Stop pulling on my hand. >> He's trying to move it out of the way. >> OKAY, I CAN DO THAT. I DON'T LIKE HOW you annoyed by you. >> They want you to leave, so we can't. >> Hey, turn around. >> Did I just hear you say that this is because YOU'RE BLACK? >> YES, SIR. >> NO. >> YES, IT IS. >> YOU WANT TO LISTEN? YOU WANT TO LISTEN to me? How many more people their head and get no touch? >> Walmart attracts people who are looking for bargains. But they also attract thieves and low lives who do anything to escape the consequences of their actions, even if it means fighting with the cops. And when these unhinged Walmart customers think they're untouchable, things usually end badly. >> Really? She's running again. She's running again. Are youing serious? On July 24th, 2024, a cop was dispatched to a Walmart after reports two women had left the store hauling several carts of goods and they hadn't paid the bill. When the officer arrived on scene, he tried to confront the suspects in the parking lot. However, one of the suspects fled the scene in her vehicle. And as for the other one, well, she had no intention of cooperating. >> Hello. >> Go ahead and step away from that. Put your hands around your back. You guys are both being detained. Did you mind as well just stop putting away the club? Come here. >> Hey, [screaming] get out. Lay on your back. Lay on your back. Lay on your back. >> Tell them that I'm fighting one. >> I'm not biting you. >> Yes, you are. Oh, I'm >> Well, that escalated very quickly. The suspect's claimed that she wasn't fighting with the officer was ironic, as it was plain to see they were scuffling on the ground. While she'd already been tased once, if she didn't cooperate soon, she was going to get it again. Thankfully, a good Samaritan stepped in and offered some assistance. >> Don't quit moving. >> You want some help? I know. I wasn't. >> Yeah, you ran away from me. >> I didn't run. >> Yes, you did. >> Twice. >> I never ran. >> It's all on camera. It's fine. >> I don't know. With help from the stranger and another cop who showed up, the three of them managed to get the woman in handcuffs. Afterward, she was taken to a squad car and the cops attempted to identify her. You sure you don't want to give me? >> If you don't, it's an extra charge. I have no problem doing that. It's f identified a police officer. You don't have to answer any other questions. You just have to tell me first name, last name, date of birth, and an an address. You say Rodney, >> middle initial >> and then um last name and date of birth. All right. Just so you know, the medics are going to come here and check you out. Okay. >> Okay. >> With the suspect identified, they then waited for EMS to arrive to render first aid. But little did the officers know that in the back of the squad car, she'd slipped out of her handcuffs. And while they were treating her, an opportunity arose that she couldn't resist. 212 Dodge truck and color. Really? She's running again. She's running again. Are youing serious? Get me more units out here now. Just running through the tree line. [laughter] >> Running through the tree line heading towards >> It was a slick attempt to free herself, but if she really wanted to keep that cop off her tail, she was going to have to speed up. And while she did make it to the forest, she was really being slowed down by all that really thick shrubbery. She's in the trees. [snorts] >> Seriously, >> I don't want to go to jail. >> You are going to jail now. >> I got her again. She's in the trees. [snorts] >> Single whip. Single whip. No. [snorts] >> No. Stop. [snorts] >> Police deathatch. [gasps and snorts] >> I got her again. We're in the tree line north of Walmart. [sighs and gasps] [snorts] [panting] >> You're clearing 210. Are you clear? [sighs and gasps] >> [snorts] >> Don't move. I will just tase you again. Okay. >> For whatever reason, this woman was willing to do just about anything to avoid going to jail. And as a result, even though she was face down in the mud with an officer on her back, she continued to resist to the best of her ability. >> Put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your other hand behind your back. I'm not doing this game. Okay. >> Put your other hand behind your back. You're [snorts] fine. [sighs] >> No. No. You ran FROM ME TWICE. >> TWICE. I don't >> I'm over here. Stop. >> Stop. >> Relax and stop. [snorts] >> I As soon as I get you cuffed, I will let you up. >> Okay. Starter. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm not sorry. >> You ran for me twice now. >> No, I didn't. >> What the did you just do? >> Huh? >> I didn't run twice. >> [ __ ] >> I'm charging with everything I can get. >> Why? >> What? What? What did you just do? What did you just do? >> I'm just scared. >> Oh, whatever. >> Scared? That's bull. The suspect was talking nonsense, saying she hadn't tried to run or resist arrest when she'd done so twice, and it was all caught on body camera. The cops, however, were not going to waste time on her excuses, and from that point, there was no way they take their eyes off her. >> Stand up now. Stand up now. [clears throat] >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Too much exercise. Do not escape again. Stand up. >> You ain't that tired. Stand up. Come on. Get on your feet. >> I'm trying. >> You better try harder. I'm the one being nice to you. >> Okay, it is fine. But if I can't walk, I just can't walk. >> You can walk. >> I told him. She'll walk. >> Why? >> Stand. >> I will walk. >> Come on. >> I'm not. Don't move. any of this worth all this? >> Hell no. >> The cops angrily informed the woman that her cute little escape attempt could possibly constitute one more felony charge. And you can bet your bottom dollar that they intended on following through with it. >> No, I am. >> There's no if ends or buts. You're not going to be able to beg your way out of it. I am charging you with it. >> Oh, you're going to get charged with anything we can think of for the detectives. >> I did that job for I'll find out. >> Well, what the hell did I do? >> You ran after arrested. >> You resisted. >> I'll show you one thing. >> Steal anything. >> Yeah. Well, yeah. >> But the carts you pushed out weren't anything. >> That wasn't mine. >> Oh, well, you pushed them out. >> I don't think so. >> Slow down. >> 210. Go ahead. >> We have >> We have >> All right, you've had enough rest. Let's go. I gave you more rest and I gave you one right there, guys. >> And you looked like I was hurt pretty bad, huh? >> You all right? >> Yeah, I'm good. I fell, too. >> The suspect was charged with obstruction of justice, assault, and also theft. As for her partner in crime, they somehow managed to flee and took the cops on a high-speed chase. However, she won't be free for long given that her partner identified her in an attempt to lessen her sentence. On December 14th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a Walmart store after reports of a group of women shoplifting. When the cops arrived on scene, they encountered the women in the parking lot. And despite the fact that their thievery was caught on camera, they weren't about to come clean. >> They have you scanning. Okay. >> I do. >> I literally got two one person talking. >> I literally She helped me. I scan everything. She bagged. I literally only got two things