. Really? Now you're under arrest, too. Really? Cuz me and my daughter have an argument. Really? 457. Can I get rescue as well? Can I stand up? Yep. Literally cannot hold me that way. But you cannot switch up. Yeah. Yeah. You got to be very tuck one of your knees. Yeah. You got to be very And we're going to stand up that way. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Yep. Hold on. in the alleyway behind Baba's. There's two subjects standing outside of Baba. Actually, if you could just to the west. The woman in question took a drunken fall. And it wasn't the officer who pushed her down. It turned out the officer witnessed a family feud. A fight between a mother and daughter with the father in the middle. And before too long, the father and daughter came to check on mom. Don't walk up here, otherwise you're going to go in cuffs, too. Okay. You need to loosen cuz you're literally You can back up. Okay, you can back up. Otherwise, you're going to go to jail for obstruction. You just broke my lip cuz you just punched me. You got to loosen this on my right. Now, she's going to jail for obstruction. What do you mean? She's just She's fine, dude. Let me take those two over there. All right. You two with me. Okay. Why are you grabbing her like that? You need to loosen my wrist so she doesn't fall. All right. I need you two to come with me. Give me your phone. Give me your phone. Ma'am, I need you to come with me right now. One notch. One notch. You're literally going to break my wrist. It's You know, you need to twist your wrist a little more cuz I can fit a whole finger in it. You back up like that. Back up now. Back up. Like that. She just kicked me. Back up. Otherwise, you're getting up right now. You're going to break my wrist. You're going to break her like that. Guys, don't stay back. Stay back. Stay back. I will put your hand. You're hurting her. I watched the whole thing. Back up. Call Mondo right now. Back up right now. Call my attorney right now. Back up. Go ahead. That's fine. Let's do it. Dude, just fight. I'm not fighting you. I am with you. Back up now. You got it. I'm here. You're breaking my I'm not breaking. This is [ __ ] Heing assaulted her. I saw it. What the It looked like the officers had an entire family of Karens on their hands. The woman continued kicking the officers and the father and daughter were warned that if they didn't back off, they'd be arrested for obstruction. The family went from fighting each other to fighting with the cops. I understand. Please don't. Mom, you're going to go in handcuffs pretty quick. Shut up. Hey, don't do not do not do. Mom, kicked him multiple times. She was playing with your daughter. I saw the assault, gentlemen. We areing on tank here. Hey, can you guys please go back? I want you guys over here so I can go over here so you can assault her more. As the mother refused to cooperate, the officer sent for a restraining kit. Furthermore, with the father and daughter getting increasingly aggressive, the officers had to act quickly to control the scene. Before long, they were all in handcuffs like one big happy family of entitled criminals. No. Turn around. You're being the tank. Stan, stop. Stop, ma'am. Ma'am, are youing kidding me? Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Brian, take a minute. Stop resisting. Listen. Listen to me. Listen to me. We are kidding. You are not anymore. Oh my god. Are you kidding me? You're going to get dropped. Are you kidding? My car. Throw it to my car. Are you kidding? Yeah. all of you. Yeah, you're under arrest for resistance. Mom, stop. Stop. Are youing kidding me? Oh my god. Please go. Please don't. Please don't. If you get it, I'm holding another round. Literally, relax. You're strong enough. Be strong. Hold me back. You're strong enough. Don't just relax. With the father in the back of a cruiser, the mother restrained from head to toe, and the daughter being handcuffed against a cop car, the officers here were finally beginning to get things under control. It really goes to show the importance of partners and backup as there was no way one officer could have handled this entitled trio alone. So basically right now your sounded like your wife was kind of having some issues. So that's why we are rescue. Right arms. Don't grab my Don't grab my right arm. Bicep. That way it'll help with get her on. Always on the error side of caution. We get them medically checked out. Okay. Okay. Uh I did not see any visible injuries on her. Is she in the back of your car? No, she's in. We're going to deal with her in a second and I saw the whole thing. So, okay. Like I said, I I don't I understand. I understand. Okay. Um you and I are fine. We're good. So, what's probably going to go on tonight is I'll probably after I just confirm with them. Sounds like I'll probably just release you. You You're just going to go to the hotel, go to go to sleep tonight. That's always the first time