Because I'm telling you, you can I CAN PICK UP MY PHONE ANYTIME I WANT TO. YOU DON'T PAY MY BILL. You don't pay my bill. You don't pay my bill. YOU DON'T PAY MY BILL. HEY, GET OVER HERE. 24 alpha 108. I said I know who you're talking to. I know who you're talking to. Shoplifting is a pretty minor crime. But some people turn it into something major by being uncooperative, running away, and not taking responsibility for their actions. Today, we'll find out if they learned their lesson as we check out the worst shoplifterss ever caught on body cam. He's running westwards lane. On the 22nd of March 2024, Wisconsin police were called to a Menard store after a vehicle was noticed in the parking lot with its license plates covered in tape. There was a woman in the car and the man who was with her was inside the store shoplifting. Hey, what's up with the tape on your car? Is there tape on my car? On the plate? Yeah. I was just curious. I'm so sorry. Well, I was just curious. I don't know. Have been messing with my car. I didn't realize it. I'm sorry. Okay. Yeah. I work in dispatch. I just started a new job. Oh, yeah. I was just driving by and I saw there's tapes. I don't know if you were aware of it. No, I was not. I'm I'm sorry. I'll take it off right now. Yeah, I can step off quick. Yeah. Are you waiting for someone in the store? No, I saw my parents had called. So, I I don't like driving on my phone. So, that's fine. Yeah. You just want to take it off quick? Yeah, that's fine. Oh my gosh. I didn't even realize that I drove. How embarrassing. That's on here, too. I mean, it's on your decals and your Oh my god. Jesus. Is this your car? It is. Yes. All right. Oh my god. Well, now you won't get stopped. So Jesus, that that's embarrassing, though. It's all right. You have a good day. Yeah. You, too. Yeah. We'll see you. The woman, however, was unaware that the officer remained in the parking lot and was quietly monitoring what was happening. The cops stayed in contact with security officers who saw the man placing a chainsaw, a machete, and various construction tools into his cart. The man then left the store without paying, of course, and then ran towards his vehicle. 480 is running westwards. What a Are you kidding me? Does he even have a mustache on us? What are you doing? Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. Adding up everything that was stolen, the suspect might be facing a felony charge considering the very high value of what he'd stolen. As the officer struggled to cuff the man, security let police know that the woman in the car was speeding away. Where's that car? Hide something. Let's go get that car, too. Since Matt has arriving together. Yeah. Yeah. 41. We have one meal detained. What's her [snorts] name? Roll on your side, man, so you can breathe. What's her name? I'm going to try and stop that car that he showed up in. It's going to island right now. Back to the trip. Roll to your side, dude. Roll to your side so you can breathe. Now, let's sit up. Ready? That ain't your name. We're going to find your name out, man. Why don't you tell us? There's Jamie. All right, here. Let's get him out. Put him in. You got warrants or anything or what? What? Probation. Just probation. I thought you had a fake mustache on when you were running. You want to grab I'm going to grab my paperwork that went flying. You all right? The suspect, later identified as 40-year-old James, had felony convictions dating back 25 years. The items he stole, including the chainsaw and machete, were likely intended for resale. Aside from being a habitual shoplifter, it was clear the man hadn't been jogging in quite some time. You all right? You all right? What? Don't report it. What is it? Who your friend? Is this who you're referring to? Thank you for telling me. You got six on you. Keep digging your breath, man. Nothing inside. Okay, hold up. Shoulder. My water. Is that yours? Yeah. Graham ran it over. You ran it over? Yeah. Yeti didn't last, MAN. [laughter] Could have been a great Yeti commercial if it would have survived it, but he ran her over. Tucking in your jeans at all or no? Deep breaths. You got to take breaths, man. Longer breaths. Hold them. Breathing fast doesn't help. James appeared to be high on something, which might explain why he was stealing for money instead of earning an honest living. However, the officer soon learned that he was not short of cash. Stealing? You got all this money, man? Are you good? Okay. Is there anything else I miss in your wingspan, dude? Thank you. Uh, can you find the sticker? No. 48 myself. 41 are out with Eddie and Nards. Going to aim for you. There's one. Not that I can find. Last of James, you have a a here. Okay. If you can try it. Oh, no. You want it? You certainly can't. Nothing in here, dude. Well, you want to sit in the car as you're not standing? We can keep the door open so you can catch your breath still. It's a little warmer. What was that? Deep breath, huh, man? All right. Hey. Hey. Water. I don't want to get too much or you toss it up. Despite the man's criminal status, the cops here seemed deeply concerned about his well-being as running from the scene had clearly exhausted him. More than likely, James ran out of fear that being caught would violate his probation. But he soon found out that it wasn't necessarily the case. You want more? Dude, it would have been a ticket. You didn't run. Whether you're on probation or not, it would have been a ticket. You get that, right? So, he had this tucked into his aunt's pocket here. It's probably It's kind of worse, but um you tell him. Oh, you got your lights on. Stop. I turn my siren on, too. He took off. I couldn't Yeah, I seen Matt was out with the vehicle, but you can always Well, it went that way and then I went down island. I have no idea where But you got her hands. You know who it is? Yeah, I visual I need her too. involved. I mean, it really don't have nothing honest. Maybe part of the crime. Yeah. Well, he would have got a ticket if he went in. Yeah, actually. Yeah. Clearly, James was not a criminal mastermind. And as far as his female companion went, it looks like she wasn't either. She'd been stopped by police prior to the incident, which should have given her a clue to contact James and call off their heist. It's funny how she waited so long and then decided to leave. Well, she moved. He He was watching her, too, and she like changed parking spots facing. Well, I thought, man, you walked up to the vehicle, didn't you? Yeah, after we arrested him. You've been arrested here in Lacrosse before. Long time ago. What are you on probation for? She's like, I don't know why I [music] Oh, you you're his trouble with me. I can try and call her and see if she I mean, you already know. Yeah, I checked the photo on there. Besides like if she would have say unless she Yeah, if she would have Well, you don't have to. She doesn't have any unless the only way he would have party too is if I mean I guess she covered her plate. I I mean you could I think you you would have enough if you wanted to. James got charges of resisting arrest and retail theft. He was released a few days later on a $0 signature bond. But 5 months later, he was arrested again for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, strangulation, and