work for Cincinnati and you drive around with expired tags on April 14th 2023 Cincinnati police officer Justin Shields was pulled over by an Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper for speeding and driving with expired tags it turned out there would be more to the stop than that because according to the trooper Shields also ReRe of alcohol graduate college all right I'm going have you walk through the passenger side of my vehicle you said walk to the pack yes just what do you want me to start just walk back there just walk just walk yeah Norm okay yeah I I I didn't know if you were doing that if but in the process of disputing that his girlfriend had been drinking Shields ended up admitting to the fact that was in fact driving Under the Influence he had thought he could get away by showing his badge at the beginning of the stop but he met an officer who did not care about his social standing but idiot cops aren't always the ones being pulled over sometimes they are the ones supposedly right now we're on traffic St right now you hit my car on May 10th 2019 Charles Donner a disabled veteran and his wife Britney were driving in Hot Springs Arkansas when they were pulled over by a trooper named Ryan Wingo a few minutes before that Donner had noticed the trooper chasing them and had honked his horn to which Trooper Wingo reacted by making a 360° turn that ended with him hitting Donner's vehicle yet Wingo managed to make him self the victim on traic now out here I want to see the Damage Done to my give me a minute we're on a traffic stop right now once I get done with my traffic stop we're falling too closely I was not falling Too Close clearly you were you hit me you stopped in midd of a roadway Sarah no I didn't stop I got over and I was I was in the lane TR to back up no I was trying to spe back up you slammed on your gas and you hit us okay so okay well I'm so I told you why I stopped you cuz you were following me too closely but I wasn't but okay we'll see in this basis claiming that his speech constituted disorderly conduct why are you doing this ma' there was no need for cussing me out until he can calm down and act like an adult he's going to sit in Lane go straight over and just Slams on the brakes Trooper Wingo eventually let Donner go with only a citation for tailgating but he lied on the report about what had actually happened Donner on the other hand filed a lawsuit against the incompetent officer for his reckless driving and Distortion of facts while Trooper Wingo knew what he was doing while lying and making up stories this next cop even after a second officer arrived on the scene the situation didn't get any better as he was even more aggressive than the first it wasn't until a senior officer arrived that he was able to deescalate the situation and tell his subordinates off for being unprofessional and tyrannical while it's always great for a superior to tell off an unprofessional cop it is just as satisfying to have a citizen do it I'm on public property right now is that illegal can be harassment recording to harassment yes I ask you're doing in front of theil I'm taking uh pictures and video of matters of public interest so these guys are upset and now called the police and obviously not doing anything illegal so if I go to the police department you tell me to leave and I stay there if I'm not committing a crime I'm allowed to stay there That's the Law your name and badge number yeah you want to record with your phone no no why don't you just say it cuz I know that's your policy right there say it say it so this officer here refused to identify himself verbally so I like to follow an I on him and he also told me to move along listen state law is any officer any time can take any
