Are you happy you're arresting a old lady? >> I'm not happy if you hadn't hit me and just listen. >> Sir, all you had to do was not put your hands on me. >> It's cruel and unusual punishment. >> You know what's cruel and unusual? The amount you yell. >> Disney theme parks are where families go to create fond memories, but it's not always the case. >> I literally I'm with my daughter. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> Are you kidding me? >> Are y'all kidding me? Y assault me now? >> I going to assault me, >> buddy. If it's not you, we're going to let you go. >> Spit it out. >> No, no, no. Spit it out. >> He got some in his mouth. Spit it out. Spit it out. Spit it out. >> While it's usually the kids who misbehave, sometimes it's the parents who get carried away quite literally. And once the handcuffs are out, that's when Disney adults realize they're not above the law. You mother. Are you happy? You freak. Are you happy? You should [ __ ] rod in hell. On the 2nd of August 2023, the cops were dispatched to a Disney hotel after staff reported a woman refusing to leave the property despite being asked to do so due to her rude behavior. because he's refusing. >> Stop yelling. >> No, don't yell at me. My brother's a cop. >> So, I'm in the gym. Okay. >> I was doing a little train. I normally don't check people in, but I want a little training. >> All I want to do is lay down. This won't let me. >> One second, man. >> No, don't listen to him. Justin, put your hands on me. >> Back up. I will go to jail. >> Don't yourself. Anyway, >> it all started with a discrepancy on the reservation. >> Price line booked her for three nights. She said it was four. >> I said I would and he got nasty. My >> answer trespass. >> I just wanted to leave. >> While the manager told the cops that he wanted this woman, Virginia, to be removed from the premises, based on her attitude, it' be easier said than done. >> Just whatever. I would like to punch him in the face. >> She's trying to spit on me. >> He's wrong. I didn't spit at you. >> You're lucky I didn't kick you in the bulls. Don't touch me. Get your hands off me. >> I'm going to put you on cuffs. >> I don't care. >> How about that? I don't care. >> Good. >> I can't. I have nowhere to go. I'm not >> Fortunately, if you're not leaving, you're going to jail. >> You I'm not leaving. >> Okay, you're going to jail. >> Don't touch. I got a backpack on your back. >> I got a rod off my back. Stop. I got a [clears throat] rod on my back. Help me. Stop. >> I got a rod up my back. Please. >> That was That was not >> And then you hit me. Are you on your mind? >> I got a rod up my back. >> Please. >> I got on the phone. Please. >> That's all right. If she was truly suffering from health issues, then perhaps she should have followed the cop's orders and just left the place peacefully. There was no doubt being handcuffed was not the most comfortable, but she had no one to blame but herself. >> I'm so upset. I don't feel good. >> All right, can you take the cuffs off? I got two rotator cuffs. >> We already told you was >> Okay, I get it. But I got two torn rotator cuffs, please. >> Unfortunately, you have >> Can you tug me in the front? I can't help. My arms hurt so bad. All right. Do you want to help setting up cuz you're going to go in the car? >> I can't get up myself. >> Yeah. You need help? All right. Ready? >> No. No. I need two arms. I got fake knees. I'm going to rot up my back and suit rotator cuffs. >> Okay. >> Please put the cuffs in the front. Please. I won't do anything. Please. >> Please, >> sir. Please put the cuffs in the front. >> I have two to rotic cuffs. of Virginia. >> Virginia begged the cops to cuff her in the front, but they informed the woman that it was against their protocol. So sadly, against the woman's wishes, she'd be taken to the station handcuffed behind her back. >> I can't stand like my back. >> Pretty please. >> Where's my phone? >> Can you call my brother, please? I can't believe you're arrested me. It wasn't, sir. I'm so sorry. >> I didn't mean to. I'm so frustrated. I just wanted to go to sleep. >> Calm down. >> I just want to go to sleep. >> Pretty, please put the cuffs in front. I can't feel my arms right now. I truly look at my phone. You'll see in my medical docs. >> I have two torn rotator cuffs. It's no joke. Before she was placed in the squad car, the officer searched her. However, getting her in the back of a squad car was another challenge as she claimed she couldn't sit down with the cuffs behind her back. >> I can't. I have a rod up my whole back. Look at my spine. >> Use the step. >> I can't. I need to hold on. >> There's a step, >> sir. I need to hold on with it. >> You get in the car. >> I can't. Force me. >> I can't. I need your help. I'm not joking. >> Look, it's low enough. Lean back. You put your foot up there. >> It's impossible. >> It's not impossible. Lift your left foot. >> Oh my god. What part of this do you noting understand? >> I have You're hurting me. Stop. >> You're hurting me. I have to rotate. >> Please remove. >> I can't I can't move like that. >> I can't. I need to hold on. >> I'm not joking. >> Come on, man. >> I'll handicap my cars over there. You'll see it. >> Come on. >> Don't pull my arms. They're shooting rotating pumps. Why you being [ __ ] to me? My light right leg doesn't work. You think I'm joking? I can't. >> I don't want to push. >> You're going to have to. I don't function like a person. Please take off these cuffs. I'm tight. As they prepared to take her to jail, she was throwing a temper tantrum that rivaled any spoiled child who couldn't get what they want. And in the back of the squad car, she mentioned some new medical conditions that she was allegedly suffering from. >> Sir, I have asthma. It's so hot in here. I'm going to have an attack. My medicine's in my car. >> Hello? Are you deaf? >> Do you not hear me? I need my my pump. Hello. [screaming] >> [laughter] >> For their part, the cops were very considerate. They weren't about to take her to jail without her inhaler. However, she had to calm down a bit first and give the cops a moment to locate it. Eventually, the cop's patience wore thin and it really started showing. >> It's in my car. I >> heard you. Stop yelling. Where are your car keys? They're over there. But I You're never going to find it. There's a 100 million things in my car. >> Okay. Well, there's nothing I can do. You're my >> sir. I need my prevental. >> I have. >> I need you to take these off for one minute. >> Wait a minute. I can't do it like this. >> You're really not helping me. I need my prevental. It is, but I I can't take it like that. I have to do it. >> It's not going to work like that. Please. I can't feel my arms anymore. Please take the look the cuffs and put them in the front. Pretty please. Or cuff me to the side. I'm not going to do anything. I'm 65 years old. I'm a retired [music] teacher. >> That