suffocation, and attempted battery threats to an officer. On the 27th of April, 2024 in Washington State, the cops were dispatched to a Safeway store due to a shoplifting incident. The female suspect was with her child. In the woman's attempt to evade security, she tried to run, swinging her little boy roughly in the stroller. Oh my god. Oh my god. No. Give me my Stop. that I mother. You came in with my dad. Yeah. Let me go. No. Give me my baby. I want my son. Give me my son. Give me my son. Give me my son. We're going to go outside. No, we're not. No, we're not. Yes, we are. I'm not going to jail. That's our son. This is our boy. He's great. He's been handling this very well. Bye. Not a single tear shed. Hi. Shamelessly, this woman used her child as a shield to protect herself from the cops. This reckless behavior is clearly not the action of a person who's mentally stable. In addition to facing theft charges, she might also lose custody of her child. Do you have any weapons on you that you know about? I'm not going to jail. Okay. Okay. We're going to take a seat in my car. What are you doing? What are you doing? You're still going to sit in my car. I don't this act I don't really care [snorts] for. So no swing your feet into the car. I need an ambulance. So what? Get up and get into the car. I need my son. I need my son. All right. Come on. When you were talking to me like this trying to car, man. I need an ambulance. Stop. Stop. You can't touch me like that. Stop. She was showing no concern for her child, seemingly immersed in herself. She looked dizzy and weak, but the officer suspected she was faking it as when she was running moments earlier, she seemed just fine. The cops then spoke to a woman who'd been looking after the child. I just seen the baby like getting tipped and like thrashed around in the stroller by the mother to help. They were trying to stop the shop is what it was. They offered to pay for her stuff. They offer to, you know, let her leave with a bad, you know. Is that the person that they that the other officers took? Uh, it's a female. Okay. Yeah, that's that's one that the other offic the uh gentleman that was in here that was talking with her before. Where did he end up going? Uh, he got into a beige Toyota and then they left going that direction. But yeah, one of her was kind of able to just deescalate that situation and get him. Okay. And that's when she came back and started fighting with him. Okay. What was she taking? Oh, it was a whole car. Okay. That whole thing. Okay. Yeah. I'm going to take some photos real quick. Okay. You want me to flip it over so you can get everything? No, you're all good, man. The woman here might have been too proud to accept help in paying for her items. Or maybe she wasn't in her right mind and couldn't make rational decisions. Either way, she'd foolishly chosen to break the law. All right, so right now you're under arrest for theft three and obstruction. Okay, you get her name in. What's up, gentlemen? We got a kiddo in there. If you guys want to check on kidd first and then check on mom after. Hey, we're trying to figure out your your kid's name. What's your kid's name? Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Talking to you. Hello. Fire is going to come check you out here shortly. What's your What's your kiddo's name? You don't want to talk to us? Okay. Is there any like child medical card in there? I'm going to try to fill out that child removal form. Um, so the lady that's arrested now, she's shoplifting. She's holding on to like the stroller while they're like trying to stop her. You know, it's getting ground a couple times. Yeah, maybe. Sounds like he might have gotten caught one of the times, but he's just getting. Yeah. Theft three refers to thirdderee theft, and this applies when the total value of the stolen items is under $750. This charge and the resisting arrest charge were both misdemeanors, meaning she'll likely avoid more serious consequences. At that point, the woman then gave an incredibly surprising reason that she was feeling weak. You're pregnant and you swallowed what? Huh? You're pregnant. You swallowed what? Huh? You need to talk louder. I can't hear you. I'm trying. Huh? What did you swallow? Huh? What? Fetties. Can you swallow fetties? And you're pregnant. That's a smart thing to do. So, fellas, the baby's checked out good. Did she get struck or did we know if she got hit with any information? She's lying to me and so saying she tried to swallow dope or did swallow dope or something but other we didn't use any like force. Fetties is slang for fentanyl which can be 50 to 100 times stronger than heroin and even more addictive. The suspect seemed to have related symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. If she really was pregnant, she was putting more than herself in serious danger. How much is anything else? Not very pack. You guys feel comfortable getting her out of handcuffs for a little bit so we can do blood sugar instead of vitals? She tried fighting. Oh, she's good. A little bit of a struggle with her handcuff. I think we can make it work. Thank you. three. Yeah. Remove the child. You can call You can call CPS and ask if this is the child's name. Okay. Yeah, we'll remove the child. She's going to go to the hospital. Byebye. Don't touch me. At least he's healthy. Yeah. Come on. You buddy. Oh, yeah. And he's dressed on a great Yeah, like I said, unfortunately, I don't think this is probably the first time. Throughout this whole ordeal, a few good Samaritans stepped in to keep the child entertained. Thankfully, he seemed to be coping okay. The cops had paperwork on her previous crimes, which shed further light on the woman's history and how she'd put her child in danger on more than one occasion. Uh, so during I read the Tqua report briefly. It looks like uh last year the she was brought to Valley to do medical stuff with a shoplift incident. She had a son with her and medical staff thought meant to uh take care of the kids. So this is a prior CPS intake number that you might be able to give them. So that way they already have the names there instead of giving them all the names. It looks like they spelled the name differently in that report. Uh and that's the report number here. Uh the child's name is different. Yeah, it's different than whatever cake board you found. Okay. Um, so, uh, yeah, another prior to put it this way cuz the seat belt made for the other direction. Oh gosh, you got some cool shoes on, little dude. The child had been in state custody before and clearly this had to be done again. The fact that she openly admitted to taking fentanyl should raise some serious concerns about the child's welfare. Soon enough, she was taken to the hospital for further treatment. Guys, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. That's in my thigh. You have to get to me. It's hurting my stomach. I'm pregnant. [gasps and laughter] I have life and I have I'm a pregnant woman and I have told you this is pressing my stomach. I don't care. It's pressing my stomach. Get off my stomach. I'm afraid of woman. I know I am a pregnant woman and you have to get this off of my stomach. I have lifelines. Did you tell the