most cops often get away with bending the rules or even breaking the law while on duty but what happens when these bad cops are confronted and held accountable by their fellow good officers here are for showing up drunk at a crash scene on November 9th 2023 at around 10:00 a.m. Bradley Beach police chief Leonard Guida unexpectedly arrived at a traffic accident on Main Street where a driver was is being charged with DWI I am not the police okay I came here with the ambulance I want to make sure you're okay I don't know what he's thinking I don't know I'm asking you if he's all my hand or not oh Guida on the other hand was placed on administrative leave but sergeant major isn't the only good cop who stood up to an idiot cop as we'll see in this next case I didn't even see you guys pull up Arizona SWAT officer Jonathan Schuler who was arrested by Chandler police officers for DUI after leaving a DUI training session on September 7th 2018 officer Scher was driving his personal vehicle on the 101 freeway when he collided with a concrete barrier on the passenger side while attempting to merge onto the 202 Freeway in the HOV lane after taking the first exit onto Alma School Road Schuler pulled into a parking lot where he was approached by Chandler police officers they soon discovered he was intoxicated and initiated a DUI test here's how the situation unfolded so you were at the hgn your lead foot remains in the remains on the line and your other foot takes a series of short steps to turn watch your feet keep your hands at your sides count out loud and don't stop walking until you finish both sets of nine steps all right it's going to look something like this so you're in the starting position and you're going to go down the line one two 3 all the way to nine keep that front foot planted series of short steps and then you're going to come back 1 2 3 until until you complete that second set of nine steps do you understand the instructions okay any reason why you drugs during an inventory search of his vehicle two prescription bottles were found one containing an asol which had been prescribed to him however another bottle contained 74 Xanax pills and a separate bottle held counterfeit Aderall pills containing methamphetamine a blood test later revealed that officer Schuler's blood was positive for zadam Alprazolam and Oxycodone he was subsequently arrested for DUI drugs in possession of a dangerous drug second R for left oh Sor am I for sergeant Elliot Sneezy no ankle holster or nothing like that quite of curiosity did I hit another car sounds like it was the wall on the transission but the person that followed you called it in is that you had hit another car that's why we were here okay but I guess I just make sure nobody's hurt no wouldn't you keep the Xanax in the prescription bottle of c and are you prescribed Xanax yes for what for sleep for anything from back old um hand okay is it prescribed to the VA no can I see that other one is that the pink ambient pill you took broken in half is that what it was though yeah okay this is Aderall I think you knew that though cuz when he said prescription that started with a it no so where did you get the adero cuz there's quite a few pills in there right and it's in a pill bottle that's prescribed to you but it's the prescription for that testosterone that you were talking about I have had those forever since the army they had a r you get prescrib this in the army yes how long have You' been out of the army 2015 2014 four or five years years how often do you take the ad all whenever like can't think whenever you can't how many pills were you initially prescribed cuz there still a decent amount in here a lot where's the original pill bottle probably at home somewhere or destroyed or who is it the same doctor that prescribed this anastral that prescribed the xenx no who what doctor prescribed the xenx somebody in there like a VA asked if it was no I shouldn't say VA the uh like Fort Stewart like the on like after his initial arrest officer Schuler was administratively assigned to his home pending the outcome of his criminal case however on March 1st 2019 he was arrested again after swerving into a residential yard hitting a tree and then fleeing the scene Scher resigned from his position with the Maricopa Police Department on March 2nd 2019 and later pleaded guilty to one count of DUI drugs for each arrest all other charges were dropped but this isn't the only instance where good cops held bad cops accountable as we are about to see in this next the driver of the vehicle identified as Jared Macky was charged with a felony after the on duty officer discovered that he was impersonating a police officer following an investigation here's how the scene unfolded why is a car registered to an individual that's my so what you in with all these red lights sorry W there emergency lights and did I see you using emergency lights to pull out into traffic on Lake oh no I couldn't I couldn't get Chief you notice that's a stand still so I FL like see me that I was trying to get in the line who do you work for this is my company I'm an off duty