guy was so mean to me and I overreacted. I asked him not to touch me. >> With the officer holding the inhaler to her mouth, it was possible to use it despite her hands being behind her back. By that point, it seemed like everything she said was just a diversion or excuse to try and get her out of cuffs. >> I can't do it like this. >> It doesn't work like that. >> Wait, wait. See, you wasted it. There's hair in it. There's hair in my mouth now. Please. There's hair in my mouth. Please take the cuff off for a minute. >> I got hair in my mouth. I can't pick up my dress to my mouth so I could get the hair out. >> Please, I'm begging. What the do you want? >> Better okay? >> No, I'm not okay. >> All right, let me do now. >> Count to three. >> One, two, three. Better. No, I need another one. And you didn't spray it enough. >> It doesn't work like this. You got to really press it hard. >> You're not. >> Why can't you just train me to the thing? I can't feel my arms. >> It's cruel and unusual punishment. >> You know what's cruel and unusual? The amount you yell. >> It was getting clearer and clearer that the cops had had enough of her. They're cops, after all, and not daycare workers. [music] Eventually, they gave it to her straight. She was heading to jail whether she liked it or not. >> You didn't listen when we told you you needed to leave the property. >> I said I wanted to call Disney and straighten it out. >> That's all I was trying to do. You think you're happy? >> Come with me. I'll do this. >> Come on. Last time. One, two, three. >> It's not enough. [snorts] >> Are you happy you're arresting a old lady? I'm not happy if you hadn't hit me and just listen. >> Sir, all you had to do was not put your hands on me. >> All you had to do was leave the property and I went ahead and put my leave the property. >> No, you weren't. You literally said, "I'm not leaving." That's what you said. >> I was talking to Disney to try to get a room. >> It's all on body cam. >> I don't care. I got hair in my mouth. >> Now I spit on your floor cuz I got hair in my mouth. >> Okay, that's fine. Criminal sit back there anyway. Can you I'm not a criminal. I've never been arrested in my life. I'm supposed to meet people. Could you at least call and tell them I can't make it? Could you do that for me? You mother. Are you happy? You are you happy? >> Virginia was charged with resisting arrest, trespassing, and battery on law enforcement. Still though, unlike our next suspect, at least she knew how to respect a trespassing order. When it comes to Disney World, some adults get just as excited as their kids. On July 26th, 2023 in Orange County, the cops were called to Lake Buuna Vista Golf Club, a property of Disney World after security learned that a frequent golfer and Disney World Megapan had been charged with stealing a golf bag from another unaffiliated club in the area. >> Going to see the bowl that we're going to put out and they're going to freak out when he comes through here >> and we're going to explain to him. I don't like >> as long as he's just going to the golf course and not stopping at the hotel for any reason. like you must come straight here. >> I think he's a a big Disney guy. So, >> this may >> well >> really tick him off then. >> Oh, we can tell him he can get with his attorney and they can get with this. >> Obviously, you have a good attorney. You kept yourself from being arrested. So, >> we find out where he's at. You guys want to stay here? >> I I have a trespass. >> The security staff informed the officers that they wanted the suspect, Jeffrey, trespass from Disney World Resort. He could still use the golf course, but he was no longer welcome at the theme park. And given that Jeffrey was a Disney World fanboy, the cops anticipated that he wouldn't take the news. Well, >> they got to talk to you for a minute, sir. >> Yeah, we got to speak to you for a moment. Okay. >> All right. So, you're not in trouble right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. Uh I guess Disney was made aware of an incident uh from the 11th at the Rosen >> uh in involving some golf clubs, I guess. So, [music] well, you're not in trouble right now. We're not going to haul you off in handcuffs. >> Disney wants to trespass you from Disney property, which does not include the golf course. The golf course is just right. >> Any of the parks or anything like >> Disney was made aware of it because all that stuff's public record. They were aware that you were here. So, someone somewhere in their infinite wisdom goes, "Oh, trespasser. That's why we're here." That's the only reason. >> Jeffrey wasn't thrilled to hear the news, but he took it better than expected. While he didn't deny being involved in the theft from the other club, he seemed to think there were other forces at play. >> I was going to say, does this have to do with my ex-wife or >> I have no idea who your ex-wife is. >> No, I have no idea. None. Our job right now is just to hand you this piece of paper and tell you if you go on Disney property, you end up going to jail. But you can drive through Disney property, get to this particular course because it's not only >> you have to go through the hotel to get there. >> And the roads on Disney property, >> I don't know what it's about beyond >> the roads on Disney property are Reed Creek property. So, you know, even though you're at Disney, you're not on Disney property. Um, >> she is going to >> I don't know if that's because of your ex-wife. >> Yeah, we don't know for sure. I don't know what kind of pool she has. We don't know if this is that. I have no idea. >> See that real quick? We'll just give you the >> All right, we got we got a twist here. >> Disney Disney owns the property. They're just managing it. So, they don't want you on the property either. So, I don't know how you guys want to work that. It's whatever, but after we're done with the trespass, you guys are going to have Well, you're going to have to leave. You don't have to [music] >> at least finish the ground. >> So, that's entirely up to you. Uh what they say it's if they want him off the property immediately, >> I'm going to say >> he's he's the boss, the guy you just spoke to. >> Yeah. No, you're not going to be able to. Although initially he was informed by Disney World staff and officers that he would still have golf course access, one of their superiors later overruled it. It seemed like someone did have a grudge against Jeffrey after all as he was no longer welcome. As a result, he was told to immediately leave. >> He's managing the property. They'll give you a refund. >> So, but yeah, just to make things easier. >> All right, sir. >> Uh here's your copy. I doubt you'll be able to read much of it because it's like the sixth copy down, but that's okay. I'm sure the I'm sure the experience will be memorable enough where you won't need to be able to read it. >> You're good. >> Yeah. >> So, he's got to read you that little blurb per our policy and then we're done. >> Very little information. >> Do you remember speaking to Detective Ronald Allen? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, that's what that's about. >> And that's that whatever case that is, >> they were made aware of it. their higherups, whoever's on the phone was made aware of it and they thought, "Oh, well, let's just trespass him >> before." So that's why. >> So then in that case, if those charges are dismissed or never brought to >> that would that would then be between you and the 10,000 PO box, [music] whatever. >> And that and so >> do you want to take a photo of this so you have a better copy of it? Cuz I know that like I I joke around about it, but it really is you can't really read it. So you got your phone on. They'd verbally informed Jeffrey that he was barred from Disney World. Furthermore, just for good measure, the cop had him take a photo of the trespass order, but it didn't stop the man from showing up just 2 weeks later. >> How you doing, sir? >> Hi. Can I talk to you for a second? >> What's up? >> Do you have any identification on you? >> Uh, yes. Back at the hotel. >> Okay. >> You want to walk with me or >> No, just hang out here. Hang out here. >> All right. Just come over here in my car. >> Hey, Mom. >> Hang out. Hey, I'm >> Come here. >> I'm with the sheriff right now at Disney again. >> I love you. >> What is your name? >> My name is Jeffrey. >> Jeffrey, what? >> Okay. Jeffrey, uh, you don't have anything on you with your identification? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, that's okay. >> Is that all right? Do you have anything else on you that's going to hurt me, cut me, poke? No. >> All right. Do you mind if I search you real quick? >> Am I in trouble? >> Just for my safety and your safety. >> What What have I done wrong? >> Nothing. I just checking out with you. Make sure that you're all right. All right. Just do you have anything on you that's going to hurt me, poke me, cut me? Can I search you? >> Wrong. >> It was immediately obvious that he was trying to play dumb. He was well aware of the conditions of his trespassing order and knew he had no business setting foot in the Magic Kingdom. The officer told the man, of course, that he wasn't free to leave. >> You match somebody that we're looking for. Okay. So, I I need to get some of my friends over here. and make sure that I got the right person. So, do me a favor. Just put your phone on the hood right there. All right. You're not under arrest right now. All right. Do you have anything on you that's going to hurt me? >> No, it's just just here. I can put here on >> Okay. >> Do you have your driver's license or some type of form of ID in there? >> Yeah, you do. Right there. Yeah, it's right there. Can you pull it out there for me? Have you ever been trespassed from Disney before? >> Yes, but then I also had it taking So, what are you doing back here? >> Mom, I think they're arresting me. >> I I haven't I haven't said that. Why are you telling Why are you telling her that I'm arresting you? >> Because you guys are surrounding me with police cars. >> These are my friends. Remember I told you my friends were coming to help me out so I can figure this out. All right, and that's what we're doing. >> Jeffrey was visibly upset, but in reality, he was really just panicking because he knew he'd been caught doing something he shouldn't have. He could play dumb all he wanted, but he'd have a tough time justifying his presence as he'd been trespassed from this very location. >> Like I was saying, you've been trespassed for Disney before, right? >> Correct. I >> And then we took care of that where we got it all dismissed. >> How did you do that? because I went to court and because I had purchased things on property and they said that that negates the trespass. >> Okay. >> And that's why they got rid of the charge. >> Okay. >> So, they let me go. >> Okay. But that's not how a trespass [music] works, unfortunately. >> You guys just let me leave property cuz I >> I I'm not in charge right now. I I have to talk to my partners at Disney and you know, we got to go from there. Okay. Jeffrey pled with the cops to not take him to jail, but unfortunately it was beyond their control. The cops weren't there because they felt like picking on him. They were there because he'd violated a trespass order. It was pretty plain and simple. >> I don't want to go to jail, please, sir. >> Huh? >> Really don't want to go to jail, sir. >> I I can't help that. If you're not supposed to be here, >> you know, when's the last time you were in jail? >> It was a month ago. >> A month ago. >> Okay. But I've never done anything wrong on Disney property. >> Okay. >> All right. Do me a favor. Just hang out with my friends right here and I'll be right back. Jeffrey, you ever been to Nevada? >> Uh, I have. And And that's supposed to be nonextraditable. >> Okay. >> Cuz I have someone fixing that as well. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, it's uh pretty bad. Pretty bad, right? If you get arrested or got a warrant out of Nevada. >> Well, that's a month ago. That's when they ram my driver's license. >> You had a really bad month, didn't you? >> I did. >> Yeah. You got trespass from Nevada and you got or you got >> You can't go back to Nevada. You can't go back to Disney. >> That's pretty bad month, >> huh? The security staff from Disney arrived and informed the officers that the man indeed had a copy of his trespassing order. In other words, the cops had evidence that he was fully aware that he shouldn't be on the property. And as a result, there was only one thing left to do. >> Turn around. We just want to make sure You are you're going to be arrested for trespass after warning. Okay. You are not under any circumstances allowed to come back to Disney World property anywhere [snorts] for any reason. Okay. >> So, what brings you out here today? >> I was visiting a friend of I was >> How How are you going to get in? >> My pass still works. >> Okay. Do you have your annual pass on you? It's in my watch. >> Oh, it's in your watch. >> Oh, okay. >> All right. >> They convicted the man for trespass after warning and for the original theft charge from the other golf course. In addition, he's also wanted by the Nevada Gaming Control Board for unspecified offenses. On October 20th, 2022, at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida, there was an agent on vacation with his family. Putting work before leisure, he spotted a fugitive who'd been on the run for almost a year. Hi, >> brother. Talk to you for a sec. >> Yeah. I do. What's your first name? >> We got We got a We got some work here. You might be doing something. >> You have your name. >> Say turn off for me. It's okay. You didn't do anything wrong. It's okay. >> I'm with my daughter. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> They caught the man using fraudulent documents to get Corona virus relief aid, but somehow he managed to escape. He'd stolen the identities of at least four people to get 150 grand in government loans that should have been granted to struggling businesses during the pandemic. >> Officer, I did nothing wrong. >> It's okay. If you didn't do anything wrong, >> just not right. I did nothing wrong. Don't resist. I just was here with my officer. Listen, >> this is not right. I did nothing wrong. Officer, >> put your hand behind your back. >> Can you tell me what's wrong? >> Once you figure it out, >> but this is not right to me. You're not telling me why. Okay, >> this is not the suspect. I'm the suspect. >> If you're not the guy, we're going to let you go. >> By sheer coincidence, the agent who spotted the alleged fugitive was an inspector at the post office and had signed the suspect's arrest warrant. He IDed the suspect due to a very unique neck tattoo with the letter H on it. So, he then informed local police who took over from there. >> I did nothing wrong. I'm here with my child. Listen. >> Look, my daughter. Are you >> If it isn't him, we're let him go for a warrant. >> Okay, brother. Turn around. >> Turn around. [screaming] >> Oh my god. Yo, this is not right. Officer, >> stop resisting. Officer, my daughter is fighting him. >> Stop resisting, man. This is not right. This is not right. >> The suspect, Quaan Burton, was not doing himself any favors. If he'd done nothing wrong like he claimed, then he had nothing to fear. It might have been a mistaken identity case, and if it was, after they wrapped things up, he'd be off scot-free. However, that's not the way things went down. >> Stop fighting, man. >> Right here. >> If it's not you, we're going to let you go. >> But this is our fight. Officer, I invisible. If it's not you, we're going to let you go. >> I didn't. Hey, look at me. If it's not you, we're going to let you go. I promise. >> What's not me? >> The the subject of a The subject of a warrant. >> The subject of a warrant? What are you talking about, officer? Yo, this is not real. >> This is This is wrong. This is wrong. This is wrong. I'm telling you this is wrong. Are you kidding me? >> Are y'all kidding me? You're going to assault me now? >> Yeah. You're going to assault me? >> If it's not you, we're going to let you go. >> All right. So, confirm that before you arrest me. >> I'm not arresting you, but you're suffisting. Y assaulting me. If it's not, you got to call me. The man had every right to deny he was the man they were looking for. However, he did not have the right to resist arrest. He should really start cooperating because if he didn't, things would get a whole lot worse for him. >> I told you from the very beginning, if we secure and it's not you, we're going to let you go. Okay, that's it. But we have to investigate because you match the description of a subject with a warrant. If it's not you, we're going to let you go. Okay? Do me that favor. >> All right? cuz we have people coming and I don't want to make this any worse. Okay? Or you're resisting and if it's not you, we're going to let you go. Sounds good. Lay down for me right here. Appreciate you, brother. [snorts] Hey, if it's not if it's not you, we're going to let you go. >> Quan made the right move here and agreed to cooperate. If things turned ugly, his daughter, who was with him there at Disney, could have some really traumatic memories. After securing him in handcuffs, they stood the man up and took him over to a cruiser. >> Hey, we're going to talk to you and that's it. Okay. >> Come up. >> Don't try anything dumb. Okay. I think he >> just sorted out. Okay. >> You have ID on you anywhere or did you give it to him already? >> Um, no. I don't have ID. >> Okay. Do you have a ID in Florida? >> No. >> No. Where's your ID from >> with my ID from? >> Yeah. >> Well, like you're an adult. You have a photo ID issued to you somewhere? >> What state? >> South Carolina. >> South Carolina. [music] All right. You go and put your knees in there for me, bro. While he cooperated and let the cops put cuffs on him, there was no guarantee that he would fully cooperate with the rest of the investigation. That soon became apparent when they tried to ID the man. >> What's your number? >> I mean, you you you know that we already know, right? >> You know, so why don't you just provide your actual information to us and speed up this process? >> That's not >> You know what I'm saying? No, that's not >> Yeah. What's What's your last name? >> You don't Do you have a last name? >> I have a name, >> but you don't want to provide it. >> All you're going to do is prolong things if you don't tell us. So, >> it's not really affecting us. It's really going to tie you up more than anything. >> I'll let I'll let this deputy explain [music] that to you. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'll let him explain some more. >> He could play games all he wanted, but as the officer said, he was just delaying the inevitable. With the unmistakable tattoo on his neck, there was no doubt in the cop's minds that they had the right man. >> Bro, listen. I'm going to be real with you, okay? I have I have kids myself, okay? I didn't want that to get to that point. And I and I was talking to you in a nice way, okay? And that [music] that's what I was trying to explain to I was I'm trying to level with you, bro, because this all this didn't have to happen. Okay? And and that's what I'm trying to tell you. This does not have did not have to happen. I explained to you you were the subject of a warrant. Okay? >> Okay? And and and [music] again, the longer you prolong this, the longer cuz we could be here all day. So, we just need to get going. We already know what we got to know, but you got to give us the information that we need. Okay? >> What's your name, bro? [music] We already went look all through all this crap. >> What's your name, man? bro. >> Hey, man to man, bro. What's your name? >> We're going to do this. >> Bro, >> listen. I [music] told you, man. None of this had to happen, okay? I tried talking to you normal, but you just you didn't want it that way. you you just start resisting. [music] That's not the way we do things, man. >> There was no use urging the man to identify himself. He just wouldn't budge. And while he had an ID on him, it was a fake ID and he'd used it to get into the park. With the man secured in the squad car, the officers huddled to devise a game plan. >> That's him. I got him IDed by I mean that's him obviously. [music] >> Yeah. If it wasn't, then he would just tell you who he was so he won't give you a name. >> No. Uh the fed verified [music] that's him. >> Yeah. >> Um I just talked to the fraud department >> obviously. >> He's not We're not He's not going >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, it's him. It's It's him. I got prior part of