hospital that? Did you tell the girl that I'm a pregnant woman? And I asked for a kid to get dead and you did not give me one. That is illegal. He didn't even read me my random rights and neither have you guys. That is illegal. You want your murder right Anthony? It's too late. It's still a lawsuit. They charged the woman with child neglect, obstruction, tampering with evidence, and possession of a controlled substance. Thankfully, the child was deemed to be safe and was placed in the custody of CPS. Based on available footage, we have no idea if she was genuinely pregnant. On the 14th of April, 2023 in Savannah, Georgia, an officer was approached by a store employee who notified him of a shoplifter. When confronted by staff, the shoplifter then became violent. He was still put. Hey, COME HERE, MAN. WHY THE he man? WHAT'S GOING ON? WELL, LOOK stupid right there. See them right there? That right there. They all stupid. Talk. Let's go over here and talk. I will. I'mma beat. You don't get them. You don't get them. 24. Hey, get over here. 24 alpha 1. Assistant 1018. HEY, STOP. I GOT HIM. GET ON THE GROUND. HEY, get down. GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. LOOK, THEY CAN'T HIT ME. I GET DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW. THEY CAN'T HIT ME. DOWN ON THE GROUND. WHY IS THAT? DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW. GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. YOU HIT ME, MAN. I GET DOWN ON THE GROUND. WHY WOULD THEY HIT ME? Because you hit them. GET ON THE GROUND. I DIDN'T HEAR THEM. GET DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW. The suspect's lack of cooperation gave the officer no other choice but to use more force. The suspect here was being extremely irrational and aggressive, suggesting he might be under the influence of drugs. Backup soon arrived to help the officer out. Get your hands behind your back. I'M DOWN. I DON'T CARE. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. [screaming] Stay in the car. Turn over your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. PUT YOUR HANDS RIGHT THERE. ROLL OVER on your stomach. PUT YOUR hands behind your back. You're okay. Hell, I ain't needle. You just sprayed me. All right, we're going to have you stand up. OKAY, BUDDY. WHY YOU FEEL LIKE THAT? YOU JUST SPRAYED ME. YOU s mother. With the suspect being so unpredictable, it made it hard for the officers to determine the appropriate level of force to use. In addition, when used on intoxicated people, pepper spray can be less effective. Before being taken to the station, they searched the man for drugs and paraphernalia. My man, my man, we have to search him before you get in the car. Why do you want to keep anybody have a spin shield? Cuz he's going to spit on us. Come on. No. No. No. He doesn't need to go to the ground. roof. We got to search for the guy in the white is who I initially called for. All right. He's definitely got a pipe or something. I don't know. You need to leave me alone. Where's your stem at, man? I'm not You want to get up? Get the off me. Leave me alone. Hell yeah. Get your bag. Don't worry, man. Have a seat. Get my bun, man. That's how it works. Initially, use creates euphoria and excitement, but in long-term users, it can lead to persistent anger and aggression, as we're seeing in the suspect. The man's addiction has probably made it hard for him to find work, and that's probably why the man was shoplifting. The cops soon talked to the staff members to find out more. Okay, earlier today, we had an altercation with him. He was stealing out of the store or whatever. Um, my manager got him. He loved he got away. Uh, he came back and then the girl behind the counter told him that he could not be in the store. Okay. He's like, "They told us just don't." They told us to tell him he can't be here and to call the police. He goes up, swings, hit you in the face a couple times, so he made contact. He punched you. No, he punched Sure. So, we got an altercation with it. He refused. He'll need to be looked at cuz he got sprayed. He got sprayed. Well, then I'm dealing with him, but I'm when I get my That's fine. He's This dude, he's sitting on the bench over there. He says he knows him and he says he does when he gets on. This is what he does. He's got a good uh come out here so I can flush your eyes out in this cold water. Man, you son of a right now. YOU KNOW ME. YOU GOT A RED KNIGHT CRACKER. You no good mother. So, can you identify the black female that got hit? Yeah. Co-workers. They should have it on camera what happened out here. But see if she needs any EMS or see something about he was he was trying to steal see if he actually stole or what exactly. Okay. Thankfully, the store employees that were punched by the suspect [music] looked to be pretty much unharmed. Nonetheless, this man's decision to assault store employees was a serious safety concern. So, the cops considered the possible charges they could hit him with. Battery on her. He's hit her a couple times. What did he do to you guys? To me, he was resisting. He ended up knocking me down. He knocked you down. If someone resists you and they offer violence or the threat of violence, you get drugreated objects. I don't know if you have actual drugs yet. There you go. Thank you, man. I can't believe this, man. What's up, More? Let's uh try to set him up so he doesn't Oh, he keeps I I just set him up. He keeps laying down. I'mma slide you over so we can get you buckled up. Get the me stinking mother. The saddest thing in this case was given the man's gray hair was that he was not a young man, so he might have been trapped in his addictive behavior for decades. Upon searching the suspect's records, they discovered more about his criminal background. He's wanted for the exact same thing. Drop it off. Battery. Yeah, he's wanted for Make sure you put battery against her as well as battery against you. You put damage on your car, too, cuz your car is damaged. So, put him for the felony for the door. Okay. Stop spitting. Stop. Get me out of here. Get me out of here. I'm taking you to the hospital to get some help for your eye. Why you going to take out sir? We're not trying to kill you. We can't look at you if you're like this. Before being taken to jail, he was first taken to the hospital for medical clearance. While they restrained the man and put a spit mask on him, he was still considered a safety risk. Almost there. Just stand by, sir. Just relax and breathe. Relax and breathe. Yeah. Yeah. Relax and breathe. Why you playing me? You have any other concerns? You want to hurt somebody else, right? I just need just deal right all you stinky mother hurting you sir I'm going to sue you sir think you know what your mama your mama is a wasted seed you know what she's once he goes to jail if he calms down and he has any complaints you're more than welcome to bring him back we'll be happy to take a look right now he's going to hurt himself or hurt somebody else let him calm Now, we're happy to see him anytime. Is that okay with you? Yeah. So, he's been cleared as well. I'm going to clear him. Okay. And you know, I understand the situation. So, yeah. I got to get the discharge papers, right? His breathing seems to be okay. When he