Tell him to leave the building and he's walking like a child. >> Get out of here, man. >> Get them all out. On the 13th of February 2025 in Sierra Vista, Arizona, the cops were dispatched to a basketball game at Buena High School. During a match between students, tensions had arisen involving some fans, including some parents of the players. Eventually, the cops had to step in to prevent things from escalating further. >> This is your only warning. If you fail to leave the building, you're going to get arrested for trespassing. >> Leave the building or we'll have them leave outside. Outside. >> Leave the building, please. >> Sir, touch the building. >> I don't understand. the building. >> I do not understand the building. I have not talked to you. I haven't said a word. I don't know. >> Leave the building. >> I don't know why you're touching me. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> Don't touch it. >> Leave the building. >> Sir, I don't know why you're touching. >> You're going to go in handcuffs and go to jail. Leave the building. You guys are giving a lawful order to leave the building. >> I have not said a word. >> Leave the building. >> I have not done anything to deserve anything. You've already been advised. Leave the building. >> Leave the building. >> We're trying to. We are trying to. >> A woman in the audience ignored the officer's instructions. They were just about to arrest the woman, but her husband stepped in and stood between them. But that didn't calm things down. In fact, it only made the situation spiral out of control. >> Walk out from the building. Walk out from the building. >> Leave the building. >> Turn around and leave the building or you're going to jail. It's as simple as that. Turn around and leave the building. >> Walk out of the building. >> The building. Oh my god. >> You are not You are not doing this. You are not doing this. >> You're under arrest. You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> Hey, watch yourself. Hey. Hey. Back up. No. You >> back up. >> Hey, back up, guys. Back up. Back up. Back up. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. You're under arrest. Come here. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> Step inside. You're under arrest. Step inside. >> Ladies and gentlemen, I cannot leave. The man they pushed to the ground, Sahib, was a basketball coach. And soon some of his friends showed up and started talking to the officers. They tried to convince them to release the man and gave them a little more information about who the coach was. >> Hey, go. >> Military police. He goes, "What are you guys doing? What are you guys doing? Trying to grab this." >> Hey. Hey. Sit up, man. >> Sit up. >> All right. I'll just stay here. I don't I don't want anything else. I'll just lay him here. >> Yeah. I just want to make sure you're okay. >> Hey, this is 25 years military. What is he doing? Trying to grab his wife. >> This guy's 25 years military >> and he knows better. Tell him to leave the building and he's walking like a child. >> Guy grab his >> Get out of here, man. >> Just get the move out. You guys got to be around. >> Just I was just trying to walk out. That's >> Hey, I just I just want you to sit up so you're not laying on your chest. Okay, man. >> No, I'm good, bro. >> Yeah, bro. See you get your lawyer. This motherucker fired. >> Meanwhile, the cops continued their work in the hallways. They dealt with the crowd, which had turned rather hostile. Despite that, the cops stayed firm and kept clearing the building. >> You're disgusting. >> Exit the building. Keep walking. >> Exit the building. >> What? >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building now. Anybody that has refused to exit is going to be placed under arrest. Exit the building. It's not TPD, that's for sure. >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building. >> All the kids get out the side door. >> Anycoming, just get the crowd outside the doors out of the parking lot. >> Exit the building. >> Exit the building. As the crowd was exiting, Sahib stayed in the building and Sahib's wife, who had triggered his arrest, was waiting outside. The cops treated the man respectfully and made sure he was okay. >> I just want you to sit up so you're not having any trouble breathing while you're on the ground. That's all I want. >> I'm okay. Cuz I want your partner to come in. Say, I'm resisting. So, I'm just going to lay here. >> Wait, say that again. >> I don't want your partner coming in or any of that. >> Could you just sit up on your butt and so you sit up Tracy could breathe a lot easier? >> Just sit up in >> I'm okay, man. just roll over. >> I'm okay. >> Okay. I I don't want you to pass out from the stress. So, if you just sit up, you can breathe a lot better. >> That's what I was trying to do was get everybody home. >> Outside the school, the cops had brought things under control and the crowd had mostly dispersed. At that point, there were only a few people standing outside the gym. One of the cops briefed his colleagues about what had happened inside. >> The coach is detained back there. Oh, >> that's the that's their their kids essentially. They were getting sent out the other way. >> Caleb has a coach that we hooked up in there as long as there. So, there's a group of about 30 like Santa parents, the other other team. Frankie told them numerous times to leave. They essentially were refusing. We gave them numerous orders. Numerous orders. numerous orders. There was a female that wouldn't leave, so I was starting to direct them out. She turned around and kind of got up in our face. I went to go grab her. The coach stepped in and started trying to push me away from her. So, we ended up just grabbing the coach. He's in there in handcuffs now. But this this gentleman right here, somehow another coach, he wants to talk to you, the bigger than the blue. >> You got to go talk to his daughter. >> Um, so they're all trying to leave on the bus right here. But um >> the coach obvious and cops. >> The cops cleared the entire building, including the fitness area. As for the arrested coach, he was still trying to understand why they detained him. So the officer patiently explained to him what led to his arrest. >> So I'm being arrested for trespass. >> Right now, you're under arrest for trespass. Yeah. Failing failing to properly essentially abide by an order to disperse or leave the property. But that's what >> No, you weren't. >> Just hang out with him. Brand's going to come talk to you in a minute. 