If she wants, I will give it to her. >> You either NEED TO GET INTO THAT. >> SO, HE dragged you? >> Yeah, he dragged me. He dragged me when I came over here and I don't even like remember that good because I'm so dramatic and I'm so uncom. Sometimes beautiful women think that having a hot body is all that matters. They flash a smile, lick their lips, turn on the charm, and expect the world to let things slide. But even the power of beauty has its limits when the cops stay focused on upholding the law and proving that petty privilege doesn't work with no nonsense police. Uh, >> Vanessa, put your shirt on, please. >> On the 28th of November, 2023 in Lake Forest, Ohio, it was a cold winter night when the cops pulled over a vehicle driven by Vanessa Castreon. After observing the woman making some very odd movements, the officer wanted to make sure that everything was copacetic. >> Hi. >> I'm Vanessa. Are you standing? >> I am. >> No, I'm sorry. No. >> What are you guys What are you guys doing here? >> No, I live I live right here. >> Don't do this to me. No, I live right here. I'm not going to drive anymore. I'm just trying to get the >> Okay. Um, >> just, you know, you got to >> I'm sorry. >> No, >> it looks like Vanessa's companion must have been drinking truth serum. On the one hand, it was great he was being honest, but on the other, his honesty guaranteed Vanessa would be in serious trouble. But to be fair, by the way Vanessa greeted him, he probably could have guessed she was drunk. >> Where do you live? >> Like right there. >> Here. >> Yeah. So, >> no. Live right there. >> Where where did you guys come from? >> No. Like we've been staying right here. Like we've been trying to stay. So, we just wanted to show you a video, but if you don't want to see it, that's okay. >> No, I'm just asking where you guys coming from cuz I did see you guys pull in here earlier. So, I just want again you see a car with two people in it at 1 in the morning. I got to make sure everything's okay, you know. >> No, we're okay. We just wanted to see you like pull up and like look at the video. >> Okay. >> The explanation Vanessa gave was that of a very sloppy drunk. In her mind, she probably thought she was being adorable. But from an external perspective, both her speech patterns and her thoughts were supremely ridiculous. She didn't get pulled over so she could show the cop some random video. >> Can I see your your driver's license? >> No worries. He's just making sure that I'm okay. It's late at night, you know. >> Okay, >> keep looking for your ID. Okay, I'll be right back. >> Hey, Vanessa, did you find your driver's license? >> Um, I have my >> You don't have your ID or anything? >> Trying to figure out what >> Okay, look. So, you can have this No problem. >> I live literally right there. So like I >> could do you have your driver's license or anything? >> [snorts] >> I >> live >> I I So right now I'm living So I lived my um >> Oh my god. No. No. What's up? >> I'm just asking for ID. I need to know who I'm talking to. I know you say your name's Vanessa, but I just need some some sort of identification if you can. as she was unable to show ID. Instead, she was trying to talk her way out of trouble. For the next 45 minutes, she tried various tricks, including speaking Spanish with the officer. When that didn't work, she had some other lame ideas. >> Dude, I'm freaking out and having a mental >> There's nothing to be freaking out about. Like I said, I'm trying to work with you and I'm asking you a mental >> Can I have Can I have a mental attack? I mean, do you need paramedics to come check you out? >> No, because I actually >> So, there's nothing to be nervous about. All I'm asking is for your identification. I want to identify who I'm talking to right now. >> Yes, because >> that's Can I Can I say something? What's so crazy? >> Were you guys out? >> No. >> No. We were >> We were out here just being Oh my god. You know what's so crazy? >> I'm listening. >> The fact that I live here and I've asked him, "Hey, can we just be okay?" And I'm so cold. I'm so cold. So am I. I'm out here. I I know you are, but I'm so I'm just like I don't know what I'm doing. >> All right, Vanessa. Listen to me. I need to get some sort of identification. Do you have a picture of it or you have it with you? Can I please see it? >> I think I've asked you. >> You have I'm so Okay. Sorry. I'm I'm so >> So am I. Vanessa kept talking in circles and with each passing moment, she was getting more and more eccentric. Also, she was lying through her teeth. But from the officer's perspective, things were very straightforward and he saw overwhelming evidence for DUI. >> How much How much have you had a drink tonight, Vanessa? >> No, nothing. Can Do you want me to open Do you want me to open it up? >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Nothing. I can clearly smell it. >> No, you can't. This is I went to my home. >> I went to my home. So, you can >> You weren't that from what I where I was at. You weren't home. >> No, I was. >> You came east on Deer Path, took a ride on Western, and you came in here. >> No, it was. >> Yeah. So, how much have you had a drink tonight? I can I can smell. >> And clearly your friend said that you were drunk. >> I just The woman I came up with my cat. >> This woman's cat was not going to save her. But don't worry because the cat didn't starve. The cops allowed her friend to leave and feed the cat. In the meantime, Vanessa's attitude took a very hard turn, especially when she realized the cop wasn't putting up with her nonsense. You don't know how much I earn a year. >> I honestly >> you don't give a >> cuz it doesn't affect me, Vanessa. I'm If you earn a lot of money, you more than me. Good for you. I'm happy for you. >> But >> the better you progress. >> I want you to give up because I see you around the street. I see you. I do. >> Yeah. Cuz my job is to patrol the the the streets of Lake Forest. >> Yeah. I got to make sure no one breaks into cars. And I see a car that has two people in it. I got to make sure everyone's okay inside. >> You shut the up. >> You white piece of What the do you do? What the do you do? >> Vanessa was being a disgusting racist. The cops here were just doing their jobs and Race had nothing to do with it despite the amount of alcohol swimming around in her brain. Completely out of options, she then accused the officers of having indecent intentions. >> So bad. >> I'm just doing an investigation. That's it. >> An investigation. >> Figure it out. Don't play with me. Everything's being audio and video recorded. It's all recorded. Everything's >> I already told you. >> My hands are literally crippling. Crippling and I want to go home. >> Okay. >> My house is down the street. >> Okay. Just answer me this question and that's it. And this will determine what happens next. Do you want to do the exercises? Yes or no? One way or another, they