for everything, I guess. Right. I don't even know. Remember, nobody have an argument with their dog. Well, there's one. You can have arguments. What you can't do is you can't cause a disturbance and you can't be pushing and shoving in right outside of a bar. That's what you can't be doing. And then it sounds like possibly uh your wife's going to be going to jail. Um and then your daughter's also going to be going to jail. The demeanor of the father had changed drastically. Although he didn't seem happy about it. Finally, he calmly accepted the fact that his wife and daughter were in the wrong and were going to jail. Next up, the mother was secured in the back of a cruiser, and the cops had a talk with their daughter, who by this time had calmed down. It's a seat belt. It's just so you don't fall out. I understand, but you don't know. No, don't put it across my neck. No, I don't want the seat belt. Take it off, you sl Okay. Okay. It's a lot of dare money spent on a silly situation. Okay. All right. Well, you have a better night, ma'am. Okay. You know what? Bless you. God bless you. Bless you. All right. Sergeant Magno, how are you? Okay. The reason why this is all is apparently my officer saw you and your mom pushing each other outside the bar. It didn't sound like it was anything major, but at the end of the day, when my officer tries to stop you guys to make sure everything's okay and it sounds like people are walking away, resisting, and I understand if mom um wants to act the way she does, that's where you have to be accountable for your actions. She just didn't. I know it's not easy. The reason why we do that is because we want to make sure she doesn't hurt herself, number one, and number two, anybody else that comes in contact. is and that other I mean the way that you were acting you know that's why you're in hackers and then when we show up there's lots of us we're not trying to be or anything but then when we're asking you to step back then all of a sudden you grab onto that pole and you're yelling and fighting with the county officers but we still have to control the situation. Okay. So you're going to go with the state trooper here. You're going to go to jail for DC disorderly conduct and resisting obstruction. Okay. Any questions for me? I mean, what was I just I guess I just don't I I don't understand what I did. I just explained it to you. The mother was charged with felony pottery, threat to an officer, misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, and resisting obstructing an officer. The daughter was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and resisting obstructing an officer. Within a day, they were both released on a $10,000 signature bond and a cash bond of $450. There were conditions, though, which required absolute sobriety and no contact whatsoever with liquor stores or bars. On the 14th of October 2023, police responded to a luxury hotel when an intoxicated woman refused to leave after causing a disturbance in the lobby. When the first officer arrived, an employee greeted him and filled him in on the situation. She was in here proper being very disrespectful. She was like person, I guess. Almost fell like she fell over there, but she almost fell over here. I grabbed her. We're just trying to verify she is a guest. We were trying to accommodate her. Hey, go back up to your room. [Music] not just fell down a couple times. She's back here. Do not do that. Nobody recognizes her. No one recognizes her, but she does have a bracelet. So, usually that means yes, right? Yeah, that means that she is near. How are you? You having too much of a good time? Um, I have a question for you. Are you Julia? are you guys like doing right here? Because I'm going to get the up and leave. Uh if I see any more people surrounding places and also like why are you surrounding me? Like I've done nothing wrong and like you're watching like people like so. Uh-uh. She brushed past security and casually strolled back into the hotel. It was a Karen power play. Ignore the officer's orders and act like the entire thing's an inconvenience. However, in reality, she was the one inconveniencing everyone around her. As a result, she didn't get far and they stopped her in the lobby. I need Why the are you doing this to me? We'll wait for What are you doing? I need to talk to my boyfriend. He's on the way now. He's coming downstairs. Do you know? How do you know this? Listen, miss. He's going to meet you outside. How do you know this? I just talked to him. Why are we talking to you? Jerry's coming right now. Yes. Why are we talking to him outside? Why are we talking to me? Why are we talking to me? What have I done? What the [Music] So give me a break. Are we trespassing? I don't give a ma'am. You got to get off the property. The boyfriend's coming down right now. You got to get off the property. The cops told the woman she was being trespassed and wasn't allowed