with me. Groundies and ground. >> Look, y'all. Look. Just pause. Okay. We're going to all walk inside and make I have a ONE-YEAR-OLD BABY. I SWEAR I'M WORSE. You are going to walk inside. >> If y'all can give me I'm not doing that with my baby. >> Stop yelling. >> This was like watching a substitute teacher dealing with an entire classroom of unruly children. The cop couldn't get a word in edgewise before the entire group started rattling off excuses. The cop had given the group a direct order to accompany her inside the store, but they just wouldn't listen. >> Everybody give me your matter. I don't have an ID. I'm underage. >> I don't know. >> Okay. You want to go in handcuffs? >> This not my food stamps. I didn't pay for nothing. Not >> all four of you are suspects. You're not going TO GET >> I DIDN'T. YOU'RE not going to give us your name. You're going to be arrested. You're a suspect. >> I'm not a suspect because investig ID. I didn't I was at a different register for them. So watch out right now is your suspect. So you're going to get >> Did you see me scared anything? >> Do y'all have a video of me scanning and why are you [ __ ] stop touching? You're about to go in handcuffs. >> Stop touching me. Can you back up? I feel I feel offended. I JUST SAID I WOULD GIVE YOU MY ID. BACK UP. >> She need to back up off me. I feel offended right now. Let me call my mom. >> The level of disrespect and entitlement was simply astounding. While they might have had some things to dispute with the officers, they'd been given direct orders and they needed to listen. >> What are you texting ME FOR? >> EVERYBODY. >> I DON'T HAVE TO SAY IN SPANISH. WANT ME TO SAY CAN YOU BACK up me? I don't KNOW WHAT YOU GOT. BACK UP. >> I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU GOT. >> OKAY. SO, back up. You don't back up. I [laughter] do. I know my I know my rights. >> So do I. I do, too. >> So, do you want to go in hand? >> Do you want to back up off you so I can get my ID? You want your ID, too? >> Owens. >> I didn't scan anything. And he look. So, why are you touching me? Why are you harassing me? >> What's your name and badge number? >> You have no idea what you're talking about. >> I do. I do. Girl, I'm smart. I went to college. >> I scanned everything. >> Right. So, back up off me. What's your name and badge number? >> What are we on about? >> What's your name and badge number? >> No, I don't I don't know how to read. >> I got dyslexia. If she'd been to college and they'd given her a diploma, then a representative from that school would have to explain how she made it through. The suspects were beyond annoying. And if they all kept acting like they were calling the shots here, they were headed for a very rude awakening. >> What's the name? >> No, don't touch me. Stop touching me. I didn't do nothing. >> I don't have a ID. You want to fight? >> Don't touch me. I didn't do nothing. Stop touching me. Hey, you doing this in front of my baby in the car? Like I said, I have a one-year-old baby. Where you at? >> You need to get out OF THE CAR. OKAY, I'LL >> GET OUT OF the car. >> Put your baby in the car. You can't get in the car without me in the car. >> Put your baby in your car. >> I'm not doing this with you. >> Okay. I need you to touch me. We're growing as two feet. >> Okay, two feet. You're going to have a seat in the back. >> Okay, so what am I even >> You're being dis right now over here. >> Literally, they were using their kids as human shields, thinking that might save them from arrest. Unfortunately for them though, they had another thing coming. And one by one, the cops began ushering these women into the back of the squad cars. >> Have a seat. >> Don't touch me. I can touch I CAN GET ON LISTENING. BUT WHAT AM I? >> You're all being detained. What am I being detained for if I gang on my name already? >> Do you got your name? >> Yes. What's your name? >> Your knees in your knees. >> What am I What am I in the car for? Don't touch YOUR BABY. I DON'T WANT THE BABY. Somebody said no. Like my baby's already baby. That's not my baby. >> They easily get sick. >> I did. >> The suspects seem to think that because they claim they didn't steal anything, the cops should have just closed the investigation and gone on home. Sadly for the suspects, that's not how it works. >> I've already explained it. >> No, you didn't. >> You're oneyear-old baby. >> I said it TO HER. I GAVE IT TO HER. I GAVE it to her. I gave it to her right now. I'm giving you a lawful order to put the baby in. >> I don't want to hurt you. I don't want to hurt the baby. Promise you I'm not scared of you. >> I'm not scared of you. This is about being scared. This is about your baby. >> You didn't want to give me your name in the bathroom. I'm not giving you gave it to her. So, back up. Yes, it is. It's how it works. Actually, that's the opposite of how it works. When an officer gives you a lawful order, you can either follow it or you can go to jail. Furthermore, the cop's name and badge number were clearly displayed on her uniform in plain sight. But regardless, once she was processed at the station, she could find that information written all over the police report. >> All right, enough. GET IN THE CAR NOW. WE'RE NOT DOING >> IT. >> I don't care if you have a baby anymore. This is ridiculous information. We're not doing that. >> Can you GET HER OFF ME? I'M SITTING DOWN. I DON'T need to make you sit. Okay. I can't sit. I don't need you to make him sit. >> No, you don't. DON'T TOUCH HIM. >> Don't touch him. Don't touch him. DON'T TOUCH HIM. >> DON'T TOUCH HIM. >> Don't touch him. Like I said, what's in my bathroom? Bring your legs in and >> HEARD what's in the bathroom. >> Because you're making us do this and then stop using the kids excuse. >> The suspect was playing the victim card so hard that after they put her in the back of the cruiser, she decided to make a little phone call. And you'll never guess who she called to vent her frustration to. >> 911. Where is the location of your emergency? >> Uh Walmart and stuff. They It's some officers on the scene. I was refusing to get >> Get off the 911. If you call 9 If you call 911 again, you will get charged with misuse of 911. >> Hang up the phone. >> GET OFF THE PHONE. >> Get off the phone with 911. You're on the phone with 911. >> I can see your phone. It's all right. If they tell me to get you to call 911, I'm going to charge you. I'm going charge you. Okay. >> Once again, the level of entitlement was just astounding. Next, the cops had the remaining women unload the stolen merchandise from the back of their vehicle. As they had to sort out what they'd paid for and what they'd stolen, the cops had to accompany the women back inside. But it was easier said than done. >> Listen, you need to come back in there with me, though. >> Why? [music] >> Because you're you're on video skip scanning. So, we're going to go back in there and we're going to figure all this out. The dude was right there. >> We're just I know. Listen, we're going to go We're going to go in there. >> Listen, can we if we go in there though, we can have a discussion with them. Okay. >> I know, but that's why we're here, though. We We didn't kick you guys out. Like, they told us that you guys were stealing. I don't know what's going on. Nobody knows what's going on. I get it. >> Listen, I