ground even in the face of such oppression all the tactics Tried by the cops yielded no results and they eventually had to relent admitting that they were no match for the child do not step forward for a white Toyota pickup with stickers that had been involved in a robbery earlier that day the officer soon found a truck matching the description the problem was he stopped the wrong truck right where's she at she at home where uh no uh what's it called the theater let me see yeah no that's where the mom is is right yeah we have to call cuz this is a Tru the driver was 17-year-old Adam Pacho who was stopped at gunpoint and brutally manhandled and handcuffed all because of a crime he knew nothing about what's up you're good to go bro yeah yeah no worries she's just freaked out that was no so we were giv information that this uh vehicle was possibly used in armed robbery earlier in the day so that's why we pulled it over is this what was going on by Mye yes ma'am yeah so that's why we pulled it over but once we realized it wasn't I mean it's not him so he's he's good to go so okay yeah you okay okay yeah so that's that's after keeping PCO for about 10 minutes the cops eventually realized their mistake and released him this doesn't erase the mental distress that the teenager had to go through in those minutes and so a lawsuit was filed against the city of Espanola for the
