You're a piece of Just like get rid of the cop. Like the like the Daytona cop that got shot in his head. >> Okay. >> Hey, >> just get rid of the cop. >> I'm not being your >> Nope. Not yet. >> You okay? >> You back. >> All right. >> Nope. I'll give it to the channel. >> Give it to the Mickey. >> Resisting. >> How am I resisting when I gave it to the channel? In America, 32% of all traffic deaths are related to alcohol. However, some people just never get the message. And when selfish drivers test the limits of the law, we see what happens when the cops stop the worst drunk driving offenders on body cam. >> You let me out. Let me out. On August 30th, 2024 in Tahachabi, California, cops were dispatched to the scene of a car crash. According to witnesses, just moments before losing control, the driver was speeding. However, when the officers arrived on scene, it soon became apparent that speed wasn't the only factor that led to the incident. >> Hey, sir. What we got? Um, so the intoxicated female, her car is over there by her mother. >> Oh, okay. Is that the only vehicle involved in the in the crash? So, a single vehicle >> vehicle. I don't know if it rolled. I just got here. So, she's out of the vehicle. They're sus. >> Yeah, there's a vehicle on the other side of that. >> And was she the only one in the vehicle as far as you know? >> Yeah. So, she first said she had someone with her, but then she said she did and they they accounted for the girl that she thought was they got >> you guys. You guys going to check the car? >> Yeah, we'll check. >> Just double check, make sure. After speaking with the officers, the investigator went on a mission to collect witness statements to complete his report. And while a pretty large crowd had gathered, only a few people there had witnessed the incident. >> Anybody here witnessed this? >> Yeah, all three of us. >> Oh, okay. So, tell me what you saw. Of course, you saw you in the vehicle. >> Were you all three in the same car or different car? >> But they were right behind me. Okay. >> And um >> So, were you right behind her then? >> No, she was behind all of us. >> It was her first, us second, and then her coming. coming up. >> She passed you coming up Cumberland. She went got into the left lane, passed us and then proceeded to pass her >> all before this turn. >> And was like flying >> flying. Okay. >> We were going I don't know. >> We were going I was going about like 53 >> and she was probably going about like 85 90 up. So I feel like it was so the turn itself I think was super fast. >> Okay. >> One thing you after she passed her you could see that there was almost a batch of jerk. when she realized the turn was coming up. Um, and then it immediately I think she hit the dirt back there and then that was when she flipped completely. We watched the headlights and then and there was a bunch of dust and smoke and then pulled over immediately got out here. [snorts] >> Considering how severe the crash was, it was a miracle that the driver Smith was able to get up and walk around. Next up, the officer talked to Salai and her mother who'd recently arrived on scene. >> Are you going to make sure the other Cuz she's absolutely refusing from us. >> I figure to go to the hospital. >> Oh, no. No, I don't. >> I'm fine. >> No, 100%. >> I mean, like my head hurts a little. >> What I'm doing is I'm now like passing on I'm passing on my assessment now and I'm He'll do his assessment and then everything checks out. You're an adult. You have the right to to refuse. >> You want to tell me what happened? >> I thought there was a deer. So, I swerved >> and then I swerved to the side of the mountain and I guess I crashed, but it's cuz I've only had my license for a few months. So, I mean, I'm not that experienced. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> I haven't drinking anything. >> You haven't dranken anything? >> I don't drink anything like that. >> How fast were you going before you got here? >> Before you got to like probably like 60. I I wouldn't lie. I was probably I was speeding. I definitely was. Although Salai refused medical treatment, the officer let her know that she wasn't free to leave as the investigation was still underway. After seeing the wreckage, it was truly a miracle that she was still alive. Gosh, man. Well, so the two people she passed said they were doing probably about 55 when she passed them and they thought she was doing 90. >> Yeah, cuz there's a car up here. >> Yeah. I mean, this thing's she's lucky she walked away from this >> and nobody else was with her that >> she I guess originally she said she had a passenger with her, but fire department said they were able to confir confirm that she'd already dropped her off and I had several people come over and look and I >> I don't see I walked all the way up there. pieces, >> right? Yeah. >> Although Salai claimed that she hadn't been drinking, the officer just wasn't buying it. He asked the woman to do some field sobriety tests, to which he agreed. >> So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to administer a test to determine whether or not you're under the influence of alcohol. Okay? It's really important that you follow my instructions. I'm going to I'm going to be as fair as I can be with you. There's no tricks. And so, all you need to do is do what I ask you to do. Follow only with your eyes when I move my finger. Okay? So, don't follow with your head. Just simply I want only your eyeballs to move. >> Okay. >> Next thing I want to do is what I want you to do is put your feet together, hands at your sides. Let's go a little bit further back so you have more room. >> Oh, okay. >> Do me a favor. Face more this way. >> Sorry, my head hurts a little bit. >> It's okay. I get it. I want you to start with your right foot on an imaginary line and then your left foot behind it. >> Okay. >> Hands at your side. Then go ahead and start. Sorry, my head hurts really bad. >> Okay. >> No, I get it. I get it. >> Being concerned for her safety, the officer asked the woman again if she wanted medical treatment. The cop let her know she'd be headed to the station to do a breathalyzer test. And that's when things took a turn for the worse. >> They're going to take you into the station. >> Why? >> We're going to breath test you at the station. >> Watch it. Why? >> To make sure that there's no you haven't been drinking. Fine. >> Okay, we're going to go in. >> Okay, so I took all this test. Why do I need to go in? >> You didn't pass those tests. >> Because you didn't pass those tests. That's why. >> Okay. Okay. >> Why would I go home? >> You're not going home. >> You don't get to go home if you want. >> I want to go home. >> You're not going home. >> Well, you don't have to be so precious. >> Okay. >> You're going to go to the ground. >> Okay. Why are you leaving? Because you're walking away. That's why. >> You don't Okay. Okay. You don't have to be so aggressive. What are you doing? Okay. >> Are you gonna put your hands behind your back? Okay. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> I was before. Why are you breaking my arm? >> Because you tried to walk away. >> I know I wasn't. You were breaking my arm. >> What's wrong? >> Oh, excuse me. She tried to leave after I told her she was detained, so she's not being very cooperative. >> Stand up. Roll over to your side. No, wait, wait, wait. Roll over to your side. >> There you go. Now, stand up. >> Thank you. >> After wrestling on the ground for what seemed like an eternity, the officer eventually got her on her feet and took her to a squad car. But it by no means meant that she was ready to cooperate. >> No. Why the am I back here? No loser. No, you're a loser. Stupid old stupid. Let me out. Let me out. Let me out. You headed me out OF HERE. GET ME OUT. GET ME OUT. I pass those mother now. Get me out of this mother, [ __ ] I am noting with you. Get me out. I pass those mother test. I [screaming] PASS THIS. Why am I in my stupid? NO. You come out of this car. I promise YOU, MAN. I PROMISE YOU. I DON'T CARE IF I'M IN COPS. I don't care if I'm in my jail. I don't give a >> No. >> Come on out here. >> You I'm not going. No, I'm not going to jail. I'm not coming anywhere. I'm going >> You're going to come out? >> No, I'm coming home. >> So, how how do you want to come out? >> You want to come out? I'm going to kick you in your mother face. >> How do you want to come out? >> I'm coming out. I'm going home. >> You can come out one of two ways. You can come home. >> I'm going to call home. If you want to you want to get me out, I you're going to get kicked in your mother face. >> Although secured in the back of a squad car, the last thing on her mind was calming down. For some people, when there's no one to blame but themselves for their actions, their only recourse is to lash out at others. >> We need you to [music] submit to a test. Okay. >> What test? >> A blood test or a breath test? >> Nope. >> What What do you want to do? >> I already took your test and I passed it. So, if you want to take another test, that's going to be tomorrow. I took a test tonight. So, you got the test you wanted. So, if you want to test me, you can test me tomorrow. I got 24 hours to to get tested, right? So, you can test me tomorrow. >> I might as well. She's going to refuse. >> 24 hours. You have 24 hours. >> I say we we're going to sight and release, right? Say we take >> Well, you have 24 hours to come test me. I'm not going to come test right now. >> That's fine. Then you're refusing. >> Okay. Well, you can put me in jail because I'm not going to test right now. You can test me tomorrow, but I'm not going to test right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, put me in my >> Well, that's where we're going. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'm not going to test for an hour. You can test me tomorrow. I don't give a But you can have fun trying to get me in on this car cuz you're going to get some teeth knocking. I don't give a if you're like 40 years old. No, you want to get in this mother. I promise you. I promise you. Maybe it'll help. They charged the woman with driving under the influence, operating a vehicle with a BAC over the legal limit, and resisting a peace officer. On the 25th of April, 2025 in Roswell, New Mexico, the cops were dispatched to the scene of an accident. According to reports, a woman had stolen a vehicle and fled from police, and in the process, she had plowed into a parked vehicle. We're good. We're uh just head tight right there. >> I got a call. >> You're okay. You're okay. You're okay. Just relax. >> Vehicle crashed against another vehicle. I'm here with the suspect vehicle now. She's sitting in the driver's seat. She's She's awake. >> It was a chaotic scene and both parties were in really rough shape. The driver of the second vehicle, Sabrina, was ded and disoriented. The cops also had to figure out just what had transpired and who was responsible. >> How fast was she going? >> She picked up speeds right where that where that unit's rolling up. Started picking up speeds right there >> and then she came around and this car this car was parked >> and she just tried to go around them. >> So, >> real quick, just fill me in. I was trying to get your speeds cuz I didn't know the speed. >> Um, called out speeds. She was pretty slow when we saw her on Atkinson in second or college. >> She started picking up speeds back there. Um >> back right where that >> they move that car. >> You see where that lady steady? >> Yeah, >> about right there. >> And how fast was she? >> She probably hit at least 100. 