gets there, exactly. What do they do? Put in the solitary cell. Basically, pretty much until they try to until he's cuz he won't do any booking process or anything else. So, right. I don't think Thank you, sir. Sorry about that. No, I appreciate it. They arrested the suspect for terroristic threats, simple assault, felony obstruction, possession of a drugrelated object, and interference in government operations. On the 3rd of February, 2024, the cops were alerted to a suspected shoplifter at a Walmart. Before this young thief could leave the store, she was confronted by a security guard in plain clothing. Go ahead. Thank you, ma'am. Your point is still pain. Yeah. Now, please do not get in your phone right now. Okay, ma'am. What? Do not be on your phone right now. You did pain. Okay. If I forgot to scan, you need to resend. I'm not really sure why you yelling at me. I'm just asking you not to be on your phone. That's all. And my blood sugar is low. Well, so if I pass out, okay, we will call the ambulance for you. Okay. You don't need to call ambulance for me. Almost immediately, the suspect got incredibly aggressive with the officer. Despite being legally an adult, given that she's 18, she was still acting like a spoiled child. But no matter how rude she was, the officer still had to make sure she didn't need medical treatment. Do you need an ambulance? It's just as simple. Do you need an ambulance? I'm talking to you. Okay. Well, if you don't need, you don't need to talk anymore and do not be on your phone. Otherwise, I'm going to put you in handcuffs right now. Okay. What is it that you want? Okay. You already know why you're here. Okay. If I forgot to I you to be off phone. I NEED AND I'M OFF MY PHONE. DON'T LET YOUR VOICE AT ME. REALLY? YEAH. REALLY? Cuz I'm off my phone. YOU DON'T SEE ME ON MY PHONE NO MORE. SO DON'T RAISE YOUR WHIP AT ME AND TELL ME THAT YOU TOLD ME. I DON'T NEED THE WHOLE STORY BEHIND WHAT YOU NEED. Did you talk to that? Are you done? Do you need ambulance? Do you need ambulance? What do you want? Do you need ambulance? Did you go to the receipt? Do you need ambulance? Cuz you said something about your Okay. Okay, then you find it. No. Shut the up. I want to tell. I'm just did and GET OFF YOUR PHONE. IT'S NOT A PHONE. IS FOR MY BLOOD SUGAR SO I CAN SEE WHAT MY BLOOD SUGARS ARE. IS THAT A PROBLEM? YES, IT IS. When diabetics have low blood sugar, typically they can feel lightheaded and weak. But this suspect had no trouble whatsoever berating the officer and shouting at her. So, the woman's supposed health concerns might have been an obvious distraction. This is not going to be how you wanted to. Okay, but you're not going to be just coming up to me any type of way and then tell me to get the off my phone. Who are you? Because I'm TELLING YOU, YOU CAN I CAN PICK UP MY PHONE ANYTIME I WANT TO. YOU DON'T PAY MY BILL. I'll be on your phone. You don't pay my bill. YOU DON'T PAY MY BILL. YOU DON'T PAY MY BILL. WELL, OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T PAY YOUR BILLS, TOO, EITHER. Do you? You don't pay my bill. You don't pay my bill. You don't pay my bill. You don't pay my bill. My face. Well, I'm glad I don't. I got money on my card. Oh. Oh, card. Okay. You You got something to be proud of, don't you? Okay. Shut the up. Okay, go get the move faster. You talking about me? 1 0 0. Yes. Oil. Cooking oil. I'm definitely just No, I AM HOT. LIKE, Y'ALL NOT LISTENING. LIKE, I'm hot. My blood IS LOW. WELL, CLEARLY YOU'RE NOT. YOU'RE not moving fast enough. The officer remained calm and was fully aware that the suspect was trying to provoke her. Talking back to an officer is of course protected speech under the First Amendment. However, the suspect did cross a line when she told the officer she was going to use her phone again, disobeying a direct order. Thank you. Move fast. What are you talking about? I'm a lot slower. If you move a LOT SLOWER, I'MMA PICK MY mother phone back up. So, how y'all want to play? Excuse me. Don't touch my girl. DON'T TOUCH MY STUFF. DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. All I'm doing is putting my PHONE IN MY POCKET. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. YOU'LL NEVER REST AND YOU'RE GONNA be charged with resisting for what? I'm done. All I'm doing my girl and you are now charged with a Congratulations. Yeah. Congratulations. Now you're going to sit in jail till tomorrow. I said that's enough. I'M NOT EVEN PRESENTING. LIKE, WHY ARE YOU DOING ALL THIS? LIKE, WHAT? You do not have to do all that. Congratulations to you. Hey, now let me go to sit down. They be touching my like girl. Did you [screaming] go? The items she stole look to be ordinary groceries. It looks like the suspect didn't scan every item. That's why the security guard had to go through every single thing, tediously checking them. As the suspect waited, she grew more and more impatient. Oh my god. Oh my god. Make some more threats because you're surely not going to get out of jail for a couple actually till Monday. You laying his hand for that. Like what? Since you making threats, all you had to do was pull up. All you had to do is shut your mouth. You making threats. You're going to sit in jail till Monday. I can put my fingers in there. My Stop touch me. It is not my keys. I don't care whose keys are those. They're in your possession. Okay. Can you like Yeah. NO, WE CANNOT. LIKE WHAT THE I'm not going to go nowhere. I'm sitting right here. You are right here. I'm not going nowhere. Like what the hell? What else we can do for you? You can kiss my black. That's what you can do. Well, that's not going to happen. That's not going to happen. I didn't say I was on your best day. I did not say I was. On your best day. This incident occurred on Saturday. So, the suspect here would spend two nights behind bars due to the threat she made towards the officer. Because of her egotistical nature, the suspect here had to have the last word, even if it meant more trouble. Why are y'all holding me? Like, did you call police and put me in your goddamn car and take where you taking me? Like, I'm hot as I'm not going to keep sitting here. We're going through the groceries right now. Well, you're already under arrest, SO DON'T WORRY. OKAY. SO, HURRY [screaming] UP. It's not going to get ANY KISS. OKAY. You talking about going to get me out of here. YOU GOING TO GET ME OUT OF HERE. I'M NOT GOING TO KEEP SITTING IN THIS SMALL ROOM, BUT I'M HOT. I am hot. Okay. Well, we're going to be sitting here until you come down. I'M BIG TIME. LIKE, I'M HOT. MY BLOOD SUGAR is low. I'm Come on now. What are you talking about? Like I said, wait till Monday. Monday, I'm still going to get out. Like, what the I don't have no background. [ __ ] is you talking about? But you thought you ate that little one that little one. I don't have none of my diet supplies. What the how long you been? They had nurses there are talking. Okay. Well, you would know better, right? She clearly had some serious anger issues and that attitude was not going to get her far in life. There was definitely something going on with her motivating this level of aggression that was completely unhinged. I'M GOING TO GET PISSED. LIKE, I'M GOING TO GET PISSED. I'm really GOING TO GET PISSED