supposedly carried alcohol into his dorm room officer purle was dispatched to the scene to assess the situation when he arrived he found Joel Martinez a law student who was his perfect match and would put him in his place uh I don't answer questions what's your name and your badge number P NSU police title your name security officer oh security officer okay okay you have an ID with you uh I do okay can I see it uh you suspect me of a crime I do okay what crime and how can you articulate it minor in possession of alcohol we got a report that you were walked in so it's like here that they say they said thing okay it's a yeah right it's like they said that he has and that that's how you're going to articulate it so we don't have have to go down this route if you want to if you want to go down this route we can well I really don't but like you're I'm studying right now I'm doing homework get knocked on my door I'm out here I want to know what's on you say that they they said that there's have no alcohol in your position I do not consent to any serges nor seizures okay very good all right um this is completely up to you how you want to play this you could get a warrant or you could so or you have probable costs right now we do have reasonable suspicion that possibly a crime had been committed we're trying to investigate that mhm certainly welcome to refuse if you wish I know but we noticed a moving truck with a missing mud flap the driver was jadarius Rose the trooper was forced to call for backup when Rose refused to pull over when Rose did pull over he took off again when he saw that a gun was trained on him when he finally stopped for good all hell BR loose they that's a dog come to me you don't one bit ground get come to me man not do not let them don't release the dog from the Department while Circleville PD conducted an investigation he was eventually terminated from the force due to misrepresentation of information about the incident it seems cops like Speakman who lack empathy for fellow humans aren't so uncommon look at this next cop for instance hi you have a warrant Shiloh what do you mean I have a warrant yeah you have warrant and you're barred I have a incidents an interaction that was going well until Shila asked a simple question and how flared up funnily enough it was such a harmless question why do you harass me okay you're done no I'm just tried to mobile Iz the kids to fight him this was a baseless accusation and a blatant lie that he tried to use to absolve himself all right we got to figure out what's going on with these kids she was trying to get them involved to fight me and then she decided she wanted to fight me yeah so I know where the kids are going to go but uh how many is it two kids like three or four three or four yeah so way can I talk to one of you guys please I do not feel safe with him you can talk to me and I don't want to be in his car too bad you're under arrest you're my cust not treat me this way in front of my kids you're driving my bar that's fine I understand that I'm not fighting you does he have a body cam on him is it on due to this incident and several other devastating ones the department finally terminated how from his job about time but if you think this cop is callous you have another thing coming because this next cop put a kid in handcuffs and he was happy to do it okay she's reason that clearly doesn't warrant the arrest of a child a six-year-old was restrained and carted away from her school premises a member of the school staff had called the police on the child for throwing a tantrum as you might expect all children to officer Turner a man who took pride in cuffing children showed up no I want no don't put on help help let's go your grand to come pick you up staff about how many young children he had arrested prior to that Turner arrested another six-year-old in the same week these two incidents coupled with his violation ridden career finally got him