609 272. >> The cops helped the man sit down to make sure he was safe. He disagreed with the arrest, but he still stayed calm and instead of resisting, he struck up a conversation. His friend tried again to speak on his behalf. I can't help you when I understand where you're at, but I ask the people to leave. They put their hands on his wife. >> I can try to get in the middle to get hurt. >> I know. I know. I'm just saying like this dude's partner put hands on his wife. I'm just tell married. If someone put hands on my wife, I'd be pretty upset too. You would too. If you're married and pushing me and all we have to do is just leave the building. That's all. >> No, you were not. He was p He had to push you this whole way up. I watched the whole thing. Eventually, they uncuffed the man and allowed the man to leave with his wife. He was scheduled for a court date and they charged the man with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. On August 23rd, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a football stadium because a man had been acting inappropriate towards teenage girls during a high school football game. The cops went into the stands and soon enough they found the man. >> Hey, sir. Sir, can I talk to you for a second? >> Yeah. And so we had some complaints about you. Is there any incidents that happened over here? >> No, no, no gestures made to anybody. >> Hey, man. Well, I can smell some alcohol coming for me, but you drinking. >> Sir, on the run. >> The suspect avoided talking to them, and his speech alone would have confirmed their suspicion that he was drunk. However, the cops still didn't give up on trying to make the man talk. They thought he was acting shady, so they approached him again. >> Sir, did you drive here, man? >> Did you drive here? >> No. Did you drive here? You drive here? Okay. Well, >> I can smell alcohol coming from you, man. Okay. So, there's a problem there. All right. I know we had some complaints about you making some gestures towards people. So, Last by >> just trying to make sure you're not driving. >> We just don't want you to hurt nobody. >> You have something that can come pick you up? >> I'm just trying to see my daughter. My daughter. I don't know where your daughter is at me. >> The moment the man started speaking, it was clear he was wasted. He pretended not to know about the complaints against him. After a while though, the cops found his underage victims who confirmed the initial accusations. >> He was touching like >> he touched he was trying to touch me first. Wait, he hollered over and told me to come with him. >> He almost touched me. I went away. He was like over her >> and then he tried to get my attention. He like kind of eldried where did he try to touch? when he was like over. >> After getting statements from the young women, the imaginary noose around the man's neck began to tighten. The man just sat there visibly drunk in the same spot. With these serious accusations, the cops moved toward more direct action against him. >> Hey sir, you got an ID? >> Yeah, I know. I know. But do you have an ID on you? >> Sir, I'm going have to ID you, man. So you got something ID on you or name? >> I know, but we we have to investigate. >> Sorry. >> Yeah, I know. I get what you're saying, but I need I don't want this to escalate any further. >> No, I know. Look. So this is >> crazy. Crazy over here. >> Okay, look. >> You're going to have to drive right now. You're not >> crazy. >> Look. No, don't keep questioning me. >> The drunken suspect was starting to get on the officer's nerves. He clearly thought he could get away with what he'd done. And as proof of that, he tried to walk away from them like nothing had happened. And that was a mistake. >> Hey. Hey, sir. Hey, you're not free to leave. >> No, you're not free to go. You're going to get >> for what? >> You're being detained for investigation. >> Mr. E. For what? >> Got an investigation. >> Oh my right. >> Are you kidding? >> Dude, quit fighting. >> Not fighting. >> I'm not. >> I'm not. >> What are you talking about? >> What are you talking about? >> Relax. I'm relaxing [crying] double locking do >> what the you guys doing, bro? >> The cops explained to the man they were conducting an investigation. They told him he wasn't free to go and he had to cooperate with police. After that, they interviewed the juvenile victims again and this time in more detail. >> He talked to me the most. He was telling me to come here and I was like, "Go away." And he was like, "What's wrong? Like, come here." I was like, and then he went and started like doing stuff and I was like, "Yeah, he was like, you went that way." >> He was doing something. >> Yeah. What? He was like doing that like that's when he tried to grab you. Well, that was after I told him to go away and then this girl, I don't know if it was like her niece or something, but it was so a girl. She came out of nowhere and took him away and then that was it. And then he went to the session and we came back and then that's when that happened. >> He he tried he went like him and he he like he like pushed his elbow to me and he like kept looking at me. I can see like looking at me and like he was wanting me to look at him but I just kept looking straight. And he just And then he moved away after. >> Okay. And then did he like grab any of the guys? >> No, I didn't let him touch me. >> Well, he tried. >> The man already justified his presence in the stands by saying he was there with his daughter who was 13. The man said she was somewhere nearby. The cops wanted to know what her name was and where she was. But to the drunken suspect, this simple question seemed like rocket science. >> My daughter, bro, here, bro. Okay. Who is she here with >> just you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's her name? What's her name? >> So we could try to find her, man. For you. >> What's her name? [snorts] >> Do you know what? Do you remember what she was wearing? >> Bro, she's 13 years old, dog. >> Okay. I'm trying to help you, man, to see what >> You ain't trying to help me, dog. >> I'm trying to I'm going to try to locate her for you. >> It's highly possible the man was lying about his daughter being there. He might have just been lying, trying to distract the cops. Just a moment later though, he suddenly claimed that he spotted his daughter, but it wasn't clear yet if it was real or just a product of his drunken imagination. >> Try to locate your daughter. Try to find your daughter. >> She's right there. >> Where? >> Where? >> You don't even know, man. >> What do you mean, bro? She's right there. >> Where at? >> Sit the bro the right there. Bro, you don't give me no issue, man. Down here. >> Okay. Hey, man. Bro, >> where's my daughter, bro? >> The guy couldn't find his daughter because he didn't have one there. As a matter of fact, he'd come to prey on other people's daughters, and he was going to pay for it. Just before they put him in the squad car, he made a desperate attempt to get out of trouble and started name dropping. You know John? John? John? John? >> He's just detective, bro. >> You know him? >> Yeah. Yeah. Call him. >> He's talking to my >> You know John, >> bro, >> you know John? >> He's a detective. Detective. >> Yeah. >> Call him. >> No, I can't call him. >> You can't call him. >> Call him. >> He's off duty. >> He's not off duty. >> Yes, he is. >> You know John? >> Call him. >> I can't call him. Hey, you got to call him. >> Call John. >> Hey, >> I can't. Come on. >> Call. >> I can't call him, man. He's off duty. >> Go. No, he's not off duty. Call. >> Yes, he's a detective. >> He starts my wife. >> Call. >> No, I'm not going to call him. >> Nah, but he's a detective. >> I haven't done this. >> Oh, you call John. I'm not going to call. >> Call John. No, seriously. >> Call John. Hey, listen me. Call John. >> I can't call him, bro. >> The suspect was taken to jail and he was later charged with battery and resisting arrest. On August 19th, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a youth football game. There was an altercation between several players and it caused a disturbance on the field and throughout the park. The cops soon spoke to a woman who