understand all that. >> I understand you, but it's just GOING TO >> WHAT DID I DO? >> NO, I did. I LITERALLY GAVE YOU I can't really take her to jail. >> So, go ahead and take the baby. Okay, we're going to put you in handcuffs NOW, >> BRO. I'M ABOUT TO GET ANNOYED. I literally gave her my information. >> She did give the cops her information, but only after fighting with them for about 15 minutes after refusing to follow their orders. She was the poster child for obstruction and she was just about to pay for it. >> I found the car. >> I said you FOR SOME I SWEAR GOD. >> WHAT'S your name? I'm taking YOU ON MY >> TRYING to move it OUT OF THE WAY. >> OKAY, I CAN DO THAT. I DON'T LIKE HOW you annoyed by mother. [screaming] >> Me too. >> ME TOO. CUZ I LITERALLY GAVE HER MY NAME. I DON'T GOT IT. WHAT DO YOU WANT? I THINK ABOUT THAT LITERALLY JUST THE WHOLE TIME. >> Can I just in a second? >> You have anything to poke me, stab me, you have any weapons? >> You just say, >> can you send pink in there, please? The suspect, Tamaria, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, misuse of 911, and obstructing official business. As a result, she had to pay $500 in court fees, which she hasn't paid yet. On the 10th of February, 2023 in Florida, the cops were dispatched to a Walmart store after reports of a woman causing a disturbance at the pharmacy. When the officers approached the woman, let's just say that she was less than happy to see them. >> So the pharmacist, they want you to leave, so we can't. >> Hey, you better get yourself first. Touch me. You touching me. You just breath. You just touch my breath. >> Try to get my medication. >> If she couldn't get her medication, it's understandable she was frustrated. But throwing a tantrum like a toddler, but smashing her phone on the ground was not going to get her anywhere except into a pair of handcuffs. >> By the way, You're fired. >> You are fired. You are fire. >> Roll over your >> Roll over on your >> pull my shirt up. >> One, two, three. >> Pull my shirt up. >> I want my >> Can you get my stuff? >> We're getting it. Let's go. trying to get my medication. >> Remember, the officers weren't there to arrest her, and all she had to do was leave the premises. But due to her reaction, she found herself in handcuffs and being taken to loss prevention. touching my breast. So I >> Yeah. Okay. >> I'm trying to get my medication. It's been going on >> my insurance company. I was on the phone with them trying to get to talk to somebody cuz they said it' be clear tomorrow. I ended up getting I don't need to explain everything. The woman was a biter and as a result, the cop had some minor cuts and bruises. For documentation purposes, they photographed his injuries and then turned their attention to the suspect who tried to justify her behavior in a very interesting way. >> They won't give me my medication. I think they have a personal issue. I think there's something else going on behind there. I'm trying to be figured out. >> Where are you living? >> No staff. I was throwing a fit because my my insurance THEY WON'T GIVE ME my bag. I was trying to be on the phone. Oh >> god. She threatened to go behind the counter because >> No, I did not. >> Oh, we got it on camera. Oh, now >> disorder. >> I said that's what I feel like doing. I sat down and and called the far my my insurance. He had no reason to come over there and bother me. According to the suspect, the reason the pharmacist refused to serve her had nothing to do with her behavior or a problem with her insurance. Instead, she claimed insanely that it was all part of a shady conspiracy directed at the woman and cooked up by a secret cabal of Walmart pharmacists. Sometimes I was doing video >> mind. >> I walked away. >> I walked away. >> Yeah. >> I just kicked the door. That didn't mean I was going to go in there. >> Did she physically try and go behind the counter? >> No, I did not. I'm not going behind the counter. My god. I was on the phone my insurance company. I had the number from the person that I talked to yesterday saying that it was go through today and this Charlie has this personal problem said that it's not going through. So I was trying to call my insurance get my medication >> my mental medication. >> Okay. Thank you. >> I think she has a they have a she has a personal problem. once. >> No matter what the real reasons were for refusing her service, she'd already made herself out in her twisted mind to be the victim. Shortly after, EMS arrived on scene to check the woman out and also to take a look at that bite wound. Gentlemen, >> how's it going? >> Pretty good. Get cleaned up. >> Yeah. >> All right. Cool. I think we got to wait for technician. >> Do you want to do here? You want to set this off so we can watch her and I'll come out. Let's wait for the technician. >> I'll come. So, what caused that fight and she she uh either bit me or scratched me? This is definitely a scratch. >> Okay. All right. >> Scratch it. Okay. >> Do you know did you ask her anything about her? Like what? >> I didn't get into you guys. >> Okay. All right. Um, >> um, so just based on she may not tell us the truth or anything like that. Um, but either way, we we always recommend going to the hospital and getting a blood panel done. So they have a whole protocol for um sticks and stuff just cuz it was a mallet on scratches. I had her show me your teeth too rough in there or anything like that. Like the paramedics said, bite wounds are taken very seriously. Although unlikely in this case, a bite from a human being can transmit various infection and disease as well as other viruses like HIV and hepatitis B and C. >> Yeah, there's so there's limited things that can be transferred via saliva. There are >> I know I've been through it. >> Yeah. You know, so >> are you want to go down the sun started at No. >> If I go, I'll just go outside myself. >> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. And what we'll do is when I do my activator, we'll go ahead and pull a wound on her. >> Okay. >> And pull her pull her blood. >> Perfect. There you go. >> Step over here. >> Any pain? >> As the bite from the woman wasn't too deep, the officer wasn't too concerned about his safety. He was treated on the spot by EMS. While the bite was unfortunate as well as painful, getting a bite wound here and there is just part and parcel of being a cop. >> She was in the middle of shopping and she's like, "I ain't going." >> No, they wouldn't take her uh like uh insurance at the uh pharmacy like leave. >> Then she tried to jump the counter when I had >> everybody should have jumped the counter. >> Yeah. In fact, everyone was miss. So, it's a pretty small. >> Yeah, it looks like >> scratch. You have nails. >> Yeah. >> No, you're fine. I just want you hear that beep. >> Oh, nails. >> It's right here. >> That's probably from her nails, I think. >> Oh, okay. >> It's hard. >> That's what I thought, too. >> She She ate an elbow down when she was trying to bite me. Cool. >> Yeah, it's a scratch. >> Much better than the teeth. >> Yeah. All right. >> They arrested the woman and she was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. And while she was unhinged, at least she didn't involve her child like our next suspect. On the 29th of October 2024, the cops were dispatched to Walmart after a disruptive