100. >> How fast was she going before that? >> Uh whenever we're on college, she was probably she had just turned on to onto Atkinson from college. So she wasn't going too fast when we made contact. And then once we had our license siren, she started gaining speed. She's probably going about 50 to 60 down Atkinson. And then right there where that lady's at, she picked up probably 100 and something. >> The cops had spotted Sabrina driving a stolen vehicle and it tried to pull her over. However, instead of doing so, she fled the scene and started picking up speed before slamming into the parked vehicle. >> What hurts when you can talk or not? Is your neck hurting? Good. >> I try to unlock it. [snorts] >> Where where are you hurting at? Are you hurting in your head? >> I can't hear you. Your is your head hurting or your arm. She was completely out of it. And there was a pretty good chance it was due to two things. A head injury and excessive alcohol consumption. Either way, it didn't look like the officers were going to get any good answers. >> She's not super responsive. She mumbles somehow in her mouth. >> I had to guess drunk. >> Uh, there's no power. Seems like the battery probably got disconnected. >> Can you talk to me? 62. >> While the cops and investigators tried to piece together what happened, paramedics and firefighters arrived to render first aid. However, to treat Sabrina, first they had to get her out of her vehicle. >> We're going to put something to hold your head still. Okay. Yeah, they said she was acting crazy before she stole it. >> You want to just scoot her out on the >> [laughter] >> She was transported to the hospital for further examination and treatment. But just because she was under the watchful eye of the medical staff did not mean she was done with police. [screaming] You could probably slip out of these. Please don't. Okay. >> So, hey Sabrina, this is a a search warrant. OKAY. [screaming] OKAY. [screaming and crying] >> Oh my god. Whether she liked it or not, the cops had a warrant that allowed them to get her blood. And let's just say they had a sneaking suspicion that her blood alcohol level was way over the limit. >> All righty, Sabrina. Um, so we're going to be placed on arrest for for your actions today. Okay. So, time we know we're going to get transfer. We're going to go to the Chaps County Detection Center. Okay. >> You were clear by the by the hospital. Okay. >> I want to see the paper. >> You'll receive the copy. >> No, I want to see my >> You don't have anything broken in your body yet? >> I didn't ask that. >> I understand. >> I want to see my X-rays. >> And I'm on legal counsel right now because That's >> Oh, yeah. You have your right to seek legal counsel. >> Thank you, sir. >> From the inside of county detent. >> Let me get a >> No. You stole someone's car. [laughter] >> I'm not Adrian. No, I look like him, but I'm not him. Sadly for this woman, crying for the officers was not going to work. She'd stolen a vehicle, driven drunk, and because of Sabrina's recklessness, an innocent driver was almost the cops had no reason at all to show this woman any sympathy. Go. I want to see my ice and I WANT TO SEE YOU. >> My arm is rocking. >> It's not working. >> Okay, my chest. >> I'm going to take this off your finger. >> Okay, you can >> get a doctor in here. >> Something else. >> I CAN'T MOVE. >> [screaming] >> GET the [screaming] There was only one place she was heading and no amount of crying or shouting was going to change her fate. The cops collected her belongings and she was escorted out of the hospital. Next, she was taken to the jail house to be further processed. >> [singing] >> Sorry. [laughter] >> There we go. Let's go. Sorry. Have my hand here to support you just in case you tip. They charge Sabrina with stealing a motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing of law enforcement, driving under the influence, no seat belt, and failure to obey traffic signals. On April 17th, 2025, the cops responded to a two vehicle crash, including a pickup truck with two kids inside. Give me uh one or two more units for traffic. >> You all right, man? >> You good? >> Your back hurts. All right. >> The fire department's here. All right. >> You guys all right? You >> all right? Are you coming? >> Hey man, you good? >> Yeah. >> The driver, Josh, was inside the vehicle with his two kids. When the officer asked him for ID, Josh appeared to be disoriented. The man's disorientation might be the result of something else. Do you know your mom's phone number? >> All right. >> Are you the registered owner to this vehicle? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. So, what happened? >> He ran the red light. >> Which way were you going? >> I was going straight. He was coming from that way. >> You're going straight which way? >> This way. >> From over there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're going this way? >> Yeah. He ran the red light and then t-boned you. Were you wearing your seatelt? >> Yes, I was. >> How fast were you going? >> I had just pulled off. >> Okay. So, 10 miles hour, 15. >> 15. >> Okay. >> While the officer was talking to the other driver, Josh started getting aggressive with the paramedics who were simply there to render medical aid. The officer noticed that the more Josh spoke, it seemed like the man was experiencing more than a head injury. >> No. No. What's up, man? My kids. >> Yep. They're They're with the fire department. All right. They're hanging out. They're sitting down. All right. Where were you coming from? >> No. >> What' you say? They're They're getting checked out. All right. They're all right. >> No. Just make sure >> they're We're making sure. >> Where were you? Where were you before this, man? Just make sure there >> Where were you before this? >> At the house. >> At the house. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where were you taking them? >> Grocery store. >> Grocery store. >> That's it. >> The grocery store. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Which which direction were you guys traveling? >> This way. >> What's this way? >> You guys were going east or west? >> East. >> You guys are going east? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where do you live? >> Yeah. to the east. >> You live to the east? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> While the officer questioned Josh, his kids told the paramedics that before the accident, he was passing in and out behind the wheel. Eventually, their mother arrived on scene and told the paramedics that Josh had a drinking problem. As a result, the officer questioned him further. >> Josh, all right, I spoke to you before, okay? So, let me let me just make this very clear, okay? So when you got out after the accident, we were conducting the traffic crash investigation. You informed me that you wanted to call your lawyer. Okay. Since that has passed, the crash investigation concluded from Officer Ganther. You remember that, right? >> Okay. And like I said, I'm conducting a criminal investigation moving forward for DUI. Okay? Because I have reason to believe that you were driving impaired. All right. Before you say anything else, I'm just going to read you something real quick. Okay? I'm required to warn you. All right, how about let's sit you down. Let's sit you down. >> By that point, it was completely understandable why the officer suspected that he was under the influence. And before he questioned him further, the officer read him as Miranda writes, >> "I have reason to believe that you're driving impaired. Okay. Would you be willing to conduct road sobriety tasks to dispel my alarm that you are driving impaired? >> What' you say? >> No. >> No. Okay. Just understand that I have to make a decision based off everything that I've seen so far. Okay. >> Everything from the crash up to now. Okay. So, >> impairment. >> I understand. So, would you like to conduct road sobriety tasks? Yes. Yes or no? >> Yes. >> Yes. All right. Stand up and let's go over here to my car. >> Based on his behavior, it was hard to imagine this guy passing the test. Josh agreed to the test, trying to dispel the officer's suspicion that he was intoxicated. >> With your right index finger, can you show me your right index finger? Do you know your right from your left? >> Yeah, apparently I don't. >> Okay. Can you show me your right index finger, please? >> This is your index finger, right? >> Yep. The test went exactly like you'd expect. The only thing proven was that Josh was more intoxicated than initially expected. It was pretty much unbelievable that anyone in this guy's shape would try and get behind the wheel with his two kids inside. >> Can you point to the tip of my pen, please, with your right index finger? So I know exactly that you know that my pen is the tip of the pen. Okay. What I'm going to have you do is the first task. Okay. [snorts] >> Josh, keep your feet together. >> No, I got >> your feet are not together. So, keep them together so we can start. and your hands down at your side. Okay. So, you're either going to listen to me or you're refusing to conduct the roast body test. All right. Which one is it? >> What What choice do I have? >> I just gave you the choices. You refuse. You You help me dispel your alarm that you're driving impaired. Can you keep your hands out of your pocket, please? Do you wish to continue? Yes or no? The man couldn't even get through the first test. Whether he wanted to or not, there was no point in continuing. After watching Josh do the test, the cop had seen all he had to see. And at that point, there was only one thing left to do. >> Okay, now >> you're done. >> Yeah. No, >> thank you. Don't fight. Don't fight. Don't fight. You're done. >> I appreciate you being cool. Thank you very much. >> Josh, you're under arrest for DUI. Okay, >> dude. >> Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. Any narcotics? >> No. >> Anything in the car? >> No. >> Josh was charged with DUI involving property damage or injury, refusing to submit to a breath test after a prior refusal, and two counts of child neglect without great bodily harm. On July 16th, 2023 in Palm Coast, Florida, the cops got a call that a black Mercedes had traveled in the wrong lane and had nearly caused a head-on collision. An officer spotted the vehicle and tried to pull them over, but the driver continued on his way until he eventually came to his senses and pulled over. >> Vehicle's still rolling. Can you go ahead give us 1033 till further? 103 traffic on switch. Stop the vehicle. Pull over. Do it now. Anybody else in the >> What are you doing? >> We've had our lights and sirens on since I 95 and you've taken this long to pull over >> any reason. The officer informed the suspect, 48-year-old Michael Allonzo, that the traffic stop was no laughing matter. The man had blown through a red light and had it almost caused a head-on collision, which could have killed the man or someone else. >> Shut your vehicle off for me. Shut your vehicle off. Turn the car off. It is a very simple thing I'm asking you to do. Let me see your keys. Let me hand me your keys. >> Hand me your keys. >> Okay. Step out of the vehicle for me. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Things were escalating quickly. If he didn't want to be forcefully pulled out of the vehicle, he really needed to listen. Eventually, Michael came to his senses and tried to step out of the vehicle. [cough] [clears throat] You all right? >> No. >> What's going on? >> What's up? >> What? >> What's going on? >> I don't know. >> Well, I asked you if you were all right and you said no. >> Correct. >> So, what's going on? Why aren't you okay? >> [clears throat] >> From the moment the cops laid eyes on him, it was clear the man was hammered. He claimed to be having a medical emergency. But seeing as he could barely speak, he couldn't tell the officers whether or not he needed medical assistance. >> They're on their way to come see you, but we got to tell him something, right? What can we tell him? What's hurting? >> Lower back. Lower back. >> Is it Is it okay? Is what? Your back? >> Yes. >> I don't know. >> Typically your back doesn't make you act like anything else going on. >> What are you diagnosed with, partner? >> What do you have? Seizures? >> Are you diabetic? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you having any kind of a medical episode with your diabetes? Hypoglycemic, hypoglycemic, anything like that? >> I don't think so. >> Okay. German Shepherd puppy ran towards Rose Drive. >> Were you trying to go to the hospital? >> No. >> Okay. >> The cops got Michael's ID out of his pocket. While it might have been true that he really had medical problems, more than anything, he was drunk. Not only did it seem like he was in pain, but he couldn't comprehend the officer's questions. >> You ran off the road a couple times. All right. You about Well, no, it's not fine. That's why you're being stopped. And then we had our lights and sirens on behind you. You weren't stopping for us. So like what's what's going on? >> I I I don't know what you said. >> We got an ambulance coming check on you, man. The cops asked the man if he'd been doing drugs or drinking, but he denied it. However, he did tell the officers that he took pain medication for his back. >> What I'm trying to figure out is, you know, the normal person, they don't just almost run through red lights and swerve off the road. So, I'm trying to figure out what what's going on with you. >> You what? >> Okay. So what would be the what would be the reason that you >> I don't know. >> Are you feeling okay like up here? >> Are you feeling okay like mentally? he was making no sense at all and he couldn't answer any of the cop's questions. While they continued to question him, the paramedics arrived and after checking him out, they concluded that Michael was not having a medical emergency. >> So, here's here's the thing, Mike. Okay, our medical staff checked you out. Okay, right now there's your blood sugar is fine. Okay, you're presenting symptoms of what I believe are consistent with impairment. Okay, whether that be alcohol or narcotics. Okay. Right now, what I'm going to ask you is, are you willing to perform standardized field sobriety exercises to >> dispel my concern of you being able to safely operate a motor vehicle? >> No. >> You are not willing to perform field sobriety exercises? >> No. What? What? What? So, if if you if you refuse to perform standardized field sobriety exercises, okay? Yes, sir. >> I'm going to make my decision based off of the indicators of impairment you've already presented to me. Okay? And set indicators may >> be used against you in court. Okay? I'm giving you a fair opportunity here. Do you want to perform standardized field exercises? >> Cool. >> Huh? It's a yes or no, Mike. Do you want to perform guilty exercise? >> I said yes or no. >> That's what I'm asking you. Yes or no? >> No, I I said that though. >> Once again, he wasn't making any sense. The officers wanted a simple yes or no, but he just couldn't do it. He eventually agreed to the tests, but said he couldn't step out of the vehicle to perform them. >> Mike, step out of the vehicle. >> I can't do that. Well, you're going to have to one way or the other. Okay. We can do this the easy way or the hard way. >> Please do that. >> Okay. So, >> I I understand. But by you not being willing to exit the vehicle, okay, I'm going to take that as a refusal that you do not want to perform standard field sobriety exercises. >> Refusal. >> I'm not I'm not going to keep going back and forth with you. >> You can you can step out you can step out of the vehicle and we can perform soiety exercise. >> I'm not I'm not doing that. I'm going to ask you one last time >> to step out of the vehicle. I'm going to ask Listen to me. I'm going to ask you one last time to step out of the vehicle. >> I'm going to ask you one last thing. >> Mike, step out of the vehicle. >> It was a pretty pathetic sight watching this full-grown man crying and struggling to get out of a vehicle because he's too drunk. The cops gave him multiple warnings, saying that if he didn't get out soon, they would forcibly remove him. >> Come on up. >> There you go. >> There you go. There you go. Okay. I think we should see. Oh. All right. All right, Mike. We're gonna help you up. How about that? >> Come on up, dude. >> We're gonna take a Come on. Let's see how we get those legs. >> Come on. Those legs work. There you go. Y. All right. You can reach out to the car. Look at that. >> All right. Good job. working legs today. >> 22426. >> I'm not being >> Nope. Not yet. >> You okay? >> You back. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Just absolutely >> took him showing his ass back. They charged the man with felony DUI after having three prior convictions for DUI. He was also charged with two counts of failure to obey law enforcement. On June 28th, 2025, a cop on patrol spotted a familiar face driving erratically. And while he eventually coerced the woman to pull over, it was anything but a simple traffic stop. >> Where is I see trail eastbound. She is not stopping all over the road. I see a trail coming up to Saabber. We're stopped in front of 47 West 398. >> Turn the vehicle off. >> Turn It is recording. Turn the vehicle off. >> I can't. >> Okay, then step back here. >> No, you step over here. No, you come back to me. >> Why is my pain all over? >> Step back to me now. >> The suspect, Jessica Perez, did not want to cooperate. She could play games all she wanted, but if she kept things up, she was not going to be happy with the outcome. The officer's patience was running thin, and if push came to shove, he might be compelled to take a more forceful approach. >> Jessica, come here now. >> Jessica, what? >> Jessica, >> come here. Go elbow. >> Come on. >> Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. I can't do that. I have an ankle bracelet. >> Get on the ground. >> On the ground. >> Hold that. >> Get on the ground. >> You're wrong. Are you not on your >> I gave you my will. >> Give me your other hand. >> I'm recording. >> Give me your other hand. >> I have all my hands, sir. Give me your other hand, >> sir. >> Give me your hand now. >> You can't do that. >> Yes, I can. Give me your hand. >> I can't. I didn't resist. I have everything with me. >> Sir, look at my wallet. >> What's ironic here is that she claimed she wasn't resisting while she was actively resisting. The officer struggled to get cuffs on her, but thankfully some more units arrived on scene to provide backup. >> Stop moving. >> No, you weren't even behind me. I didn't do nothing. Hold up. Hold up. My ankle, please. >> Look at that. Look at that ankle over here. Look at the ankle right there. >> Please, that ankle. So, will you pick me up, please? Can you Can you help me? >> Hold on. >> No. I have to My license is right there. He called me by a different name. >> Sit down >> with