was directly involved. She told the cops about the behavior of the main suspect. >> And he's like, "But he said it. My kid said," and he's like this. And my face starting to hit me. He's like, "Where's your husband? This is your kid. I woke your kid's ass and uh I don't care. You holding your baby. I don't care." >> You want to go show us where it was at? >> Yes. >> Did you get hit at all? >> No. >> Okay. >> The kids, they got into it. I guess he's bleeding. Their kid is fine. The man, the dad came in my face threatening to hit me. He said, "I don't care if you're holding your baby. I'm trying to say, "Sir, I'm sorry. He's not going to play with your kid anymore." >> But none none of the adults got it. >> After sharing her side of the story, she then pointed the man out who had argued with her kids. The cops quickly caught up with the man and the cop was slightly surprised by his belligerent behavior. >> What the hell talking to you right here? Who's going? >> No, we're going to talk to you out there. >> No, I'm not going nowhere. You are. You want to go to jailarily or you go back? Where you at, man? You you explain the situation. Who you raising your voice? I'm 42 years old. I'm not doing that. Don't talk to me like that. I'm [laughter] telling you right now, I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm telling you right now, I'm not going. I'm telling you, lower your voice. I don't give you what you got going on. Lower your mother. Stay right now. I'm telling you right now. Find another way to talk. I'm giving you every opportunity to go. >> I ain't going nowhere. You going to talk you? No. >> Let's go. Approaching me like that. You know who I am or what's going on. You think you tough, too. That's your problem, man. Y'all learn how to talk to people. Y'all escalating situations. You ran up on me by voice for what? >> No, sir. You're sitt telling you're not going to step out. All I told you to do. >> Why she not stepping out? Why she not stepping out? >> She just came up here, made a complaint. So, we're all we're trying to do is pull you up here where peacefully quiet. >> Friends of the suspects surrounded the officers trying to calm things down. The cops also did their best to deescalate things. What they really wanted to hear now was the suspect's side of the story. >> The kids are playing football. >> Three boys came and said, little boy said they were. said, "Hey, who's whose kid is this?" I don't believe he said that. "Hey, where's your husband? I don't talk to women." Yelling, yelling, yelling. That's when I start cutting the up because this is what she want. She don't want me to come over to to act civilized. I brought three kids to corroborate a story. And she starts yelling. So, this is where we go. You come and get me. You started yelling at me before. Yeah. No, hold on. Let's not do that. Let's not do that. You started yelling at me before you heard any story. Then you told me, "Hold on." You said, "Did he not say you're going to leave >> by choice or by force?" Where did you get that from? By choice or force? They thought you was not twist. That's not how you handle business. She not going anywhere because she already came up here and gave her story, sir. >> Soon after, the park administration demanded that both the man and woman involved had to leave the grounds. The man refused, saying that he had to stick around to drive his son home. When the cops asked for his driver's license, things escalated quickly. >> I need your driver's license. I need your driver's license. >> Are you listening to me? I need your driver's license. >> No. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You gave me every opportunity, bro. >> What? What am I going to jail for? >> Prepare you to provide a driver's license. >> You don't have to. >> And for disorderly conduct. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Ain't no dishonored conduct. >> Hey, you're good. >> Ain't no disord like you said. Step out. >> Now, I need your name. [snorts] If not, you're going to get no bond until you identify yourself to the jail. So you >> okay? I can give you name. I'm not going I give you my ID. >> The suspect here kept complaining about being detained, but he had refused to cooperate with two different officers in a row, and that was more than enough reason for his arrest. The cop didn't hesitate to make it clear to him. >> I've been trying to talk to you, man. If you if you had an issue with him, you could have talked to me. And I was trying to talk to you and you ignored me. I asked you three times at least for your driver's license. You told me you're not going to give it to me. >> You understand that? Here, let me explain something to you though real quick. when I'm investigating a disturbance, right? Somebody came up to me and said, "Hey, this is going on, right? I need to get your side of the story. I need to get her side of the story." So, with that being said, I have a lawful reason to be here and have a lawful reason to identify you. You refuse to identify yourself. That's called obstruction, >> right? >> Understand? Okay. I get that you were upset about what happened. >> All right. But don't take it out on us, man. You know what I'm saying? >> Right. Frustrating, but I I understand. >> My worry is this. My worry is if I allow you to stay here. >> No. >> No. saying if I allow you to not go to jail, >> yeah, >> that you won't leave and we're going have to deal with this all over >> plan. I was gone anyway. It's happened. >> Thankfully, the suspect calmed down a bit in the back of a squad car. At that point, the vice president of the park arrived. The entire incident had ruined the park's atmosphere and disturbed the athletes, and he wanted to have a word with the cops. >> Hey, um, is there any way that that we can make this thing can we smooth this over? >> How so? >> Just so that he doesn't have to take a ride today. >> Okay. Is there anything that we can do? >> Tell me what happened. Were you there? >> I wasn't there. I'm the park vice president. I just want to make this whatever whatever we got. I know Paul. I play football with Paul. >> Okay. >> And I just I don't want to see him take any time to ride. Is there anything that I can do? >> Here's my here's my concern. Okay. >> And I'm going to talk to everybody because everybody was somewhat involved. >> We had a football game. >> Hear me out. Hear me out. I know. And that's the worst part. That is the worst part. We don't need We don't need any of this in a football game. >> It's dumb. It's stupid. I asked him just to walk out of the park. >> He was as frustrated. >> I know he was. If in fact whatever he's telling me is true, I would be frustrated, too. And I understand it. >> Okay. He was upset with the other police officer, but I constantly asked him to speak to and I asked him for his identification multiple times. I have the right to identify him. He refused to do that. >> Understand? Is he suspended of a crime? >> Yes. I'm I'm investigating a disturbance. >> If he if he leave, when you he leave, we good, right? >> Let's finish up here. The cop called one of his colleagues to stay with the suspect. He then went to find the woman who made the complaint. [music] Before he could make a final decision, he had a few more questions. >> So, I'm going to ask you straight up. >> Mhm. >> Is there a possibility that the un word could