woman was asked to leave, but she instead lashed out. >> What happened? >> Yes. You about to be out of here. >> Do you understand? But what did I do? >> Because they don't want you here no more. >> Yeah. But what did I do? >> You don't have to do anything. You don't have to do anything. This is private property. >> It's not private property. It is. It is private property. >> We're going to tell you one time we can take you to jail. It's up to you. >> No. What do you want to do? >> All right. Okay. First of all, getting aggressive. >> Are you going to leave or not? >> Eat the wrong one. Eat the wrong one. >> Are you leaving or not? >> I ain't even doing this. >> All right. To leave. >> Yeah. I need my license. >> Yes. Okay. Just a minute. Just a minute. >> I want to leave. >> Okay. Just one minute, man. Right. >> YOU COMMITTED A CRIME. >> WHAT CRIME DID I COMMIT? AND WHY am I in the tent? >> Caught on on the jacket. >> Like we said, they gave the woman the option to leave, but she instead chose to argue, and that's when the handcuffs came out. Meanwhile, the female customer, who' inserted herself into things, had a bone to pick with the officer about something totally unrelated. Unfortunately, she also didn't know how to follow instructions. >> Ma'am, you going to be next. I'LL INSTRUCT YOU. I'M NOT I'M NOT WALK AWAY. WALK AWAY. WALK AWAY. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> You Why is your 15 14-year-old daughter not driving? >> Look, >> I'm in pain. You want to see my surgery? >> You cannot He cannot drive. Keep walking him. Come this way. >> Excuse me. I'm trying to talk to him. That's not That's not >> That's fine. It's fine. >> Why am I being >> You're being arrested >> for what? The warning. Congratulations. Put him in my car. >> Listen. Listen. You know that's fine, right? >> I I can't. >> No. Look, you have to understand. >> No, there's no crime. >> I have two surgeries. >> Uhhuh. >> And I'm in pain. >> Then she needs to get a permit. >> She's trying to go to the hospital. >> Then she needs to get a permit. >> Can you take me to the hospital? >> I can get you to a rescue to the hospital. >> No, no ambulance. I don't need an ambulance. I just need to get there first. >> No, I can only I can't take you. I'm about to take him to jail. >> Listen, >> you took my license. >> Yes, cuz I have to give a citation. >> Okay, then give me the citation. >> I can take You're not driving that car. Only Only she can drive. Oh, you can try the car, right? >> Yeah, I know. >> It was a little confusing as there were two separate cases going on at once. The woman who had intervened had previously been dealing with the cops after she was caught attempting to allow her 14-year-old child to drive her to the hospital. Since she intervened, both suspects were now headed to the parking lot so the cops could deal with them separately. >> That's why I did something to y'all. >> Nobody said you did anything. You just wanted to go and listen. Nah, you can't touch my >> I can't do Yes, I will. And I I can and I will. [clears throat] >> Stop. No, >> I'm going to sue you. >> All right. All right. >> What the Why are you hurting me like that? >> We're not here. >> Come here. Come here. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Yes, I can. Come here. Come here. Get over here. >> IT DON'T MATTER. JUST COMMIT A CRIME. >> LISTEN, this is dangerous. All right. >> Give me my phone. >> This is dangerous. All right. You do not have this person drive your your vehicle. Right? Matter of fact, she can get arrested for that. You understand >> now? You're going to leave. You're going to drive this car and you're going to leave. If your 15-y old daughter drive this car, >> she's not She was Look, >> I just saw her on camera. >> While one of the cops lectured the woman regarding the rules of the road, other cops dealt with the young suspect. Seeing as she felt that the cops had no right to arrest her, she felt no obligation to cooperate. >> How many times did we ask you to leave? Who is we? >> He asked you. He asked you. He >> didn't ask me to leave. He asked me to put the car thing on. >> No, we asked you to leave. >> You're not. >> I am. You're the one in play. >> Don't sit there and hear you. I'm in. You know what? >> Resisting. >> Resisting. >> Behaving like that. Clearly, she was not doing herself any favors. As a matter of fact, the only thing she did accomplish was getting one more charge for resisting arrest. She'd already messed with the cops on several occasions, but she still wanted to pick a fight with them in the backseat of their car. >> Do you want to talk? Look, I'm trying to give you an opportunity so we can explain everything. >> YOU'RE NOT GIVING ME ANY OPPORTUNITY. YOU NEVER GAVE ME AN OPPORTUNITY. You told me to put the card up and I came to you AND I GAVE THE CARD BACK TO YOU AND YOU'RE TELLING ME I'M TRESPASSING. >> WHAT? WHAT DID you say to me when I asked you about the card? What did you say to me? Am I Are you my daddy? Isn't that what you said? >> That's not what I said. Are you my I said, "Why are you talking TO ME LIKE YOU'RE MY FATHER?" >> LIKE, AND >> I ASKED YOU A VALID QUESTION. >> OKAY. AND And what did I say? They don't want you in here. And what did you say? >> WHO IS THEY? >> MANAGEMENT. >> Why didn't MANAGEMENT JUST COME UP TO ME AND SAY, "CAN'T YOU LEAVE THE I'm a representative of their staff today and they asked me to do so and that's what I asked you to do but you wanted to be >> it's not it's not even it's first of all it's how you ask somebody number one you can't just come across somebody you do you do you have any respect for human decency >> do you >> YOU THINK YOU'RE ABOVE THE LAW >> I DON'T DO YOU WANT TO DO YOU WANT TO continue let me explain >> do you do you >> she really had a lot of fight left in her and while the cuffs restrained her arms it didn't do much to stop her running her mouth. With the young woman in the squad car, the cops then turned their attention to her so-called mother who had very questionable parenting. >> She had a 14-year-old child driving the car. I pull I'm pulling in, right? The child can't even see feel see. >> Okay. So, what? >> Okay. Give her a ticket. How's that child? >> How is that child? >> She's pregnant. >> No. Put her in the back seat. This child needs [clears throat] a a boost. This child needs a a strength seat. >> No. This child cannot be driven out here like this. >> Look at this. >> If the cops didn't call child protective services, she'd be getting off easy. The cops desperately tried to explain to the woman that it was illegal for a 14-year-old to be driving her car. And while she admitted that her daughter did not have a license, instead of apologizing for it, she tried to play dumb. Instead, saying that she needed a translator. license. You're going to jail. It's It's simple. It's simple. Your license, you're going to jail, >> ma'am. >> Hold on. >> It's no Hold on. I'm the police. Give me your license. >> Call him cuz I need Spanish. >> You don't need Spanish. You speak Spanish. You speak English? Fine. >> What are you trying to take my license for? >> I'm jumping on our investigation. You were obstructioning inside when you were locked up on his word. You're not going to tell us how we're going to do our job. We're not going to do this. >> Give me your ID right now. You