Get out the car. [screaming] [screaming] >> I said I don't give no one the right to search my car. Right. >> I don't have to answer your question. >> You said search my car. >> I didn't say that. Don't lie. >> You did say that. >> I did not say that. >> You said I didn't give them permission to search my car. >> I didn't. I didn't. >> When the cops encounter entitled suspects, things usually spiral out of control. And if there are two suspects, the chaos doubles, but there's a harsh reality check in the end. One way or another, these super entitled couples find out they're not above the law. >> Hell no. Don't give a [ __ ] running cameras, bro. >> I play games if you step out of the booth or it's going to get ugly. >> I'm being nosy cuz I'm like, dang, it's a bunch of police officers standing by the bathroom >> and then y'all walked to our table, but nobody said anything. So, I'm like, hold on. >> On July 25th, 2024, at a Chili's restaurant, the manager called 911 and reported a scam. Allegedly, some people were trying to use stolen gift cards to pay for their meals. The manager said there were four of them, but by the time the cops got there, they only found three. >> It was just those three that came. >> Somebody sitting with you guys. >> Who's the fourth person? >> I'm going to need an ID for every single one of you guys. >> Okay. Well, we'll get your name and get a >> We're conducting an investigation. There's a fourth party here that's involved with the crime. >> Hell no. this [ __ ] Run them cameras, bro. There was nobody. >> Okay, we're just going to get out of you for all of you guys. Matter of >> fact, where my waitress at? I'm not giving you I don't even got to >> Our waitress can say that we were on the waitress just said that the individual left 7 minutes before we got here. >> We just got here. We're out of the world. >> According to the manager, a stack of Chili's gift [music] cards had been stolen from his vehicle, and one of the customers had already used one earlier. So, when he recognized them, he called the police. The suspects repeatedly said there was no fourth person and they were slowly getting on the cop's nerves. >> Last time, this is the second time they were here using the stolen gift cards. The first time they got a vehicle in a silver Mercedes with a tag in the supplement stacked gift card. >> The gift card. >> I'm not giving you, bro. These are legit, bro. No, these are mine. >> I came here with my family. I ain't had nothing to do with whatever that had. >> There was a fourth person here cuz I got I KNOW MY RIGHTS, BRO. Y'ALL not to play with me like that. >> He said there was >> no we came here. We sat down. We ordered outside. Bro, my bro, >> there's only three of you guys. I swear to God. The waitress said that the fourth one had gone to the bathroom, but by the time the cops got there, there was nobody there. The suspects denied there was another person with them and denied having stolen gift cards. But by the way, the man grabbed the cards and was refusing to hand them over, you could just tell that something was up. >> Minding my business, bro. I'm not talking. >> I give you my information, though. I'm not I'm not tripping. I just want to know what's your reason. >> That's Issue is there's a bunch of vehicle burn and >> the gift cards that are being used are stolen. >> No, they're not. >> See, that's what it is. So, I don't >> Did y'all come here last time we used gift cards? No. >> That's what the manager saying. So, >> no. >> That's why we're here. Manager called us. Just come here. >> I ain't steal nobody. >> You show him those can I take them check them and verify that? But these are yours. >> The officer tried to calm the man down, saying that if the cards weren't stolen, he'd be free to go. The officer knew that each card had its own number, so it wouldn't be hard to tell if they were stolen. After some back and forth, the cops escorted the suspects outside. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> We're not playing games no more. >> Step out of the booth or it's going to get ugly and you do not want it to go. at every opportunity. >> What is you talking about? >> Bro, what the hell, bro? >> I'm not resisting, bro. >> Oh, God. Bro, >> get him outside. Somebody go with her. >> Your girlfriend? >> Yeah, my girlfriend. >> She came up here three nights ago. getting parts that are stolen. They have they have her on video. She tried to order food with stolen gift cards three nights ago. >> The manager had a hunch that he'd seen the same woman three nights earlier and she'd already used a stolen card, but her boyfriend claimed that it was impossible and said the woman had been at home at the time. But as the man told his story, the officers noted a few inconsistencies. >> My girlfriend back home, bro. All my kids, bro. I work, bro. I don't I don't be over here. I came over here one time. He just stole me. His aunt gave him those gift cards. >> They were given to me. I swear to God. >> What's your first name? >> D E D I N. >> Yes. >> Man, you might not have stolen, but you're in possession of stolen property right now. And by you not giving us a name in there, that's why you're being detained because you're obstructing a lot. >> Well, because nobody's just Listen, okay, you got to see it from my perspective. Okay, y'all just woke up. You know, I am I'm being nosy cuz I'm like, "Dang, it's a bunch of police officers standing by the bathroom >> and then y'all walked to our table, but nobody said anything." So, I'm like, "Hold on." >> No one welcome here. >> I just want to know. >> I just want to know why. >> Good. >> You're going to jail, too, now. YOU WANT TO THROW GLASSES AROUND IN WATER? NO. That's disorderly conduct. >> That's fine. You can go to the hospital via the jail. I don't care. You don't do that. When you're suspected of committing a crime, the last thing you want to do is lash out and throw something across the table. When the suspect realized she'd made a huge mistake, she immediately started playing the victim and claimed that she was pregnant. >> I am pregnant, bro. >> Grabbed your arm. >> I didn't, >> bro. She's pregnant. She has not been Bro, she innocent, bro. I swear to God. >> Apparently, she's in there causing the scene. So, >> did you see how you grabbed me? >> She threw water or something. >> Why would you do that? >> I didn't even do anything. >> You were here 3 days ago. >> No, >> I know you were. >> I got worse three days ago. You were out for it three days ago. It was not you record. I've never been arrested for no reason. >> So, they both are detained? >> Yep. They're both going to jail. All right. And I would suggest if you don't want the same to happen to you, go on about your way. Okay. >> All right. >> The cops released the third suspect and let him leave as there was no evidence whatsoever that he was connected to the crime. But as for these handcuffed love birds, they were put in the same squad car and they had some time to reflect. >> We ain't did [ __ ] >> I know. Which is why I'm pissed off. They weren't your cards. >> Never expected this, did you? >> No. years. >> 21 my hands water. I swear to God the car. I don't want to say I said me. How the do I f the cameras don't like confused where they came up with the fourth person. >> After listening to their conversation, we found out that the male suspect had already been in jail and was not looking forward to going back. His girlfriend, however, had never been in trouble. But after one dumb decision, there she was. >> She literally acted like I actually swore. I didn't hear her. I'm just saying you would have just been I told you to be in this world getting arrested for >> because I told you to. That's why >> they arrested you for >> I understand that but doing all of that cuz look where it got you. You supposed to be out there. I'm guilty by possession. >> They weren't stolen. I was just thinking >> Mary when I was 5 months pregnant with you got arrested for some baby so >> this made me feel like I can't get away from >> I don't know but to laugh >> kiss right up here >> the female was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting without violence and she posted bond of $1,500. The man was charged with resisting without violence and posted a $1,000 bond. Both cases are still pending. On January 23rd, 2025, after months of domestic disputes and police involvement, the cops were on their way to an old lady's house to serve her son and his girlfriend with a protective order. However, what should have been a simple task turned into something far worse. >> Is this one whole house or is it separate? So, you said there's one door on the other side and one right here. Okay. And they're home right now. >> There we go. There we go. >> Hey, hang out right here. Stop right there. Stop right there. >> Stop. Right there. Stop. >> Stop. Get your hands off me. GET YOUR GET ON the ground. >> [laughter] >> I'm not going to let you touch me, girl. >> Get down. >> Sorry. I'M NOT DOING THAT. >> LET GO. >> I'M NOT DOING THAT. >> YEAH, you are. >> Get down. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground right now. >> We will. We will. >> Now, that was a clear example of what not to do when approached by police. The man kept saying that he wasn't doing anything while disobeying commands, but holding the fence at the same time. They quickly subdued the man and handcuffed him. When he finally had a chance to calm down, the man realized that he'd made a terrible mistake. >> I'm sorry. That's That's my girl. I can't I can't I'm not trying to cause trouble. >> Surely you are. >> I'm not trying. >> Surely you are, sir. >> You just did, sir. >> You prevented me from going to her. You blocked the door for her to go away, ran over my foot, and now I'm bleeding on my finger. So, what do you mean you're not trying to cause any trouble? >> I didn't mean for none of that to happen. I didn't I don't want y'all to be here having to deal with this. [laughter] >> That's why we trying to leave. Every time I come here, it's police getting called. Been sitting in the car for like 4 days. >> I got to pick a side between my family and my [snorts] my girlfriend. >> That's what you guys are causing me to have to do? No, Jordan, pick a side. >> I don't care who you date as long as you're not currently bothered with me. >> It's not up to you. Why has my life got to be what you want? >> What you what's happening? >> Why can't you just be happy for me in a house, not outside doing bad? I'm in a house with my girlfriend and you're calling the police on me. >> The suspect here, a super entitled 28-year-old manchild, didn't care about anything else except himself and his girlfriend. As far as his relationship went, he never stopped to think about how it might be affecting