Yeah, because they don't know how to do >> my husband did nothing. What did he do >> besides having a gun in a bar? >> What are you talking Florida? >> Pennsylvania versus Can you step out? >> I told you. >> It's hard enough dealing with one suspect, but what happens when they come in pairs? Regardless, nobody's getting a get out of jail free card when these entitled couples try to act tough with the cops. >> And you guys didn't look at anything. You didn't touch any merchandise. >> One at a time. >> I can't hear two people talking at the same time. >> The 24th of August 2024, mall security called the cops suspecting a man and woman were shoplifting. When they arrived on scene, they confronted the couple who took off running. >> Grab me. >> Talk about it. >> Nobody did. >> You police. HE GRABBED ME [ __ ] >> They were upset at the mall security who had helped the officer stop them. At some point, it seemed like things were about to calm down. But when backup arrived on scene, the boyfriend tried to run for the exits. >> Stop running. Stop. >> Put your hands on your neck. Put your hands on your arm. We're going to need more units. your back. Put your hands behind your back right now. Behind your back. Put it behind your back. >> Look, don't resist. Put your hands behind your back. >> Keep your hands hiding on property. >> Put your hand on what? What? >> Just put your hands behind your head. >> Why you grabbing me, bro? Stop. Do not fight. >> The couple was putting a show on trying to convince the police and everyone else who was watching that they were really tough. However, their disruptive behavior was just landing these two in hotter water. The couple was adamant they were innocent and accused those around them of racially profiling them. Stop, bro. >> Okay. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> [laughter] >> you. You're twisting my arm. >> She doing it. You don't talk to y'all. >> It required two officers because she continued to put up a fight and refused to put her hands behind her back. Talk about audacity. This woman was fighting a cop and then complained about being restrained. She look. >> Yes, she can. [screaming] >> We have both success detained. We're going to go back to LP. >> Finally, the cops successfully handcuffed them and escorted the couple to the store's loss prevention office. The cops had to look at security footage and talk with the employees to get their side of the story. >> Go ahead and sit down. Let's go see him. You can sit down. [cough] take your word for it. I don't know you and I can't take their word for it either. >> Just when things were about to calm down, things took another turn. When the cops wanted to look through her backpack, the female here got defensive and visibly nervous. >> I have to remove this and then I'm going to put you back in handcuffs. Okay. >> Why you taking my bag? >> Because the officer Oliver needs it. >> For what? >> That is the crime inside the backpack. >> I ain't talking to you. For what? >> What? He said she needs to search it. >> For what though? It's my bag. She needs to search it because >> the alleged stolen items are inside that bag. >> Come on. Just come on y press charges. I want to press charges. Push me, touch me, grab me, none of that. I want to press charges. >> Ain't nobody bringing that. going to jail for the mass. >> He he should touch me regardless. >> Strangely, the couple was alleging they were assaulted, but something wasn't quite right and they might have been trying to distract the cops from focusing on the theft. Furthermore, the female here tried to convince the officer that there was no point in searching the backpack, saying it was way too small to hide things in. >> No clothes. Pay no clothes. We didn't know you in a while. >> We don't know if there's only clothes because we committed a theft. We can look for other stolen items just in case if there's there's other things that belong in the store, right? Like they stole jewelry and stuff like that. So they only saw you selling clothes, but if there's other stolen items in the bag, then you can look for that, too. >> On the camera, they saw you. >> Can I see you? >> No. >> If you want to. >> Yeah, you can do that. Yeah. >> Yeah. So, do do you want to talk about what happened today? Either one of you. >> What you mean? >> All I seen was that man pushed it. I seen him push up. That's all I seen. >> As far as what? >> I seen that man push up. That's all I seen. >> As far as like the >> I seen that push came out. >> He came in and then you left out. >> They said it was. >> Which side did you >> I seen that man push up. >> I don't know. Came in the door right >> and that's it. He pushed us hard for a >> battle down. >> And you guys didn't look at anything. You didn't touch any merchandise. >> You said we have the footage one at a time. I can't hear two people talking at the same time. Either she's going to talk or you're going to talk. >> These two claimed they only entered the store and then left. The cops, however, found it hard to believe. Next up, the cops decided the best thing to do was to separate them to make sure they didn't influence each other's testimony. >> Y'all got me on camera stealing something. >> Stand up. >> Huh? >> Stand right here. >> Did you look at any merchandise or anything? >> I looked at some stuff, but it was it was like two seconds literally. >> What What kind of stuff did you look at? >> I don't know. It was all about kids clothes. Okay. When can I press charges? >> For what? >> For this man his hand on me. >> Because he was trying to stop you. >> He was put on his hand multiple times because >> he's a grown man. >> Okay. >> I didn't want to press charges regardless. >> Because he was trying to stop you. >> No. >> No. >> So he identified himself as lost prevention when you guys left the store. >> He didn't identify himself as nothing. He showed you his badge and then he asked you to come back into the store. >> I want to press charges. >> And then what? >> He didn't ask me to do nothing. I didn't want to press charges. >> So what did he say to you when he walked up? >> He put first of all he just stood in front of me and put his hands on them. Then I backed back and asked him what the you doing. >> And what did he say? >> He didn't say. >> The cops then turned their attention to the male suspect. He was reluctant to answer any questions, answering a question with a question or giving very vague answers. But the officer soon found out why the man didn't want to divulge any personal details. >> What happened today? >> [ __ ] I walked out the store. Grab my >> How did you get in the store? >> Who? >> Yeah. >> What you mean? >> How did you get in the store? >> I walked in the duper. >> Okay. And did y'all look at stuff? >> I look at this on camera. >> Were you looking at stuff? So, you don't really want to talk to me about what happened. That's fine. I'll just take what LP said happened as what happened. Okay. >> He said he's on parole. >> He's on parole for what? Okay. >> So, when you came in the store, what did you do when you came in the store? >> Nothing. I stood >> You stood in the aisles while she was shopping. >> I didn't I didn't go in no >> How far were you from her? >> All the way far. >> What's all the way far? Give me a distance. 