on January 16th 2023 officers received a call regarding a 20-year-old who walked in a Veterinary Clinic and started vandalizing their property before the police arrived the employees held him down so he could not leave the 20-year-old seemed to be having a manic episode stay on the ground give me your hands give me your hands give me your hands stop fighting stop fighting give me your other hand can I help you with something he just grabbed the computer ripped it up and threw it down on the ground mhm it was there it was right here threw it over there went outside started punching that door and then they were locking the door kicking that lady's car out there okay we have a video camera of it yeah yeah actually the manager's pulling it up now okay want to follow me iing yeah absolutely can I get a piece of printer paper please yeah was he invited in no he didn't have an animal with him or anything he just came our doors were unlocked were still open so he just let himself in and she asked hey how you know how could I help you today and he just didn't say anything ripped the computer and just threw it okay so he's quickly but no I did not see nobody saw any pets or [Music] anything that's entering he was trying to steal it oh maybe not drugs are on hold on used appropriately wait hold on good thinking he reacted so quick did good thinking sorry you had to but you did good does he do anything other than sit here after he kicked the door a couple of times all he did was just sort of lay there and then he called the cops and then he stood up and that's when he started kicking a client's car he was outside and then we opened the door and we told him to startop kicking and then he started walking away and we're like no you can't go nowhere now the cops are coming and that's when uh me and the other guy Brad just kind of took him down and you took him down Brad did yeah the big guy how did he get out huh so how did he get away what do you mean you like took him down when once he started walking away Brad's like you can't go anywhere and he grabbed him and then he started trying to egg Brad on like fight me fight me and Brad's like I'm not going to touch you but you can't go anywhere okay and then Brad just kind of put his arms around him like this okay and then the guy just started trying to fight and Brad threw his weight down on him and they both fell down onto the ground together and Brad just stayed on top of him until you guys ared like within a minute I would say do we have any video camera of the kicking the car no I don't think so who witnessed it all in person Christina chrisa and Amber I would say your can I have them Christina and Amber so where were you when this happen I was standing right here cleaning and he comes in and I asked him how can I help him he didn't say anything he just walked up grabbed the computer and just chucked it he walked outside started punching that door over there and that's when they ran out to go lock it thank you guys for being so fast yeah that was a I don't know where the hell you were but you're right down the road okay well good job ran out no he didn't say two words we walked after him okay Amber like who was in the reception the reception desk me just you okay that's fine yeah they heard the commotion that's lock the door right yeah I saw you guys do that uh how much was the computer I have no idea how much our Compu we have put like a price on it we have no idea we don't buy them $800 coration it's a corporation we don't know how any we don't and that's the only thing damaged right from him well yeah did she look at the cars tell us if there's damage on okay so he said nothing he just grabbed the computer I saw the video right but saying he he threw it um and then he walked outside punched the door three times still said nothing kicked it he laid down on his back after and he laid down on his back just laying down and we're like knocking on the door and we're like hey you got to go dude and he was just like unresponsive and then all right so from there again immediately after that about about 1 minute and that's when he started kicking the client spot and that's when Brad and that's when me and Brad went outside kicking the front of the car yep front bumper I would say Hood bumper see you guys grab him well we went out and we chased him down we told him you can't go anywhere and then he turned around and he kind of like did that to us and he's like test me test me and we're like we're not going to hit you first but you can't go anywhere and then he tried to either take a swing or run off or something but Brad just grabbed him from behind and dropped to the ground with his weight and just they both landed on the ground together where's Brad at uh I don't know I think he left already yeah you I can get him on the phone if you need to I know that the guy tried to resist and tried to fight Brad and that's when Brad yanked his sleeves tied it in a knot and just laid on on him and we just waited for you guys and you guys arrived literally within a minute until law enforcement got there huh until law enforcement okay from here is there any damage we got no and even if there was she was my CR so I'm for you okay for what's good phone number for you man did you see anything uh me yeah well I saw I saw that I don't know who he is but what I saw I saw him going in because I was coming to ask about my cat where he's at that's when when I saw him walking in the store and go straight and grab the computer and walk and turn around that girl but said what Smash It acoss the floor and then he just went out the door and then he wanted to come in and start kicking the door and that's when I wanted to you know maybe I said he probably has a gun or something I run to the to hide and that's when the other I saw the girl trying to lock the doors and that's when I got out and helped her to close all the doors because you never know so right that and then that's uh and then when I was hoping to close the doors that's when I heard somebody else saying like he's kicking my car okay and then I just show him walking I cuz I wanted to come and see my car cuz I just love this sorry and uh I saw him walking there but he's not he's acting weird and then the two guys follow him and then one of the guy uh you know start uh not fighting just wanted to grab him put him down and that's when he put him down and tied up with his shirt M and and then you guys came this [ __ ] [ __ ] off [ __ ] out here oh my yo bud try to calm down man he calming down at all where is he on I was with him at Tara and he was just screaming random stuff like into the ceil this is the same dude and then he walked out but he wouldn't talk to me and right before walked out literally looked at the ceiling said something and walked out hey what are you on [Music] bud you have his ID does he have ID on I couldn't get his hands he so first so I was with him at darara he was sitting at the bar at the sushi bar um and he was just he was just healing random things like I couldn't make out what he was saying then he just walked up and left he walked down this way I went this way and then he just disappeared you got a deputy and you got a fry driving you guys are you good with two of the Deputy yeah yeah [Music] a