others. He was just thinking about himself and how he'd been wronged. >> Can't even be in my own house. >> You think we want you to >> I can't even be in my own house. >> You think we want something bad to happen to you? >> THIS IS WHAT YOU DOING. WHAT do you think happens when you call the police? >> What do you think HAPPENS WHEN YOU CALL THE POLICE? >> SOMEBODY GOES TO JAIL. >> MY OWN FAMILY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. >> Cuz I got a GIRL IN MY HOUSE THAT I WANT TO BE WITH. >> THAT'S NOT >> THAT I WANT TO BE WITH. THAT'S NICE. >> THAT I WANT TO BE WITH. I'M NOT ASKING MY MOM, "HEY, MOM, I'm 28 years old. You think this is the right girl for me?" I don't care. >> I want to be happy in my own way. I can't. I've been sleeping IN THE CAR FOR 4 DAYS. >> NO, YOU HAVEN'T. >> I haven't. I haven't. >> That's not even the point. >> Where did I sleep yesterday? >> You're missing. >> Where did I sleep yesterday? >> You care about me so much. >> Where did I sleep? >> You care, >> right? Exactly. How I've been sleeping? I haven't. One of the cops took his mother aside and scolded the woman because she shouldn't have been involved as they wrestled him to the ground. If she was always that overprotective, it was easy to see how he'd become such a brat. >> Listen, ma'am. >> You wanted us to come here. >> I know. I am. >> Keep walking. >> I am. I'm sorry. >> You wanted us to come here to serve him. >> So, why are you protecting him? >> No, I wasn't protecting you. I didn't want >> You clearly You clearly You clearly saw him what he was doing, right? >> Yes. >> So, why are you trying to jump in and intervene? No, I I didn't want you guys to hurt him. >> No, I didn't want you guys to hurt him like his face or anything. That's still my >> Did you see us swinging at him? Did you see us pulling anything out to hit him? >> I just Please understand who he is, Mom. >> You're the one You're the one doing through all this, right? >> Yes. >> Right. Exactly. But did you see any of us punching him, kicking him, taking out a baton or anything to hit him? He was the one doing all that to prevent to go on the ground. >> Right. And I was trying to hold his head at least so he won't buzz his head. That's all I was holding. >> Okay. >> The ironic thing was nobody here had to be arrested. All the cops wanted to do was serve a trespass warning, but the young man let his emotions run a muk and they both got arrested. >> When the police tell you to stop, you have to stop. You don't get to You don't get to hit. Yes, you do. It's a crime. Yeah, you do. >> Charge. Yeah. >> Yeah. Great logic. >> Who was going to just stop? Oh, yeah. Take me to jail. No one. It was you just stopped to go to jail. >> Who was taking you to jail? Who was taking you to jail? >> You guys are saying I'm going to jail. Now you are. >> Now you are. Yeah. She had an order. You needed to be served an order. >> Can we please just do that now? Please. I'm asking. Please, sir. I got two. >> We're going to do that. You got obstructing charge. You got resisting charge. >> Can we just >> maybe egg bat to a peace officer charge? >> Sir, I'm asking. Can we just not add all that on? >> This is my I I don't get in trouble. >> I told you we're way past that. >> But they don't you don't have to do that, sir. >> Oh, yeah. >> I'm asking. You made a decision. Just stop. You come on. You didn't have to do any of that. You guys didn't have to do that. This is my mom now going, "How many times have we been out here for you guys? Stop." >> Throughout the ordeal, the young man kept saying that he was 28. But instead of acting like an adult and getting his own place, he kept going back to his mom's house despite the mother's obvious issues with his abusive girlfriend. >> Every time since then since she's been here, it's been a problem. >> Don't you think it would avoid the problem if you just went to like your girlfriend's house, though? You know, >> she lives with her grandparents at 28. I don't want >> I don't want to go to her house at 28 years old. I want to be able to bring my girlfriend to my house. >> That's all I'm trying to do. >> All right. I'm just saying you don't see how these series of events led to this. That's all I'm saying. Like, come on, dude. It just It just didn't need to be like that. It's just dramatic. >> You're mad at me? >> I'm I mean, I'm kind of mad at you. I have the rest of you off the fence. Tico, >> I'm I'm asking you. Please, Tico, >> what's up? It's It ain't up to me. It ain't It's up to that other officer. >> Can I talk to him? >> Can you couldn't Can you please put in a good word for me? >> Well, he's going to talk with you. I ain't too happy with you either. >> I I know you're not cuz you got called out here and had to do what you had to do. I didn't want you to. >> That's what I'm trying to prevent. >> That's what I'm trying to convince. >> I know. Well, he going to talk with you at the station. All right. The man here, Thomas, was placed under arrest. But during all that commotion, his girlfriend, Alexis, just drove off. Luckily for the officers, Alexis wasn't that bright, and she went to the first place they'd be looking for her, to her grandparents house. >> All right. Uh, just put your hands behind your back for me. >> Oh my god. Put your hands behind your back for me. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> A chance to ask him up. I'm not too sure, man. >> She's just being detained for the >> We'll tell you in a second. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Relax. Relax. She's not resisting. >> Yes, she is. >> Yes, she is. >> How do you not know she's >> resisting? It's cold outside. I was sweating. I was going to get my ID. >> Let's relax. She's relaxed. She look She's like 90 lb soaking wet. >> So, let's all >> What is the reason you're taking my name on her? >> Don't'll explain it to you in a second, ma'am. >> Her family was caught off guard when they arrested Alexis. However, when the officer explained how she ran from police and injured an officer in the process, they didn't look that surprised. She was cooperative during the arrest, but when they got to the station, she started really showing off. >> What? >> It's fine. I'm just going to put you back in handcuffs. Okay, >> you need to stop this. >> If I break your fingers, that's your fault for your >> Sorry, your pants. very simple out. [snorts] >> Alexis tensed up and resisted so hard that they had to tackle her to the ground to get her under control. If she was acting like this with the cops, it wasn't hard to imagine why Thomas's mother and sister had an issue with her. >> Every day it could be a little more [snorts] >> over. >> She got a string in her pants. >> She's got a string in her. What is the point? It makes no sense. 21, please. >> All right. You happy? >> I think so. Or >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Ready? >> Alexis was charged with obstruction, resisting arrest, evading, and assaulting a peace officer. Sadly for Thomas, he couldn't persuade the officers to just let things slide, and he was later charged with reckless endangerment, obstruction, and harboring a fugitive. On the 11th of January, 2025, the cops approached a couple loitering and drinking in front of a business, a clear violation of city ordinances. It wasn't the first encounter they'd had with them, but it turned out to be the most hilarious. >> So, I can't I can't drink that beer. >> Oh, no. This isn't Las Vegas, man. You can't just sit out here and drink open alcoholic beverages. >> It's an ordinance violation for the city of Largo. >> I'm I'm sorry. I'm homeless. It's >> okay. I'm actually the homeless outreach officer. So, it's >> Are you What's your name? >> Alandro. >> Are you? >> Yeah, I was. Yeah, you woke you woke me up like uh >> I was addicted to you. >> No, no, I was. >> Yeah, you were. You remember that? You were passed out like that front yard. >> Yeah, >> you got Did you leave he or get kicked out of he or whatever? No, I I left that I didn't get >> because Todd got you in though, right? >> No, Todd's >> You were crying that one day over there. Where's >> I have Todd's card? >> I do have Todd's card. >> We weren't I wasn't crying. I was telling you I wasn't going to go to a shelter. I was being a dick. >> Remind me of your information, please, sir. >> When I knocked over my own booze, you were like, "Hey, you dumb." Thank God you knocked it over. You're a dumb. >> I don't think I called you a dumbass. >> Well, no. No, you didn't. That's what I'm I'm I'm >> Yeah. You were like, "What was your first name again? >> You're spot on. I'm marking >> right off the bat." You could see the man's sense of humor, but in a rugged and cringy kind of way. On the other hand, his female companion, Megan, seemed pretty ticked off. She didn't appreciate the officers barging in on their date, and she wasn't afraid to show it. >> Megan, how are you? >> I'm good. Thank you for asking. >> Megan doesn't like me either. >> No, I just don't like it. >> You don't like the police? >> Especially at Largo. >> Okay. >> Since I'm doing the law, >> so why do you hang out in Largo then if you don't like us? But you're sitting out here loitering in front of private property. >> Sitting here because a lot of homeless have been sitting here every night of the week because they welcome us here. >> No, they don't. That's why we trespass. In fact, I work at the 71 every other night. >> Thank you for that opinion. >> Yeah, we'll leave. >> We'll leave. Hey, we'll leave. >> No, you're detained, my friend. >> I can't be detained. >> You are detained. I'm telling you, you're in ordinance violation. Okay. >> So, I physically walked up and watched you drinking the four1. I didn't see you. >> He was not drinking it. >> I saw you. >> He was not drinking it as No, >> I wasn't drinking it. >> See this thing right here? >> Uh-huh. Yeah, that camera would have a vlog. >> Correct. So, I have it on camera. >> You're suing the county? >> Yes, I am for a dog biting. >> That shouldn't have happened. >> I'm going to take another sip of this beer. That's all I'm going to say. >> Okay. Other other than that, other I'm not gonna touch it. But I'm just saying if I'm being detained, I'm gonna take another hit because I'm being detained. You know what I mean? I'm not trying to be a dick. Y'all y'all y'all got every right. >> I'm pretty sure. >> What? From where? >> From this property right here. >> I don't remember. Yeah, I don't remember that. >> Hey, was he talking to you? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I am. That's That's my old question. I was saying >> it was an open-ended question, so I was responding as well. >> Okay. Well, you don't need to respond. How about that? Oh, thank you for your opinion. >> You're welcome. >> We We'll leave. >> Why don't you guys criminal? >> Yeah. When he left, I didn't I don't know. Harassing the small. >> I didn't do it in front of him. When he left, I drank it. And then when he came back, I might have drank it. I didn't see him come back. I might have drank it before. I don't know. >> I couldn't tell. All I know is that that's not my beer. And we're going to walk across the street. We're going to leave you guys be. >> Marcus tried to play the ignorant card, pretending it wasn't his beer, even though he admitted to drinking it just moments ago. He was still joking around a bit, but Megan on the other hand was getting angrier by the minute. >> Drink merry. >> You know you can't drink in public. >> Well, you know I'm stupid. Y'all know I'm stupid. Y'all know I am stupid. I I I cannot get over my stupidity. Like I wave at the cops. I drink beers at the cops. I You know I I'm Marcus. >> You have no reason to still be questioning me because I picked up my property and I'm leaving >> because it was my first time homeless. What reason do you have for me still? >> So it was like I found fresh cardboard. I was like, "Holy [ __ ] fresh down behind the bush." Like you came over my right. >> I know my rights. >> No, no. I'm just saying up at me like this. >> I stand my ground and tell you I done nothing wrong. >> Not that I'm aware of. I know it was him. I don't know. Where you going? First of all, my name is Megan >> and I have not done anything illegal and you have no reason to be talking to me. >> Okay. Bye, Megan. >> Thank you. >> Have a great night, Megan. >> You, too, officer. >> Thank you, man. >> You're going to leave me, Megan. >> Marcus made a serious mistake and called his girlfriend the wrong name on their date. As if she wasn't angry enough already, that might have pushed her over the edge because instead of leaving, she decided to clap back at Marcus and the officers. At that point, the cops decided they'd had enough. Sit over there. I already told you once. Sit down. >> Shove me,shole. >> Stop. I'm putting my stuff down. They're hurting me. I'm pissing myself. Help. Help. He's making me piss myself. STOP. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. HELP. HELP. [screaming] HELP. >> I haven't even done anything. Stop. >> Stop. >> What the? >> Just stop. >> What the [ __ ] Stop. >> I haven't even done anything wrong. You didn't even have a charge. >> YOU HAVE NO REASON. NONE. >> No reason. >> I hate you, Marco. I hate you, Margo. [screaming] >> They quickly searched the woman and put her in the back of a squad car. Meanwhile, Marcus just kept on chatting with the officers like it was just another Tuesday. And when it came time to arrest Marcus, he behaved a little bit different than his partner. >> But very simply, he tells her she's trespassed. Stop. And she doesn't. So I I tried to tell you guys, I was like, I wanted to go across the street. I see you guys arrest me now, but I'm just saying that I just wanted to take her across the street >> and get get away from you guys. >> And I appreciate that, but unfortunately that was about >> 20 minutes too late. >> You were sitting here with all these little and stuff like that. >> No, man. I got to Can you guys put that in the uh >> Can I put it in the back? What? >> Can I hit that one more? >> Yeah, I'll help you. Just be patient. Okay, >> Marcus, I appreciate your cooperation, buddy. But like when I said I'm like, man, you're just sitting out here drinking and she start >> Yeah. No, you guys Hey, I I knew I was going down. >> I was just trying to save you guys doing paperwork, man. >> I appreciate that. >> You could have saved this by not drinking. >> Oh, you're talking to Marcus here. [laughter] >> You're talking to Marcus. >> Do you have anything on you shouldn't have? >> No. No. I everything everything's good. >> Throughout the arrest, the man was cheerful and cooperative. At one point, one of the cops had some advice for him about how to choose a partner. >> I would stay away from this. >> Well, I don't care. I was You guys are the biggest rockers ever, dude. >> Step in. >> The mood, huh? >> The whole mood, bro. >> I was about to make her come times four and y'all done ruined my times four. Y'all are some dicks. I was about to her down. So good. Y'all ruin this old [ __ ] thing. >> Where where do you stay? Where's >> on the streets? On the streets of >> Hey, who's sleeping at the park? In the park over here. >> Yeah. Yeah, he's a [ __ ] dick. But I like that guy. I love I love you guys. You guys are cool. >> Next time we'll coordinate better. So that >> No, no. When you when you guys when you guys roll up when I say >> we are a sign that says I'm on a date, so we know that >> No, it's not on a date. No, it was like, "Hey man, I'm going across the street." And y'all were like, "You're dumb." >> Like I was like, "Yeah, I drank a beer when you guys passed by." >> Which I'm Marcus, so I'm not >> Bro, when I when I literally walked up to you, you had the poor hand. >> He said, "I'm Marcus. I drink." >> As they were just about to transport them, one of the cops got an idea to put them both in the same car. But he quickly realized that it probably wouldn't end well, all things considered. >> She uh urinated on me a little bit. Not if that's true. >> Widen. Yeah, widen. >> She did. >> She did. >> You're supposed to me. Not these guys. >> Jesus. >> This is not right. >> This is not right. No. A woman should have a right to with a male. >> You know what I mean? >> All right. >> You want them together? They're They're friends here. >> I'm going to definitely have to take my laptop outside. >> Okay. Would you like to sit next to her? >> Yes. Yeah. Hell yeah. >> All right. I think that's a bad idea. Come on. That's probably a bad idea. Come on. Come on. >> No. No. No. No. No. >> I I don't want that. Come on. Come on, >> dude. I got to tell her bye. >> Come on. >> Oh, you're >> You guys are a bunch of Richard. >> Y'all are good. Y'all are good. >> He's just going to talk. >> They were both arrested and taken to jail. Megan was charged with trespass after warning. And as for Marcus, he got several violations for breaking city ordinances. However, this whole interaction proves to us that a little bit of humor can make difficult situations a bit lighter. On December 9th, 2021, the cops got a tip about a stolen vehicle parking outside a local business. When an officer got there, he decided to detain the female driver, but he barely had time to turn his camera on because the action had started already. >> Sir, I have no sale for this car. I have a bill of sale. I have no sale for this car. I have bill. >> You're going to go on the ground. You understand me? Put me on the ground. You need to stop, >> sir. This car. I have a bill of sale for this vehicle. >> You need to stop. Yes, sir. Can you please understand what I'm saying? I have a bill of sale for this vehicle. Please. >> They threw radio one at a time. >> I have a bill of sale for this vehicle. Sir, >> I don't get in the car. >> Sir, please stop. You need to stop. Unit got the white male. Ran over to the truck stop. Going to be a camo hat, camo jacket. Had a window survived me. Sir, I have a bill of sale for the vehicle. I have a bill of sale for the vehicle. >> While the officer tussled with the driver, his colleague took off after the male suspect. The man ran to a nearby tree line and disappeared into the brush, but the cops quickly spotted him and approached the man with guns drawn. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the ground now. Put your hands behind your back. Just listen. Put your hands behind your back now. All the way around your back. Put the phone down. Put your hand behind your back. All the way back. >> What did I do? >> What's your name, boss? Don't lie to us now. >> All right. We'll find out in a minute. >> What' I do? >> Well, what why did you see us? >> He jumped this wood line when you saw us. >> No. Piss hell. Okay. >> Look. Look. >> Hold on. Put your hands up. You've been running through damn woods. Look at this. >> Yeah, I know. >> Okay. We find out in a minute. >> All right. Stand up. One, two, three. Yep. You got any for any kind of ID on you? >> No, sir. >> What's in this pocket? >> Cash. >> Can I go and look? >> Can I look? >> Yes, sir. >> You've been running, Ty? >> No. Not until I ran out of the woods. >> Okay. >> The suspect said he was from Philly, but he wouldn't say or couldn't say what he was doing there. According to the officers, as soon as the man saw them, he started running. So, they were pretty sure that he was the man they were looking for. >> Reason why he being stopped is cuz his car is coming back stolen. So, how how are you coming about this? >> I have a bill of sale for the vehicle. >> Okay. Where did you Who gave you this bill of sale? How like explain that to me. >> I mean, it's the bill of sale >> from who? >> Shana. >> Who is Shannana? >> The car owner. >> Okay. So, when did when did this bill of sale take place? >> Like what's today's date? >> Like the the 9th. >> Okay. I have the date on the bill of sale. Okay. But it was here here recently, like maybe a week or two. >> Okay. So, why would this car be reported stolen then? >> I don't know. That's why I'm sitting here looking at you crazy like, >> okay, so why did homeboy over there take off running? >> I don't know that either. >> Okay. What's his name? >> They were both being deceitful, and it was clear they hadn't coordinated their stories before getting arrested. The man denied he'd been in the car with her, while the woman said they were together, but she wouldn't divulge his name. I don't want to tell you anything. >> I mean, you're just going to get charged with everything then. Cuz if I mean, if I don't know who that is, then you know, cuz right now, I mean, you're in possession of a stolen car. >> I didn't know it was stolen. >> Okay. How do you know this this this owner this car owner? You said that's how you got the car from. So, why did y'all have a disagreement? >> Marketplace. I don't know her personally. >> Were you supposed to exchange money or something? Did you not pay her all the way? Like, >> but she we paid her $3,500. >> What was the total? Was the cost of the car supposed to be? >> That's what she was charging for. >> Okay. And what's the name of the owner? >> Shana. >> Shana what? >> Jared. >> Sh. Shana. Jared. Okay. >> The woman told the officers that they'd bought the car from a woman on Facebook Marketplace and they'd already applied for title and insurance. At that point, the cops started searching the vehicle, and they didn't even notice the suspects getting out of the squad car and making a run for it. >> Let's go. They ran. They got out of the police car. Here we go. >> Oh, he sure did. >> You lying. [laughter] >> Oh, wow. >> Come back. Come back. Walk out. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. BOTH OF Y'ALL get on the ground. I'm tell y'all get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. ON YOUR FACE. On your face. On your face. Well, y'all just caught another charge. Y'all just caught another charge. But stay over there. Don't move. On your face. On your face. >> They escaped out of the vehicle. We got him back detained. >> The cops here must have been pretty distracted not to notice the suspects getting away. And if it weren't for those bystanders keeping a lookout, the cops could have easily ended up on a blooper reel. >> Y know y'all just got another charge, right? >> It's all right. Y'all dumb as hell anyway. >> You got both subjects in your vehicle. >> Yeah. >> Where the hell y'all thought y'all was going to go? Some dumb [ __ ] >> You trying to act stupid? >> Look, I'm telling you right now, you probably have an idea. >> Here's the man. I ain't going to start. >> No, don't give me that as a man. >> Who needs a leg? I got >> As a man, I loosen your Don't give me as a man. >> You're the worst kind of man there is. You be standing by, man. >> Which I thought I was going to run from the fastest person in the department for >> he ain't look faster to y'all. >> I tried. >> I didn't try. >> Yeah, she didn't run the first time. >> After arresting the suspects, the officer contacted the real owner of the car to come pick it up. However, she returned the very next day with some alarming news. Apparently, the cops did a pretty poor job while searching her car. >> Hey, how are you? >> Thank you. I'm Shann. >> It's been a confusing day. >> Okay. >> My car was they picked it up yesterday afternoon. >> It had been stolen and I picked it up this morning in >> Okay. >> I talked to the officer that arrested the people yesterday. He had told me that the car had been served, but there's meth and needles and prescription medication in the vehicle and I don't >> Let me get my gloves. >> Sorry. >> Where' they steal your car? >> I had it at a friend's repair shop and apparently he left the key under the mat in it. And so then they say that they bought it on Facebook Marketplace for $3,500, but I did not. So my problem, >> they did a fake bill of sale for night. >> Really, >> the suspects here had done a pretty lousy job covering their tracks with a fake bill of sale. However, the cops had heard even lamer and more ridiculous excuses from other suspects. As things turn out, criminals will do just about anything to avoid going to jail. You'd be surprised on the what people tell. I searched a guy one time had weed in his pocket. These aren't my pants. [laughter] >> Oh, yeah. These are my cousin's pants. I just put them on. I didn't know what was in the pockets. Okay. >> They basically been living out of the car. Um the meth is definitely in that green and white container and it was right here on this front seat. >> Okay. Let's see. >> I'm assuming it's meth. and say needles. >> So those William, where did you find all the are they all in this box? >> Okay, >> I think that's a box. >> Well, at least they're new. They're not used, laying on the floor. >> The couple was eventually hit with a slew of charges, including grand theft auto, fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, forgery, and drug possession. In addition, they both had warrants out from prior arrests. On the 11th of April, 2024, a cop saw a vehicle doing a dangerous maneuver and nearly causing an accident before pulling over at a 7-Eleven. The cop decided to perform a traffic stop and for a minute or so, the conversation was cordial. >> Hi there. How are you? >> I'm good, sir. >> Good. I'm deputy Katie. I pulled you over. When you're turning in here, that's not that way to turn in. I went on the grass and I did a U-turn, sir. >> Okay. >> I did not turn in there, sir. >> I just I just watched you. I was right behind you. >> I did a U-turn. I parked on the grass and I did a U-turn in. >> Okay. Either way, even if that's the way you did it, that's still not the way to do it. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> And sir, do you have your ID with you also? >> Okay. Do you have your seatelt on? >> Actually, I I I do need yours. Okay, my man. >> I'm going to be honest with you. I'm going to need it. >> Okay. What's your name? Do you have your ID with you? >> Yes, sir. >> No, I don't have it. >> I know the laws. >> It's Samantha Mullinar if you want. I know. I got I just parked cuz I didn't know you guys are following me or behind me because of that. >> Okay. >> At first, the driver stayed calm and composed even though the look on her face showed signs of distress. The driver's passenger, her boyfriend, refused to ID himself, and it was a hint there was trouble ahead. Sure enough, it didn't take long till things escalated. >> And you got your kid in the back seat? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. How old is he? >> He's nine. He's 10 of December. >> Okay. And your name was Is this your car or No? >> No, sir. >> Whose car is it? >> It's my boyfriend's car. >> Your boyfriend's car? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Your name is Samantha. >> Oh, man. So, like I said, I am going to need your ID. >> Don't need my ID, bro. Call your supervisor, please. >> That's not going to happen at this >> driving. Hope I'm not driving. So >> this is what the other sheriff did to us. No, I'm not going through this again. No, I'm not going through this again. >> He's not wearing a seat belt. He's getting a ticket. So we need his ID. >> He needs a ticket. >> Yes. I need your ID to be able to write you a ticket. >> So I went on the grass and did a U-turn. Right. Because I did not go on the street and did a U-turn. I went on the grass. >> You can't make a U-turn on the other roadway. Where does it say I can't make a middle a U-turn right there in the middle of the roadway? >> Know that you can't make U-turn. >> Anybody? >> I'm not from here, sir. So, >> traffic laws across this country are the same. >> The moment the cops started questioning her boyfriend, the driver, Samantha Molinar, just lost her mind and started arguing. Samantha said she'd been in a similar situation before, and as we've seen time and time again, many of these suspects just never learn. Keep your window down. >> Roll down your window, sir. >> Roll down your window. >> And my key is not in there, sir. My key is in there against your window. >> There is no key in my ignition. Close my >> You better calm down, man. >> I better not calm down. He shouldn't open my car door. I know that much. I know. Get away from my car. I ain't doing >> Get back in the car. >> Get away from me. >> Yes, my son is in the back. >> Okay. >> Yes. That's what y'all do. >> Y'all harass people. >> We ain't harassing nobody. >> Harassing y'all. You mad about me putting on my window. >> Yep. >> Cuz I don't want to look at you or hear it. >> I don't You're going to get out of the car door. Don't touch my car door. >> Don't touch my car. >> Don't touch my car door. getting out of the car. >> You have no reason for me to throw me out of my car. >> In the blink of an eye, this situation went from calm to ballistic. And it really begged the question, what made these two so hostile? You got to wonder why they couldn't just take a ticket from him and be on their merry way. To get the answer to those questions, they'd have to calm down a bit, but that just wasn't happening. >> I WILL SUE THEM. [screaming] I WILL SUE THEM. I will sue this. >> Don't touch my Don't touch me, sir. I'm recording. >> Hey, my son. Mom. Mom. Mom. Because I'm recording. >> No. You're grabbing officers while they're doing their job. >> I'll get out, but promise me you won't tase me. >> You're tough. Stop. He wants to get chased. >> No, don't tase me. Don't tase me. Don't take me. >> He just beat me in the face, huh? Whatever. >> Don't take me. >> Chill out. Chill. Chill. Chill. Chill out. Bro, bro. I promise. Back. I'll stop. I'll stop. I'll stop. Stop. I'll stop. I'll stop. I'll stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Put your hands. The man here, Hector Gutierrez, resisted the officers, and it took five of them to take him down. When one of the cops pulled his taser out, Hector begged him not to use it, but he just kept on resisting. The cop did the only thing he could and fired the taser at him and struck the man on probably the most painful spot on a man's body. At the same time, Samantha was resisting as well. >> I'm recording you. Don't touch me, sir. Don't touch me, sir. >> You're not going anywhere. Stop. Stop. I'm recording my phone. Sir, >> leave me alone. >> Stop touching me, sir. Why are they touching me? >> Stop spitting your face. You don't treat nobody like that. >> Bite your finger. This is This is forcing it, bro. >> Touch me. >> Stop, bro. I can go in the car. What's wrong with you? He fart your >> You're not going to keep me in >> [ __ ] Leave me in my car. You're not >> sit in the car. >> No, I will see if your [ __ ] I will see. Don't touch me. What's wrong with you? >> Quit spitting. You're nasty. >> The is wrong with you? Y'all nasty. Although Samantha was feistier, she was quickly restrained. As for Hector, after getting buzzed in his crotch, he got calm and apologetic and even revealed why he didn't ID himself. >> I should have got out now. I didn't think it was going to get this far, man. >> Yeah. Traffic warrant, dude. >> I know, but I I man, trust me, I don't know the law. >> Where you from? >> Wisconsin. >> I just I just felt like it it shouldn't have been that serious to me. I I don't know. Like I said, I don't know Florida. I'm new here. >> So, A warrant means you're going to jail regardless. >> Yeah, I get it. >> And and it was traffic. So what you what was the traffic warrant for? Like no license or something? >> Yeah, it was a dwell. >> That's freaking misdemeanor [ __ ] dude. >> That's some you could have got taken care of and been out. >> You probably could have been out today. Did you have a bond? >> Yeah, it's like $1,000. >> I got like I said, I apologize to you guys, you know. I just I just felt some type of way cuz you the way things were handled. But like I said, we didn't make anything better. You know what I'm saying? Listen, nobody's perfect, man. >> You remember first thing you told me? >> I'm just being disrespectful, man. I know. I apologize. As a man, I apologize. >> Hey, >> I apologize. I apologize. As a man, I apologize. >> No hard feelings. >> The officer told these two that things could have quickly been resolved with a simple ticket. Hector explained that the reason his girlfriend was so feisty was that she didn't have a license. At that point, the officer gave the man some good advice. >> The thing is, if [music] somebody gets if you