what am I coming down for record this on January 21st 2024 officers were called to a Burger King in reference to a man who had been trespassed but returned and was disrespecting various employees all right what's up hi what's going on today um he was told he's not allowed in the store multiple times the last time he threw stuff at me um starting to come in count across the counter one of my workers to stand in the way okay um he was asked multiple times even by my supervisors not to come in here okay and he keeps trying to come in his name's uh what is it is it what what is his what do they call him you want you want letters or no letters what do they call him what TJ yeah oh TJ okay yeah um have we ever advised him not to return here do you know I do not know um they told me that the next time that he comes in I was not to say nothing to him I was immediately saw you guys and Let It Go Larry said he wasn't Larry said he wasn't allowed to hear no guy told him he wasn't allowed to hear anymore CU to get into with guy dining with just he just don't he don't listen and when you tell him they're going to call the police he ignores us he tells us he don't care he throws his threatens their employees he threw pop at them the one time CU they told him to get out so basically just acting up okay so they don't want to back there so that's why we were in contact with him today okay just so basically just tell to leave the paresis but well to just not go back to okay so so that's where he'll be so not supposed to work today right not supposed to work later on or anything he was that that's that was the purpose of him coming here oh he was coming to work yes oh okay well unfortunately now he won't be so all right you need anything else okay so I think this is the same guy we were here for a couple days ago not and I Hal and I and he's been coming in there like throwing stuff at the staff and threatening to fight him and doing all we find him last time or no there was like a 10minute delay so he was like long gone on the rapid by the time we got up there but the manager said they've told him not to return before yes all right so trespassing resisting up sharking he told that he's not allowed in the store the last time he was in the store he got into it with me and another crew member and then well not even the last time the time before that and then the last time he was in here he threatened to come across the counter my my workers had to stand in front of him threatened to punch me in my jaw and he threw pennies at me trying to hit me as hard as he could with the pennies and everything he got told he was not allowed in the store my supervisor told him he's not allowed in the store CU get into it with my supervisor in the dining room mhm um he's been asked multiple times he he keeps Tom coming in here he says that we don't have the right to tell him he can't come in here so the last time I called um y's guys were busy across town something was going on down there um the woman said that if he came in I was not to say nothing to him I was just to call you guys and have you guys come out and give him a a a warning a written warning and tell him that if he comes in the store again he will be arrested if he fights the issue and he do does the threatening and everything else they're just going to take him away okay um he got into it with my worker because my worker told him that he wasn't supposed to be in here and he basically bowled up his fist and everything else and he's he's an aggressive that was today yes when was the incident where he threw pennies um it should be on you guys' file I I don't remember approximately just so I know sometime last week one week ago yeah so what's your name Mary a week ago he threw pennies over the counter and before that he threatened um me and another crew member so he was um he threatened to um come at the crew member he told the crew M to come outside because he was going to basically kill him so he that's the reason my supervisor like when I told them what had happen and then I was here and they were stand S stand and there and he went to order food I said I can't take your order you were asked not to come back here mhm he um got into it with them and then they told him you're not allowed to here per permanently nothing you're not allowed to walk in the store and the last time that he was in here he was over there with a mask on and I knew who it was I walked out I told him he needed to leave I want to come back here he come over here and I I kept telling him I said you need to go and some other people were telling him that he needed to leave that was a week ago or that was today that was last week and this today he was told by him that you know you're not supposed to be in here and you blood on your yeah I know I was just like because of him uh so I think there were two incidents last week yeah okay because of him oh okay so I'm sorry you hurt oh I'm fine yeah um yeah so no matter so he he's in jail for fighting with us over at KFC um so we're absolutely going to be able to buise him officially not to come back here even though you you already told him that already counts but now he'll be told again and so it continues um from this point on same deal if he's here he committed a crime call us right away okay that's what the last woman said that from now on don't say nothing to him if he comes in the store I'm going to go just walk in my office call you guys let you guys handle it yeah that's perfect uh so that's when they you don't have to tell him to leave or that he's been advised just call us well this what I just advis them this is what I just advised them to today is that don't say nothing to him just come and get me I will walk in my office call the police as he own's here so that way he's in the store and you guys can take him out of here okay yeah that works best um so you guys know his name somehow or yeah because he used to come in here and like he CH he's been chilling living in Burger King for like 4 years so what hangs out in the bathroom or what no he just hangs out he just chills in here with all his stuff all day long to Lobby closes and then right he got mad that he can't live in here anymore okay cuz he's been living in here for like 4 five years years he hangs out like all day and I came here about told him that he can't be in here cuz he started doing his threats yeah what what's was a week ago you guys decided enough of this well probably about a couple weeks ago when the first incident happened and he got told he tried coming over the counter he said it yeah my my one worker Rick um right in right in his way I told him that um he was not coming out okay when you say you said come outside and you basically said I'm going to kill you oh he basically told him he said is there anything specific cuz that's how we have to operate he told him he put him on the ground put him in the ground yeah no he told him he would put him underground I forgot they were sitting right there and to me that's telling me you you're going to kill somebody if you're trying to tell me you're going to put them underground yep today you did tell him to leave and he didn't yeah we told him to leave and he wouldn't leave okay for about how long he I don't know about maybe 5 10 minutes we we was going back and forth right here I told him he told him he said because he told him he said dude she's calling the police you need to get out of here and he just looked at him like he was DED [Music] you brought it on himself that's dress pass I mean I don't know how I don't know how many times you got to tell somebody that they're not allowed in a place and like my boss told him you know what you don't come in here you don't my managers you don't anything he was like I don't want you in on my property mhm okay does anyone uh know where he lives they do not live anywhere okay well that