have been said? >> No. >> Absolutely not. >> No, sir. Absolutely not. Okay. >> No, sir. We don't talk like that in my house. I promise you. >> That's fine. >> No, sir. >> And and I have to ask you, all right, here's here's what we're looking at. Y'all are going to have to leave. All right. Just as much as him, right? Are we good if y'all both part ways and y'all go your separate ways that we call it good for the day? >> Are we good? >> Okay. >> So, just meaning don't press charges on him is basically what you're saying. >> No, I mean the you weren't hit. Nothing like that. It was it was a kid-on kid issue, right? >> Yeah. >> The officer reached an agreement with both parties that they would leave the park as a preventative measure. So, there was no more escalation. As things turned out, though, the officer still hadn't heard the whole story. Another witness appeared and shed a little more light on things. >> Could you kind of tell me just what happened? >> Okay, so it started when like I don't know what the kids were doing, but her son was over like a couple of teeth away playing with those three boys over there. I guess they were being really rough with him and he come back and his neck was sleep and they took his football with him. So she went and took his football back and come back and told him he had to stay there. He play with me. Well, then they come over there like trying to Oh, he was doing this and he was doing >> What was it that he they were saying that he was doing >> like saying that he had started it and that's why they scratched his neck. So, they walk off and then she cuz our tent is right behind her >> and she comes over to talk to us. I've known her for a really long time, her friends. And so she comes over to talk to us with her baby on her hip. And all of a sudden these boys come back with the dad or I don't know if he's one of them's dad or what. And he was like, "Um, your son said this." He was like, "Your son said this. I want to know where your husband's at. I want to know where your husband's at." And she was like, she's not married. And she wouldn't want to tell him she was single. She was like, "My husband's not here right now." And he was like, he just starts like yelling. every every time she tried to say something to him, it was just escalating. And she was like, "Look, my kid is not going to go over there and play with him anymore. Just leave him alone." Because they he come over there looking for her son. >> Didn't even come looking for parents or anything like that. So, here he is like screaming in her face. And I stood up. I was like, "Guys, cops." And he turned around to me. He's like, "Shut the [ __ ] up." >> In response to the woman's comment, the suspect reacted hysterically just like he did earlier when the cop first tried to talk to him. He hadn't just yelled at the witness, but he also insulted her husband. >> And like he started screaming at me, then he started screaming at him. And he's sitting down. He hasn't said a word. Hasn't stood up. He hasn't even moved. He's like, "Get up. Get up." And like >> Yeah. >> And he just like everything was just escalating, escalating. >> You guys hear him? >> Yeah. >> When he um say something to her, like she he started screaming at us. Hey, come down. >> Yeah. >> And he's like, "Oh, please come on. Get up. Get up." >> He just want to fight somebody. I guess my question is is during the course of this whole thing, what was everybody's like reaction to this whole thing? Was other people like >> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. There was all kinds of people that were around. >> Were there a bunch of kids around? >> Oh, yeah. >> At any point, did did you did you feel like you were going to get hit? >> I I'm sure he might not have thought he was going to hit him, but I thought he was >> The reason I want to talk to you guys is because I knew that you guys were one of the people that were like directly there. >> Yeah. And I know like based on me, right, I can tell that he was disruptive to the whole football field, right? >> They released [music] the suspect and he was allowed to go home. However, a warrant was later issued for his arrest. They charged the man with obstructing without violence, resisting, and for breaching the peace. His bond was [music] set at $5,000. On the 9th of February 2025 in Seattle, Washington, the cops were called about an incident during a hockey match. A father of one of the players entered the rink without permission and pushed two of the referees who were underage. He left the scene soon after and the cops found him in traffic. >> Beer club, step out for me. >> Thank you, sir. You are being audio and video recorded. Step back to my car, please. >> Any weapons? >> We're here about a disturbance at the Kraken complex. Do you have any firsthand information about what happened? Some type of ice hockey thing? >> No. >> Okay. Nothing you want to talk to me about. >> Okay. So, this is your opportunity if you do want to talk to us cuz we're going to talk to other people involved, witnesses and stuff. Is there anything you want to tell us about what happened in there? >> The cops were certain that the man was the suspect who' shoved the referees. They had the man's description and his vehicle details from a witness. The cops gave the man a chance to explain what happened on the ice from his point of view. >> What happened? My kids playing hockey and then another kid started punching them. >> Okay. >> So, I came over and then I and then I grabbed my kid not to play anymore and I I pushed the refs. I said, "You guys have to start making calls to prevent this issue." >> Uh-huh. >> So, I step in the ice and I don't know if I'm allowed to step in the ice or not. Okay. >> Yeah. But I was, you know, just trying to protect my kid and take him out. While one of the cops questioned the suspect, his colleague met up with a female witness. By coincidence, that female witness was a fellow Seattle police officer. She gave a little more insight about the suspect's actions during the incident at the rink. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> Are you a witness? >> SPD coming up. >> Hi. Is that the guy? >> Yes, it is. Yeah. He assaulted two juvenile referees. >> Okay. >> Shoved them across the ice violently. One of them has a back injury. was very shaken up. >> At the same time, the suspect kept insisting that he hadn't hit anyone, but after learning from his colleague about the other witness's testimony, things just didn't match up. And the witness's testimony contradicted the suspects. >> And you're saying that you never you never pushed or shot or assaulted >> the Yeah, I p I pushed the refs around to get my kid. >> Okay. >> But I didn't like punch him and I didn't punch him. >> So, I grab my kid, take him to the locker room, change, get in the car, go. >> Okay. Here's the other thing though too is is that is that you as you as an adult kind of having all all this information at your disposal and being able to make a better decision and then also having the the size and the strength of an adult going into a child's game. Um and uh to to protect your to protect your son I I I understand that but um you also have to understand that the other everyone who's inside that that ring is a child. >> I understand. So you um using your size and your strength, there's a fine line. >> I