I got no problem with your clothing, man. >> Okay. So, what's wrong? What's wrong? >> I'm an alumni, you idiot. >> I need to identify you. >> Identify these nuts. That's what you guys going to identify. >> Justin, stop. >> I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. >> I DON'T WANT TO BE PREGNANT. >> WAIT, what the hell? Gen Z's are known for being bold, outspoken, and not afraid to challenge authority. It's an admirable quality in some cases, but not when it becomes outrageous entitlement that lacks reason. And when defiance becomes bad decision-making, that's when we see what happens when jinzers meet nononsense cops. >> After she comes up to you, you say you did your thing, self-defense. You punched her. >> She punched. >> Just listen to me. I'm I'm literally not done talking. >> On the 17th of August 2025, the cops responded to a parking garage because strangely a young man there was throwing cookies at a group of underage girls who were just minding their business. The cops stepped in and confronted him. >> Show me, man. What's going on? Where's Where's everybody hanging out? >> They were right here where the drinks are of this. >> So those girls were >> Yes. Okay. Where were you? >> Cookie. Cookie. Cookie. Cookie. Cookie. Cookie. So, there's a cookie there. Don't pick that up. Hold on. Just leave it. There's a bunch of [ __ ] here everywhere. Yeah. >> That's why everybody comes up here and off. Leaves a a bunch of trash. And this is exactly what happens, right? >> No. Exactly. For sure. So, >> hold on. Why is there a cookie all the way over there? >> That's where that's where we were to We were just tossing cookies. >> They're tossing cookies at a group of kids that are standing right there when you guys are standing over here. That's not tossing cookies or throwing cookies at people. >> Tossing cookies. >> Okay. So, what happens next? >> So, so standing right in that corner, I remember leaning against that little pyramid thing. Correct. Um and then I I threw one cookie. It was, you know, it was my other friends that were mainly to tell cookies, but I tossed a cookie or whatever. >> But, um, >> you're just saying you're tossing cookies. >> No, I know. >> There's a there's somebody standing in the middle of the parking lot right here and you guys are standing here. It's not just aing accident. You're just tossing them up in the air, right? >> I get what you're saying. >> No, it's [ __ ] You guys are throwing cookies. >> Then just tell me you're throwing cookies at him. >> When the officer talked to the young Gen Z, he was using some classic tactics. He pretended to play it cool, trying to gain the teen's trust. Then when the young man refused to tell the truth, the officer called him out on it and he reprimanded him for both lying and acting so immature. >> Yeah. Yeah. So >> you're throw Are you throwing cookies at them? >> Are you throwing cookies at them? >> Yes, we're throw cookies. >> Does Is that that hard to be honest? And I don't even know why you're smiling. It's frustrating for me because I have to literally ask you a million questions when I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it. Right. >> I'm sorry, sir. >> I'm not here to play around. There's a [ __ ] ton of cops out here and the and the ambulance is down there. I'm wasting my time because you're just smiling jawjack and saying you're tossing cookies. So tell me what I what is going on. >> So I sitting the corn over there throwing cookies. >> Throwing cookies where? >> In front of us >> at the group of girls that are standing right here. >> In front of us. Over there. >> Throwing cookies. Awesome. So you're throwing cookies at every direction except this corner. >> Yes, cuz we were staying over there. >> That does that seem like a cool game to be playing with? Absolutely not. I'd be pissed off if I'm just trying to enjoy my damn slurpee and some kids are throwing cookies in my direction. >> All right. So then um I was standing over here and she walked over here. >> Who is she? >> I don't know who she is. >> No idea who this person is. >> Okay. >> It was clear that the version of the story he was telling was designed to make him look more innocent than he was. And unfortunately, the cops here were getting tired of his lies. The officer continued questioning the man about the night's events and the story went even deeper. >> What happened next? >> Um, she went up to me. She said, "I don't cuz she knows who I am. I don't know who she is." And then slap me and then I went like this. Just, you know what I mean? Cuz my arms are way longer than hers. She wasn't touching me. And then she started kicking me. >> Where? Do you have any injuries on you? >> Yeah, she smacked me right here. >> Do you have any injuries on you? I'm asking you. >> Uh, no. I'm not hurt, but uh, she smacked me right here. knocked my herinade all the way over there. Couldn't hear then did that cuz I couldn't hear anything that was going on cuz I'm I'm deaf, right? So, and then did that and then she started kicking me right here and then I pushed her off. Whatever. Did my thing. >> Just pushed her off and did nothing. >> No, I pushed her off. Whatever. Yes. Punched her. Hed her. Whatever. >> Dude off. >> When you say that, just be straight up with me, man. Did you punch her in the head? I smacked her in the head. >> You smacked her in the head. You didn't punch. >> No. This This around games is really ridiculous, dude. >> No, I don't. >> I don't know what you did, but apparently like it is what it is, right? Just be just straight up. >> When I got smacked in the head, but I didn't know what's going on. >> Oh my god. >> So, you punched her. You kicked her. Exactly. Tell us a clear language what happened. >> We don't want to. >> She came to me self-defense. I punched her and I backed her off. >> Now, now you punched her. Is that is that literally what you could have said 5 seconds ago when I said what you did. >> I used a self-defense. Why do you have to create a self-defense for yourself? What happened before that? >> Nothing. >> The cops asked the young man if there was any proof or recording of the incident between him and the unnamed girl as there were no marks on his body after being allegedly attacked. The teen replied to the officers that there might be some dash cam footage. >> Well, here's the thing, Dominic. are we not getting a straight story from you and this is the reason the frustrations kept building up and building up you adult >> you're 19 you adult you should tell us these straight up stories because that person was a juvenile who got better you said you got better okay >> you have to understand that battery right okay so you there you throwing the cookie over there she approached to you and then she just approach she comes smack or she just say anything before she come close to you. >> She said I don't care that 18. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> And then what happened? >> I was like I was like what? >> Okay. >> And then she smacked me. My hair was gone. I couldn't hear anything that's going on. Pushed her back. And then I did my thing. I had self-defense. >> So you So she was going to keep hitting me. >> Okay. And then you pushed her and then did she come back to you again or >> No. After that, no, she walked off. Dominic told the officers that the young girl had attacked him, but he showed no signs of injury and there was nothing in terms of evidence. Also, there was no explanation for why he continued battering the young girl after he'd already pushed her away. >> So, if she's on the ground, why why is why is there a a part of you where you're kicking her? >> What's that? >> I actually didn't. >> You kicked her, right? >> Correct. >> Why? >> Cuz she kicked me. Cuz >> So, she kicked you. You kicked her after after you punched her in the side of the head. I want to show you exactly. >> No, don't touch me. I'm asking you. Just listen to me, man. >> After she comes up to you, you say you did your thing. Self-defense. >> You punched her. >> So, she punched me. >> Just listen to me. I'm I'm literally not done talking. >> No, go ahead, man. You have You have a lot to say. >> So, she smacked me and the reason why I kicked her is because this wasn't working. Cuz she was kicking me like this while I was doing that. And >> so, you're holding or restraining her? No, I was doing this. Why are you doing this? >> Dude, your story is is is essentially just full of holes, man. >> It's not. >> Okay. Right. After I literally have to essentially start from square one from you. Oh, we're just throwing cookies in the air. Oh, no. We were throwing cookies at him. >> Throwing cookies. >> Oh, man. Yeah. No, that you see how this is all [ __ ] essentially. The way you're Dude, >> I promise you >> I don't need to pro I don't know who you are, but all I know is you're just lying the whole time. >> I'm not I'm not. >> Right. Right. Right. Dominic said that he didn't have any ID on him, but he confirmed his address and let the officers know that his parents were at home. The cops tried to confirm the whole story again, but Dominic's story changed once again. The cops offered to drive him home so he could talk to his parents, but he refused. >> Walk over here. >> They just don't. >> You don't have any weapons on you, do you? >> What's that? >> You don't have any. >> Okay. >> Just just your phone. >> Just my phone. >> Okay. Here's here's kind of You can just chill a sec. >> I watched the video. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you saw everything that happened. >> Okay. Yeah. >> I watched the video. I listened to your story >> as essentially as inconsistent as it was and I listen to her story. >> You know, you throw that cookie three times at that group, right? >> Yeah. It was a couple times. Yes. >> So, it's not this whole rigomearroll about you saying we're just throwing it up the air. >> Tossing and throwing is the same thing. >> It's not. >> You instigated it. You're holding her too. I see it in the camera. Hold on. >> I was holding Listen to me. As she's as she's away from you at this point, she's you just do talking to you. You >> kick her in the leg. >> She's >> as she kicks you. As you kick her in the leg, you throw a hook to her, >> right? >> She and literally is holding her head and walks away. >> It looked like the cop was going to let him off with a warning since he didn't really search him and was being super nice. However, he then started arguing with the cop who'd been watching video of the incident. Little did he know that was his very last straw. >> This is That's not how >> So, I have the video with you. I just watched it. >> I worry was doing this as I'm tell. >> Okay. You don't want to talk. Okay. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> You are now under arrest for battery. >> Exactly. This doesn't make sense. Spread your feet. >> Oh yeah. >> Spread your feet. >> I'm going to double lock these so they're nippy. Okay. >> We don't want them to get any nippy, do you? >> It's if they get too tight, they'll pinch your wrists. We don't want any of that. >> That's it, man. We'll get this. Like I really did not go. >> I'm trying to explain everything to you. the actions, the actions that you took. >> PD, then you will end up back at home. Okay. >> They charged Dominic with battery causing physical harm, endangering the life or health of a child, and another battery charge of an insulting or provoking nature. On the morning of March 14th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to HL Richards High School. Allegedly, there was a man there trying to forcibly enter the school. He also refused to leave the property when asked. When the cops arrived, they were greeted by the young man on the side of the road outside the school grounds. >> Hey, what's up, man? >> What's up? >> Were you trying to get into the school just now? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Why? Why do you care? >> You don't go to that school, do you? >> I did. Yeah, but you don't know. >> It's illegal for me to get transcripts. >> Well, there's a way to do it. >> It's illegal for me to get transcripts. >> No, but there's a proper way to >> illegal for me to get transcripts. Yes or no? >> Are you listening? I answer your question. >> Listen, you guys already did enough with me. Relax. Go back in your car. >> No, I'm not leaving. >> Or >> you're not leaving either. >> Or >> because you were trying to get into the school >> for a >> there. Listen. Listen. There's a way to There's a proper way to do it. That's not it. >> I asked security, ma'am. Officer. >> Okay. Did you try the main office? >> Did you try the main office or no? >> Did you try the main office or no? >> Do you understand? Do you understand what I'm saying? Yes or no? >> Yes. Do you understand? >> Okay. Thank you very much. What am I What am I being stopped for? What reasonable artable suspicion? No. Listen. Listen, idiot. Listen, idiot. >> You You got Are you a sergeant? >> No. >> Talk your sergeant over here. >> No. >> Yes. No. >> You're going to call your sergeant over here cuz I asked for it. >> No. >> Why don't you got your body cam on? >> It's on. >> All right. Listen. Listen. You guys already did enough. You guys have X-ray vision, too, just to let you know. >> Sure. >> The male Gen Z made it abundantly clear that he didn't appreciate the officer's presence. Instead of communicating like an adult, he started snorting like a pig. He also thought he was important enough for a sergeant to get involved, but the cops here were going to push him off his high horse. >> That gate? >> Sure. Yeah, it doesn't bother me. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> Officer Kirchoff. >> What about you, >> Kirch? Kirch off. Curve off. >> Where do I want to go? >> Just your name. >> Yeah. Ham. >> Ham. >> Ham. >> How do you spell the first name? >> You're asking too many questions. You ask me for my name. >> It's not a It's not a first name. I hear What's up? What's up? What's up? What's up? What? >> I already told you. >> What's your number? Give me your number. >> Which number? >> Your badge number. >> It's right there. What are you looking at? >> Watch it. >> Well, watch the property. What? >> I got to take off the hat and the dress. >> No. >> You guys think there's bombs under here or something? Like I'm about to press a button. I'm >> I got no problem with your clothing, man. >> Okay. So, what's wrong? What's wrong? I'm an alumni, you idiot. >> I need to identify you. >> I identify these nuts. That's what you guys can identify. >> He continued acting incredibly immature. He was taunting the officer about his zipper being down and kept laughing at the cops like the whole thing was funny. Nevertheless, the cops continued being polite with him and they repeatedly asked him about the spelling of his name so they could finally identify him. However, he continued refusing to do anything they demanded. >> What's your ID? We need to trespass. >> You're not good. Or we can take you to the station fingerprint if you don't want to give me your ID. >> You going to take me to court? >> What's your name? You have your ID on you? >> What am I getting trespassed for? >> You're on school property and I want >> Tell these idiots, can I get a sergeant here? I need a sergeant here. I need a sergeant here. >> I'm right here, pal. >> Stay right here on the side. >> Don't touch me. No, you can't. No, you can't. >> Do you have your ID? >> Shut the up. >> Shut the up. I need to talk to the sher, you idiot. >> Hey. Hey. I'm going to tell you right now, you're on a public sidewalk. >> Shut your mouth and listen to what you're being told. >> Go ahead. >> I need your ID so I can identify you. >> I don't got an ID. >> Huh? >> What am I getting trespassed for? I >> They don't want you on school. >> They don't want you on school. You're not Easter. You don't belong here. They don't want you here. >> How old are you? >> How old are you? >> 24. >> Okay. So, you don't go to school here. That's the problem. >> I came to get transcripts. >> Where'd you graduate from? >> Right here. >> What school is that? HL Richards. >> Okay. You can't get them today. >> I went to school here. >> That's great. We can't get your transcripts. >> I played football here. >> Can you tell these officers >> and the school wants you criminally trespass? >> Ask Schultz. Talk to Schultz. >> The sergeant arrived on scene and informed the young man that he'd been trespassed from the school. The man showed very little maturity, especially for a 24year-old who supposedly made it through high school. This guy behaved like a preschooler throwing a tantrum. >> Quit being gross and looking at me up and down, please. >> No. Is that M? >> No, it's not. >> So, you're not getting your transcripts today and you're being trespassed. >> Okay. Trespassing. >> So, I need to identify. >> I don't I forgot my name. >> Did you? >> Yeah. >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. >> I'm going to bring you to the station so we can identify. >> No, I don't give you permission to take me to the station. What? I did not commit a crime. So, what are you guys What you guys going to set me up again like you guys did at Dunkin Donuts? >> What are you talking about? >> Come on. You know what I'm talking Are you guys going to leave me alone like you guys left the case when I got shot at? What? What are you guys going to do? Come on. Arrest me. Arrest me. We got Oh, what? You guys got X-ray vision, too? Come on. Arrest me. X-ray vision. Come on. X-ray vision people. >> Hey. Hey. We'll find out who you are. We'll find out who you are. Son of a >> find out who I am. Come on. Take me to the station. If you guys if you guys have reasonable artical suspicion that I wanted to invade the Richard's high school, you come on with your head. >> Listen, you've been trespassed from the school. All right. >> Give me my paperwork. They know who they know I am. >> Giving you anything. I don't have what you need. >> Give me paperwork. >> Give you what? >> Prove to me that I'm trespassed. >> I'm telling you. >> I don't care. Your word is not law. >> Well, it is. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. You can leave now. >> All right. Thank you very much. >> And I'm not trespassed, too. >> I'll be back. >> Hey, let me tell you right now. All right. If you step foot in there again, >> Yeah. >> you're going to be put in handcuffs and taken to jail. >> After he left, the cops went back to the school. When they got there, they were informed by the security guard that the man tried multiple doors to gain entry using an old student ID card. And when he couldn't gain entry, he then went out to the football field and started disrupting a gym class. I got that subject again over here on 105 and Clark. >> Got your ID on you? >> I got to identify you cuz you trespassed. >> Where? >> From Richard's high school. >> I don't have my ID on. >> So I need to identify. You going to tell me your name? >> Where's your charge? Call your soldier. >> Yes. >> They're on their way. >> Well, we got to identify. >> Do you have your name? You give us your birthday so we can identify and criminally trespass you. Can you try to run this 28 for me? Possibly >> you wait till they get here station identify. >> I need to identify you. If I can identify you now, >> do I got to bail out? >> No. If I can identify you right here and now, you don't have to go to the station. >> Hold on. Hold on. Are you guys Am I going to be put in a cell >> until we can identify you fingerprint? >> No. No. Hold up. Is it on, sir? >> Huh? Yeah. Can I put your hand? >> Okay. I'll give you my name. I'll give you my name. >> No, it's too late. We're past that. >> Don't put me in a cell, though. >> Huh? >> Don't put me in a cell, though. >> Make sure your numbers on that. We have a picture. >> Hey, you see this, >> you idiot. You guys could have just gave me a right to Duncan. You dumb. At that point, the cops detained the man for returning to the high school after being trespassed. He continued playing dumb, acting like he had no idea he'd done anything wrong. He wouldn't even identify himself, but he was ordering the cops to not put him in a jail cell. >> Separated. >> You don't Hey, I don't give you permission to search, too. >> Well, I got to put you in my car. I don't need >> Hold up. Pick it up. Pick it up. >> Come on, guys. Stop being idiots. Come on. Put it back in my pocket. Put Put everything back in my pocket. >> No weapons. >> Did you guys turn off your body cam? >> Turned it on. >> No one's out to get you, man. >> My squares. >> I'll pick it up. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. Tell me. Oh, you got military expertise, huh? Oh, give me an AK-47 though. I was just joking. I was just Hey, I was just joking. Okay, but that is a sexy ass rifle right there. I ain't going to lie. Okay, what's better? These or an AK-47? Oh. >> All the way down to the jail house, he continued making uncomfortable jokes and went on with the entitled behavior to the very end. They charged the man with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and obstruction. He really needs to grow up a bit, realize that he's not in high school anymore, and act his own age. On October 20th, 2024, in Winter Park, Florida, the cops responded to a car crash. Apparently, there was a race between a Honda Civic and a Corvette, and one vehicle was hit after they lost control. According to the passengers in that vehicle, a woman got out of the Corvette holding a gun. >> You saw it? >> Huh? >> What' you see? >> I was in the car. So this guy, they were he was racing with the other car. >> There's another car over there. >> Yes, it was a Corvette, but it's not her, right? It's not his. >> Where's the other car at? >> That one, the Mercedes. They were >> Okay. >> And jumped out of her car with a gun. >> I think that girl was driving. >> The girl with the black top has a gun on on her right now. >> She came out with a gun. Yes. >> Because she thought somebody hit her friend, but her friend hit me. >> Okay. You're the other car involved. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Because they were racing and she lost control. >> Where's the other car that was involved in the race? >> That's the Corvette above. >> They left or they got hit, too. >> They did not get hit. >> We get another officer right here. One of the drivers with a gun. She came out with it. >> And so what? She came out of the car with a gun. What'd you do with it? [singing] She the girl from the Corvette jumped out of the car in here cuz I guess her friend was in this car. Yeah. >> Pulled her friend out and then started saying, "Where's my gun? Where's my gun?" You hit her. >> Okay. >> And she grabbed her gun. You saw the gun. >> Yeah. I saw the gun. >> Okay. >> Hey Jones, keep an eye on that chick right there in the black. >> Hey, right there. >> The car that got hit was a black Mercedes and the two male victims inside it said the woman with the gun was accompanied by a male. That said, they were unsure who the driver was. They were sure that before the crash, though, the Corvette and the Honda Civic had been racing. The cops then approached the woman who allegedly had a gun. >> Hey, where's the gun at? >> What gun? >> Where's the gun at? They said you had a gun. Where's the gun at? >> I don't have no gun. >> Where's the gun at? >> I don't have a gun. >> They said you pulled out a gun. Where's the gun at? >> Okay, come here real quick. Put your hands on your back. All right. >> Where's the Where's the gun at? >> Hold on. Where's the Hold on. Where's my Hold on. Where's the gun at? >> Call my name. >> Where's the gun at? >> I don't have a gun anymore. >> Is it in the car? Where's it at? I have a car. >> They You don't have a car? >> Yeah, baby. >> What do you What are you talking What do you mean? Are you involved with that? >> NO, SIR. THAT'S MY SISTER. She called me. >> Okay, hold on. >> Hey, Siri, call my everything. >> Stop pulling away. >> Okay, I need my phone. Don't take my phone. >> Pulling away. >> All right, bet. >> Stop pulling away. >> I'm not I'm not You cannot give me your breath. >> But I wasn't in the car accident. >> I wasn't in the accident. >> We're getting the bottom. >> I help her. >> Don't pull away. They said someone said you pulled out. You came out. >> No, I didn't. >> We're going to get to the bottom of it. When I'm talking to you, don't pull away. >> Who was in the Corvette? >> That's my Corvette. >> Okay. >> It's a rental. I rent them out. >> Okay. Were they involved in the accident? >> No. >> I'm I'm trying to escape out of the cuff. >> No, I'm not, baby. I've been to prison before. I know. I'm on probation. I know what my rules are. That's my sister. Look at my legs. How about that? >> Okay. We'll get you checked out. >> Let me get my phone, though. >> We'll get your phone. Hold on. >> Yo, what's your last name? >> All right. Bet. You want to see my phone? >> The cops called the woman out for threatening the officer, but she denied it. She also completely denied being involved in the crash or possessing a gun. The cops instructed the woman to sit down on the ground and identify herself. >> What's your first name? >> Destiny. >> Destiny. >> Amanda. I just came out of jail. >> Destiny. Amanda. What's your last name? >> Can I Can I like help myself? >> What What do you need? I can try to help you. What do you need? Don't come out of jail. >> I know that's another baby. I know that's another charge. I don't go I got money. >> What? >> Can you just clean me cuz I don't I'm I'm phobia. I'm phobia with blood. >> I got you. I got you. Just come. Can Can you Can you sit down right here on the curb? I'm going to help you. I'm going to help you sit down. I'm going to have the FD come over here and clean you up. Okay. >> Wait. >> Put your shoes on. >> Can I get my phone? >> Can you sit down? >> Can I get my phone? I know I'm not under nobody's foot. >> Sit sit down right here. Go ahead. >> Sorry. >> I got you. Sit down. >> Sit down. >> I got you. I'm not going to let you fall. Can I see the net? >> Okay. >> What is the other two? >> And then I'm going to have one of them come over here and come check you out. Okay. >> The cops determined the gun was probably in the Corvette, which had already fled the scene. It was this belligerent woman, Destiny Valerio, who had ordered the car to take off. Destiny mentioned she had a fear of blood and that she needed to be cleaned up. But after the fire department arrived to help her, she was still acting up. >> So, look, the FD is here to check out your cut. So, sit down. >> So, let me go. >> Sit down for me. >> So, let me go, baby. >> Sit down with me. >> Hold on. What's going on? >> I need to let go so I can help you. >> No, you just tell me. Use your words. >> No, I can't. Doesn't matter then. >> You're not You're not coming out of cuss right now. So, just >> Well, I'm not detained, though. >> You are detained. >> How do you want me to help you? >> This was also all that ring here. >> Okay. >> Oh, that's my ring. >> Okay. >> Can you hold my face? >> Help your face? What's wrong with your face? >> My hair. >> Okay. Are you going Are you going to sit down and let him let them take >> Yeah. I'm not your dog. I'm making money. >> Listen, we could take the handcuffs off, but you were acting real. You were all over the place. >> She was in the fine. That's fine. >> That's my car. It's my father's car. That's her stepdad. It's my dad. >> Okay. Where's the Where's the Where's the Why are you talking to me like this? >> I'm not. >> Are you ever drunk right now? >> No, I'm not drunk. I don't know what to tell you. I wasn't driving, so you can't do a DUI test. >> Stupid. >> Okay. Do you want them to check you out or not? >> Yeah. Okay. >> If you can help me. >> I I I can't take you out of cuff right now. You want empty to check you out? >> Oh, I understand the procedure with MC. >> So, you want them to check you out? Yes. >> Yeah, they can. And you got to let go of me when they check me out. That's the rules. >> No, I got to make sure you don't play with me. Exactly. But you got to keep on >> No, those are the rules. So, let me know if you want to go without it or with it cuz I know my laws. >> Despite the fact that she claimed she knew the law, she was just making things up. Before she allowed anyone to check her injuries, there was a long back and forth between Destiny, the fire department, and the cops. And before they started questioning her, the cops read her her rights. >> Hey, so they're saying there was another Corvette involved. >> I have two Corvettes. I rent them out. I'm a renter. >> Okay, so you own them. So where's the other Corvette at? We need to talk to my name. >> But there was another Corvette that was here on scene. >> No, that was a rental. I don't I have info if you give me my phone. >> What car did you What car did you come out of? What car did you come out of? >> No, I'm not going to tell you cuz I'm going to go to jail for something stupid and my bond is $100. >> What car did you come out of? What car did you ride in? No, if I'm not going to jail cuz I shouldn't even