that. We have the information from the from the Fed. >> We have this information matches. Okay. Well, They arrested the man and he was later charged with resisting arrest. He was extradited to New York and faced [music] multiple charges including aggravated identity theft, plotting to steal government funds and stealing public money, property or records. The 2nd of January, 2022, the cops responded to Walt Disney World AMC after two unruly brothers refused to leave the premises. Hilariously, they both claimed to have honorary law degrees and presumably figured they knew more about the law than the officers. >> Asked them to leave multiple times. They refused to leave. >> Do you want to? >> Yep. >> Okay. All right. >> Okay. So, it's private property. >> Yeah. >> Not only that, that guy over there. >> So, I didn't want to do it. No, it can be way more spoiled. >> So, if you want to off property, >> okay, first I'm going to get the video camera. >> The cops tried to explain to the brothers that it was private property and the staff had every right to ask them to leave. On the other hand, the brothers had the right to dispute the claim, but they'd first have to leave the property and then file a formal complaint. >> No, that's not how it works. So, >> no, that's actually how it works. >> They want to be trespassing. >> So, are you refusing refusing to leave? >> It's private property. That's private. It's private property. They want you off the property. So, this is common sense. This is my point. I don't have as much time as >> what you're doing. >> Step back. >> Step back. >> I'm telling you step back. >> What am I doing? >> I'm telling you to step back. >> I'm telling you to step back. Simple. >> That's it. >> Relax. >> Step back. >> You guys do know that you're working. >> What's that? where >> we're going to go back this way, sir. Let's walk this way. >> Just like that, one of the brothers was in handcuffs, pretty much due to his mouth. [music] Considering they claim to have law degrees, you'd think they'd know better than to stand around arguing with police, [music] disobeying direct orders. But that wasn't the case. >> No, wait. I want to send you walk this way, sir. >> I cannot be separated from my brother. >> Okay. Do not >> recording. >> All right, hold on. Hold on, guys. >> I'm not You're about to break my right arm, by the way. >> I'm breaking my arm. >> Hey, can you fix him? >> You're about to break my right arm. I'm telling you. Wheelbarrow. >> Wheelbarrow to the ground. Yep. By the way, I have nothing to buy. No, you already >> No, you're being arrested. >> Suddenly, they were both in handcuffs, having talked their way into them. It was anybody's guess why they thought it was a good idea to resist arrest. But there was one thing for certain. Their law professors, if they'd really had any, would be ashamed of their behavior because it really lacked knowledge. Stop. >> Stop fighting me, man. >> How am I >> Look straight ahead. >> No, no, no. I just pushing through. >> All you had to do was not try to resist us. That's all. >> I wasn't resisting, right? >> It's on camera, bro. >> Yeah. No. too. >> Well, that is now you're playing, bro. >> I'm trying to pay my >> It was an embarrassing per walk, but they had no one to blame but themselves. The suspects were led through the crowd, then off the property to a nearby curbside, and the cops waited for a cruiser to arrive to take them to jail. >> Have a seat. >> Are you a battery station number or you a fake cop? >> Speed out for you. feet out. Cross them. >> And cross them. >> Cross them. >> Yep. Just like that. Don't move. Thank you, sir. >> I need my >> I'll check them, sir. >> Yeah, please. Like turning my uh bone over there. Oh, thank you. Oh, that's >> that's not tight at all. >> Stop moving your hands and you'll be okay. >> Well, I've never worn this before. This is my first time. >> The way you act, it probably won't be the last. Stand up under your leg. There you go. All right. Spread your feet. Oh, spread your feet. fire. >> I know that. >> Look to your right. >> Look to your right. >> You're breaking by. >> Look to your right. >> Why? >> Cuz you've been told to do so. >> And that's not how it works, right? >> Okay. >> The cops were trying to pat the suspect down, but he just kept making things difficult. Technically, he was resisting arrest. And if he kept things up, he'd be adding to his wrap sheet. >> Now that you're losing your job soon, >> keep your feet spread, please. >> How you What are you going to do? >> Spread your feet. Stop moving. It's simple. >> Well, you keep moving me. >> I'm trying to understand what he's doing. >> I'm searching. >> Oh, yeah. But this guy has been in a weird position. You can tell >> because you keep moving. >> Well, it's not silly. >> All right. He's all good. You can have a seat, sir. >> Yep. Why exactly do you know? >> You actually do. >> From what I understand. >> Okay. So, what are the issues? >> At one point they ask you guys to leave. So, all they have is private property belongs to Disney. So, pretty much >> I know it's different. It's different. >> Yeah. So, they can they don't even need a reason. They can just kick anybody out. The moment you refuse, that's that's when we get involved. >> I got you. >> You'll get involved. >> I haven't been read my Miranda right to you. >> So, >> let me explain you how that works. >> No, I know how. >> As long as as long as we don't ask you questions pertaining to a crime. >> Ask, "Am I being arrested and am I being seen or he said, no, you're not." Then put handcuffs on handcuffs on which violates. The officer explained to the man that as long as the questions they asked weren't pertaining to a crime, they were under no obligation to read him as Miranda writes. But seeing as the suspect was a quote unquote honorary law graduate, he figured he knew better. >> I don't think that's >> No, trust me, that's 100%. >> No, not right now. But you think you probably >> when you go home, >> you can look it up. But yeah, as long as I've looked it up. That's what I'm saying. You can get arrested. You can get pretty big on behind patrol tower >> and no one has your under. Do they want actually want to talk to you? >> Has anybody ask any questions? >> Uh yes, a bunch. >> Incriminating. >> Yeah, it's a bunch. If anyone define as a crime, but it's really >> it's not a crime. It's a crime at the same time. I don't know. >> There you go. So you you need to first learn the difference between a crime and what's not a crime. >> Well, the way of being treated it seems like it's a crime. Well, the crime in this case will be trespasses after warrant. Uh, >> it's not. >> Yes, that's why you're in handcuffs. Mean >> like your mess is really >> I said that's why you're in handcuffs. It's trespasses after warning at all. >> Trespassing after warning >> cuz apparently they asked you to leave and you refused or you didn't walk away. >> Either