5T 2 3t by 20. I never went no. Okay. I never went no. >> Yeah. So, she got her stuff. What did you do? >> I didn't do >> You guys walk out together? >> No. >> No, you didn't walk out of store. so I can show you the store together. >> What did you tell? She said, she said, "Babe, we gone. They going to have closed." That's it. I see. >> Why dropped the bag when she walked out? >> I didn't see pick up. >> It turned out the man was on parole. It was a serious and shocking charge of reckless homicide. The man was careful with his answers so as not to incriminate himself for his girlfriend, hoping the cops would let them go. >> Why didn't you stop and come back with lost prevention? Why'd you get in his face? >> identified himself. He he cuz because because because he grabbed her wrist and it was like so fast and I was like somebody just grabbed my girl. >> Okay. What about the other guy that confronted you and say call 911 you got in his face? >> No because when we walked in the store he was already being aggressive up the he saying that he going to t you. >> Upon further inspection of the man they found a debit card that didn't belong to him. As things turned out it was stolen from the mall that very same day. Looks like these two really made the most out of their stealing spree. I was running away from him. He chasing us. I was running >> 911. Somebody's chasing him. >> What you mean is a white man chasing me in the middle of a lot and down this road. What did you tell 911? You see what happened when 911 get up? They ain't never look at us and say what happened to the They just instantly took the white people. We walked in the store. I said this man following us being racist. They immediately took his side. He followed us all the way from there. I was running away from him. I never ran towards him at all. >> You understand why? No, he grabbed out stealing stuff from the store. >> I never picked up nothing and put nothing in bed for her. >> I never looked out. I never went in. >> You can go on camera. Come on, man. It's going to be on camera, bro. >> They thought they could take whatever they wanted and then pretend to be the victims. But in the end, they charged the woman with retail theft, criminal damage to property, battery, and resisting arrest. The man was charged with resisting arrest and retail theft. On the 12th of May 2024 in Florida, the cops were called to a local bar after a fight broke out. According to the caller, one of the individuals was armed. When the cops arrived, they found a man lying on the sidewalk yelling for help. >> Police came off behind the fence. police help around you. Turn over your hand. I'm retired. Please don't do that. >> Stand by and detain. >> Nobody ever pulls out anything, please. >> Why are you doing this? >> We're investigating >> until we figure out what's going on. >> That's okay. >> It's okay. >> Relax. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> It's okay. Guys, got that. >> I'm retired. Police. >> Stand by and relax. >> Relax me. to me. >> Turns out the man yelling for help was not the real victim. The man's name was Andre and his wife was on scene claiming her husband was a police officer. While the man was saying he's a former officer, now retired. Regardless, in the back of the man's pants, you could see the top of the man's gun holster. >> Because he says what it is doesn't mean what it is. >> Okay. LOOK IN MY POCKET. LOOK IN MY POCKET. >> STOP. >> OKAY. OKAY. >> OKAY. Go in the pocket. My entire family is for me. Didn't do anything. >> We don't use the Rword. >> Okay, I know. >> The officer then moved over to speak with the bar security. The security claimed that during the altercation, he noticed the man was packing heat, concerned that he might use it. In his belligerent and drunken state, the security guard took the gun from the holster and cleared it for safety. >> But he did have one in the chamber. >> Okay. >> And he he was inside the bar. He was inside the bar when he tried to get aggressive with me. Told me he was going to break my neck. So I was kind of controlling his wrist at that drink. I was just holding down here. I was like, "Man, just please leave." And then he started to kind of throw his hands up and get aggressive. And I I was defending myself and took him down. Finally worked. >> Can you Are you really >> Can you record this? >> Record this. recording. Chill out. >> Okay, bye. >> What are you guys doing? >> We're investigating. >> You guys aren't investigating what? Your hands are shaking. >> Why are you investigating me? >> Because you had a gun in a bar. >> Uh, I actually was in a restaurant. >> Judging by the man's very slurred speech, it was clear he'd had more than a few. His wife, with two kids on her hips, stumbled back through the bargate, also clearly intoxicated. ma'am. >> Here's not going anywhere. >> Okay. >> Where are you guys standing? >> Here. >> You know what? This is insane. Don't touch my daughter. Do not touch my daughter. >> No. Do not touch my daughter. >> Don't push me away cuz I will put you in handcuffs and I will have DC, I'm coming to take your kids right now. I'm not kidding cuz you're intoxicated. You got two kids. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Go over there. >> This is a very serious situation. >> Okay. This is not a joke. >> Okay. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> No, I don't want you to touch my >> Let her be what she's going to do cuz we're going to have VCF come. >> Thank you. >> Folks, please. We're here. Let us deal with this. Goodbye. >> After the cops saw Jessica nearly drop her babies, they grew concerned about the children's welfare. With Andre screaming he was hurt, the cops called paramedics to come and check him. [screaming] [screaming] >> MY HANDS. MY HANDS. MY HANDS. MY HANDS. MY [screaming] HANDS. MY HANDS. What are YOU DOING TO MY HANDS? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY HANDS? WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY HANDS? WHAT? What did YOU DO TO MY HANDS? [screaming] MY HANDS. My hands. My hands. My hands. What you do to my hands? Everybody. My hands. DOES ANYBODY SEE WHY HE DOES WHAT THEY DID TO MY HEADS? >> MY HEADS? YEAH, THEY BROKE MY HEAD. >> THEY BROKE MY HEAD. THEY BROKE MY HEAD. >> And Drezy kept screaming his lungs out, but it was all just drama. Like he wanted to make a case for police brutality. It's sad to say, but the two kids here were behaving more like adults than their parents. >> Wow. >> My head detained them. >> Call the lawyer. I'm the lawyer. >> Definitely going to need one. >> I'm the lawyer. You're going to need one. You're going to need one. Good luck with that one. >> My hands. Listen, you're in handcuffs. >> Oh, my hands. >> No, you rolled me over on TOP OF MY HANDS. WHY WAS HANDCUFF? That means you hurt me on purpose because this is not THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE DONE THIS, RIGHT? This is not the first time you've done this, right? Am I the first headcuff I had? >> So you pulled me over on my headcuffs. >> Can she clean you up? >> No. Somebody has to take pictures of me before she cleaned me up. And you have no medical need. >> Hello. TAKE PICTURES OF ME. YES, I DO. >> What's your ailment? >> Yeah. Yes. EMS has to take pictures of me before I go. >> I am not allowed to take pictures. >> Yes, of course. >> I am not allowed to take >> Hello. Hello. will take pictures of me. >> Because Andrezy was drunk and highly volatile, the security guard was right to disarm him. The suspect told the