back inside indefinitely. Naturally, she did not take the news well. While she was insanely intoxicated and belligerent to everyone around her, she claims she didn't do anything to warrant being trespassed. What am I confused about? Why the No, there absolutely is a lot of Well, you're just stupid. We like stupid people. Okay, then. Well, then you're just friends with stupid people. I don't like those people either. So off. Have fun with stupid people. You guys are so lazy. I understand that you guys No, I understand. I understand. Yeah. Thank you. No, I understand that like having you guys as like a proponent is like pretty much like just like a death nail cuz like anyone in your like service is going to get so you get over I'm the manager. Tell me how the property is. Let's go across the street. Go across the street. Across the street. The woman's attitude was not doing her any favors. If she thought that hurling insults at the cops would persuade them to leave her alone, she had another thing coming. But remember, they were dealing with a massive Karen here. And getting a Karen to comply with orders is easier said than done. Well, across the street. Push me. Push me across the street. Get off. You can't go to jail for trespassing. Is that what you want to do? Jesus. Go across the street. Jesus. Excuse me. Watch out. No. Stop. Get up. Stop it. Stop it. Get up. Please walk. Get up. For all the wrong reasons, she was making a huge spectacle out of herself. You'd think it wouldn't be that hard to get one handcuffed woman into the back of a cruiser. But when it comes to a Karen, nothing's ever easy. Stand up then. Get out of here. [Music] Get the off of me. Get off of me. [Music] Stand up. Come on. Can you get up? Stand. No. Stand up. Stand up. You're literally laying on the ground with no pants on. Get up and get in the car. Pull it. Pull it. Get Get that you dumb. Got to pick up a lift. Oh. too. Dumb. After what seemed like an eternity, the cops finally secured the woman in the back of a squad car. Next, the woman's boyfriend came down and asked the cops to go easy on her. But truthfully, they already did. After what this woman had put them through, she was lucky she didn't get tased. Sadly, she still wasn't done yet. Hey Hector, here [Music] I was not resisting. I was not trying. Stop resisting. I was not trying to until you made it your mission. Do you understand who the I was here with? You dumb I'm here with the president. Do you understand what the is going to be compliment both of you? You think you you think you're doing the you have no clue. Both of you are going to be start over here. Disposed up before you even say anything. You have know that it's true, too. You're thinking about it right now. They charged the woman with criminal mischief, battery, and disorderly intoxication. She was sentenced to 18 months probation, 25 hours of community service, and had to pay over $4,000 in restitution. On September 9th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a restaurant following reports that a group of people were acting drunk and disorderly and getting physically aggressive with each other. How you doing, man? How you doing, man? So, what exactly is going on here? So the bad guy here actually going on today. What's going on here? They were drinking. I don't know their relationship. The man started yelling at her. Put her hands on her. Made a complaint. I was coming out the bathroom. Oh, I think this guy's driving back. Um, I'm sure he practiced deescalating the scene. Uhhuh. Um, after he left, he then got more aggressive after he kept drinking and he came over toward the sheep, started looking for protection from us and the guy came over, kept grabbing her. So, so the first like initial physical, what occurred specifically between like them two? They were verbally abusing each other and then he shoved her. Okay. Shoved her. Okay, cool. I'm I'm going to talk to them real quick and then I'm going to see if we need to She's also She's also a part of it. Excuse me, ma'am. Yeah. So, so who are you to him? I'm Audrey. I don't know his name. Okay. Um, he was talking to my friend who's clearly drunk. Um, I've been trying to get her to come out. Is this your friend? This is her. This is Linda. I've been trying to get her to come out, but she keeps drinking and she keeps yelling. I'm drinking and yelling. Linda, prove my point. Linda was obviously intoxicated. She said the man she was fighting with was a very close colleague at work. In addition, the man was married to her friend Audrey. As Linda and the man were the ones reportedly getting physical, the cops had more questions for them. I don't need this. Okay. Well, that it's too late now. We're already here. All right. Yeah. I didn't call them. He That's perfectly fine. Yeah. And that's within the law. That's all it is is Italian Irish people. That's how we act. Okay. That's perfectly fine. All right. So, that man