questionable tactics why are your officers pulling people over for for no crime okay so he was conducting a well-being check on you you some concerning concerning Behavior like like pulling to the side of the road safely in a safe manner he said you not violating any traffic and you have me detained on the side of the road and you don't want to listen to me this is Officer Raphael Amaya Alonso from the D Police Department on September 10th 2024 a YouTuber was driving around in Delan Florida while recording his commute on his dash cam as he persisted with his journey officer Alonzo pulled him over the officer claimed that he pulled the YouTuber over to conduct a well-being check after he observed him pulling over the side of the road several times watch how the traffic stop is about to take an unlawful turn up hey how's it going man I'm with the police department what' you pull me over for for a wellbeing check that's all it is I saw that once I got behind you you keep turning off and then a well be check huh yeah I'm trying to make sure you're okay you keep holding off the road and coming back on the road and stuff so I'm trying to see if you're having a medical emergency or anything like that that's all you're pulling me over you're stopping me from what I'm doing because you're concerned because did I commit a crime I said I'm just doing a wellbe check on you did I commit a traffic infraction no I'm just doing a wellbe is this what the what is your name officer Al with the Del Police Department who's the other officer what is it who's the other officer officer a he's right over there just doing a ball Bean check on you man you keep yeah I'm cons do you have a supervisor on duty I can get a supervisor I'd like a supervisor over here is this something that you guys typically engage in what is it is this something that you guys typically engage in we can talk about BL all the time whenever a car you know if we see that a car is doing some type of Maneuvers or anything like that that would what maneuver was it that thought that you said that you were you were you kept pulling off and on onto the road and all how many times did I pull off the road it was a total of two times that you did that so I was trying did that so I was trying is is this the second time the traffic stop no the second time was when you pulled off and the ston uh field where when because you're illegally detaining me on the side of the road sir I'm just doing I never you're being detained sir I'm not detained there's lights on behind lights on behind me you you pulled me over to the side of the road how am I supposed to believe that I'm not being detained like I said my supervisor is on his way we go ahead and talk to my supervisor you call you would have been free to go now cuz I see that you're doing perfectly fine but you call for my supervisor that's why I'm concerned that you're pulling people over for not doing a goddamn thing wrong got my I'm concerned that you're detaining people on the side of the road for no good goddamn reason the YouTuber questioned the validity of the stop asked for a supervisor and disputed the officer's justification the footage did not back officer alonso's statement showing no signs of unusual or hazardous driving before the stop watch to see how the encounter concludes after a supervisor shows up how's it going man how do Vehicles after the cops found him hiding in the bushes Mr Park alleged that he was being chased and he did not do anything wrong come out of the Bush right now get up now they were chasing me get off what are you doing they were chasing me what's your name they were chasing me no cuz you're trying to break into cars and [ __ ] no we weren't you were in your neighbor's yard trespassing in your in their backyard she's got you on camera dude oh yeah we did it that one time they told us to stop and we stopped you've been caught in three yards what the are you doing we didn't break in no cars okay boy you've been caught in through yards all through the city this is the second or third time he tell me what to get from around here and you come back 20 minutes later what are you talking about you every single night between overnight hours your mom's going I'm going to arrest your mother because you want to dick around and do all this [ __ ] all all times of night where's your mother right now I mean it's not a trick question where your mom it's not going to prevent her from getting arrested I've already made up my mind where is your mother well you're cool enough to run around all the city but you can't answer a simple question I don't even run around all the city you do I don't you do I don't because last time you were caught in three yards it was on North Division Street with your trespassed recently explaining that he spent most of that day at the library he asserts he was in the bush because he was being chased and firmly denied any connection to the nearby bike Mr Park explains that he's separated from his group out of fear and firmly denies any involvement in criminal activity watch what the cops do with him despite such justifications all right just I've ever C officer unnecessarily calls for backup on the scene after a few moments backup officers arrive the driver is issued a speeding ticket but continues to argue calling the officers cowards one officer mentions reaching out to the driver's employer the situation escalates as the driver hurs vulgar insults at the officers the driver States his intention to fight the ticket in court however no update is available on this case if you think this was the height of rude cops getting what they deserved then you probably haven't watched this next case what's going on right now is I was here waiting for a coffee and your boyfriend comes back to me very close and he goes hey look who it is it's a pig and I was like excuse me he doesn't no cops okay what if I came up to your boyfriend or you and called your names this is an officer from the Anchorage Police Department in September 2022 an individual is approached by an officer after a remark made by their boyfriend calling the officer a pig the officer asserts that the comment started as harassment and the situation escalated with more insults the officer is detaining the man for his verbal Behavior while his girlfriend questions the officer's right to do so watch how the officer behaves during the interaction tell me why you P why he's being arrested can you not let we talk to you you can talk to me stay right there you don't