see what you're saying. >> Even though your reason may be valid, you you may want to temper the the level at which you go in to to protect just just like I would. I mean, like if if if I if I were were were, you know, trying to break up a fight between children, I would not go all out because I have much bigger, much stronger than everyone there. >> The officer now had to decide whose version was more credible, the suspects or the witnesses. Soon enough though, it was no longer a dilemma because the female fellow officer showed the police some video footage of the altercation between the father and the referees. I have to let you know also that that the referee is a child and that the referee um was not anywhere near as you said near what was going on in the fight. I I just I just saw some of the video and the video also shows you making going directly towards the referee solely for the reason of pushing him off his feet and he lands on his back. A child. >> Yeah. I I did not know it was a child. Yeah. It wasn't It wasn't my intent. My intention wasn't to >> and that act in it of itself was not in defense of your child because the referee was not involved in the assault. >> The referee was not causing anyone harm at that point. >> The the the thing is, you know, like if uh >> so I understand you say that your intention was to defend your child and to extract your child from the assault, but the added fact that you go directly towards the referee, again, this is what the video shows. um to push him off of his skates onto his back. That's the problem. >> Thanks to the witness's video, the suspect's crime was confirmed. The footage clearly showed that he assaulted the referees. Next up, the cop explained to the man what his sentence would depend on. >> The level of injuries can determine the seriousness of the crime. Right now, as far as I know, no serious bodily harm to him. But I'm not a doctor. If he goes to the hospital and uh it it's determined that that he has broken bones or he has a serious b serious bodily injury that could lead to felony charges. Right now as it stands I am going to be documenting this um and the right now I I do have probable cause to arrest you. However, it's a misdemeanor right now and I will leave it up to the prosecutor's office to determine whether or not they're going to they're going to file charges against you for assault. So, you will likely be getting uh contacted by uh the court soon. >> As they interrogated the suspect, a few bystanders gathered around them. Among them were the female witness and a few others who had been in the arena during the incident. They seemed eager to find out what would happen to the man. >> You're open for arrest. >> Did you not see what >> I saw? You saw the video. With all the evidence, he's going to get charged with assault. It doesn't mean we have to book him into jail. Us booking him into jail doesn't further that process. This is a is a perfectly acceptable resolution to this. He's going to face legal consequences. It just we have good video and we'll figure this all out. Okay guys, >> just because someone doesn't get booked into jail doesn't mean that a criminal case is not proceeding. Okay. I think it's a very strong criminal case. Um that's up to a prosecutor. Okay. >> As law enforcement officer witnessing it happen and I'm reporting it to my fellow colleagues. It's been supporting in that regards, you know. So >> despite the cop's explanation, the witnesses here were visibly disappointed that the man hadn't been placed under arrest. And they weren't the only ones. A little later back in the arena, the coach was also unsatisfied with the suspect being allowed to go home. >> At the end of the day, he opened a closed door to the ice and assaulted two person. >> Yeah. >> I hope somebody's headed to his house. Is he in cuffs? So, here's the thing. We have him identified. We know how to get in contact with him. >> If I punch Justin in the face right now in front of you, >> I would be gone in cuffs. >> I would put you in handcuffs for my safety and for yours and also for Justin's safety. I would investigate what led up to the punch itself. If Justin has a broken nose, now we have a felony assault. And that felony assault will be looked at by the court more seriously than if you shove justice. >> And it's different with a minor. I will ask. >> Right. That's good. >> That's jail time. >> As long as we know who it is. >> So So he was let go. >> Let me finish my investigation first. But right now, as I mentioned to you before, I have basically all of this investigation to continue. So, >> the suspect later took a plea deal and he plead guilty to the assault but avoided going to jail. He was eventually sentenced to community service for a total of 80 hours. Hopefully, the punishment will be enough for the man to teach him not to lay hands on minors again. On September 21st, 2024, the cops responded to a youth baseball game. A call came in that a fight broke out between two parents. When the officers arrived, they found the victim in the parking lot near the baseball field and began to have a chat with her. >> So, I was sitting there under our tent and their tank was next to us and there was like an altercation at the plate earlier in the game. Not a big deal. Um, but their player that was running knocked into whoever our catcher was and he should have been ejected. Not everyone whatever. They were like, >> I went to the bathroom, came back, and I guess during that play, I didn't see it. My son was running the bases and they pushed them. Whatever. It's silly. So, there was like a whatever on the field. I didn't see any of that. I just came and sat down and I asked my husband. I said, "What happened?" He said, "If next time someone pushes them, he should knock them on their ass." My husband said, "So, she goes, "That's my grandson. you're talking about the the mother >> and I said so then the mom the mom of the child the grandmother and the mom >> started she stood up and someone >> apparently the whole thing started with a call the referee made and the victim and her husband didn't agree with it. It led to an exchange of words between them and the suspect as their child was involved in the call. Soon enough, what began as a verbal argument became a physical altercation. >> And she goes, and then she just kept repeating, "That's my son. That's my son. So, whatever. We just were sitting there." And then I said, "Honestly, this is baseball." Like, no one should put hands on anyone. Like, this is crazy. So, she go the grandmother stands up and throws something down and goes to charge. And then the daughter, probably my age maybe, is stands up and stops her mom and then comes through my tent cuz I was kind of on the border of finding a friend of mine. Jumps over my special needs daughter to put her hand and like grab my hair. And I was like, "Oh no." So I restrained her. I have training in restraining. I have a special needs child. I know how to restrain. So I just held her down. I'm like, "Don't touch me." like absolutely not. I didn't hit her. I didn't do anything. I was restraining her from attacking me over her. And then some good Samaritan guy, I guess he said after he was just trying to help, tackled me. So then now I lost my edge of holding her down. And that's when someone separated, but that's when she broke the chair, the