paramedic that he didn't want to be touched. And despite demanding medical help earlier, at this point, he was clearly refusing it. It was a clear confirmation that the cops hadn't brutalized him. >> Jessica Dash, >> don't stop yelling at you. I know. Why are you doing >> this? >> I didn't do anything. >> No, I want the ball. >> Okay. >> Due to his law enforcement past, he was demanding special privileges to behave however he wanted. But sadly for this guy, the law applies equally to everyone. When the cops turned their attention to his wife, things escalated even further. >> My husband did nothing. What did he do? >> Besides having a gun in a bar. >> What are you talking about? Florida. >> That's actually a permit. >> NOT WHEN YOU'RE DRINKING. >> What are you talking about? >> He's a police detective from NYPD. So it's like you having a gun in a bar. >> I don't take it in a bar. >> What the are you talking about? like you had somebody else or >> he lived here. >> It was unclear where the couple actually lived because the woman said her husband was NYPD, but later stated she lived in Florida. The real victims here were her scared and traumatized children who were crying out loud and had no idea what was happening. >> Where did these guys get my go? >> I'm not really. >> Are you kidding me? My entire family is cops. What are you guys doing? >> What are you guys doing? My entire family. My brother and my father. >> Just leave me out. >> Everybody. >> Are you really pushing me? >> No. We're just going to get you in there. >> Everybody look right there. >> Okay. >> The officers went through his wallet and found an ID card that showed he was really a retired officer. The cops on scene were surprised by his behavior, scratching their heads that former law enforcement would behave that badly. The irony was lost, however, on Andre. >> I don't even know what happened yet. >> All I know was he was fighting with staff and fighting with staff. The guys fighting with staff >> throwing out a a statement right now. What's going on? Because when we first got here, you know, everyone was screaming and yelling. I couldn't even hear the guy. >> I blew my engine to tell me what happened. Did you? >> It's got all It looks like Christmas. All the lights are on. >> That's horrible. In front of the kids. That's just horrible. >> It was explained to the officer by the security guard how this whole thing started. Apparently, Jessica was drunk and tried to climb up on the bar stage. Security, however, told her she wasn't allowed to do so. So, she cursed the security and was therefore asked to leave. >> I figure out door five, this side door over here, and I come back this way and see her come in through here, and she meets me right here, and I see her husband sitting out, and I was like, "Hey, man. I just asked your wife to leave. I need to call it a day here. She's had too much to drink. You know, I just kicked her out and he started to kind of get aggressive and come up on me and he had a drink in his hand. So, I kind of had his like was controlling his not controlling his wrist, but had his wrist at bay so he didn't attack me out of nowhere. And he was like, "You just touch my wife. Keep my wife down. I don't break your neck." And I was like, "No, sir, you're not. You're leaving." And then he basically came at me and when he did, I took him down right here. We were rolling around and then Chris came up and kind of saved my We dug him outside. We drug him outside. I noticed he had a gun and I was infantry in the army. So I took his gun, make sure it was cleared and got hit away from him and then got here. Okay. >> And Drezy was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol. As a former member of law enforcement, he should have known better. But even if he wasn't, having their kids with them would have been bad enough. On November 26th, 2024, at 9:35 p.m., an officer arrived at a 7-Eleven store. There was already another police unit there in the middle of a confrontation with a couple who were out of control. They're filming. >> I just rolled off [screaming] >> you know her. >> The man here, Chris, explained to the officer that the woman screaming was his wife. The first officers were there because she'd violated her probation. After the woman turned violent, the cops quickly realized they needed backup. >> We don't know what he went to the police department. >> They know me here. >> Sounds like she had a warrant or something. >> She got a warrant. >> Yes, you do. >> Come on. You got five police cars. >> As they were slurring their speech and exhibiting bizarre behavior, the cops had a hunch that drugs or alcohol might be a factor. At first, it seemed like Chris was being cooperative, but in the blink of an eye, things suddenly changed. >> You're going to get your hands off her. It's your fault. >> For what reason? >> For what reason? >> He can go to jail, too. >> What am I going to jail for? >> These two brought the worst out on each other, feeding off each other's aggressive outbursts. Somehow they were trying to intimidate the cops, but all they really accomplished was getting more charges. No. >> You want me to take him? >> I don't want to get up. >> Resisting. >> Oh, yeah. No. I I I'm going to happily >> grab myself. >> The woman refused to cooperate with them, lying flat on the concrete in protest. But it didn't stop the inevitable. And finally, it took several cops working together to get the woman in the cruiser. Go. [screaming] >> They're dragging me in there. [laughter] [screaming] Yeah, you guys are a bunch of yeah, >> you guys are a bunch of >> No, I'm losing my shoe. I care about your shoe. >> Not only was the woman belligerent, but she was also apparently racist. She was hurling nasty insults at the cops. And when the officers laid her down in the back seat, she just kept on struggling. >> Oh, Chris, do it. Chris. Oh, >> look at me, CHRIS. >> [screaming] >> PUSH HER IN MORE. Push her in more. Push her in more. 69. >> Meanwhile, Chris was throwing his own tantrum on the concrete. His face had turned bright red from screaming and spit was coming out of his mouth as he joined in with his wife to insult the officers as they struggled to search him. >> Stop moving, dude. >> Can you grab me a bag, please? No water. [screaming] >> They got too many. I can't even get in there. So other side. >> Why is there no water fell? Dude, I'm the one who pull the fire alarm in your god police department. Those suck. There's something. >> I was there for that. >> Dude, you got a gun. Something. >> Uh, there is something in it. >> The cops finally got them both in squad cars and drove them separately to jail. The whole drive there was filled with a soundtrack of unintelligible yelling and threats. out. You better leave the go. >> Touch me, dude. >> Where's the other one? It's unknown what they charged Chris with, but his wife was charged with simple assault and resisting a law enforcement officer. On the 2nd of April 2023, in Orlando, Florida, an officer was on routine patrol and noticed a truck driving with expired tags. Inside the truck was the male driver as well as his wife. When she pulled them over, the driver immediately had an attitude. >> This is fine. This is fine right here. >> Actually, it's not. It's not safe. >> That's why my car is behind. >> I know, but you're actually not parked correctly either. Do >> you have your license and registration? >> I