be going to jail for no reason. >> But you won't but you don't but you're not answering my questions. You're interfering in my investigation. That's resisting. That's a charge. >> I jumped her to get her out the car. >> Where'd you come from? What car? >> My own car. >> Where's that at? >> The lights. Is it Corvette? >> Where's it at? >> It's a Corvette. >> I need it here for the investigation. >> I was passenger. I don't own a license. I can't drive. >> That's fine. I'm not worried about I'm not I'm not doing a DUI. >> Can I get Oh, of course you can. >> I'm not doing a DUI. >> You're going to charge me for something stupid. I didn't do anything. >> Well, you did a couple things. One one. You told the silver car to drive away and leave. >> No, I didn't. >> I got a witness that says you did. >> I got camera out because I didn't. And my lawyer will >> She continued arguing with the officers, saying they had to let her go because she wasn't involved in the crash. However, due to her erratic behavior, they were still going to detain the woman until they found that handgun. When another officer came to question her, she continued denying any involvement in the entire thing. So Lori is basically looking up the information, verifying >> and I'm good to go cuz I helped my sister at the car. That's me. I own that car. I don't have a license, but I own that car. >> Okay. So car >> My father is Yes. My father is Jamie Lee. >> Okay. So what we're going to do is we're going to get all your information. >> You guys should have it. So let me go. >> We're getting all your information, verifying it on the computer. But regardless, we've got you in possession of a handgun. So >> I don't have a handgun. So, >> I don't even have a handgun. >> Okay. >> I don't have a handgun. >> I didn't say you own one. I said >> you said one possession possession. >> I don't I don't like guns. >> Jeff. Okay. >> Forgive me, but I don't believe you. >> All right. I don't believe you right now. So, we're sorting all that out and we're going to verify who you are and then we're going to take it a step step by step. You're still being detained right now. All right. So, this officer is going to stay with you. You're running, right? You're running. >> Yep. >> No, he's >> Yep. So, he's going to stay here with you while we can sort everything out. >> You guys have 30 minutes cuz that's the time. >> Ma'am, we have as much time as much time as we need. >> You have 12 hours max. >> As much time as >> they will leave you on a prison. That's the time limit. >> As much time as we need. >> That's time limit. The cops tried to explain to the woman that at that point things were out of her control, but she continued to yell and swear at the officers, demanding they let her go. Shortly after, a female officer arrived to pat her down. >> Hey, when you go down to the jail, you're not going to bring anything with you, right? >> I know. I know. Someone said you got the gun and you've been acting real stuff. Okay. Oh, he's taking on camera. >> Yeah. Careful today. >> Wow. That's all good. It's on her shoe right there. >> Yeah. Okay. That's just the evidence. I just told you it's on your shoe and you wiped it off. >> Okay. >> All right. The next charge. You wrap her in evidence bag and put on her hands gloves. Couple hours broke. Be very upsetting. Throw the glove in there, too. >> Yeah. I'm going to put both of them. >> As they searched the woman, they found a sharp object on her. If she didn't have any charges yet, she certainly did after that. In the end, she was charged with resisting without violence, tampering with evidence, a felony, felony possession of a controlled substance, and one more felony for threatening harm on a public servant. On the 30th of March, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a family's residence due to a call about a domestic dispute. Allegedly, a young woman there named Teresa was making threatening comments towards her family and even attacked them with a paddle. >> Ti, we need to talk to you. >> No, I don't want to talk. >> Well, can you come out into the hallway and talk to me? I don't want to talk out of my house. Out of my house, >> Tissa, we need to talk about what's going on. >> In my head, I don't want to talk to you. >> Don't worry. >> Sorry. I'll put it down. >> Jesus Christ. >> Tissa, can you tell me what's going on tonight? >> I want a restraining order against that woman right there. >> Okay. >> I'm going to go downstairs, please. Oh my god. Thanks. >> All good. I seriously don't need you here anymore. Officer, try anything. Anything at all? >> Your job is gone. >> Sorry. >> I really don't want you in my room. >> Well, we you can either come downstairs and talk to me or I'm just >> Okay, you can just stand there. I'll make the rest of my Easter baskets. >> So So what happened with the paddle? >> That's my weapon now cuz I No one trusted me with a gun. I've always had a paddle, bro. >> I know. What what were you doing with the paddle tonight? >> I was just holding it and people felt threatened by that. >> Were you raising it in anybody or anything? >> No, I put it like this. You know, like what you do when you're about to swing a bat? >> Yeah. >> Cuz that's how you use a paddle if you ever need to use it in self-defense cuz I literally thought one of those mother put their hands on me. >> When [snorts] the officers arrived, the family looked visibly distressed by Teresa's behavior. Teresa claimed she'd been raising the paddle, ready to swing at her family, who she thought was out to get her and cause her harm. It was unclear why she felt that way, but the cops clearly wanted to get to the bottom of things. >> So, what started it tonight? >> That's exactly what started it. Like, actually, when I tell you my triggers and then you guys blatantly ignore my boundaries, when I tell you not to come home and then you still come home, >> why'd you tell her not to come home? >> Because she's one of my triggers, bro. >> Why do people not believe that when they say it about their mothers? >> So, it was your mom that came home and and set you off? >> Yes. >> Okay. How did she set you off? Just just being here. Did she say anything? >> Just by being here because I told her not to talk to me and she blatantly did like ignored that. >> Okay. What did What did she talk What did she try to talk to you about while tonight? >> It doesn't matter anymore actually. Why are you here? >> Cuz we got called here >> by who? >> I'm not sure. >> By my brother. >> I maybe. I don't know. >> So, how do I like dismiss you kindly >> until we complete our investigation? I mean, >> so I just have to answer all your stupid questions. >> Well, you don't have to, but I would like you to so we can figure out what's going on. >> Okay, go. I'm ready. >> So, so, so what what all started it tonight? We're just going to start from the beginning. What started it tonight? Um, well, I haven't slept and at 9:00 a.m. I got a call that they want me to go on Two Off to Handle probably, but I want to actually do I want to go on The Bachelor instead. >> Okay. >> So, actually, reality TV show. I'm not going on that. >> Teresa, who was 24 years old, seemed to have a lot going for her. To hear her talent, she'd already been invited to be on a reality TV show, and she was