is just like a business participant partner. Correct. Okay. You don't live with him. No, I pay him to take me. Can I please ask you questions and you can just answer them like a normal person? If you point at me like that again, you're going to go to jail. You understand that? If you come over here like you're going to touch me, you're going to go to jail. Okay. I did not give you permission to do that. So, you need to control yourself. All right. I understand you guys have been drinking. I'm asking you questions. I'm conducting investigation. I'm going death. My husband died. My mother died. My dog died and I'm trying to visit my my kid and my wheel falls off again. I'm under extreme stress. So they're saying that that he grabbed you, he pushed you, he was pulling on you. No, he did not. Okay, so none of that was outside of your consent. None of that was true. He never even touched. Do you have your driver's license on you? He never touched me. Did you have your driver's license? That boy is a a gentle driver's license on you? Linda admitted there was an argument, but said that no one had laid hands on her. She said the guys who called police were being overdramatic. As the group was having car trouble, a tow truck arrived and that's when things took a turn for the worse. [Applause] I didn't I didn't mean I didn't mean to have my shoe. You cannot take me to jail. You just hit a law enforcement hospital. I didn't know my shoe was going to come off. You can't do that to me. I'm a lady. Let go. No. I'm a lady. I'm a lady. You cannot do that. I'm going to drop you. Give me other hand. Give me your other hand. You cannot do that. Give me your other hand. No. No. No. I don't belong in jail. I'm a lady. Well, you're going to go to jail today. No, you cannot do that, Charlie. You cannot do that. My shoe fell off. No, you can't do that. Stop. Stop resisting. You can't do that. You're going to end You're going to end up on the floor. No, I'm home with my books. Your attitude. My shoe fell off. Daddy. Daddy, daddy, daddy, I can't do that. I'm not fast. I'm a little girl. Just imagine how much of a Karen you have to be to kick an officer and then tell the cops that they can't take you to jail because you're a lady. One moment she's the owner and operator of an art gallery and the next she's just daddy's little girl. It was completely unacceptable and they weren't going to let her get away with it. Please don't take me to a police station. No, you're going to go to jail. No, that's not proper. There's a difference between a police station and you're not taking me to jail. Okay. Have a seat in the car. Can I have my um friend with me? Have a seat in the car. I can't go to a jail. You're going to jail. Get in the car. Yeah. In the car. Have a seat in the car cuz you are under arrest for battery on law enforcement. I did not do that. Step up on the sidewalk. Step up. You got to step up. I need my phone. You either step up or we're going to have to pull you into the car thing off so I can pull my Why are you doing this to me? Cuz you batted along. I did not. My shoe fell off. That's your opinion. You are intoxicated. You are intoxicated. I have been going through stress. You are intoxicated. Okay. I'm not saying no. I did not mean to hurt you. Linda, it went see Linda. Linda. Look, Linda. Look. Are you going to do it again? Cuz if you do it again, we're going to start charging the second time. Move out of the way. I just want I understand what you're saying. I don't need you to show. I cannot go to jail. Okay. Well, put your feet back in the car. I'm not going to adjust your hands. But please don't Now, let me adjust your hands. I can't be with those people. I'm scared of those people. You cannot do this to me. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus. The woman refused to take any accountability for her actions. While her shoe might have accidentally fallen off, it didn't explain why she kicked at the officer in the first place. Before being taken to the station, she was first taken to the hospital for a checkup. I do not belong in police custody. Well, as of right now, you are. Well, I you did two crimes in the state of Florida. I did nothing wrong. Nothing. I was trying to get my people home safe because for the fifth time the wheel of my Jaguar came off and I was just dictating and look my shoe came off and they thought that I I did a thing on a police person. Linda was charged with resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer. If she really hates jail so much, maybe next time she'll think twice before assaulting a police officer. It's no secret that Karens, especially the loaded ones, don't think the rules apply to them. They do what they want and break laws. And then when they're confronted by law enforcement, they play the victim and act like maniacs. Thankfully, more often than not, they get a painful reality check when they're placed in handcuffs.