do. And why are you pulling me over? >> Because your tags expired. >> My tags expired. >> License and registration. >> License and registration. >> Why did you run my tag? >> Are you refusing to give me your license? >> Why did you run my Yeah. Why did you Why did you >> Because I'm patrolling the area. But why did you run my >> Because I'm patrolling the area. I need your license and registration. >> I need your license and registration. Then give it to me. >> Why did you reason for buying money? >> While conducting patrol, the officers don't need a reason to run a tag, especially if it's clearly expired. Maybe the entitled driver thought that if he argued with the officer, he could intimidate her into letting him go, but he was sorely mistaken. What's the final call for that? >> You can look at it yourself. >> No, no. You're the officer. You can sell. >> We need to answer your question. >> Yes, you do. >> I need your registration. >> Yes, you do. >> I need your registration, sir. Proof of insurance. >> You're a public service. >> Can I have registration? >> And I would like >> as soon as I'm done. >> Not a problem. You can have an attitude. >> Okay. Can I have the registration? >> Yes, I'm kidding. >> What's your name? >> I'm sorry. >> What's your name? My name is Officer Leman. And >> what's your ID? My >> ID number is 19397. >> The aggressive nature of the driver set off alarm bells. So when one of the cops noticed their window tent was too dark, he asked the driver to roll the window down to make sure there were no threats in the back seat. >> You lower your window. >> No, I may not. This is for tags. >> What are we lower back window? >> No, I may not. What am I lowering my window? >> I need a tester uh tent right here. It's a factory tent. >> Okay. >> Tacoma. >> Darker. >> This is factory tents. >> This is factory. >> You don't know that. >> I'm telling you. And I'm telling you, he's reaching for any and anything to try to get me out of this car. >> I got out of the car. You out of the car. >> I'm telling you, how would I be out of the car? >> The man continued arguing with them and refused to comply with any of their instructions. The cops are getting tired of the stonewalling and decided to bump things up a notch to the next level. >> What a probable cause. >> What crime did I commit? Did I commit a crime? >> Do me a favor. >> Mom, listen. >> No, no, no. Keep recording. >> Step out of the car. >> Why am I stepping out? >> You are extremely nervous. >> No, I'm not. Yes, you are. >> Don't resist. Stop >> put your arms behind your back. >> Tell them to stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Resisting. >> Keep recording. Stop resisting. >> Keep recording. >> I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. >> Please. Relax. >> Oh my god. Relax. We're recording. It's fine. It's not fine. You just took my husband. >> Okay. >> My 64 year old mother's on the phone and we have the sergeant that lives in me. >> Relax. >> This is ridiculous. >> It is not. >> It is. >> It is not. He is being ridiculous. >> No. He is a black man in southern Florida and we are in a truck and I am a a Hispanic female. >> Do you not understand? >> No. Do you not understand? >> Do you want to have a cordial conversation with me? That's fine. Despite what his wife said, the reason they were pulled over had nothing to do with what he looked like. While one of the officers stayed with the wife to make sure she didn't drive off, the other officers searched the husband. >> All right. Do you have anything on you? >> I have nothing on me. And no, you may not. This is illegal. I am not consenting to any searches. I'm not consenting to any surgery. >> Widen your stance. Widen your stance, please. Farther. >> I am not consenting to any >> Can you widen your stance, sir? >> They are widened. I need them wider, please. >> Are refusing to comply. Okay. >> Not answering questions. Hotel >> now. You guys will just take pockets over here. You want to search him or you pat him down? >> I pat him down. >> This is illegal. I am not I am not the second to any. >> All right. Step up and have a seat. >> Step up and have a seat. Watch yourself. Wait a minute. >> While her husband waited in the back of the squad car, the wife continued filming and arguing with the officers. Over on the driver's side, the officer noticed something suspicious on the floor and wondered out loud to himself if that's what the couple was trying to hide. >> Is this what she has to worry about? There's everywhere. >> No, there's nothing to worry about. There's nothing in this. >> There's absolutely nothing. We're worried because >> there's nothing in this truck. >> There's absolutely nothing. >> Okay. Well, we're going to track it anyways. >> You don't have to check this. >> Oh my god. >> There's nothing. >> There's Look all over here. >> There's shake all over here. >> All right. Now it's your turn. Go ahead and step out of the car. That's an order. >> Yep. >> Can we take our phone? >> Yes, we did it. And we're also handcuffing. >> The cops conducted a more thorough search. It found more gathered on the driver's side floor. They also tested that window tin and the result was 6% which was illegal in Florida as it had to be 15% or more. >> And my aunt who's a retired lieutenant Fields is going to hear about this. And we're going to pull up to this. >> Don't care. >> Did you find anything? Did you find your >> What did you find? >> Did you find any guns? >> Yeah. >> Any pull >> or is this for your reason >> for for a registration or whatever you said? A tag. >> What? >> A tag. Whatever. You pull this over for a tag. Whatever you pulled us over for, all of this for what? Let me turn it into >> Are you serious? >> Yeah, the cops were serious. But that didn't stop the couple from threatening to sue them. They placed the husband in a squad car and went on to search his wife and after wrapping things up, she was eventually released. >> He's going for what? Resisting an officer. >> Battery on a law enforcement officer. >> If I grabbed you right now, is that not a crime? >> Is that not a crime? If I grab you right now, batter on a law enforcement officer, that is a felony. >> That's what you're saying. >> That's what I said. Yes, that's what I said. >> You really feel threatened by us. Okay. After after everything, right? Yes. Whatever you said you want >> after all of this at at this moment you think we're trying to really hurt you guys. >> Of course not. >> Okay. So then why would you say that he's trying to threaten battery >> at this moment? No, you're not trying to hurt me. >> Okay. You're being literal right now. I'm talking about Yes. >> Okay. >> You're being very literal right now. I'm talking about the entire situation. >> The entire situation. How long have you known the outcome? The outcome. Right. >> You I've been here 20 minutes. >> Please let me talk. >> Okay. I don't know your intention. >> Please let me talk. Please let me talk. >> The cops let the woman talk, but the race card and the victim card she used were not going to work. The man was driven to jail and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of resisting with violence. On the 25th of February 2025 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the cops were called to an emergency room due to a couple that was trespassing. As you might have guessed, they weren't very happy the cops were called. And to retaliate, they called the cops as well. >> What's your back? 1953. Sergeant 53. >> 1953. >> Yep. You can call from the road. >> Yes. Can you hear in the background? >> Yes. Police officer. Yes. A sergeant. Yes. I speak with the sergeant here in West Pal >> cuz I need to get in Yeah, I need to get in contact with Miss because I'm trying to figure out how this sergeant is. >> She retired 5 YEARS AGO. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. OKAY. Don't talk to me. >> Come on. Keep going. Keep going. Keep walking. Letting you know she retired 5 years ago. >> It doesn't matter. It does matter because a sergeant who retired 5 years ago would have no say whatsoever in a current police matter. As they continued walking, the woman ranted on the phone and started tossing out insults. >> U we're in here now. We found his your purpose of walking past us to say anything was what? And because I told that find something to do now. >> No, we're tempor for now. Thank you. >> The officer radioed the station, letting them know things were okay and everything was handled. But unfortunately, things didn't stay smooth for long. As the couple walked away, they were threatening to go back to the hospital. >> If you come back, you'll be arrested. You'll be arrested if you come back. I'm going to get in my vehicle. >> Excuse me. Can't get in my vehicle. >> No, you can turn around cuz if you walk if you walk on me like that, you will you're going to get in my vehicle. >> Where's your vehicle? Report this. Hold on. You telling me to get I can't get in my vehicle to leave. >> Where's your vehicle? >> It's right there where I was walking to before you pulled out the firearm. >> This is not a firearm. This is >> Hold on. Record this here. You're telling me to leave, but I can't go to MY VEHICLE. AND YOU GOT A FIRE POINTED AT PEOPLE. YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE, BUT I CAN'T GO TO MY VEHICLE. >> Make this make sense. Please help. >> Walk. >> I'M TRYING TO GO TO MY VEHICLE SO I CAN LEAVE THE PROPERTY. >> NOT RIGHT NOW. >> SO, how do I leave? >> You're going to stand right there. >> About to come back. >> Yes. You're trespassed. >> About to come back. >> You're trespassed. >> How are we supposed to get out? >> You're trespassed. >> It seemed like these two wanted to put a show on for the cameras. They were trying to paint themselves as victims and pretended they were being threatened with a taser for no reason. In an unfortunate turn of events, a bystander saw things escalating and jumped in. >> Get a police officer here now. I got an officer threatening to shoot me. She just wanted me to leave. I I'm at the St. Mary's Police Hospital. Um officer to leave. She told me I can't come back. I got I got right here. Please, please, please, please, please. >> My car's right there. My car's right there. How am I going to leave? I'm going to call the police right now. >> I'm going to call the police right now. >> Got a problem. All right, >> guarantee. >> Sir, I need you to move back. Please move back. >> Move back. Oh my god. >> Bro, move back NOW. >> CAN YOU BACK UP WITH THAT GUN, PLEASE? >> I WILL NOT. You will get tased. >> Threaten you. Can you hold your weapon, please? >> No. Continue and you're going to GET TASED. >> I'M NOT ARMED. >> CONTINUE AND YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> Thank you. If you refuse, you will be escorted off property as well. So, it's that simple. either move back or you're going to equally be asked to leave. So move. >> You don't need to be involved. >> Go. >> Oh my god. Are you Are you serious? >> The cop was getting frustrated as not a single person here was listening to her. She called for backup. Realizing things might get worse and she'd be outnumbered. >> You're going to wait here until another officer gets here. >> Okay. >> So I can wait here now. >> Right now you are staying right where you're at because you're going to get arrested for trespass after warning. >> Now I'm getting >> Yes. Sir, back up, >> sir. Back up on us. >> Back up. Back up. [laughter] >> Yeah. No. If he walks off, he'll be arrested. So, >> all right. >> I walked up on you once. >> I ain't threaten you. I ain't walked up on you. >> Keep an eye on where he goes. They continued bullying the officer and ridiculing her and eventually another unit arrived, emergency lights blaring. Seeing their comrade outnumbered in the middle of the road with her taser out, they immediately jumped into action. >> Drop the phone. Turn around. Keep your eyes where I can see you. >> Turn around. >> I'm on the phone with perfect. Awesome. Fantastic. Stay where you're at. >> So, she asked us to leave our cars over there. How we supposed to leave our cars over there? All right. Yeah. >> Do do me a favor. Sit on the curb. Would >> you just tell me? >> I'm going to put you in the car. All right. Cuz I got to stop. >> The cop found out that the man's mother was a patient at the hospital and that's why they were there in the first place. During their visit, however, there was a confrontation with one of the nurses and they were asked to leave. >> You want me to give You want me to give your the license and all that to your mom? >> No, I need that because that's her stuff. I got to keep all of that. >> Okay. Well, you're going to jail. So, >> going to jail for what? >> For trespassing. So, you're going to jail. So, it makes no sense for you to bring your mom's >> cards with you. You know what I'm saying? >> I'm getting out. I can't. They're not keeping me. I have to get out. >> Okay. What does that do about you keeping her ID and all that? >> I need I need that. I'm feel >> All right. I'm tell you're going to listen to me. >> No, you're going to listen to me. You can run it. I'm already going to jail. So, you're asking me what? >> So, you want another charge? >> Another charge for what? >> Fail to identify. Boy, my identification is in there. You just told me that. >> It is not. >> All right, sweetheart. Sweetheart, >> what I am telling you, sweetheart, >> is that I got your name off of your credit card. >> Sweetheart, >> what? >> However, you identify me, right? >> No. >> Okay. >> I just know your name. >> Have a great day. What's your Have a great day. >> I'll gladly give you another charge. >> Have a great day. >> You're in my car. I ain't going nowhere. >> Oh, well. Okay. Neither am I. >> You're going to jail. >> Okay. Are you deaf, heart of hearing, mute, >> all that? [laughter] >> Yeah, it's really no surprise as to why you're in this situation. >> You don't take instruction very well. >> So, shut the door. >> No, I think I will. >> Oh, okay. I really don't get >> The woman refused to identify herself, which could add one more charge. Things then got even more heated as they continued sniping at each other. >> Unfortunately, I don't get the pleasure of transporting you. I'm going to go home. So, >> all right. I'll go home, too. Trust me cuz this ain't nothing but a simple trespassing. >> I wouldn't be surprised if you consider jail home. You probably go in and out so often that it is >> that it is home, right? I know, right? And your mommy probably suck your so much that y'all probably just know the incest is just natural. Huh? Huh? >> Yeah. By who? >> Your mother. >> She's dead. >> No. Well, no wonder. >> No wonder what? >> She's dead. >> No wonder what? >> She's dead. >> Okay. Yeah, that's that's natural. People die. Yeah. >> Cuz