got two in a car and one gets excited, it's the other job for the other person. Or once they both get excited, >> it ain't going to go very good. >> She's got air. She's breathing. The AC is on. >> Okay. So, >> with the kid, >> we have to have the kid. >> We're going to go to everybody's house until we find that kid. So, it's a whole lot easier if they just bring him here. Hey, leave me without air one more time. >> Hey, ma'am. >> I'm ma'am. >> Leave me without air one more time. >> LEAVE ME WITHOUT AIR ONE MORE TIME. >> OKAY. >> What happened? >> Nope. Your questions are done. >> After finding open containers in the vehicle, they conducted field sobriety test on Samantha. Samantha was charged with driving on a suspended battery on law enforcement, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence with a passenger under 18. As for Hector, he got off easier and was charged with resisting without violence and for an active misdemeanor warrant. On the 16th of February 2025, the cops were called to an Applebee's after getting a report about a man choking his wife against their car. A few moments later, they spotted the couple and immediately realized that they were very intoxicated. >> You >> Is this really what we're going to be doing tonight? Seriously? >> No. Being honest with you, no. >> No, because now we have a witness saying something happened back here. So >> So what's happened? >> You want to go? Do you want to go that route? >> No, no, no, no. >> Cuz we'll go that route. >> No, no, no. You are trying to get everything so two problems exist right now. One, they told us that you were choking her against the car. Okay, so that's not the problem. Let's check. I'm going to I'm going to sue behind. Let's check the camera. >> Okay, that's problem one. Problem two is you're plastered and you're sitting in the driver's seat. >> Okay, let's go. Let's go. No, no, no. Okay, thank you. city baby. >> They say they say that I strangle you. Let's see the cameras. What are they? And we go and we see the cameras. We see the cameras. >> So now the cops were dealing with two issues. The alleged choking and a DUI situation with the couple being very drunk and the keys in the ignition. While the man seemed to be taking things pretty well, his wife, on the other hand, was on the verge of having a fit. You guys are doing all of this in front of your >> No, being No, exactly. Being honest. >> You doing this? Are you kidding me? You doing all of this, >> baby? >> Because he's [ __ ] Hispanic. Are you kidding me? >> Baby, being honest with you, I just want to go home. Being honest with you, >> stupid mother. >> You are stupid mother. You >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> You get in the car. >> No. Stupid [ __ ] Get in the car. >> You see me? You see me? I see you. Yes. Get in the car. >> No. Are you kidding me? >> Yes. No. I'm already kidding. >> He was choking me. Are you kidding me? >> That's what they told us. >> Somebody told you. >> No, you are the one that borderline disorder. I don't want to take you to jail. So, just relax. Just relax. >> You Andelo is right there. >> I KNOW ANGELO IS RIGHT THERE. THIS MOTHER IS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT. He's the ONE TO PROTECT. >> STAND BACK FROM >> WHY ARE YOU NOT PROTECTING ME? >> Sensing trouble. The young boy stepped out of the vehicle. Then the woman, Allesia Button, continued yelling profanity at the officer. Never mind the fact how it might affect the young boy. The woman's husband, Hector, did his best to contain her, but there wasn't much he could do. >> Why are you not protecting me? I TRIED. >> WHY YOU NOT protecting [laughter] stupid mother? >> No. >> Tired of tired of you. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. STOP. >> NO. >> STOP. STOP. >> I'M DONE. [screaming] I'M DONE. >> STOP. >> STUPID. >> I know. >> So, uh, inside. They're reporting that he was strangling her. He's Applebee's is reviewing camera footage. She's encroaching on me. I had to push her away. >> So, which he's camera footage to see if that's legitimate, but she was in the driver's seat with the car. So, >> when the supervisor arrived, the officer tried to explain things, but as soon as he saw the woman's disorderly behavior, he decided to put a stop to it. She'd already been given plenty of warnings, and it was time to take action. Why you come here? >> WHY YOU [screaming] STOP? [screaming] Hands behind your back now. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. STOP RESISTING. >> STOP. BATMAN. >> I got All right. >> Stop it. >> Left arm. >> I GOT [screaming] LEFT ARM. GOT left arm. >> What is that? >> Stop. >> What is that? >> Stop. [screaming] >> Just give me your arm. >> What is that? >> Alisia. Come on. PLEASE. [screaming] >> Even after being handcuffed, she kept screaming and yelling and she eventually burst into tears. But that didn't mean the fighting was over. And as a matter of fact, it was about to get worse. [screaming] >> What's wrong with you? >> Move. >> No. No. We're going to the car. Let's go. >> Come on. ACT LIKE AN ADULT. >> STOP. [screaming] >> NO. [screaming] NO. LOOK. >> Make this easier. >> No. No. Look my hand. [screaming] >> Stupid. Look at my hand. Stupid. Look at my hand. [screaming] Look at my hands, stupid. Look at my hands. >> The cops kept trying to reason with the woman and get her to start cooperating, but it turned out to be impossible. By the time they got the woman to the door of the vehicle, her screaming turned into growling, and it seemed more like an exorcism than a DUI arrest. >> Take a deep breath. You want What do you want? You want me to readjust them? >> Yeah. You want me to readjust it? >> Loosen it, please. Loosen it. Loosen it. >> Do we even know her name yet? >> Nope. >> Lucen, >> what's your name? >> Listen. Alexia. [crying] >> Alexia. LUC. [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] After being put in a squad car, the officers interviewed the witness. He explained to the officers that he heard a woman screaming in the parking lot. And based on what the cops had just gone through, it wasn't hard to believe, but they still needed more detail. >> What exactly did you see? >> I seen him grabbing her against the car that looked like >> Great car. >> Yeah. And I came back here cuz I didn't want them to see me. >> Why are you guys in the car? >> Because I was dealing with her. Being honest with you, you can check me out. You can check her out. You can check all >> I thought you guys were leaving. Like, >> yeah, exactly. That's >> But why are you in the car? Oh, because I trying to talk with her. He She was just mad because >> I thought you were staying in the area with your cousin. >> Oh, sir. No. >> So, you lied. >> What? I'm going to lie. >> You said you were staying here in the area with your cousin. >> No. No. Cuz No, I'm not going to stay and was waiting for her to get out. >> No, sir. >> You said you weren't driving, >> sir. No. Hey, excuse me. Okay, let's Okay, no. Now I'm Let's Let's stop. No, no, no. Let's do it. No, no, no. Let's do it. Now you told me that I was thinking I'm driving. Let's do it. Let's put the cameras. I didn't say you were driving. >> No. No. You're telling me. >> No. >> Okay, let's do the camera. >> You said you were not driving. >> Exactly. I don't know. >> So, why were you in the car? >> How? Why you mean why I'm in the car? >> Why are you guys in the car? >> I'm going the home. >> He's in the car with me and my wife. >> Who was driving? >> Her. >> Despite a bit of a language barrier, Hector explained to the officers that he was trying to prevent his wife from driving. When he failed to stop her, he tried to get his son out of the vehicle so he wouldn't be in danger. >> Okay, you will see that in the video. It's no problem at all. I'm not any problem at all. I just don't want all the show in front of my son. It's okay. You don't want to believe me. It's okay. I'm really I really appreciate your service. Being honest with you, I don't want to deal with her being drunk. But the only thing that I don't like is you getting me right here in front of her because I was doing nothing. >> We already told you. Listen, you are going to jail today right now for trespass after warning. You were warned not to come back here and you're drunk and you came back. >> I just want to say I just want to you understand me? >> Yes, sir. I just Who can I call to come take your child? >> Do you have any other family in the area? >> No, just her. >> Okay, then it's going to be DCF. >> While Hector had claimed that he was trying to help his wife, the cops found out that he'd already been trespassed earlier. As they were both going to jail, their son was taken into custody by the Florida Department of Children and Families. Entitled behavior can land you in handcuffs. And on the 4th of November 2024 in Nvar, Florida, a couple learned that lesson the hard way. The story kicked off at the Day Zen Hotel there after a call came in about an altercation. >> Being very aggressive. Yeah. >> This guy >> because they're saying we charged him for three nights. >> Okay. >> We only charged him for two nights. There is no way in our system to charge without it being attached to a folio. >> Okay. screaming and yelling, "Won't the owner don't want to leave?" >> Okay. Are they current guests? >> No, they checked out. >> Okay. All right. >> And they're saying they were going to call the cops because we saw from them. We did not. I can show you. >> Okay. All right. So, they stayed the last few nights? >> No, they were here Friday night, Saturday night. Checked out Sunday morning. >> Okay. Hold on. >> Okay. >> So, see in our computer system, when you run a cord, it goes directly into our system. One, two. >> Okay. >> The manager of the hotel produced the receipts. proving the couple had been charged for only two nights and he showed the two bills to the officer with an additional pre-authorization charge. The officer then stepped out to talk to the unruly guests and at first they seem to be calm and respectful. >> Okay, so I'm going to show you since she showed you her paperwork. >> Okay. >> All right. I was charged here 10428, right? >> One night I was charged here twice. We stayed two nights. They charged me three times. Okay. and I just want my money back. >> Okay. Have you disputed it with your >> I don't need to dispute it with your bank because >> they took the money. My bank didn't take the money. They took it from me and now I don't take it and we've got the proof that they did. And then the lady started getting an attitude with me and I told her, "No, I want to speak to your boss." Okay. >> She told me her boss is in California. Well, I don't give a about that. She's still your boss and she needs to do your job because if you're not going to get a hold