also a governor at the University of Alabama. She generally seemed to be an active person, but it was clear the woman had some entitlement issues that had to be resolved. >> I don't even know who the the other governors are. Like I seriously don't know who they are, but I need to figure out who they are so I can ask them if anyone else has been treating them like >> because either people have sucked my or treat me like this whole entire experience, getting baptized, getting casted on reality TV shows, Drake wanting to meet me like Ariana Grande wanting to meet me. I'm sorry. What? >> The waffle house. >> Wow, that's interesting. >> Yeah, it is. And I'm tired of these people that aren't listening to me. >> I understand. I understand. Um, so where were you at when you picked up the paddle? Was it in here? Was it downstairs? Or >> do you want me to move the paddle? >> It's fine. If you just want to leave it there, I'm fine with that. >> Do you want to move the paddle? You can put it in my closet. >> We'll We'll get to that here in a minute. Just show me where you were at whenever you picked it up. >> Uh, okay. I'm not going to swing at you if you're wondering about that. >> So, was your mom doing anything that that made you feel afraid or or >> I don't like feeling restricted or controlled. That's why I am quote unquote hard to control or quote unquote too hot to handle. >> Okay. >> I didn't even sign up for that show. Someone else signed me up for it. >> I got you. So then you were it was she was just trying to control you and stuff and you didn't want to be controlled. So she so she came in here and that's when you picked up the paddle. >> Yeah. Okay. >> The officer, who was focused on the investigation, listened patiently to her as she rambled on about random things. He was able to piece together that she felt triggered by her family's presence because allegedly they weren't respecting her boundaries. That's what led Teresa to pick the paddle up and threaten her family, which they were able to prove later on. >> So, is this a voice recording? >> Yeah, care. >> We're going to get you the help that you need. >> No, you're not. No, you're not. WHO'S GOING TO HELP YOU? I ALREADY FOUND MY HELP. >> WHO'S YOUR HELP? >> Not you. [screaming] >> I WHY DO YOU CARE? GET THE OUT OF MY WAY. OH MY GOD. I DON'T NEED YOU. I DON'T NEED YOU. I don't need you. I DON'T WANT YOU. I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU ANYMORE. >> WHAT HAPPENED with the with the paddle? >> Swinging that paddle like she's going to take us out. she was. >> If that's the case and she's making stuff like that, um, one thing that we can do is she's 20 years old. If she's swinging a paddle and you got it on video or something, um, we can charge her with simple assault, >> but then that becomes a domestic violence, right? >> Yes. But what I'm what I'm getting at is we have the the authority to do a 1013 in lie of charges. It seemed like Teresa might not have been as innocent as she made herself out to be. The story she told simply didn't match up with the family's version of events or the evidence. As far as the paddle went, she tried to claim that she was just ready to swing it, but her family claimed that she had literally attacked them. >> All right. Um All right. So, just kind of give you where we're at. Okay. >> Mhm. >> We're not. So, you can either come Who's the doctor? No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. I'm saying no. I'm saying no. I'm saying no. >> Get on your stomach. >> No. No. No. No. I'm saying no. Please. I'm saying no. I literally said no. I literally said no. And you guys are hearing it. And you guys are now my choice. >> I know you don't have a choice, but that did. And my mom did. And I hate her. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Please. Please. >> Listening to you. >> I know. >> All right. Come on. >> This is a really bad idea. This is a really, really, really bad idea. >> All right. Let's walk down the stairs. >> No. No. No. No. No. I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm not going. I'm saying no. Like, can you say no in this country? Can you say no in this country? >> This country. I'll move to Europe and never come back. >> No, I'm saying no. >> For the paddle incident, she was charged with simple assault for attacking her family members. They also charged her with resisting arrest after being so difficult with the officers when they moved in to arrest her. On the 1st of August 2024, the cops responded to a residence. A 911 call came in from a frantic homeowner talking about a mysterious woman at their property. She wandered around the house talking to herself and refusing to leave. When they arrived on scene, they were met by a woman dressed all in gray circling around the house. What's going on? >> I'm going to my brother's house. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's all. >> All right, but don't walk away. I'm talking to you. >> Yeah. What's up? >> Over here. >> I I didn't do nothing. >> You're knocking on a random person's door. It's not the first time I've met you either. >> I just knocked on my friend's door. >> Okay. Well, >> I thought it was my brother. That's just a friend. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> I don't. I'm just going to my brother's door. >> Okay. I've talked to you before. And And you you do the same thing always. You just walk away. What's your name? >> Mackenzie. >> Mackenzie, what? >> I'm just going to my brother. >> Mackenzie, what? >> Listen, it's nice. I'm It's nice to meet you, too. >> Mackenzie, what? >> Can I just go to my house, please? >> Right now, I'm determining what why were you knocking on a person's door that does not know you. >> I was getting water. >> Okay, you're telling me it's a friend's house. Now, now you're telling me that now I'm telling you he doesn't know you. Now you're telling me that he just gave you a water. >> Listen, I just knocked on the door really quick for my brother. That's all. Okay. So, why were you not Do you know this person? Do you What's the issue? Like, why were you >> I didn't even knock on his door. I was just walking and he was outside and he gave me a water. >> He just gave you a water? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, why did they call in saying that there's like a random person knocking on your door talking to themselves and >> I don't know. >> The cop was trying to get to the bottom of things, wondering why this woman, McKenzie, was knocking on a random person's door, but she kept on giving sketchy answers. Apparently, it wasn't the first time she'd done something like that, and it was the officer's job to put a stop to it. >> Hi. >> Hey. >> How are you? >> I'm good. How are you, Messi? Good. >> Everything okay? >> I'm just walking. >> Where's home? >> This way. >> Okay. Cuz last time I met you, >> Yeah. >> You were on >> I was in >> County Road 44. >> On the side of the road. >> Yeah. >> And you said, "So, where do you live at?" Exactly. >> I live over here. >> What's the address? >> Um I I I just moved there because of my my brother's house. >> Okay. >> I live here in downtown Houston. So >> Okay. So you don't live in Southern Palms anymore? >> No. >> Like you did two weeks ago. >> Southern Palms. >> Okay. >> I I have a few houses. >> Okay. Do you know who lives here? Uh, I don't I just live in the neighborhood, so we're we're all a family, you know. >> Okay. Why were you knocking on the door? >> I wasn't. He was outside. >> Okay. >> I've just been working and everything like that, like making money with like y'all. So, >> yeah, understandable. Where you working at? Well, I just do like um well, I was trying to like um a route and stuff like that. >> The cops called McKenzie out for her very strange behavior. She couldn't give an exact home address, although she claimed she had multiple homes. For whatever reason, she was being a lot more respectful toward the female officer than the male one. The cops decided to search Mackenzie's bag to see if anything in there was causing her very strange behavior. >> You like Disney? >> Yeah, I'm going to Y'all can I have a having a party so >> Okay. >> Yep. This is just my stuff right here. So, ain't nothing. See >> what's in that little pink container. >> Um, >> it's a lighter. spiders and um >> what else? >> Tylenol. >> Tylenol. >> Yeah. >> What do you have in my hand? >> Huh? Oh, I don't know. My mom put it in my bag. >> Can I see? Make sure those are Tylenol just in case. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Walking home. >> Yes, sir. >> Where home is? >> Right here. >> Is there any reason why you have Narcan? >> Uh my mom put it in my bag. >> So, do you mind if I just check your bag in front of you just to make sure? >> Well, yeah. I don't have nothing. I just >> Can we just check the whole bag? >> Yeah, check it out. >> Okay. >> Hey, McKenzie. >> Hi. How are you doing? >> Pretty good. When was the last time you used? >> Uh, a long time ago. >> What do you normally use? >> Cigarettes. >> You sick? >> Yep. >> No mask? >> No, sir. >> We just going to my brother's house right here. >> As they searched the woman's bag, they found Narcan inside, which raised their suspicion. After being asked where her brother's house was, she said it was in the opposite direction of where she was headed. >> What is this? I guess Oh, >> it's a lighter. >> That's a good lighter. >> It's a fancy lighter. >> Yeah. Can you not take it out? >> Take this out. Oh, I'm sorry. Which one? This one. This >> You want to hold that? Okay. >> Um, it's stuff that I wrote when I was a kid. So >> Oh, okay. Yeah. Might want to get a bag for that. >> That's why I have a bag. >> Another white pill. >> That's a whole It's a whole box full of >> Mackenzie. Would you like me to put this all back together? >> Uh, no, please. I'll just take my bag. >> Thank you. And my >> Do you need a ride to downtown? >> Yeah. In my house right here. >> Would you like a ride? >> No. >> Fine. Thank you. Y'all are welcome. I'm having a party, so like y'all want me to. >> Yeah, I got it. >> At this point, it seemed like they might let her off the hook because basically they had nothing to arrest her for. However, one of the cops here had a hunch that this strange Gen Z might be hiding something in her pockets. >> Yeah. >> Empty your pockets in your sweater. >> Yes, sir. >> Put that down. >> Yes, sir. >> Like everything. >> Okay. Oh no. Here you go. >> What are you hiding? >> Nothing. >> There's something in there, Mackenzie. That's a glass pipe. >> Sir, I don't have nothing. Come on. See the pipe? Take it out. >> I've been telling you it sounds like >> I apologize. >> No, exactly. [music] >> Sir, >> I I literally asked you why why it sounds like glass. >> Listen to me. Stop. >> That's not mine, though. >> Stop. >> I swear. >> Stop. There's no There's something else in there. >> I know. >> Okay, here. Let me get it, please. >> Stop, Mackenzie. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Okay. >> Stop. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Mackenzie, >> STOP. >> MACKENZIE, >> STOP. [screaming] >> I hit you. I'm going to hit you. Please help me. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. Your back. >> I need to go home. Please. >> Can you just calm down and put your hands behind your back? >> Don't hurt me. >> Okay, I will. >> Okay, >> just let me get up, please. >> We will let you get up, but we need these hands behind your back. [screaming] >> Nope. >> It's okay. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> As things turned out, in the pocket of Mackenzie's sweatshirt, she'd been hiding a pipe of some sort. She clearly tried to hide it from the cops because she knew she'd be in trouble. >> Calm down. >> Calm down, man. >> Sir, stop. Stop. >> Get her hand. Pull it off. >> Get her hand. >> Mackenzie, calm down, PLEASE. >> NANA. OKAY. >> READY? YEP. >> Please help me. Please. [screaming] >> There you go. Is your car locked? Your back car? That's >> There you go. >> Okay. >> Okay. Now, we're going to get you up. Okay. Are you going to Are you calm? Are you good? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. So, go on your back. >> There you go. >> Okay. We're going to help. We're going to get you up. Ready? We're going to get you up. Come on. Ready? EMS. Why? >> Why? >> Okay, we're going to go right there. >> Thanks. >> Can I please go home, please? >> Get in the vehicle. >> Nope. >> You attacked one of my officers. You're getting in the car. >> I didn't attack your officers, sir. >> I swear I didn't. >> Freaking big cut on my freaking face. Come on. >> Hold on. Can I get my drink, please? >> Come on. Listen. I was nice to you. No, I'm not nice. Get in the vehicle. >> Sir, I didn't do nothing. >> Get in. Mackenzie, get in the vehicle. >> Please. That's not mine. >> Mackenzie, get in the vehicle. >> Please. Mackenzie, >> I'm I'm being nice to you. I don't like being mean to people. >> That's not mine. >> It's on you. That's besides the fact you're right now. >> Get in the vehicle, Mackenzie. >> It turned out the pipe was for crystal meth, and that's why the cops were taking the arrest so seriously. After a lengthy struggle, the cops were eventually able to get her in the squad car. They then read her Miranda rights and got ready to question her. And unsurprisingly, she was not going to tell the truth. >> Do you understand these rights I explained to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Whose math is it? >> I don't know. Who's it? That guy. That guy that had it. >> What guy? >> The guy that gave me the water. >> How much you pay for it? >> I didn't pay nothing. He must have sneaked it in my pocket. >> That's That's a It's It's a crazy deal. Water for that. >> He must have sneaked it in my pocket, sir. >> I swear that's not mine. I'm just going home. It's in my >> You knew it was in your in your pock. The entire time, the entire time I've been count I've been with you, your hands have been in your pockets and I literally said it on body camera before. [music] What is that sound in your pocket? That sounds like glass. >> Can I get my water, please, and drink it? No. You We have to wait till you get to the jail. >> They charged McKenzie with resisting with violence, aggravated battery on law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempted escape. When she arrived in court, they dropped several charges, including attempted escape and possession of drug paraphernalia. As for the remaining charges, she pled no contest. On the 5th of December, 2023, what was supposed to be a