of me. How is it? Because of me. >> Yeah, I'm sure. >> So again, you're so concerned about me. Why? >> Because you're my arresty. >> Oh, okay. I'm not your daughter, though. >> Or I know, right? >> My daughter is not ever going to end up. >> Thank God. Thank God. Thank God. You're right. Thank God. >> So again, you're so concerned about me. Why? >> Because that's another charge and that's me doing myself. >> Again, you're so concerned about me. Why? I'm not. I'm just concerned about charging. >> Okay. So, if you're not, then again, please just >> please just go >> go. >> The officer noticed she was wearing an ankle bracelet and he figured she was on parole, an allegation she denied. Ultimately, they charged the couple with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. On the 15th of March 2022 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, the cops were called to a strip mall parking lot. According to a witness, a man and a woman were arguing and the woman hit the man in the face with a liquor bottle. When the cops arrived on scene, they just got more riled up. >> Stop. You over here right now. Away from the car now. Away from the car. Sir, get over here. >> You just told me. >> I said you over here. >> We're fine. >> I DON'T CARE. NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> YES, WE ARE. >> STOP. >> We were arguing. >> I don't care. Stop. Both of you are going to stop. So, I got another unit here. >> I'm not. >> Okay. You're not saying nothing. Everybody's chilling. >> Now, you're not allowed to walk away. Stay right here. >> 144. >> You don't call anymore. >> I did call that. >> Yes, you did. >> I did it by accident. >> The boyfriend here was 28-year-old Lee and the girlfriend was 32-year-old Nicole. Tensions were high and the cops saw blood on Lee's right arm. Another unit arrived and the cops decided it was best to separate them so they could question them separately. How do you get that cut on your thumb? >> What are you talking about? >> Right there. >> Nothing. I threw food. >> Okay. That doesn't happen for throwing food. >> What are you talking about? >> Let me see your ID. Let me see your ID. >> I don't have ID. >> Okay. What's your name? >> That is I don't have an ID. >> What is going on? Why? Why, dude? I >> Okay, you're not just having argument because I just had people I just had people calling in saying, "You just punched this girl. She hit you with a liquor bottle. You're bleeding from the face. >> Where would I bleed? on your on your on your face. Yes. So therefore, I know that something's happening and you're lying about it right now. >> I had a special in the car. >> What is going on? What's happening? >> Okay. All right. You're both about to go to jail then. >> For what? >> Breach your peace. >> Okay. So, you're going to take me out. I mean, come on, man. Like, >> why you why you >> be cooperative? >> I am being cooperative, bro. >> Okay. Who is she to you? >> My girlfriend. >> How long have y'all been together? >> For a long time either. >> Y'all got kids together? >> Not yet. >> Y'all live together? >> Yes, sir. >> Where at? >> Huh? Where? >> Around like I'm not being around like wherever you said. >> The boyfriend said they were currently homeless. The officer noticed Lee's erratic body movements and his widely dilated eyes and had a pretty good hunch they might be on. >> You have my wallet. Can you give ME MY ID, PLEASE? CAN I GET my ID? >> Do you want to tell me what this fight's about? >> It's relationship stuff, dude. >> Relationship stuff? >> Yeah. I mean, it's not it's it's nobody's business. Like, >> it is it is our business. >> How is it your business? >> Domestic violence. Yes, I do. >> Okay. Where's domestic violence? >> Okay. I I would like to scratch my face. >> No, you did. >> Okay. >> A witness. >> A witness saw you. >> Did I get a picture? >> We about to was reported to us. >> Okay. >> Like I accidentally called the cops. >> Okay. Well, let me >> So, I accidentally called the cops. So, nobody else did. I accidentally called the cops. >> The man's aggressive behavior intensified even more. He continued stonewalling the officer and when told to put his hands behind his back, he refused, prompting the officer to take serious action. >> Do it now. >> No. >> Do it now. >> No, dude. Like, >> do it now. I'm going to tase you, dog. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> THEY'RE ABOUT TO TASE ME. >> I WANT THAT TASER. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> They're not doing nothing. BABY, >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Sir, put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. Turn around and put your hand behind behind your back. Do it now. Please >> put your hand. >> I'm not going to >> turn around. Put your hand. >> Stay there. >> No. Come up here, babe. Come on. No. Let >> put your hand. >> Put your hands. >> He argued with the officers, even telling his girlfriend to ignore their commands. They clearly instructed the man to surrender, but he instead decided to walk away from the officer, giving the cops more reason to act quickly. >> Dude, stop. >> What am I doing? Stop. >> What am I doing? >> Put your hands back. Put your hands behind your back. [screaming] >> I got him. [ __ ] STOP. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. [screaming] [groaning] >> TAS HIM. TASER. TASER. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back >> right now. Put your hands behind YOUR BACK. [groaning] >> STOP. [screaming] >> GET OFF. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. MY HANDS ARE CLIMBING. [ __ ] STOP RESISTING. >> STOP. >> I THOUGHT you going to pay for this. >> Are you good? >> During the struggle, Lee's shoes were knocked off and things were flying off the cop's utility belt. While Lee was on the ground, the cops searched him and found suspicious items in his pockets. >> Watch. Hey, what what's going on? >> All right. Well, you're being detained as well. >> Why? >> Huh? >> Why? I've never been arrested. >> Well, I It doesn't matter. I don't know exactly why. They just asked me to detain you. So, just do me a favor. Hold that. >> I'm being arrested. >> You're being detained at this point. >> Okay. >> If you don't roll around, I will. >> Stop moving. I want you to stop moving. >> What do you need me to do? >> You're going to stay right here until you need me to do >> You're going to stay right here until >> I heard that. >> Tell me what you need me to do and I'll do it. Stay where you are. >> Okay. Now, now you want to do that. Okay. >> I don't need your help. >> No. Leave him here. >> Okay. I got him sitting. >> Get your hand off. >> No, I'm fine. >> Trash. >> Y'all do. >> Where's the blood coming from? >> Don't worry about it. >> I remember from where you shot me time. >> He's a piece of that guy right there. Yeah, you the one I'm looking at. I know. There's eight cops here and he's the only one I'm talking to. She wants to give me a huh? No. No. We need a vehicle. Pro here. Who be the the cool. >> The officers waited with Lee till Le could arrive and check him. Meanwhile, other officers talked to his girlfriend who gave more details about the altercation and what started the whole thing. >> My car and then I just he finally came. He parked our computer and I told him to get out my car and we're going to get out my car and we're going to argue and food was strong. >> Okay. and I called to