a ticket bring to City Court disorderly cuz he was inter interfering with the invested Chief Mercer informs officer Tucker that he cannot arrest Mr Jefferson for such reason because that would violate his first amendment rights he advises him to write him a citation for for disorderly conduct instead following this consultation Mr Jefferson was released and was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and profanity however the citation charge was later changed to hba's noise control violation it is unknown whether Mr Jefferson filed a complaint against officer Tucker if you think this was the maximum a cop can become racist then you probably haven't watched this next case what exactly are you doing he taking video doing that is any a purpose just asking it's a First Amendment protected activity what's that it's a First Amendment protected activity these are officers from pelis County Sheriff's Office on January 5th 2020 a candidate for penis's Sheriff James McNelis saw pelis County Sheriff officers Vehicles parked on a street in some residential area while they were conducting an investigation Mr McNelis has had a history with penis County Sheriff's Office his ex-wife reportedly cheated on him and started dating officers from penis County Sheriff's Office subsequently her wife manipulated this opportunity and caused the initiation of targeted harassment toward Mr McNelis he then decided to contest the election for penis's Sheriff but lost watch how the interaction goes here we have an interesting scenario on 129th Street we've got multiple undercover police vehicles with regular license plates on it all of them left running see notice the police laptop in that one again this one's got a fake license plate tag on it darked out windows but it it too is also running and