want to jail? >> You're starting on the Uhuh. Okay. >> Don't resist. >> Okay. >> Don't resist. >> No, I'm not resisting. Don't resist. Calm down. >> He's taking me to jail for praying. He's trying to do the same thing as he did to the other kid. No, you can't. Don't resist. >> Yes, we can because we're going to jail. >> You can't. What are you arresting me for? >> Conserv Put it right here. >> Put it right here. >> Drop your Give your license to >> put your license down to please. >> You can't do that. >> I just did. >> You cannot do that. >> Come on, miss. >> I'm not going to do this with you. We We tried. We tried to ASK YOU MANY TIMES. WOMAN. NO. >> They got tired of arguing with the woman, so they handcuffed her, searched her, and put her in the back of a squad car. And just like the young woman, she was complaining and arguing through the entire ordeal, but she was much more dramatic. >> Can I tell you something? >> Absolutely. Go ahead. >> Okay. >> First of all, having pain and I don't know what to do. >> There's days that no more doing this. I can't deal with this. You know how many I have six kids and I'm a single brother. >> All right. >> That's why I felt you know you know what pain I felt with you guys dealing with that kid. >> That had nothing to do with what happened prior. >> But in that >> you know this kid you know this kid this kid didn't want to leave. All right. It was causing us problems inside the store. That has nothing to do with you. >> But can I tell you something? That's what I'm saying. Can I speak to you? >> But that has nothing to do with anything. All right. I'm telling you how I feel because you think I was. >> But now you talking about are you are you feeling so now? >> Not now. But I do feel when I'm with my kids. That's why I I put I put too much responsibility on my daughter. >> Well, she could certainly say that again. Asking her underage daughter, who couldn't even see over the steering wheel, to drive her to her medical appointments was unacceptable. It was Santa here. She was going through hard times, but it didn't give her the right to break the law or put her daughter in danger. >> So, I'll be honest with you. I look over at her, right? She's going like this. She cannot see over the steering wheel. >> She can see. >> No, she couldn't cuz when I told you to drive, she still was stopping. She couldn't drive. She couldn't drive. AND ON TOP OF THAT, YOU'RE back there with no seat belt, right? >> I was breastfeeding. >> It does. Okay. But that's okay. So, if you So, you see me have >> I did you I did see you breastfeeding, right? But that's more dangerous cuz you have someone to operate your car while you're breastfeeding your infant child with no license. So if she gets in an accident, neither you were seat belted. What else could happen to those children? >> That's why I'm trying to go to the hospital. >> But you can call 9. You had a working phone, right? >> You could have called 911. >> In the back of the other cruiser, the younger suspects seem to have no idea that Walmart's a privately owned business and has the right to ask people to leave. She also didn't seem to know that the cops don't have to debate you on whether your behavior's grounds for a trespass order. >> So, I'm going to give you one chance. All right. To avoid all this, all right, you have to take instead of taking you to jail for no reason. All right. How about you provide your name and date of birth, your real name, because if I book you in this John Doe, no one will know you're there. Nobody will know who you are. And your parents will take forever to pick you up because they don't know that you're in there. All right. So, would you like to give me your name and date of birth? >> Why do I have to go? I'm going to jail immediately for >> Yes, you're going to jail immediately. Yeah. If you don't provide your name and date of birth, >> you're a public police officer, right? >> A public police officer. >> I'm a police officer. Yes. >> That works for the public, right? >> Yes. The court is public servant, my friend. >> Exactly. So, I don't have to release any of that information to the public. >> What you have when when you're detained, you have to give your name and date of birth. You're obligated to. Do you understand that, right? When you're accused of a crime, you have to give your name, date of birth. >> Obligated to by who? >> The state of Florida. >> All right. Take me to jail. Okay. >> They charge the younger suspect with trespassing and two counts of resisting without violence. As for the older suspect, what she needs are some serious lessons on parenting. On the 7th of January, 2024 in Cleveland, the cops were called to a Walmart after a shopper reported a bomb threat causing the store to be evacuated. However, when the cops confronted the suspect in the parking lot, she tried to deny her role in the unfolding situation. >> No. >> Hi. Come here. >> So, what happened? >> What? >> What happened? Where in the store? >> What you mean what happened? They told us to leave out the store. They told us to leave out the store. I don't know what happened. One the worker said, "Everybody get out the store. Everybody got to get out, grab your stuff, and get out the store." I don't know what's going on. >> Did you have a backpack in there? >> Yeah, that's my backpack. You got my medicine and all that stuff. >> Was there another backpack in there that you dropped? >> No. No. They just thought all be all running out the store. >> You guys might want to back up. >> Yeah, we all running out the store. I just got my food, my milk for my baby, and my tuna for my pregnancy. And I got my prenatal pills and my kids. I don't know about our backpack. They just told us everybody run out the store and said, "Everybody get out. We got to evacuate." >> The suspect tried to play dumb, acting like she had no idea what was happening and was just evacuating the store like everyone else. What she didn't know, however, was that the employees were telling the officers a completely different story. >> It was me and another white guy. He's still in there and they told us we were both running out and it was like, "Everybody get out. Get out." They went all over the store telling the police, >> "Hey, how are you? Did you call?" So, she called. She's going to be calling right now. So, >> who is she? >> The other manager. >> She's inside the store. >> I'm not going to ask her right now. Katie, where you at? >> We don't know what's going on here. >> Outside the door with the police grocery the door. So, this lady was in here earlier starting ruckus, throwing things associate that she had a bomb in her back. >> Okay. >> Okay. I copy. I'm out here talking to her now. She's going to be coming out. >> Okay. Hey, >> so this female here >> told that she had a bomb on her back. >> Okay. Are you guys Who else is in there? Are you able to watch the cameras? Is she Is it a bag by the police department? >> It's the bag she's been carrying all day. >> So, it's not a back black bag. >> Not that I know of. >> Okay. So, it's the bag that she has on now. She's stating that she had a she told someone she had a bomb. Correct. >> Yes. Although it seemed unlikely that she had a real bomb in her backpack, the cops still had to exercise caution. And while the staff were pointing their fingers directly at