scare him and then I hung up. >> I called the cops. No one hit anybody. >> It was hard to believe that only food was thrown since when the cops arrived, they were both bleeding. Food could not have caused those injuries. But their lives were about to catch up to them because little did they know, the entire altercation was recorded by a witness. Okay. >> Okay. >> ID on him. >> Yeah, they had it when you dumb. >> I think he's going to the hospital. What's it like if you don't know? >> Lee changed his mind about going to the hospital and he might have been worried about what they'd find because he knew they'd do blood work. Even though Lee wanted to go straight to jail, the cops still wanted to make sure he was okay. You know what I >> get? Whatever. >> Jack, you right? >> Not really, dude. We're we're going to get you up to the hospital. >> I mean, obviously it's not that important. Like you're taking you to jail like the hospital. You think it'd be a little more quicker. >> But do you want to go to the hospital? >> Dude, Sure. Whatever. I want to go wherever she's going. How long? She goes to hospital. I'll go to jail. >> Okay. We'll take you up there, get you looked at, get you fixed, get you cleared. >> I I just specifically told you where I went. So, she just goes to jail, then I'll go to jail. If I go to hospital, >> I mean, dude, I'm not Sir, I'm not I'm not I'm not trying I know I'm being I'm trying not to be >> right. I don't know. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like it just I would I mean I honestly just what's the [ __ ] Force >> the cops still didn't have testimony from either of them about just what had happened before they arrived. However, they did find a witness who filled them in on what happened before the cops were called. He like was able to lock her out of the car and then he kind of like pulled his car forward a little bit onto her a little bit and then they just kind of kept going in and out of the car. They would run around the car each other a little bit and he get back in the car and windows at some point in his car. >> Yeah. She was like kind of in the car. >> The cops found a glass pipe in Lee's pocket and after testing it, it came back positive for he was charged with aggravated battery, resisting with violence and a violation for narcotics. They found on Nicole and charged her with a narcotics violation. On the 7th of April, 2024 in Ocala, Florida, cops on routine patrol spotted a green Chevy Silverado pulling a trailer without a license plate. >> Hello. How you doing? I'm Officer Boyer with the Ocala Police Department. I pulled you over cuz you don't have a tag on your trailer. >> You just bought it? >> Yeah, I just bought it. >> Okay. I still can't have it on the roadway without a trailer tag. >> Okay. I have a trailer tag at the DMV. I just haven't went and went and done the whole swapper because we just bought it. >> Okay. You bought it today? >> No, I didn't buy it today. I bought it yesterday. >> Okay. You have your driver's license, insurance, and registration. >> Is this dog going to bite me? >> No. >> No, she's not. >> No. >> Yeah. No, I just got it yesterday. We just dropped off some food to a friend of ours. >> Okay. >> And uh I haven't made it to the DMV cuz, you know, they're not open on the weekend. So, I got to go there tomorrow. >> I hear you. >> Um that's >> Were you just picking the trailer up or you >> No, I picked it up yesterday. We just brought >> I know with the trailer on. Are you guys moving stuff or something? >> No, we bought the trailer yesterday, >> correct? >> Okay. He works. He has his own business and he had to work today and then we got food. >> Yeah. >> And we dropped some food off to a friend of ours and then tomorrow we got to go. >> I know. I'm just trying to figure out why you're hauling the trailer around today if you bought it yesterday. >> Because he had to work today. >> Okay. >> Oh. Oh, you guys used the >> Yeah, I got a a tool box full of tools and a ladder and At first, the woman seemed to be relatively respectful, but there was a hint of annoyance as she was asked more questions. The officer asked the woman for the VIN number or perhaps a bill of sale to make sure it wasn't stolen as the woman didn't have the title with her. >> I mean, you really needed three officers here for this. Like, >> how you doing, sir? >> Good. How you doing? >> What's your name, sir? >> Alvarez. >> Alvarez. >> Yes, sir. the messenger where we bought it off of Mark Marketplace with the guy ma'am. Okay. Um he owns a dumpster service. He's a businessman as well. He called the goat. He sold it to us. >> Okay. >> Sold. This is the trailer right here. >> Okay. Cool. >> From this guy. >> So, you'll see the picture. >> See, there's the pictures of it. >> Yeah. >> The paint. >> He painted it. He painted it up. Yep. See the same thing. And then you can go through here. See, we bought it. See conversation. I rated the seller. >> Very nice. >> Okay. 2 in. We asked him what's good. There's his address. >> The evidence on the woman's cell phone was enough for the cop to believe it wasn't stolen. But they were still suspicious of the couple and brought a canine out to sniff the vehicle. >> What's the problem? >> What was the cause for? >> I'll answer I'll answer all your questions. >> No, I want to know now. >> Okay. I have my That's fine. That's fine. So then it's a traffic stop. Okay. So, um, there's probable cause for the traffic stop. As long >> has no tag. What's the probable cause to have? >> She can she can call I'm I'm I'm explaining to you if you stop interrupting me. >> She can call the K9 at any point in time on any traffic stop. Okay. >> Well, then you can look it up. Roll your >> So, keep looking it up. >> That's fine. Just roll your window up so that uh so that you can come. >> I'll call him. I'll call him. >> Ma'am, roll your window up. Roll your window up for me, please. a probable cause because I'm not going to allow you to >> I don't need it. Can you roll your window if I don't want you? >> I want a supervisor here now. >> Okay. Well, the dog's going to walk regardless. >> Listen, I was pulled over for a tag not being on the trailer. I do not give you no consent to see or search. >> It's an open air sniff. >> It doesn't matter. You do not get to do this on a typical. What is your articul suspicion? >> I don't need it. >> I don't need it. >> Yes, you do. >> No. While one officer led the dog around the vehicle, the other officer continued arguing with the woman. She seemed to be trying anything and everything to stop these cops from conducting the search. >> You cannot legally you are not allowed. You have to have a suspicion in sight in your view of something in order to call you. >> No ma'am. If we have sight, we would have pulled you out of the vehicle. >> Pull me over for what? >> What' she pull me over for? that that BC >> Why did she pull me? I want a supervisor here now before we go any further. No, sir. >> No, sir. Because we we were in an area that you guys think is a suspicious area. That's why you pulled us over. I have no trailer tag that gave you the cause to pull me over. Write me my ticket. Give me my ticket. You have no probable cause to do any air or anything. >> I'm trying to I'm trying to I'm trying to explain it to you guys and work with you guys. >> I want to supervise. Either you roll the window up and cooperate because we're we're already