still had to do field sobriety tests or they'd have to test her blood alcohol level. Whatever the case, it probably wasn't going to be that simple. Back at the station where it was warmer, it looks like her emotions were starting to unravel. >> Piece of >> All right. So, that was You did not need to spit at me. >> I did. I need you to face me. Take me right now. >> Take me to jail. Take me to jail. Take me to jail right now. >> She spit. She spit. She spit. >> So that's going to be an extra charge. >> I know. >> Okay. >> Right now. >> All right, Vanessa. In order for me to get you off the handcuffs, I do need to do a search. We didn't have a female on on >> I want a female, >> but there is a I want a female. And I'm going to explain how I'm going to search the way I search. >> Boy, I want a female. The last time a female search me, sheing search my and it hurts. >> And I'm going to sue the out of you. Oh. Oh. Touch me. Touch me. >> I'm going to use the back of my hand. >> Touch me >> to make sure you don't have anything on you. Okay, >> fine. >> It's the back of my hand. >> Touch me. Touch me. I'm going to piss myself right now. >> Vanessa turned this thing into a full-blown psycho drama. One moment she was cursing at the officer and in the next moment she was being flirtatious. Then suddenly she threatened to pee herself if she didn't get her way. >> Give me a second. >> Leave your Leave your shirt on, Vanessa. I'm going to let you use the bathroom back there. >> You >> I'm not closing it. I'm giving you privacy. >> Go to the bathroom and come back out. >> Go to the bathroom and come back before you close. >> I need you to go use the bathroom. You say you want to use the bathroom, right? >> I'd rather piss myself right now. Use the bathroom. I'm only doing this to give you privacy. >> Vanessa, please use the bathroom. >> Thank you, sir. >> No, I'd rather have >> absolutely everything that I >> use the bathroom. Use the bathroom or you're going to go else you're going to be caught to the wall. >> Oh, me right now. >> I don't care if you piss yourself to the wall. You might think Vanessa was just being kinky, but it wasn't about seduction. It was really about control. Handcuffed to that bench, she refused to use the toilet. Like denying herself that basic need was some desperate way of staying in charge. The cops even tried to let the woman put her shirt back on, but her reaction was just unbelievable. >> I want to give you the respect that you deserve and that give you that >> privacy. Private looking phone. >> Uh, >> Vanessa, put your shirt on, please. >> Vanessa, if you don't do that, I'm going to put you back on handcuffs on the bench. Okay. I don't want to do that. I want you to use the bathroom and take care. >> It's so hard on my I rather you right now. What the >> I want to myself. >> Is that even how it goes? >> Vanessa, put your shirt back on. I'm just going to put himself actually. It's like, do you condemn her? >> Even the simple act of putting her shirt back on became quite a spectacle and truly bizarre. babbling like a half-dressed mommy, demanding violence, and pretending she couldn't get dressed. Then suddenly, she snapped into focus again, throwing a rhetorical grenade and condemning Hamas. The entire thing was like a onewoman freak show. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Oh, thank you, baby. >> No more spitting. No more spitting. >> Are you sure? >> Yep. >> Thank you. >> You should be spitting on yourself, so it's your prerogative. >> I love it. >> Double wax. Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. I wish to speak to every single one of you. You piece of [ __ ] >> So, you're you're willing to answer questions? >> Of course, baby. Do additional test. >> Oh, of course. One of her talents was being bilingual and she was now having a bilingual meltdown. That face shield kept her spit from flying, but nothing stopped the poisonous words spewing out of her mouth. All in all, it was a twisted performance and likely the cops would never forget it. >> Sit down. >> Is there an apartment number? >> Play with me. >> Sit down. >> Yeah, there's an apartment number. >> What's the apartment number? >> Do you want to respect me like you respect me? >> What's the apartment number? >> Yeah. >> 293. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Put me in a [ __ ] wall. Put me on the [music] wall. >> Have a seat. >> Thank you. >> Oh my gosh. [screaming] Tell me right now. Right now, you [ __ ] pieces of I don't want to be here. >> You [ __ ] >> They charged Vanessa with resisting a peace officer, making an improper turn, aggravated battery on a peace officer, and of course, driving under the influence. As things turned out, she'd done it before and was a repeat DUI offender. And believe it or not, the first time around, she acted inappropriate, hitting on those cops as well. On the 3rd of September, 2023 in Chambley, Georgia, the cops were called to a gas station one night after reports of a drunk woman known as Miss Roberts driving erratically on a very flat tire. >> Hello. >> No, I baby. >> She came back to the store wanted to run her mouth again. No, he is. You want to act ignorant? >> My car. You want to act ignorant? My car. >> I have a flat tire. I asked for help. >> Okay. Where's your car? >> He want to touch on my ass. You're going to get you. Morgan and Morgan will contact. >> Where's your car, man? >> My car is right here and it has a flat tire. I asked for help, but because I look like this, you want to touch on me? That is never okay. Are you dumb? 368. >> Right off the bat, Miss Roberts was focused on her emotional performance. Unwilling to face the truth, she accused people of inappropriately grabbing her. The strategy here was to lie as much as possible to try and get control of the narrative. But little did she know, she had already lost the plot. >> She was driving. >> I'm a drunk on me. >> Oh, I can. >> Who? >> I saw you drive with a flat tire. Exactly. Come in here. So you can't put drunk on me. >> Oh, watch me. >> Okay. >> I have no problems with it. >> Oh, cuz your neck is flat and fat. You want to put drunk on me? I'm not. >> So, how did you get here? >> I asked. I came here. You >> drove? You know what? Don't even worry. >> So, no matter, let me see your driver's license. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> I know. I want to You need to take a ma'am. >> That's it. Nope. Nope. Nope. >> Don't do that >> because I do my I'm not drawing though. >> Okay, >> that's fine. >> You can't talk to me like that. >> Wait, give my >> No, you threw it at me. Well, it's mine now. >> Because you can't talk to me like that. >> I'm telling you. >> I called you guys because he was talking to me like that. >> Oh, I'm good. All right. Hold out with it. >> Oh, it's going with you. Don't worry. He get the cab. >> It's fine. I'm not drunk. >> Okay. >> But >> I'm not drunk. I just called I called you guys. >> You passed me a few minutes ago riding on a flat tire and you just told me you drove here >> and the condition you're in. >> I'm not drunk, baby. >> The arresting officer was in no mood for games or any pointless chatter. Case in point, on the way back to the station, he turned the radio up super loud. When they finally arrived, Miss Roberts decided to use her sex appeal to pass the time. >> But I'm not going to have you just I don't want to have sex with you. >> No, baby, not you, baby. >> I'm not going. But they did piss me so off. Face >> the purple, please. Put your hands in the car. >> You get the keys off the thing and see what's coming. >> What? >> The keys to her car. >> Yeah. Where they at? >> All night or you guys can tell me that I'm at >> all night. >> No. Well, if you're going to be good right now, huh? >> I love you. >> I love you. >> Suspects do have the right to remain silent, but just like Miss Roberts, they seldom exercise it. But she went on letting out an endless stream of words. Next up, she then started talking randomly about two Nigerian men who nobody had actually seen. >> Yeah, I was outside with some Nigerians. Then because I didn't and I have a BMW, so it's a round flat. Obviously, it wasn't working too well. >> No, it's a run flat. >> But for the last for the last >> I guess five seconds, five days or whatever. >> Sweetheart, when you pulled out of the parking lot, >> my friend was acting like a flat tire, right? >> No, it was a flat tire. Totally. >> But it hasn't been like that. I'm I'm a boss. I'm not riding around with a flat tire. I'm not doing that. It's embarrassing. >> You did. >> I did that because I had to get away from What? >> I'm begging y'all. I'm pleasing y'all. AIN'T GOT BOTH TIME. HANDSOME. >> YEAH, he's he's not your type. >> I don't know. Both got fine. [laughter] >> It was obvious. Roberts thought the entire booking process was one big joke. She might have thought her money and sex appeal could get her out of real trouble. Sadly for this woman, it was all just for show. And once the cops set up the breathalyzer, it was time to administer the test. >> All right, Miss Roberts, can you set up for me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Stand right here for me, please. >> I don't need dancing. Can you turn around for me, please? >> I'm not trying. I just >> Okay. >> So, I have like this BUBBLY I'M FROM SAN FRANCISCO. I HAVE LIKE THIS bubbly spirit and all my friends is like, "You're weird." I'm not wearing cuz I have a bubbly spirit. >> Just take a deep breath. You can blow this tube right here. >> Yes, sir. >> Come closer. I'll hold on to it. Just take a deep breath and blow for me. You actually got to blow. You're not blowing. >> You're sucking in. You can't suck in. >> Oh, blow. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. At this point, I'm drunk cuz you trying to You telling me to suck in. I'm blowing out like you tell me to blow out and I'm [ __ ] out. >> All right. Keep breath hard. 10 seconds 10 15 seconds. You guys keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. And stop. All right. You stop. Have a seat for >> Yes, sir. >> Have a seat. When getting arrested for DUI, many people feel shame, but not Miss Roberts. All she really wanted to do was party all night and shake her booty. On the breathalyzer, she blew twice the legal limit, which really wasn't too shocking. They took Miss Roberts to the Cal County Jail, and she was released a while later. On October 11th, 2024 in Fairlon, Ohio, sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a Mexican restaurant after reportedly a drunken angry customer refused to leave the premises. >> I have this drunk customer here. >> Yeah. She was trying to be nice with her and she was going to took her home. >> She start getting mad and she's trying to fight with her. >> Trying to fight with her? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did anything physical happen? >> Not really. >> What do you mean by not really? Like like did she hit somebody? She pulled her pulled her hair. Do you want to press charges on that? >> I guess. >> Do you want her arrested? >> We just want her out. >> Just want her out. Okay. >> I just drove. >> You drove here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How you getting home? >> Uh I'm not getting home. I just told them actually before I got here. I say I'm 7. So I wasn't driving home. >> Okay. So how come we get you home? >> Can you drive me home? >> Where you live? Well, I don't show you. >> It was closing time and everybody just wanted to go home. The intoxicated woman, Zarya, obviously could not drive herself. A little bit earlier, the waitress had offered her a lift, but she lashed out. At this point, even the cops were thinking about giving her a ride, but she wouldn't accept their help. >> I want you to get home. >> It's a cop. My My dad is the cop. >> Where? >> In Detroit. >> So, if I call him Yeah. He would never be like, "Don't worry. I want to see you get home." >> Well, I I want to make sure you're home safe. That's That's kind of what we're saying. >> I got her name. We're making progress. >> Progress. >> No, nothing. >> Nada. >> Now, I'm trying to ask her how we can >> It could be my father is a cop >> in Detroit. >> In Detroit. He will never be like, "Daughter, >> could you make it home or should I make it home?" >> The cop will call you home tomorrow. your best. I don't care about >> like listen, when you're adopted, you have you have parents? >> I do. >> You have parents? >> I have I have one. >> I don't I don't have parents. >> Okay, so >> I think we're I THINK WE'RE >> I DON'T GIVE a >> listen to me. >> No, we're done listening cuz now you're being rude. >> Be mean to me. You're busy. >> How am I being mean to you? I want you to get home safely. >> Question. >> Okay, so what does she want to see? Done. >> Do you have parents? leave. >> Okay. So, here's what's going to happen now. See, I I've listened to you enough. Now, it's either we get you home safely, right? You call somebody to pick you up or you're going to detox. >> So, you you could talk to him, make that decision, but those are your two options. You call somebody to pick you up or you go to jail detox. Okay. I was trying to be nice to you, but now you're just being a right. >> The deputy here was spot on. She was causing a headache for everyone, and she craved attention for all the wrong reasons. Like a dog that bites the hand that feeds it. She saw everyone around her as an enemy. >> Why are you playing against me? >> I'm not playing against you. If I was going against you, you'd be cussed and and arrested. We don't want that. >> This guy said this guy said, "I don't know you." I told him that whole story. >> I know. So, how can we help you get home? >> Do you have someone you can call? You have >> Can you drive me home? >> I can drive you home. >> He said he couldn't. You know, you the backup plane. you >> backup plan? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Can you get me home? >> You have a friends with you? >> No, I don't. >> So, I got I got to release you to somebody that >> is able to take care of you. So, I can't let you go. I can't just drop you up at home and expect the best. I have to release you to someone that can take care of you. >> Okay. >> We care about your wellbeing and your safety. Okay. >> It's hard to imagine why she wouldn't just walk out the door and call it a night. She was all by herself and the restaurant was closed. There was no point at all in staying there. And if the woman was suffering from some sort of trauma, a Mexican restaurant was no place to resolve it. >> So, you have two options. I'm going to explain it to you. I SUGGEST YOU STOP TALKING. >> WHAT DID I do to the establishment? >> She's going to probably go for DOC AND TALK. >> OKAY. Take on the counter. >> I didn't do nothing to stop talking. >> What did I do? What did I do to establishment? >> If you don't stop talking, listen to me. You're going to go to jail. What did I do to the establishment? >> If you don't listen to me, you're going to go to jail. >> I'm listening. What did I do? >> Do you have someone that we can take you to tonight? >> Stand up. No, no, no. >> Don't start. You can't do this. Do not start this. I'm not going to do this, but like I'm not going to do this. But like, >> do we get our ID and everything? >> No. >> No. Why would you do this? I didn't do nothing. >> Nothing. I didn't do nothing. Don't do this. No. >> I didn't do nothing to you guys at all. At all. >> What did I do to you guys? >> What did I do to you guys? >> You're drunk and you TORE UP THIS RESTAURANT. [screaming] >> I DIDN'T DRIVE ANYWHERE. I DIDN'T DRIVE ANYWHERE. >> Take the guy to your car. >> We'll get the processing going. She's going to the county. >> She seemed like the type to pick fights with everyone around her, but had no chance of winning. On top of that, her listening skills were pretty much non-existent. As far as the helpful advice she was getting, she was paying no attention at all. As a result, she was on her way to jail. >> What are you resting me for? What are you resting me for? >> What? What did I do? What did I do? >> I'll explain once you sit down. >> No. What did I do? Give me my rights. Give me my rights. Give me my rights. What did I do? >> You pulled the waitress's hair. You >> No, I didn't pull [crying] her hair. Put it on camera. I DID NOT PULL her hair. I did not >> cameras. I did not pull her. I did not pull her hair. I did not pull her hair. I did not pull her. >> Either you go in willingly or push's hair. I did not pull nobody's hair. I did not pull somebody's hair. I did not pull nobody's hair. >> You have about 3 seconds to get in that car. >> Why did I pull somebody's hair? I didn't pull. >> We watched the video of it. Get in the car. >> No, I didn't. >> Yes. Let's get in the car. We're going to put you in the car. >> You did it. You did it. YOU DID IT. YOU DID IT. YOU DID IT. You did it. You did it. >> Ow. You You You literally bump me when I didn't do it. I didn't >> Stop bumping in the car. Pump in the car. >> I didn't do it. I didn't do it. I didn't do I didn't do it in the I didn't do it. I didn't do it. I didn't I didn't do that. >> I didn't do that. I did not do that. You You were deser some some >> There was video evidence of Zariah pulling the woman's hair, but that's beside the point. They gave her the option to leave without being arrested, but she flatly refused. The cops here were done trying to help her. At the jail house, Zariah [music] continued making enemies. >> You You just >> What? You just >> what? No. What? No. That's That was your call. You like what? That was what you did. >> No, you're not doing that. >> NO, THAT'S WHAT he did. That's what he said. What? >> Ma'am. >> No, THAT'S WHAT HE DID. BUT REMEMBER, I was called. >> Okay, I need to calm down. I get that you're frustrated and upset. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Has anybody has a man ever likes you? And then Yeah. The girls that haven't. >> Did you ever get a call? >> What you going to do? Hard me cuz you never lied to you before. What you going to do? What you going to do? >> She kicked you. >> She kicked me in the >> Okay. >> Yeah, we're going to do that. >> They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and assault on law enforcement. After exhausting the goodwill shown to her, she went on running her mouth while inside a holding cell. [music] On June 27th, 2024 in Wheaten, Illinois, the cops were dispatched to a neighborhood after witnesses saw a drunk woman walking from house to house harassing the homeowners. After coming back to her house, she used a knife to threaten her boyfriend. >> So, is there anyone in this room with her? My phone. >> Okay. Wait. Does she have weapons or anything? >> Uh, she had a knife in here, but I don't know if she >> Okay. What's [screaming] going on? >> Okay. Hey, stop it. >> What's her name? >> Amber. >> Amber. [screaming] >> Amber. Amber. It's the police department. CAN YOU CALM DOWN? >> AMBER. >> AMBER. HEY, my name's Brian. I'm with the police department. >> I want my son. >> Okay. Your son's here. He's okay. >> Okay, good. >> All right. Can we can we talk homelessly? >> My girlfriend's >> tango7 just for information. Um, prior to my arrival, Umbar has barricaded herself in the basement or her husband barricaded her in >> Where's my son? >> He's right in front. He's okay. >> Okay, good. Hey, can can you just TALK TO ME? NO. >> IS he just drinking? Do you live here, sir? >> I'm staying with her. Yeah. >> Okay. Are you uh the kid's dad? >> No. >> No. Just talk to me. >> Lady, what is the issue? >> Okay, then let me then talk to me. >> My son. >> No, I'm just an officer. Try I just talk to your son. He's scared. >> When it comes to children, we know it's up to parents to model good behavior. But in this case, the mother here was failing miserably. You've got to feel for her son as he's really going to have strange memories. His drunken mother barricaded down in the basement, wielding a knife and screaming at law enforcement. >> Let me see your face, Amber. >> Cuz I'm going to get you an ambulance. All right. >> But we don't know. Let me see. You've been drinking. You know you can lose a lot of blood like that. Let me see. Just give me a look. Please turn your face. I It's your bow. I see. Turn your face. Young lady, look at me. Look at me. Where you bleeding from? >> Nowhere. I need you for a police to leave my home. >> I will. I will. No, you don't. Hang on. Look at where are you bleeding at? >> I am an American citizen. I have the right to bear arms and I have the right for you to step out of my house. You >> said it. Stay right there. Stay right there. It's okay. I am therefore >> Oh, you're bleeding from Larson. >> I need for you to step out of my