the suspect, she was still sticking to her story that she had no idea what was going on. >> Um, >> yeah, I don't have you want to check my packages. It was book bag. Some of us have like, you know, like one of the like a little shopping bag. So, I don't know. The wife had all these shopping bag. I got three coats. My milk. >> You pay for that? >> My Yeah, this was 2.98. Uh, and I just got my tunas cuz I got the steel gold. Uh, I got my tunas and um >> And you said you were with the white guy. >> Well, we were running together. They told us they was like, "Get everybody. Get out. Get out. Get out." And I'm I don't know if he's still in there. He said he was trying to get some Pringles. >> So, yeah. I'm nervous, too. I don't know what the hell's going on. I don't know what's going on. >> Who's a white guy you're with? >> I don't I wasn't with him. We just um >> Oh, you just happened to be running the store together. We was just the when the store got well when we got out the store, you know, when they told us there was a white guy, you know, walking. The only aisle I was in, there was a white guy coming up there because he told both of us and I seen other people running out the store from the other side >> and they were just talking to his >> white guy right there. You think? >> Yeah, that's him. He's coming out. >> While the officer talked to the suspect, his partner joined them. And considering what she'd just learned from the employees, the cop had some serious questions. And the suspect here had better have answers. >> Hold on. She don't care about that. >> Can I see the >> check out possible? Yeah. >> There's nothing in it. Not a bomb or nothing. 13. We probably got her out front of the store. We talked to her or not. >> After a search of the suspect's bag, the cops confirmed their suspicion. It turned out she wasn't a terrorist and she wasn't planning to bomb Walmart, but it's still serious business to call in bomb threats. So, at this point, she wasn't yet off the hook. >> Sir, it's not a bomb or >> Okay. So, listen. Hear me out. All right. I need you to understand. >> Yeah. >> Did you You guys can pull down. Okay. Pull down and go down there. Okay. I get you, but I want you guys to pull back and go down there. >> Listen. No. No. I'm not going to hold it. Listen, I need you to understand. Okay. >> What? >> Did you get into it with anybody in the store? And you tell Listen before you respond to me. Okay. >> Did you get into it with anyone in the store prior to >> No. >> Get into it for what? Get into it with trying to figure it out. >> I don't get into >> Come over here with me. Come on. >> I don't know. That's what I'm trying to figure out. >> All right. But we're going to unfortunately going to try to catch the next bus, okay? Cuz we got to figure some stuff out. >> Figure what out? >> I'll let you know on camera. Is this >> okay? And if it's a no cause, then we'll figure it out. >> The suspect's sense of entitlement was shocking to say the least. She seemed to think that because she didn't have a real bomb in her bag, she ought to be free to go, but not so fast since she reported a bomb threat, caused the store to be evacuated, and the cops had to rush to the scene. >> You can stand over there without. So pretty much talking to those two employees there, she was in the store causing chaos. So when they confronted her with it or what not, she told her that she has a bomb in that backpack that she had on. Um there was no backpack left at photos. So >> at least got to do some she >> wanted me to hold that for you. I'll get this. >> I want to put my coat on. We'll figure it out. Okay. >> Y'all are so weird. >> All right. Okay. What are you talking about? >> You listen to me talk about it's a bomb in there. Why would it be a bomb in there? Nobody bomb. >> Okay, >> that's a there's a car jumping over the roof. >> All right. >> Not even real police. >> We're calling police. >> You're not. You got fake uniform. No, you're not. Go to jail. >> You're not real police. If she didn't want to go to jail, maybe she shouldn't have called in a bomb threat. She could swear and throw a fit all she wanted. But as far as this predicament went, she had no one to blame but herself. >> Go to jail. Go to prison. >> I got my prenat. YOU TAKE ME AWAY FROM MY PRENATALSS. YOU GOING >> GET OUT THE WAY SO IT DON'T happen again. Real quick. Real quick. Going to prison. Go to where I'm wearing that fake. >> But you know they're fake. Everybody know if they broke like >> to make sure. But the backpack is the backpack that she has on. The suspect behaved like a spoiled child. But the cops just didn't care as they all had a job to do. And this woman's attitude was not going to stop them. At that point, all they had to do was pat her down and then get her to the station for further processing. >> Man, oh my god. Drop all my >> I want to pick it up. >> All right. You can't just do. >> All right. Why can't >> those two right there? Those are managers right there. >> All right. Take a seat. Take a seat. Think it out my neck. >> Talk about putting yourself in a dumb situation for no reason at all. Hopefully, after a little time in jail, she might understand how serious her actions were. On the 20th of January 2024, the cops were called to a Walmart after reports of a woman called shoplifting. And while the reason she was in the hot seat was due to her very own actions, she was still less than impressed with the presence of police. >> I thought you didn't call PD. >> Okay. Well, you also threatened me, so I wasn't >> I didn't threaten anybody. I'm not going. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. You lied to me. >> Let go of your phone. >> No. I'm waiting for my husband to call me. >> Let go of the phone. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm going home. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm going home. >> That'll be decided later. I'm going home. >> I want a female officer. Never mind. I probably don't have one. >> We got body cams, though, so everything's recorded. Anything sharp on you? >> Don't Don't There's nothing in there. >> Well, we got there's a knife. >> There's a knife in my pocket. [snorts] >> No. Yeah, in my back pocket. I think I think this is in the pocket. >> While they continued searching her, the suspect Samantha denied having any bonds or being on probation. And while she also claimed that she didn't do drugs, something the cops found in her bag said otherwise. >> Well, it looks like Well, it looks like there's some there. >> Where? >> Or a pipe. Pipe. >> Not mine. I'm I'm two years clean, man. Three years clean now. I've been clean since 2020. >> Really? >> Mhm. >> Did you guys rec? >> No, I got that at Teemo. I have the receipt for it. Thank you. >> All right. Yeah, I'm four years clean. I promise you that. >> Okay. >> So, what we're going to do is we're going to talk to them. You got arrested right away because you're being orary. Okay. >> So, that's disorderly. >> I got lied to you. >> Well, I I don't know what it is, but >> No, I can't go to jail tonight. >> Okay. Well, we're going to figure everything out and then we're going to make a decision. Okay. >> Okay. >> It's understandable, of course, that [music] she didn't want to go to jail, but sadly for her, it wasn't her choice. And from here on out, the course of her