2021 around 2:30 a.m. an officer from the wheat rdge Police Department found James sitting outside a bar in Colorado allegedly drunk or intoxicated James was waiting for his Uber while sitting on a bench hoping to return home watch how the officer reacts to the situation despite Mr James seemingly not doing anything unlawful how you doing what's going on Uber waiting for your Uber yeah you have any individual reasonably suspected of engaging in criminal activity James was spotted outside a closed bar at 2:27 a.m. this particular location was where a stabbing homicide occurred after the bar closed in August 2020 given these circumstances the officer can reasonably ask for identification if available and seek an explanation for the individual's actions watch how this encounter unfolds set inability to care for himself following the police department policy the subject was handcuffed for transportation to a treatment facility after being handcuffed he gave officers permission to check his phone and confirm that an Uber was on Route subsequently the handcuffs were removed and officers remained with him until the Uber arrived the individual safely departed to travel home via Uber it is unknown if Mr James took any action against the officers involved in this interaction following this baseless detention and arrest if you think this was a highly improbable arrest then probably you Greensboro North Carolina he was there to gather some information regarding mental and Reproductive Services provided by the department however he's confronted by Officer Robertson from Guilford County security watch how the interaction unravels and then went private sector then you know if they like they just kept the same building and just a private company came in yeah yeah cuz I that's assisted devices so he can record every interaction he has so that his wife can guide him however Mr Nelson was thrown on the ground by the security officials and handcuffed and was thrown into the wheelchair that allegedly broke his neck Mr Nelson was taken to hospital after this interaction where he was treated and was eventually discharged Mr Nelson was charged chared with second degree trespassing and resisting if you think this veteran owned this idiot cop wait until you watch this next case what's going on man listen man I'm just filming that's all I'm doing if you want to say and filming a traffic stop involving an allegedly stolen vehicle in Columbus Georgia he parked his vehicle nearby to capture the scene officer David Rogers from the Columbus Police Department along with several other deputies were present during the traffic stop witness their reaction when they noticed Mr O'Shea Jackson filming the scene with a camera oh again I I say I a with no problem sir [Music] morning of August 8th 2023 at approximately 7:10 a.m. Mr ruding found himself confronting an unlawful situation standing in front of the Hidden River VA clinic in Florida he came across a vehicle callously parked in clear violation of designated handicapped parking spaces officer Johnson from the Tampa Veterans Affairs Police Department listens to this objection observe what is his reply and how he responds to the situation you like to a complain sir some my supervisor right here and you want to speak with me sir good morning gentlemen good morning how's it going um doing all right professional man real professional man had a great conversation okay full stop all right I'm a retired military police as well as civilian law enforcement okay my question is why is this police
