felony due to the risk of physical injury to the officer however despite admitting to drinking earlier in the day valenzuela's blood and breath tests confirmed she wasn't intoxicated during the traffic stop Valenzuela reportedly sustained injuries on her head face hands and legs she argued that Migel had repeatedly slam her head while leaning on the car Valenzuela described significant pain while lying in the jail cell stating she was bruised all over there's nothing uh I mean when we get she's not make is she alleging any misconduct or anything or is she just complaining about the uh in 2018 McGillis was accused of falsifying information in another DUI case but investigators found no evidence of misconduct despite the police asserting no sustained allegations against McGillis in vehicle eventually they broke the window of the vehicle shot bean bags at glass and then tased him glass turned towards an officer while holding a small knife then attempted to stab himself glass was part of the disciplinary measures gaoui is required to consult with a behavioral health professional providing a release for administrative monitoring of his compliance moreover gaoui is mandated to this is not officer berkowitz's first time making his own laws in fact he has been embroiled in a number of controversies officer barowitz has been indicted on charges of wire fraud perjury and civil rights violations in addition to these charges barowitz has faced allegations involving conflicts of interest inappropriate conduct with probation and showing porn in the office despite these controversies he was repeatedly promoted within the department before being indicted by a grand jury on charges of making false arrests and fraud Although seeing these guilty police officers getting