THE UP. I'm like, I'm already be that till Monday, so I'm this girl. Do what you got to do, baby. I'm not scared of you. What the you got to do? Do it. Do it. Do it. Do it. That's what I thought. Scary. You scared. You know how many times I've been tased? Try me. Try me. Try me. Try me. Oh, okay. You talking about you looking at you think I'm You do want to suck my huh? I thought so. You can suck out this mother. Oh goodness. After previously claiming she had no criminal background, she was now bragging about the multiple times she'd been tased. The security guard continued diligently checking as to which items she paid for and which ones were stolen. Then someone arrived to collect the woman's car keys. Yeah. 28.96. Oh, I'm trying to get my keys. My car keys. Did she have your car keys? Yes. I give them to her. Now she's going to go to jail so you guys can leave, girl. Okay, that's fine. The I don't give a Have a good night. She can go straight to the car. I don't I'm going to ride everything up. Okay. Excuse me. That's not nice. I don't give a start with me though. I'm not sharing nothing with you. It's unclear who came to get the car keys and whether they were family members, but they didn't seem very surprised about the situation or the woman's behavior. Even after parting ways with the female officer, she continued lashing out. I'm not hers. Okay. Okay. I said he talking. I JUST SAID I WILL ALL Y'ALL UP. I don't give no That's what you're not getting. Okay. talking about this following like I don't have no problem with you but her go I don't give a she don't touch my head cuz I know how to get in here myself 634 What she said in here, she didn't search. Yeah, I don't have Thank you. Does she have a phone in there? She have a phone. Over 20 minutes had passed since the woman complained about having low blood sugar. And if her story was true, she'd be extremely drowsy by now and likely disoriented as well. Curiously, she still had enough energy to accuse the female officer of manhandling her. Chill out. No, I'm not GOING TO CHILL OUT. CHILL OUT. I'M NOT BECAUSE I TOLD HER ONCE MY BLOOD IS LOW. I'M SHAKY. I'M HOT AND I'M TIRED. LIKE WHAT THE IT'S probably because you're agitated. SHE'S GOING TO BLUSH NOW. THAT WANTED to do that cuz she wanted to do that. Like what? I didn't do like come on now. Life is full of choices and you made yours today. I DON'T CARE. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I came over multiple times. I broke UP. SHE COULD HAVE SAID THAT. LIKE WHAT? I WAS BEING polite as with that. I didn't get lippy until she started maring me. Y'all think she tried to tag me. I wish you would tag me for no reason. I promise you you're dying. I'm Well, that's not nice. I don't care. I know you keep saying I'm only 18. I don't give a You don't have to shoot me like that, [ __ ] I just turned 18 this year. Like, what? Come on now. Stop talking to me. It's not a great start. They charged the woman with retail theft, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. It was her first time as an adult getting arrested and she later took a plea deal where she plead guilty to stealing while the other charges were dropped. She was given a $700 fine and 6 months probation. On October 20th, 2023, the cops were notified that a couple at Walmart were trying to steal $1,000 worth of items. Yeah. What's back in us? Good. I'm living the dream. How you doing? throw me. Don't shut off the truck. Hi, Crystal. Are you Crystal? No. No, you're not Crystal. Okay, I thought somebody else. No. No. Why don't you step out for me? I know. Were you in the store with her? Were you in the store with her? Okay. Trying to move back around. Okay. Everywhere. You got an ID on you? I don't. I'm sorry. No idea of any kind or nothing. Nothing with you? No. All I can see is we're in the middle of moving our stuff and I showed the lady the receipt and everything. So lucky she has them. Okay. She has two of the receipts. Old receipt from a different person. Yeah. Step out real quick. Step out yesterday. I watch. Stand right here for me. Do you know her? You know her blue ring around your eyes. You never noticed before. No. I thought your pupils are huge. I'm like, "What the hell is going on with your eyes?" And I saw your pupils. Oh. All right. No, no, no. Where's the stuff back? How much are we looking at right now? I'm going to go grab a cart. You mind helping me unload everything back into it? The woman's claim that she didn't have a wallet despite doing extensive shopping just didn't add up. Security was trying to find out just how much they'd stolen. Because in Washington state, the threshold for a felony is $750. And if convicted of a felony, it could mean a very long time in the slammer. I'd say it's easily over 750. Have a seat. Have a seat in my bumper real quick. Okay. It was not. Just sit on my bumper right there. What? Just so you know, everything's recorded. Okay, that's fine. All right. What's your last name? What's that? sit down. Okay. I get Okay. War or something? No. No. Okay. No. It's my stomach's really Just don't puke on me. Okay. Yeah, I know. Puke right there. No, it's not that. It's the other end. Oh, gotcha. Yeah. All right, we'll work with you. What's your last name? You got to look back when you're backing out. You almost smell clever. Hi, ma'am. What's your first name? Liddana. What's that? Ladonna. Liddana. Spell that. L A D O R N A. L A A D O N A. Yeah. The female suspect, a 41-year-old named Liddonna Peterson, grew increasingly nervous about the contents of her car and seemed desperate to speak to the driver, 57year-old Steven Brazwell. Instead of cooperating with the officers, the suspect did something that just confirmed her guilt. Madonna, don't run. Stop. ARE YOU SERIOUS? STOP. STOP. NO. STOP. NO. I DON'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL. Turn around. Stop. I don't want to go. Stop. Now you're going and now you're getting Stop. You're going to get on the ground. Stop. Stop. I'm not even doing Relax your arms. Relax. Stop. Well, Donna, stop. I don't. Sorry, but don't pull on me like that. I'm right here. I'm right. Stop. You're going to go on the ground. I'm right here. Stop. Be on your back. It's on my back. The other one. Stop. You stop. I'm not even moving. Yes, you are. And that's the problem because I want to put my hand on it. Yeah. It's called resisting arrest. Oh my gosh. Aside from stealing from the store the day before, loss prevention at Walmart revealed she did the very same thing in both June and September. And both of those times, Steven was with her. That was dumb. Why would you run? Cuz I think you're faster than Huh? You think you'd be faster than us? No, I'm not trying to like get away. I'm just Now you got an extra charge. So Oh my god. See when people run cuz they're trying to get away. No, cuz I'm pissed off. This is bull. Well, this is bull. We will discover that in just a second. Well, I gave you ly. I gave her everything. Adjusted. Okay, stay forward. I'm going to get these adjusted. There you go. In total, on that day alone, Ladonna tried to steal almost $1,100 worth of merchandise. For his part, Steven said that he'd only stopped to pick her up and was unaware of what she was up to. As we found out, Steven