of somebody, then I'll call somebody up. Well, I'm calling the cops. No, you call them. I'm not going to run cuz I ain't done nothing wrong. >> And we can review the cameras where her boss standing right there behind us had to tell her to stop and be quiet because she was causing the issue. >> The cops let the couple tell their side of the story and it's completely understandable to get agitated if you're charged for a service that you didn't receive. They were also upset about the pre-authorization charge and said the hotel had build that as well and that it drained their bank account. >> She showed me three but one set of pre-authorization. You know how they got involved and still handed we waited until this morning they actually got >> it was posted >> and now my bank account's in the negative. So I have a huge problem and it ain't a call a corporate type problem. It's a fix it problem. >> Okay. >> What's going on with them? >> They're just really aggressive. They're saying that we triple charge them when they stay two nights. They're saying we charge them for three nights. There is no possible way for us to do that with our system. >> Okay. But you have asked them to leave already. and >> do you want them trespassed? >> Um, well, let me let me make sure they understand that we didn't charge them. >> Yes, I do. We were trying to explain to them and they just hostile. >> Okay. >> And now and then and then they give us this problem, guys. Then they give us this problem because I demanded to speak to their boss. >> Unfortunately for these two, under Florida law, a business can ask you to leave for any reason. At that point, you're required to leave and if there are any further problems, you can settle them in court. But the male suspect claimed that he was never asked to leave. Now, there's more situation. Do >> you have your license or anything? ID. >> Okay. They've already asked you to leave. They've already asked you to leave. So, you are trespassing, sir. They've already asked you to leave. >> Then I will leave. >> No, they you're already you're still here. >> No, they have to ask you. If you didn't trespass already, they need your driver's license. No, you're not getting my >> I'm going to ask you. I have not broken THEM ALL. YOU ARE NOT GETTING MY LICENSE. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> What are you talking about? Resisting, man. Are you kidding me? >> Resisting what? >> Resisting what? >> I told you I would leave if you were asking me to leave, sir. That's because what I just said. >> I was never asked to leave. We were standing here having a conversation. Ma'am, >> you're going to deny that? >> PULL THE CAMERAS UP. >> DO YOU HAVE YOUR driver's license? >> You're going to deny that? Can I have it? >> No. >> You're going to go in handcuffs as well, ma'am. Well, THEN I'LL WALK OUT TO THE ROPE. >> You've already been asked TO LEAVE. >> OKAY. WELL, I'M LEAVING. >> You're going in. >> Don't you touch? >> WHAT THE >> Stop being dramatic, man. >> You're back. >> Are you Are you serious? >> When an officer tells you to do something and threatens to handcuff you if you don't, the last thing you want to do is walk away. But entitled people are seldom reasonable. So both of them were handcuffed over a minor argument. >> You put me in handcuffs cuz I was standing here talking to you. Who do you think you are? >> I'm Deputy Vilhard with the Santa Ros. >> All right. Yeah. And I'll be talking IA and your boss. >> Well, you don't talk to IA. >> You might. Yeah, you do. Yeah, you do. That's where the formal complaint goes, you know, not when you call and I want to talk to your sergeant type. Yeah. No, I know. >> We were standing here having a nice peaceful conversation, man. There was no reason anybody put hands on anybody. >> Deputy Rob has asked for my ID and got pissed off cuz I would >> No, you refused to twice. >> Exactly. And I don't have to give you my ID, bro. I have not broken the law. What law did I break? >> Cuz I want you trespass. >> That is not a law. That is not a criminal offense. No, it is not. It is a civil in front. No. >> All right. You know law better than I do. Repeatedly. If I was being asked to leave, I would leave. He refused. He did not ID. I would give it to him. So, y'all put me in cuff. Now, we'll talk to I when you put somebody in handcuffs, man, that means they're going to jail. Yeah. >> The law states that you don't have to ID yourself unless there's a reasonable suspicion you've committed a crime. However, when you're asked to leave by a property owner and you refuse to do so, it's called trespass after warning, and in most states, it's a misdemeanor. >> Ridiculous. >> Dude, we were cool with you asking you if you want us to leave, we'll just leave, man. It wasn't about the ID thing. I would have gave you my name. You had my name. I was showing you everything we got. Like your left leg up. All I'm saying is this is ridiculous, guys. Are y'all kidding me, man? >> Dude, it was ridiculous. That's why we're trying to help you out. >> I was standing there speaking to you, though. I wasn't. >> Yes. But then as soon as Hey, hey, as soon as Deputy Robbins asked you, you started getting super animated and looking like you don't take off. We're trying to figure out to to get your money back to see what was going on. And all he was going to do was issue a simple trespass warrant, which is a piece of paper. That was it, man. But you made it a lot more by refusing to provide identification when he asked you. >> When I get asked for ID by law enforcement, it makes me feel like I've broken the law and give you the trespass warning and we don't know who you are. >> Right. >> It's just going to say unknown white male with you. >> I understand that part so we can understand that. But that was what we're trying to do. My whole thing was if I'm being trespassed, I'll leave. You don't need my nothing if I'm leaving, right? I'm gone. No problem. you a trespass warning because >> they didn't pass. >> After all their bickering, they were now on the way to the jail house with no money left for bail. In addition, they also had their kids with them and there was no one to take care of them. When reality dawned on him, he started quickly buckling under pressure. >> Can I have EMS and route uh to the days in the male subject stated he's not feeling well? >> Mr. I spent the 11 years of my life trying to stay out of these handcuffs and doing the best I could to be a law-abiding citizen, a productive citizen, a part of this community that cares about this community. And now I'm being treated like a criminal. I didn't do anything. >> After you're done with him, can you just check her out, too? Because I had to take her down to the ground and I just want to make sure that she's okay as well. >> She says she's fine. >> She's fine. Yeah, she says she's fine. >> Sounds good. All righty. >> Thank you guys. I appreciate it. >> You're welcome. >> You know, you're breaking the law right now, officer. >> Why? By doing five over the speed limit. >> That's not the law. You think you know everything is the issue, sir. That's That's your problem. Your problem. Your problem is that you keep thinking you know the law better than I do. I've been doing this a long time. You don't. >> ID. >> You don't. No, it's not, sir. It's not a stop an ID state. Hilariously enough, it's always the most entitled people having a panic attack when they're on the way to the jail house. They were both charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. After a suspicious van was parked on a residential street and stayed there for several days, nearby residents got concerned. And on the 12th of March 2025, a man reported the van and he explained to the cops that inside the vehicle there were two people who appeared to be living there. Hey, how's it going? Good. How you doing? >> Good. You guys mind stepping out for us real quick so we can chat? >> Do you mind stepping out? >> I do. >> All right. >> What is it? >> I told her to record. I do mind stepping out. Why? >> Cuz I'm asking you to cuz we got a call out here about you guys camping in your car. So, I asked you to step out so we can speak to you. >> Okay. So, step out of the car is what I said. >> So, you're telling me to step out the car >> and don't go knocking the car. >> Open the car door. Open the car door. I'll yank you out the car. >> The man locked himself in the vehicle but kept the window open. He then proceeded to mock the officer, taunting the officer to pull him out. The situation was getting tense. The cops had no idea if he had a weapon in the vehicle, and they had no idea what he might do next. >> Get out the car. Get out the car is what I said. >> Can we have another unit with that two and he's non-compliant? >> Yeah. And I don't >> get out the car. >> Get out. >> Go ahead and snatch it open. >> Get out the car. >> Yeah, you need to get out the car. >> Okay, you're going to get pulled out the car. >> Good. That's what I want you to do. >> Pull me out the vehicle. >> Get out the car. >> Get out the car. Get out the car. >> Get out the car. >> Get out the car. >> Get out the car now. >> Get out the car. Get out the car. >> The cops finally managed to get the car door open, but there was still more work to do. The man refused to cooperate and went limp. But after some back and forth, the cops finally managed to pull him out. After that, both suspects were handcuffed and detained. >> What's going on, man? >> Nothing. That's what I was wearing with you. >> We're sitting here. My girl just got off of work. We're literally sitting in the she know what the issue was, bro. Can't tell sitting there chilling. That's what she came. >> I mean, I hope your body cam's not good. She came out insane. I tried to grab the phone out of hand. You know, he put his phone up where he couldn't go in the seat. So, I tried to grab him from the window. >> So, you're an RI or anything or just >> So, he was swinging it. >> Oh, yeah. >> I think he got me hand or something smacked me in my face, but I'm good. >> You got hit? >> Yeah, I'm good though. >> After securing the suspects, the officers then briefed the sergeant. At that point, it was time to search the vehicle. But little did they know, going through the whole mess inside was going to be harder than dealing with the suspects. >> You need to smell the >> Yeah, it smells it. I smell it. >> Oh, I smell. >> But what was the I don't know. I got here and they were cutting come out of the car and resisted like >> that's a girl. He's in the other car. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. I hope it's recording in here too cuz I do not content consent to no search of my vehicle. I just got alert illegally. You know what? My lawyer will handle it. I did not consent to a search of my vehicle. I just got illegally snatched and detained. Held against my will. Violently smashed up. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. >> Right when I walked in the driver saying anything about a card. >> Oh, what? >> Nope. We didn't even get that far. As soon as I walked up, I said I smell it. >> I said, "Hey, how's it going? You mind just stepping out so we could talk real quick?" Nope. >> So, [music] >> he has a lab. >> Yep. >> All right. And I'll help. >> Cool. >> All the cops smelled weed in the car and also on the suspects. So, that alone would be enough to prompt a search. And with that stunt the driver just pulled, it was likely the couple would face a slew of charges. >> What's your name? >> Angelia. I just want to make it known that I have it on recording that he's didn't consent to a search vehicle. >> Searching it anyways. >> Angelia. >> Yes. >> A N G E L >> I A. >> I A. Your last name. >> Yeah, I'm suing your ass. You know everything that you're doing is illegal right now, right? I think this might be or something. There's [clears throat] liquid stuff in here. >> Marijuana. >> That's [clears throat] interesting. How you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. I'd be better if I didn't get illegally searched and snatched out of the vehicle for no reason while I'm sitting there after my girl just got off of work, but other than that, I guess everything's normal. >> Both suspects stayed remarkably calm, considering they were handcuffed and their vehicle was being searched. Suddenly, the man felt the need to tell his own version of events of what had happened. Yeah, I just got violently snatched out of the vehicle, side scraped, shirt ripped, illegally searched as I didn't consent to a search of my vehicle. I was sitting in the vehicle and got pulled up on and snatched out. I said, "I'm not getting out. I'm not consenting to a search of my vehicle." I was then violently snatched out of my vehicle. The side, I can't see it, but something happened to my side. I'm sure you guys will be able to see it. It's completely hurt and scraped up. >> Okay. >> But I don't know what that issue was. I was told by the officer. >> I don't know what the issue is either. I'd have to speak with the other officer. All is watching you while you're in custody. >> I understand. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. I have nothing to do with the case. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you know the officer's name? >> I don't know which one is the one who's primary on this call. >> I understand. Thank you, sir. >> What's that? >> I said I understand. Thank you, sir. >> I like I said, I just got here on the bike. >> Yes, sir. The man said he'd been injured while being quote unquote snatched from his vehicle. He said his ribs were hurting and requested medical assistance. But even though the man was hurting and he just saw the cops find his stash, he still had a smile on his face. >> They found it now. [laughter] >> What? >> Everything. >> Everything. >> My whole bathroom bag. >> I don't know. My work clothes. Her work clothes. She just got out of off of work 30 minutes ago. Where'd she work at? >> That's what made it even better. >> Where does she work? Where Where does she work? >> It'll all be in the deposition. >> Oh, I think there's another thing here, too. >> What is it? >> If it fits with the theme, there's more in this sock. God damn, man. >> All right. I should keep all the stuff in socks, but I found all kinds of stuff in socks over here. I'm proud of you. >> The paramedics checked the suspect out and determined that he only had minor injuries. Even so, the man demanded to go to the hospital. In the meantime, the meticulous search of the vehicle went on and it appeared there were incriminating substances everywhere you looked. Did >> we check all the cabinets up top? >> Yes. >> Okay, Cody. Basically, >> that's where a lot of it was. >> It's just like it's it's weird. This is almost like ice cream truck size where you can a 6' tall man can stand up in the back kind of comfortably, but they've got it blocked off to where they're crawling like they're in a cave. >> Some of it's cabinet space >> cabinets and then like I mean the middle I get what you're saying, but >> it's probably insulation for >> insulation is because it's just this is a living like a living like a little camper. >> That's my opinion is it could be insulation. Now if you feel you have enough that you need to pop that open, do it. Inside the van, the cops found multiple can products, including edibles, containers with dried plants, and even concentrated wax. They were both charged with possession of a controlled substance and resisting an officer. On the 11th of June 2024, in Palm Coast, Florida, a biker couple engaged in a violent act of road rage. According to the victim, he was involved in a traffic incident on a tollbridge and that he was threatened with a baseball bat and the couple broke his van's mirror. In addition to having surveillance photos, the victim also got their license plate. So, the officers tracked the couple down. >> Residents of 15, this is the Flabber County Sheriff's Office. Exit the front door of the residence. There's nothing in your hands. >> No, I don't think he's going to come out to be honest with you. I guess I say we give it a couple more. >> Right. But it's a 15. This is the Parker County Sheriff's Office. I exit the front door of the residence with nothing in your hands. >> Hey, we're not going to continue this too much longer. I'm going to go knock [snorts] >> Amy and >> Gregory. There's a camera right there. >> We're going to be contact. >> Yeah. >> Greg, open the door. Sheriff's office. >> Everyone just need to get your side OF THE STORY. WHAT HAPPENED TODAY? GREG, come out and talk to us. >> They identified the suspects as Greg and Amy Pacheco, and the cops here stayed cautious because the crime they were accused of was violent. The cops wanted to settle things peacefully, but as the minutes dragged on, it didn't seem like that would be the case. >> All right, I say we break it down. >> Yeah. >> Do we have positive like identification? >> We got the tag. >> Got the tag. I've got a des I've got enough to take him to gravity. >> [laughter] >> We see your hands. >> HANDS UP. >> HANDS UP. >> KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. >> HANDS UP. KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. DON'T MOVE. >> Keep your hands up. >> Stop. >> Keep your hands up. >> You got any weapons on you? >> I'm locking my foot up. You got a warrant for your arrest? What? >> Aggravated assault with a firearm. >> Never pulled my firearm. >> The cops wanted to break the door down, but as they didn't have a warrant, they had to wait. The following day, Greg finally made a move and they quickly pulled him over. The cops knew his wife was involved as well, so they also had to bring her in. >> There she is. We need to talk to her, too, cuz she was there and a witness. I was I didn't pull my weapon. >> Okay. >> But we need to get her so we can talk to her as well. She can either verify or to deny your story, dispel your story. We know she's inside because we've been out here for since yesterday and no one's left. Okay. So, we can knock off the nonsense. >> My hands didn't even handle ours. >> Well, we were here last night. So, why wouldn't you come out and just talk to us and give us your side of the story, >> right? >> Wouldn't that be the normal thing? >> I understand. Well, we want to talk to Amy peacefully. Hey, unit of the house. We're trying to make contact with her now from the mail's phone. So, stand by. >> She's right there. >> Never. Your kid threatened us. That's it. >> Greg denied the accusations and he claimed it was just an argument. However, the footage clearly showed his wife waving a baseball bat and it showed Greg pointing a gun. That's why the cops arrested both of them on a charge of aggravated battery with a lethal weapon. >> Come outside now. Let me see your hands. Come out. Come out. Trying to make contact. >> Amy, [snorts] keep walking to me. >> Turn around. Stop. Turn around. >> Turn around. Put your hands up. >> You have any weapons or anything on you? >> Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. Back to me. >> Aggravator salt. >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Well, The witness is saying otherwise forward. I didn't do anything. >> I was walking this side of the car in. >> Okay. >> I didn't do anything. I was just trying to >> The cops detained Amy with no further incident. She actually claims she was mad at her husband and said she was trying to cover for him. Then suddenly this biker tough guy started complaining about a heart incident. >> He did have a holster on him but no gun. Do what? [snorts] >> I have a bad heart. >> Feel like you're about to throw up. You want us to get an ambulance here? Well, at least let's at least get you into some shade or something. >> Are you taking my wife, too? >> 145. >> She wants to >> You're sure that there's no guns in this car? >> Okay. Are we okay to check it for any guns? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. [clears throat] This is because some kid said something. >> As soon as they say it, they have to come and arrest you and then I have to get charged with publication. So, they have to do it. And this is a felony that they're charging me with, which they don't have a video because I never happened. We were at a red light. The kid pulled up next to me, was running his mouth, and I was he's making threats and I'm like, "You're lucky, kid. You know, you're lucky." And all I did was drive away. That's it. We had a bag of groceries in her lap, you know, and that's it. >> Greg asked his friend to call the bondsman and get their bonds ready so they could get out as soon as possible. For his part, he seemed to be aware there were cameras at the toll bridge. Yet, he still was claiming he'd done nothing wrong. Whatever the case, at least he was cooperative. >> Get some logistical stuff. >> Yes, ma'am. >> All right. So, we're trying to figure that out right now. >> What do you mean as far as the logistical figure right now? But my my brain config right now right now. >> My my curiosity is this. Just because somebody says something. There's video cameras right where this all happened by the toll booth. >> It It's got to show. >> I don't know anything about the taps. >> Okay. Well, it's the only one. I mean, I had an argument with somebody on the way home. He screamed at me, threatened us. We drove away. >> Yeah. I I don't know anything about >> Okay, I got you. >> So, real quick, Amy, I just have to give you this notice. Uh we are going to be uh forfeiting your 2007 Harley-Davidson Street Glide [music] with the Florida tag. one. So that means we are going to be taking it because it was used in the commission of a felony. We're going to be seizing that for for that vehicle for forfeiture. >> Okay. >> So right now I'm just giving you this notice that [music] we are seizing that for that motorcycle for forfeiture. Okay. >> So the $13,000 I paid for that motorcycle >> because it was used in the commission of a felony. >> There was no felony. >> Amy was worried about getting her motorcycle. And at first, the officer told her that she'd have to contact her lawyer. He then explained to the woman that if the court determined that there was a felony committed using the motorcycle, it could be permanently seized. >> Uh, would you be willing to sign this piece of paper just that you received this notice? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I sign right there. >> All right. So, now you want to go over here to the passenger side. >> People hate police now. never had bad dealing equipment until now. >> I know they already kind of searched you. I'm going to put you in my car so you don't have anything on you hidden. >> Once you take it with you, it does become a >> I don't have any >> until they placed her in the squad car. Amy stayed tough. But slowly but surely, the woman's hostility shifted from the cops to her husband. Based on what she said about the man, he appeared to have done something bad. But the question was, was she really clear of any blame? >> You're not convicted. You're innocent until proven guilty. >> I am innocent. That's what's hurt me so bad. >> They told you exactly what your charges were, right? >> No. >> Okay. So, Amy, it was going to be aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. >> Is that a felony? >> Yeah. And your bond is 7500. >> I don't know if anybody's ridden a motorcycle, but you can't ride a motorcycle and have a gun in your hand at the same time. It doesn't work. Oh god, I'm so [ __ ] pissed off at him. I'm sorry. Just >> No, you have Listen, you have every right to be pissed. I' [music] I'd be >> told him to quit [ __ ] acting like that. >> I was in that situation, especially road rage. Like, you know, my >> But I told him, I'm like, you know what? Somebody could just bring out a gun and you >> need to quit acting like that. >> I agree. >> And I'm like, plus, how old are you? Come on. Especially like on the back of the motorcycle. I'm like, do you not at least care about me? The video footage backed the witness up when he claimed he warned the couple to not drive recklessly. That's when she threatened him with a baseball bat and when Greg pulled his gun out. They charged the couple with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. The man also violated probation for reckless driving and for breaking the mirror. He got an additional charge of criminal mischief. On March 31st, 2025 in Palm City, Florida, a man reported that his identity had been stolen. The perpetrators post as the man and bought an iPhone 16, but the confirmation emails for the purchase were sent to the victim. The man gave his information to the Martin County Sheriff's Office and it led them to the suspects. >> We're just going to hang out for a little bit. Step out. Police car. Police cars on the car. Leave the phone on top of the car. I'm just going to detain you for right now. Okay. I can get these out. Okay. Just going to detain you figure out what's going on. Okay. Uh, you can just have your back towards the car. >> Anything on you poke me or stick or anything like that? >> 6 months earlier, the same criminals had used the same victim's identity to buy some phones from T-Mobile. Then they intercepted the delivery driver and persuaded the man that they were the buyer. The cops got in touch with the UPS driver and followed the man in an unmarked vehicle. Sure enough, a vehicle soon pulled over and the suspects were detained. >> What? >> Yeah. You want >> Well, you're detained right now for investigation. >> But when you're detained, you can identify. >> I can give you my name. >> Okay. Is your ID in the car? >> I don't want your stuff. >> We'll get to that. >> Is this your car? >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Do you have your ID card? No, it's not. >> Okay. Want to talk to him? >> Well, right now you're being placed under arrest. Okay. We'll talk about that short. >> How's it going, man? >> You all good? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Appreciate it, man. >> Um, I don't know if they need anything else from you. Um, I know you got, you know, it's up to. Um, let me just make sure we're all good here and then I'll I'll just chat. Okay. Cool. >> Thank you. >> They eventually identified the suspects as 40-year-old Shenton and 37year-old Kimberly. As far as the man went, he was adamant that he was not answering questions. But the cops still tried to trick the man into revealing more information. >> Answer questions. >> You don't know this is >> I just said it. I don't answer questions. So [laughter] don't matter what you ask. I'm not going to answer it. >> But you're a police officer, right? But I didn't give no one the right to search my car. >> Your car? >> I said I don't give no one the right to search my car. Right. >> It's your car then, right? >> I don't have to answer your question. >> You said search my car. >> I didn't say that. Don't lie. You did say that. >> I did not say that. >> You said I didn't give them permission to search my car. >> I didn't. I didn't. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I didn't >> I didn't give no permission to search my car. >> Your car just said that. >> I don't answer your question. I just give you a statement. I didn't give no permission to search my car. >> You don't need to come back to six rentals. Is that your wallet in there? Do you want it? >> Yes, I want it. >> You want it? Okay. >> But I want to get it myself. >> You're not getting it yourself. You're under arrest, sir. >> I'm under arrest. >> Yes. You're not going back in the car. >> You didn't state that. You said I was detained. So, I'm under arrest, right? >> You're under arrest. >> Can I explain arrest? >> We're going to talk about it once we get out of the sun in the office. I'm not discussing it right now. It's not a rental. It's hot. >> The car was a rental and the cops were about to have it towed and returned to the agency. But before they did so, they had to retrieve the suspect's personal belongings. >> You want your wallet, correct? >> Yes, I need my wallet. >> Is this your phone? You want that, too? >> Yes. Do you have any property in that car that's yours that you want? Like, do you have a purse or anything in the car? Your phone's in the car and do you have like a purse or anything like that? We're towing it. >> But I mean, if you have like a purse or something in there, I will get that out and take that with you. >> Sorry. What? >> Your whole bag. Okay. We'll get that and bring it with you. Okay. >> You didn't find a registration, dude. Oh, okay. She's gone. Hey, what's your name, man? >> I was just trying to be polite cuz I was mad as where the registration was. If you know where it is. >> Okay. That has nothing to do with case. It's just I got to throw this out. Right here. Right. >> Yeah. Okay. We don't >> sergeant. No. >> He asked if I was a sergeant. >> No, I said if you want to repot it. >> I'll record. >> Yep. >> When a suspect's trying that hard to keep their car from being searched, they're usually hiding something. In this case, the first clue that something illegal might be in the vehicle was when Kimberly was asked if she needed her bag. >> What will happen is the tow truck will come and get it. Then six rental will come take the car from the rental place or the sorry from the toward. >> So then who knows where your purse is going to be. It will go with you with your property. We're not keeping it. It's going with you. >> Well, why why is it being returned? >> Because you're both are getting arrested. So I can't leave that car on the side of the road. She says she has her bag in there but she doesn't need it if her husband has his wallet. >> She wants to leave her purse in the bag that we're in the car that we're towing. I wouldn't if I was her, but I mean it's going with their property. >> Anyways, >> I can check for fit. I'm just going to roll your sleep up a little bit. >> Unfortunately, they are metal. I know. So, we're not going to be the most comfortable. >> So, stay. >> Well, I'm not the leader. >> That one. >> Usually, women don't part with their handbags that easily, but Kimberly clearly said that she didn't need hers. After searching her purse, the cops found a fake ID with the victim's name on it and also a driver's license. They were both taken to the precinct where they were separated and questioned again. >> Shinton is >> I don't answer questions. >> You're not going to answer any questions? Why? >> I don't know. I don't know what the situation is. No one said anything to me. >> Okay. Well, that's what we're in here going to talk about. >> Nothing to discuss. >> All right. I'm going to read you your Miranda warnings real quick and then if you decide that you don't want to, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have them and you can decide at any time. Exercise these rights. >> Exercise right over. >> Pardon me. >> Exercise the >> Okay. You don't want to You don't Okay. The detective explained to the man that if she had to book him as a John Doe, it would delay the man's opportunity to bond out. When the man continued refusing to identify himself, the interrogation was effectively over. For her part, Kimberly did agree to talk to them, but ended up saying nothing. >> You right to mind, do you want to talk to me? Your charges are going to be schemed to defraud, grand [music] theft, and criminal personal identification information. Back in September, you were in Martin County [music] doing the same thing that you're doing now. Do you remember? >> I have you on video here. So, what are you doing in Mar County right now? >> I was traveling with my husband. >> Going where? What were you doing when you were approaching the UPS driver? >> Um, I decided to my car. I was not approaching anyone yet. >> You were You were walking up to his truck. >> I was walking. I wasn't walking to anyone. >> Why were you walking? >> I mean, if I >> What's What's holding you back from being honest with me? You're you're going you're you're getting booked on the charger anyway. >> So, >> okay, I'll just get my lawyer or an appointment. >> Okay. >> They were both booked for scheme to defraud and grand theft. Kimberly also got two additional charges, criminal use of personal ID and possessing a fictitious driver's license. The very next day, they were both released on bond and their cases are pending.