home. >> Larson. >> Amber, Larson, I need for you to remember. We just talked about we were all calm and we're going to talk about Lson. >> Miss Lson, >> relax. Relax. Oh, you have beautiful green eyes. >> Thank you. >> Amber was a hot mess. With her emotional instability, it must have been really hard on her family. However, Officer Larson was doing a hell of a job keeping calm. The ultimate goal here was to bring the encounter to an end without anyone getting hurt or any more laws being broken. >> We're getting better. How much have you had to drink today? >> Not enough. >> Not enough. It's a good >> L. Relax. Relax. >> Take my son while you wear it. >> I'm not Is he any relation to your son? >> None. Two weeks at the moment. >> How? Two months. >> Two weeks. >> Two weeks. >> Just cuz it >> relax. >> Yeah. No, I am relaxed. Get him out of here. >> What happened to your nose? >> He beat it up. >> He beat it up. All I see is a scratch. So, did he scratch you on your place? >> I'm an American citizen. I'm tired of it. >> Relax. Relax. We're just trying to figure out what's going on. We don't want anything. Donna. Hey, Donna. No. No. Your son's No. [laughter] No. He just He what you did. He's showing what you did. He's showing what you did. He's just showing what you did. He's [laughter] showing what you did. Stop. Stop. Stop. Your son's fine. Your son is fine. I promise. I promise you. Your son is fine. I promise you. Stop it. Stop it. Just talk to me. JUST TALK TO ME. >> ANYBODY TALKING TO YOU? >> From the looks of it, Amber was having a complete nervous breakdown and her manner of speech was completely bipolar. One moment she'd be reasonable and calm, and then suddenly she was ready to fly off the handle or act inappropriately sexual. >> You [laughter] scared me. >> I don't don't get scared. I don't like when you're inside. I don't like when you're inside. Just relax. >> I'm going to give you a seat. grabbing in the bathroom. >> Of course you think I was >> I don't know what the No. Here you go. >> What happened? Short version, please. >> On paper. >> Okay. >> Sure. >> Yeah. >> Not the one. >> How did you How did you get the cut on your nose? >> How? >> Huh? Ready? >> How? >> Oh, take me. Are you sure it wasn't you? >> You asked. >> I I didn't I didn't I didn't ask you to run to the wall, though. >> I didn't. >> So So what I'm asking is like, are you sure that he hit you? And how? With what? >> English, please. >> Do you want me to translate for you in English? I don't want to use >> What's that? >> American citizen. >> What does it have to do with our conversation? Not that it's really relevant, but you've got to wonder why Amber kept declaring she was an American citizen. She might have thought her citizenship would protect her from being arrested, but the reality was she was a danger to everyone around her and she desperately needed help. >> Never had a real woman, have you? >> Maybe. I have I have many kids, so we'll see. Well, maybe I did. >> Take my shoe off. >> No, I'm not taking your shoe off. >> Why not, Larson? >> It's not what my job description is. Stop playing. >> Oh, that man is handsome. Full beard. Oh, what is his name? Larson. >> Where were you before you came home? >> And like I said, >> I answered you. Go back to 18th Street. Where you come from? >> I got I got about >> I don't know nothing. I got fine. I know nothing. I got a clean record. >> Stop it. Stop it. How do you get so aggressive? Because I'm sick and tired of white men and white people. >> I haven't been nothing but nice to you, right? >> Why you make me? >> You want to see my underwear? >> No. Stop it. Stop it. >> Stop it. >> Okay. I always behave. Oh, you got a pretty gun. >> That's not my gun. >> Okay, that's your service gun. Okay, good. >> I got to ask you questions. >> Oh my god, you're turning me on, Larson. >> I don't mean to turn you off. >> You're making my wet. >> Well, it happens. Remember, of course, that her son was nearby and he could probably hear what she was saying. A lot of which was downright nasty. It's safe to say that nobody wants to hear their parents making crude sexual innuendo, especially at their own house. >> I'm an American citizen. I'm the owns and I am here because I need you to protect and serve me cuz I am the owner of this place. And I feel like I am in danger. I feel like I've been beat and I feel like I need you to protect me. >> Well, we don't operate on feelings, Robert, on facts. So, I'll let you know what the facts determine. Okay? >> And once we're at that point, you will know. >> My son? WHERE'S MY SON? >> YOUR SON? Your son's out here. It's fine. [laughter] You're fine. >> Where's my son? >> It's right outside the door. It's fine. Stay [music] on his phone. >> Get him away from me. >> Hey, >> relax. >> I am relaxed. >> Turn around first. Turn around. Where's her son at? >> She's outside. >> You committed criminal trespass to residents. They are pressing charges against you. >> You're going to be placed under arrest for criminal trespass. Okay. >> Aside from the criminal trespass charge, Amber was also arrested for disorderly conduct. On the 16th of January, 2023 in Florida on the campus at FSU, the cops saw a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction down a one-way street. It was the middle of the night and they pulled the vehicle over and found a very drunk young woman behind the wheel. >> I'm so sorry. My bad, y'all. >> Are you from Florida? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> No. >> Okay. Find your driver's license. Brazil, but I'm a legal citizen now because of Florida. >> So, do you have a Florida driver's license or >> Yes, I have a Florida driver's license. >> Okay. Um, >> can I see it? >> I have a picture of my passport. >> No, I need a picture of driver. >> So, you haven't drank any alcohol tonight? >> No. So, she got pretty banded. >> I'm talking about you. >> I know. I probably have like one drink or two drinks at my own house. >> Okay. How on a scale to one to 10 of being intoxicated? Like one going to like your stone cold server going to class on like a Tuesday morning, right? >> Mhm. >> Or like 10 being like passed out. >> No, like I'm I'm a >> two. >> There's a reason these FSU officers, like all cops, were so keen to follow protocol for DUI. Everybody knows that it's a serious danger to get behind the wheel of a car when you've had too much to drink. And the reality is it's easily avoidable. Plan for a designated driver or just call up an Uber. At that point, it was a DUI investigation. >> Do you do you drink often? >> No, I don't. And I just got into like God and Jesus and I'm just kind of like steering my way in there. >> Okay. But as of right now, I've had one maybe two drinks that were like >> Okay. >> hard alcohol. >> So, what what were the one or two drinks that you drank? >> Really depends. I don't know. >> All right. So, I'm going ask you again. >> If I feel like I'm