was a registered offender and said he'd be foolish to commit a crime because everybody knows exactly where he lives. Steve, what in the Hey, Burn. I guess I guess you can look at me and think I'm an athletic dude, but look at Webbby. Why would you run from that mirror? She says we see the other person. Why you running? Yeah, I know you, Mom. Yeah, if if he goes inside and grabs her seat, I go, "My bad." And I help you load the stuff back up in the car. I mean that's it. But that plus the fact if you did in fact pay for it and if you didn't why are you running you turn a situation in which you could have gotten a citation in order to appear in court into an arrest and and slightly banged up. She thinks she's Jackie Jordan some people. It's stupid making me bad ass. This is the third person to run from me and Weber in the last two days at the store. Why? That's what we keep yelling at them. The security guard came back and explained exactly what he saw on the cameras. And he clearly didn't believe Steven when he said he was merely driving her home. In the June incident, Steven was seen on video entering the store and allegedly attempted to distract loss prevention while Lidda was stealing. Any receipt? She never went near the reg. No, you tried to distract me for in there before like 6 months ago. You came in and asked me about something while I was following her. I didn't know you was following nobody, bro. We want both of them trespass. Oh, yeah. That's easy peasy. You trespass for what? That's the money. Yeah. And you drive for her all the time. She steals here all the time. I was told to come up here and drive and she's called before. I I have it on video in there from like 6 months ago. She called you. She was watching me. Watch her. She called. You came walking in, walked up to me, asked me a question. I said, "I didn't have and walked off after her. I hadn't talked to her that day. Yeah, you did. You were driving car. I hadn't talked to her on the phone, brother. That's what I'm saying. I want them both. That's fine. Um, so you'll be trespassed for life. Uh, you can call back. How long do you want him to wait before he calls? He can call 1800 Walmart and ask to get it rescended. Ultimately, it's going to be up to my boss. Okay. That's not right. But it's probably on corporation. They can if they want. I know. Yeah. So tell us. Yeah. I appreciate you helping me. No problem. Not a problem. Sorry about it, buddy. Will you take this? I'm going to drive. Thanks, Stephen. Of course, businesses don't need to provide a reason to issue a trespass. So, Steven had no choice but to leave. And Ladonna, of course, had to head to the jail house. The officer here spent considerable time reviewing Walmart's footage, and it was his opinion that he wasn't as innocent as he claimed. I got to talk to I got to talk to you about the other day. What happened? When I arrested your friend. Okay, so here's the deal. I watched video from June 23rd or Uhhuh. September 21st. I might be slightly wrong on these dates. Uh October 19th and October 20th. You know what the common theme in all those videos was? What's that? She's pull pushing out a full cart to your car every time. Why is [music] that? Cuz we go grocery shopping and you're always away from her. Well, I go grocery shopping and when she tells me that she has to go to the store or whatever, I go and I drop I drop her off. I'll wait in the car. She'll come back out. I'll figure shopping and we go because people her mom will send her to the store. [music] She goes run errands for other people. That's all I know. on specifically one of the videos and Merritt talked about it the other day. You walk straight through the store, you make a left pass the um selfch checkckout, you double background, you walk straight to the guy that's working loss prevention wearing street clothes while on the phone to distract. I was not trying to distract that man. I didn't know who that man was. I just I was asking you directions, but that's all I So, here's the deal. It's way too coincidental to be that. So, I'm charging you and her with organized retail theft. How is that? Because you guys worked in concert to steal over two grand worth of stuff. In [music] total, it was estimated the suspect stole $2,400 worth of merchandise. All of which involved the very same process of simply leaving the store with a cart full of items. Steven worked as both a driver and also a lookout for Liddana. Okay, I'm going to place you under arrest. You have the right to a phone call attorney. Can you just give me a citation cuz I'm going to have my No, it's felonies. I didn't do anything. You're under arrest, Steve. And I got to go to court. No. Yep. Tuesday. I mean, come on. Don't do this to Monday. You have Tuesday. It's too much. There's four. Just allow me to put the dogs away, please. Please, please let do it. I don't want Nobody can. Nobody else can to put them away. They can't. They can't. They will. We'll get in a fight with the dogs inside. Please, sir. Let me put my babies away. I swear to God, I will not do anything but put them away. Peters, I don't want to have to go back into that house. Peter, you won't have to. I promise you. Please let me put my babies away. Yeah. Allow me to put my toes away. No, please. Please allow me to put my babies away, sir. Let's go to the car. We're not going to see the babies. Ladonna was charged with felony organized retail theft, four counts of felony seconddegree burglary, as well as multiple other counts of secondderee and thirdderee theft, and resisting arrest. Steven was charged with organized retail theft, multiple counts of secondderee and thirdderee theft, and possession of a controlled substance. On the 14th of May, 2023 in Cook County, Illinois, police responded to a grocery store following multiple reports of an ongoing shoplifting incident. Do not move. Do not move. Do not move. Get out of the car. Do not move. Do not move. Get your hands behind your BACK. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I ain't doing nothing. Hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I ain't doing nothing. Hands behind your back. I ain't doing nothing. Get up off. Go frisbee legs. Yeah. Move to the front position. Oh, stop. Stop. Move to the front position. I got the legs. [laughter] Go to the front. Go to the front. Go to THE FRONT. GOOD. OH, STOP. Stop doing me like this. I ain't getting nothing. A classic sign of shoplifting is filling your shopping cart exclusively with expensive items. In this case, the cart was mostly filled with bottles of liquor. So, the shoplifter was either stocking up for a party, had an expensive drinking habit, or most likely the shoplifter intended on reselling them. Let me go. All right. Any knives on you? Any needles? Ain't no knives that need That's awesome. You're not going anywhere. All right. You're under arrest for retail theft. I ain't taking nothing. That's great. Take all. What did I take? You rolled out with a whole cart full of alcohol. All right. I ain't roll out with no cuff alcohol. It's white G. You didn't see me go out through no dough. Yeah, I did. No, you didn't. Stop. Stop. No, you didn't see me roll out with no cuff for the alcohol. No. Okay. I'm in the store. Yeah, cuz