the door open. >> Get in the car. >> Promise. Promise me. in the car. >> Now, wait a minute. Listen to me. >> In the car. >> Listen. >> Stay in the car. >> Can you grab the box? Can you grab the foot? >> Can you GRAB THE BACK? >> LISTEN. >> He'll get it. >> Grab you in. >> No. No condition to demand. >> WHAT AM I DEMANDING? >> You need to stop. >> WHAT AM I DEMANDING? >> STOP. >> THAT YOU WRITE ME OUT OF MY VEHICLE. >> STOP. STOP. >> Go to my vehicle. >> No. Listen. Listen. I'm already in. Listen. Listen. >> If I'm already in, why won't you listen? >> The cop here was completely right. She was in no position to be making demands. In the back of the squad car, she slipped out of her handcuffs, but it really didn't matter because she was locked inside and had nowhere to go. While she was busy playing the victim, the officer searched her vehicle. They me and all these. They me. These guys are just doing their job. They didn't hurt me. Look, I don't have a bruise. They didn't hurt me. Not a single one of these mother hurt me. Don't hurt them. Please. Please don't hurt them. Please don't hurt them. Please. Except for the one mat. I know. They're going to kill your guys. They're going to They're going to [laughter and gasps] They're going to Typically in these cases, they'd have Jessica perform some field sobriety tests, but they'd already captured her on body cam driving erratically. And since she already had a warrant out for DUI, the cop decided to take her right to jail instead. However, not before they handcuffed her again. >> My guess is as soon as we open the door, she's going to the other side. >> Okay. So, one on each side. >> One on each side. >> Yep. >> How do you have this nice of a vehicle yet? >> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait. No. Listen to me. How do you have this nice of a vehicle yet only two little heels? >> You're going to Nope. I'm going with him. >> Nope. I'm making >> Stop. >> Stop. I did nothing. Stop. >> And I gave you your handcuffs. >> Stop. >> Tell him. >> That's a wrong officer. >> But tell him. Tell him. >> Tell him. >> Who told you? He told you. He told you. I gave you. I have a war. I have a metal leg. >> I gave you your handcuffs. >> Put your FEET DOWN. >> DID I NOT? >> It might have just been the booze talking, but she was making no sense at all. With her legs restrained, the cops just had to get her back in handcuffs. And this time, the cops made sure they were tight enough that she couldn't get free. >> But I gave you them. >> You're not supposed to get out of them. >> But I gave them to you. >> Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> BUT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> CHARGED WITH MORE. >> WHAT? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> WHAT AM I GETTING CHARGED WITH? GOING home on an icy trail. What am I getting charged with? >> Knock it off. >> KNOCK IT OFF. THAT'S MY VEHICLE. >> I will give it to the me. Nope. Tell him I'll give it to you. Nope. I'll give it to the tunnel. >> Nope. >> Give it to the government. >> How am I resisting when I gave it to the Mexico tunnel? I got out of the car. I am in your squad car. How am I resisting in a SQUAD CAR? HOW AM I RESISTING in a squad car? In the back of the squad car, she was giving a master class on how to resist. If she wanted the cops to stop putting their hands on her, all she had to do was cooperate. But unfortunately, it was the last thing on her mind. >> I did nothing to you guys. I don't even have beer to drink tonight. Please trick THEM. TRICK THEM. GRAB IT. PLEASE. You left my purse opening eyes. He neglected to put me in a seat belt. You guys, you made my life a jeopardy. My life said jeopardy. They didn't even give me a citation or a ticket. Guess what that means? Re That means your own. I own you. That means I own you now. He was the one that beat me unconsciously until I was in the back of a squad car. Record it, [ __ ] Cuz you're the one THAT ARRESTED ME. LOOK AT HIM. LOOK AT HIM. [screaming] >> She could continue making threats and playing the victim all she wanted, but everything she was doing was caught on video. Taking off her seat belt might have seemed like a good idea to her, but it didn't add up to a very safe ride downtown. Gotcha. They don't They don't leave me. Hurry up. Get to the door. Hurry up. I told you [ __ ] >> Irony that the only isn't on this side of icy trail. >> Let me close this door of his prison. >> Wait a minute. I don't give a Don't do it on account of me. Okay, we're going to take them off. >> Put your arm in my face. Please, please put your arm in my face and watch what I just did. >> Do you need your hair? >> No, that's what I did. I was like, >> let me put your head up there. Put your head up. >> Oh, move your head. Thank you. >> That's why I was like, give it to you. >> Well, if you keep YOUR HEAD HANGING. >> NO, because that gives you two co two cents. That gives you the >> superior bean because illegally illegally. >> Please turn around. >> Pull me over. They arrested the woman and she was charged with DUI and resisting arrest. If you thought this woman would be the last on our list to play the victim, then you would definitely be wrong. On the 4th of June 2022, an officer was dispatched to a strip mall parking lot after reports that a woman had battered a teenager before attempting to flee. >> Yes, you are. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you got to behind that wheel. I'm going to charge you with DUI. >> I will pack this. >> Call N You're You're not driving that car. You're not driving that car. Uber. >> You're not driving that car. Call someone to come pick up the car or Uber it out. But you cannot drive [music] this car. Understood. >> Huh? No. I can't ride. I'm working the detail here. So, and in [music] the situation that's going on here, >> I'm a pet. So, you're calling me a pedopile >> because there's a 17-year-old kid >> that that you hit with your chest. I did not hit him. Yes, you did. >> Hey, lower your voice. Lower your voice. Lower your voice. >> And we're going to step over here. >> Yes, you heard that right. The woman was being accused of hitting the 17-year-old boy with her bosoms. However, she wanted to hop in her car and drive home, but suspecting she was under the influence, the cop told the woman that if she got behind the wheel that he would charge her with DUI. >> Hey, I saw the video. Ma'am, >> what did I tell? Show me what I did. >> You hit him. He's here. You're here. You walk up. You go like this. Hit him and then walk away. No. Okay. Hey, this is up for discussion. If you want to argue with them something about a refund over there, >> it's something about the refund. >> All right. You You hit the kid with your chest. >> So that's battery. If your boyfriend's a cop or whatever, you know, you know what battery is? >> I do. >> So So that's battery. >> The officer told the woman again that if she started her vehicle, he'd be placing her in handcuffs. And while he allowed the woman to get her things out of the car and call an Uber, it just wasn't good enough. Instead, she wanted the officer to call her boyfriend up, who was also an officer. >> Get yourself and go sit over there in the corner. >> You don't tell me what to do. >> I will take you to jail. >> You tell me what to do to jail. >> I can take you to jail. That's for sure. >> You want to go to jail for DUI? >> I'm not in my car. >> That's what I'm saying. >> The car [laughter] the car is on. Grab your stuff. >> So, you can you cannot legally give me a DUI. I mean, I can tow the cargo right now because this THING PROBABLY >> CAN TOW my car. It' be cheaper than a DUI. >> The officer was willing to cut her a break, but she just wouldn't stop arguing. The victim narrative was strong with this one. And if she kept things up, the last place she'd be headed was to her house. >> Does that come and pick up the car? This >> this sucker who claims to be a police officer supposed to serve and protect is um going to boyfriend >> going to tow my car. The same fat that was in the movie. >> Let me get you in front of a cop theater for one. >> Welcome to my life. He's going to tow my car and I'm going to Uber back to my house cuz he's being a apparently he has no respect for his walk. Or maybe maybe he's just arrogant. >> Oh, okay. You got your D on you, ma'am? >> Nope. >> I need your ID. >> I don't know. >> If you fail to provide me your ID, your financial ter on you and get you for sexual harassment, you piece of >> I got a camera right here. Hey, you're not free to go. You're not free to go. >> As for the officer, he had ordered the woman to stay put as she wasn't free to go. Furthermore, it was ironic she accused the officer of sexual assault because that's precisely what she was accused of. The officer demanded her ID, but she didn't want to hand it over and that just meant more trouble. >> Hey, are you refusing to identify yourself with sir? >> What I'm refusing to do? >> Hey. Hey. That's the only thing. You're making us all harder than it has to be. >> No, you're being an >> What do you What's the problem here? >> You're getting started for job instruction. traffic instruction. I stopped here and I thought that you were going to be someone that was going to help me >> and you were not. You're a piece of just like every other cop like the like the Daytona cop that got shot in his head. >> Okay. Hey, >> just like every other cop. >> You want to Are you going to give me to identify yourself? >> Go take my car. Fair enough. >> No. No. Don't touch me. >> Let your hand be on your back. Let your hands be on your back. >> What the are you doing? Your job is done. >> Your career is over. >> By that point, things were really heating up. She could have just called an Uber, but instead she stuck around and argued with the officer. Then they got into a wrestling match on the pavement, which made things even more embarrassing for her than they were before. >> Ma'am, stop resisting. >> I'm not You have no reason to detain me. >> Put your hands behind on your back. >> Get away from me. [screaming] Put your hands behind your back. Stop. >> What the are you doing? >> Oh my god. >> All right, sit up. [laughter] >> I hate your nuts. >> Okay, >> you piece of [ __ ] >> Okay, >> you know what, baby? That poor coffee got shot in the face should have been you. >> You want to put your hands on me? >> No. >> You want to put your hands on me? >> Me, too. You want to put your hands on me? Go ahead. Put your mother hands on me again. I'll show you Boston style. You mother is stronger than me. Look at that [ __ ] >> Abuse. Abuse. >> You're a liar. >> Look at that. Look at that. >> Does he [clears throat] need us to call back up? Like >> Since they were in public, she could try and play the victim, but as things turned out, it didn't look like the crowd had her back. They had witnessed the entire thing, including the cop giving her multiple chances before she was taken to the ground. >> No, you dropped my all over. >> Get the off me. >> They're going to steal my [ __ ] Are you serious right now? >> Yep. >> You're really going to do this over a movie ticket? >> No, [snorts] that's not why all this happened. >> They're going to steal my [ __ ] They're [ __ ] Of course they are. >> Is that in your car? >> I'm a racist. >> In a car. >> Do you need the ambulance come check you off for your shoulder and >> I do. >> Okay. N >> you're staying inside the car. >> Put your feet inside the car. >> The cop then talked to the women who filmed the whole thing and they were more than happy to provide witness statements. Next stop, a backup officer arrived and as the arresting officer was filling him in, the suspect started getting rowdy in the back seat. >> Sit up. Okay, you don't have to get out. >> He's an I understand. I understand. >> He smashed my face off the pavement. >> All right. So, whatever. >> Give a chance. I'm 130 lb. Like, >> sit down. >> I'm sitting. He's abusive. >> So, I can get rid of the citation for the car. >> Okay. All right. And then we can have a seat that please. Okay. I'm going to talk to you here in a second. Okay. I'm the supervisor. >> He's He's not nice. >> He hurt me. I'll talk to you in a second. >> He hurt me. He hurt me. >> All