future would be dictated solely by her actions. >> Or is that all baggies or is that Crystal? >> Bangies. >> Okay. Since when did I have? >> That's the last time I borrow someone else's bag. I said I fired that person earlier [snorts] and I didn't go through it yet. So >> Well, that's unfortunate that you didn't go through the bag. >> Yeah, I know. >> 509. >> 509. Okay. >> $59. Yeah. So, our suggest >> Oh, no. No. >> Um, so [snorts] I recognize Samantha probably have four events in her. >> I don't remember any of these events that you saw. >> I mean, I have a picture of you getting locked out by police. >> Okay. I don't remember that. >> Just let's take a break for a sec. Okay. >> We recommend Samantha for previous events. We see her selecting many, many items throughout the store. We watch her grab a toe. We watch her put all of those items into a [clears throat] tote. Can we watch her walk straight on? >> Okay. >> When I stopped her at the door, she started fleeing. I said, "I have to call police if you flee." She said, "I'll come if you don't call police." And I said, "We'll talk about it. Come." She said, "If you call police, I'm going to punch you in the face. Follow them." Now, here we are. >> Okay. >> It was beginning to look like Samantha was a pathological liar. She claimed to have been sober for 4 years, but inside the woman's purse, they found drugs and paraphernalia. And despite the fact she'd been called shoplifting from the very same location previously, she denied having any knowledge of it. >> There's a rock in there. >> Is there? >> Yep. [clears throat] >> And she had this purse with her. >> Yes. >> So, you got to go to jail today. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Like I just said, you're going to go to jail today? >> I'm not going to jail. I have I have a phone call. >> How you going to How you going to not go to jail when the police are telling you? going like it's no there's no reason that it's not my house. >> Are you going to escape? Is that what you're telling me? >> No, I'm not going I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that it's not my whatever the thing that is not mine. >> Okay. >> I can promise you that I'm four years clean. I have documentation of it. >> You got jammies a pipe. >> They're not mine. I'm telling you. I got the person someone else. I can I don't know what you want me to do, but they're not mine. I'm not taking responsibility for someone else again. >> Okay. It's not okay. >> So, how are we supposed to believe you that all this is not true and this is your bag you walked in with? >> I borrowed the bag from somebody. I don't do drugs. You want me to take a freaking I just passed the freaking UA 3 days ago >> for what? >> My parents because they drug test me randomly. >> Oh, do they? >> That's part of the >> me staying at their house. I get drug tested. >> Samantha's story was ridiculous. If she really wasn't on drugs, there'd be no reason at all that she'd have so much paraphernalia in her purse. To get to the bottom of things, the cops then tested the pipe for drug residue. And as you could probably guess, they got a positive read. >> Somebody here with you? >> No. >> You here by yourself? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to go to jail? >> I'm not. No. And why? Why am I going for something that's now mine? >> Well, cuz you had in your purse. >> How do you know what we've been there? >> How am I supposed to know? >> Well, how are we supposed to believe that? Cuz everybody says that, right? >> Um, I don't know, but I'm not going to jail for something that's not mine again. So the only the only way you're not going to jail tonight, Sam, is if you escape. >> Okay. Well, what can I do to get out of this then? You want names? I can give names of some very big nope around here that I know. >> Irregardless, you're going to have to go to jail tonight. When you get out, >> if you want to give names up, >> I'm not going to jail. >> So, I'm down at the police department. Okay. But tonight, you're going to go to jail. >> No, I'm not. >> You're going to put her in the back of your car. >> I'm waiting for my husband to call me first. Well, >> I'm waiting for my husband to call. >> Can I smoke a cigarette? >> It's not healthy cuz you're pregnant. >> I'm calling my mom. >> While Samantha kept demanding that the cops let her call her mother, she was escorted to a nearby cruiser. And the entire way she kept kicking and screaming and playing the victim. >> I'm I have autism. >> Okay. >> You need to let me call my mom. When you get to the jail, they'll let you make a phone call. >> I'm to the department before I GET IN THIS PACK CARD. That is the rule. >> No, once you get to the jail. >> No. Let me let me call my husband. Please. Let me call my husband. Please. Please. Let me call Let me call my husband. >> Please. No. >> Turn. No. No. Can I call my husband? >> Come on. Work with us here. >> Can I call my husband? >> When you get to the jail, they'll let you make a phone call. >> No, I can't get to the jail cuz he's in jail. >> Okay. Well, sorry, but you got this is what's happening. >> I'm not taking someone else's charges. Can I call my mom >> from the jail? You can't >> I can't. >> If her husband was in jail, then there was no way she could call him at that moment. Finally, with Samantha secured in the back of a squad car, the cops prepared to take her to the station to be further processed. But first, they made a quick pit stop at the local hospital. >> We're going to get you medically cleared. If you want to refuse it, you're fine to refuse it. When the household tells you that you need to release me and send me home, >> they're not going to do it. >> Are you going to give us trouble or what? >> I did answer your question. You're not getting released. >> When the hospital tells you to. >> Well, then we'll see what the hospital says and we'll go from there. So, school wants medical clearance because she's claiming she's pregnant and there was drugs falling on her. So, they got to make sure everything's fine. >> Okay. >> She's claiming she's going to refuse, but we got her through the process. >> Okay. >> I have to know why. cuz you kick so much and just slid them up your wrist there. >> Do you [snorts] have like a name and birth? >> I'm going to do stand up. Don't give me any trouble. >> I don't care. Take this. >> Yeah. >> I'll take them off, but I'm going to loosen it. A little bit of tight. Okay. >> Can I be rest up front? >> No. >> That a little bit looser there for you? >> No. >> Let's slide it down your wrist. That's why it's up on above your wrist bone there. It's what happens when you fight with us, though. This is what happens. Okay. So, just chill. Just chill. >> Okay. I can get a finger in there. I'm going to double lock them up again. Hang on. All right. Does that feel a little bit better? >> Sure. >> Well, I'm asking you. I'm trying to work with you. >> No, I want to go home with what I want. >> We know what you want to do, but it's not going to happen. >> Stop. >> You go by Sam or Samantha? >> No matter. Samantha was charged with disorderly conduct, pain possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fetamine, resisting or obstructing an officer, and retail theft. On July 23rd, 2022, the cops had to confront a woman as she was parked in a handicap