you ran back. Last point of sale, my friend. Ain't no last point of sale. I'm paying for my stuff. You can't do this to me. Okay. Stop moving. When we're ready to get you up, we'll get you up. was uncomfortable, MAN. COME ON. YEAH, IT WAS UNCALLED FOR. SO, YOU CAN DO ME LIKE THIS. DO ME LIKE THIS. OKAY. YOU AIN'T GOT NO REASON TO cut me. DO ME LIKE THIS. GIVE ME MY STUFF RIGHT THERE, MAN. Give me my stuff, man. Come on. Yeah, I got it. You can take me right here to the uh front desk so I can pay for my stuff. The man's lack of cooperation got him an additional charge of resisting arrest. The man struggled, but the officers had to firmly restrain him and make sure he didn't have a firearm and make sure he didn't escape. No, I didn't walk OUT WITH NO CAR. YOU GET BEHIND a walk out with no car. No, I didn't walk out with no car. I did not walk out with no car. No, I did not WALK OUT WITH NO CAR. OKAY. NO, I did not walk out with no car. Sit down. Get in there. Sit down. You are under arrest. We going to start robbery. Stop. Stop. Get up. Get your hands up off me. Get your hands UP OFF ME. GET YOUR HANDS UP OFF ME. GET UP. GET YOUR HANDS UP OFF ME. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. RUSH. GO. I didn't do nothing. You're just going to begin. I ain't doing nothing. All you're doing I didn't do nothing. You're not going to do THIS TO ME. I AIN'T TAKE NOTHING OUT THIS STUFF. I'm not going to say I took nothing. Buddy, no. No, no. Stop. Give him the car. The suspect claimed that he hadn't left the store, thinking he might get away on a technicality. However, it's still considered theft since the man passed all points of sale. So therefore, you can still be charged with shoplifting even if you didn't leave the store. Stop. Now you're kicking me. Now you WANT TO ACT BAD. HUH? YOU WANT TO ACT BAD? I'M NOT KICKING YOU. THE HELL you didn't STOP WHPPING OUT. You choking me. I swear you choking. Nobody's choking you, man. Yes, you is. Get in here. You're doing this to yourself. Oh, I didn't. No. Stop. I ain't take nothing out of here. Sit the down. Stop, man. No. Oh, you sit on our side. Shut him. SHUT HIM. SHUT THE DOOR. STOP. NO. Shut the door. Stop, man. Get ready for the door. You're making this so much worse, sir. You're making this so much worse. Settle down. I didn't take nothing. Settle down. I didn't take nothing. You're going to hit your head, dude, when we shut this door. You've literally kicked officers and now you're resisting again. No, I didn't take nothing. Stop. The cop explained that kicking an officer is a form of aggravated battery, and it's a felony charge that's far more serious than shoplifting. At this point, if he simply sits quietly in the squad car, potentially he could reduce his time in the slammer. That racist. Y'all racist. Ohio. Y'ALL RACIST. Y'ALL SEE THAT I'M black and y'all see that? I'M TRYING TO PAY FOR MY STUFF. TRYING TO SAY I TRIED TO WALK UP AT the store. I ain't trying to walk up out of You TRYING TO SAY STOP. STOP. STOP. I ain't take up out the sto. And that's racist for y'all to do something like this and not let me pay for my stuff and ask me to pay for my stuff and try to tackle. You pay for your things outside the store cuz I don't when I go to the store. I AIN'T GO OUTSIDE THE STORE. YOU WERE OUTSIDE THE STORE. ALL RIGHT. I WASN'T OUTSIDE THE STORE. MY FRIEND WAS TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONE. OH, OKAY. Telling me to come on, man. Okay. HE WAS RIGHT THERE TELLING ME TO COME ON. OKAY. In the state of Illinois, anything above $300 is felony theft. So, a shopping cart full of alcohol could have easily reached that point. Despite being called shoplifting, the man continued playing the victim. What's your name? My name Michael Howard. Michael, you going to be chill, Michael? So, we can walk you in. Yeah, man. Cuz I'm trying to pay for my stuff, man. Okay, Michael. But I need you to be chill. All right. Chill, man. Y'all tackle me. Give me a chance to pay for my stuff, man. Yeah. You give me a chance to pay for my stuff, man. Tackle me at the door. I can walk with you. Perfect. I appreciate it. My name is Michael, too. Yeah, man. It's all right, man. Keep going straight. I'm going right here. We're going to turn left. All right, man. You can see right here, man. You going to stay chill when we take the cuffs off? Yes, sir. Man, cuz I'm going to pay for my stuff, man. Step in. Come on, man. Come on, man. You ain't got to do me like that, man. Come on, man. Stop, man. I'm not even that type of person, man. I got to pay for my stuff, man. Y'all going to rough me up like this and y'all did this to me like this, man. Come on, man. Call the paramedics, man. Cuz y'all tackle me before I even got out the store, man. Even pay for my stuff, man. You want the paramedics? You want the paramedics? Come on, man. Yeah, I want the paramedics. Yeah, I want the paramedics. Can you tell me what HURTS RIGHT HERE? WILL Y'ALL TACKLE ME AND DID THIS TO ME AND ME TO THE GROUND LIKE THIS, MAN? NO, MAN. That ain't right. No, I want you to stay close. I'm not going to let y'all do this to y'all. My arm that hurts, Michael. Yeah, my right arm that hurt. that y'all choked me and didn't let me PAY FOR MY STUFF and coming out the store when I was talking to my friend on the store. The suspect here, Michael Howard, receive multiple charges, including battery, retail theft, and resisting arrest. On the 13th of December, 2024, the cops responded to a shoplifting in progress at a Walmart. And when they got there, the suspects were already in the parking lot. a separate shop list. You're wrong, dude. Don't come up saying, "Hey, don't tell me what to do." No one's shopping. Nobody stop listening about anything. No, I don't care. Don't How much is the microwave? Listen to your own paid here. I paid for Listen. Go. I don't know. is ridiculous. Hang on. Hang on. Where's your receipt? What are you not What are you not understanding about? I said I know who you're talking to. I don't know who you're talking to. You can't leave the store and not both suspects were extremely defensive about being accused of shoplifting, but Walmart had been watching their every move and knew exactly what items they'd stolen. In particular, they were being questioned about a microwave oven. So, how much did you get paid for this? You said it runs up as a dollar. So, we owe you $7 more dollar. A dollar. Maybe she'll get you one, too. Okay. This is Excuse me, sir. Let me bring it up. So, no. I I don't think you can buy this. Yes, I can. Yes, ma'am. I'm paying for my stuff, bro. Quit trying to make them make your decision for you. You guys want these guys in the store or no? Quit trying to start stuff. Let me just make my stuff. I'm good at both and I'll charge both. No, I'll charge you both for stuff. Let's go. OH MY GOD. WHO STOLE WHAT? Nobody stole anything. Steal nothing, bro. She just Oh my lord. Okay. In the office. She just stealing nothing, man. In the office. You want to go in handcuffs or you want to go on your own? No, I didn't. No. Listen, bro. He said both of you guys in in the office now. Okay. Well, we scan right here. We didn't know it was a dollar, man. No, there's no You didn't scan the microwave at all. Okay. So, can you go look at your