or intoxicated James was waiting for his Uber while sitting on a bench hoping to return home watch how the officer reacts to the situation despite Mr James seemingly not doing anything unlawful how those who may not be aware according to Colorado revised statutes 16313 police officers are authorized to stop and detain any individual reasonably suspected of engaging in criminal activity James was spotted outside a closed bar at 2:27 a.m. this particular location was where a stabbing homicide occurred after the bar closed in August 2020 given these circumstances the officer can reasonably ask treatment facility after being handcuffed he gave officers permission to check his phone and confirmed that an Uber was on Route subsequently the handcuffs were removed and officers remained with him until the Uber arrived the individual safely departed to travel home via Uber it is unknown if Mr James took any action against the officers involved in this interaction following this baseless the security officials and handcuffed and was thrown into the wheelchair that allegedly broke his neck Mr Nelson was taken to hospital after this interaction where he was treated and was eventually filming a traffic stop involving an allegedly stolen vehicle in Columbus Georgia he parked his vehicle nearby to capture the scene officer David Rogers from the Columbus Police Department along with several other deputies were present during the traffic stop witness their reaction when they notice Mr OA Jackson filming the scene with a camera oh oh again I I say I a with no problem sir [Music] oh name of external Affairs Houston TX region a veteran receiving Care at the VA facility in Houston on the afternoon of March 3rd 2019 he was leaving his appointment at the VA when he noticed an unattended police cruiser parked nearby concerned about the abandoned vehicle Mr Smith began recording the scene on his smartphone I don't know what the police are doing here but they are just sitting here I guess trying to harass people or something let's see was that for taxpayer dollars just let it sit there and run unlocked accessible to pretty much everybody it's not a very safe procedure I