at this point or we're going to start pulling people out of the car. >> I'm calling 911 right now. I want a supervisor here. >> You can call everybody. >> It doesn't matter anyway. >> Call the president if you like. >> There's no reason for them. >> So, all right. Well, then we're going to go ahead and start pulling everybody out of the cars then. >> The cops realized that no amount of explaining was going to get these people to cooperate. One cop stood by the boyfriend while the other officer stood by the girlfriend and directed them both to get out, which of course kicked off some more heated debate. >> Believe my uh driver is on the phone with 911 requesting a supervisor. Can you send >> Just so you guys know, Pennsylvania versus Mims? >> Listen, I'm I'm invoking my fifth amendment. I'm not speaking to That's totally fine. That's totally fine. >> Pennsylvania versus Mims gives us >> Thank you. I need a supervisor here, please. >> Gives us the ruling to have you guys step out of the vehicle. Okay. Pennsylvania versus Ma'am. Can you step out? >> I told you to get I will arrest you for resistance if you don't GET OUT OF THIS CAR. >> I will arrest you for nothing if you do not step out of the car. >> YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO VIOLATE MY CAR. >> SHE IS RESISTING. >> NO, I AM NOT RESISTING CHARGE. [laughter] Step out of the vehicle. Pennsylvania door. Not closing the door. >> Stop calling. >> Before we proceed, I want to supervis. But I'm not closing this door. You don't have that right. >> This entitled and arrogant woman thought she knew more about the law than a trained law enforcement officer. The cops were getting tired of their arguing and patiently waited for the right time to make a move without things escalating to violence. Do not unlock MY DOOR. >> YOU GUYS HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE in my vehicle. >> Get away from the car. >> We've been trying to We've been trying to explain it to you guys, man. >> You guys aren't listening. >> Get away from the car. You just broke into our vehicle. >> You're right. The window is down. That's the issue. She wasn't rolling it up. She wasn't >> My dog stepped on it and I kept asking for a supervisor. The dog, the buttons work while the key until that door opens. They won't stop going UP AND DOWN. MY DOG ROLLED IT DOWN. >> OKAY. WHILE I WAS ASKING FOR a supervisor and I refused to go any further. Tell a supervisor, but I'm you still need to respect me as a citizen. It's a simple traffic stop. Write me my ticket and I will go about my day. >> The cops informed the woman that they couldn't just let things go as she was now disobeying orders and delayed the whole process unnecessarily. The cops called for a supervisor and informed the couple that in the meantime they were being detained. >> Are you either you step out or I'm going to have to put hands on your brother. I don't want to do that. Listen, if you touch me, that is called that is called aggravated battery. Don't touch me. Listen, you don't need I'll get out on my own free will. Get What are you touching me? That's what I'm trying to touch. Don't touch me. You're being detained. Well, for what? What did I do? I am a passenger in a vehicle right now. >> Can you not touch me? And I'll step out myself. I will. Sir, I will step out myself. >> What are you doing, bro? I got DAMAGE ON MY NECK. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? STOP. What are you doing? >> Don't touch me and I'll step out like I'm closing my door. Okay, put your hands back. >> I'm closing my door. >> You are being detained if you don't >> What are you detained me for? >> What are you detained? >> BECAUSE YOU WERE ABOUT TO BE DETAINED. >> STOP. Not stop for a second. I'm going TO TELL YOU WHY. Because our sergeant is on the way and he asked. >> BUT THAT'S NOT STOP. I HAVE A MESSED up back. I am hurt. >> Tell you right now, don't put your hands behind your back so I can detain you. I will. >> The couple kept insisting that the cops had closed their car doors, but to the cops here, it was starting to look like they were hiding something. So, the cops brought the canine and walked the dog around the truck. [laughter] >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> Okay, that's a good boy. >> The canine sat down, indicating the dog had picked up on the smell of contraband. The cops opened the truck up and began searching the interior. And as you might have guessed, they quickly found what the couple was hiding. There you go. Well, we can agree to the problem, right? It's not legal yet. >> It's not a lot. >> Yeah, >> it's not a lot. >> Still going to jail. >> He said that they're not trained to alert on. So, he alerted on something. >> I did not say it. I never said that. You're correct, but I never ever said that. It may have been one of the other officers that I said was you. >> Well, watch your recording then. >> I will. I will. >> I will. But, you know, like I said, this was a fishing expedition. You guys saw the difference because the year we were at a bot, my bot that I smoked because I have chronic pain. So, >> I'll snipe some I saw you guys. I watched you guys circle all around the park. >> Not me. I wasn't even over on this side of town. >> Super cold within five minutes. So So that tells me that her reason for pulling me over was not anything to do with the tag. >> Yes, there is a tag, but she had it already in her mind to have you in route. So >> the area that we were at, >> you are entitled to your opinion, ma'am, by all means. >> The cops completed their vehicle search and used their field testing equipment to verify what they found. And with the results in, they were about to get a verdict. >> I I have a bad experience with all you guys. You know, when you have an active lawuit, when you have an active lawsuit going, Marian County is the worst. Okay? Do you not know y'all Marian County? We're OPD. >> Come to Marian County on vacation, leave on probation, and revisit on violation. That is our county's motto. >> Don't break the laws, and you won't have to have that mot. >> Not only did it test positive for THC, it also tested positive No, no, no, no, no. I don't do >> No, ma'am. Cuz I What did I tell you over there? I told you that all roadside. That's all this is. >> This is a field test and one side is pink, the other side is orange, which indicates >> and we also scan a barcode. >> I That's just strictly pot. >> Okay. Well, >> that's all it was. >> According to this, >> I'll tell you. >> It's all on my body camera. It's just hot. >> They're saying that the pot has >> What? >> Yeah, >> that's crazy. >> And I saw her >> go over here by THE TRUCK. REMEMBER WHAT I SAID to you earlier? >> I didn't trust what she did. >> You want to see it? >> Yeah. >> Would you like me to field test it in front of you? >> I would like to see the weed that you took out of my purse. >> Okay. No, you didn't. You did this number >> and make sure that I can make sure that it's the same stuff. The cops were done with her excuses and her accusations. They charged the woman with resisting without violence, possession of illegal substances, and operating a motor vehicle that was unregistered. From angry outbursts to thinking they knew the law better than the cops, the entitled couples in today's episode tried anything and everything to avoid responsibility. And while they did act tough, the cops were even tougher.