right. Relax. >> Look at my face. Look at the side of my face. >> It was unnecessary. >> My shoulders. Look at my shoulder. >> Look at my shoulder. >> Did you show him your identification yet? >> He look at my shoulder. Though she was handcuffed in the back of a cruiser, she was still acting out a dramatic performance, telling the cops she'd done nothing wrong. >> Um, did you watch her pull up here? Did you see her pull up there? >> Yeah. >> So, under the influence, she drove the car. >> Yeah. That's why I wasn't going to let her drive. >> Here's what's going to happen. >> What you did to me? >> We're going to take pictures of it. Okay. We're going to get you checked out. But you're going to be But you're going to jail tonight. Okay. >> Do what? >> All right. >> Do what? >> Well, for DUI, >> no. >> Resisting arrest. >> No. >> And if you keep kicking the car and break it, you're going to be charged with that. >> Are you serious right now? Yes, ma'am. >> You supposed to serve and protect me. He just roses me up. >> That happens when you resist arrest. >> No, you're a piece of you Mexican. >> Sit down and stop before you get a hate crime attached to it. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I'm a racist. >> And then you kicked him. So that's a battery on the law. >> Because he look what he did to my sho. >> Ma'am, had you not been driving drunk? >> I wasn't driving. I was parked. >> Identify yourself. >> I was parked. >> Well, you pulled up there. He was >> No, no, he did not. He was not in his car. Since she couldn't have been drinking inside the theater, she must have already been drunk when she arrived in her car. Next up, the paramedics arrived so they could treat the woman before she was taken to jail. >> Just three drinks. >> Hey, don't try to kick anybody. >> I hate you all. I hope you all get shot in the face. >> Hey, my man. >> Stop it. >> Stop resisting. Do you want to perform field sobriety exercises? And if you don't, do you want to give a breath test? >> Okay, so that's a no for both. >> Despite her endless protest, she was still taken to jail and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and battery on law enforcement. On the 5th of August 2024, a woman crashed into the back of a squad car after nearly passing out behind the wheel while drunk. And the worst part was her three-year-old child was in the back seat. She's awake. We're trying to get her to open the door. >> There we go. We got >> the suspect, Sherekica, looked dazed and confused. She either had a serious head injury or she was just hammered drunk. As she couldn't do it herself, the cop put her vehicle in park and asked her to step out. >> Where you coming from? >> Did you remember hitting anything else? >> Yes. >> You hit something else? >> Yes. >> Where >> did you Which were you coming from? >> Huh? Okay. You see you see what's happening right here. >> Coming down the wrong side. >> It was starting to look like getting answers from the woman would be nearly impossible. She could barely speak, let alone put together a coherent sentence. And to make matters worse, she didn't seem to understand what was going on around her. Where were you at before? Here. >> See you again. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Okay, buddy. You okay? >> Not yet. What's so funny? You see the fire truck? You see the fire truck? Look at that. Is that call me and give me this truck? That's your truck. Awesome. >> The fact that the woman was drunk with her young child in the back seat was beyond irresponsible and reckless. Thankfully, paramedics arrived on scene to render first aid. >> Is this you and your daughter or my son? >> Your son. How old is your son? Hi ma'am. >> What's your name? >> Huh? >> Sill. Do you live in one for chance? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Do you live on the south side? >> I think I think we met before. >> So it sounds like from what I'm hearing that you were kind of not responsive for a little bit. You were slumped over. Your vehicle hit the police car obviously. So that's not normal behavior which makes me think that you're probably under the influence of something or at the very least having a medical emergency. So, we need to take you over to the hospital to get you checked out. >> Okay. Well, how much you have today? >> None at all. >> Can you tell me what year it is? >> That's not what I ask you. What year is it? >> What's that? >> Yeah. What year is it? You speak English? >> Okay. Can you tell me what year it is? No. Okay. We're going to go to the hospital. You can't tell me what year it is. So, uh, you go. Yeah, >> there was about a one in a million chance that she wasn't drunk beyond belief. To make matters worse, a lot of the cops on scene, including a detective who had arrived, were familiar with the woman due to her alcohol-related offenses in the past. >> He knew we go way back. All right. How much? >> How much? I cannot understand. >> Okay. Is there any drinks? >> No. >> Where did you drink at home? >> Did you drink? >> No. >> Okay, that's not true. >> Don't lie. >> Excuse me. I can't hear you. >> While she originally claimed she only had a glass of lemonade, she eventually admitted to having two beers. She then agreed to do some field sobriety test, but the cops thought it was too risky because she could barely stand. For safety reasons, she instead submitted a breath sample. >> All right. >> Blow, blow, hard, hard, hard, blow out. Blow out hard. There you go. Stay sitting down. Stay sitting. >> I don't want you to fall down. >> Talk to see what he wants you to do. He wants you to go to the hospital. All right, ma'am. You have never seen another stretcher. Okay. >> So, we're going to help you up. >> Sharica was charged with child endangerment, DUI, improper lane usage, and failure to notify law enforcement about an accident. In the United States, one of the leading causes of traffic fatalities is drunk driving. The cops are trained to recognize it, stop it, and hold these criminals accountable for their actions. Thankfully, before disaster arises, the cops step in and stop the worst drunk driving offenders.