my memory is failing me or that didn't happen. >> Definitely the man's memory was failing him. With the suspects separated and in handcuffs, the cops then talked to the staff who said they wanted the suspects to leave, but there was no need for a trespass order. Regardless, they were still going to jail for resisting arrest. >> They got so obviously with everything that's going on, the trespass refusing to leave. Do you guys want to file charges for trespass after warning? >> Sure. >> It's up to you. It's It's definitely all on you guys. You guys are >> Are they doing it for Disney? >> This is for AMC. Gotcha. >> Yeah. >> So, >> it's understandable. Whatever you guys want to do, we just got to find out what's going on. That way, we know how we can push proceed with it, right? >> I don't think we need to go that far. >> It's up to you. Understandable. >> I'll be nice. >> You don't want to file charges? Okay. No. >> Um, just in case, do you still want to hear a statement or no? >> It's up to you. You don't have to. We don't want to. We clearly saw what happened. We clearly they're acting a certain type of way, right? We don't We can't force you guys to do anything. Understandable if you guys don't right. We'll still handle our things a certain way. >> Say no. >> Okay, that's fine. >> You let me know. >> Okay, no worries. I appreciate it guys. Thank you. So, thank you. >> No worries. >> Do you want to switch your hands? >> Okay. Double, right? Yeah. Okay. >> While the suspects were let off with a warning rather than a trespass warning, hopefully the resisting arrest charges will make these two think twice before they disrespect law enforcement again. On March 19th, 2022 in North Carolina, the cops were dispatched to Disney World. Allegedly, a man was detected carrying a gun trying to board the Montreal to the Magic Kingdom. Upon making the discovery, they escorted the suspect to a bag check area as they waited for cops to arrive. >> You know, in Florida, you're supposed to have a license to carry. >> You can't You could go to jail for that. I'm just let you know. >> Well, I didn't carry that. >> You had it on you? >> Yeah. Yeah. I took it right. If he see you take the program, >> you got to ask him. I can't speak right there. Not see. I don't know. I can't see. >> We're going to talk to who we got to talk to. We're going to see what we're going to do. But I'm just letting you know where you can go to jail >> cuz in Florida you have to have if it's on your possession in a bag >> under you have to have a license. >> I just put it right there because I want to talk to him. >> I understand. But still. When the officer broke the firearm down, he found a round in the chamber. As the suspect admitted to not having a CCW, a concealed carry permit, the officer then questioned his wife and family to see if any of them were registered to carry. >> Who has the license? Just want to You don't have it with you? So, nobody has a license or not license to carry in Florida. >> I have it in. >> Oh, okay. Do you have it with you? Just give me one second. I'm so in Florida to carry on you. You need a license. And if you don't carry someone. >> While the officer talked to the suspect's family, other cops questioned the suspect. However, things took a very sudden turn when the cops saw the suspect trying to swallow something. >> Spit it out. No. No. No. Spit it out. >> He got some in his mouth. Spit it out. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Don't spit it out. >> Wait. Hold on. Just let it leave it. [laughter] You got it. He got it. He got it. Let it Let it go. Let it go. No. No. >> It's okay. He already swallowed it. He already swallowed it. >> He already swallowed it. >> He already swallowed it. He already swallowed it. Let it go. >> Let let go of his neck. Let [laughter] go his neck. Let go of his neck. Let go of his neck. >> Spit it out. >> Just stop. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> No, he's chewing it now. >> Just let it look. Look. Look. >> I don't have your neck. >> Tell Bro, stop choking. I don't give a damn. Spit it out. You choking him. >> Dude, are you going to sit there and tell me, >> bro? Get off his goddamn head, bro. It don't matter what he got in his damn mouth, bro. >> God damn. I ain't got nothing. As if the gun issue wasn't enough, it appeared he'd also smuggled drugs in and was trying to swallow them. Given that the cops had no idea what he swallowed, they turned to the suspect's family to get more info. >> You know any type of joy he swallowed in case cuz if he swallow drugs, he could >> possibly don't matter. >> What did he swap through to get it? >> What did he swap? We don't know. We [screaming] >> just come this way. >> No, come no. No, no, no, no, no. Good. >> No, no, no, no, no. [crying] >> Dude, >> why you going to try that, man? >> Seriously, dude. That was not your >> Whatever he swallowed, he persistently denied doing so. If it happened to be narcotics, the man could be in a dangerous and possibly deadly situation as an overdose could be on the horizon. So, we don't know what exactly he took. >> No. >> Okay. So, we're Okay. >> What's up, dude? >> Okay. Well, I mean, if we don't know what he took, we can't say he swallowed drug. >> Well, he's got a green leaf substance. >> Well, well, I'm saying or whatever whatever you just put in there. That's I don't think he took that, >> right? >> So, he's got misdemeanor. >> We can't do it. It's we don't >> Well, that Well, yeah. >> Yeah. We just That's for discretion. >> You could and then just the carry field, >> right? I already took it apart. It was one in the chamber. >> By the looks of it, it seemed like the man had swallowed a small amount of M. Still though, refusing to take any risk, the cops called for EMS, who quickly arrived on scene. However, the man didn't seem too interested in receiving any medical treatment. Next, the cops talked to his family again to get a little more insight. >> So, does he not have a permit? >> No, he doesn't. >> He doesn't? >> I don't think he does, but I know she does. Who does >> you do? >> I have. >> Okay, that's good. Where was Do you know where the the firearm was found? >> I don't know. >> Do you know where where who was hold was uh >> I was >> You were carrying your firearm? >> And then how did they >> Yes, sir. >> Thanks, Scott. You have a valid concealed >> permit. May I see it, please? >> I probably want to get shot. >> That's fine. >> The suspect's family was upset. They said the man had been roughed up by both security as well as the officers to show the family that he took their concerns very seriously. The officer indicated that if that's what the family wanted, he'd call for a supervisor. >> Wife has a permit. It's her firearm. She gets >> they live together. They kind of >> handed it over to the husband for a second. He went through. He goes, "Well, if that's the case, then we're not playing that