spot and didn't have a handicap placard. And while it was just a minor infraction, the suspect just wouldn't cooperate. >> Do you have a handicap placard? Does anyone in this vehicle have a handicap package? It's a yes or no question. Does anyone in the vehicle have a handicap pack? I'm going to take that as a no. >> Are you the one driving? Have your driver's >> license. This is your bigger. >> Yeah. your driver's license for a beach. >> I don't understand. >> I I don't know what you what you want. >> Do you have a warrant? >> I think so. >> Okay. What's your warrant for? >> For track tickets. >> Okay. >> Do you know how much your bond is? $900. >> 900. >> Okay, I guess she don't have $900. Okay. >> Even though her grandmother was standing right beside her, the suspect said she couldn't go to jail because her kids were with her and had nowhere to go. But unfortunately for this woman, people with kids go to jail every day and grandmothers can take care of the kids. >> Besides your grandma, who else would your family live around? >> You got a lot of issues going on here. You have a suspended driver's license. I'm going to bet you probably don't have insurance either, do you? >> Mhm. I just got my car like my first day and I just came over here to get some wipes because I didn't have no money. >> All right. Can you see if you can make some phone calls for something? >> I know I can't. >> I got car seats in your car. >> Put them in their car seats in your car. Put them in their car seats in your car. >> Are you going to say to me? >> Put them in their car seats in your car. >> No, cuz she doesn't want to actually have time to figure out what they want to do. >> Excuse me. That's what it really is. >> Did I hear you say that this is BECAUSE YOU'RE BLACK? YES. >> NO. >> YES, IT IS. >> YOU WANT TO LISTEN? YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO ME, >> LADY? HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE PUTTING HANDICAP? Don't touch me. HOW MANY MORE people are handicapping sticker? >> I DIDN'T EVEN GO INSIDE THE STORE. >> ONLY BECAUSE YOU'RE WHITE, NOT BLACK. DON'T RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME. >> IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE WHITE, NOT BLACK. I DIDN'T EVEN GO IN THE STORE. I'M parked in [crying] HANDICAP BECAUSE I WAS GETTING SOMETHING FROM MY GRANDMOTHER AND WHITES. THE suspect's claimed that the cop was being racist was absolutely ridiculous. She was parked in a handicap zone and was simply being confronted with the most basic of consequences. It was plain and simple and her skin color and that of the officers had nothing to do with it. >> I'm foster with ECFs. I can tell you like all this is not worth case CUZ THAT'S YOUR JOB. YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO STOP. WHY DID YOU STOP? >> HEY, DON'T LISTEN. >> Why did you stop? >> I can answer your question. If you shut >> because you heard what I said. >> Hey, let her talk. >> Do you want to listen to me? >> Do you want to listen to what I have to say? >> I don't. What I do? >> I will tell your grand >> I am not going to take her to jail. >> That's what I just do. >> You're only not taking me to jail. >> THAT'S WHY SHE NOT TAKING me to jail. I'm trying to figure out what happened to my kids. >> The woman's claims were so ridiculous that no one took her side, not even her own grandmother, who profusely apologized for her granddaughter's behavior. And while her grandmother agreed that it had nothing to do with race, clearly the suspect saw it differently. >> There are other guys up here that don't have a head. She only did this because I'm black and she got a she's white. Got to cut all. She got power. That's literally the only reason it is a race thing. You don't got to try to make it do, but that's what it is. Then go run the place or everybody up here. I guess this is not a race thing. This is not a race. Take everybody up here who who [ __ ] >> Do you want to go get this finished up or do you want to just stand here and yell all night? >> Do your job. >> Okay. >> I am doing my job. I'm giving you a ticket for your handicap violation. Okay. >> I'm not even taking you to jail. Do your job. >> Take your ma'am. You got kids right here. Listen. Why do I want your kids? I got a war. >> You talk too much. Remember that. I understand all of that. That's >> No, you don't. >> You know what? You've already got a DCFS case. >> Here's a DCFS worker taking. >> She don't know what to do with my kids if they take ME TO JAIL. >> DO YOUR JOB. >> The suspect should have just taken that ticket because in this case, the officer could have taken her to jail as a result of that warrant. The cop decided not to do so, but that wasn't enough for this woman, and she seemed hellbent on escalating things. >> Take your ticket AND RUN. >> Just go home. Just go home. Take the keys. >> Take your chance to walk away right now. >> Please, for the love of God, would you please go home? >> Are you going to take this or not? Or I'll put it inside your vehicle. >> Excuse me. Excuse me, ma'am. Don't touch my vehicle. Then put it under the All right. Listen. >> You are getting real close. >> There we go. >> And you might want to call someone to drive you because you've got a suspended driver's license. You have NO ISSUE. >> YOU MIGHT TAKE ME TO jail then. Duh. How the get home. >> You need TO STOP HERE CUZ I GOT TO >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. You're disrespecting me. You're making me look really, really bad. >> No. >> As far as the cops went, they were doing everything in their power to deescalate things. And even though the grandmother begged the woman to calm down, the suspect just wouldn't let the argument go. As a result, the cops eventually had to give the woman what she was practically begging for. >> I'm not going to let no white racist happen. >> Y'all doing this Friday is not true. You're just saying >> ass piece OF not right. >> IT IS NOT RIGHT WHAT YOU DOING. >> OKAY. BUT WHAT SHE DID IS RIGHT. >> BUT SHE'S ALIVE. >> IT DOESN'T MATTER. >> What are you doing? What are you going to say? Stop. >> Bro, your kids are not going to jail. >> Let's go. >> My driver's license. >> Come on. >> I can't. >> Stop resisting. Look what you're doing to your kids. MY KIDS ARE CRYING BECAUSE Y' >> get in the car. >> Sit down. Stop resisting. Stop. You don't try to bite me. Do not try to bite me. >> Do not bite. >> Do not try to bite me. >> DO NOT [laughter] I was trying to get my legs from entangled in this thing. Well, we're going to talk about it because I'm going to give you a chance to make a statement. That means that you're going to stay at RPD until Monday and this case will be reviewed by the state's attorney's office to see if they charge you with felony um aggra battery to a peace officer or not. >> As we alluded to earlier, the suspect's grandparents took care of the kids. After it was all said and done, they charged the woman with resisting or obstructing a peace officer and aggravated battery on a peace officer. On top of those charges, she was also booked on a warrant from another county. For whatever reason, Walmart's a hot spot for belligerent individuals and deranged and unhinged crooks. When these entitled Walmart customers think the rules don't apply to them, the cops are there to remind them that they do.