like >> Do you feel that >> if I feel like I'm off? >> I'm home. >> Do you feel intoxicated at all right now? >> Right now, I feel off. So, I was going to ordered me and my friend and Uber home. >> Okay. But then >> Mhm. >> So you fell off right now? >> No. I've >> I've already told my friend that I was feeling off. >> Okay. What do What do you mean by off? >> Off means like I don't feel good. You don't feel safe enough to drive? >> I feel like a yucky Yes. >> So you don't feel safe enough to drive, but you were just driving. >> She fully admitted she was in no shape to drive. But hindsight's 2020. She'd already made a decision to drive drunk. And of course, there's no way to turn the time back. After miserably failing her sobriety test, at last, her moment of reckoning had finally arrived. >> Do you have anything on you that I don't know about? >> Uh, drugs, knives. >> Oh. Oh, no, no, no. I have tampons. Is that okay? >> That's fine. On you? >> Um, yeah, like between my legs. I think that's >> okay. How old are you? You were asking >> how old are you? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> How old do you want me to be? No, I'm just kidding. I'm I'm about to be 21. >> 20? >> Yeah. >> At 20 years old, technically she wasn't legal drinking age. To be fair, of course, underage drinking is common, but it really becomes a major problem if it fuels bad decisionm in other facets of life. Obviously, it was a lesson Maria needed to learn. Step over here and go ahead and remove all your >> I'm only comfortable doing >> I'm not comfortable. >> You don't have to take those off right now. >> Okay. Also, >> I'm not comfortable taking like taking away enough of my body. >> So, work around that. >> No, ma'am. You have to take everything off. >> No. So, if I call if I call enough people um to get I don't even know what to say. >> Okay. Well, what did I do? That was off. That was that your arresting officer just explained to you you have a DUI driving. Okay. >> Was I driving when you got me >> the wrong way down our oneway? >> Maria took a breathalyzer blowing 233 and 235. For someone her weight, that equates to about six or seven drinks, not too far from being blackout drunk. She got a DUI charge and was also given a ticket for driving the wrong way down a one-way street. On August 23rd, 2022 in Coral Springs, Florida, a domestic dispute required police intervention. Apparently, a fight broke out between an 18-year-old and her father, and the fight had taken an ugly turn. >> We're going to get medics to check you out. Okay. >> I was just protecting myself. >> Okay. 4203 1012 with the mail. >> She needs to go. >> Okay, just hold on. >> Can you test her for a DUI? >> Okay, why don't you just put that down for a second? >> This is not mine. >> That's fine. Can you just put them both? >> There's a third one in her bank. >> The law officer is here. He's trying >> 4205. Can you be 51 over here? 102 now. >> While it didn't look like the man sustained serious injuries, he was bleeding nonetheless, and it was evident the man had been attacked. Without video footage of what transpired, the cops would have to find out whose story was more credible. >> You just put that in your pocket. >> Just hang up with them. >> The law officer is trying to say that. >> Sir, just wait there for a second. >> Put it in my pocket and hang out. >> I'm on the phone with 911. >> You can hang up. >> Do you need medical attention at all? >> No. >> Do you have any cuts or anything on you? >> No. >> He's abusive. >> Okay. long. >> And he's trying to sit there and claim those are mine so he can get away with abusing me. But my face hurts from him punching me in it. >> I haven't touched him. >> Listen, we aren't going to argue right now. Just >> just wait right there for a second. >> Down to get her off. >> He threw me down and and got thrown down back. >> Without witnesses or video evidence, it was his word against hers. As there was a limited viewpoint, the cops would have to review the entire situation to determine what legal action to take. What happened was I'm going to >> stand under here. >> We came She came back from the beach. She went to the beach today with a friend. >> All right. >> She got on the couch. >> I, you know, she was, >> I thought, intoxicating. So, we're just, you know, How old is she? >> She's 18. >> Okay. >> She's kind of out of it. So, it's a little tense, but nothing bad. And then she, we got a little puppy, and she grabs the puppy by one leg and just grabs it into her room. So, I said to her, I said, "Please don't grab the puppy like that." Okay. And she's like, "Oh, I I take care of the puppy. We've had the puppy for one week." So, she starts in on me, "Oh, we've had the, you know, you don't help with the puppy at all." Blah, blah, blah. And I said to her, I said, "Katrina, that's not what I'm talking about." I said, "I just don't want you to grab the puppy like that." And then she just explodes. And it's been up and down for a long time. Her mother who had of her kicked her out. >> I've had her for the last year. >> We've we've always had these problems. >> Nobody wants their private family conflict out in the open in public. But in this case, the cat was out of the bag. The relationship between these two sounded less like a rift and more like a chasm. Apart from those issues, the real question was, how did this guy get his injuries? >> She jumped. She started to physically attack me. Oh, those aren't mine. Those are mine. All that kind of stuff. And I'm like, "No, this is alcohol." And I actually went over to Kennedy's after I got away. I don't know if they're home or not, but this has been a problem with Kennedy. And I'm like, >> "So caused all the lacerations, all the cuts on you?" >> Yes, she bit. These are bite marks. >> Okay. She literally had me bitten and I had to kind of bounce her down on the bed to get her off me. >> Okay. >> And then I tried to get away and she kept coming at me. >> Okay. >> No matter which way you look at it, if there are bite marks on your arm, your legal complaint probably has merit. Meanwhile, the daughter here, Katrina, was on the phone with her mother reporting everything and made some serious allegations. >> Katrina. Katrina, I have to talk to you about what happened. >> I'm on the phone with my mom. I need to talk to you. >> I'm on the phone with my mom. >> You can't leave. You need to hang up. >> Please, >> please call me. I'm at the apartment. Please come. >> I need to talk to you. >> Tell her you need her to come. Please. >> She can't come right now. She's not involved. >> Okay. Please come. >> Tell her you'll call her back and hang up. >> Please come. All right. Please come. >> You know where. Okay. Bye. >> Okay. >> Love you. >> I need to talk to you about what happened today. Okay. So, first of all, I went to come here and friend from my um apartment and he followed me downstairs talking about how he's going to