tent, all the things. It seemed the fight between the two mothers drew a third person in, a man who intervened to try and stop things. The victim's husband gave more details about the guy and the incident overall. >> There was a guy from like two tents down. I was standing right there like watching it all unfold. >> I was just holding her down like >> and I was like, "Oh my god." Like this is crazy. And I see this one guy come up from the tent and he's watching it unfold and he's standing probably where you are, sir. and he just got like wideeyed and charged and grabbed my wife like this and went and like the tents everything started going. So I grabbed that dude and just put him over here and I just looked at him and I'm like you better not do anything. And he's like like cuz he was on his back. >> I was like don't put your hands on my wife. >> I'm I don't know how you could be that mentally unstable. Maybe she's drinking. Grandma seemed like she might have been drinking. I have no idea what I'm >> I have no idea. >> I'm not sure. >> I know what grandma is still in. >> They all of her stuff was a tent and a half over where we were sitting. So, I mean, it's clear she just charged me like it was the most >> There were there was plenty of witnesses that saw her come over to our tent and engage us. Like, we were sitting there. The victim assured the officers once again that she hadn't provoked any mother in any other way. She said it was a baseball game and no one should lay their hands on anyone else. She wanted to press charges against her asylent. Shortly after, the cops found the suspect, Leah, and listened to her version of events. >> I'm assuming it was the husband. Um, starts hollering. I think he was yelling to his kid. You should have knocked him out. He was talking about my kid. They had a little spat on, whatever. After >> this was after when he he was pushed or when >> uh >> when the catcher >> No, after on the field. >> Okay. >> One one kid said that the other one pushed. We don't even we don't I know my kid doesn't play dirty, right? >> So I said, "You need to watch out. That's my son, you know." And he starts passing back and forth with me and then his wife and he like steps under our tent and it's back his wife. Then my mom stood up at that point when the man came in our mom stood up and she's like, you know, you need to go down. And the wife stood up and said, "Who the hell are you?" Um, and I stabbed my mom and then she and I came at each other and don't know what happened there other than I missed you and posted. So, it was just it started out as a verbal argument and she stood up. >> The cops already had an idea about the verbal dispute. And what mattered now was determining which of the two women had first shown aggression toward the other. That's why they wanted to know how Leah came in contact with the other mother. >> How did y'all come into contact with one another? >> She was fussing and screaming at my mom and who the hell are you? And I said, "That's my mom." And she and I came at each other and I think it started. >> So you're saying simultaneously one didn't go to the other who came to who went to who? >> I was under her tent at that point. Her husband had already left from our tent and I was under her tent at that point. We were arguing back and forth and I don't know who came at who first. I think we both came at each other, but I was under protect. >> Okay. So, once y'all came in contact with one another, what happened? >> Ended up on the ground. I don't think there were any punches thrown. >> What did you specifically do? >> Uh, grabbed her about the same time she grabbed me and we ended up on the ground. There were no punches thrown. If she hit me, I didn't feel it. and my mom picked me up and her husband picked her up. >> Next up, the cops then spoke to the suspect's mother who was involved in the argument. She arrived together with a female bystander. The cops wanted to hear from someone neutral who wasn't directly connected to either side. The bystander shared what she had seen. >> She's not involved. >> She just bystander. >> Go ahead. >> Are you grandma? >> Are you grandma? Okay. >> So, we're watching the game. Um his kids on second, her kid is playing second, right? Um her kid goes behind second to um protect second when you're going to call it because kid bumps into they call time because there was um when his kid get on second, you know, there was a big celebration and there was because of a play earlier some tension between them. Blue call time both to the plate tells them they're not allowed to talk to each other. yada yada yada. Sends him back to the place or back to the place. Um, so that was it. So then he starts yelling or he is over there and he said whatever his kid name the hell out of him. >> And she said, "Wait a minute. That's my son you're talking about." And he said, "I don't know what I'm talking about." >> In the meantime, he's walked over under the edge of the tent where we says, "Well, that's my son." and he turns around and he steps under my tent, which we had all been sitting together. This is our second game, >> the game before. We didn't play them. We had all been sitting together this whole time. And he says it again and I'm like, "Okay, y'all need to stop. Like, everybody needs to stop." I said, "Leah, sit down. Y'all need to stop. Y'all need to stop." >> The officer asked the grandmother to step aside since she was a family member. They continued questioning the bystander and had her describe in more detail what she'd witnessed during the fight. >> I don't know who jumped first. I don't know who got it who first. Um, >> you see any punches thrown? >> Basically, I saw them wrapped up together. They really weren't. It was more of a cat fight. Um, the tent leg got did get broke. The chair got broke, but it was more of a cat fight more and you know, of course, they're saying, you know, we're going to sue you arrested. It was more of a bicker and a cat fight. >> So, they were both bickering. >> Yes. Well, it was >> they both went towards each other essentially. >> Well, it h So, I'm sitting here facing the field. did happen behind me. When I looked, they were on the ground rolling together. >> After hearing from the bystander, the cops talked to each other to get a recap. They reviewed both sides statements and finally came to a conclusion, which they soon shared with Leo. >> Concluded the investigation and I've determined you're under arrest. Okay, stand up. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> For disorderly conduct and damage to property. Jan backer. >> Can I take this watch off you? Can you give it to grandma? >> We have talked to all kinds of people. People that are involved, people that don't have nothing to do with you guys. >> Clearly, she was shocked by their decision, and so was her mother. She tried to remain composed and even asked about the sunglasses she'd lost during the fight. Soon enough though, she could not hold her emotion in any longer. >> All right. Sorry about this, man. >> All right. If you would just follow me, too. My car. Okay. >> I'm going to have I'm I'm waiting on a female officer, okay, to to search you. Okay. That's just protocol that we have to do prior to, you know, transporting you. All right. [snorts] If you want to, I'm going to have you send AC, okay, in my car before she comes. Okay? She's still on the call. She'll be here shortly. Leah was taken to jail and they charged the woman with disorderly conduct. On July 23rd, 2024 in Wooddale, Illinois, the cops were dispatched to a local golf club after reports of a fight between a man and a woman. When the officers arrived, they were given some disturbing information from witnesses. >> Hello. >> Are you the one that called? >> Yeah. >> Are you You can hang out with them. >> Got blood on them. We just got in the park. >> Okay. Were you the one that originally called us? Yeah. >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> We don't know. >> We don't know. Basically, we just got done uh playing when we pulled around >> uh I saw her just kind of in fall under the car. I thought she just fell out of the cart. >> Okay, where is she at? >> She's over right over there. >> According to the witnesses, the man involved, who is considered to be the perpetrator, had left the scene just minutes before cops arrived. The alleged victim here, Leslie, had remained on site and they began to interview her. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> can I talk to you? >> Go ahead. Go talk to >> Can I talk to you? >> Okay. What's going on? What happened? >> Nothing. We were just having an argument based off of golfing and >> Okay, I'm ready. >> Okay. Well, someone said that you got pushed. >> Yeah, he did push me, but I'm fine. >> William, too. I'm just going to start heading that way. I'm clear from the lobby. >> All right. Do you have any injuries on you? You got some blood on you. >> Yeah, I know. >> Okay. Did you hit him back? >> Nope. >> I seen him throw. >> He threw me, so it's fine. >> Okay. You didn't hit him back at all. >> Nope. >> Okay, >> that's fine. We're okay. >> Okay, >> let's go. I'm in the area. >> We just got a couple calls. We have to make sure that >> I know you don't have to big make a big deal out of this. Well, we kind of do. No more things to worry about. >> No, this is a a big deal to worry about cuz then he also decided to run from the police. >> Yeah, he did. But >> and that's not okay either. >> I know. >> Okay. Do you have an idiot? >> Do you have an ID on you? >> No. >> Okay. Is he your boyfriend, husband? What is he? >> He's like an exx exboyfriend. We're all hanging out with each other and he happened to be one of those. >> Leslie didn't want to press charges against the man who' ripped her out of her golf cart. There was blood on the woman's knee and they also got info from her colleagues that the man also had blood on him. As for Leslie, she was getting angrier by the minute and the reason for that was alcohol. >> Okay. You're obviously intoxicated. >> I'm 23. >> Yeah. Okay. With your house. As a matter of fact, I don't drive. >> I can have and I can have somebody pick me up. So, don't tell me. >> Okay. But I'm not [ __ ] you up, sir. Can I talk to you in a second? >> Let me put my clutch in the car. >> Okay. >> I'll >> You need medical attention. >> No, thank you. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Eliza. >> How do you spell that? >> You know how to spell Eliza? >> Some people spell it different. >> My name is El. >> What is it? >> E L S. >> I can't replay it right now. Can you just spell it for me, please? >> Eliza. How do you spell that? >> And Nora Y >> Adam first name Darren. >> I was going to tell you. >> You're mumbling and I can't understand. >> I said E L >> like E L S I S E. >> That's not how you spell Eliza. >> 221 92. >> That's how you spell my name? >> The E L S1 for traffic. Clear. >> Is there a reason why you're making this so difficult? Leslie not only behaved arrogantly, but she also gave the cops a fake name. She also said that she didn't have a driver's license or any ID. When the female officer asked for her last name, she got even more irritated. >> What's your last name? >> Can you spell that? >> B E C E. >> Mhm. >> Dimensional R. So double. If you don't know what that means, you should cuz you're a police officer. the mental >> RA when I just sent the digital to your screen. Stop being stupid. >> Okay, listen. I don't appreciate being called stupid, but you're not working with me. You never said that. >> You just did. >> But it's like you should know what [clears throat] the >> But you're mumbling your word and I'm not going to tell you anything. >> Okay, here's the problem. >> You have blood on you. You're considered a victim. He has blood on Hold on. >> On my knee? >> On my knee? >> Yeah. >> Okay, then call the cops. I am the cop. >> Call them. >> Okay, listen. >> All right. Call the paramedics. >> Call the paramedics, please. >> We have the paramedics. Are we coming for him? >> Cool. Let them come here. >> Did you push him back to me? >> Now you're trying to ask me different questions. >> Yeah. >> The female officer let her partner continue the questioning, but she wasn't any more cooperative with him. Soon, she tried to get up from the golf cart, which only made things worse. >> Witness. >> Technically, you don't have anything to hold me. >> Yes, we do. No, you don't. >> Stop. >> So then what the are you doing? Stop. >> Detaining you. They're trying to investigate investigation. So let go of me. Let go of me. Stay here. >> Let go of me, [ __ ] >> Let go of me. Let go of me. >> I never touched you. >> You [ __ ] >> Your driver's license, please. >> No, you're not. Can I see? >> Okay. But if you're refusing to identify yourself, then that's also a crime. >> It's a race. That's 28. >> What do you want to do? >> Can I please see your identification? >> You're not going to pop the [ __ ] to mother. >> Is this your car? He's a witness. He's a witness. >> He did do that. >> No, we're not. They're trying to ask you for questions. >> Like they're trying to ask me for questions. Leslie tried to win over the male officer, believing he was Mexican like her, but she turned out to be wrong as the man was Colombian. She then started acting out, trying to run from the cops again. And that's when she got what was coming to her. >> Investigating. >> I'm a witness. I'm a witness. >> You're not free to leave. Come here, >> dude. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don'ting touch me. Stop doing that. >> She's going to end up going to jail. >> Dude, I'm in the army. Dude, don't with me. Sounds like you're under something. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Dude, why am I under your wrist? >> Dude, your hand. >> What am I doing? >> Put your hands on your back. >> Dude, I'm not doing anything. I'm telling you that I'm not doing anything. And you guys >> Okay. Everything's a camera. Everything's a camera. >> You got 42. I got 53. >> I said, "Okay, >> dude. Like, why are you guys doing this to me?" >> Because you're under arrest right now. >> You did. What are you doing? What do you mean? Look at my [ __ ] hand. >> The cops found bottles of alcohol in her golf cart. Despite being arrested, she still hadn't calmed down and was testing the officer's patience. Shortly after, she began making threats in Spanish, but that didn't help her either. >> Too much fireball at the golf course. >> I don't know. I don't know. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Stupid earlier. It's fine. She said that if you close the door, she's going to cut. >> I said it's not stupid. >> You hear that? So, just be careful. >> Hey, do you have anything on you? >> No. I told you all earlier. >> Stop screaming. >> So then why are you asking me again? >> Cuz I need to search you. >> You think I'm stupid? >> People lie to me all the time. So I >> I don't give a I'm telling you something. >> Okay. >> So then get into your [ __ ] head. >> Chuck me. >> Okay. >> Chuck me then. >> Stop moving. >> I'm not. Yes, you are. I'm staying still. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, Bet. No, >> now you're going to be charged with something else. Get in the car. >> Why am I getting charged with anything? >> My name Leslie. >> Yes, apparently it's Leslie, not Eliza. >> Get in the car. >> What? It's Eliza. >> That's what you said your name was at first. They placed the woman in the squad car and when the cops didn't react to her tantrum, it just made her more furious. She began using Spanish again and this time not for threats but for making nasty insults to the female officer. >> I know you live in >> Yes. And I live in Becky >> called you a >> I know >> it's not very nice. Wesley, >> it's not a poop. >> I'm the one that's right. >> Come on, Wesley. >> Don't touch me. >> I need to hold on to why? >> Cuz that's our policy. >> Cuz I'm Cuz I'm like being like still like surveillance like under security with like hand straps. >> Cuz you're under arrest. >> You better remember. Turn around. No. No. Nothing. Turn around. Face the wall. >> We're going to take the handcuffs off. Even taking her handcuffs off turned out to be a challenge. The cops explained the procedure to her and they made the woman promise that she wasn't going to hit them, but it only made Leslie more angry. >> Just take them off like a threat. >> No, dude. Take them off. You wouldn't act like a [ __ ] when you brought it here. >> And they told you I wasn't going to be like that. And now he's saying, >> you see, why are you asking me questions to begin with? >> Because you >> don't ask me any questions. Don't ask in any questions. I need your handcuffs off and do your [ __ ] job. I need >> Amidst a continuous stream of insults, the cops were still trying to deal with her. She stubbornly refused to cooperate and got more and more venomous with her threats. >> Do what you want. Your family's in danger right now. >> Put them on there. >> Stop. Put them on there. >> You up. >> Hey Leslie, they're going to come off cuz we can't keep you on these forever. >> [ __ ] you're not [ __ ] with humanity. You're [ __ ] with the cartel. No, no, she's not. >> Yes, she is. You're from, >> dude. We're not from dude. My [ __ ] dad. >> Okay. Headed to church in Lincoln 43. >> Let's play over here. >> Yes. You're being recorded right now, Leslie. >> All right. >> So, all these threats, all this cartel talk. >> No, you're taking off. We're taking your necklace off. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, stop moving. >> No, you're not. >> No, you're not. >> You can't have it on. >> Why? Stop. >> Why are you doing that? If you do that, your mom, >> you're a terrible person. You know that. >> She then tried to butter up one of the cops, speaking Spanish to him. and insisting she was innocent. But by then, the cops knew already that she'd assaulted her ex at the golf course, and she'd bitten him on the ear so hard that it drew blood. To finally calm her down, they put Leslie in a cell. >> Go ahead in here. >> Go ahead. Go in. So, where's my >> Get in the cell. >> Come on. >> All right. So, stop. Before you put me in there, how about you explain yourself to me? >> Okay. Explain yourself to me. >> Oh, wow. Okay. >> Jesus, talk about making it difficult. >> The cops decided to leave Leslie in a cell to sober up. They kept an eye on her, hoping she'd settle down. Soon enough, though, they had to head back to her cell because she started acting out and creating a mess. >> Sit down. >> I don't care. You need to sit down >> and stop kicking the door. Otherwise, you will be sitting at the county jail forever. >> So, stop it. >> Sit there and stop it. >> What? >> Yeah, because you flushed the toilet. You did this. You're the reason why it's wet. Then sit there with your legs up. So, your legs are up off the floor. No, I don't want to talk to you. Sit there and stop kicking the window. >> You don't listen. You don't make the rules. >> Oh, you did. >> We're not We're not going to talk. We know what happened. >> After some time at the station, they took Leslie to jail. All during the transport, she remained argumentative. They charged the woman with domestic battery, making physical contact, one more domestic battery, causing physical harm, and obstructing identification. This next case takes us to a football game in Jacksonville, Florida. On November 2nd, 2024, some very drunk fans were causing chaos in the stands. When the cops entered the stadium, the rowdy fans were pointed out in their section by other spectators >> in like a shirt, like a >> where >> down there. And he was like, "Can you please send somebody down here for me?" >> Where? Come show me. >> Down those stairs. >> Come show me. in 81. I should have a total of three officers at 81. >> Oh, okay. >> I have an officer who says it's 105 at game and needs assistance. [cheering] The stands were packed and the cop was directed to security staff who were working the game. He'd already located the drunk fans who were causing trouble and he quickly pointed them out. Stadium 232. >> I have three objections here in section 131. >> This is 131. Yeah, section 131. All right, come on. Come on. >> We've been great guys. that took someone out of section 431. >> Hey, come here. >> We got two behind us, too. >> Hey, man. You're about to go to jail. Come on. >> We got two behind us, too. >> All right, let's go. >> We got them. We got them. We got them. >> How many people did you There were Florida fans next to the Georgia fans and three of the Florida fans had been harassing the Georgia fans. They soon began yelling that the cops shouldn't remove just them, but also the other Florida fans. That demand only made things worse for them. You're not going. >> 1 2 3. >> You're not going. Watch out. A serious fight broke out between fans and officers and one of the drunken supporters got tasered. There were frightened screams by women echoing through the stands and another drunk fan was taken down by a different officer. Don't >> touch. [screaming] Don't swing. >> Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. Do it now. Put your hand behind your back. >> Do it now. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Give me your hand right now. >> You take your hand. >> I'm not moving. I'm not moving. >> Give me this hand. Put this hand. >> I can't move. I can't move. Within a minute, all three disruptive fans were pinned down to the ground by police. Thankfully, they calmed down and got quiet. At that point, all the cops had to do was escort them out and let the rest of the spectators enjoy the game in peace. >> Stand up. Stand up. Yeah, police officer. >> Get upset until we get done. I hope you don't hit me. >> I got it. I'm with you. The three fans were taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct. Sometimes sports and alcohol don't make a great combination. And when these drunken fans decide to ruin a sporting event, the cops are there to teach them a lesson. Thanks for watching and make sure to follow our channel for more videos like this.