game. There's no >> No, we're not playing that game. >> But what Rich is concerned about now is because of their accusation choke them. Yes. Rich goes, "That's on them. We're not me. We're not going to get our hands dirty." >> I asked them if they want a real supervisor and um we all come to the agreement in between that's like 50 years of experience. Most Curtis, but all right, that the gun is out. We'll put that thing back in your car. >> However, I want to I want you to be prepared. Disney is not a fan of what happened here. >> Yes. >> Yes. So, I think I think Disney's going to I think is going to issue you a trespass. Now, what what does that mean? >> The whole family or just >> I think everyone, but I don't know. I don't know. >> While the officer waited for some clarity from Disney regarding that trespass, he advised the family to lodge a formal complaint if they felt there was mistreatment. However, no formal complaints were made either by the suspect or his family. In the end, the destruction of evidence charges were dropped and the suspect got 90 days in jail due to the firearm charges. On the 30th of May 2023 in Orange County, the cops got a call from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Allegedly, a man assaulted a cast member over wait times that he thought were too long. >> All right, what's going on? for hours. >> Yeah. >> Nobody >> going You didn't touch your break or hit anyone. >> Were there any incidental contact when you were trying to get something that might have been accident? >> No. >> The officer learned that a cast member had called police and claimed the suspect attacked her after getting frustrated about waiting in line. The officer pressed the suspect for more information. >> We're doing an investigation right now. You're a suspect investigation. >> You tell me your side story, man. they were inside and the person I guess to compensate me for my time. >> Okay. >> Like I said, man, I have no idea what the story is. I'm just trying to get your side of the story. So, like I said, I need your cooperation so we can figure out what's going on here. that idea. >> Yeah, I mean, he gave us a pretty good rundown of what happened. So, >> the man admitted to getting frustrated after waiting in line for so long, but it didn't give him the right to assault someone by swatting the tablet out of her hands. To get to the bottom of things, the officer then spoke to the man's wife. >> Ma'am, on your side, what do you observe? compensation for waiting. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> He thought we were outside. line outside the worker thought that we haven't been waiting for. So he's trying to make sure that we get compensated for our but he wasn't communicating that we actually were inside a while. So he got frustrated. Some other lady came over and tried to yelling. >> The suspect's wife reiterated what her husband already had said. However, she seemed to be a little evasive. As though perhaps on purpose, she was leaving out some important details. Sensing there was more to the story, the cops pressed her for more information. >> Was there anything happening with the iPad? >> No. No. Like him with the iPad. Like did did he like was was the cast member like put an iPad in his face or something like that or >> We don't Oh, the if the worker had an kind I guess iPad. We had she had a she was Yeah. >> Okay. Was there any exchange of contact with that square thing? >> It fell. I saw it fall. >> Okay. >> Do you know why it fell? >> Channel. I just saw her come over like, "Sorry, sir." And then fell. >> Okay. >> As for the suspect, he was anxious to leave, saying, of course, that he'd done nothing wrong. Unfortunately for him, the cops just couldn't take his word for it. The cops still had a lot to investigate. So, the faster the truth was revealed, the faster they could wrap things up. >> I I'm not sure. I can't tell you. I'd love to be able to tell you in just a couple minutes, but until we figure out exactly what happened and we know which path we have to go, being honest with you, I can't tell you. You know, we were going to try to expedite this and get this done as fast as possible because, you know, I don't want to keep you, your wife, and your kids staying here. >> Huh. >> Just right around the corner. Unfortunately, we can't do that until we figure out what what's going on and what the the full you know what's going on. Um, if you guys want to walk around, wait for him or call. Okay, you guys want to walk back together? All right, we can walk back this way. The suspect and his family accompanied the cops to Park Security. After a brief investigation, questioning witnesses and the victim, the cops had sufficient evidence to take the man into custody. He was then placed in the back of a squad car and transported to jail. >> What? >> Um, it's like the uh the county jail. Yeah, it's like um just like people will get arrested from different cities all go to the same county bureau. >> All right. There was no doubt whatsoever that it was truly embarrassing to be hauled off and taken to jail while on a family vacation. However, the suspect had to learn that actions have consequences. On the 15th of December, 2023 in Orange County, the cops were dispatched to Disney World after reports that a family man had committed a ridiculous petty theft. So the story is >> a party saw somebody that had ears that they lost a long time ago. So they went to grab it like a little >> party that took the ears started walking away. So >> that sold also got pushed by the second party. >> You should after. >> So the individual stated that these were ears that they had lost >> a long time ago. So out of the blue, this person is like, "Those are mine." And tried to snatch it. >> Sounds like a battery on whoever was wearing the ears. >> Yes, you heard that right. A full-g grown man was being accused of stealing Mickey Mouse ears off a woman's head. To justify his actions, the suspect claimed he thought they belonged to his daughter, who' lost her ears earlier in the day. To get to the bottom of things, the officer separated the parties and began to investigate by questioning the accused. >> I think I'll see to you. >> All right. What's going on? What happened? >> We were on the Buzz Lightning. >> On the Buzz Lightning ride. >> Yes. >> Okay. My daughter got off, turned around. Oh crap, I left my ears on the on the ride. >> Okay. >> Her and her mom get get it together. They run back over there and try to get back over there to get the ears. This lady comes out. She's got the ears on and everything. Oh, I bought these a year ago, last year. >> They're they've been discontinued for like three, four years now. My daughter has her Loungefly with the gingerbread everything. That's her whole aesthetic what she had on >> and she kept laughing as >> she kept laughing when she's walking away and laughing. You'll never get those back. And