hit me and all this stuff. Like, obviously, I can't because I can't like remember everything because I've been so stressed out and there's all these and I'm super nervous. that I was just on the phone with my mom and I want her to come here and I want her to come talk to you because she will tell you because I'm super understand and I've watched my dad beat my mom. I've watched my dad beat me. I've watched my beat the neighbors and I watched the neighbors hate my because he's abusive. >> Okay, >> he's actually abusive and he's going to sit here and try and swear he's not. He actually is. And that's why my mom divorced him. >> And I'm just I can't even remember what he said because I'm so upset because of everything that happened. And I just want to talk to him and have him come here and come vouch for me and come say >> Take a breath. Take a breath. >> Okay. >> The abuse allegations were serious, but they weren't something the cops could easily confirm. She claimed she was injured, but her injuries were minor. And meanwhile, her father was bleeding and had bite marks on his arms. It seemed like the man's injuries contradicted her accusations. >> He dragged me outside. He He dragged me. >> I need I need to take pictures. So, hold your arms out like that. >> And then flip your arms over like this. >> He dragged you. And I just need to take a picture of your >> So, he dragged you? >> Yeah, he dragged me. He dragged me when I came over here and I don't even like remember that good because because I'm so traumatized and I just want to cl >> Okay, so you got home. You were with your friend and you got home. >> Yeah. And I just remember being upstairs and him like dragging me from the apartment building like you can't come up here. >> I want to see if those two are >> Why does he have bite marks and scratches over him? How did that happen? because we argued and because I brought him to the ground after we argued. But that was because after he hit me. >> So he hit you first. Where >> on your eye? You mind if I feel it? >> Yeah. Feel it cuz it hurts. It's right up here. Katrina painted her father as a cruel and abusive monster. While the man told a different and emotional story with her parents divorced, it was clear the family was messed up already. At the end of the day, it didn't look good no matter how you look at it. >> I'm going to talk to your dad one more time. Okay. It was super scary, but I tried to run down the apartments and started telling him about how he hit my mom and how he's abusing, how he will actually hit them. And he's not scared to people hit people because >> because he hit my mom, he'll hit me at any second whenever I raise my voice or anything. Oh, it just so >> And what I tried to do was get her off me cuz literally when she bites, she clamps down on me. Okay. >> I didn't see that before. Can you roll your sleeves up a little bit so I can get another picture? >> Okay. >> This is what happened. >> Yes. Just hold them out kind of like this. >> Perfect. >> There's no battering >> going on. You don't see any marks on her. >> She does have a mark by her eye. I'm not. >> Well, you know what? She was biting me so hard that I tried to get her off me. Like, >> you ever see somebody like stuck on you and I'm trying to get her down and I think I fell on her. >> So, I might have conked her. You know, I didn't conqu her with my >> I was just trying to get her off and then when I got her off, I got out of there. >> The father might have been a victim, but at the moment, he had nothing to be proud of. His daughter Katrina was spiraling out of control and the cops had to protect the man from her abusive behavior. Based on the man's injuries, it was clear who the aggressor was. >> All right, Katrina. So, I'm going to be upfront with you, okay? Based on the investigation, I'm going to put you under arrest for battery. What I need you to do is turn around and put your hand behind your back and stay like that for me, okay? I'll be able to explain anything that you need explaining. You haven't even really actually talked to him. >> We did talk to him. >> He's a liar. >> It's based on the totality of the circumstances, based on all the injuries that he has and the stories that he's saying, the the events. His story is okay. That's what you think. >> Okay. That's your right. All right. This officer here is going to search you, but I'm going to walk you over to our car first. Okay. I'm very super abusive. I want to talk to him and at least get a face to face with him. Because once you walk him over here and have a face to face with him, you'll see how much he's lying. I promise. You'll see how much he's lying cuz it's not fair. If he talks to me face to face and sees when he punched me in the face and all this stuff, he'll understand what he did. It's one thing if you're an 18-year-old having fun, but when you're an 18-year-old and you've got four arrests and you've got this continual I mean, we won't even go over the job situations. [music] The way she's quit her jobs, it's just it's probably in the last two months, six of them. >> In an ideal family dynamic, a dad brags about his daughter to his friends. In this case though, the father had to tell nasty stories to convince the cops he didn't strike her. He might have been telling the truth 100%. And maybe she was a total liar. The truth is, it's impossible to know for sure who was being more honest. >> Don't believe him. He lies. Don't believe him. He's a liar. >> He's a liar. He's a liar. >> He lies. And he beats women. And I watch him beat my mom with my own understand. something to put in the >> beat. >> All right, give me one minute. Give me one minute. >> Katrina was taken to jail and charged with battery on a person 65 or older. On May 21st, 2023 in Highlands, New Jersey, the cops made a traffic stop after seeing a vehicle swerving from lane to lane. The driver here was Karina Armando, a 20-year-old, and she was with her 24-year-old friend. Both women were traveling in bikinis. >> Hey, how are you? >> Have a driver's license, registration, proof insurance with you. >> I'm sorry. >> Yeah, if you got yours. Sure. >> I'm sorry. >> Thank you. >> I'm sorry. Like I don't get pulled over. I don't know where. >> What do you have a ticket for there? You're holding a ticket in your hand. >> Is that yours? >> Yeah, I think it's >> I just haven't cleaned my car. Don't judge me. >> Okay. >> Where are you guys coming from today? >> Donovan. >> Donovan's. >> Yeah. >> How much does he have to drink today? Donovan's Reef is a beachside bar in New Jersey. It was a beautiful Sunday and these two ladies looked to be having a really fun time, but the fun was coming to a very abrupt ending because the traffic stop was now a DUI investigation. >> Have you had anything to drink today? Any illegal drugs? Any >> just alcohol? >> I had two drinks. >> Two drinks. Okay. How's your license? >> What >> has your license? Are you suspended? Anything like that? >> Oh, no. No. All right. Do me a favor. Turn the key off and just throw the keys up on the dashboard for me. All right. I'm going to go double pick your license and I'll be right back with you. >> All right, Karina, step out of the car for me. >> Why? >> Cuz I want to talk to you on the side of the road. Probably get >> I can drive. >> What do you mean? >> I can drink anything. >> All right, that's fine. But >> I I can do anything you want. I I just have I only have >> right so >> the passenger wasn't being supportive but actually making things worse. If she was really telling the truth and had not been drinking then why wasn't she the one driving at this point? A series of bad decisions they made were blowing up in their faces. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Yes. >> I believe you're intoxicated. Listen, I mean I mean it's fine. >> All right. >> All we're going to do is we're going to step on the side of the road. We're going to have a chat and we're going to go from there. All right. >> How long ago did you guys leave Dominic? >> 30 minutes ago. >> 30 minutes ago. How much did you really have to hurt? Fish are good. >> She really got >> really got it. >> Karina tried blaming the fish he'd eaten earlier at the bar like a piece of flounder could have hijacked her brain and made her swerve all over the road. It was like blaming the dog for eating your homework. The cops then started the field sobriety test. >> Do you understand? >> Well, when does it start? >> I'm like, let's take it. I want the challenge. >> Do you understand the test? >> I get it. >> All right. You may be getting one ready. Is that like six inches? >> Oh my god. Maybe >> you want me to explain to you. >> You know what? I remember gym class like to to look at once. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Karina. Karina. >> Karina. >> Karina. >> Yeah. >> Wait. >> I want you I want you to pay attention very closely to what he's talking about. >> No. Stay in the car. >> We're on the side of the highway. Who needed this? Can I just stand right there? I bet I'm stand. I need you to come to the back of the car. Ma'am, I need you to stay in the car. >> I'll show you. You're on a highway. >> No, I need you to stay in the car. We're on a highway. Okay, miss. >> Come on. 00 11. I don't know. >> You don't have to be a specialist to see Karina was performing abysmally on her field sobriety test. Meanwhile, back inside the car, her friend was getting more and more impatient. Maybe she thought she could rescue her friend from the scrutiny of police. >> I just want to witness it. >> Okay. No, you have to stay in the car. >> No, I want to witness it. >> I'm so sorry, but I'm hearing what you're saying and I need to witness this. >> Do you do you realize that by interfering with a vehicle stop and I can also arrest you for obstruction? So, please get back to me. I really >> I don't want to. I JUST WANT TO SEE you to get into the vehicle. >> I'm in pain. I can't stand. I need you to get into the vehicle. I need you to get into the vehicle, miss. I need you to get into the vehicle, miss. I need you to get into the vehicle, miss. I need you to get into the vehicle and stay in the vehicle, miss. I need you to get into the vehicle and stay in the vehicle. Miss, I need you. I need you to get into the vehicle and stay in the vehicle. We are on a highway. Okay. I need you to please get into the vehicle. >> I'm not trying. Miss, I'm not >> I'm not going to tell you again. Please get into the vehicle. Miss, >> I respect you. >> Please get into the vehicle. Please get into the vehicle. Stay in the vehicle. Do not leave the vehicle until we tell you to leave the vehicle. Do you understand that? >> Okay, I have to finish what she's doing and then I will come back and talk to you. I promise. >> For those who benefit from beauty privilege, it can be quite a shock when they don't catch all the breaks. As the passenger started feeling more and more claustrophobic, she somehow decided that arguing on the side of the highway in her bikini was her best option. >> I know. I KNOW. Miss This is my mom's car. >> Okay, miss. But listen, >> I don't care. >> No, miss. >> I'm in pain. I NEED TO STAND UP. >> MISS, >> I'm in pain. >> Miss, >> I understand. I'm not TRYING TO DISRESPECT YOU OFF. I'm in I'm in Calm down. You cannot just run out of a vehicle on a motor vehicle stop until we allow you to go. >> I understand. I car accident. Please let me talk. I have been in a car accident since March 4th. I need to just stand. I will stand wherever you want me to, >> but I need to stand up. >> Listen, >> I cannot sit. >> I cannot sit. >> If you're not listening, I'm a nurse. I need to stand. >> The passenger took her boyfriend's arrival as an invitation to freak out and become uncooperative. All she had to do was chill out and let the process unfold rather than making things worse. She seemed to be having trouble getting used to the fact that she was not the center of attention. If we go back to the car, once you're free to leave, I will allow you to plead with your boyfriend. Okay? But you cannot just run out of a vehicle when you run a motor vehicle. >> I'm sorry for that. Please, can you let me stand? >> Okay. >> You need to listen to me. >> I will listen to you, but you please let me stand up. >> That's all I'm asking. I don't need to. I will see. I will stand. I just need to stand. >> Okay. I need I need you to stop I need you to stop talking. I need you to stop talking. >> Okay. >> Okay. Drop your clothes. I will give it to her. You either need TO GET INTO THIS BACK into that vehicle. >> So, let me get my belongings. You need to get into this vehicle or you need to get into that vehicle. But those are your two options. You cannot stand outside the car. >> Am I being arrested? >> Am I being arrested? >> If you keep interfering, I can arrest you. I don't want to do that. So, please get into your vehicle. >> Can I not get my >> Get into the vehicle and we will get your blind for you. I cannot have you running back and forth across this highway right here. I AM GOING TO ARREST YOU. I'm going to go get into the car. >> No. Get in the car. >> Listen to your boyfriend and get in the car. >> That's all right. At this point, I'm just going to ask you to put your jacket on your shoulder so it doesn't fall off. >> And then face away from me and put your hands behind your back. >> Why? >> Cuz you're under arrest. >> You're driving while intoxicated. While being booked, she refused a breathalyzer test. They charged the woman with DUI, reckless driving, and refusal to submit to testing. Her friend avoided charges, but her attitude did not get any better. Being good-looking can open doors, and sometimes it can even make the law go easy on you. But no matter how pretty you are, you can't keep the handcuffs off forever. Thanks for watching, and we'll see you next time.