camera, sir? That's what we're going to do. Thank you. And you will see that he scanned it in the office. Thank you. This is ridiculous. In the office. So, before you rush out to your nearest Walmart, I got to tell you, microwaves cost more than a dollar. It could have been an honest mistake due to a glitch in the system or the suspects might have intentionally exploited a pricing error. No, I don't need that. I have a disability. I have a disability, man. Let's not do this. Okay. My daughter's going to be fine. Here, hold on. Can I just do this? You don't have to be like this, you don't I'm 50 something years old. I'm just saying you don't have to. I know. Treat me with a little bit of respect. You treat me with your pissed off at you for causing all this crap. I didn't cause any crap. I told you that. Do not turn on me, man. I'm not relaxing everything. Relax. Oh, no. You haven't seen nothing yet. I know. Why are you pushing all this? Relax. I didn't do one thing. I made a decision. Put it in your Hold on a second. Don't take my money, please. The suspects might have been skip scanning, a common shoplifting tactic where intentionally a person doesn't scan certain items in the selfch checkckout. However, since they claimed the microwave cost only a dollar, they might have been swapping barcodes instead. Eventually, the officer had to get a little more assertive. Guess what? You in my house now. Okay. Why are you yelling, bro? Because you ain't listening. You in my house now. You follow my rules. Sit down. Holy crap. You guys want to be disrespectful, you guys can spend the you can spend the weekend in jail. How's that? in my backpack. You are talking your way into the a weekend at the score jail. What are you talking about? I just said so. You understand English? Quiet. Please quit talking to me. Please. You're You're talking to me. You made something very simple. Okay. I said, "Let me pay." No, you can't just take something for a dollar and go, "Oh, I got caught. I'm going to go pay the other 79 bucks." No, that's not how it works. Microwaves and other appliances are often stolen for their resale value. There are some microwaves in Walmart that are over $200. The suspect claimed that it was all a mistake, but that meant that they genuinely thought that microwaves cost only a dollar. And if that's true, these people are dumber than we thought. Where am I at? So, it asked you for the warranty for the bed. When you try to scan the microwave, it gave you that red error signifying that it wasn't scanned. It said that for the pop for the soda. No, it didn't. It [snorts] was for the It was for the microwave. It's clear right here. Like I'll show you. Okay. Well, I didn't understand what I didn't understand that. I didn't understand what you're saying. I really don't understand. You're scanning. But go back to me where I'm scanning the stuff. It shows me scanning everything I try to scan right here. Look. Check this out. Okay. All right. You scann it. I'm scanning. It gives you the error. [laughter] You decide to say it. No, I didn't see this. I didn't say no. Then you go scan the bottom. No, but I'm not saying it cuz I don't I don't know that the bottom is my bed. I scanned my bed. I didn't try to do what you're saying. That's not true. If you look at it, bro. Yeah, but I'm just saying you can see it, man. Sir, let me talk to you real quick. I need you to understand something. We're not calling you thieves. We're not saying that you are stealing. Our job is that the moment that you pass that last point of sale and you take an item that's not on your receipt, listen, it is considered theft. I'm not calling you a a thief. All I'm saying is that the moment it passes for me, whether it's on your if if it's not on your receipt, I didn't look at that. I completely didn't pay that no attention, bro. I thought that unfortunately for you when it comes to that, it doesn't matter anymore. The security guard here used a classic deescalation technique, saying he wasn't necessarily calling them thieves or accusing them of stealing. The cop probably did this to reduce the tension in the room and try to get a little cooperation. And like I said, when you guys told me the price of it, I get it. Okay, that ain't the price. But here, pay the price cuz that's what I was trying to do. My intent was to pay for what I bought. I didn't come here to steal with the kid and I'm a thief. No, man. It's not true. I'm 50 something years old, dude. I like the treatment and you're yelling at me, dude, like from a kid. Irritates the hell out of me. Who you talking to? I'm talking to whoever is listening. That's not You're 50 something years old. Don't give me the stare down, buddy. Just calm down. Please. No, cuz it hurt. It could hurt you, but just please. It hurts up. Oh, hurts the [ __ ] out of me, too. What? What does Just You do you. People just try to rationalize everything. That's what you think. That's what you're doing. You think you're doing that. You think you you developed that method of shoplifting on your own? You I'm not shoplifting. The male suspect persistently argued with the officers, making their jobs incredibly difficult, whereas the female suspect seemed much more willing to cooperate. Both of them said they were completely innocent. But when the cops looked them up in the system, they found something very interesting. So everybody is clear. Randy, you do have uh some history of organized. We built that though. You saw that this is a trespass warning saying that you cannot come back to this particular Walmart for a period of 3 years. Correct. I don't know what he wanted. It's better than the it's better than the alternative because the alternative is his is permanent I think. Right. Yeah. Okay. Good sign here. That's just saying I'm giving you a copy. You don't have to sign it if you don't want it. Says that I can't come here for 3 years. For 3 years. It's standard. Everybody that comes through this office gets one of you know theirs is is particular to this Walmart. Be honest with you. The one of ours is for every Walmart. So you guys can still shop at a different Walmart until we get this court. Organized retail theft refers to a collective of people who engage in stealing [music] and often reselling items. These crimes often have large-scale criminal enterprises working behind them. So, this was either an incredible coincidence or the suspect getting caught once again. I understand that if you decide to break this trespass, you'll probably be facing more charges. If you decide to come back to Walmart and steal as little as I can, steal I'm not saying you're stealing, man. I'm just giving you the details. Listen up, please. If you come back to Walmart and if you steal as little as a can, you're going to be facing failure. Okay. Not only are you trespassed, but you're stealing. And that's considered Last week was so easy. Everybody just said acquis. The couple was charged with retail theft. At the end of the day, elaborate security systems in retail stores make shoplifting much more difficult. Even when criminals do try their luck, inevitably the cops are there to catch them right away. And the cops will definitely catch them if they're as dumb as the criminals in today's episode.