so she comes back over there. My daughter comes back crying about she kept she took my ears and she laughed about she knows she had them and she wouldn't give them back. I went over I'm like, "Hey, you stole my daughter's ears. She's a kid. Are you serious?" And she's like, "I didn't feel [snorts] anything." I grabbed the ear and I pulled it over. The man admitted to removing her Mickey Mouse ears, but at that point, he can't be sure whether or not they were his daughter's ears. After all, it's Disney World and the place is full of people wearing Mickey Mouse ears. He said after the altercation, there was a shoving match with a woman's husband and that's when security got called. >> So, the gentleman pushed [music] you out of the way. >> How did he push you too? >> I was trying to get forward and he kind of shoved me with one hand like get out of the [music] way to go after him. >> You have any bruises? And he said, "No, >> you feel okay." Yeah. >> Do you need medical? >> No. >> And then he pushed you, correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did he How How many times did he push you? >> Just the once. [music] >> Okay. Was it one hand, two hands, or just like he >> I don't remember. At that point, I'm like, "Dude, I'm not about to play this game." You know, it's my daughter. My daughter's standing right there with the backpack on and everything. >> He's like, "It doesn't matter." I'm like, "Dude, it's the same thing." >> It boiled down to a simple fact. The man had no evidence whatsoever that the other party had stolen his daughter's ears. As for his part, it was all speculation. After hearing the man's story in detail, cops then turned their attention to the other party. >> And she came up to me and she asked me like, "Hey, where did you get your ears?" And I told her, I'm like, "Oh, these are old." I'm like, "These are past seasons." [music] >> Was that your daughter or someone else? >> Uh, no, another the the >> the other party. >> The other party's daughter. And when we were coming back from the stand, we were meeting my mom. Um, I guess he the dad was starting y like started to yell. Like [music] I heard, "Hey," but I didn't think he was talking to me. He literally came behind me and snatched the ears violently off. He started yelling at me. He um prior to that and then he snatched the >> What did he tell you? >> The ears that >> that I was that I stole them and I didn't know he was talking to me until he he snatched them off my head. >> Okay. >> Um they were sitting down on a little bench. Yeah, he was they were sitting down and I was literally walking up to him and he was just like yelling at me saying that I was that I stole the ears from his daughter. [music] And I'm like, "What are you talking about?" I'm like, "These are my these are my daughter's ears." >> The woman said that the man didn't approach her to have a discussion about the ears, but he violently yanked them off her head while yelling at her and her family. >> This grand violently, how did he just like quick or >> No, he literally was yelling at me and he literally just like yanked him off my head. >> Okay. He didn't say anything like well like just yanked. >> I didn't even know he was talking to me. >> And you and you were there when it all happened. >> I was sitting down and she was standing up right in front of me. We were like we're playing did the the rest of the night and >> after she took off after he took off the ears what happened after I got up and like what are you doing? Like why in front of him and and we like walked we went like about [music] 20 ft and my and when I reacted I remember my kids. So I went back with my kids and she went to follow the guy. I went to get a cast member. >> Did you at any point do anything to him after that? You only yelled at him and stuff like >> and his daughters came up to me and telling me that I stole him and then they were apologizing [clears throat] because of it. I'm like no. I'm like you don't do that. Like you don't act like that. >> The woman said that due to the way the man handled things, she wanted to press charges. Additionally, there was also some photo evidence as the woman and her daughter were wearing their Mickey Mouse ears hours before encountering the suspect. And with that, it was time to inform the suspect that his family vacation was about to be cut short. >> I think you understand the deal, right? You've known this for a few minutes. Um, [music] he'll explain everything to you. Lean forward a bit. [snorts] If you need a second pair, I can give you a second pair. [snorts] >> Yeah, you're gonna We'll let you talk to her. [music] >> We will. >> Sorry. >> I don't know what's going on right now. Mark here in the future [music] park resort merchandise area that's on their own paper. >> In exchange for a pair of ears, he got a pair of handcuffs. After arresting the suspect, they trespassed the man and got ready to take him to jail. Unfortunately, um it's a felony charge, so he has to go before an arraignment, which will be tomorrow, Friday, tomorrow, uh tomorrow morning sometime. >> Um [music] >> we So, what about him pushing me and him? >> It's all going to be documented, right? And that's why that's why we wanted you guys to write statements and and put that in writing. >> On a cruise where we paid like, thousand. So, what time does your cruise leave? >> Our the bus is picking us up at 10:30. >> Okay. I I can't tell you yes or no whether or not you're going to make it. >> There's no way we can come back and >> this point in time. >> Why does he have to be arrested? Why can't this timeless charge [music] right here substitute felony? >> Understandably, the suspect's wife was disappointed. But as far as this thing went, the cop had no control. While it seemed pretty minor, technically he'd committed a felony and he had to pay a price. It's not your fault. My fault. No, it's not. And don't let a man think it's your fault. >> It's okay. It's going to be okay. It's got to be out there. >> Get this stuff. Get back to the room. >> 61. So, I don't know what time arrangements are usually at, but I think they're somewhat early in the morning, right? I've been on Disney cruise before. They're not going to leave port until afternoon sometime, right? 3 or 4:00. So, there's still a chance there, right? So you get the opportunity to use your phone call your wife have a call and get the process started like your book. So I don't know if I don't know if I'm saying [music] anything to you that you even care to hear but situation >> and you know again it's >> we made a lot of phone calls. We caught a lot of people very thorough. I know you guys kept asking how long is it going to take and I didn't know because they were making a lot of phone calls that that they were trying to figure out the best course of action for this. >> They charged the man with felony theft and Disney World trespassed him for a year.