simple traffic stop turned into a felony arrest. While the cops were on routine patrol, they noticed a vehicle that was going way over the limit. They initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled over. [snorts] >> Three a little bit flatter doodles, not stopping. Whisp towards Bunny. Looks like we're slowing down there. >> We're be stopped at 10982 West from 100. >> Hello. What took you so long to pull over? >> I was behind you for at least a mile with lights and sirens. Well, I'm deputy fire county sheriff. The reason I was stopping you was your speed. That was it. From 70 to 60, not really a big deal. Any reason why you wouldn't stop? >> Okay, got it. Um, do you have your garage lights with you? Where you guys come heading to? [screaming] What was that? Okay, I got you. You guys live over there? >> Got it. You agree ID with you, sir? You guys have any marijuana in the vehicle at all? I smell it a little bit. Any smoke in the car at all? Got it. any weapons in the car or anything like that? >> I don't know. My name is >> Okay. I get your information right down real quick. Okay. I appreciate it. >> Um, is this your vehicle? >> I'll get the registration or anything or a picture of it or on your phone or anything like that? Just so I can I just got to see proof of it that you have it. Okay. >> Okay. I got you. >> Okay. Um, just hang tight here for right now. Right off the bat, the cop here was having trouble with the driver. She hadn't pulled over right away and had no real excuse for why she didn't. The passenger in the vehicle stayed calm and collected, following all the officer's commands. After getting ID from them both, the cop discovered the driver had a warrant out for her arrest. >> Can you go ahead and hop out for me? Okay. Yeah, I'll explain everything. Take off your seat belt. So, just keep your hands right there where you are. Okay. I appreciate >> you have a warrant for your arrest. I need you to step out of the car. >> 311. You're the gentleman. >> I'm out of the car. >> I'm out of the car. I'm out of the car. >> What are you doing? >> Females actually tripping, bro. Hop out of the car. >> Hey, stop. Hop out of >> the car. Hop out of the car. >> Put your hands behind your back. I'm not telling you again. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get off me. >> Get on the ground. >> Get off me. Get off me. Get off me. >> They're going to get tased. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put them behind your back. >> After discovering that warrant, the officer asked the driver to step out, but she didn't comply with his order, and the woman's disobedience triggered a full-on wrestling match between the officer and the driver. >> Put your hands behind your back. Half out of the car. >> No. >> Put your hands on the hood. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're not Stop resisting. >> What are you doing? Stop, bro. A whole another car. Keep your hands there. >> I want to call my mama. >> What is your mama number? I'm trying to call. >> Keep your hands there. >> I know my number. >> Three loading female security. Go get the camera. >> Keep your hands there. >> I got my hands here. >> Stay there. Hello. >> My glasses got launched. Can you just stay with her real quick? >> I'm not doing it. >> Yeah. Okay. You caught battery on LEO. >> Oh, what did that mean? >> I'm securing it. There's odor of marijuana in the vehicle. You're not under arrest. You're just being secure for the duration of the stop. Okay. >> You good? >> I'm just going to go going to cuss for everyone's safety. Okay. There's two of you to >> Yeah. >> There's two of you to us. All right. Come over here. >> I got >> Yeah, you're good. Uh, can you sit on the floor over here? >> I appreciate it. Backup showed up a little bit late after the struggle and after she'd already been placed in handcuffs. The cop then took a moment to handcuff the passenger who thankfully was still compliant. The next step in the process was for the cops to pat them down to make sure they didn't have contraband or weapons. >> You s weapons. Okay. Yes, sir. Sit down. Okay. Stand up. >> Yeah. >> Battery on LEO. >> No, just them two. >> I'm trying to call my mama. >> You lost that chance. >> I'm trying to call my mama. >> Let's go. >> I don't know. No them. >> He told Max I ain't do nothing. I didn't do anything. He just detained me cuz it was two officers and two of us. I didn't do nothing. You made that a lot harder than it had to be. >> I want to talk to my mom. >> Well, you should have fought me. >> Who is she to you? >> Girlfriend. >> How old is she? >> 18. How old are you? >> Oh, wait. No, she's 19. She >> I'm >> How far out is your uh Anybody that can pick you up? >> My mom about an hour away. >> Okay. I'll wait. I'm free. Free and alive. That's all that matter. I wait. I would start walking. >> The fact that the man here managed to stay calm while his girlfriend was arrested was pretty impressive. That being said, whenever something like this happens, it should really be the standard. >> All you had was a warrant. That would have been quick and easy. I You would have bonded out. >> I would said we had I had a for I you forced my hand. >> You put me in a dangerous position on the side of the road with cars flying by me. >> You open my car door. I'm I'm more than legally allowed to. You have a warrant for your arrest. I asked you to get out nicely. You said no. >> So I said, "Let me >> I said no." I said, "We'll handle that." >> And then you decided to clench the steering wheel and not take off the seat belt. I just I don't understand it. Just >> I just wrote my >> I I I don't understand >> why you got so aggressive for no reason. >> Because I don't like stuff like this. >> All it was was a simple traffic stop. That's it. >> I don't have my license and I mean my registration. That's all. >> That's not a big deal. I don't care about the registration. All you have to do is have proof that you have it and insurance. >> I'm going to have proof had somebody send it to this guy. >> All right. Well, I have a female deputy coming to search you and then I'm towing your car. Where are you? >> You towing my car? >> Yes, I'm towing your car. >> You you you resisted with violence and then you hit me. >> He can drive my car. I hit you. >> You were you elbowed me several times. You My camera recorded the entire time and that front camera recorded the entire incident. She's going off again. >> The employees explained to the officers that while she hadn't put her hands on any of the staff, she was being incredibly rude, yelling at the workers and cursing at them. The officer explained that at that moment, all they could really do was stand by and make sure nothing bad happened. Soon enough though, they had their first encounter with the suspect. >> Uh we just got called by you saying >> for what? because this gay ass didn't want to let me on a flight and he checking up for his best friend. Stop. >> All right, you're fine. BACK UP. STOP. >> They had to physically restrain the woman in the back of the squad car to prevent her from kicking or destroying the car. She then slipped out of her handcuffs, so they had to pull the car over to recoff her. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and three counts of simple assault.
