it is one thing for corrupt cops to treat criminals with unnecessary aggression it is another thing for them to be adamant about incriminating innocent people what happens when these cops insist on then charging them for assault in this case he has followed a man home claiming that he violated a traffic rule about 10 to 15 minutes prior one would expect that he would get the man he was looking a few more crimes crimes including illegal entry and arresting without warrant he throws the homeowner out of the way then orders another officer to arrest her for interfering with him this is after arresting the alleged suspect without even stating why this is a classic case of having criminals in law enforcement yeah they got to have a search warrant right you guys you guys can anybody ask you any questions well no we can ask questions though that's our right you can do whatever you want but no one ask you a questions no but that's no but that's right I didn't know you can do that Lily can sweetheart you have a warrant but they can't find the hard copy so I'm just going to issue the citation for the Stop signal she didn't actually have a warrant but officer Woodard was beyond accepting physically abusing them yet neither the sheriff nor the chief of police sees it fit to remove him from his post this is why Brent Woodard had the audacity to go ahead and abuse another woman in her own house for no reason yeah does he want to talk who is he what's his name Chris Chris I have no idea who that isid well when we get a call that there is a domestic violence I promise you nothing happened we weren't fighting nothing I just need to talk to him and make sure that he has the same thing that his statements the same as your it is May 15th 2022 in New Mexico and an officer is conducting a regular welfare check over a report of a possible domestic altercation things are going well until the abusive Brent Woodard arrives at the scene yes the door I don't have to open my door if I don't want to get over there to the side get over there to the side you can't do that Chris come down here and talk to them get out of my house that's illegal you can't do that officer Woodard once again throws another woman out of her rightful house and barges his way in as is his manner of work he then goes upstairs to drag her partner out nobody called for told me that you call for put okay I don't want to address that that is not okay I don't want to address that the reason why Woodard is still on the job despite all the atrocities he has committed is obvious in the other officer's we've been having a little bit of trouble lately and we were're not fighting we don't hit each other we don't touch each other we were just arguing we just arguing well you argued loud enough to get hurt attention and these people don't mind their own business anyway so if they these people probably call the cops so normally in a situation like this let's say we come back here again um and we know that there's two people inside we'd like to at least talk to both of you okay so if my whole family was here you would like to talk to my whole family I'm just curious yeah if the domestic violence or an incident happened here yeah just so everybody can like Just for future notti I know because before I've I've been in a domestic relationship before and they used to call the cops on us like once a week so I know how this goes and mostly I talk to him before so I mean not him but the guy I was with before okay so I didn't think he had to come out here well every cop does do things that's usually what it how it happened and if our stories don't L up I get it i' been there before got arrested for something like this before because my kids dad used to hit me and we used to fight a manages to deescalate the situation again and calmly explain why they had to speak to everyone in the house over a domestic violence report but officer Woodard cannot stand a moment without causing chaos and immediately comes back to the scene to do what he does best this is ridiculous we come here to help people and you lieing me like that because you're lying get over there go stand over there now you have no right to grab somebody especially if I was talking to her calmly you have no right because you're lying it I don't care don't talk back to me right now okay I don't care if I'm lying you have no right to grab somebody 100% this is my house this is private property we were doing nothing wrong come here Chris I'm going to take her in jail go stand by that car officer Woodard then takes the boyfriend to the car and tries to twist the entire story claiming that he didn't push his girlfriend or rip her shirt what did she say that whenever you caught here you didn't ask no questions you grabbed her and ripped her shirt yeah well you were upstairs right yeah and no one grabbed anybody by a shirt and no one pushed anybody to the floor right that's illegal you guys do that yeah and you don't have to worry about looking at my repeller camera you can look at it you know if somebody goes to jail perfectly fine but that's not responsibility to see if the police are doing something wrong that's doesn't make any sense right despite this UNC and unwarranted Behavior the chief of police still allowed Woodard to stay in the department and continue terrorizing the people of mountain a but officer Woodard isn't the only cop who lets power get to his head what you about to see is another Tyrant cop like him they're your parents they my aunts oh your aunts where's your aunt roaming around the beach when they found bottles of sealed alcohol with some underaged girls ignoring the facts that the bottles were sealed and the girls said that the alcohol belonged to their ant the cops insisted on doing a breathalyzer test and even when the results turned out to be negative the cops couldn't admit that they had made a mistake and so they did the classic Tyrant cop thing they blew the situation out of proportion is there a s problem on your business all right where's your at you have a phone number how old are you I know that didn't come up positive I didn't take a trick anything so all right take a deep breath keep blowing keep go keep go keep go all right y guys even if is your aunt she is of age [Music] AG like 40 go grab her real quick we're going to have to incident to his Superior filling it with lies and sounding smug stop her for L for under drinking she said she's 20 she had Twisted te's she wouldn't give me her last name so I said hey if you're not going to give me information you're going to be locked up she tried walking away from me tried walking away from me I tried grabbing her she tried kicking at us so we slammed her on the ground she kicked him and then I just I hit her a couple times and then I put her in cff locked her up I came out was back everybody thankfully the victim in this case decided not to let this slide easily and ended up suing the city for $325,000 but there are more rent aops like these ones in fact these two next cops seem to have nothing better to do than to cause trouble where there is none Police Department can you open the window what's that yes you all right stand by can you open door I can't hear you at all oh I'm sorry the police at Alamo Heights received a call that someone was sleeping in a vehicle this someone turned out to be a woman who after getting groceries had fallen asleep in her car in a public garage while waiting for the storm to pass even though she wasn't committing a crime the police refused to let her be window I'm just checking on you somebody I'm fine okay you got an ID on you real quick yes ma'am you're or anything or just somebody called in and was thought something was wrong to be honest with you that's okay is this your car somebody else is it's yours okay you got your ID real quick and then I'll be out of here just she won't ID herself she won't roll down the window she's talking through the window she said it's her car um she was reaching underneath the seat and then she stuck a little black pouch in the side door kind of like doing this trying to kind of conceal it oh yeah reasonable sus push get her out yeah um so she won't unlock the door on the driver's side I didn't haven't been around to the passenger side yet but she's basic she just she was asleep when I walked up there in the back seat um like laid down so what was supposed to be a welfare check escalated into something else when another officer arrived at the scene why can I not go what's that why can I not go you are being detained for an investigation for why cuz you got called in this is a HB you need to identify yourself first off that would eliminate a lot of this absolutely cuz you're not identifying and you're not getting out this is the last time I'm going to ask you call I am the supervisor there is no other supervisor no there's not so are you going to identification and found no warrants in connection with her still the cops refused to leave her alone if you don't have anything illegal then we'll be done we have to check your car we have Reasonable Suspicion for what I just told you y'all were just making up something turn your head that way cuz I'm about to break your window don't break my window don't do it okay well you're not listening the cops eventually broke her window claiming that they had Reasonable Suspicion to do it this Behavior was unreasonable and unnecessarily violent the rest of the incident is unavailable but we sure the
